Big Idea

The argument in one line.

The value of a frontier chat model isn't novelty demos. It's using it as an execution engine across five business functions: research, scripting, production, monetization, and client delivery.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • You run a coaching business, agency, or content brand and already have an offer, and want AI to speed up research and production rather than replace the offer itself.
  • You want a repeatable system for finding proven content ideas instead of guessing what to post next.
  • You're tired of PDF lead magnets and want to build an interactive tool, like a calculator or assessment, that converts better.
  • You manage content for clients and want to show up with data on what competitors are actually running instead of opinions.
SKIP IF…
  • You're brand new with no product, offer, or existing client base. The video assumes a working business model already exists.
  • You wanted a plain features tour of GPT-6 Astra. This is a business-workflow video, not a model-capability review.
  • You expect copy-paste prompts with no setup. Most of these tools require signing up for GoHighLevel, ScrapeCreators, or vidIQ and going through their own onboarding.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

Most people use frontier chat models to play with demos. This walkthrough treats GPT-6 Astra as a production line instead: a Codex-built dashboard pulls competitor ads and organic posts through the ScrapeCreators API, a Notion-fed swipe file and a vidIQ outlier search supply proven ideas, named prompt 'skills' turn ideas into scripts for short-form, long-form, and ad copy, Codex edits raw footage and builds slide decks and carousels, and GoHighLevel's AI Studio replaces PDF lead magnets with interactive tools like a body-fat assessment. The throughline: skip the toy demos and wire the model into every stage from research to client delivery.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • The cold open frames novelty demos, video games, 3D scenes, as a distraction: they don't pay bills, wiring AI into an existing offer does.
  • A 'corporate espionage dashboard' built in Codex pulls competitor ads and organic posts through the ScrapeCreators API, including hook type, content pillar, and a full ad transcript.
  • An ad still running after 200 days is treated as a signal of profitability worth mimicking, not just something to notice.
  • Every saved Instagram post gets auto-scraped, transcribed, and dumped into a Notion database on a daily 5 a.m. schedule, turning a save-and-forget folder into an actual swipe file.
  • A 'niche hacking' skill scrapes a competitor's top 10 reels from the last 90 days, explains why each one worked, and rewrites the top three in the user's own voice.
  • vidIQ's outlier finder, installed as a ChatGPT plugin, surfaces reels and videos performing far above a channel's normal baseline, including a 1.4M-view reel from a 100K-follower account, a claimed 199x outlier.
  • One student went from about 2,000 followers to roughly $400,000 a year as an online trainer mostly by making his own versions of outlier videos on YouTube and Instagram.
  • A single skill repurposes one YouTube video into reels, carousels, X threads, LinkedIn posts, and email newsletter content in one pass.
  • A voice-brief-to-script workflow, called 'yap-maxing,' exists in two versions: one for short-form talking-head reels, one for long-form YouTube scripts written from a walking brain dump.
  • Named script frameworks, Belief Breaking Diamond, Hook-Proof-Value-CTA, and Non-Obvious Tactical, are stored as reusable prompt skills rather than one-off templates.
  • A rewrite skill trained on a hundred scraped transcripts from one respected creator punches up a weak script or hook on demand.
  • Codex builds hosted 'ChatGPT sites' from a single prompt, and usage costs on those sites are billed to the visitor's own account, not the builder's, unlike API-based tools.
  • Raw footage editing, cutting mistakes and dead air, adding captions, motion graphics, and AI-generated music, runs through two open-source repos plus an ElevenLabs transcription key, and still took several iterations to get right.
  • Interactive lead magnets built in GoHighLevel's AI Studio, like a photo-based body-fat assessment, feed leads directly into the CRM with no webhook required, unlike a separate app builder.
Takeaway

A five-step system beats novelty demos

SYSTEM OVER NOVELTY

The model isn't the leverage: a five-step system for turning proven ideas into scripts, content, lead magnets, and client tools is what actually converts a new release into revenue.

01Cold open: stop playing, start profiting
  • A new model's flashiest demos, games and 3D scenes, are the least profitable use of it; the leverage is in wiring it into work you already do for money.
02The Infinite AI Cash Grab: the 5-step plan
  • A usable AI workflow needs an end-to-end structure, not isolated tricks: find proven ideas, turn them into scripts, produce the content, monetize the attention, and deliver client results.
  • Skipping straight to production without a research step means guessing at content ideas instead of copying what's already proven to work.
03Corporate espionage dashboard
  • A competitor-tracking dashboard is worth building because it captures not just an ad's copy but its run length: an ad still running after 200 days is a stronger signal of profitability than a fresh one.
  • Centralizing every competitor's ads, hooks, and full transcripts in one place turns scattered browsing of an ads library into a habit you'll actually repeat.
04AI swipe file: auto-scraping saved reels into Notion
  • A 'save for later' folder produces zero value until there's a system that scrapes, transcribes, and organizes what gets saved into something searchable.
  • Automating a swipe file on a daily schedule, instead of manually revisiting a folder, is what turns inspiration into a habit instead of a graveyard of unused saves.
05Niche hacking: reverse-engineering a competitor's top reels
  • Reverse-engineering a top performer's top 10 reels over 90 days, and asking specifically why each one worked, produces more transferable lessons than skimming a feed for inspiration.
  • Rewriting a proven format in your own voice, rather than copying it outright, is the difference between adapting a pattern and plagiarizing a post.
06Finding outliers with vidIQ
  • An 'outlier' is relative, not absolute: a video with 40,000 views from a channel with under 1,000 subscribers is a stronger signal than a million-view video from a channel with millions of subscribers.
  • Repeatedly modeling your own version of outlier videos, across both YouTube and Instagram, compounds into real follower and revenue growth over time, per the case studies cited.
07Content repurposing skill
  • One piece of long-form content can seed a whole week of short-form output if it's run through a single repurposing pass instead of manually rewritten for each platform.
  • Repurposing your own content preserves your actual voice; repurposing someone else's requires an explicit instruction to write in your own words, not just extract theirs.
08Yap-maxing: scripts from a brain dump
  • A structured brain dump, not a blank page, is the fastest path to a usable script: talk through the idea, let follow-up questions fill the gaps, then draft it.
  • Separate skills for short-form and long-form scripts exist because the two formats need different pacing and structure, not because the underlying brain-dump process changes.
09Three script frameworks and the Kallaway rewrite
  • Naming a script framework turns a vague sense of 'what makes a good ad' into a checklist a model can grade a draft against.
  • A rewrite pass built from a hundred transcripts of one writer you respect is a way to bottle someone else's editing instincts and apply them to your own drafts on demand.
10King Keto carousels and the social card generator
  • Turning a long-form video into a photo carousel works because the video already contains the words; the tool just needs enough source photos to build slides around them.
  • A simple social-card generator, upload a photo, write a caption, is a low-effort way to turn one line of text into a shareable graphic without touching a design tool.
11Fastest YouTube production workflow: script to slide deck
  • Chaining a script-writing skill into a slide-deck skill removes the manual work of building visuals to match a script that already exists.
  • A slide deck that leans on generated images instead of dense text keeps a presentation-style video watchable instead of turning it into a wall of bullet points.
12Editing raw footage with Codex
  • Automated editing still needs a transcription source; the edit is only as good as the timing data feeding it.
  • Expect to iterate: even a well-specified edit prompt took multiple passes before the output was postable, so budget for revision rounds, not a single-shot result.
13YouTube packaging: titles, thumbnails, descriptions
  • Generating ten title options and having the model rank them beats writing one title and hoping it works.
  • Thumbnail concepts generated from your own reference photos still need a human edit pass before they're ready to publish.
14Interactive lead magnets replace PDFs
  • An interactive tool that gives an immediate, personalized result captures a lead more effectively than a static PDF because it delivers value before the ask, not after.
  • Building the tool inside your own CRM, instead of a separate app builder, avoids the extra step of wiring webhooks to get lead data where you can act on it.
15Building tools for paying clients
  • The same dashboard and tool-building approach used for your own marketing can be repackaged and sold to clients as a deliverable, not just kept as an internal workflow.
  • Client-facing tools that track their own content pipeline give an agency a visible reason for a client to stay, beyond just posting on their behalf.

Terms worth knowing.

ScrapeCreators API
A paid API that pulls ad and organic post data, captions, transcripts, engagement, from Meta and Instagram, used here to power competitor-tracking dashboards and swipe files.
Swipe file
A copywriter's habit of saving high-performing ads or content for reference. Here it's automated: saved posts get scraped, transcribed, and stored in a searchable database.
Outlier content
A post or video that performs far above a channel's normal baseline, used as a signal for which format is worth copying next.
Codex
OpenAI's coding agent, used throughout the video to install prompt 'skills,' build hosted web tools, and edit raw video footage from a single instruction.
Interactive lead magnet
A calculator, quiz, or assessment a visitor can use immediately in exchange for their contact info, positioned as a stronger conversion tool than a downloadable PDF.
GoHighLevel AI Studio
A no-code app builder inside the GoHighLevel CRM used to turn a long text prompt into a working web tool, such as a body-fat assessment, without separate API billing.

chat gpt 6 airsta just dropped and i'm going to show you how you can make some money with it you may have been seeing a lot of different demos from other people where they're making video games designing 3d nonsense and really kind of just playing around with it yeah that stuff is cool but i'm going to show you how you can start making some money with this powerful powerful update give you some context for those of you who are new here my name is brandon carter i've built several multi seven figure businesses i've been on youtube for the past 15 years and have millions of followers across all social media platforms and we're not going to just mess around with this stuff and waste tokens playing games we're going to get some money with it so let's hop right in so i'm calling this the infinite ai cash grab and i'm going to show you how you can start making some money and growing your following with the new chad gpt update now in this presentation i'm assuming you already have some sort of money making vehicle whether it's your own business or your agency or your coaching and you want to use this new technology to supercharge it and take it to the next level and we're not going to be doing silly stuff with it all right if you want to see somebody play around with this stuff then go to another channel this video is not going to be for you
This is for you if you have a game plan to make money already and you want AI to supercharge it. And there's gonna be five steps to this. First, we're gonna talk about finding what type of content we wanna make for our marketing and social media.
Then we're gonna talk about how to come up with scripts using a new update. And then we're gonna talk about actually creating the content with it. Then we're gonna talk about how to monetize with it.
And we're finally gonna end it with ways that you can actually use this new technology to actually deliver better results for your clients. and i don't want that part to be lost upon you if you're not getting great results for your clients then you my friend are a scammer so we have to make sure that that is a focus and i'm going to show you how in this video but first we got to get the clients and to do that we're probably going to have to do some marketing and that's where we're going to start when it comes to marketing if you're a small business you're probably going to be utilizing social media heavily That's organic content as well as paid ads, whether it's Instagram ads, Facebook ads, Meta, Google ads, YouTube ads.
And I'm gonna show you how you can do all of that stuff way better with this new technology. And I'm gonna give you a lot of cool examples and I'm gonna give you a lot of free tools that you can use. First thing you're gonna build with ChatGPT6 is a corporate espionage dashboard.
And let me show you what that looks like. So this is one that I built with all of my competitors and I can see all of the ads that they are running right now. on Facebook and Instagram right from this dashboard.
And not only can I see the ads, when I click on the ad, I can watch it from right here. I can see the caption they have for the ad. I can see the headline and I can actually see the whole transcript.
This is all of the ads that my competitors are running right now. And I can see. how long they've been running the ads so this ad's been running for almost 200 days and that's important because the longer ads been running typically that means that it's been successful so that may be something we want to mimic or at least get inspiration from and i have them all ranked and you can see that some of these guys put out new ads yesterday and i'm always on top of it but i can also see their organic content and some of them aren't loading very well but i can actually see the engagement on it how many views how many comments they got i probably need to refresh it but when i click on the ad i can watch it right here i can go view the original post it's going to break down their hook their hook type the content pillar the core promise of the ad the proof in the call to action and then you also see that it breaks down a full transcript of everything they said and this is important because if you talk to any big companies they know exactly what their competitors are doing
you better believe coca -cola knows every ad that pepsi has on tv they're acutely aware of it they want to see what's working and what's not and yeah you could just go to their pages individually or go to the meta ads library but this is a little better i think because it's all in one place now there's a few tools you're going to need to make this happen obviously the first one is chat gpt6 but you're also going to need an api from this company called scrape creators put like twenty dollars on it get the api from them add that to chat gbt work and chat gbt codex because that's the part that allows us to actually get the transcription and once you have that you're going to put in this super long prompt all right where you put in your niche your industry your competitors their channels and this prompt is super long and you put this into either chad gbt work or codex codex is my preferred and it's going to build you what's called a chat gbt site so a lot of people don't know this but you can actually make a site on chat gbt and they'll host the whole thing for you and that's what this is and you can make it private so only you can access it or you can make it public for other people to access to and guys i'm going to give you this prompt and a bunch of other skills in this video
for free i'm gonna give you like tons and tons of skills and value for free and all you have to do to get it is sign up for a free 30 -day trial of go high level this is the crm that i use to run all of my businesses i've been running this for almost a decade if you sign up for a free 30 -day trial we'll go high level you're immediately going to get emailed and text all the prompts and all the skills in this video the link is in description or you can also just describe to codex what you want and tell chat gpt6 hey man i want to make this kind of board and you guys can go back and forth you can make it on your own right in this video i'm going to show you exactly what's possible if you want the skills that i already made and the prompts i already made then you can sign up for go high level 30 -day free trial you can cancel anytime but it's worth it if you run a business now the next thing we're going to build is what i call an ai swipe file so every professional copywriter they keep what's called a swipe file
which is when they see a good ad or a good piece of copy they save it for something they can use for inspiration down the line and i'm going to show you how you can automatically create your own swipe file just like this but we're going to take it to the next level so i know a lot of you guys you may see content that you want to replicate or make your own version of on instagram and you'll hit that save button maybe save it in a folder just to never look at it again and i used to do the same thing however i'm going to show you how to fix that so i'm going to show you how to build this and what it is is a notion database and every time you save a reel or carousel or anything you want to get inspiration from into a specific folder it's automatically going to dump it into a notion database for you and it'll have a link to it so you can actually click one of these links if you want to actually go to the post you'll see who posted it you can see what their caption is and you can get the whole transcript of their reel
again we're going to be leveraging the scrape creators api for this as well and it's super simple to set this up so all you have to do is dump this skill into codex chat gpt codex you can probably upload the skill to chat gpt work as well and install it and then once it's installed tell it to show you how to set it up and it'll walk you through the whole thing and it'll ask you which folder you want to pick on instagram and then from now on every time you save a video to that folder it's going to get scraped transcribed and dumped into this notion database and the beauty of this is now you never have to worry about what to post because you'll have tons of inspiration at will hey guys this week i'm doing a live training where i'm going to show you how to grow your online business business use ai i'm going to show you how to use ai to actually grow your following get clients and i'm going to show you how to use ai to train clients So they get amazing results.
I've trained over 15 ,000 people, showed them how to grow their own life in this business. And I'm gonna show you two for free. Make sure you click the link in description and register right now.
This is gonna be for you, even if you're just starting out or if you're established, even if you're not certified, even if you've been training people your whole life, you're gonna learn a lot of ways to actually grow your business online. I'm also gonna be giving away some free AI tools you can use to actually come up with your ideas for content, your scripts and your hugs.
And I'm gonna give you some free AI tools that help. edit your content as well. And you're going to get them for free.
Make sure you register right now for the free training. It's going to be live. I'm going to answer all your questions before, during, and after.
Don't miss out, all right? Now, one thing you're going to have to do with this is set up what's called a schedule. So on ChatGPT or Codex, you can set schedules.
And once you have this set up and you walk through it, then you can set a schedule for it to update once a day. I usually have mine updated like 5 a .m. So I'll wake up to new inspiration from stuff I saved the night before.
So this is cool if you're making your own content or if you have an agency and you need to come up with content for your clients. You want to have a swipe file. Imagine you had this kind of swipe file on deck and you can see what all of your clients competitors are doing.
What ads are working the best? What hooks? What angles?
What style of content? What format? Everything is working for them.
You're going to be way more valuable to your clients if you run an agency. Now, the next skill I want to give you is something I call the niche hacking skill. So this is when you find one of your competitors and one of your clients competitors who's actually doing really well on social media and you want to get inspiration from their content.
What you're going to do is you're going to go in here and you're going to install this skill. You're going to install this skill in ChatGPT or Codex just like this. Run this niche hacking skill on Instagram profile.
right and this is one of my boys and here's what it did it analyzed his top 10 reels over the last 90 days and if we go in here you see this dock is going to open up right here where the doc is going to break down what kind of content is working why it's working in the different formats and styles he's using and then guess what it's going to take those top three reels and write them in your own words and write them in your voice is going to automatically do a lot of the work for you right here now again this also utilizes the scrape creators api but the credits are like super cheap for scrape creators now another thing you want to do to grow your social media for you or one of your clients is to make your own version of content that's called outlier content outline content is content that performs way above the baseline and for this we're going to leverage something called vid iq So if you sign up for vidIQ, which I highly think you should, I have had a vidIQ membership for over 10 years, but a lot of people don't know that it also works on Instagram.
So you can install it into ChatGPT as a plugin. Then you can do stuff like this. Use vidIQ to find me some outlier Instagram reels in the fitness niche.
and when it found me 15 instagram outlier reels you see the top one 1 .4 million views is a 199 x outlier which means it did really good and it's from actually one of my students so i have a business called a high ticket trainer where i teach people how to grow their online fitness businesses using ai and my man american stallion he's killing it over here matter of fact i talked to him in july you can see right here i said yo bro how much money you making now man he said like 80 to 90k per month organically so shout out to that brother once we see that this is the outlier reel it got over a million views and he only has like a hundred thousand followers what we can do is copy this go to chat gpt work keep it on astra saying use great creators to transcribe the script of this viral video explain to me why it worked why it did so well then write a version of it for me and my voice for my audience do not copy off of him but just make sure you follow the same format to make what he did work for me all right and then i paste the video all right so it examined his script told me why it's working it wrote me a script and i use chat gpt pretty heavily so it knows i'm 40 and now it wrote me a whole script in my voice which is pretty cool
But also what vidIQ is really great for is finding outliers on YouTube. If I paste in here, use vidIQ to find YouTube videos, outliers in the fitness niche, then it's gonna show me a bunch of them like these and I'll see the thumbnails and everything. Then I can click here and get even more.
Like this one, this one is good, man. This guy got... 40 000 views with less than a thousand subscribers shout out to this dude he did something right but it's cool i can see the thumbnails as well and we want to talk about packaging youtubes with titles and thumbnails later in this video one of my other students cory armstrong he uses this niche hacking he grew his following by making his own version of outlier videos both on youtube and on instagram and when he came to me he had about 2 000 followers he wasn't making no money now he's making like 400 000 a year as an online trainer and most of these are him making his versions of outlier videos it's really a cheat code when it comes to growing your social media and then if you grow your social media you can make a lot of money now that we have a bunch of ways to actually find ideas for content both organic content and ads now we need to turn these into scripts and i have some skills for you that help you do just that for example i have just one skill called the content repurposing skill
and basically you can use this skill to repurpose any youtube video into a bunch of real scripts linkedin posts marketing emails so we're going to do that right now we're going to pick one of my youtube videos let's do this one it performed pretty well then we're going to go into chat gpt codex i want to show you another way to do this and i'm saying use my content repurposing skill on this video dump it in here all right so now look what it did it broke down the video broke down the sections that would make good carousels or x threads reels linkedin posts emails captions it wrote a few reels for me based off the video that i can make and these aren't bad at all some instagram captions some carousel slides x threads or post linkedin post and email newsletter content it was cool i used my own video so it's kind of in my words it's not kind of in my words they are my words but i guess there's nothing stopping you from using someone else's youtube videos again that skill is right here all you got to do is just dump it into a codex chat and say yo install this skill dump the whole zip file in there now the next skill is what i call my yap maxing skill this is great for writing talking head style videos for short forms this is the short form version so when you have like a useful story or opinion you can put into a reel and then
you can just brain dump into ChatGPT and say, yo, use the gap maxing short form skill to turn this into a Instagram real script or YouTube short or TikTok. And I'll show you what one of them looks like because I actually use these skills. Here's a video I posted and it went like this.
20 ,000 steps per day, you will get super ripped. I've been a personal trainer for 27 years and I've trained thousands of people and everyone who has done this has gotten in the best shape of their life. Here's how you fit it into your schedule.
When you wake up, you're gonna walk for 30 minutes. That's gonna be 3 ,000 steps right there. After lunch, you're gonna walk another 30 minutes for another 3 ,000 steps.
Then after work, you're gonna walk for 60 minutes. That's gonna give you 6 ,000 steps. Here's the cheat code.
When you're at work, every hour, you're gonna take a 10 -minute walk. Set an alarm and walk for 10 minutes every hour. That'll give you another 8 ,000 steps.
And if you do that, by the end of the day, you will have walked 20 ,000 steps and burned an extra 800 to 1 ,000 calories. But you still have to have your diet right. If you wanna know the exact calories, and macronutrients you should eat every day to accomplish your goals comment the word roadmap and i'll send you a free ai tool where you can upload your height your weight your age and a photo of yourself and it'll tell you exactly how much body fat you're holding what your body fat percentage is and how long it's going to take for you to hit your goals comment the word roadmap and i'll send it right to you there was one mess up i could have fixed but you know i just let it fly and it still did well 1 .6 000 comments not bad 12 000 repost i did this edit in codex before astra came out so later in this video i'm gonna show you how astra does a way better job than this one because it still kind of up once but the script did well now i have another yap maxing skill this is for long form video and yo almost all of my youtube videos have been filmed with that like the podcast of course haven't and this one with my boy who died that was just
from the heart no script one take but a lot of these other ones almost all these other ones i use my yap maxing skill to actually write the script for me and it works the same way you just open up a new chat and you say hey use my gap maxing long form skill to help me write a script for youtube i'm just gonna brain dump and then when i'm done ask me any follow -up questions you need and then write the script for me and i usually do this when i'm like going on walks or something and i'll just walk around talking to chat and they'll come up with my scripts for me and i think they've been way better since asterisk came out i have a few content script writing skills that i'm gonna give you one is called the belief breaking diamond two this one is really good for ads so you start with a negative hook then you provide some proof you say the mistake most people make the consequences of that mistake you show them a better way the benefit then you do a call to action and you can just brain them and if you miss any of these or if they're not strong the skill will tell you hey we need this or you need to do this better
so i like this one for when i'm writing ads either for me or my clients the hook proof value cta script is really good too that's basically what it is it just starts you off with a strong hook then you have to say some sort of proof give some value then a cta this is good for like real short videos and this is one of my favorite the non -obvious tactical script so it starts with a hook then what's called a super hook then you explain it then you re -hook then you illustrate then you do the application i'm not going to go through all of these but these are really good scripts and you have access to all of them hit the link in description sign up for a free 30 -day trial of go high level i use all of these now here's one of my favorite ones this is the callaway rewrite skill So there's a guy named Callaway.
He's on YouTube, Instagram, and he makes some of the best content about making content, I think. And I went and scraped his top 100 videos, got the transcript, dumped them in to chat jippity and said, yo, turn all this knowledge into a skill. Now, every time I have a script and I want to punch it up some, I'll just say, yo, run the Callaway rewrite skill on it.
And then it'll make it like way better. Almost every time it improves it. Shout out to Callaway.
I cloned you. But that's a sign of respect. All right.
Now we need to build the content. Now, I'm not going to tell you how to film content or take pictures. I think you know how to do that.
But there are some different ways we can use AI to help produce it. And my favorite one is what I call the King Kito's carousel. So I'm going to show you the skill.
i'm going to give you guys a skill but first let me show you exactly how it works so this is one you want to do in codex and here's how it works so basically you install the skill in the codex and then you type hey use the king keto photo carousel skill to make a carousel from this youtube video so this is one of my youtube videos and i put it in here and then it starts to break it down into how many slides it's going to be how many carousels and it says okay i need 13 photos so i just upload 13 photos of me of myself and then immediately pump this out it pumped out these carousel slides that i think look really good and i've actually been posting these on instagram straight spam in this because i can just put my youtube videos in here then it pumps out these carousels in my voice because they're actually my words now In theory, you can do this with any YouTube video.
I just do it with mine because I want to make sure it sounds like me. But with this skill, you can dump in an Instagram reel, a TikTok, an article, or even just brain dump your own thoughts into it. And it'll turn it into short carousels and it'll write the caption for you.
Let me show you. It dumped out the carousels and gave me a zip file to download. Boom.
And then it wrote a caption for me. Listen, I post these as Instagram carousels, but I also post these on the YouTube community tab. Same thing.
I think this is the one I was just looking at. The next tool I want to give you is called the fake tweet generator. So remember I said that with ChatGPT, you can create sites.
So what I did was I could use it to create tools sometimes. And one of the tools I created was this web app called the social card generator. And basically all you got to do, upload an image in there.
And this is the image from my Instagram. you can change from light mode to dark mode change your name king keto that's my instagram i don't even have twitter or x but i just put that on there then you can edit this to whatever you want they see me rolling they hating they trying to catch me riding dirty right you can write whatever you want and i actually post these right i'll post these as like a carousel so maybe i'll just post a few of these maybe some photos of myself with it my girl cta at the end it's dope carousels do real good and these can go in youtube community posts as well you can also get that tool in the bundle of free stuff i'm giving you or you can make one yourself right it's so easy to make your own tools in codex now now the next tool i'm gonna give you is what i call my king keto presentation skill so if you go to my youtube a lot of my videos i'm doing presentations kind of like i'm doing right now and these videos perform pretty well
seems like people are enjoying them i'm doing right now you still watching and how i make these is once i get my script from using my long form yak maxing skill i have it uploaded to google drive and then i'll tell codex to grab that google drive document turn into a slide deck and use my king keto style slide deck on it and what's really cool about this one is i worked with it not only does it make the slide deck it actually creates the images for it too and i like my slide decks not to have a whole lot of words but look it came up with images for me and then it also have like the scripts my script and the speaker notes right i can just keep going this is a video that i'm going to record and post probably later today just going through this but it made all these images for me and i think this is pretty cool it's probably been my easiest youtube workflow to date This is why I've been able to be more consistent lately because of this skill in particular.
And again, you're gonna get that in the skill bundle I have. Now, let's talk about editing videos. The old GPT models were really good at editing videos, but Arista is a different level, a whole nother beast.
So I wanna show you a video that I edited with Codex. I'm just gonna play a little bit of it right now. As somebody who has made millions of dollars online, i've made over 20 million dollars online over the last few years i've been using ai heaven to build my businesses and take it to the next level i want to rank the top ai side hustles you're trying to take it to the next level or even if you have a job right so that's one of them and this video is probably going to go up edited by codex raw maybe i'll post it today i want to show you an example of a reel it edited 20 ,000 steps a day will get you super ripped.
I have trained thousands of people over the last 27 years. Here's how you fit it in to your schedule. When you wake up, walk 30 minutes.
That's gonna be about 3 ,000 steps. After lunch, walk another 30 minutes. That's gonna be another 3 ,000 steps.
After work, you're going to walk for 60 minutes. This one you can do with your family and friends. And that's going to be another 6 ,000 steps.
And here's the cheat code. Every hour at work, if you work eight hours, set an alarm and go for a 10 -minute walk. You just walk around the office.
But if you do that, you will get 20 ,000 steps per day. And you get in amazing shape. It took out all the mistakes, all the pauses, added some graphics that I thought looked pretty good.
And it added the music. it created the music for me so let me show you how you can do this so you're gonna need a few things you're gonna need this github repo it's called video use all you got to do is just copy this url dump it in a codex chat and say install this repo then you're also going to need this other free repo called hyperframes same deal just copy this url dump it in the same codex chat and say yo install this repo video use is probably the best repo when it comes to actually editing your videos hyperframes gives you all the motion graphics that you saw then you need one more thing you need 11 labs and you're gonna have to get an api here it's paid but you only need to put in like ten dollars man it'll go a long way and 11 labs is probably the best at actually transcribing your videos And it needs the transcription so it knows where to place the motion graphics and where to do the edits and how to put the captions on the screen.
Then once you have that, you just type a prompt like here. Use video used to edit this vertical view. Remove all the mistakes, the dead space.
Add captions. Upbeat hip -hop inspired musics. Add motion graphics.
Light sound effects when the motion graphics go. And I had to go through a few iterations. It was like two or three that I wasn't really happy with.
But then... i think on the third one it got it and i actually posted this on instagram i kind of right before this i posted this video right here straight out of codex now let's say you're doing long form youtube videos so this is the skill that i really lean on it's called the youtube packaging skill and this helps you come up with thumbnail ideas and youtube titles and writes your descriptions and the timestamps let me show you how this works so i'll get the transcription from one of my videos dumping in the chat gpt i usually use chat gpt work for this and i'll say this is my latest youtube video run my packaging skill on it and it'll come up with about 10 potential titles then give me which ones i think is the best then it'll write the description for me in an seo pack a search engine optimized description and it'll give me the timestamps and then it'll give me concepts for thumbnails and what i'll typically do is i'll upload two photos of myself and i say yo man for each of the images attached make all the thumbnail concepts for each video and what you'll see is just kind of starts banging them out it gives me ideas for each one of these some of them are like some of them don't i think this was the one i picked
No, I think this was the one I picked, but I needed to change the color of the card and the suit so it stuck out more. And that was the thumbnail I picked. Came up right off YouTube seven days ago.
Not bad. This was the title that the skill came up with and the thumbnail. If you watch the video, you can see I actually used my presentation skill on it as well.
Right, I'm literally giving y 'all all my sauce. I'm not holding nothing back. Now.
here's the thing we talked about getting views and attention and making content but we're not doing it just because we want to make money right we're not high school girls doing this for likes right we either want to do this to grow our business or to help our clients grow their businesses right well a lot of times when you're marketing you'll have something called like a lead magnet you can download a pdf file or a free tool or something but what i think is better than giving someone a free tool is giving them some software that they can use like actually making something they can use right now and i'm calling these interactive lead magnets so these are like calculators if you're in the fitness niche like a calorie calculator or a macro calculator quizzes assessments planner forms actually like tools they can use in exchange for the lead let me show you some examples of those so this is one i created called the rip roadmap and basically how it works is it's like a body assessment
where you upload a photo yourself give it the information they will analyze your body fat tell you how many macros and calories you need and give you a game plan to accomplish your fitness goals based off where you are you where you want to go so we use this as a lead magnet they fill it out the questionnaire i'm a male 43 6 2 current body weight 200 continue then it wants me to upload a photo of myself i'll just dump this one whatever that's the cover of the tool and let's say i want to build muscle it's going to analyze my physique ah but then it's a lead magnet when your leads get to this point yeah they're going to put their name email phone number because they want the assessment right i'm going to put my info in here off screen so i don't dox myself boom now you see what happens right you need to gain 10 pounds of muscle to hit your goal it tells me it estimates my body fat percentage in that photo yeah i can see it tells me how much fat i'm holding tells me how many calories i need to get what protein i need to get the macros gives me a six week plan and then
Have a video sales letter right here and obviously where they can book a strategy call me if I click that It's probably no time available. Oh, there's some time on Friday, man. You could book call me on Friday as unusual.
All right But the beauty of it is now this is a good lead magnet people don't necessarily want to read your PDF file they want a tool they can use right now give them some dopamine right now and how I put this together is I use go high level again You can get a free go high level 30 -day trial from the link i have in the description and once you sign up for that you're going to get emailed and text all the tools and all the skills in this video but when i opened that up i gave it this long ass prompt but i used chat gbt to help me come up with this prompt so what i basically did was i kind of explained to chat gbt what i wanted this web app to do and then i had it interview me until i feel like it had enough information to write the prompt that i put in here it's a long ass prompt it came up with everything and then me and the tool went back and forth a few times but now we got it and the cool thing about doing it with go high level as opposed to lovable or one of these other programs is go high levels my crm so if you use lovable you have to have like complicated web hooks to get the actual information into your crm with this i just put it right in it's just right in there as soon as they fill it out boom they get it right away
you do that by going to go high level you go to ai studio and i have a ton of these right so imagine if instead of giving them your pdf file about diet won't you just give them a full diet plan have them take a quiz and that builds a diet plan for them that's going to be a better lead magnet and again the same thing it's just a bunch of prompts because you don't need to call i vibe coded this here's a macro calculator right again i vibe coded this You put in your height, body weight, goal, and it gives you some information, right?
These are way cooler lead magnets than your PDF, man. And Go High Level's free for 30 days. You can do it just like this.
And I think I can show you exactly how I did it. So what I did was I said, yo, I'm trying to come up with some app ideas for lead magnets for lovable. And the reason I use lovable, even though I did it in Go High Level, is because the Go High Level version of lovable, the Go High Level copied off of lovable, is new.
And I wasn't confident that ChatGPT would know what it was. So, boom, I just said it gave me like 10 ideas. Then I went and found the one I liked.
I was like, yo, let's do that one. And then it started asking me questions and we went back and forth for a long time. But you can see how long this is.
It took me about, I don't know, maybe an hour of just going back and forth with ChatGipity. Then I paste that into GoHighLevel and it cooked up the app for me. Then I had to go a little bit back and forth for GoHighLevel, but then it was good.
Guys, this is way better than your fucking PDF, man. I'm telling you, your people are going to like it more. So now imagine if you are an agency and you can do that for your clients as opposed to telling them to come up with lead magnets.
You're really going to set yourself apart from other people. Or if you have your own business or your own coaching business, these interactive lead magnets, everyone I see doing it is seeing way better results than just giving away PDFs. I'm telling you, I coached 15 ,000 people and the ones who are doing this now, this is the new meta.
Everyone who's doing this is actually getting way better results and getting way higher lead flow. Like it's not close. Now you also can use ChatGPT to make tools for your actual clients.
So they start getting good results. And let me show you what that kind of stuff looks like. So I have a one -on -one client.
They pay me a lot of money to help them like one -on -one. And this is what I've been doing for my one -on -one clients is I'll be making these dashboards of their competitors. Kind of like the same way I had my espionage dashboard.
I'll make these for my clients as well. with their competitors in them so we can see the original post we can see the ad we can see the script we'll throw them all in there and we use these to help come up with ideas and angles and hooks for the ad creatives that we make for them and then for my clients who i teach to grow their online fitness business i made tools for them as well this is a tool i built for them it's called real forge right so it helps them kind of plan their reels and their videos it monitors their social media growth and they can put in who their target market is what their niche is and then it'll help them come up with video ideas help them write scripts then it'll actually put together a content calendar for them and like once they have a script they like they can go here they can add it to their calendar right script is added to the calendar so we can put the ideas here so like if they come up with their own ideas they can be like your idea they can put the script in here or whatever and then add it to their calendar and then as they go
OK, man, I scripted it. I filmed it. I edited it.
I have it scheduled and now it's posted. Boom. Then they get a little some confetti.
Right. And this way they can keep track of their content. Right.
And it's just little tools like that that you can build right in ChatGPT to help your clients. And the beauty of doing something like this in ChatGPT as opposed to another platform is they're not using your credits. Like when anyone logs into a ChatGPT site, the usage goes on them.
But if you were to build something like this in lovable, you got to pay for the API credits. And that's what I think is one of the coolest parts. Guys, if you're interested in growing your online fitness business, I'm actually doing a live training where I'll show you how to grow your online fitness business.
I'm gonna break everything down, how to grow your following, how to get clients. how to train your clients, and how to use AI to help you with all that. Click the link in the description if it's something you're interested in.
But as far as this video is concerned, I think, man, I really gave y 'all a lot of game. I took y 'all behind the curtain, showed y 'all tools I actually use, showed y 'all that I'm actually using them, and I really think I broke it down pretty well for you guys. If you enjoy this type of video, I'll make more.
I know this was a long one. And again, if you want all the tools and the skills and the prompts that I gave, just sign up for a free 30 -day trial at GoHighLevel. As soon as you sign up for the trial, you're going to get email and text messages with all the tools and everything.
So you can start using this stuff right away. And the AI Studio will work in your free trial. So you can actually start building these tools.
And again, I've been using GoHighLevel for the last 10 years. All of my businesses run through GoHighLevel. It's my CRM of choice.
And everybody I know is putting up big money in online business. Most of them, 99 % of them are using GoHighLevel. because it's the most robust crm if you ever got a text message or email from me it came through go high level all right guys if you like this video make sure you like follow all that jazz and i'll let y 'all peace
