Big Idea

The argument in one line.

David Bayer's coaching delivers nonfinancial ROI—sobriety, family presence, spiritual grounding, and community—that outweighs the 75% financial return Joey Vaillancourt experienced after investing over $100,000.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • You've spent $50K+ on coaching or personal development and want an honest insider breakdown of whether David Bayer's ecosystem delivers ROI beyond financial metrics.
  • A high-achiever struggling with burnout, addiction, or existential emptiness despite external success who's considering investing in premium mindset coaching.
  • You're evaluating David Bayer's programs specifically and need candid pricing, tier-by-tier value assessment, and real outcomes from someone who completed the full ladder.
  • A coach or entrepreneur considering recommending Bayer's work to clients and need detailed intel on program structure, community quality, and actual transformation mechanisms.
SKIP IF…
  • You're looking for a technical business strategy breakdown — this is a personal development and mindset coaching review, not a business model analysis.
  • You've already decided mindset coaching doesn't work or that personal transformation can't justify premium price tags — the video assumes both are possible.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

A six-figure investment in a mindset coach is best evaluated on life redesign, not financial payback. The reviewer walked through David Bayer's full ladder a $200 Powerful Living Experience event, a ~$500 Mindhack course, a ~$10K facilitator certification, $25K Legendary, $50K-$60K Titans, and $100K+ private coaching and explains what each tier actually includes in coaching access, community, and curriculum. The mechanism that moved the needle was working on root-cause beliefs instead of tactics, anchoring a daily mantra that the decision was already the best one, and committing to the trips and community that forced a slower, more intentional life. Treat tier choice as a function of business stage and capital, recover only ~75% in direct revenue, and judge the rest by sobriety, family time, and identity shift.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • Joey Vaillancourt invested over $100,000 in David Bayer's full coaching ladder and credits it with his sobriety — the financial ROI was negative but the life ROI was not.
  • David Bayer's Powerful Living Experience event costs around $200 with a full refund, making it a low-risk entry point designed to convert attendees into higher-tier programs.
  • The real product at a live event is the community you meet there — the caliber of attendees reflects the caliber of the leader and is often worth more than the content.
  • David Bayer's framework is built around belief reprogramming and spirituality with a non-religious framing, which allows it to resonate with people who rejected traditional religion.
  • The ascension ladder from $200 live event to high-ticket mastermind is a classic direct response funnel dressed in personal development language — and it works.
  • Being a testimonial for a program you invested $100K into before evaluating it publicly is a credibility signal that most reviewers lack and most audiences implicitly sense.
  • Programs that change a client's relationship with alcohol and self-concept deliver value that can't be measured in income and that clients often rank above financial results.
  • David Bayer consistently shows up as himself at his own events rather than hiding behind a team, which is a trust-building practice that most high-ticket coaches skip.
  • The 'Changed Mind' methodology centers on the idea that external results are always downstream of internal state — changing thinking changes outcomes, not the reverse.
  • Event-based businesses use the ticket price as a filter, not a revenue driver — the goal is getting the right people in the room where higher-ticket offers can be made.
  • Reviewing a high-ticket program honestly, including the financial shortfall, builds more audience trust than a success-only testimonial and attracts buyers who want the full picture.
  • Spirituality and business coaching intersect productively when the framework helps clients act with less fear and more conviction — which is what Bayer's program is actually selling.
Takeaway

The search-intent hook is the whole game.

SEO + YouTube unlock

Open by naming exactly who is watching and why they searched — that one sentence does more qualifying than any thumbnail split-test.

  • Start with: 'If you're watching this, you've searched for X' — mirrors the viewer's browser tab.
  • Anchor credibility in a number (spent $100K, invested 2 years, coached 300 clients) — not a title.
  • Make the promise a binary (worth it OR run the other way) — binary stakes prevent click-away.
  • Structure as a numbered listicle with topics stated early — gives viewers a reason to stay for their specific question.
  • Admit imperfect ROI — credibility spikes when you don't oversell.
  • Place your own product mid-roll AFTER the hook is complete, not before — don't interrupt before you've earned the minute.

00:00If you're watching this video it's because you've searched for David Bayer and you're wondering is he the real deal? And you probably roll your eyes and say here we go again, another so called mindset guru. Somebody charging me big money for big promises but are they actually gonna deliver?
00:13And honestly I wondered if he was just another fake guru. The kind that talks transformation but lives out of reach once you pay up. Here's a twist.
00:21I didn't just watch from the sidelines. I invested over a $100,000 in David's coaching, his programs, and his events.
00:28And I actually went to his home and I got to really meet the person and see who's behind the mask. Is David Bayer the real deal or is he just another hype machine coach? By the end of this episode, you'll know if investing in David's worth it or should you run the other way?
00:46Hey, everyone. Welcome to Real Influence. My name is Joey Valancourt.
00:49I'm your friend and traveler companion in the great life experiment. Here we explore how to break free from autopilot, live with clarity and courage, and align your life with what matters most now, not someday. So here's the deal.
01:01I came across David Bayer back in 2024. I actually set an intention to go speak on a stage that year. And lo and behold, the stage I got to go talk on, David Bayer was there presenting probably like three talks before me.
01:14So I watched David talk. I didn't know anything about the guy prior to being at this event. And I was like, this guy gets it.
01:21Like he was speaking right to me. I don't know if you've ever had that moment. You're just like, oh my god.
01:24This guy is speaking my language. So I went up on stage and I was a little bit intimidated because I was like, I gotta follow this guy? So then we had a conversation afterwards.
01:33He actually reached out to me in the crowd. He came over and said, hey, Joe. I really like what you said about influencer marketing.
01:39I'd love to know more about how it can apply to my business. So we chatted for a little bit, but then ultimately we said, let's get on a conversation together. Let's have a call and let's keep kind of power thinking all the strategies we just started to talk about.
01:52So we went home and then he invited me to his event in March and I'll tell you more about that later. But first, we had a conversation and basically broke down what it was to be successful in terms of what my interpretation was of that. And that conversation changed the trajectory of my life.
02:11And I'm gonna explain exactly how he did that and every other thing you need to know about David Bayer's community, courses and events, and again, whether you should invest or not. But just before we dive in, I wanna invite you to something special I created for those continuing to chase the next thing, who are feeling unfulfilled or like they just can't enjoy their life even though they should be grateful for everything they have.
02:30It's called the great life experiment. It's a thirty day challenge. So for thirty days, you're gonna get one short but powerful daily shift.
02:37They're the exact tools and reflections I use to stop chasing and start actually living my life. It's completely free and it's designed to help you enjoy your life while creating more success by doing less. Just go to the greatlifeexperiment.ca and you can go ahead and sign up today.
02:53Okay. So like I was saying, I was gonna go to David's event. He's got an event called the powerful living experience.
02:58So topic number one is his event. So at the time I was traveling. We were going to Costa Rica for three weeks.
03:05We're traveling with our family. We're having a great time. And then David said, why don't you come to our event and, you know, we'll treat you to the tickets?
03:13So he was very kind in that matter. And I was like, well, we'll see if it works. And lo and behold, um, the day we were coming back from Costa Rica was the exact day that the event started.
03:22So we instead of flying back to Canada, we flew into Austin, Texas and we went to the Kalahari Resort which is where he held Powerful Living Experience. And I didn't really know what to expect.
03:32I hadn't been to a lot of events. To be honest, I never went to a mindset event of any kind. Um, I went to a lot of masterminds and business things.
03:40But as far as this was concerned, I never went to this and I was like, I don't really know what we're getting ourselves into but what the heck? Let's do it. Um, we actually got a babysitter because we had kids and the event is not really like kid friendly.
03:54It's not to say you can't bring them, but you have to, like, arrange your own babysitter and just figure all that part out. But I would say if he's having it at the same resort and the next time the Kalahari resort had an indoor water park, I think it's one of the biggest ones in The US, The kids had a blast.
04:08So we went into the event and, um, on on day one, I was I was blown away. Like, when I heard David talk about spirituality for the first time, and by the way, this is like a two day event.
04:20It's like from nine to 09:00 at night. It's like twelve hours, and it feels like a marathon, but you get so much out of it. And it's such a little investment.
04:28I think it's like $200 for a ticket per person, and you get a refund, which is crazy if you think about it. But it's it's all like a lead generation tactic.
04:37Right? He wants to get people to the event so he can sign up further advancements in the masterminds, the coaching programs, and all the ascensions he has in his business.
04:45So I'm gonna get into those later. So we got the event tickets for free, and when I heard him talk about spirituality and there's many things that like he he mentioned that I was like, oh my god, I never thought of it that way. But when he talked about like faith and not religiously based faith, although if you're religious, that's fine.
05:02There's no judgment here. But I wasn't really religious anymore. My parents brought me up Catholic and I didn't really believe in Catholic religion because I just didn't understand enough about it.
05:12But when you talk about spirituality, it connected me back to a faith. It connected me to a higher power of my own understanding.
05:19But in that moment, it's like everything just clicked and some of the other highlights of the event was like we got to meet so many great people. I'll talk about that later too, but David's resonance, like who he attracts.
05:30And that's a key factor. When you're going to an event, who's leading the event are the people you're gonna be surrounded by. But we met so many wonderful people, so many supportive people who have been in the community for a couple years and they were coming up to us, welcoming us to the community.
05:44And one thing I liked about the event as well is that you're actually doing work at the event. You're not just listening, and it's not like a lot of hard selling like at some events. There is some selling.
05:54Okay? Let's be clear. There is some selling.
05:56The point of a free event is to actually monetize it. But we're we were in our workbooks. We were working on beliefs.
06:02We were working on life vision. We were working on basically everything that we needed to do in order to achieve the goals we wanted to achieve in the upcoming year of our life. So I would say the Powerful Living experience, if you just wanna dip your toes in the water, definitely go.
06:17I know it's a bit of an investment even though the ticket's $200 and then you get your money back. There's the flight costs. There's the hotels, but you're gonna have a great time.
06:25There's gonna be great people there, and I would highly recommend starting with a powerful living experience. Number two topic for today is his mind hack course. So this is a mini course.
06:36It's an introductory phase to the methodologies that he teaches. And I think that you can get like, there's an ebook that's probably free, but I'd recommend the video course. I think right now it's priced at about $4.97, so it's like, you know, $500.
06:50It's a complete digital course and it's all videos, but it is well worth the price. That course itself, I revisit. I actually have it marked in my calendar to go back to it like every couple months and revisit the same modules.
07:03It's incredible incredible knowledge that you're gonna be getting for really low costs. So I would say high ROI, definitely worth the investment.
07:11Even if you go don't go to to the event, I would definitely get the Minehack course, and I'll probably put a link in the show notes below if you wanna check that out. If you're not interested in in buying anything just yet, check out his book. Now the book, obviously, you have to pay for, but it's not as high of an investment.
07:27It's called The Change Mind. Same thing. Same concepts.
07:30But I like video. I don't know how you like to learn. I'm an audiobook guy so I will completely crush audiobooks, but you give me a a book I have to read.
07:37It's gonna take me a couple weeks to maybe a couple months. A Change Mind is another great resource and the Mindhack course and just this podcast.
07:44Like, so many of the topics in the book and in the Minehack course are in the podcast as well. So that's a free thing that you can just go ahead and get, um, but I'd recommend all three. Okay.
07:55Topic number three are his programs, and this is where I can really give you the insider's edge because I get to see behind the curtains, I know what the prices are and I know what's involved in what you're getting for what you're investing in. So there's basically four different categories of events and this year is 2025 so this might change over time.
08:15The first one is mindset facilitator certification. So if you are an existing coach, and this works well if, like, you're already coaching people in lifestyle, in business, in health, and you wanna add an additional layer to your coaching and focus on the beliefs, a lot of things that we are limited by are just by our own thoughts.
08:35It's our own narrative. So I actually took the certification course on year two, the first year because I was coaching with David and I had so many things to do with him and traveling with the community and everything like that. I didn't wanna take on the certification program.
08:49But after I did a full year of coaching with David, I wanted to become certified so that I could actually practice this with the clients that we have and the communities that we're looking to build. So the investment there is around, I think, around 9 to 12 k.
09:03So definitely not, um, cheap, but not that expensive either. And the program itself is amazing. It's a four month intensive.
09:11You have pod groups. You're meeting with people. You're learning weekly.
09:15It's a lot of information. It's a lot of dedication to do it, but it I'd highly recommend it. And I'm gonna definitely do it again every two years to get recertified.
09:25Okay. The next level from powerful living experience that they're probably going to introduce to you or I was gonna say pitch because, um, you know, it is a pitch.
09:35K? Let's be clear. The the guy, the team, they're trying to sell stuff, and so they should be.
09:40We all need to make money. We all need to increase our impact and our message, but we need to actually fuel that with financial backing. Right?
09:47So the first community that they will ask you to potentially join is something called Legendary. So Legendary is like the base entry program, and I believe it's, um, upwards of like $25,000 a year.
10:00Okay? But you are going to be in a community. You will get assigned a coach.
10:06You get access to all his curriculums, his business mastery courses. Because David's thing is like he's got the mindset stuff, but then he also teaches you how to build a business with this. So it's like a one two punch combo.
10:19So with Legendary, you're also gonna be invited to there's usually, uh, four to five different meetups for the entire twelve month duration. And if that sounds like too many, you don't have to go to all of them, but I'd recommend doing it. Okay?
10:32Because at first I had the same expectation. I was like, that's gonna be a lot of money. How am I gonna do four trips?
10:37Like, I can barely even take two trips a year right now. But that was the shift. That was the transformation.
10:43Literally committing to going, finding a way, or deciding that we're going to go so that we could find a way. And we did. And we traveled with our family for a few and some of them I just went by myself and some I went with my wife.
10:55But legendary is a great thing for people that are and I wouldn't say entry level, but it's definitely a high investment and you wanna make sure you have a business or at least a business idea that you wanna get off the ground.
11:07And by dedicating yourself for the full year, this is what's gonna keep you accountable. Okay? So that's legendary.
11:14Now titans. Okay? Titans is the next level up from legendary, and the at the time, again, this is gonna change depending when you're watching the video, it was around 50 to 60 k.
11:24Okay? That price will most likely continue to go up, but what you get with titans is everything in legendary. You're you're gonna get every single thing you get in legendary so you can take part in all the coaching calls.
11:34They actually have assigned coaches not just for mindset but for business. So if like you're looking to do Facebook or meta ads, understand, uh, automations with email systems. Um, if you wanna work at copywriting in your marketing or your or your message, you actually have a coach that you will be coaching with directly.
11:52And it's a group coaching session in legendary, but this is where titans becomes even more enticing. So if you're looking to get more one on one support, you will actually get assigned a coach and you get a certain amount of coaching sessions every month.
12:05I forget exactly what it is. I think it's like one specialized one on one session every single month, and you get to pick who your specialist is depending on what you wanna work at in your business. The other things are included in Titans.
12:17Like I said, you're gonna get everything. You're gonna get all the curriculums, all the courses, everything that Legendary has access to and the trips, but now you're gonna get more one on one attention with David.
12:27And the reason why I went all in with David at the time I did was because he's still accessible. There's gonna be a time that I see that David's not gonna be directly coaching people. Okay?
12:38So if you saw the opportunity and we're gonna get into like what the one along coaching was like because that's exactly what I did. I went for the the highest amount. I was like, I'm going all in with this guy.
12:47This is gonna be my best decision ever, my best year ever. But I I just knew that David wouldn't be around forever in terms of accessibility. You think of, like, people like Tony Robbins.
12:56Tony Robbins isn't necessarily coaching one on one anymore. I don't know for sure, but I can expect that he's got his own coaches. Right?
13:04So for titans, you're actually gonna get the coach with David in a group setting, and you're also gonna get to meet up with him one day prior to when you go on into an event, when you go on a trip with the community, you have one day prior to everyone else arriving from legendary where you get to meet up with him in person in a very small intimate group and you get to talk about your business and mindset and just get to spend one on one time with David.
13:27So that was pretty cool and there were so many high level people in Titans. Titans is for the person that has like a thriving business already and they're ready to take it to the next level. Okay.
13:37Now the private coaching, I know I'm spending a lot of time on his programs but it's the majority questions I get is like what was it like working with David Bayer? What was his coaching like? Is it worth it?
13:47So I did private coaching. Private coaching was in the excess of a $100,000 but if you think about it, it's not just coaching with David, it's the communities, it's the other coaches that I get, It's the curriculums.
13:57It's the meetups, everything like that. So it's all rolled into one package. And I went all in with David on this because I just felt called to do it.
14:07So this is by no means me recommending to you to do any of these things. Make sure that you're financially dialed in, that you can afford this, or that if you're going to do it that you decide that it's the best decision you've ever made. Okay?
14:18So what it was like coaching with David Bayer, I had like, um, one on one sessions with him every single month in addition to the titans group calls we had monthly and in addition to the legendary calls that I could attend. To be honest, um, it was a lot of extra coaching from the other side that I wasn't really as interested in, but I could have attended all those calls.
14:38But because I was running a pretty successful business and I didn't really have a lot of time, I just wanted, like, the cream of the crop coaching from David. And let me tell you, it was the absolute again, I've said it multiple times in this video, best decision that I've ever made.
14:53It changed my life, and I'm gonna tell you exactly what kind of results it produced in step five or topic five. Alright. So even though I said it was gonna be topic five, it's actually topic four.
15:02It's what did I get from investing? What did I get from spending a one year membership in this community? Right?
15:09What are you gonna get from this? What do you want from this? I knew for myself I wanted a mindset coach.
15:15I wanted a business coach, and I wanted a financial strategist. Ended up that David was like all three of these things because we didn't focus on tactics. We focused on root cause.
15:25What was the beliefs? What was the thinking behind how I was trying to produce a result? Because I had a lot of great strategies already in place, but they just weren't working.
15:33But they're working for other people, so why was that happening? And as we unpacked it and and and really discovered the root cause was the thinking. It was like I became more successful every single year that I was in business, but it was always hard.
15:47I was always stressed. So why was that the case? How could it be something different?
15:52How could I produce the same result or even better results but by being less stressed than by actually living my life and being happier? That's what I experienced from working with David because he transformed just the way that I perceive the world.
16:04A couple other things noteworthy is, um, when we were in the lunch at the event, after I signed the papers, which was a whole other ordeal, like, in terms of, like, what I was experiencing emotionally and what I was thinking.
16:18I was like, this is crazy. I'm gonna invest all this money. Um, I don't have this money.
16:22Well, I kinda do but it could be like my savings or my retirement. So I went through like so much back and forth in my mind as to whether I should do it or not. But once I did sign the papers, the next day at the lunch, I'll never forget it.
16:33David, um, spoke on stage and he said, all of you that have invested, I'm I'm here to congratulate you. But I'm here to tell you one little secret.
16:43If you don't believe that this is the best decision of your life, that this is gonna be the best year you've ever had, you're not gonna experience any gains from this program. That to me, I never heard that from anyone else because I've invested in a lot of masterminds, and what's happened is I always went in with a healthy level of skepticism.
17:00It's like, yeah. I think this might work. I'm kind of excited, but, you know, it probably won't work out because I've tried this before.
17:07That type of thinking, that type of mentality was producing the same Groundhog Day in terms of what I was getting after investing in these programs.
17:15So once I heard David say that, I literally laid made that my mantra. From then on, like, daily, would repeat, this is the best decision ever.
17:24Only great things are gonna happen from this, and I'm so glad I invested because I know it's gonna be my best year yet. And truthfully, it was.
17:33When I signed the papers, the next morning, I also talked to David one on one because, again, I was kinda panicking. I'm like, tell me exactly what to do, what time I should wake up, what time I should go to the bathroom, what I should eat. Like, I need the plan.
17:45And And he's like, your job is to relax. He's like, you're you're stressing too much. You're trying to control too much.
17:51I was like, but that's the way I should do it. But I also told him, I confided that like, hey, I think I wanna stop drinking. And he was like, oh, why is that?
18:00And I was like, think it's holding me back. I wasn't really being fully honest with myself or him at the time. Like drinking was getting out of hand.
18:07I realized that I was drinking more and more. I was numbing out from life and from things that were going on, the way I was thinking about life. And had I never signed those papers, had I never invested that money, I probably would have never got sober.
18:21So this isn't like a sign up for David Bayer and get sober, but I've heard a couple stories of the same people experiencing the same shift in their life where they gave up some sort of substance or some sort of bad behavior, bad lifestyle because they made the commitment to them themselves. You think you're making a commitment to somebody else, you're actually making a commitment to yourself.
18:41I was confident as well. I was no longer second guessing myself because I had a coach. I had somebody to soundboard.
18:47So often, if you're a solopreneur or if you just don't have a large community of people to talk to, you don't feel confident moving forward with a strategy even if it's the right strategy.
18:57So David, his coaches, the community, they gave me the confidence to move forward and not be insecure about what I was doing. And action in motion.
19:07So I talked about the trips. Right? There was like four trips.
19:10Actually, there's a fifth. There's like a lifestyle trip. And, uh, we did them all.
19:14Even though at first I was like, that's a lot of money, a lot of time. And meanwhile, I wanted to build this other side hustle business. So where am I gonna find time to do all these trips?
19:22So I was a little bit primal throughout it. But the what happened was that as I started to take the trips, I was living the life that I was postponing. I'll repeat that.
19:33I was starting to live the life that I'd been postponing. You see, I always wanted to take more trips with my family. I always wanted to live intentionally, take more time off, but I wanted to make more money.
19:44So in my eyes, I'm like, can't take the trips until I make more money. I can't take the trips until I build the business. But all of a sudden, when I started to be in part of this community and David gave me the freedom that, no, you're allowed to do that.
19:57If anything, you need to do that to start to attract more of it and make it the normal. And I always like to say to myself now and to other people when they ask me about this, it's that the life that you're building is the life that you're living. So whatever you're doing now, it's a pattern.
20:13It's gonna be a character trait that you're gonna carry forward. So if you're consistently postponing, if you're consistently chasing the next big, um, external validation or outcome or success metric, then that's gonna keep you tied in a perpetual loop.
20:27You're never gonna escape it because no matter what you achieve, there's always gonna be the next level. You're never gonna be satisfied. So by slowing down and taking these trips, I was actually able to live the life and have an amazing year, but then just down regulate the nervous system and realize that, oh, actually, I can travel.
20:46I can take more time off. I can spend time with my family. I don't need to make the next amount of money in order for this to happen today.
20:54And like I said, the last thing I'm gonna leave you with is just the spiritual component. The ability to have faith and, again, when you don't mix religion in this, you can actually adopt this in a way that serves you on many levels in your life.
21:07Spirituality and having faith is a lot different. It's the metaphysical. It's how the universe works, and he opened my eyes to this.
21:14And ever since then, I've been able to attract and create beyond like anything ever before. So the last thing I'm gonna leave you with is is it worth it? Okay.
21:22Top number five, is the investment worth it? So, again, you know all the different criterias of the investment strategies that I just laid out for you. You've got the powerful living experience that you could go to, very low barrier of entry, like $200, and you get a refund at the end of it.
21:38Um, you can join facilitator if you're already in coaching and you wanna add an additional layer to your coaching. If you have a thriving business or you're just starting a business idea, um, and you wanna invest minimally, I would say legendary coaching is definitely the way to go.
21:52If you have a thriving business and you have a bit more money to invest, Titans is the way to go. And if you're crazy like me and you wanna go all in, just invest with David. You get everything in the communities, you get all the travel, you get all the additional coaching, and you get one on one time with David.
22:06And in my opinion, the reason why, and I've said this before, the reason why I would do this now is because David is still available. And it's not just what David teaches.
22:18It's not the tactics. It's not the strategies. Like, I've seen some of the material he has and it's really, really good material in terms of how to build a business and the marketing, the message, the copywriting, the ads, the funnel automations, but I've seen it before.
22:32So what was different about David? It's that he's got a resonance. It's who he is.
22:36It's his energetic field. And if you've been around a person, you just feel better being around and then the people that he attracts have that same magnetic energy.
22:45It's just a great vibe. And to me, community has become so powerful. And this is coming from a naturally born introvert who doesn't really like to spend a lot of time with anybody.
22:55I've learned that I actually wanna be in community. Even though it kinda drains my energy, I need that community because community is fellowship.
23:03It's support. It's holding you to a higher demand or desire that you have in your life that you can't hold yourself accountable for.
23:11At least that's what it's been in my case. So I would say it's definitely worth the investment. At the very least, check out the podcast, get his book, and then get Mindhack to start.
23:19And then if you're willing to make the investment in yourself, go to Powerful Living Experience. After you spend three days at this event, I guarantee you're gonna wanna do more. Alright.
23:27So quick recap. Listen. I spent over a $100,000 with David Bayer.
23:30I wanted to give you the honest truth, the, like, honest review because oftentimes when I'm searching for something, always wanna hear what customers have to say. So I I hope this video helped you today. The ROI is unmatched.
23:42What I would say though, this isn't just ROI based on, like, how much money am I gonna make by investing into this because I'll tell you, I only made back about 75% of financial ROI. Right?
23:54So if I spent like a 100,000, I only made 70 k back from my passion business and ended up actually not even liking the passion business that much. But it moved me to the next thing.
24:04It made me realize, oh, I don't like that. I actually wanna do more of this other thing, and I've got the right mindset now that I can continue to build something else. So ROI wise, I didn't actually back out the investment fully, but I was okay with that because what the priceless moments were was getting sober.
24:21We're taking the trips to my family, becoming a better partner, becoming a better father, becoming more honest in my life, and now building content that I can share with other people based on my experience. So to me, well worth the investment.
24:34And if you're thinking about it, again, do your homework. Try the event first. It's a very low cost of entry, and you can see for yourself if this is something you wanna be a part of.
24:43And if this episode was helpful, with someone who's been curious about David Bayer or personal development programs in general. And don't forget to subscribe to the channel so you don't miss any episodes in the future as we continue to talk about personal development, family, going against the hustle and grind culture, and everything else related to bringing more influence from within, not from the external.
25:03Until the next time, I'll see you on the next episode.

Belief-First vs Tactics-First Coaching

David Bayer's differentiator: work on root-cause thinking (beliefs, narrative) rather than strategies. Joey had working strategies that weren't working — the block was internal.
