Big Idea
The argument in one line.
One free agent wired into the platforms where your market already lives can do the research, content, lead capture, sales prep, and follow-up that a solo operator used to hire a team for.
Who This Is For
Read if. Skip if.
READ IF YOU ARE…
You want to start a service business on the side and you have not yet decided what the service should be.
You already sell a service online and your competitor research, content planning, and follow-up are all still manual.
You run social media or content as a service for clients and want a repeatable deliverable you can produce in minutes.
You take sales calls and show up cold, with no brief on who the prospect is or how they found you.
You have leads sitting in Instagram DMs with no way to tell which ones went quiet and which ones closed.
SKIP IF…
You sell physical products, because the entire structure here assumes a service with no inventory and no shipping.
Your audience is not on Instagram or Facebook, since the main advantage described is the agent's direct access to Meta platforms.
You want a neutral tool comparison, because the recommended CRM is an affiliate link and the agent being free is doing a lot of the persuading.
You are looking for technical depth on how agents work rather than a workflow you copy and run.
TL;DR
The full version, fast.
A solo service business is a loop with eight stages, and a free agent connected to Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp can run most of them. The method: narrow your niche to three answers (who you serve, what problem you solve, the specific method you use), then have the agent pull your competitors' top reels from the last 90 days and convert their topics, hooks, and formats into a 30-day content plan. Content drives comments, comments become DMs, and a free guide is traded for a name and email before it is sent. From there the agent briefs you on each prospect before the call, critiques the recording after, sweeps for leads that went quiet, and updates a project board so no client silently stalls.

States the premise and the credentials: several seven-figure businesses, 15 years online, 15,000 people coached. Lists the five things the video will cover.
01:01 – 02:17
02 · Customizing the agent
The default Muse avatar is a cartoon monster; he reskins it as a hip-hop robot named Tyrone. Names the competing agents he uses and argues Muse wins on setup simplicity, price, and platform access.
02:17 – 03:55
03 · Why your first business should be a service
Low startup cost, no inventory, no overhead, no office. Businesses fail because they run out of money, and a service business is harder to bleed dry. Lists viable online services.
03:55 – 05:43
04 · Let the agent interview you
Link Instagram, Instagram messages, Facebook, and WhatsApp first so the agent has context, then ask it to interview you one question at a time until it can suggest a business. Then lays out the full eight-stage business loop.
05:43 – 09:01
05 · Step 1: Niche down (who, what, how)
Three parts: target market, the problem you solve, the unique mechanism. Walks through his own original niche of men 25 to 35 getting ripped via intermittent fasting and HIIT, and why marketing to everyone means marketing to no one.
09:01 – 10:58
06 · Proof: $500K in year one, part-time
A community member niched to busy moms losing fat at home, posted only to that market, and reported $500,000 in her first year while working full-time as a nurse with two kids.
10:58 – 13:06
07 · The niche prompt, and why he is not a business coach
The verbatim prompt for having the agent narrow your niche down to three options. Applies the same logic to himself: not a business coach, but a coach for trainers growing online fitness businesses using AI.
13:06 – 16:55
08 · Step 2: Reverse-engineer the competition
Ask the agent to find a profile's top five Instagram competitors, then analyze each one's best reels over 90 days for topics, hooks, and formats, broken down individually before being synthesized. The output becomes a client-ready PDF the agent then DMs from his account.
16:55 – 19:00
09 · Proof, the organic-to-ads rule, and the pitch
A second community member went from in-person training to $470,000 a year and 300,000 followers. Notes that posts performing organically almost always make the best paid ads, then pitches a free live training.
19:00 – 21:20
10 · Step 3: 328 competitor reels into a 30-day plan
A longer prompt asks for content pillars, the problems the market talks about most, hooks, formats, posting frequency, and a balance of education, authority, story, proof, and promotion. The agent returns a full 30-day calendar with hooks written in the client's voice.
21:20 – 26:39
11 · Step 4: The profit PDF
The comment-keyword lead magnet, delivered by automated DM. Explains the secret sales funnel, why the email should be captured before the freebie, and shows the agent generating a branded guide from a creator's own Instagram phrasing, complete with a working booking link.
26:39 – 31:30
12 · Step 5: Comments to leads, and the tool that beats a PDF
Route opt-ins through a CRM landing page and a deliberately plain thank-you page with three options. Then the upgrade: an interactive AI tool that estimates body fat from a photo, returns a plan, and asks for contact details mid-flow before pitching a call.
31:30 – 33:45
13 · Step 6: Know the prospect before the call
A prompt that pulls tomorrow's booked call, digs through the CRM for which funnel the lead came from and what they downloaded, scrapes their Instagram for goals and interests, and returns a one-page brief plus a script written for that specific rep.
33:45 – 36:26
14 · Steps 7 to 9: AI sales manager and the leads in the cracks
Pipe recorded calls from a note-taker into the agent so it critiques every call daily, won or lost. Then have it sweep both the CRM and Instagram DMs nightly for leads that went quiet, drafting re-engagement messages it never sends without approval.
36:26 – 39:18
15 · Step 10: Monitor client results
Give the agent login access to whatever platform you deliver in, even without an official connector, so it can flag clients who stopped doing the work. Meeting transcripts feed a project board that the agent keeps updated, creating a record when a client claims the plan did not work.
39:18 – 40:17
16 · Recap and the offer
Replays the full loop as a single list, repeats that a free tool just did all of it, and closes on the CRM affiliate trial plus template bonus.
Atomic Insights
Lines worth screenshotting.
The number one reason businesses fail is that they run out of money, which is the whole argument for starting with a service instead of a product.
A service business has no inventory, no shipping, and no office, so the startup cost is low enough that you do not have to quit your job to test it.
Telling an AI to interview you one question at a time beats a single question dump, because each answer becomes context that sharpens the next question.
A niche is three answers, not one: who you serve, what problem you solve for them, and the specific method you use to solve it.
Saying you are 'in the fitness niche' is naming a category, not a niche, and categories force you to compete on price.
A unique mechanism is what stops a prospect from price shopping, because there is no obvious second vendor doing the same thing the same way.
An agent connected to Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp starts with real context about you and your market that a disconnected chatbot has to be handed.
Competitor research only gets useful when you demand each profile broken down individually first and synthesized second, not blended into one summary.
Pull a competitor's top-performing reels from the last 90 days and you get their topics, hooks, and formats as a ranked list of what already works.
Posts that perform organically almost always make the best paid ads, so an organic content calendar doubles as an ad testing queue.
A free guide tied to a comment keyword turns a scroll-past reel into a DM conversation you control the pacing of.
Collect the name and email before you hand over the freebie, so a prospect who ghosts the DM thread is still reachable by email.
An interactive tool beats a PDF lead magnet, because the prospect gets a personalized result and you get their contact data as a byproduct.
A deliberately plain thank-you page converts better than a designed one, because there are only three things on it: watch the video, download the thing, book the call.
A one-page brief covering the prospect's goals, which funnel they came through, and what they said in DMs beats a generic script on every call.
Feeding every recorded sales call back to an AI for critique turns your own call history into an always-available sales trainer.
Most leads are lost to silence rather than rejection, so a nightly sweep for stalled conversations is the cheapest revenue in a solo business.
Have the agent draft outreach and wait for approval instead of auto-sending, because the review step is what keeps the messages from reading like a bot.
An agent that updates a project board from meeting transcripts gives you a dated record of who did not do what, which is the real cause of most client churn.
A free agent does not replace a CRM, it strengthens one, because the CRM still owns the pipeline stages, the automations, and the contact record.
Takeaway
The whole business is one loop you can staff with software
WHAT TO LEARN
Every stage of a solo service business, from choosing the niche to chasing the lead that went quiet, is a task an agent connected to your actual accounts can do first and hand you for approval.
02Customizing the agent
Judge an agent on what it can reach, not how smart it sounds, because access to your real messages and accounts is what separates advice from action.
Reskinning or renaming the assistant is cosmetic, but a dedicated chat per client or project is not, since it keeps each context clean.
03Why your first business should be a service
Start with a service rather than a product, because no inventory and no overhead means the business is much harder to bankrupt while you learn.
The failure mode for new businesses is running out of money, so the right first question is how long you can survive without revenue, not how big the market is.
04Let the agent interview you
Connect the accounts before you ask the first question, because an agent that can already read your messages and audience starts with context you would otherwise have to type.
Ask a model to interview you one question at a time, since each answer becomes context for the next and a wall of questions is simply harder to answer.
05Step 1: Niche down (who, what, how)
A niche is three answers: the specific people, the valuable problem, and the method. Stopping at the market name leaves you competing on price.
The mechanism is the part most people skip and the part that makes you hard to comparison shop, because there is no second vendor doing it your exact way.
Narrow targeting is permission to have a voice, since content written for one group can be sharper when you accept that everyone else will bounce.
06Proof: $500K in year one, part-time
A tight niche beats a big following, because the constraint is what makes a small audience convert at all.
07The niche prompt, and why he is not a business coach
Apply the niching test to yourself before you sell it, since a generic positioning line puts you in a field with every established name in your category.
Write the prompt to end in a bounded number of options rather than open-ended advice, so you leave the conversation with a decision instead of a reading list.
08Step 2: Reverse-engineer the competition
Demand that competitor research break down each profile individually before synthesizing, because blended summaries hide the specific pattern you can copy.
Ninety days of a competitor's top posts gives you their topics, hooks, and formats as a ranked list, which is market research you used to pay for.
Packaging research as a deliverable turns an hour of analysis into something a client can hold, which is the whole product for a content or social service.
09Proof, the organic-to-ads rule, and the pitch
Content that performs organically almost always makes the best paid ad, so your posting calendar is already an ad testing queue.
Proof works hardest when it is specific about the starting conditions, because a number means nothing until you know what the person had before.
10Step 3: 328 competitor reels into a 30-day plan
A content plan is only usable if it names pillars, formats, posting frequency, and a mix of education, authority, story, proof, and promotion.
Hooks written in your own voice from your own transcripts beat generic templates, since the plan has to sound like you to survive contact with recording day.
11Step 4: The profit PDF
A free guide tied to a comment keyword converts attention into a conversation, which is the one step most content skips entirely.
Capture the name and email before you deliver the freebie, so a prospect who stops replying in DMs is still reachable.
Build the lead magnet from the creator's own published advice and phrasing, because a generic guide reads as a bribe and a specific one reads as proof.
12Step 5: Comments to leads, and the tool that beats a PDF
Route opt-ins into a CRM rather than a DM thread, because a thread has no stages and you cannot see who is stuck where.
Keep the thank-you page deliberately plain and limited to three actions, since every extra option on that page is a way to not book the call.
An interactive tool outperforms a PDF, because the prospect gets a personalized answer and the contact capture happens mid-flow rather than before any value lands.
13Step 6: Know the prospect before the call
Walk into every call with a one-page brief covering goals, funnel path, and DM history, because a personalized opening beats a polished generic script.
The research that makes a call personal is public, so the only reason it does not happen is that nobody has time to do it manually.
14Steps 7 to 9: AI sales manager and the leads in the cracks
Pipe recorded calls into a daily critique loop, because the calls you already took are the only sales training material tuned to your exact offer.
Sweep for leads that went quiet on a schedule, since most revenue is lost to silence rather than to a no.
Let the agent draft and you approve, because the review step is what keeps automated outreach from reading like a bot.
15Step 10: Monitor client results
Monitor whether clients actually do the work, since the dated record of what was skipped is what turns a refund argument into a coaching conversation.
An agent with a browser and a login can monitor any platform, even one with no official integration, which removes the usual excuse for manual check-ins.
Glossary
Terms worth knowing.
Unique mechanism
The specific named method you use to get a client their result. It is the third piece of a niche, after who you serve and what problem you solve, and it is what makes direct price comparison hard.
Profit PDF
A short free guide, checklist, or calculator offered in exchange for a comment or an email address. It exists to convert passive viewers into named leads rather than to be a complete product.
Secret sales funnel
The path from a social post to a booked call: a comment keyword triggers a DM, the DM asks for name and email, the freebie is delivered on a thank-you page, and that page pitches a call.
VSL
Video sales letter. A recorded pitch placed where a prospect lands after opting in, used to explain the free thing and then ask for a call or a purchase.
Lead magnet
Anything of value given away free to capture contact details. A PDF guide and an interactive AI tool are both lead magnets, differing only in how personalized the output is.
Native integration
A direct, built-in connection between two pieces of software that requires no manual export or third-party bridge. The agent reading your Instagram DMs without a plugin is an example.
Opportunities pipeline
A CRM view that sorts every lead into a stage such as new, in conversation, call booked, closed, or lost, so nothing lives as an undifferentiated message thread.
Content pillar
A recurring theme that a creator's posts return to. Three to five pillars keep a content calendar consistent without repeating the same post.
Hook
The opening line of a piece of content, written to stop the scroll. Competitor hook analysis is the practice of cataloguing which opening lines earned the most views.

i love making money i have dedicated the majority of my life to it and in this video i'm going to show you how you can use the new metamuse agent to actually start a one -person business that can make you a ton of money if you don't know who i am first of all catch up my name is brandon carter and i've built several seven -figure businesses in one eight -figure business but more importantly i have helped over 15 000 people build successful online fitness businesses and i've been doing online for over 15 years now, and Metamuse is one of the most powerful softwares I've ever seen.
And it's definitely the most powerful free software I've seen. And in this video, I'm gonna take you by the hand and show you exactly how you can start using Muse to figure out what kind of business you should start, to help take your marketing to the next level, to do competitor research, how to actually land paying customers, and how you can use Metamuse to actually help you deliver your services to that customer.
up foreplay i think it's wet enough to enter let's dig right in As soon as you sign up for Metamuse, you will be immediately confronted with this baby monster. As cute as that monster is, I decided to go another route.
I customized my Muse agent to make him a hip -hop robot and I named him Tyrone. Now Tyrone and I have been getting it popping since the day he came out. And the stuff I'm going to teach you today is not just theory.
This is stuff I'm actually doing in my businesses. I use a ton of other agents. I really like Gronkbot.
I like the new ChatGPT dots. I like Hermit. but i really feel like muse came through and beat the hell out of all the other ones because it's the simplest one to set up and it's free but more importantly it has some distinct advantages over the other agents that we're going to get into in this video so the first thing you want to do is actually customize this motherfucking agent and once the agent is customized now we'll be able to start using it to do research help you create content make sales to do follow -up and project management And the reason Muse is so great for someone who wants to start a one -person business is because when I first started my online business 15 years ago, I was a solopreneur and I had to do all the market research, all the content research, all the copywriting, all the designing, set all the appointments myself, do all the sales calls myself, and manage all the projects myself.
But now we can use agents like Muse to do all of it. So some of you guys have a business already. I'm gonna show you how you could actually integrate Muse into it the way I have.
But if you don't have a business already, let me show you where I think you should start. I think your first business should be some sort of service -based business because a service -based business has low startup costs, low overhead, no inventory, and you don't need no office.
Contrast that with a product -based business, you gotta handle inventory, shipping, and just a ton of overhead. But your first business should almost always be a service -based business because the number one reason businesses fail is because they run out of money. But if your startup cost is low and your overhead is low, it's a lot harder to run out of money because you're not spending as much.
And Muse will allow you to keep your overhead even lower because you ain't got to hire a bunch of humans. When they say AI is taking jobs, they're right. And I'm going to help you expedite that problem.
We're actually going to be a part of the problem. Now, the service -based business you can start can be anything. My first business was online training.
I started in 2009, 2010, around that time. And all of us who started then we were the first online trainers.
We were the pioneers in that industry, but it was easier for me to do while having multiple other jobs because it was low overhead. So it wasn't like a huge risk on my part, first of all, because I didn't have to quit my job to do it, nor do you if you start a service -based business. But service -based businesses can include video editing, web development, tech support, accounting, bookkeeping, social media management, social media growth, tutoring, running ads for people, Instagram ads, Facebook ads, YouTube, google ads and i would suggest you pick a service -based business that you can do online like i'm not telling you to start like cleaning pools or no shit like that so something you can do with muse is if you don't know what kind of business to start open it up right now give it a prompt like this hey muse i need to start a service -based online business i'm not really sure what to pick so i need you to interview me ask me one question at a time until you have enough information about me to make some good suggestions here's the
Before you do that, you want to link all your social media, link your Instagram, your Instagram messages, your Facebook account, and maybe even your WhatsApp to Muse. Because all those companies are owned by Meta, which also owns Muse. So it will immediately have a bunch of context about you already once it has access to all those platforms.
And this is one of the main strengths of Muse over other AI agents. It's integration with Meta product. But once you linked all your accounts and you went through that interview, you should have a good idea.
Now, here's the thing. Every time I tell any sort of LLM or agent to interview me like this, always tell it to ask me questions one at a time. And that's for two reasons.
One, if you get a big ass block of text, it's like intimidating and it's like, fuck, I don't want to answer that. But more importantly than that, if you have it ask you the questions one at a time, the following questions will get better because it will have context based off of. the last answers you give it.
But if it just question dumps on you, it's not gonna have as much context. And if you do it one at a time, you get far superior outputs. Now, once we figure that out, we need to go through the entire business loop And Meta is going to help us with all of this.
First, we need to find our niche or niche if you are pretentious. Then Meta is going to help us with some market research. It's going to help us with our content.
It's going to help us put together something I like to call the profit PDF. Stay tuned for that. That is going to help you make a lot of money in your business.
It's going to help you get leads for your business. It's going to help you with the sales, the follow up process and the fulfillment. So now that we have an idea of what kind of business we want to do, we have to carve out our niche.
And this is really important because a lot of people say niche and they'll think, oh, I'm in the fitness niche or I'm in the business niche or I'm in the content niche. No, that's not niche enough. We got to go really deep into this.
For example, when I first started my online fitness business, I didn't want to compete with every guy who was trying to be a trainer online. Right. That's what you guys do when you say you want to be in the fitness niche.
I think you need to break it down like this to really niche down. there's three parts of this first you need to figure out exactly who you want to target and marketing a lot of times we'll call that the target market so when i first started my online fitness business i focused all my attention on men no biggie who are around age 25 to 35 and this is critical because that was my target demographic even though i had been a trainer for over a decade prior to this and i could train old people i could train women i've trained people from all walks of life but i knew it would be difficult for me to market to every one of them because first First of all, men and women respond differently to different kind of marketing.
And they're interested in different things. For example, my girl be watching Whore Island and shit. And I hope I never see one of those shows.
But I'll watch shit that she's not interested in. Like when I'm watching commentary about sports. She's not interested in any of that.
She hates it. But the same thing with your marketing. Because I was marketing towards men, especially young men, I could be more abrasive.
I could curse more. I could say more wild shit. But older people would be like, oh, grow up.
Like, hey, old man, this shit ain't for you. Or some girl would be like, oh, man, why do you have to talk like that? Girl, shut up.
I don't care what you think about anything. You are not in my target market. And it's very important that all your content goes only to your target market.
Then once you have that, you need to think, hey, what problem do I want to help my target market solve? Right. And this is going to be your specialty.
So, for example, once I had my target market as an online trainer, I said, OK, I'm only going to focus on helping young men get ripped, even though I've trained all types of people. I didn't care if you were obese. I didn't care if you wanted to be a power lifter.
I didn't care if you wanted to be a pro athlete. trained pro athletes, but I know I couldn't market to them. And man, I didn't even care if you wanted to be healthy, right?
It was all about people who wanted to be muscular and no body fat, meaning they wanted to get ripped. So all of my content and all of my ads were targeted to men age 25 to 35 who wanted to get ripped. So once you figured out what problem you're going to help them solve, which is your specialty, now you need to figure out how you're going to help them solve that problem and be able to articulate it.
And this is going to be called your unique mechanism. It's very special. It's very important that you have something like this in your marketing, because this is going to help you stand out even more, especially in a crowded market like fitness.
When I first started, my mechanism was I was going to help men age 25 to 35 get ripped with intermittent fasting and HIIT cardio, high intensity interval training. That was what the majority of my content was about back then. Now check this out.
Am I competing with every fitness guy in the world now? No. Even today, you probably can't name five trainers who focus primarily on helping men age 25 to 35 get ripped with intermittent fasting.
in high intensity interval training, right? Most of these trainers, most of these online trainers, they're just fitness guys or fitness girls. So they have to compete on price.
But once you figured out your strong niche, now when this person who wants to solve this problem this way finds you, hey, they can't price shop because there aren't as many people doing it. Let me show you how this works. This is one of my community members, Jen Caesar.
She joined my community, High Ticket Trainer, where we teach trainers how to grow their online fitness business. And as you can see, we have the who right here. Who does she help?
I help busy moms. What does she help them? What problem does she help them solve?
She helps them lose fat and get toned. What's her mechanism? How does she help them solve that problem?
By doing it at home. So now when Jen posts her content, it's all about helping busy moms lose fat and get toned at home. You see, she's always at home and she has the kids in here too, right?
You see the children, you see her husband, the homie Allen. more kids more family stuff and always working out at home and she's only speaking to that target market she doesn't care what some guy thinks about her she doesn't care what some old lady thinks right she's only helping busy moms get toned at home so she doesn't have to compete with every fitness influencer because she narrowed her focus and this is important because when jen first joined our program she was a full -time nurse she had two kids and a husband she was a super busy woman so we knew for her to succeed with a little bit of time she had to devote to this she had to win so we really dialed in on her niche and she didn't have a bunch of followers back then either but once we helped her dial in the niche she was able to make five hundred thousand dollars within her first year of being an online trainer doing it part -time but you don't have to listen to me here's her singing for the year i started htt literally a year ago like exactly a year ago and i have made five hundred thousand dollars five did you just say you made
$500 ,000 in one year? Yeah. Half a million dollars?
This is while I'm working full -time. I have two small kids, a whole husband. And on top of that, yes.
So I don't want to hear I don't have time. I don't want to hear I'm too tired. I don't want to hear I don't know what I'm doing.
I was working 40 hours at my full -time job and posting every single day. November, I only worked two weeks. And I made 48 grand in November.
Couldn't be here without you, Brendan, thank you. So how can you use Muse to help you figure out your niche? So what you wanna do is you wanna open up Muse and you can talk mainly in this main chat, but I like to spin off different chats for different things, like you see right here.
And you're gonna ask Muse to actually help you figure out what your niche should be. And again, you're gonna use the interview skill and you're gonna say, hey Muse, I wanna start an online business. I need you to help me narrow down my niche.
I need to figure out exactly who my target market is gonna be. I need you to help me figure out what problem I'm going to focus on helping that target market solve. And once we have that, I need you to help me figure out the unique mechanism that I'm going to use to help the client get that result.
and keep asking me questions one at a time until you have enough information to give me three potential options and this is very important you get this i can't focus on this enough because yeah i'm a business coach but if i was just a business coach now i gotta compete with like my mentor russell brunson i gotta compete with my boy alex hermosi i gotta compete with tony robbins if i'm just a business coach i'm not just a business coach i help trainers grow their online fitness business right so my who is trainers or People who are just into fitness like Jen, she was never a trainer before.
She was never certified. But I help that type of person, either trainers or fitness enthusiasts. I help them start or grow their online fitness business.
And what's the how? My mechanism is using AI. Now I'm not competing with every business coach in the world.
There might be about five competitors who I take seriously. And I use that word competitors really loosely because just because you bought a Bible doesn't mean you competing with Jesus. In the streets, they call me gymnasium.
I digress. Muse is going to help you figure out your niche. You have to niche way down.
So if you're going to run ads for people, you can't just run ads for people. No, you have to do something like. I help chiropractors make money from Instagram ads.
And they need to have some sort of strategy that you specialize in. That's that part right there is what's really going to separate you. Having your unique mechanism.
I help trainers or fitness enthusiasts get more clients to grow their online fitness business using AI. You've got to figure that out for you, but Muse can help. Now, once we have the niche, we're going to use Muse to help us research our competitors, find out what's working for them and what parts of that we can mimic for ourselves.
For this example, I'm going to use another one of our high ticket trainer community members. This is Corey Armstrong. And as you can see, Corey helps men 30 plus get ripped by optimizing their hormones naturally.
Right. So he has his niche. But you're going to do this on your own.
You're going to start a new chat. For example, I'm going to do it for my community members, Corey Armstrong. But you need to do it for yourself.
I just don't want you. to fuck up my memories with some shit for you. I have a community member and high ticket trainer.
His name is Corey Armstrong. His IG is at Corey Armstrong fit. He focuses on helping men over 30 lose fat by optimizing their hormones.
I want you to look on Instagram for his top five competitors. Find them for me and explain to me why you chose them. Now, what we're doing right now is we're taking advantage of Muse's native integration with all.
meta platforms, including Instagram. All right. So as you can see, it came up with a bunch of Corey's top competitors, as well as explain why he chose them.
Now, here's where the magic happens. You're going to tell Muse, search each one of their profiles over the last 80 days and tell me their top performing reels. Once you have that, I want you to give me the topics they focus on, the hooks they use and what formats they are using.
Give me a detailed, comprehensive breakdown of each one don't do no dumb shit like try to loop them all together break down each one individually then you can loop them all together i want you to give me suggestions on the type of content hooks and formats cory should use so he can grow his following the fastest so we fire off that prompt and quickly muse is giving us all the information we just asked for it's breaking the whole thing down for us well it actually gave me a suggestion i'm going to improve on that i want you to break this whole thing down and put it into an artifact that i can send to corey including all your research all your suggestions and that weekly content calendar map the whole thing out for them if your service business is being a content manager or a social media manager then you need to be doing this for your clients all right and just like that Muse put together this PDF file we can give to Corey.
You can see it's pretty comprehensive. Again, you can give this to your clients, right? It broke down his current positioning, his competitors, his competitors' top reels, how many reels they posted over the last 90 days, topics they focused on, hooks they use, formats they use, talking heads, podcast clip, workout demos, and takeaways.
Then it broke down the key insights of all of them. And based off that, it pumped out a weekly content system for Corey and a calendar. It gave him based off those top performing hooks from his competitors it gave him some ready to shoot hooks in his voice because they analyzed his page too gave him a 90 -day action plan and told him what not to do so from right here i can say hey i need you to dm this to cory on instagram right now telling them that i put this together for him and explain to him what it is in the message and it went and drafted a message for me and made a public link for cory to just actually download it the link's gonna expire in a few days i'm just gonna hit allow boom and it just DM'd Corey from my account.
And if I go to my DMs with Corey, you see it right here. Boom. Now, Corey didn't necessarily need that because Corey's killing it.
When he first joined my program, he was an in -person trainer, whereas Jen had never trained nobody before. But Corey had been training people in person, but he had never did anything online. He was broke, living in the Detroit ghetto, training drug dealers, girlfriends, I assume, on 8 Mile.
And he joined my program and he was able to. And now he's making like over $400 ,000 per year as an online trainer. But you ain't got to listen to me.
Let him tell. light sales week for me just 8 .3k 8 .3 thousand dollars for the week yeah man and so far for the month we sitting at just over 13k last month we finished at uh 40k if you don't mind me asking what you finished the year at last year was a record year man we finished at 470 thousand dollars owe a lot of this to you and the team just being able to continue to provide the value and consistently being there to help so i'm eternally grateful man and he went from having like two thousand and he went from having less than two thousand followers to now he has over three hundred thousand followers on instagram and like something like four hundred thousand youtube subscribers doing the stuff we taught him but here's the thing this is the advantage of muse the deep integration the deep integration with all meta platforms especially instagram and and if you have online business, social media, social media, organic posts and social media ads are going to be the main way that you attract clients.
And Corey can take those video ideas and make ads out of them as well. In fact, in my experience, after running millions of dollars worth of ads for myself and other people, is that posts that do organic, posts that do well organically, typically make the best ads. Almost always.
So again, you're going to have Muse find your competitors, analyze their topics, hooks, messaging, and call to actions. But only of their most successful posts over the last 90 days. And you're actually going to have Meta, which is Muse, tell you exactly what to do based off what's working.
This is a fucking cheat code. Hey guys, I'm doing a free live training where I will show you exactly how to grow your online fitness business using AI. I've taught over 15 ,000 people how to grow their online fitness business and I'm gonna teach you as well for free.
It's gonna be a live training. I'm gonna be answering questions before, during. and after i'll be analyzing your social media profiles and i'm going to be giving away some free ai tools that help you come up with your scripts come up with your content ideas and edit your videos these are the tools that i actually use so you're going to get all those ai tools for free make sure you click the link in the description to register do not miss out on this all right but we kind of just scratching the surface of how meta can help you with content can go way deeper let me show you so we can have muse put together your entire instagram strategy it can do the research come up with your main content pillars and a 30 -day test let me show you all right muse we're gonna go even deeper i want you to build a 30 -day content strategy for corey based off the data we compiled today i want you to identify the top content pillars he should focus on the problems his target market talk about most frequently all the hooks he should use and the different forms
formats he should use based off what's working for his competitors. What posting frequency he should adapt based off his top competitors frequency. I want a balance of education, authority, story proof and promotion.
Create a 30 day plan for him. And we fire that off. Now you see, we got our strategy right here.
Full 30 day content strategy for Corey Armstrong. After analyzing the top 328 reels his top.
competitors bro do y 'all guys understand what kind of time we're living in boom we got his content pillars right here hormone truth bombs boom boom boom boom tell it who who they copying from and then he's got openers he can steal they're written in his voice so boom we have the contrarian hooks pain point hooks like this is so good curiosity hooks identity hooks proof hooks promotional hooks the formats he should rotate through talking head explainers with steps on screen podcast style conversation clips real word vlogs him in the grocery store and here's the content schedule 30 -day promotional plan it's pretty dope now i'm gonna send this to corey too now again it's gonna ask me for permission to send this to corey of course i'm gonna say okay boom and it's sent i can go straight over to our instagram and you can see here it is corey don't know that i'm filming a youtube video and he said yo bet about to send these to claude appreciate you then i said he don't even know i just sent him some new yet let me go ahead and like that i don't hit i don't like hitting the heart button man that's that sound real ditty if one of your businesses
is social media growth then you need to be taking advantage of this so you can run it for your clients you can do this for free all right now we know what kind of content to post presumably you're going to start posting that because the company that owns instagram just told you what to post to grow and you can use those for your ads as well Now we need to turn that content into leads.
We're going to turn these people into leads with a strategy I call the profit PDF. Here's how the profit PDF works. You ever been on Instagram and people will say, hey man, comment this word and I send you this free guide.
And then when you comment the word, you get DMs from the creator, this free guide. Now, most of these creators aren't doing it manually unless they're like super stupid. They're usually using an automated DM service.
And there's a lot of different tools that people use. Many chat is probably the most popular. However, it's not.
best i think the best one is go high level also you should know go high level integrates directly into muse it has a natural they have a native integration where at the time it's recording many chat doesn't have it and many chats kind of expensive there's a link in the description right now where you can get a free 30 -day trial from go high level you got to sign up for that link in the description the creator dms you the free guide or whatever it is if they're smart they're gonna do some sort of dm sales script in order to get you onto a sales call and then they'll close you so it looks like a lot like this you get the attention boom you you get them in the comment that's the call to action or cta that will put in the actual piece of content you give them some free and then if you're real smart you'll get their email address before you give them the free thing this way even if they ghost you in the dms you can still follow up with email this is strategy i call the secret sales funnel
It's not the only Instagram sales strategy I teach, but it's one of the most popular. In fact, all of my top community members are using the secret sales funnel in addition to the other strategies I teach. So for example, here's one of our community members, Kelly Nicole Fit.
And if we were to check out her page, you can see that she is actually using the secret sales funnel in an amazing way. So you see, she's posted some content here for her ideal client. And she says, comment macros, and I send you the free macro calculation.
Or with this other reel, she says, comment. fat loss and i send you my free 10 step guide so this is her profit pdf and you know i helped kelly put together her very first profit pdf and if you look here we can see that 415 people commented macro commented fat loss to get it now here's the thing muse can put that together for you so if i go back in the muse normally i would do this in a different chat but i'll just say right now i have another community member named kelly nicole fit this is her instagram i want you to analyze her page and help her come up with a free guide whether it's a checklist or grocery list or something that would help her clients accomplish their goals that she can use as a cta in her videos give me a list of 20 ideas for her based off of her content and her target market now it's coming up with ideas for us grocery list and food guides elite physique daily checklist 14 -day stall audit wedding shred checklist because kelly's about to get married i met her husband i met her fiance great dude max
macros, calculator, starter guide, just a bunch of good ideas. And it said the one it likes the best. And I'll say this, hey, make a PDF for her of the wedding checklist.
First, I want you to show me the table of content. Make it so it's based 100 % off of stuff she actually says and advice she gives on Instagram. Make it sound like her writing and her voice.
Use colors that will resonate with her brand and her audience. Make it aesthetically pleasing. And we fired that off.
So it gave us the outline after they did the research on her content. It said it went through the last 90 days of her reels to pull her actual advice and her story and her exact phrasing. Come the fuck on, bro.
This is why Muse is that shit. Don't sleep. on this shit, man.
So he designed it. And I'm like, cool, let's go. Go ahead and make the PDF file now.
Let's go. Make sure you write it from her perspective because I want to give it to her to give to her, her target market. If you can put a clickable link to book a call with her, if they want more help, that should be the CTA.
The link should be the same link she has in her bio. All right. So it put it together for me.
Let's check it out. We've got the bride shred checklist. Obviously, I'd advise Kelly to change this.
image for an image of her but yo this is pretty good man it looks good obviously i'm not gonna read it let's see if the book a call link works let's go open a new tab boom right where we needed it to be boom takes it right to her page bro this is the shit but i'm sending this to kelly but she doesn't even need it she already has a bunch of amazing profit pdfs and she used them to actually grow her online fitness business like when i first met kelly she was a college student she didn't have no like real experience as a trainer definitely hadn't made a lot of money online and she told me that her goal was before she graduated she wanted to be making enough money where she didn't have to get a real job because it was her senior year when i met her and she did it and by the time she graduated she was making twenty thousand dollars a month matter of fact let me have her tell you hey i'm here with one of my best students kelly nicole fit she went from about one to two k a month so how much are you doing a month now almost 20k a month almost 20k a month how old are you i'm 23 23 years old making 20 uh
20k a month that's like amazing that's incredible and how long did it take you for you to start seeing some success um when i started implementing it within the first month but i mean it's been six months since i've joined the program so nice crazy what would you say to somebody who was thinking about joining the program absolutely do it you're wasting your time if you don't because honestly i was a marketing major and i learned more stuff in this program than i did in my major itself so hey wait how many other 23 year olds you know we're making 20k a month i don't you don't know any yeah that's right All right, but we can actually turn this up a notch so we can squeeze more money out of this strategy.
So instead of just sending them the DM and then talking to them in a conversation to book them on a sales call, what if before we do that, we collect their name and email and put them in our CRM, like GoHighLevel. And this is really amazing because Muse has a native integration with GoHighLevel. So it can control your GoHighLevel.
Once you're in GoHighLevel, you can set up a page and it doesn't have to be anything fancy. Like here's one of mine. So if somebody wants to see the prompts I use to track my macros and clock, They immediately they are immediately confronted with this page and I have go to high -level email them this instead of just the prompts and the reason for that is so we can get the name in the email However, we do something else is pretty clever.
Once they put their name and email in they go to this Thank you page and it looks like this. It's nothing fancy In fact, it's not fancy on purpose and it doesn't look nice on purpose because there's only two There's only a few things you can do on this page You can watch this video that's explaining you how to use the prompts You can download the prompts or you can book a call with me right here year.
This is what we call a VSL or video sales letter. So I'm explaining how the prompt works, but then I go into a pitch. Hey man, if you want more help with that, if you want me to coach you directly, go ahead and book, go ahead and click that button below and book that call.
And then what's going to happen is you're going to come here and there's no time available on my calendar because I'm busy. I got shit to do. My calendar is booked.
I'm booked and busy, but all of this works in GoHighLevel. I built a calendar with GoHighLevel. I built the pages with GoHighLevel and GoHighLevel actually sent the DM.
If you want a free 30 day trial, of go high level the links in description you get a free 30 -day trial no obligation to set up but all of my community members who are making the most money they're all used to go out and one of the beautiful things about go high level is it can actually organize your leads right so you can hook it up to instagram and i can see everybody who's dm'd me but the problem with organizing your leads in instagram is that it becomes like one long thread there's no way to organize it but with go high level we can set up automations where it automatically organizes each one of the leads let me show you so i click on opportunity opportunities and then i get sent here and now all of my leads are actually categorized so this is are my new leads here are people i'm having conversations with here's where here's our people with book calls here's people are closed people are lost people i need to follow up with this is a way better way to organize your shit
Because if you're just doing like one long -ass thread in Instagram, then it becomes a mess. But in GoHighLevel, from here, I can actually message them on Instagram. I can send them a text message.
I can send them an email. And I can set up automated text messages and automated emails as well. But there's another thing you can do with GoHighLevel that's even better.
So instead of a profit PDF, what if you could actually send them to an AI tool you made to help them accomplish their goals? Let me show you what that looks like. So this is one I put together.
It's called the Ripped Roadmap. in your stats and upload a photo of yourself and the ai inside of it will estimate your body fat percentage tell you how much body fat you're holding and depending on what goal you said you wanted to accomplish it's gonna it's gonna spit out a game plan for you let me show you what that looks like and personally i think this is way better than a pdf file i'm 42 i'm 44 i'm getting old man putting my heights to how many pounds is i am well this morning i was 92 lean and mean then i upload a photo of myself say what my goals are let's say i want to get shredded right it's going to analyze my physique the ai is in here doing this thing skynet is analyzing my physique but then guess what now it's asking me for what my name email and phone number i'm going to do this off camera so i don't dox myself i put in then i get this so i need to lose two pounds to get shredded right boom nine percent body fat i mean that's pretty accurate i'm shredded and it gave me a game plan based off of how i programmed it
How much protein I need, how many calories I need. I can adjust the carbs and fat, but the protein stays the same. That's what I programmed.
Then it gave me a game plan. Then guess what? Boom, another what?
VSL, book a strategy call with me. And again, I clicked that strategy call, but there's no availability. I'm booked and busy, booked and busy.
But I think this is even better than a profit PDF. Here's the thing, you can set that up for free. We'll go high level.
Go high level, build something called AI Studio and it's just like lovable. So here's the ripped roadmap. I have a bunch of these that I built.
There's a macro calculator. it's a meal plan i just have a bunch of these and i can migrate existing projects from lovable or something like that and this is all free with go high level for 30 days if you click the link in my description and special bonus you're going to get all of my templates so the templates i just showed you all my websites all my automations your own version of the roadmap that you can customize for your clients it's going to be 100 you get all of that for free once you sign up for go high level with my link the links in description muse has a connector that connects it straight into go high level so i can say yo search my go high level account find all the leads that came in over the last 24 hours but more importantly check over the course of the last 90 days and tell me what leads need to be followed up with who may have slipped through the cracks i want to send them some text messages to re -engage them All right.
So now, all right. So that's how we're going to handle our leads. But what about actually making the sales?
Muse can help with that better than any other agent. Let me show you how. So instead of just getting on the sales call and giving out some generic ass script, how about we have Muse go through our go high level, find out all the information we can gather about this person, find out what funnel they came through and how that may relate to whatever problems they need help solving.
Then we can have Muse go through that person's Instagram, find out everything. we can about this person find out their goals their dreams their interests if they like certain sports teams and help us craft a personalized sales script for this person and here's how it would look man you would write a prompt something like this hey find the sales call on my calendar tomorrow for one of my reps Go through GoHighLevel, find out everything we can about this person through the conversations we had with him via GoHighLevel, what funnel they came through, if they downloaded a lead magnet, what lead magnet was it?
Then go to that person's Instagram profile, go through our DM conversation with the person, gather all that information. Then I want you to write a one -page summary of his goals, his dreams, his aspirations, everything that's going on in his personal life, if he's big on family, if he likes certain kind of music, if he likes certain type of sports team, any information we can include about him.
Then give me a one -page summary I can give to my rep, pull out all the pain points, all the goals, and write a script that will put my reps in the best position to succeed. So we got that prompt fired off. All right, so check it out.
It gave me two examples. I'll probably blur the name out. So it went in and found this lead.
He has a call with one of my reps tomorrow. Got his Instagram in here, what he does for a living, his goals, his bio, everything. We got a one -page brief saying everything about him, what he said in our DMs, his Instagram, what funnel he came through.
his goals, his problems, his pain points, what Ethan should talk about on the call. Then he put together a script made just for Ethan. Ethan's my rep.
And this is way better than doing some generic ad script. Now, here's the thing. I train with my salespeople all the time.
We train all the time and actually train with my community members in HGT. We review their sales calls and we review and we do role plays and practice their sales calls. I'm telling them all to use Muse to do some research on this person.
We need to know everything we can about this person. I promise you, when you start doing that, your close rate's gonna increase. But now the next thing you can do with Muse to run your one person business is actually use Muse to improve your sales.
So once you've taken the call, you can use some sort of note taker, whether it's Granola or Otter, because they have an integration with Muse. So this is going to record and transcribe your sales call automatically. And then you can tell Muse to search your sales calls every day to critique it, whether you got the sales or not, and then give you tips on what you can do better in the next call.
Now Muse can turn into a sales trainer. based off your sales calls. You've got your own personal sales trainer now.
And I've been doing this for the longest time. But before I was doing it with ChatGPT, I would tell you to go in FireFiles and download all the sales calls that happened yesterday. I want to know exactly what happened with them from my team.
I want you to grade each one of them and then send them in Slack the report. But this is going to really make you better at sales. And if the service business you have is maybe you're a sales trainer, then you can have Muse go through your client sales scripts.
This is going to make you a better salesperson. Like I've been doing this internally forever. for years, but just not with Muse.
Now we can just do it with Muse right now. And Muse is free. But the next thing we need to do is use Muse to actually handle a lot of our follow -up.
So Muse can go in to go high level. I showed you this before. I can go in to go high level and find leads that slip through the cracks, people who need to get followed up with, calls they got mixed, and actually reach out to the person to follow up.
But it can also do that with your Instagram leads because they have the integration with Instagram. So you can bust off a prompt like this, go through my Instagram DMs and find potential leads for High Ticket Trainer. And it's going to go find different leads.
Boom, boom, boom. boom find them all now you can say hey look for some leads that have fallen through the cracks and start pulling together that for you then it's going to ask hey man do you want me to draft a short re -engagement message you can say yeah go do that then as you want me to send them yeah you can send them and one thing i do did is like hey hey man every night i want you to go through my instagram dms and find potential leads that may have slipped through the cracks i want you to go through this every night and that's what it does it just keeps sending me new leads every day that might have went through the crack and it's sourcing by hot warm man i'm telling you It's how we can squeeze more income out of our endeavors.
this is how muse can become your sales manager because it's already going through your calls every day but it can monitor everything and make sure no leads slip through the cracks and one thing i do is i never have it automatically send people because i feel like that's weird and i want to know what's going on so i have it send me what's going on and and then it'll ask me hey man you want me to send that if i like it i'll say yeah if not i'll alter it a little bit so this is kind of like strengthens your crm it doesn't replace it but it strengthens it and it's working it's doing this for me in go high level and in Instagram.
This way no lead is left behind. But once you have a client, you can also use Muse to actually monitor your client's results to make sure they're actually accomplishing the goals. So let's say you're doing online training, right?
Whatever program you're using to train your clients, you can give Muse access to it. Because even if there's no official connector, Muse has its own computer and its own web browser. So you can just give it your login and it can go in and see what's going on.
For example, I can go in here and say, hey man, who has not logged their macros yesterday? I still have a few online clients just because I like to stay in the... I still have few online fitness clients i don't take on many it's really just so i kind of stay in the field so when i'm teaching our community members i'm still speaking from experience so if i look at some of my clients a few of them did not log their macros yesterday and what i can do is i can have muse actually craft messages to send to them like hey what's going on but even if you're not an online fitness trainer you can still do this it can be like whatever progress you're working on so because i have some one -on -one business clients like guys who pay me like a lot of money to help me like take their business to the next level.
They want to make like an extra million or something and they'll hire me. But I'm like Bill Belichick and they on the field doing it in their business. And what I do is I'll set up like a project management board in Notion.
And then when we make our plans and have meetings, Muse will get those transcripts and then fill out the Notion database with who's supposed to do what, when it's supposed to happen. In each card, there's a description of what needs to be done based off what we said in the meeting. I set up a chat just for that client.
And every morning, And every night Muse in that chat is supposed to go through our emails and our messages in the Notion board. Every time they say they accomplished something or they give me an update, Muse will actually go into the Notion board and update the task to either done or it's moving along or just give me updates.
And this way I can keep track of all of my clients' progress and everything we're working on. To be fair, you can do that with any agent, but music is free. And again, this will work with any business, whether you're a consultant, an agent, a designer, a coach.
It'll keep you, you can have music actually help keep you accountable with make sure you give the deliverables to the client and make sure the client is doing what they're supposed to do. And this is really good when you have clients because sometimes it doesn't happen with me anymore, but there's be times when clients are supposed to do shit.
And then they'll be like, oh man, this ain't working. I tried all this shit. And then we'll have the record.
Hey, asshole, you ain't did this shit. We can look at it. here you ain't did it you you didn't follow the plans that we made and it was like yeah you right let me get on my yeah right but here's the thing i don't even let it get to that point because my agent is going through this hitting them up every day hey man this is dude this is dude this shit is overdue what the fuck and the agent will hit me up too right be like yo man this motherfucker is fucking around what are you doing now call him up and we'll figure it out when i get a client i refuse to let them fail because you can't be out here fucking up my impeccable reputation i've been coaching for 15 years straight my reputation is above reproach and you not fucking up my motherfucking record so check it out here's what one person built with muse you figured out your niche you did your market research you had it you had music help you come up with content ideas based off your market research, what's already working for your competitors.
You had it help you put together your profit PDF. You had it help you get leads and manage them. It helped you make sales, help you follow it up and it helped you with fulfillment.
The fuck else you need, man? Nothing. And here's the truth, man.
AI is taking people's jobs. Cause you just did all this shit with one free AI tool. And if you're really serious about taking it to the next level, you also got the free 30 day trial of Go High Level, which the link is in the description.
Again, you'll get all my templates as well when you sign up for my link. Hey, if you thought this video was good, first of all, you're right. Second of all, there's another video popping up here that's just as good, if not better.
The Hook
The bait, then the rug-pull.
The title calls it a warning, which is the oldest trick in the thumbnail book, and the first line drops the pretense entirely: I love making money. What follows is not a product review. It is a forty-minute screen share of one person running an entire service business, start to finish, through a free agent that already knows everything your Instagram account knows about you.
