Big Idea

The argument in one line.

Every extra step between a new lead and your free lesson costs buyers, so deliver the lead magnet on a no-login page the moment they opt in and let a live presentation do the selling.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • A coach or course creator who hosts a free course inside a Skool or Facebook community and sees most new leads never log in to watch it.
  • Someone selling a low-ticket entry offer (a paid workshop, challenge, or membership) who wants a free resource that pre-sells it without a sales call.
  • A Skool community owner weighing whether to flip a free group to paid to qualify for Skool's discovery and ad programs.
  • Anyone deciding between webinars, multi-day challenges, and sales calls who wants a simple rule of thumb tied to offer price.
SKIP IF…
  • You want a technical build tutorial: the actual ChatGPT prompts are handed out in chat, not walked through on screen.
  • You have no offer yet and are looking for help creating one; this assumes something to sell already exists.
  • You expect hard data: the 57 versus 3 ticket comparison covers different time periods and promotion conditions, as the video description itself admits.
  • Roughly the final 20 minutes are a pitch for a paid challenge and software tool plus live Q&A.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

Friction between the opt-in and the first lesson quietly kills lead magnets. The speaker hosted his free course inside a free Skool community for years, but over 60 hands-off days only a third of 975 leads joined the group and just 3 bought a challenge ticket. He moved the same course onto a single no-login web page built with ChatGPT in under an hour, added tool recommendations with affiliate links, socials, reviews, a question box, an AI coach, and analytics, and flipped the community to a $47 per month paid group that Skool now promotes. In three days the hub sold 57 tickets. For higher-priced offers, he argues the lead magnet should feed a one-to-many presentation, with the format (free training, webinar, challenge, virtual event) chosen by offer price.

Chapters

Where the time goes.

00:00 – 06:30

01 · Why present one-to-many

Polls the room about offers and presentations, then tells his path from a $100 ClickFunnels affiliate webinar (800 sales) to a $797 course to five-day challenges.

06:30 – 09:51

02 · The AI lead magnet hub promise

Asks who has a lead magnet, introduces the no-login hub built with ChatGPT, and lays out the agenda.

09:51 – 13:45

03 · Background and what changed

Waiting tables to $5M+ with a two-person team and 10 hours a week; AI has changed the buyer journey.

13:45 – 19:51

04 · Simplest funnel vs freedom funnel

Pick the funnel that fits you. Book-a-call funnels bring cold, skeptical leads; content plus one-to-many presentations satisfy the 7-11-4 rule and bring pre-sold buyers.

19:51 – 26:48

05 · Part one: traffic and the qualifying message

Organic, your own ads, and Skool discovery. Message and qualifying questions matter more than the channel. Facebook lead forms feed only good-fit data back to Meta; Skool runs ads for paid communities.

26:48 – 30:55

06 · Part two: why the free community broke

After seven years he kills the free community. 975 leads, 310 joins, 3 ticket sales in 60 days. The enemy is friction.

30:55 – 37:26

07 · The no-login hub and its results

Opt-in redirects straight to a ChatGPT-built page with lessons, socials, reviews, questions, an AI coach, and analytics. 57 tickets and 9 paying members in three days.

37:26 – 41:13

08 · Live demo walkthrough

Screen-shares the ChatGPT conversation, the toolkit page, the affiliate tools tab, trainings, questions, reviews, and the admin dashboard.

41:13 – 47:54

09 · Part three: choosing the conversion mechanism

Premium offers need a presentation after the lead magnet. Free trainings grow audience, webinars sell $1-2k offers, challenges and virtual events sell $3k+.

47:54 – 1:01:27

10 · Pitch: EventStack AI and the Cold To Client Challenge

Introduces EventStack AI, which builds event outlines, emails, ads, and slides, and sells the five-day challenge at $27 against a $297 value.

1:01:27 – 1:05:17

11 · The prompt pack handoff

Shares the ChatGPT conversation and four prompts, and suggests giving them plus a screenshot to any AI to build your own version.

1:05:17 – 1:13:02

12 · Live Q&A and the scaling plan

Answers questions about tool access and trial limits, and explains posting future free training replays to the hub instead of YouTube.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • Over 60 days, 975 leads produced only 310 free community joins and 3 challenge ticket sales because every lead had to create an account and log in first.
  • The same free course, moved to a no-login web page, sold 57 challenge tickets in its first three days.
  • A free community that requires account creation turns a lead magnet into homework: access becomes another assignment.
  • Redirecting a lead straight from the opt-in form to the lesson removes the step where most free leads disappear.
  • ChatGPT can design, build, and host a full training-hub page from about four prompts, without Lovable or a separate site builder.
  • A tools tab with affiliate links earns money from leads who never buy your main offer.
  • An AI chat coach on the lead magnet page can answer questions and invite people into the paid offer around the clock.
  • Skool now favors paid communities, running its own ads for them and offering a dedicated ad program after 10 paying members.
  • Facebook lead forms with qualifying questions let you send only good-fit leads back to Meta so the algorithm finds more of them.
  • The 7-11-4 rule says a buyer typically needs about 7 hours of content across 11 touchpoints in 4 places before a high-ticket purchase.
  • A book-a-call funnel is the simplest to build but delivers cold, skeptical leads who become warm clients prone to refunds and churn.
  • Webinars fit offers around $1,000 to $2,000; multi-day challenges can sell $3,000 to $30,000 offers one-to-many without sales calls.
  • A five-day challenge at one hour per day is five hours total, far less work than a three-day virtual event that can run 15 hours.
  • Posting free training replays to your lead magnet hub instead of YouTube gives your list a weekly reason to come back to a page built to sell.
  • Clients who sell themselves by consuming your content stay longer than clients you had to convince on a call.
Takeaway

Remove every step between the lead and the lesson.

WHAT TO LEARN

A free course loses buyers when people must create accounts to reach it, so deliver it instantly on one page and let a presentation matched to your price close the sale.

01Why present one-to-many
  • Getting people into a room, live or recorded, and plainly stating what they get, where to sign up, and what happens next sells more easily than chasing individuals.
  • You can start presenting before you have a product by selling an affiliate offer; the first webinar here sold 800 people a $100 software offer.
02The AI lead magnet hub promise
  • Teach the free resource as a path to a specific paid next step, because a raised hand for something free does not mean a future buyer.
04Simplest funnel vs freedom funnel
  • Choose a funnel by asking what fits your customer, price, time, and appetite for a team, not which funnel ranks best in someone's ad.
  • Book-a-call funnels are quick to build but deliver cold, skeptical prospects who need hard selling and are more likely to refund or churn.
  • Plan for roughly 7 hours of content across 11 touchpoints and 4 platforms before a high-ticket sale, and give leads that exposure before the ask.
05Part one: traffic and the qualifying message
  • Lead with a qualifying message that names who you serve and their current stage, such as coaches already earning $10k a month.
  • Ask qualifying questions on ad lead forms and send only good-fit leads back to Meta so the ad system learns to find more of them.
  • Collect qualifier answers on organic opt-ins too, so you already have a list for lookalike and buyer audiences when you start ads.
06Part two: why the free community broke
  • Measure every step after the opt-in: in this case only a third of leads joined the free group and almost none reached the course.
  • Treat account creation and logins as the main leak; people who just filled out a form rarely jump through another signup for something free.
  • Platforms reward what they want most, and Skool currently promotes paid communities, so a free group may now be the weaker entry point.
07The no-login hub and its results
  • Redirect the opt-in straight to a single page holding the lessons, with nothing else to click and a call to action above and below each video.
  • An AI model can build and host this page from a few prompts once you give it your lesson list, links, and a screenshot of the current setup.
08Live demo walkthrough
  • Add a tools tab with affiliate links, a socials tab, reviews, and a question box so the page earns and nurtures even when the course goes unwatched.
  • Use the admin analytics to see visits and lesson views directly instead of guessing how the free course performs.
09Part three: choosing the conversion mechanism
  • A cheap lead magnet can sell low-ticket offers directly, but premium offers need an extra conversion step such as a webinar or challenge.
  • Match the presentation to price: free trainings for audience growth, 60-90 minute webinars for $1-2k offers, multi-day challenges or events for $3k and up.
  • Buyers who convince themselves by consuming content tend to stay as clients far longer than buyers you had to talk into it.
11The prompt pack handoff
  • Give any AI the screenshot and prompts of a working hub and ask it to build your version; build the shell before you film the videos.
12Live Q&A and the scaling plan
  • Post future free training replays to the hub instead of YouTube so each new training gives your email list a reason to return to a page built to convert.
Glossary

Terms worth knowing.

A free resource such as a mini course, PDF, or toolkit offered in exchange for a name and email address, designed to warm the person up for a paid offer.
One-to-many selling
Presenting an offer to a group at once, through a webinar, workshop, or challenge, instead of selling to individuals on one-on-one sales calls.
Five-day challenge
A live multi-day event, usually one hour per day, where attendees complete small tasks together and receive an offer to keep working with the host at the end.
VSL
Video sales letter. A recorded sales video, often placed in front of a book-a-call form in simple funnels.
Skool
An online community and course platform. Owners can run free or paid groups, and the platform offers discovery and ad-based growth programs for paid communities.
7-11-4 rule
A marketing heuristic, attributed here to Google research, that prospects need roughly 7 hours of content, 11 touchpoints, and 4 locations before buying a high-ticket offer.
Lookalike audience
An ad audience the platform builds by finding new people who resemble an uploaded list of existing leads or buyers.
Evergreen presentation
A recorded webinar or training that runs automatically on a schedule so new leads can watch it without the host being live.

Today's really about how to use the right message to attract qualified leads who buy. That's really what it's all about. And it's through presenting just like I am today.
I'm running a free training. You'll see me host webinars. You'll see me do workshops, five day challenges.
Let me know in the comments. Does anybody here use any of those methods to gather attention and make an offer one to many? Is anybody here doing video VSLs?
It could be content. It could be. trainings.
It could be webinars, challenges. And if you haven't, there's probably a few things that hold you back. Number one is you don't have an offer.
Anybody here just put no offer if you don't have anything to sell and how long you've been sitting with not having an offer. We got to get you an offer, whether it's an affiliate offer that somebody else's thing you're selling. Heck, you guys could go sell my paid free community.
I'm sorry. My paid community now goes to invite people to start a free trial. I'll give you half the money every month that they pay.
Start there. Go find someone else or some other tool or product. I bring in around five figures a month in school affiliate commissions from people starting school communities.
So I want to help you guys have an offer. That's number one. If you have an offer, you're probably trying to sell it through cold outreach, trying to get people on calls, content, whatever it is.
And the reality is if you could just get people. into a room and have a conversation and then just say, Hey, I have this thing. Here's what I'm going to give you when you sign up for it.
Here's where you go to sign up. And here's what happens next. Magic happens.
They go buy it. So you have an offer and you're not doing that. You're probably doing a lot of hard things to try to sell your offer.
Now, if you know that everything I'm saying is true, that selling on video in this day and age of AI is easier, what else could be holding you back? Maybe you don't have the right message to attract the right people. Maybe you don't know what to present.
Maybe you just don't have the traffic to get people in a room. And lastly, maybe you just don't have like the tech skills or the know -how to present, or at least you think that in your mind, because I promise you all can do this. I started doing free trainings in 2019 every week.
I had no clue what I was doing. First time I ran one, no one showed up. I just filmed some content.
Then I talked to a few people, got them to come join me. Before I knew it, I was getting dozens of people on every week. We were just having Q &A conversation.
People were coming up and sharing. I wasn't even training anything at the moment. I just started getting comfortable with Zoom and getting comfortable with talking to people on the internet.
that morphed into my first webinar. I did my first webinar in February, 2019, a month after starting what I was doing online and made an offer. That offer wasn't my offer.
It was a ClickFunnels offer. It was a hundred dollars. I went on over the next six months using a webinar to sell that offer one to many.
I sold over 800 people that offer. That's $80 ,000 I made just from an affiliate offer that wasn't even mine. I didn't have to deliver it.
I just talked about it, right? From there, I kind of learned some things and I created a course. I sold that course for $797.
My first time doing a presentation, I made around $34 ,000 selling it. The previous year, I made 38 grand waiting tables on double seven days a week. You see the power in presenting.
As time goes on, you know, that was a few years ago, several years ago. I morphed a webinar into a multiple day presentation. You guys probably have heard of it.
It's called the five day challenge. People have done two day workshops, three day, four day, five day. It doesn't really matter.
But the reality is the more you spend time with people in a room. They get to know, like, and trust you. They love what you do.
They get to see and believe and get momentum that they can do what you are showing them how to do. And they just want to work with you. I don't have to do sales calls.
I haven't had a sales team in five years now, maybe four years, I'd say four years. And that was a nightmare. I don't want to have to pay out commissions and manage people.
When I have something worth saying and sharing with people, I go live in a Zoom room. I make an offer. Most of you guys here are in this room because you work with me in some capacity and you likely bought that through seeing me present an offer in a room like this.
But yeah, I'm not here to convince you guys to run presentations. I think I hope that you can see that it's the best for you and your business. I just want to help you remove all the roadblocks that would be preventing you from doing that.
And if you are already doing that. How can I help you with my seven years of experience? I don't know how many hundreds of webinars, 56 live five -day challenges I've run over the years and just show you what I see working and what changes, right?
If you were presenting and converting and now it just stopped all of a sudden or it's less than it used to be. There's a lot of shifts. I want to show you today a solution to the biggest shift I've seen since the advent of AI and what's been happening with these types of one -to -many presentations.
So anyway, if you guys haven't typed in anything yet, just give me a yes if you are open to the idea of creating some kind of presentation, whether it's live or automated, that brings you customers and clients. Just give me a yeah. Give me a heck yes.
If you're a no, I'll just be straight with you. If you are like a hard no there, Doug, you can't get me to ever do a video. This is not for you.
You could, I'll save you an hour exit here. Maybe in the future, I have some stuff for you guys, faceless affiliate stuff, which is all BS anyways. Like you guys, I would never bring you as something that I don't truly believe in.
And I know it could be an uphill battle for some, even for those who are doing it. I just want to show you how I navigate changes. This is all about how to capture leads, get the right leads with the right message who are qualified and how to do it with less friction, right?
There's a lot of ways to get leads, a lot of different types of funnels. I want to show you how I've removed most of that friction and what's working for me right now. All right.
So I want to help you guys create a lead magnet that converts leads into buyers 24 -7, 365.
you get traffic to it and it turns those free leads into customers, right? Is that what you guys want? I'm imagining like that's pretty desirable.
I know it's what I want and it's been what I've been working towards. Final question. I actually have a few more questions, but this question here, who here has a lead magnet?
Like, do you have a PDF, a book? Yeah. Do you have some kind of free resource?
Maybe it's videos of mini course, free community. Let me know in the comments what kind of lead magnets you guys have currently. Because if you don't have a lead magnet, there's things we have to do first, right?
You got to kind of know what you're selling before you go create the free version of that thing. And it becomes so much easier once you have that. If you have a free course, this is going to be perfect for you.
You can literally leave what I give you today and have it done before you end the day today. If you don't have a free course, then I want to help you see that that could be the best way to take a stranger to paying you money. all in one seamless, I guess, series of watching your mini course.
Okay. So what I'm talking about today is an AI lead magnet hub. For a long time, I've always had a free course.
2019, I launched my free community with a free course. No one wants to join a community. They wanted the resource.
That's how I got my first 2000 members in two months, grew my email list for the first time. As years have gone on, I moved to school. I didn't promote a free school community.
I promoted our free, course in the in the community now that i've flipped it to paid obviously if i promote something for free and then they're asked to pay to join the community that's not going to work so i had to figure out what do i do with this lead magnet i didn't want to go create a whole new course area the whole purpose was to get rid of the friction and the friction for most is that they have to create an account they have to log in they have to memorize a password so i created a no login web page that has everything there so uh i'm calling it the ai lead magnet hub because i built it with ai in under an hour so today i want to show you how you can create this uh for yourself i'll show you the exact traffic strategy that i'm using with the right message to get leads to this ai hub put toolkit in the comments by the way if you guys have seen this already So like, I don't have to explain too much, but if you haven't say not yet, I'm going to give you guys access to the, I'm calling it the toolkit.
It's my call to client toolkit. It's a free resource. It's on a webpage.
I call that the hub. Okay. Now it's not about what you put in this.
It's important. Like what converts, which, and what doesn't convert. I want to make sure we go over that choosing the right conversion strategy, because just because someone's raising their hand for something for free, doesn't mean it's going to turn them into a customer.
A live demo walkthrough. So I'll walk you through the live demo of this webpage and the prompts I used to build it. It was like three prompts.
I sent chat GPT. It built the entire webpage. Crazy.
No extra tools needed. And then, yeah, really what this is about traffic to a lead magnet and how that lead magnet converts strangers into customers. And for some, depending on your price, we'll talk about conversion strategy beyond that.
Right. So like everyone swears webinars the best or challenges are the best. I'm going to tell you today that none of them are the best.
There's one for you and I can't tell you which one that is, but I'll show you an easy way to know. And then lastly, what stops most entrepreneurs from even taking the next step to do this? Right.
How to get traffic to a resource that sells for them. If you don't know me, my name is Doug Bowen, founder of Full Time Freedom. I think most of you guys have seen me before.
But yeah, I want to help you make more money, make more impact, reach more people, and do it in less time without doing more. Because I've been a victim of more for a long time. Having a baby now has opened my eyes to how simple it gets to be to spend more time with my family, right?
Less time in the business, more time with my family. So three things we want to cover today is I want to cover traffic first. I usually put this off towards the end, but I think it's important for you to understand it in chronological order.
We need traffic. to capture leads, to convert them into customers. So that's what we're going to cover today.
All right. Again, most of you guys know my story. If you don't know, I already kind of alluded to this, but I started this online business when I was waiting tables.
For years, I was trying to make things work. I've sold anything and everything you could imagine from 2012 to 2018. I settled on becoming an affiliate for ClickFunnels.
I was helping restaurants with building out their menus and lead capture and running ads for them using ClickFunnels. I liked it. I had a couple of clients, but what I liked most were the commissions coming in from ClickFunnels, their ClickFunnels accounts.
That's a tool that they run their business on, email marketing funnels and all that. And I'm like, how do I get more of that without doing the work? Not to be lazy, but running eight clients, restaurant businesses, I felt like I had eight bosses.
And the whole purpose was not to have a boss. So I said, I'm going to go all in and sell in ClickFunnels. And that's what I did starting out about my first half a year in business.
I was a full -time affiliate. Then I eventually created my own courses because I learned a ton from being an affiliate. And this model has made me over $5 million online, selling one to many, doing webinars, free trainings like this, and five -day challenges.
And it's just Theo and I, two people. Now, lately, I will say in the past, I've worked way more than this. But now that I know what's most important, what I need to focus on each week, 10 hours a week.
And I don't want people to take years to figure out what's most important to get traffic, leads, and sales. Right. And of course, you have delivery and they're depending on what you're selling.
But that's the goals help you implement a one to many presentation model where you can automate it, even work less than that. But I think 10 hours is pretty good to make the amount of money that I bring in. So what's changed since that time frame?
You guys know marketing. It changes like all the time, especially now with AI. So things slow down.
And I believe that AI has changed everything and the buyer journey must evolve. And I want to show you what's replacing that strategy that I had before. Overall, the model stays the same, but there's a couple of small changes.
At the end, I want to give you the actual prompts to show you how I built what I'm going to show you today, which is this one page, this no login web page that is now replacing my free community. So, yeah, stick around for that. I'll make sure you guys get a copy.
But here's the overview. Every business that needs every business needs leads and sales must have this. Right.
Because you're not a real business if you don't have leads and sales. It's just a hobby at that point and probably very frustrating one at that. So your goal is more customers and clients.
Right. Just give me a yes, sir. In the comments, if that's for you, like you're here because you want more customers.
No one wants to go do any of the stuff that requires to get customers. You just know you have to do things. So you test out all the different funnels, all the different paths, right?
If you're like me, I've done, I've done it all seriously. Pretty much any kind of funnel out there over the last seven years, I've built it. I've tested it.
I've tried it. I just love the presenting model. And I'm not the world's best, but I'm comfortable doing it.
And I think it becomes comfortable when you just ease into your first couple. And yeah, it gets easier. So the path is the question mark.
We know the goal. So which one is right? And that's the thing.
I see a lot of ads right now. Webinars are the best, right? You guys see these ads where they're ranking the best funnels and it has to be a webinar.
And for some, I agree, but for most, I disagree. because I think it's the wrong question to ask, what is the right way to get customers and clients? I think the right question is what's the right one for me, right?
Just put right one in the comments. If you feel me like what's the right one for me, because all of you are very different. And it comes down to these sub questions of that to get that answers.
Who's my ideal customer? What are you selling? How do they buy?
How much time do you have? Do you have or want a team? Right.
For me, it's like I don't really want a big team. I don't want to do sales calls. So for me, a book call funnel would not be the right one.
Right. One to many for me is my favorite. It's the most freeing.
So anyway, I think that's the question asked. I want to help you see that today that I'm not trying to sell you on one thing. Like I'm not saying you have to do a five day challenge like I do or webinars like I do.
But here's the reality. I'll be honest. The simplest funnel to build.
is one where you get leads on a call and they become clients meaning like you can build this literally today and perfectly and get leads and get on calls but long term it's a nightmare i've experienced that there's so much more you have to do long term where with what i teach with the freedom funnel we'll call it It's easier to actually get the conversion, which is what matters most.
You guys said you want customers and clients. You don't want more leads and calls, right? And even when I was doing this model, leads were super cold and they were super skeptical to get on a call and on these calls.
And then when I do even get clients, they're like warm, meaning buyer remorse is high. They go MIA. They become problem clients, refunds, chargebacks, all that BS.
And like, who wants to have that be the end of your funnel? You want it to be the beginning of your funnel. We want warm leads.
So then I could make offers one -to -many to very hot audience members. And then they become ideal clients, right? Put makes sense if this is making sense.
Because the goal is more ideal clients, not more leads. The simplest funnel is not always the best funnel. So this could be the best funnel for you if you don't mind some of this stuff and don't.
You know, you have a longer window to close sales cycles. For me, I want them to come in like pre -sold and ready to go. So the sales cycle is as short as a day in some cases.
Here's the problem with the simplest funnel, which is a VSL book call funnel. Little to no nurturing. Again, they're super cold and skeptical.
There's more effort long -term to get them to become a customer client. There's more time in the close and it's harder to close. And I don't like the word salesy, but it is.
When I had a sales team, they were really hard selling. I did not like that. So I got rid of the model.
With my freedom, what I teach presenting one to many, it's the maximum nurturing. And I have data to prove it. I'll show you guys today.
Less time to close, less effort long -term, and they're easier to close where it's not salesy. In fact, if they make the buying decision, I don't make it for them. And what I meant by the data to prove it is that the simplest funnel that I showed you, the VSL dismisses this principle.
It's called the 7 -11 -4. Just give me a Google in the comments if you've heard of this. Google's data, probably the biggest data research in the world, knows that and has proven that it takes seven hours of content to convert your audience into customers.
11 points and across four locations, like multiple platforms, email, text, all of that stuff. So that's reality. Maybe for some of you, it's less.
I know for me it is. But in most cases, it's probably more. 7 -11 -4 rule.
Yeah. That's why these, this is feeling harder because they don't know. They haven't watched a seven hours or 11, haven't had 11 touch points.
Maybe I'll 11 DMS from you in a row. That doesn't count. Right.
But the freedom funnel bides by this. And that's why leads come in warm because they've already been pre -sold on content that they've consumed. There's more than 11 touch points.
And the moment somebody goes through my process and for, in four locations. So. Our one -to -many presentation model follows all of this.
And that's why it works so well. So the difference maker is this. I showed you guys I have done a free course for years.
Delivery has changed now because I'm noticing it's way harder to get people to log into a free course and then they never come back. So I'll show you what I did to change that now. But when someone goes through this toolkit, people aren't even making it to the end and they're buying, which is awesome.
They're not even getting to the last lesson where I make an invitation. They're just, they're already ready to go. Not in all cases, but most cases.
And then they come to a presentation and I want to say all of you guys are hot and ready to work with me. That's not going to be the case, but in some cases, a good majority of the people who come to workshops that I run, my five -day challenges. they are they're ready to go and that's why i'm able to enroll 10 15 sometimes my max was like 25 10k clients one too many without sales calls uh in a five -day experience one hour per day Cause it just makes sense.
And they're impressed with the momentum and the things that they've done in that period. But I think the difference is that my leads aren't showing up cold. Some might not know me, but when they get this, it warms them up very quickly.
So what we're talking about is lead magnet to live or evergreen presentation, evergreen can work. I ran it all 2024, 2025 evergreen. And then you get clients.
Um, but today's training, I want to talk about these specifically, right? How a lead magnet to a presentation. Um, so part one of the training is traffic, cold leads versus warm leads.
And it's not just about temperature. It's the right leads versus wrong leads. Cause you could have warm crappy leads.
That's not going to be fun, but I want to help you have right. The right people that are warmed up. And it comes down to message.
And you have more than one option for traffic. Again, not one is right or wrong. The question is, what is right for you?
For me, for the first several years of business, it was all organic. And I tested ads. I hated ads.
I hired agencies and just didn't have a good experience. Things are different today. We have AI.
I've got Muse building my ads and it's crazy. free tool. But anyway, organic you have, that's free stuff, content, email conversations, all the things out there.
Obviously you have your ads, but if you are on school, give me a school again, if you guys are on school, meaning you have a free or paid community or a combo of those. I'm not going to convince you to start a school community, but we have to pay attention to what's happening. This is a breakthrough, at least for me, because like as business owners, we don't want to worry about marketing and sales.
We just want to deliver what we do and get people results. Right. And the more time I'm in marketing and sales, it takes away from getting people results.
I talked to Sam a long time ago. Now it's so cool to see it happening. He's like, we want to take the marketing and sales off of your plate.
We want to send you traffic. We want a billion users. So first phase, we're going to create amazing communities on the platform.
Second phase, we're going to send those community owners traffic. And you guys see this happening now. But the big difference is that.
free communities are getting way less traffic now. It's he's really focused on those paid communities. So I've started questioning the free community model.
Plus it was like, I'll be honest, trying to get people to join and then go log in, go to the free toolkit and get through it. The numbers were crazy bad. It worked when I work it, meaning I'm in the business every day, getting people to actually take action.
Over the last 60 days, I took paternity to help Kelsey and our newborn. And I'll show you the numbers, but I was like, wow, this is pretty crazy. I've been saying that this is an automated community ascension model and it hasn't been.
So I made the switch and I'll show you guys what that looks like. But anyway, the message is more important. And I think a lot of people try to go do content and ads without having the right message.
But I know the message. I know what converts. I know what works.
Now we have data to prove it. But it's basically calling out who you work with and having a prerequisite. You know, is it if you help coaches, maybe it's just helping establish coaches.
We're getting a step later. Like I work with coaches that are making at least $10 ,000 per month that want to get to $100 ,000 per month. Very specific.
compared to coaches. Right. But anyway, I show, I said, show you guys the ads I use to run to our toolkit.
These are the four ad creatives that I currently have running. So ads run directly to the toolkit. Obviously I have it promoted organically as well.
But here's the ad path. I'm using lead forms on Facebook. Why I like this is because I talked about the right versus wrong.
In the past, I never had qualifiers as far as the messaging I would. But now if people actually go through this process, I'm only sending data back to Facebook, Instagram called Meta, back to Meta that is, I'm like, don't show it to people that answer the questions like this. only show it to people like the people answering the questions up here.
So now it's qualified leads and they're getting the information in real time. So anyway, people click on my ad, they answer a few questions, name and email, they click this button and it brings them right to our toolkit. Okay.
Our free resource, our one page, no login webpage. Now if it's organic, here's the funnel. So just a simple one page.
First name, email, you could do phone number or not, but it's asking the same kind of thing. This is the qualifier. So now you could actually collect like who are the leads that are coming in.
If you do decide to eventually run ads, you have that data, you have that list, go upload that list to ads and create a lookalike audience and a buyer's list. And you could make, you could do so much more with it. So even if you're not running ads, we give.
our clients, this exact funnel template for their free resource. And you can start gathering that. So when you are ready to even start at a couple of dollars, what is it?
$5 a day, but it's realistically, you're gonna need a little bit more to start getting traction. But you could, you can start at $5 a day, start getting a couple of leads a week. But here's what's most exciting.
Screw content, screw ads that are spending my dollars at least. Let school promote your platform. Search and discovery.
We get a lot of traffic from search and discovery on school. But this is what excites me most. School spending their money to grow my community.
Like I said, as of recently, this was working. I saw my ads for my free community and then they stopped. And then hearing CM Ovens, who's the owner of school, creator of school, recently saying we're going to favor paid communities.
And I've already been thinking about it over the last 60 days. So I did. I switched my free community to a paid community.
And now I've unlocked level two. So I got one paying member. We got more than that, but I got my first one the first day.
And now I got these custom ads that school created for me. And now I even see school running ads to my paid community. And we're getting people to pay to join our community.
This is so cool. So even without me doing content or running my own ads. I could at least get some traction and then I could work up to level three.
Once you get 10 paying members and you hit some requirements here, they will give you a dedicated ad spending a thousand dollars a day to grow your community. Pretty remarkable. And why would they do that?
Well, they want more users on the platform. So they, they will reward good community creators and they're going to spend money anyways. But if you have a great community and you bring people to the platform and you get them to stick on the platform, That helps them get to their goal of having a billion users sooner.
And that is their goal. All right. And you could decide how much traffic you want.
So the toggle in your settings that could show you how much do you want to offer them to put back into ads? Again, not your money, but you will give them some of the reoccurring that they could reinvest for you. But they're doing all the work.
So anyway, maybe at some point you get a lot of traction. You're like, okay, I had no ads. Now I want to keep a hundred percent.
I'm going to go run my own ads. But for the time being, for most people, I think this is a win -win. All right.
Part two lurkers versus action takers. So you understand the traffic that we're sending to our free resource. But here's the problem.
When I flipped my free community to paid, I obviously can't host my, my toolkit in the free community anymore because it's a paid community. But this isn't just about actions, about the right actions versus wrong actions. So when you look at the old path that I've been running, I have ads and content running to a free group, right?
Our free school community where they can go to the classroom, access the free toolkit. The hope is that they love the toolkit. They finish it and they buy a ticket to my live event.
And then they, for the people who have, want to see the private invitation to work with us beyond the five days, there's that option. This has worked great for me for a long time. until it didn't.
And the broken part is this. It was the free group part, like I told you guys. So I pulled the plug on the free community after seven years.
And I do believe that we get rewarded by following what platforms want most. You get rewarded on Facebook and Instagram and TikTok when you do more of what they want. School right now wants more paid communities.
And look, you can make it a dollar to join, a dollar a month. You can make it up to $10 ,000 or $10 ,000 a month. Obviously, if you want to get more people in, find a price point that works for you.
We've settled on $47 a month for now, going up to $97 a month at the end of next week. So our paid commute would be $97 a month. And I do believe it's the winning strategy moving forward.
So the idea was we have a free community. We sell paid offers. That's again, worked for seven years.
I had my first Facebook group, 2019 to 2022, moved it to school in 2022 and have had it ever since. But again, marketing has shifted. So I must shift.
And that's why I killed the free community. Don't get me wrong. It's still there.
But it's now a paid community. School favors paid communities now. They're running ads, spending their own dollars to grow our paid communities.
But that problem that I faced is what do I do with the free lead magnet? I can't have it in there anymore. So here's what the path looks like.
Ads. Lead form I showed you guys, they're getting emails to join the school. Now they got to join the free school.
They got to go to the classroom. They could watch lessons. And so less and few people were doing that action.
So I decided to kill it. Here's the numbers over the last 60 days when it was free. We got 975 leads.
How many joined the group? only 310, a third of them joined the free school community. Only three went through the process of going through the toolkit and buying a ticket to the challenge.
Hands off. Again, this was me completely absent from my business, raising my baby son, who's just about to turn two months old. But now I'm back and I'm realizing, all right, we got to make adjustments.
This is now a paid community. Cause I don't want this. And then you guys probably experienced this.
How many people are you getting to your free community? What's actually, how many of them are actually joining and doing anything? The platform's changed.
And the problem was more steps were getting in the way between lead and the lessons I want them to watch the training. It was more friction. I also heard this from a few people.
I just filled out a form and now I got to create a school account. I got to fill out even more questions. Like what am I even getting access to?
And it's free. So there's no real. Why would they jump through all these hoops to get access to?
So the one word, the enemy is friction. I'd make another account, all this stuff. Most of them were never making it to the toolkit that I was promoting.
So I kept the exact thing the same, the same exact lead magnet, but I removed the door in the way. So now what do I do with that? Where do I deliver the freebie?
How do I get them access to the toolkit? Like you said, most of you guys have seen this. If not, I'm gonna give you a live demo and show you right now.
I built this in under an hour using ChatGPT. And I asked it, I'm like, hey, here's my problem. Here's what I have.
I just wanna make a no login webpage. They don't have to sign up. They just, once they opt in, whether it's from an ad or content or funnel, it immediately redirects them to this webpage and they get instant access and they can actually start watching right away.
And now the goal is that they watch this and it's converting paying customers around the clock for me. Same thing my old toolkit was doing, but without the door in front of it. So free to pay it on autopilot.
More than half the people were avoiding the free community login. And we showed you it was actually two thirds. So now I'm paying triple to get somebody to join the community.
Now there's zero friction. Another thing is when the toolkit in the community, people would log into the free community and now they gotta go find the thing. Now with this one page, no login website, it's immediately in front of them.
It's the only thing they can do. They're not getting distracted by communities and all the things going on, all the tabs. And then the goal is they watch it and they come to the paid community.
That's it. All right. So I rebuilt my entire front end lesson, less than an hour because I was just moving it.
That's really it. There's no login for them. There's no wait, no searching for a lesson.
In fact, now there's AI chat built into it. So if they have a question, they can talk to it, which is pretty cool, which is here, ask the coach. So they can click immediately and they're here watching, just like many of you guys have seen.
And I want to give you guys a copy of this so you can reverse engineer it and go build your own no page login. And some of you guys were asking, what about the tech? Where do I host it?
All that chat GPD does it. If you have Claude, Claude will host it. You don't need these external tools.
And you're like, how do I connect it to domain? You talk to the tool. I was like, chat, how do I get my domain connected?
It's like, here, just click here, connect it. I got you. Right.
Boom, done. So anyway, really, really cool. That's the web live website.
I'm not only getting people to watch this training here, but the second tab is socials. I'm getting more followers. So I'm sending traffic to this one page.
Let's say they don't watch. Maybe I'll get some of them to consume my other content, right? That 7 -11 -4 rule, more pre -selling, more pre -nurturing, getting to know, like, and trust what I do.
You can see I have a training at the end. Some of you guys are here because you clicked on the toolkit and you registered for the training. And I could update this anytime I have a new free training that I'm doing.
Reviews, people check out my proof. They can give me reviews. They can submit a question.
And then they could talk to the coach and the coach can answer questions. There are scope and limits and boundaries that I told it like what it can and can't do. And it will even say, hey, if you really want to go further on this topic, you should consider joining.
Doug's community, right? So it's actually a sales agent hidden as a, I'll help you. And it does, it helps, but it's also going to invite to join our paid community.
So it's like a salesperson on my website, 24 seven, three 65. And then you have the backend data. I'll tell you what school couldn't do.
It could kind of do some of this, but it didn't give me all this analytics. This thing that chat should be T built has live data. And I'll show you guys behind the scenes here in a moment.
But it took me less than an hour to build this. And most of it was me writing the prompt I'll give you. And back when, before last week, it was lead form, emails, log in, join school, create an account, classroom, multiple steps.
Now it's just click the button, you're on there. So much easier to deliver. They can watch it without creating an account.
And the next step is more clear. The call to action is very clear. Join the community, which is a paid community now.
And this content can work for me while I'm offline. If I took a week off right now, I'm still getting leads to that page. They're still going through it and they're joining and buying.
Pretty cool. There's also a clear place to start and a path to continue. The call to action, join communities above and below each lesson.
They click here and they can start a free trial to join our paid community. And the whole idea is to help people. prove the concepts I demonstrate, and then invite them to do it with me.
So here's this new front end map. Not much has changed. We just took the free hub out of the free community, got rid of it.
Content adds to the free hub. They get quick wins. They could join a live presentation like this and see a paid offer.
And honestly, if I wanted to evergreen this, I could, I just, I don't, I like, it's like one hour out of my day to make the most amount of effort and results, not for my business, not just for my business, but for yours as well. So now people are finding and they're using this hub. It's only been up for a couple of days.
But here's what happened in three days. This hub has sold 57 people to join my challenge starting on Monday. Put C2C in the chat.
If you guys are already registered for the challenge. You'll know because you paid $27. Just give me a C2C in the comments if you guys are already in.
All right. If you're not, I would love to invite you if that's cool with you. But first, let me finish what we're doing here today.
Okay. It's been a few months since I've done a workshop. I'm super excited about this one because a lot has been so much more clear for me and the freedom.
I really want to continue to build my business and help you do the same. We have nine paying customers in the community now. So 57 people, nine people already in the last couple of days, I think it's been two days since I've made the community paid, have joined the membership.
So yeah, 57 tickets in three days versus three tickets that the free community sold with the same strategy in 60 days. So the 60 days I was off, we only sold three challenge tickets. This new one's already sold 57.
Pretty crazy, right? free community with a free toolkit hidden buried versus just getting them to the toolkit with no login, no account, pretty big difference. Uh, that's 19 X reported ticket count.
And that's also, you know, three days versus 60. Okay. So, um, the idea is you let them experience the wind before you ask for their commitment.
And don't get me wrong. There's people have been there to that page and probably left and that's okay. It's still filter.
filtering the right people out. Here's a quick live demo. You guys saw it visually, but I want you guys to see it here live on the page.
You guys will get the exact prompts I gave chat to do this. It's only a couple exchanges. Honestly, it was like, Hey, what do you know about my toolkit?
Okay. So it tells me what it knows. And then I said, here's what I need.
I have this in my school community. I gave it a picture. I want to make a one no login webpage with the menu and the button to join my paid community.
And I just gave it all the links and the lessons. And this is what it gave me as its first picture. And then it just started building the prompts.
And then at the end of the four prompts, I said, okay, can you build this? This is when I found out it can. I didn't need a tool like lovable.
It's like, okay, then build it. You already know exactly what the prompts are. Let's build it.
That's it. That was the whole conversation. I'll give you guys the prompt here at the end.
But yeah, here's what it created. So now I got my free training. who i am everything about what i do why i do it and most importantly what's in it for them that's one thing that will help you get people continuing to watch it's my exact frameworks at the end it invites them to join join become a customer i've got you know you have social proof you could highlight that here below each video you can have a pinned post so you have people going through and finishing it commenting.
So everything a community could do, but they don't have to log into this. Look, if I just go to the link, it's boom, immediately no login. I added tools.
I thought this was cool because I pay for tools just like most of you guys do. I have affiliate links for these tools, just like many of you guys do. So if you create this.
go add a tools tab and don't put everything. But like, these are the tools that I explain how I use them when I've been using them since and why I would recommend it. And these are my affiliate links here.
All right. Then down here, I have trainings. So simple tab again, hopefully people click, even if they don't end up buying from me, they might go use a school or click funnels or whatever.
They might come and follow me on social media. If they leave this page and never come back. even though they're on my email list now, and I'm going to make sure I do everything I can to get them back to this page.
I'll talk about like free value, like my free trainings and putting the recordings on here, stuff like that. They can submit questions. No one's got questions yet, which is crazy.
Yeah. Like if you do use this, but what I've got this to do is when people ask questions, I get ideas, inspiration for more trainings and free content, YouTube videos, things like that. People click here, see my reviews or give me a review.
And then of course the call to action, join the live workshop or call the client challenge starts in two days. And anytime I'm running this live again, if I decide to run it again, this will update. So it sends people right to where I want the most.
And we have call to actions, join the community, right? Now this is a paid community. People can click and join and people have right from this one page.
But here's what's cool for you. If you recreate this and you build your lead magnet, which again, ChatGPT can do all this. You don't need to go get a software to build this.
You just tell it what you're looking for. That's the beauty of these tools now. I can see all my activity on the back end, 30 days.
It hasn't been 30 or 90 days, but I can see seven days. I can see 24 hours, 166 people visited this in the last 24 hours, lesson views, everything. I could also edit and change everything here, which is pretty dope.
So anyway, for a user, it's easier. For me as a creator, wanting to see how this is performing, you can do this too for your own example. So that's the demo.
Final part here is conversion mechanism. Look, some of you guys can easily set up a simple page and essentially they're watching these lessons. You can make an offer in and around this video and sell stuff.
But the reality is if you're selling something more premium. thousand dollars, even a couple hundred dollars might be a hard sell for some people. They still, they're kind of sold, but it's going to be easier to get them to do something like buy a paid ticket to a workshop or a membership, a low ticket membership.
But if you sell something premium, I believe that there must be an additional conversion mechanism. Right. And that could be a webinar, a training.
You guys, you guys, we talked about this earlier, but here's how I would recommend choosing the right one. Here's the difference. I think that conversion mechanism is selling people versus them selling themselves.
I don't know about you guys. I don't want to sell anybody. Not about sales.
I don't really care about that, but I just want people to be sold and sell themselves based on watching content. That's the 7 -11 -4 principle. Right.
You guys want that too, right? You don't want to do sales calls probably. If you are getting on calls, you want them sold when they get on that call.
And so it's not just how they buy, it's how they stay long -term. Because look, if I shut down everything, I just booked calls tomorrow, I could probably get clients. But when I was doing that, I realized how little for a short amount of time do they stay?
Because I had to convince them. When they convince themselves, they stick long -term. And I've had clients that bought for me one too many, going through this exact It's a free course to a paid workshop, and they've been clients for seven years now.
So every stage has a different job, right? Attention, trust, leave, decision, customer. The presentation is where the pieces come together, in my opinion.
People can buy from that simple webpage, but I believe the people that really stick with me long -term are who attend my live presentations. I believe that one compelling presentation can speak to many buyers at once. First is getting on one -on -one sales calls with people who are not pre -sold.
So one -to -many or one -to -one? One -to -many, I'm sorry, many -to -one is like post DMs, getting on one -on -one calls, follow -ups, repeat. One -to -many is what I'm doing today, talking to a room of people.
That's one offer, one presentation, one room. And it's repeatable. I could technically download this and run the replay on automation system, but I just...
For me, it's easier and it's just better to meet people, honestly. So do you guys remember, we've been talking about this a lot today. Do you remember the 7 -11 -4 rule?
People must spend seven hours consuming your content across 11 touch points in four locations to become a customer. Now, presentations do this. Not only have they gone through your content and possibly your toolkit, like I showed you, like my version.
But now they're coming to a paid experience, whether it's a low ticket membership or they're buying a ticket to something like a paid workshop, masterclass or challenge. So the free training hub gets into a presentation that does all of this in one go. And that's why I can meet somebody on a Monday and they're a client by Friday, sometimes less for the right person.
So the question is, which one should you choose? Right. And.
I'm not going to tell you which one, but here's some basics that could help you. If you said you have no offer, by the way, and no audience, this is what I did. I started doing a free training every week.
Some of those trainings were me just talking to people, connecting, getting them talking. Then I would learn something. I would teach something.
I really love the idea of building presentations. And that's what I did in 2019 that grew my audience. Then I did a webinar, right?
I had an offer a little under a thousand. So give or take, right. But webinars people say they're the best, but my experience, if I have an offer, that's 10 grand.
It's way less, it's harder to convert someone from an hour presentation to buy a 10K offer. That's just reality. But with challenges, I've been able to sell a 30K offer one -to -many without sales calls.
Why? Because the time in the room together, the momentum that you get them in that experience. It's like going on a coffee date versus going on a vacation with somebody.
You get to know them much more. You know what I'm saying? So anyway, free trainings, great.
A presentation to start if you're using the grow list and figure out what you want to offer. Webinars are great for an offer between one to two, give or take. This is a 60 to 90 minute presentation to enroll one to many.
Then you have challenges. This is my bread and butter. This is what I do and I've been doing for seven years now since I did my first one by accident.
Selling more premium offers. One hour per day. You could do three -day, four -day.
I like five days. One -hour day for five days builds a ton of momentum and trust and gets people real results. And if they get results in that container, they're going to want to stay with you and go beyond that five days.
And you make an offer one -to -many. Virtual events, I haven't done a ton, honestly. I've done free trainings, webinars, challenges.
But I've seen people do two -day events, summits, all these kinds of things. So you just choose. If this feels better for you to do a one -day workshop, here's the way I look at a three -day event.
People hear five -day challenge, they're like, that's a lot of time. No, it's five hours. A three -day event could be five up to eight hours a day I've seen.
Even if it's that five hours a day time, so that's 15 hours. That's triple the amount of work of a challenge. So anyway, it just depends on who you're serving and what your price is and what you're able and willing to do.
That's the reality of it. But no matter what we talked about in the beginning, are you willing to do trainings live and or automate them? And most of you guys said yes.
To attract, present and enroll with fewer moving parts. This is what stops people though is, but how do I present and how long do these presentations take? Is everybody?
I know I go long and people start dozing off here. I hope you guys are still here. Let me pause here and ask you, what if I could get you access to something that will do these things for you?
Just give me a show me in the comments. Just show me if you're still here paying attention. And this would build your free trainings.
Just like I'm doing a free training today. My tool built this. Webinars, challenges, virtual events, multiple day virtual events.
I built a tool for it. Why? Because I do this.
And the longest thing it does to do this model is building presentations. Even though I love it, it takes a long time. So I built EventStack AI.
This is a tool that's only given to my highest paying clients right now. I've never done this, but the reality is I just want to help people come experience our workshop and not give you a workshop that I just teach. But every day you are leaving with something built and one hour per day for five days, you will use event stack to build your presentation.
And I don't see an outlines like you're going to leave with your slides done. If you already have a presentation, maybe you're great. Maybe you've done a lot of events.
But I know that I'm a student of this. I've been obsessed for seven years of studying the best of the best presentations, all kinds of presentations. This thing's built on seven years of data and it'll build these types of events for you.
Free training series, webinars, five day challenges and virtual events. Check this out. You do have to answer some questions, but here's what we do in the workshop.
I help you get the answers. to these questions each day you fill this information you hit next and it builds your entire event outline so whether you choose free training you want to create a free training you want to focus on a webinar a challenge or some kind of virtual event i want you to choose one for our five day workshop one hour per day you're going to fill out this and it's going to build your entire event outline and most people would stop there what do you do with an outline creates more work for you.
So I solved it. It's going to build all of your promotional content, your promotional emails, your fulfillment emails, your ad creatives, your sales funnel copy, your slide presentations, and even your presenter guides. And here's what it could look like.
You could customize the slide builder in my tool and you could export these as Google slides, PowerPoint, Canva, PPTX, which is basically the global export for slides. You could upload and present them from anywhere.
And you are going to leave with your slides built. And I think that's the most powerful thing that I can help you with in a five -day workshop is leave with your first or next presentation, whether it's a free train to grow your audience, or you want to do a webinar by the end of this month or by the end of the year, I'd hope you do it by the end of the year.
You have it done. Maybe it's a five -day challenge and you want to come see how I run a five -day workshop and model that. Because to me, That's the best event to run.
It's what I've done for years. So here's what the invitation is for you guys today. Build your winning sales presentation with me live next week.
And I'm going to give you access to event stack as a bonus to do this during the event. I've never opened that up before this workshop. It's only been for clients, client only software.
One hour per day, Monday through Friday. If you can't be there live. Go watch the recording, follow the action steps, and you're going to build your presentation.
Okay. You don't need more funnels. You don't need more content.
You definitely don't need sales calls. I want to help you build the path that delivers value and create one repeatable presentation that converts. That's the hold the client method.
And knowing the model, I showed you the whole model today. So we're not going to do that in the workshop. You already know what it is.
We're going to build it. So like, that's the difference. Like today, yeah, you can leave with some ideas and some notes.
I don't want you to leave with that. I want you to leave and have this done with me. So what could stop you?
I'd imagine if you guys aren't in the workshop yet, there's like, I don't have time. I won't be there live, all of that. And you probably don't have time because you're out here doing all these crazy things, trying to grow a business when all you really need is one presentation.
Get that done with me next week. If you can't be there live, you get the replays. Same day.
As soon as we're done processing it, it's up that same day. Go watch session one as soon as it's processed on Monday. All right.
But what might stop you if you are, I don't know if this is for me. Well, again, you don't have an offer probably. You're like, I don't need a presentation.
I have nothing to sell. You might say, I have an idea of what I want to sell, but I don't have leads. I don't know my message to get leads.
You might not have your presentation. If you have a presentation, maybe it's not the best. Maybe, you know, you could improve it.
Maybe it's the fact that you don't hire and get traffic to your presentation or you don't have a system to like take back your time. Maybe you're scared of presenting. Well, you will always be scared of presenting until you go do a free training.
Go start with one free training. But here's what we're going to do. This is why I built the cold, the client workshop.
It's exactly why I built this. Okay. Five days, one hour per day, you will leave with your entire one -to -many presentation system built and not just outlined, but built.
That's the whole goal of this, to make it repeatable. One presentation on repeat. So in five sessions, you will leave with a bulk enrollment system ready to launch that attracts, activates, and sends strangers into ideal clients so you don't have to do that manually.
So if you don't have an offer, obviously, if you guys have this, we're just going to make everything better. using my event stack tool. But if you don't have an offer, listen, who put no offer?
I invite you. I challenge you to come to this event and try not to have an offer ready by Monday because day one, it's all about creating your offer. If you have an offer, we're going to refine it.
We're going to help you refine it and charge accordingly. Keep it lean to deliver, raise the price. That's the goal.
Day two, no leads. It's probably because you don't know what to say. attract ideal clients.
If you are creating content and ads and you're getting the wrong unqualified leads, I gave you guys a glimpse today. I want to show you like how to take a message that actually qualifies and weeds out the rest. I would say attract the best, repel the rest.
Day two, you will leave with that. Day three, you'll have, you'll literally have your entire presentation done down to your slides. So you'll have a presentation completely done.
One pitch on repeat. That's what you're going to get. on day three of the workshop using event stack.
Day four, traffic. I talked a little about traffic today, but I didn't really show you guys the nuances of setting it up. Whether you choose organic, I want to keep it simple, or you choose paid ads, or you want to get growth boost for school running, we're going to cover all three on traffic day.
Uh, we'll go into some other things like referrals and things like that, but you know, it's either organic or paid. I want to focus on showing exactly what I've done to get traffic and then system. We're going to show you for those who like are ready to go and you want to build a repeatable system to repeat the webinar, the challenge, the free training, the virtual event, whatever that event is that you choose for these five days, I'm gonna help you choose the right one, sell the right offer and build a system to run it on repeat.
That's it. Five days, one hour per day. If you can't be there live, we've got you on the replay.
We're at the top of the hour. I got to jump soon. Theo, drop the link in the chat for these fellas and ladies.
Yeah, check it out, okay? Five sessions with me next week, one hour per day, valued at $297. You're going to leave with your offer, your message, your pitch presentation, your traffic strategy, and a system to scale on repeat.
You get access to our paid community. support and replays this is a limited time offer so it's not for good but we will let you in for the week of the challenge to help you build this um total value 287 Some of you guys were like, how do we come up with what to give EventStack to build that presentation?
Well, you get this app. It's like the appetizer to the main course. This app, it's going to do those things for you.
Instead of giving you a workbook in my workshop, I'm giving you an app that will actually implement the daily action steps. You plug those action steps into EventStack and it builds everything for you. So you're going to get access to that.
You're going to get access to EventStack. That builds out these presentations, scripts, outlines, decks, promotion, emails, everything for you. Bonus number three, you get seven days access to the replay with a general ticket, right?
Why? Because if I give you lifetime access as a general ticket holder, you're going to put this off. And you put this off, you're not running presentations.
We're not solving any problems together. My hope is you show up each day, whether it's live or you watch the recording each day. If you can't.
By the end of the week, you have an additional seven days to go back through everything and you launch. So seven days included. We have a contest.
We make it fun for you actually to challenge yourself to show up. You've got Theo. It's not even in here as a bonus, but you get support from Theo to walk you through and guide you through everything.
It's like, I want you to see what it's like to work with us. And you are working with us this week. So we're going to treat you like a client.
Theo is going to help you hold you accountable to doing this. All right. So that's everything you're going to get one session per day.
We're going to build out your offer, your marketing message, your tire presentation, your traffic strategy, and a system to repeat it using the tools that I give you. Okay. Total investment 297, but it's only $27 today.
$27. This is coming down, by the way. We're almost full.
So in the chat, there's a link, coldeclients .com. Go there. Grab your $27 ticket.
We're going to do exactly what I just showed you. We'll build it live together or in the replay if you can't be there live with us each day. And you can have your $27 back if you don't love it.
Seriously, just reach out to Theo. We don't want your $27. We want you to leave with your presentation done, a presentation that could potentially make you thousands and thousands of dollars.
Done, you guys. It's crazy. And here's what happens.
You go to the order page, $27. Once you're in, we have to invite you to bypass the community paywall. So stay tuned.
We'll get you an invite to join the community. You're going to have access all of next week and the following week to build this thing together. This is live right now.
I don't know if I'm going to run this again in November or December, but it's live right now. Um, if I sell a recording, it's going to be 10 times more, more than that. So two 97 for the recordings and they're not getting access to the tools that I'm giving you.
I do that because I want to incentivize those of you who are actually doing this in real time. A hundred seats available. I think we're more than half full, uh, 57 plus whatever we had before.
Yeah, we're very close. Uh, and Q4 is here, right? I want you guys running presentations in the next.
next two weeks, if possible, start with something simple and free. But for most of you, I want to help you run a presentation before November and before December and preferably both, because this is where your buyers are looking to buy your offer. If you wait till January, guess what happens?
I know from my data. January is by far the slowest month of the year. Now's the time they're looking for their next coach, their next person.
And you are that person. If you don't get a presentation out there to present your offer the right way, you're going to end up in January struggling. So let me help you now.
So you have a repeatable presentation going into the new year. That's what this is all about. Cause you don't need a bigger business.
You need a simpler one. All right. So I'll see you guys in the next challenge.
We start Monday. Monday. That's literally three days away.
So once you're in, we'll get you access. You can start going through the training that we have inside of the community. It's a welcome video and we have one simple action step for you to get started before Monday hits.
All right. And that's the thing. I don't want to sell you guys another course that you'll never finish.
This is focused time, one hour per day. I promise you, you have an hour a day because you spent. probably a couple with me this week watching my trainings.
The difference between this and the workshop is we actually give you the tool that builds your presentation. So there'll be a little bit of training, but mostly implementation. And that's the whole beauty of why I do workshops.
I don't sell courses. I sell workshops because we get it done. That's it.
Because when you buy courses, you'll think I'll get this done when I have time, a live challenge. You just watch, make a decision, do the task, and you leave with real tangible results and assets. And that's the whole thing.
You guys are building a business that doesn't need you on sales calls all day long. That's what I want to build together. So coldoclients .com forward slash go hyphen C2C.
This is the direct order page, by the way. If you go to just coldoclients .com, it's more details, but who needs more details? Either in or you're out, you make a decision.
you have enough information. I'd imagine at this point, um, the, the main pages for people that have not seen this presentation, they don't know what this thing is. So if you know, you're in $27, just go to cold, the clients .com forward slash go hyphen C2C.
That's it. Uh, look forward to working with you guys. Um, prompt pack.
Here's what I'm gonna give you guys in the chat before I wrap up. Um, this is the toolkit. So I have a little incentive for those of you guys who actually go through the toolkit and finish all these things.
Here's my chat GPT conversation that built this exact page. And here are the prompts, the four prompts right here. What you could do with this is just give this to any AI that you use and say, hey, give him a screenshot.
This is Doug's no login web page lead magnet. Here are his four prompts. right?
Can you build this version for what I do? I guarantee that one statement right there will go just build your exact version of this pretty beautiful thing. Um, especially if the AI that you're using knows you and your business and all your things, it'll just help you with that.
Okay. Even if you don't have videos yet, just have it go build the frame and the shell and then ask it, okay, well, what videos should I film for this thing? And it will just give that to you.
So, uh, this is my gift to you guys just for being amazing. I hope you love it. If you love this, oh man, like talk to people who, who experienced our workshop.
Like, um, I do give a lot because I want to see you get the result. And, um, it's not that a lot is needed. It's just like the right things are needed and I don't hold back, especially for $27.
You can't go wrong. Um, but in the chat, make sure you, you guys click this and make a copy before you leave in the next five minutes. Cause I do have to run.
Um, So here's the thing. If you guys have questions, I would love to stick around, but I've got guests.
I can hear them laughing with Bennett downstairs. I'm having FOMO. That's why I do these types of businesses.
So I don't have to do more than what's required. But here's the thing. I want to meet with you guys.
All of you that are joining the workshop next week will get time with me live, especially if you guys are in our pre -session for VIP. um but if you have questions what i want to see is you guys use this go to the um questions tab and submit a question what i'll do probably not immediately today but some point before monday i'll come in here and answer all of your questions very thoroughly um yeah come in here go through the toolkit before we start monday this is going to get you everything you need reverse engineer it think about how you can set up your own version where are you leading people to I hope you love it.
And then join the challenge and we'll continue building the next piece. So this is the lead magnet. Next week, we're going to talk about the conversion mechanism, which is the most important piece.
This pre -sells, tracks and pre -sells leads. The conversion of mechanism gets them to buy your offer. Okay.
And then do this while we're here. If you guys do have questions, drop them in the chat right now. I'll take a screenshot.
Uh, just cause I, I hate the idea of leaving you guys hanging on questions, but, um, drop, drop your question right now. Um, anything about the toolkit, about our lead magnet process, about what you guys see me doing right now. Um, and then specifically if there's anything holding you back from joining the challenge, I think I covered everything of what might be holding you back.
Maybe it is something different. Um, offer got you covered on Monday, your marketing message, Tuesday presentation bill on Wednesday traffic strategy. Thursday, Friday system to repeat it.
Um, if you're sold on the idea of getting a message out there to a group of people making offer without sales calls, I promise you, this is the most freeing model I have found. And I practice what I preach and I wouldn't sell you anything that is other, uh, going to take that freedom away from you. Um, do we get access to the stack tool for the general ticket also?
Yes. Yup. That's, uh, That's kind of a live bonus.
I usually make it VIP required. But yeah, you guys all get an event stack for the week to help you build your presentation. What's the difference about the call to client challenge than the one we just did before you had your baby?
A lot. I mean, I'm updating everything. Think about it.
My model doesn't change. My model is one to many presentations. So a lot of that's the same.
But the biggest difference now is what you guys see me doing. to present um without a free community strategy i think that's going to be a big upgrade uh i'm eliminating the free community i just think it's it's there's a right time and place to have a free community but if you want to actually grow customers like the whole purpose of my free community is to deliver the lead magnet um i've thought about building on a web page but then i gotta go build it and take a week maybe more to build it but there's ai now And a new use of AI that I didn't realize was there even two months ago, which is chat GPT and or Claude can now just build this stuff.
You don't need lovable. You don't need these other tools. It just connects them automatically.
And maybe there's billing involved. I pay, I know this, I pay chat GPT 20 bucks a month. So I don't know.
It's built into that, I guess. So yeah, basically all new content, same frameworks, free trainings, webinars, challenges. one too many presentations.
I want to help you build your version of your own. And I'll say this, if you came through my last workshop and maybe you did some things, maybe it felt good. My question is how many presentations have you actually run in the last two to three months since I've done a workshop?
If the answer is none, that's the problem we look at solving, not learning more. It's doing this and actually doing it the right way and feeling confident in that. That's the best thing I could give you.
And I know this. By showing up repeatedly in a room of someone who's doing what you want to do, you have this belief shift that you can do this too. It's nothing magical that I do.
It's just the actual activity, the experience of doing it together. That's what's happened for me. When I couldn't make $10 ,000 online, I got in a room of people making $10 ,000 a day and it shifted my belief.
When I never could imagine making $100 ,000 a year or a month. I got in rooms with people doing that and you just keep showing up and it becomes obvious that if they can do it, you can too. Even if you have these doubts, which you probably still will, they start to fade after a while if there's enough proof and evidence and belief in the room.
And that's why I love the live experiences. So yeah.
Do you sell or have tool stack for membership for general? No, no, I don't offer a trial. I don't offer that tool monthly.
The only way to get it is to be a client of ours up until now, up until now, you do get to try it out when you buy a ticket to our challenge. So that's my way of, this is why you want to know why if you guys are thinking about building tools, if I go publicly and give people a free trial or even a monthly subscription to use event stack, they're going to do nothing with it.
And I don't want them to do nothing with it. When you come to this event, you will not only know it in and out, but you're going to use it and you're probably going to keep using it. Here's how I use it.
I built my five day challenge called the client challenge. That was six months ago. Then I built a webinar that can sell tickets to that challenge, just like this one you guys are in today.
Ongoing, once you have like a conversion event, whether it's a webinar and or a challenge. How you could still use EventStack is free trainings. So for example, I don't want to change my workshop.
I don't want to change my offer. I don't even want to change the webinar. I use EventStack to keep coming up with ideas for free trainings.
Because think about even the toolkit, the one pager. Somebody saw it already. Why would they go back to it?
Here's how I'm scaling. I was going to go into this because I do got to go and I keep talking.
You guys will see this. If you're on my list, I love doing free trainings. I'll continue doing maybe a couple of months.
Every time I do a free training, I won't send out the replays anymore. I'll upload them to my toolkit, no login page. So it'd be a resources tab with previous trainings.
And every time I do one, I could just send people to that video link. And you might think, Doug, why not just send to a YouTube channel? Let me ask you, when's the last time you guys watched a YouTube video and went searching in the comments and tried to find the comments and try to find the link they're talking about?
You got distracted by another video before they could even go to what you want. You forgot what you were going to do. Yeah, that happens to me at least.
Every week I have a reason to email my list saying, hey, brand new free training. Check it out here. Where am I sending them?
I'm sending them to the no page login, my hub, my training hub, the place that carries all the value. And they can go back and watch it. Who knows?
Maybe they see a button on the page to buy a ticket to my next one. Maybe they join our paid community. That's the whole idea.
So event stack, you could keep creating ideas and presentation slides for these types of free trainings. So that's how we use it ongoing. I did the free trial to event stack last time, but now it's going to charge me to use it.
Do I get another free trial to go through the challenge again? That's a good question. I don't know if you, if you canceled your trial, which I assume you canceled your trial, right?
Because yeah, you're probably gonna start a new trial. I'm not sure if it will let you do that again. But here's the reality.
I don't want you guys using a tool and canceling it. Like use the tool. Maybe it will take you paying the little amount that it is to use it and actually build something.
But let me think about that. But yeah, most of you guys can start a free trial. I have to send you guys the invite link for that anyways.
I'm going to send that out on Monday. So Monday you'll get it. Don't go sign up.
I don't think you can. I'll send you an invite link. So Mel, if I, if I send you a link, you should be able to override that free trial and start your seven days for the workshop and get building right away.
Let me look into it. I'll get back to you on that. All right, cool.
If you haven't joined the call the client challenge, there's not much more I can say to help you in this. If it's doubts holding you back, give me five hours, one hour a day for five days and see what happens to those doubts. Okay.
You're going to leave a presentation. My hope is that you will present it, but don't even think about that. Like don't even think about the next step.
Just get it built because that's momentum. You can't think about presenting something that's not built. Show up next week.
You'll do more in five hours than you have probably in 30 days, probably more. And now you have this momentum. It crushes beliefs.
You feel good. And then we could talk about solving the next problem. That's all I got for you guys.
Colderclients .com forward slash C2C. Grab your ticket.
go to the chat right now. I'll drop it one more time. Make sure you guys get the free resource for today and about 30 seconds.
I'm going to end this room and both links will be gone. So just save them for, uh, yeah. So you don't lose them cold class .com.
Um, other than that, you guys that are in the challenge, keep an eye out for an email of our kickoff call 30 minutes on Sunday and Monday, we officially start session number one to refine your offer. All right. You guys have a wonderful weekend.
I'll see you guys all soon. Bye everybody.
The Hook

The bait, then the rug-pull.

The title promises a one-hour AI build and 57 sales in three days. The substance is simpler and more useful: a free course hidden behind a community login lost almost every lead, and putting the same course on a page with no login fixed it.

Simplest Funnel vs Freedom Funnel

  1. Simplest: Lead (cold) to Sales Call (skeptical) to Client (warm)
  2. Freedom: Lead (warm) to One-To-Many (hot) to Client (ideal)

A book-a-call funnel is fastest to build but gives little nurturing and harder closes. Warming leads with content and then presenting to a group produces buyers who sold themselves.
