A fitness-business coach shows how Claude Code and ChatGPT Codex now edit all of his reels and YouTube videos, then spends the back half on niche, outlier research, batching, and the comment-to-DM funnel that turns those videos into clients.

Big Idea
The argument in one line.
Reusable editing skills inside Claude Code or Codex now turn a raw one-take recording into finished multi-platform reels, which moves the real bottleneck from editing to picking a niche and knowing what to post.
Who This Is For
Read if. Skip if.
READ IF YOU ARE…
An online fitness coach or personal trainer posting reels who is paying an editor, or skipping posts because editing takes too long.
A solo creator already paying for Claude or ChatGPT who wants the exact add-ons and folder layout to make the desktop apps edit talking-head video.
Someone deciding between Claude Code and ChatGPT Codex for video work and wanting a practitioner's read on taste versus speed.
A coach with an audience but no system for turning comment-a-word reels into booked sales calls.
SKIP IF…
You want a step-by-step build of the editing skills themselves; the skills are shown running but their contents are not shared on screen.
You need technical depth on Video Use, Hyperframes or DeepFilterNet; each gets a one-line description and an install-it-by-prompt instruction.
You are not selling coaching or services; roughly half the runtime is niche and sales advice aimed at online trainers.
TL;DR
The full version, fast.
AI editing is now good enough to replace a paid editing team for talking-head content, as long as the model is given reusable skills and the right add-ons. The setup is the Claude Code or Codex desktop app, three free GitHub tools (Video Use for editing taste, Hyperframes for motion graphics, DeepFilterNet for audio cleanup), an ElevenLabs API key for accurate transcripts and captions, and a folder of b-roll, photos, music and raw footage the agent can reach. Claude makes better creative choices; Codex is faster. With editing solved, the hard part is upstream: narrow your niche to who, what and how, remix 10x outlier videos, batch a week of content in a few days, and route comment-a-word calls to action into DMs and sales calls.

07 · Find your niche: who, what, how, and why
With 2.5 to 3 million online trainers, a niche built from who, what and how is required, and marketing follows the audience's underlying why.

Atomic Insights
Lines worth screenshotting.
Swapping a $20,000 to $30,000 a month editing team for Claude and ChatGPT subscriptions is now realistic for talking-head reels and YouTube videos.
Video editing in Claude or ChatGPT only works in the desktop apps, using Claude Code or Codex, not the phone or web chat.
The missing piece for most people trying AI editing is the free Video Use GitHub repo, which gives the model editing technique and taste.
Each editing add-on can be installed by pasting its GitHub URL into Claude or Codex and asking it to install the repo.
ElevenLabs transcription is worth paying for because the built-in transcription in Claude and ChatGPT sometimes drifts, and every caption depends on it.
A dedicated folder of b-roll, photos, music and raw footage lets the agent pull supporting visuals on its own instead of asking you for them.
Claude's top model tends to make better editing decisions, while Codex in its fastest mode finishes simple cuts in a fraction of the time.
One reel a week runs fine on a $20 plan; posting hundreds of pieces a month pushes you to the $200 and higher tiers.
A single raw take with six mistakes and dead air can come back as four styled edits plus CTA-free versions for platforms where comment automations do not work.
Running the same multi-version edit through the API instead of a subscription would have cost about $41, still less than a human editor.
Once editing is automated, the slow parts of content are coming up with ideas and writing scripts, not cutting footage.
With roughly 2.5 to 3 million people calling themselves online trainers, a coach without a niche has zero chance of standing out.
A niche has three parts: who you help, what result in their words, and how you deliver it, and the how is where you become impossible to price-shop.
Marketing has to be built around the audience's underlying why, which shifts completely when you move the age band by ten years.
A 10x outlier is a post with at least ten times more views than the creator has followers, and it is the safest template to remix.
Beginners should copy proven outliers before writing original content, the same way guitar students learn classics before writing songs.
Asking Gemini to explain why a video went viral, transcribe it, then interview you, produces a script in your own words rather than a copy.
Posting one to three reels a day is only sustainable by batching ideas, scripts, filming and AI editing for 21 videos at once.
Giving away a free guide in public and selling only in DMs and calls removes the feeling of being salesy.
Even a 1% close rate on 7,800 comments from one reel would mean 78 new clients, which is why comment-a-word calls to action matter.
Takeaway
Editing is solved, so niche and funnel decide results
WHAT TO LEARN
With the right add-ons and reusable skills, an AI agent can edit and post your videos, which leaves niche, idea selection and the private sales path as the work that actually matters.
02The setup and four tools
Use the Claude Code or Codex desktop app and install Video Use, Hyperframes and DeepFilterNet by pasting each GitHub URL and asking the agent to install it.
Pay for ElevenLabs transcription because accurate word timing drives every caption and cut, and built-in transcription sometimes drifts.
03Folder setup
Give the agent one project folder with b-roll, photos, music and raw footage so it can pull supporting visuals without being asked.
04Claude vs ChatGPT and which plan
Choose Claude when edit quality matters and Codex in super fast mode for quick, simple cuts; match plan size to how much you post.
05Live edit of a raw one-take reel
Turn each editing style into a saved skill so one raw take becomes several finished versions with a single prompt and a plan approval.
06Claude's four versions, auto-posting and one-prompt YouTube
Render separate versions without the comment-a-word CTA for platforms where comment automations do not work, then test them as trial reels.
Expect the slow part of content to shift to ideas and scripts once editing runs unattended in the background.
07Find your niche: who, what, how, and why
Define a niche by who, what result in their own words, and how you deliver it, so buyers cannot compare you on price.
Build marketing around the audience's underlying motivation, and expect it to change when the age band or life stage changes.
08Case study: busy career moms
Speak only to the target market in content, showing the details of their life rather than generic fitness material.
09Niche hacking with 10x outliers
Look for posts with ten times more views than followers, since they prove the idea works independent of audience size.
Have an AI explain why a video went viral, transcribe it, then interview you, so the script is yours rather than a copy.
10Remix, post 1-3x a day, batch the week
Use scripts as outlines, not word-for-word reads, and batch ideas, scripts, filming and AI editing for a full week at once.
Post one to three reels a day and let the agent schedule them across platforms at set times.
11The secret sales funnel
Give away a lead magnet publicly through a comment-a-word CTA and keep the selling to DMs and calls.
Estimate funnel potential by applying a conservative close rate to the comment count on your best-performing reel.
Use an AI with access to a creator's real posts to draft lead magnets in that creator's own language.
Glossary
Terms worth knowing.
Claude Code
Anthropic's agentic coding mode, available in the Claude desktop app, that can read and write files in a chosen folder and run tools such as ffmpeg on your computer.
Codex
OpenAI's agentic coding mode in the ChatGPT desktop app, which works on a local project folder and can run commands, similar to Claude Code.
Skill
A saved set of instructions an AI agent loads to perform a repeatable task, such as a specific editing style, from start to finish without being re-explained each time.
Video Use
A free GitHub repository that gives Claude or Codex instructions and tooling for editing video, improving how it cuts and styles footage.
Hyperframes
A free GitHub repository that lets an AI agent build motion graphics and animated overlays for videos using web technologies.
DeepFilterNet
A free, open-source noise-suppression model that removes wind, room noise and background sound from speech recordings.
10x outlier
A social post whose view count is at least ten times the creator's follower count, used as a signal that the idea itself, not the audience size, drove its reach.
Trial reels
An Instagram feature that shows a reel to non-followers first, so a creator can test several versions before choosing one for the main feed.
Lead magnet
A free resource such as a guide, checklist or mini course given away in exchange for contact details or a conversation, used to start a sales process.

Over the last 30 days, I have posted over a thousand pieces of content across all platforms. And 100 % of them have been edited with AI, either Claude or ChatGPT. And in this video, I'm gonna show you how you can edit with both of them.
100 % free, nothing to buy. And when I say all of my videos, I mean all of them. Short form reels in multiple different styles and all of the long form YouTube videos I posted since September have all been edited with AI.
This video is gonna be edited with AI as well. I'm gonna break down the whole process for you. I'm not gonna hold nothing back.
And I've also attached a free resource for you to download and start doing this on your own. And this has saved me a ton of money. And this has really helped me out because I used to pay between 20 and $30 ,000 a month for an army of video editors.
Now it's just my Claude and ChatGPT subscription. I'm sure you had to set it up. I'm sure you had to develop your own style.
I'm sure you had to copy styles of other videos you like. And I'm gonna show you all the tools you need to add to ChatGPT or Claude so you can start doing it too. But one more thing I'm gonna do that I don't see in other videos is I'm actually gonna show you how you can use AI to start coming up with ideas as well.
How you can start using AI to write your scripts and most importantly, how you can start making money off the reels you post, especially if you're an online trainer. because I made my first million as an online trainer and it was on the back of videos.
I hand edited the first 1000 long form videos on this channel. If back then I had the tools I'm gonna show you today, I would have been successful way faster. And this stuff is not only working for me, it's also working for my students who I show how to grow their online fitness business.
I've helped over 15 ,000 people grow successful online fitness businesses and they all have to put out a ton of content to build their personal brand and to start getting clients. They've been using it too and they've been getting amazing results. And more importantly, making, a lot of money so without any further ado let's jump right into it so you got to download the chat gbt desktop app right the desktop app and then when you get there you can't this won't work on your phone or on the web right you got to get the desktop app and then click this little button and then you're going to use codex all right codex is the one you want to use to edit videos you go download cloud you can get cloud code and then you know you got to get the desktop app right this is a regular cloud you want to click here and use code All right.
There's four things you need. So the first thing you need, you want to get this GitHub repo called video use. All right.
And what this does is it teaches Claude or ChatGPT how to edit video and gives it like a better style. I really think this is what people are missing. This is free.
So all you do is copy this URL and then you want to go to Claude or ChatGPT, dump that shit in here and just say, yo, install this GitHub repo. That's it. You can do that in ChatGPT or Claude.
Right. Let me go ahead and put these links in the description and then hyperframes GitHub repo. and what you want to do with this one this helps you get like the motion effects and on your videos so it comes out looking super clean and then you need another one this is one i don't see people talking about it but this one is dope this cleans up your audio so if there's any wind or background noise or if like you don't have a good mic this makes your audio sound super crisp all right it's called deepfilter .net and all of these are free right and you want to install all of those into chat gpt or codex all those are free the next one you're going to need is not free but i think you should get it and it's 11 labs api so you want to sign up for 11 labs you can just get yourself the 20 plan or some boom 11 labs api right you get 11 last sign up for 11 labs and then once you've signed up you want to go 11 labs api key and then you click here and get your api key
right i'm not going to show you because i don't want to expose my api key because somebody on here will steal it right and then you just open up chat gpt or claude i can't do it on here because i don't want y 'all to see my key and just say yo man i got 11 labs api key help me install it and it'll walk you right through it all right 11 labs and the reason you need that is you need it to transcribe the audio from your videos because you have to transcribe the video and claude and chat gpt they have like a native thing that transcribes it but sometimes this should be off right but 11 labs will transcribe and make all your captions anything you have on screen come out perfect i want you to set up some folders on your computer i suggest that you do this on an external hard drive if you have one right to save space that's what i do you're gonna set up a folder you're gonna use a new folder video edits and then in this folder you're gonna start another folder you're gonna call it b -roll and here you're gonna put in all your footage of you working out and all the footage of your b -roll everything you got just footage of you doing
All right, you're gonna need B -roll for a lot of this. Then you're gonna set up another folder where you get pics, right? These are, you're gonna dump a bunch of photos in here, because you might need it for a video you're editing.
Just all your pics be in here. You can just copy them in here, right? And you want to constantly be added to these.
And then you set up another folder called music, right? So if you have any music you want to use in your videos, any beats you like, you want to make sure that they have access to that. And then you have another folder, raw footage, right?
Now, when you open Cloud Code or Codex, what you want to do is it doesn't really matter which one but whichever one you decide to pick you set up a new project and then you say you pick the folder you want to use it on this computer and then you just pick the folder and give it access to it and you do that with claw code or codex all right and or both Whichever one you like.
Now, you may be thinking, hey, man, should I be using Claude or Codex? And when I say Codex, I mean, I'm talking about ChatGPT Codex, right? And it doesn't matter.
You got to pick the one you like the most or pick the one you have. I use both. I'm pretty agnostic.
There are some pros and cons to each that we can go over. I like the interface of Codex, the actual harness better. But I think the model in Claude is a little better.
And the model you want to use with Claude is Opus 5 .5. And I like to put the effort on extra. You can get away with high, right?
Extra. I typically don't put it on fast mode. I just use this too much.
I don't be in a rush like that. But if you're in a rush, go for it. But if I'm doing something with Opus, I take my time.
If I'm using Codex, I'll use Astra 0 .6 and put that shit on extra high. You can get away with high. But honestly, if it's a real simple edit, I can put this shit on sole.
This is the cheaper model. It's not as good, but it's fine. If you're doing something really simple, it's fine.
You just put it on extra high. So the pros and cons of it. each are i think opus 5 is a little bit better right and when i say better i feel like it has better taste it makes better decisions where with astra i have to kind of guide it a little bit more you know and it's fine but sometimes i have a guy but astra's way faster like chad gpt is way faster it has this shit super fast mode oh it's only with astro so if you put it on astra super fast mode and it's like lightning fast like no bullshit so if you're in a rush there's that another advantage of chad gpt is the soul model is pretty good The model underneath Opus, which is Sonic.
I don't like the way videos look with Sonic. I don't think it's competitive. What plan should you be on though?
You got to be on a paid plan for both of these, either one. And the plan you should pick, it depends on how much you edit. If you're going to do one reel a week, the $20 plan is fine, right?
If you're going to go hard like me, I put out almost a thousand pieces of content in the last 24 days. So I work on the ChatDPT, I'm on a $500 a month plan. And on Claude, I'm on a $200 a month plan.
But I also use it for other shit too. So I use the shit out of these tools. I run my whole businesses through these tools.
tools right you know multi -million dollar business I can edit a video real quick and just show y 'all what it looks like this is a video I filmed earlier today if you walk 20 ,000 steps a day you will get super ripped I have been a trainer for over 27 years I have trained thousands of people and everyone And everyone who follows this gets amazing results.
Before you start complaining about how you don't have time like a punk, I'm going to show you exactly how you can fit in your day, even if you have a job, school or work and all that. We all have work, dummy.
So as soon as you wake up, you're going to walk for 30 minutes. That'll give you 3000 steps.
Then at lunch, if you get an hour lunch break. You're going to spend half hour eating, another half hour walking, another 30 minutes. That'll give you another 3 ,000 steps.
Then after work, you're going to walk for an hour.
That'll give you 6 ,000 steps.
Now, most people, that'll be enough. And if you don't want to get super ripped super fast, just do that. But if you want to take it to the next level, here's what you're going to do.
While you're at work, every hour, you're going to take a 10 -minute walk.
That'll have you at 20 ,000 steps by the end of the day.
Now, before you start crying and complaining, oh, man, my boss is not going to let me walk. Hey, man, you should have went to college. If you got a fucking job.
You should've went to college, man. You should've went to college, man. If you got a job where they keep you chained to the desk in bondage, then you probably need to step up, get a different career.
I got 30 employees and I don't care what they do all day as long as they get done what I ask. They can be doing cartwheels and somersaults every hour. And as long as they deliver the deliverables, I'm straight.
However, if you are in some situation where you can't do it, then find another way and don't cry.
But you still got to have your diet right if you want a free guide on what you should eat to get an amazing... If you want a free guide... If you want a free guide on the diet plan you need to...
If you want a free guide that'll show you the diet plan you need to... If you want a free custom diet plan to help you accomplish your fitness goals... Comment the word RIP and I'll send it right to you.
A lot of fucks up, a lot of mistakes. We're going to take this video. Let's do chat GPT.
I'm already editing that video with Claude. So I'll show you that out, Claude. It'll be good because we'll be able to fucking compare the two.
So I'm going to take this shit. I have a folder called video editing and chat. Now I'm going to use something called a skill.
These skills are like a set of instructions that I use to make the video from start to finish. So all I got to do is dump it in here, just like I said, okay? So I'm going to show you a simple one.
edit this video with and i'm gonna put the skill in here talking head one basically just like the gap skill i got it on super fast all right cool so this is basically like the simplest edit you can do where it just takes out the dead spaces takes out the pauses and just puts text on the screen that's dead simple all right and the skill has everything it needs to make it happen right so what it's about to do is it's reading through it it's going to use the skill and the skill has all the directions and it's going to use the tools that i told you guys how to use in the beginning What it did now is it made me a plan.
Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. Music in the background. Yeah, you can do that.
That's whatever. Fine. And then approve the plan.
I'm going to say no music just because. It gave me the hook above the box. Let me change that.
That's going to be the text hook at the top. The chat GPT edit is done. I don't know what it looks like either.
We're going to watch this together. All right. If you walk.
20 ,000 steps a day, you will get super ripped. I have been a trainer for over 27 years. I have trained thousands of people and everyone who follows this gets amazing results.
Before you start complaining about how you don't have time, like a punk, I'm gonna show you exactly how you can fit in in your day. Even if you have a job, school, or work and all that, we all have work. So as soon as you wake up, you're gonna walk for 30 minutes.
That'll give you 3 ,000 steps. Then at lunch, if you get an hour lunch break, you're gonna spend half hour eating, another half hour walking, another 30. minutes that'll give you another 3 000 steps that was just like the simplest edit right now i have claude working on the more professional edits like i said earlier i feel like claude has a little bit better taste but chad he's like way quicker it was like just super simple like just a yap style video right but i didn't have to cut out the pauses i didn't do nothing just had the over there i can post that right now i'm not because i think the claw ones might be a little better this would actually be a cool example because i gave claude the same video earlier but i had it make four different edits with four different skills that i have so it's going to edit it four different ways chat is just doing it one way all right guys i want you to see the versions that claude did i had claude make a few different versions of this this one is basically just like the chat gpt one if you walk 20 000 steps a day you will get super ripped i have been a trainer for over basically the same one but then i used a different skill called talking head two if you walk and this one puts like images on there and he went and grabbed the images for me thousand steps a day you will get super ripped i have been a trainer for over 27 years i have trained
thousands of people and everyone who follows this gets amazing results not bad i like that one now let's check out this other one if you walk 20 000 steps a day you will get super ripped i have been a trainer for over 27 years i have trained thousands of people and everyone who follows this gets amazing results that's pretty good now i have another version here oh again one thing i want to say this is like a mod i made because i wanted to see how much it would have cost if i was using api credits and this would cost 40 41 right to do all these because it's like six different versions and that's how much it would have cost if i was running it through api in a different harness that's still cheaper than an editor even if you get Filipino from overseas to do it.
However, this is not the cause it's included with my plan. But this is just something I just like to keep in mind. All right, so here's the other edit.
If you walk 20 ,000 steps a day, you will get super ripped. I have been a trainer for over 27 years. Come on, man.
Come on, man. And then what I did was I have another tool here called Metrical. And I have Metrical connected to this.
And Metrical just allows me to post this to every platform. And the reason there's six is because the call to action where you can comment, it doesn't work on other platforms. So it gave me three versions of this.
Of all the three, it gave me one of all three versions without the call. to action to post on like youtube shorts tick tock and facebook right so boom it's going to post i told you the time to post it so it's going to be posted all of these to my trial reels right now and it's going to come back i told you to check in 24 hours to see which one did the best and that's the one i'm going to post on my feed you leave a comment which one did better it's not really fair because i had different styles with chat gpt and i could have did it but i ain't feel like it whatever man this video is free you get what you pay for right again if you want the links to how to do all this and how to put it together there's a free guide in the description go ahead and that is 100 free right again if i had to just pick one tool if all i was doing was editing i would pick claw code but because i think i do so much more with codex that if i had to just pick one i'd pick codex 100 of my youtube videos are edited with chat dpt or claw like literally 100 of them so if i go to my youtube i just posted one yo one shot i did this video one shot i've been doing sales for about 27 years in a row there's not a lot of people walking around been doing
sales for that long they say it takes 10 years for you to become world class at something 10 years to become an expert i'm almost a triple expert triple og yo all the b -roll because i remember you said the b -roll folder and when it found the b -roll it added the music this music i had like this this was one prompt i promise you because i had the skills i edited this one in cloth start to finish start to fucking finish and usually it takes a while and i don't know how long it takes because i'll do other shit i'll load up a bunch of videos to get edited i'll bulk edit them then i'll start doing some else take meetings go to the gym eat dinner and come back to editing videos i'm editing typically like five ten videos at once and be honest with you the part that takes a while is coming up with the ideas and maybe the scripts but we're going to talk about how you can use ai to do that too right because one thing you know how to edit but it's also another thing to know what to post
Y 'all want to know the number one reason online trainers fail? They do not have a niche. They are just fitness guys or fitness girls.
And there's too many people online. How many trainers do you think there are online? Like online trainers.
I'm talking about every asshole with trainer in his bio. So I asked Chad GPT, Claude, and even Gronk. I asked them all and there's about, this is between 2 .5 and 3 million, right?
That's how many trainers. Let me ask you guys a question. Do you guys want to compete with all trainers online every year?
asshole with trainer in his bio every bitch in the sports bra right now you don't want to compete with that you don't have to so what you want to do is you want to stand out right because it's oversaturated it's overcrowded you stand out by carving out your what your niche this is my favorite n -word niche and there's three parts to a niche three parts of a niche are who you want to focus on what problem you want to help them solve and how do you want to help them solve that problem All right.
Who want it? How? All right.
So let me give you an example. When I first started my online training business, I made my first million as an online trainer. And I focused on helping men.
Right. So think I'm only going to focus on training men. Boom.
That takes out half the competition. All right. And it was men age 25 to 35.
So a small segment of the population. Right. So like that takes out more of the competition.
And what problem I helped them solve. See, a lot of trainers be like, oh, I help people get in shape. That's not enough, man.
We need to focus. Right. There's a lot of kind of.
Doctors don't say, hey, I just help people get healthy. No, man. I mean, maybe a regular doctor will say, I just help people with whatever, right?
But regular doctors don't get paid as much as what? Specialists, right? A heart surgeon is going to get way more than a regular ass doctor.
A plastic surgeon, you know what I'm saying? A cardiologist, you know, some optometrist, like you want to focus, you want to niche down. Makes sense to make the most money.
So I focused on helping men age 25 to 35 get ripped. And I use their words, get ripped. And that's all I wanted to help them do.
Right. So I didn't give a fuck what your goal was. I only wanted people who wanted to be muscular with low body fat.
These are their words. Get ripped. Muscular.
But they say muscular and low body fat. Right. So I didn't give a fuck if you wanted to be a pro bodybuilder.
I wasn't fucking with you. I didn't care if you wanted to be a powerlifter. I wasn't fucking with you.
If you want to be a pro athlete, I wasn't fucking you. And I trained pro athletes. I trained like bikini models, women.
I trained all different types of people. for 10 years before online training was a thing i was one of the first online trainers when i started in 09 because you couldn't do it before that the iphone came out in 08 right so all of us who started then we were the pioneers right so i hope people get ripped all right so that may be like half of this population but here's where you can really set yourself apart boom how did i help them do it at the back then i wasn't keto i did intermittent fasting and hit cardio high intensity interval training i don't do any of that now right oh who am i competing with now right that's very small segmented population so boom now i just carved out my little slither of profit profitability right check this out guys when this guy who wants to accomplish this thing this way when he finds me he can't price shop You know what I'm saying?
Because all the other trainers are generalists. They're just regular fitness guys, fitness girls. But I focus exactly on guys like him and helping them accomplish this goal this way, right?
Now I stand out. And here's another thing that really helps. Almost 3 million trainers online.
Can you name five trainers that focus on helping young men get ripped with intermittent fasting and hit cardio? Can you name five? I bet you can't.
I can. So I know you can. I've been in the fitness industry my whole life.
Now you what? You stand out. This is the most important part.
I don't care how much AI shit you learned. You will fail. Listen to me.
You will fail. without a niche. You will fail.
Failure is imminent. You might as well just not do nothing. I'd rather you just get a fucking job.
All right. If you don't have a niche, you will fail. There's too much competition.
There's zero possibility of you standing out. All right. Let's take it a little deeper.
Why the hell do you think this guy wants to get ripped? Why the guy between 25, 35, why would he want to get ripped? What are young men interested in more than anything?
Yeah. Women, chicks, right? A hundred percent.
Like, and it's not even close. He's not supposed to think of anything more than right because this is when he's like in his he has the most testosterone right and if men weren't obsessed with women during this age then the species wouldn't survive right it's like biologically it's designed so you can have kids when you're young and you're young enough to actually start taking care of them like god or higher power whatever he designed it that way right and he has to be super horny to put up with all the bullshit takes to date women, right?
So he has to be like super horny. It's designed that way, right? So if we know that woman is his main driver, this is what your marketing needs to be around.
So if we go to my... YouTube from back in those days, right? Instagram didn't have videos and shit.
So I was like doing YouTube, right? Get the fuck out of here. If we go to videos, let's just sort it by most popular.
Boom. What do you see? Oh, there's almost always some women in the video, right?
Those weren't for the guy, for the girls. That was y 'all. I got chicks doing hip raises on desk.
3 million views, right? Like this was the thing. Like this is why we did that.
I knew that was their why. Right. I was marketing.
I was using women to market to them. Now, check this out. What happens, though?
What happens when we change this? We just change one variable. Men take it up 10 years, 35 to 45.
Oh, now what's the wise? Probably not women. Right.
This probably got some kids. Maybe he's got a family or maybe he wants a family, family, kids, longevity. Right.
So you see, it changes. This is the thing. So your marketing has to reflect that.
let me show you what i mean so i have a student her name is jen caesar when jen first joined you know she was a full -time nurse she had two small kids she was you know nurses worked long hours she was married she had a husband to take care of and you know she had a lot going on so i knew she was telling me she's not gonna have a lot of time to put into this but she wants to succeed right so i was like all right jen the first thing we need to do is get your niche down so here's what we did boom we got a niche we got the who i helped busy career moms so it wasn't just women it was moms and it wasn't just moms it was career moms so she She wasn't, she's not marketing stay at home moms, none of that.
Busy career moms, that's the who, right? And what does she help them with? Lose fat and get toned.
I made sure she added this because the toned is what they would say. Does it make sense? This is the what.
And how she helps them is at home. She only does home workouts. Make sense?
You see it, it's right here, right? Boom, it's in their sentence. What does a mom do?
What's the one thing moms care about the most in life? What does she care about anything? Like think about your own mom.
What would she care so much about that she would die for? It's probably only one thing. Kids, family, right?
That's all they care. die for you if presumably you got a good mom but she wouldn't die for like anything else right so when we look at jen's content what do you see we see family shit right boom we see the kids right away boom we see the family she's talking to her target market without he said kids running around in the workout videos we see her and her husband that's the homie alan shout out to him we see the kids in the videos you feel she's working out with them and she's working out at home even if the kids ain't in there she's still talking she's at home and she calls them out in the busy mom Because a lot of times people are like, oh, I want to help busy professionals.
But I look at their page. Ain't no busy professional shit, you know. But she's speaking only to her target market.
She don't give a fuck what no one else thinks. And this works so well that in her first year, Jen made. Matter of fact, man, I just want to show you.
I don't want to say it. I just want to show you. For the year, I started HTT literally a year ago.
Like exactly a year ago. And I have made $500 ,000. Did you just say you made?
500 000 in one year yeah half a million dollars in in literally a year yeah in your first year first year first year it was crazy and this is while i'm working full -time i have two small kids a whole husband that's another job that i have to take care of my man and on top of that yes so I don't want to hear, I don't have time.
I don't want to hear, I'm too tired. I don't want to hear, I don't know what I'm doing. I was working 40 hours at my full -time job and posting every single day.
Like, I don't want to hear anything from anyone at all. No one has any excuses. If I was able to do that, I don't want to hear nothing from nobody.
That's a fact. That's a fact. Somebody said, how many hours of sleep are you getting?
I was sleeping at night, still working out every single day, still eating my food, still eating right. Went on a vacation? You and your husband went on a vacation?
Multiple vacations, week -long vacations, not working. November, I worked, what did we take, two weeks? Yeah.
November, I only worked two weeks, and I made 48 grand in November. no excuses still posted every day my first month remember my first month i made 20 grand yeah come on no excuse no excuses wouldn't be here without you brendan thank you hey guys if you're trying to figure out what your niche should be and you want some help with that i actually have a free tool that will help you do that It's 100 % free.
The link should be in the description. All you gotta do is hit this button and start answering a few questions. It's gonna interview you and ask you about your past experience, your preferences.
And it should take about three minutes of you answering questions. And then the AI is gonna spit out what it thinks would be the most profitable niches for you. Again, it's 100 % free.
You don't need a credit card. You don't need anything like that. I just put this together to actually help you figure out your niche because you will fail if you don't have your niche down.
So I'm about to show y 'all the... quickest way to grow your following well it's one of the quickest ways to grow your following you get your pins and pads out guys you want to be writing this down it's called niche hacking we're going to use ai for this so the first thing we're going to do is we're going to look for videos we're going to use something called the 10x outlier method and in this we're going to look for videos that got 10 times as many views to followers meaning we're looking for videos that have 10 times as many views as followers the creator has all right and then we are going to transcribe those videos let me show you what that means all right so there's a few different ways to find outliers i'm gonna give you a bunch right now first thing i do you open up instagram boom you learn a lot about somebody when you see their explorer page mine is just nerd shit and watches right anyway then you go in there and you start something like men's fat loss right whatever something is adjacent to you
niche this is one way to find outliers i'm gonna show you a bunch of different ways right but one way you can do it you get this chrome extension this only works on chrome right it's called sorter for tick tock and instagram and what this does it gives you like way more data on the videos right so we're looking for 10x outliers so we can see this video got 5 million views right is it an outlier though i don't know let's see rich performance nutrition oh he's got 125 followers okay so this is an outlier video this would be a candidate right if we see something like this one boom this video got 156 000 views mr homie mike thurston ah man this got he got 234 so this is not an outlier makes sense right we it's got to be 10 times oh man fat loss this is a tier list we've got eight 3 .8 million views and he only got 104 47 000 followers all right all right it looks good this is this is be an outlier right so what we do is there's a few different ways to do this what i'm about to show you i'm gonna show you the easiest way so with sorter for tiktok and instagram you can actually download the video so i'm gonna download this whole video right here so what we're gonna do is gemini's the only one you can just dump a mp4 and you know transcribe it there's other ways you can do this too but i'm just i think this is the
probably the simplest one, right? And here's what we're going to do. We're going to go, Hey, this is a viral video.
I want you to analyze it. Tell me why it went viral, then transcribe it, and then interview me and ask me questions until you have enough information to write the video for me on my own. I mean, to write me my version of this script.
All right. I'm using something called whisper flow guys. So I'm not typing.
You might want to screenshot this prompt. So it's telling you why it went viral, right? And this is very important.
This is why I put this in the prompt for you because you need to learn why a video goes viral. So you need to study it that's how you can like study viral videos so you can learn how to make your own right boom so we got this study then we got the whole transcript Right.
Boom. If we want it. But here's the thing.
It's going to interview us. Right. First thing it asks you is the niche is the reason.
Right. Boom. Controversial take for the hook.
Boom, boom, boom, boom. It's going to start asking you questions. It's going to dump out a script for you.
And then you're going to record that script and then dump that in the Claude or Chad GPT. And because it's a tier list, don't worry. I have a tier list skill.
So I have a skill that actually makes tier list for you. What is the F tier? Granola for fat loss.
Granola is the F tier. First of all, this looks like gerbil food. like something you feed a hamster or a small critter i'm a big mammal top of the food chain i ain't trying to eat a bag of crumbs all i did was just say this right and then the tearless skill it just made it for me this is how you can come up with like viral with videos fast this took me like five minutes to record come up with what i was gonna say dumped it in the cloud and then use the tearless skill and it just made it for me that's probably the fastest way to grow your following there's another way you can find outliers is let's say you use chat gpt there's a tool you can use called vid iq you can search it through it and it's a paid tool right so just whatever it's a paid tool and it's for research on social media mainly for youtube but they actually have been expanding it to work for instagram and tiktok too i've been using for years once you have this in there you can say yo use vid iq to find outlier reels in the fitness niche all right and then it'll just start pumping them out and there's this one it got 1 .4 million views they gave it an outlier score of 199 so we can click on this and watch the video and it's from the home of your
American Stallion right let's see if it's the outlier 1 .4 million views how many followers he got American Stallion got 120 100k so this is the outlier right listen I know this guy he's one of our community members and I actually I was talking to him the other day and I was like he won't mind me showing this right so we was talking like I'm cool with all our community members like we become friends and shit and he posted something on some I posted and then I was like yo man bro how much money are you making a month now from your online training business because he had stopped showing up for the live calls and I was like yo what's up and he said yo man like 80 to 90k all organic meaning without ads.
I'm telling you guys, we do this shit. We fucking do this shit. Hey, this is another way I can help you find viral outliers.
I put together a free tool. It's basically a database of outliers that gets updated all the time. It's called the Viral Content Vault for Online Trainers.
So in here, my team and I have put hundreds of viral outliers in the fitness niche specifically. And it's just basically a Notion database that gets updated every week with new outliers. So I basically did all the work for you.
All you gotta do, is come in here and click the link and add it to your notion board notions free from now on every week when this gets updated you'll have a fresh list of outliers that you can work through this is 100 free the link is going to be in the description the next step is to after you have it transcribed then you want to make your own remix have ai entry interview you to help you write the script right and don't read your scripts word for word like i never read a script word for word like maybe it gives me an outline but i'm never like just reading the word for word you know i think that's kind of you sound weird you know and then you want to record it.
Record and have AI edit it. so one of our community members who really use this strategy a lot is corey armstrong so as you can see first of all corey when corey first joined us he had like 2 000 followers he had never really trained nobody i think he was working in the gym but he wasn't doing that in no high level he was barely paying his rent it was he didn't have a lot of experience small following or whatever so anyway first thing we got obviously we got corey's niche down i helped men 30 plus get ripped by optimizing their hormones naturally right so we got the who what and how right he grew his following like crazy but it was almost all with 10X outliers, like almost 100%.
And he started putting in, it started working so well for him that let me show you how much he's making per year now. Last month, we finished at $40K. If you don't mind me asking, what'd you finish the year at?
Last year was a record year, man. We finished at $470 ,000. I owe a lot of this to you and the team, just being able to continue to provide the value and consistently being there to help.
So I'm eternally grateful, man. and then here's the thing though now we have to post our community members who make 50 to 100k a month they are posting at least three times a day right you got to do at least one for me to take you serious so post one to three times a day reels reels will give you the fastest growth right you can do carousels too carousels work too we'll post two three times a day but in order to do that you have to batch your content When I say batch your content, if you want to post three times a day, what you do is it looks like this.
Write this down. This is very important. We're about to tell you.
All right. So to make a video, to make a reel, you have day one, day two, day three, day four. Let's call it day five.
All right. On day one, you. Get your ideas.
And these should be 10x outliers, at least at first, right? Day two, you can script. I mean, you can probably do these the same day, honestly, now with AI, right?
Day three, you film. You might tip it. If you got a job, you want to do this on your off.
Day four, you edit all of them, right? You probably don't even know a whole day from it. Day five, you post.
I mean, honestly, the truth is these can kind of be done on the same day because we use AI to edit now. Matter of fact, I'm going to change it. It could be boom.
You do all these on day one. You do these on day three. Then you can do this for 21 ideas.
You film 21 videos, then you edit 21. Boom. And then you have everything done for the week.
Make sense? This is the only way it's going to work when you're batching your content. And the way I laid it out at first, I'm just used to saying that because AI wasn't good enough to do all this shit before.
But now you do all this at once. I just showed you how to script and find ideas. Filming will probably take the longest.
And then load these up with the skills. How do you post on socials? Any scheduling software?
What I do is, matter of fact, I can just show you. So I dumped the raw footage in here. Boom.
And then I'll just show you what it looked like. Flog can now grow your Instagram. for you but you're going to need to add one secret tool to it and once you add this tool you can tell claude to pull up the top reels from all your competitors rank them by views and even transcribe them word for word and then what i did was i was just like yo man all right it wrote the description and then i said yo post this shit yeah so post it to instagram at seven it was and it went to youtube shorts and facebook at 7 30 and it's gonna go on tiktok on monday so like i do it all from here and let me just check my instagram and make sure that shit went up yeah it went up boom 3 000 views already nice 3 000 views got me two followers already not bad Let me ask you a question.
Do any of y 'all ever feel weird selling? Like, do you ever feel like weird? Man, I don't want to come off salesy.
Does anybody have that issue? Man, I don't want to come off salesy. I just don't want to be salesy, you know, because I hear that a lot, you know, and I just want to know, do any of y 'all struggle with that?
Because if so, I'm going to show you how to fix that. And you fix that with something called the secret sales funnel. Secret sales funnel starts off with content.
You want to give them something free. You ever watch somebody's reel and they say, yo, man, comment here and I'll send you my free thing. You give them something free.
This could be a guy. a mini course, a cheat sheet, a meal plan, a meal list. And then from there, you start a DM conversation.
And then from there, the DM conversation, we booked them on the sales call. Let me break down how this works. With the content, what you're gonna do is you're gonna have something here called a CTA.
This stands for call to action. And that's telling them to comment a word most of the time, right? A CTA, right?
And of course, these are gonna be 10x outliers when you're first starting at least right until you learn how to make your own until you like learn how to make good content one thing i forgot to mention it's kind of important that you start with the 10x outlier strategy niche hacking because you don't know how to make good content yet like when I first learned how to play guitar my guitar teacher didn't have me writing songs on day one right I had to learn other people's songs I'm playing the Beatles I'm playing the Jackson 5 you know I'm playing classics I'm learning classics and then once I learned the classic how to play the classics now I can write my own fucking chord progressions put this shit together but you got to know what to do first right so it's very important you start with that all right and then from there you can use the automation to send them the free thing, right?
So you DM them the free thing. And you can do this with ManyChat, but I like using GoHighLevel. I think that's better to send them the free thing.
GoHighLevel is a better program. It's more robust and you can get a 30 -day free trial, right? So GoHighLevel sends the free thing.
And then when you start doing it, then use the DM sales script. Use the DM sales script, right? To book call.
And then here you want to use the Zoom sales script. Use the Zoom sales script. And then you close.
You know what? I need to make the close. and green can't disrespect the clothes it's too important right and this is the reason we call this the secret sales funnel because in public we're just giving them away something for free right we're just giving them away stuff for free probably how can you seem sales you've given yourself for free right but we do the sales in private does it make sense we're selling in private giving stuff away in public now guys let me ask you a question What percentage of people do you think make it all the way from here to close?
Let's go with the lowest percentage. We'll just go with the lowest percentage. Let's just say that it was 1%.
Let's just go with 1%. all right let me show you something let's look at corey's right little boom corey again he helps me get optimizing hormones right boom watch this real boom he's talking about this man this real got half a million views 7 .8 thousand comments these are the people who comment for his free time guy right boom seven because the timing is fasting so he's talking about some hormones so it's like time is like when you eat for his free time eating guy seven point eight thousand think about that point eight thousand that's what's that one percent of that is what so at one percent boom that would give him 78 clients off one reel with the secret sales funnel and percent let's look at another one he has boom this one is he says comment a1c you know a1c some diabetes shit right for his diabetes destroyer course it's a free course right 7 .4 thousand comments that's just on instagram another 3 000 on facebook right it's really like 10 000 right one percent of 10 000 is what 100 100 new clients this is how he put up those numbers we're talking about and cory really leans on the outlier shit here's another one
That's the secret sales funnel, right? So what can you give away? Well, you can give away like a free guide.
You can give away a cheat sheet. You can give away ebook. There's all types of shit you can give away.
Something that would help them accomplish their goals. You know, it doesn't really matter what it is. You know what I'm saying?
You can get that shit done like really quick. You can get that shit put together really quick. In fact, what's kind of cool is Muse will help you with this.
So Muse, man, all I had Muse do, I said, yo, look at Corey Armstrong's because Muse is hooked up to Instagram. So Muse is Meta's like AI assistant, but it has integration with. instagram right so i said yo analyze one of my students cory armstrong's content and then give me some ideas for lead magnets he can give away for clients analyze who was in it wrote something for him right i had to do for kelly nicole i said analyze her content look at what she actually says and then make a free guide for and it saw that she's engaged so it made a bride shred checklist and muse just made this now kelly i can give this to kelly she can like put an image of her instead of like this chick but this is like stuff that she would really say to help people accomplish their goals and then it added the links to her page because she had i said yo put the link in her bio in there and it's boom it put the link to her to apply for coaching hey guys i hope this was helpful if you have any questions leave a comment i go through my comments and answer them a lot on youtube mostly like when i'm on the toilet when i'm taking a shit or something for this video in particular because i know a lot of people gonna have different questions every time i shit which is usually once or twice a day i'm gonna make sure i go through the comments and respond to you guys so if you see me comment on this video just know i was taking a shit i get a lot of
fiber in my diet even though i'm keto people don't know you can eat salad on keto i eat two big salads a day so shit pretty regularly that aside i'll answer any questions you guys have and make sure you download the free guide because it's going to have all the links and everything you need to do what i did in this video and the process for long form is exactly the same but let me know if you want me to do a dedicated long form editing video Because I can definitely do that as well.
And also, man, if you want to start making money off this, you kind of have to learn sales. I have a video that's going to pop up here on sales. And I might have another video on here to help you grow your business too.
I'm not sure what it's going to do. It's really whatever Claude decides. Claude's in charge.
Claude's at the end of the video. I'm just the talent at this point. Claude's in charge.
The Hook
The bait, then the rug-pull.
The pitch is blunt: a creator who used to spend $20,000 to $30,000 a month on editors says every reel and YouTube video he has posted since September was cut by Claude or ChatGPT, including this one. The first half proves it with a live edit of a raw, mistake-filled take. The second half argues that once editing is free, the skills that decide whether you make money are niche, ideas and the sales path behind each reel.
