Big Idea

The argument in one line.

You don't receive what you want but what you are — the level of consciousness your unresolved emotional anchors have locked you into — and releasing those anchors, not wanting harder, is the only lever that changes what you attract.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • You've tried positive thinking or manifestation practices but keep snapping back to the same emotional baseline.
  • You feel chronically drained without a clear external reason and suspect something internal is running in the background.
  • You've heard of shadow work but have no idea what you're actually supposed to do in a session.
  • You carry guilt, shame, resentment, or chronic frustration and notice those states seem to attract more of the same.
  • You are drawn to David Hawkins' Map of Consciousness or consciousness-frequency frameworks and want practical application.
SKIP IF…
  • You want purely behavioral, strategic, or evidence-based psychology — the entire model here is spiritual and energetic.
  • You're skeptical of vibration-based manifestation; the framework only makes sense if you accept its premises.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

Your shadow is the sum of unprocessed emotional energy you've pushed down over your lifetime. That suppressed energy acts like anchors pulling your default state of consciousness into the lower range — guilt, shame, fear, apathy — where, by the logic of the model, you can only attract more of the same. The fix is not to want better things but to release the anchors so your consciousness naturally rises. Three techniques accomplish this: the Hawkins Letting Go method (wake up, locate, detach, observe until the emotion clears), Ho'oponopono (repeating four phrases over the target energy), and TFT forgiveness tapping on the pinky finger. Each can be done in under twenty minutes; sustained practice gradually shifts your default vibration toward states where what you want can actually arrive.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • You don't get what you want. You get what you are — the level of consciousness you're dwelling in most often.
  • Desire in the longing sense is a low-consciousness state, only slightly above fear on the Hawkins scale — wanting harder is not a manifestation strategy.
  • Suppressed emotions don't disappear when pushed down; they become anchors that maintain your default state at their level.
  • The question that reframes everything: what frequency do you frequent?
  • Clearing one anchor doesn't feel like progress in the moment — it just makes it easier to stay at a higher level without effort.
  • An emotion observed without story or commentary will clear in roughly ninety seconds on its own.
  • You are not the emotion — you are the one experiencing the emotion, like a park visitor who is not the ride.
  • Forgiveness is not about the other person; holding a grudge is drinking poison expecting someone else to die.
  • In a longer Letting Go session, one emotion often dissolves into another beneath it — frustration clears to reveal sadness, sadness to anger — keep going until nothing is left.
  • The pinky finger is connected to the heart meridian; tapping it while stating a forgiveness phrase activates the energetic release point for resentment.
  • Ho'oponopono asks you to take radical responsibility for the energy you carry around another person, regardless of who caused the original wound.
  • Fear of flying cleared in under twenty minutes using the Letting Go technique — the body already knew how to release it once the process was applied.
Takeaway

Three techniques for clearing the emotions blocking what you want.

WHAT TO LEARN

Persistent emotional states are not character flaws — they are anchors you can locate, observe, and release using simple techniques that work in under two minutes when applied in the moment.

01The depleted battery
  • Unprocessed emotional material acts as a background drain on your available energy, making it harder to act on goals even when external conditions are favorable.
02Energetic anchors analogy
  • Humans are naturally buoyant toward higher consciousness states; anchors are the only reason you stay pulled toward guilt, shame, fear, and apathy.
  • Each emotion below 200 on the Hawkins scale produces circumstances in kind — operating from these states is not a moral failing but a physics problem within this model.
03We get what we ARE
  • Your baseline consciousness level is the signal you are broadcasting, not your verbal desires or vision-board intentions — this is why wanting harder does not work.
  • Desire as a low-level longing sits just above fear on the consciousness scale and cannot produce the outcomes you associate with already having what you want.
04Two energy balls
  • Every anchor you clear shrinks the magnetic pull of the negative energy field and grows the positive one — progress is not always felt but the direction is consistent.
05Hawkins Letting Go technique
  • The four steps — wake up, locate and identify, detach, allow and observe — can be run in ninety seconds reactively or over thirty minutes in a dedicated session.
  • Detaching means saying your own name and 'I am experiencing this emotion' rather than 'I am angry' — the linguistic shift creates genuine disidentification, not just reframing.
  • In a longer session emotions stack: clearing frustration may surface sadness underneath, which surfaces anger below that — each layer clears the same way, and the session ends when nothing remains.
06Ho'oponopono and TFT forgiveness
  • Ho'oponopono works on a specific person or situation: ten to twenty minutes of slow deliberate repetition of four phrases clears the emotional charge without requiring the other person to do anything.
  • TFT forgiveness tapping pairs physical stimulation of the pinky finger with a three-part verbal script — name the person, name the situation, give a compassion reason — and this specificity is what produces the release.
Glossary

Terms worth knowing.

Shadow
The accumulated body of unprocessed emotional energy and suppressed experiences carried beneath conscious awareness, adapted from Jungian psychology into an energetic-anchor model.
Energetic anchor
A suppressed emotional charge that pulls your baseline level of consciousness downward, the way a physical anchor pulls a buoyant object toward the ocean floor.
Map of Consciousness
David R. Hawkins' scale ranking states of consciousness from shame (20) at the bottom through courage (200) as the mid-threshold and up to enlightenment (700-1000), with each level associated with a predominant emotion and view of life.
Letting Go
A release technique from David Hawkins' book of the same name: notice a triggered emotion, locate it in the body, detach your identity from it, then observe it without adding story until it clears on its own in roughly ninety seconds.
Ho'oponopono
An ancient Hawaiian reconciliation practice adapted into a modern meditation: hold a person or situation in mind while repeating four phrases — 'I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you' — to clear the emotional charge around it.
TFT (Thought Field Therapy)
An energy psychology modality using tapping on specific meridian points while holding a target thought or emotion; the video uses only the pinky-finger point (heart meridian) for forgiveness work.
Lower levels of consciousness
States below 200 on the Hawkins scale — shame, guilt, apathy, grief, fear, desire, anger, pride — characterized by worldviews and emotional tones that, according to the model, attract their physical equivalents.

analogy
00:00When you don't do shadow work, your shadow essentially absorbs your energy and depletes the energy you would use to otherwise create what it is you want for yourself.
00:10It's kinda like you are always in this depleted state where your internal battery is always drained because your shadow is so influential and just drains it as soon as you replenish it.
00:21And when this happens, you can forget about creating better finances in your life or great things in your love life or relationships or even feeling good and being able feel happy because you have this dense, over, um, bearing, all consuming shadow that just keeps depleting your energy and your ability to do the things that you wanna do.
00:39And so in this video, we're gonna go over how you can do what's known as shadow work so that you can clear out this influence and get your energy to where you want it to be, which then allows you to actually achieve more of what you wanna achieve, not feel depleted all the time, and actually start creating what you want.
00:58Because if that energy is always tied up in your shadow, you can't put it towards the things you wanna create. But by doing what we do or or go over in this video, you are gonna be able then to allocate that free energy that you free up towards your dreams, your goals, and your vision. Now, I'm gonna give you some techniques that you can actually do in this video, uh, towards the end that will help you release, uh, what we call energetic anchors and start reducing that influence of your shadow.
01:22Right? Because we don't just want the theory, we want the application. Now, the theory is good to know because it gives you the awareness of why we are doing this, which compels you to actually do it.
01:31Why is it important we even do this? And shadow work, in my eyes, is one of the biggest ROIs when it comes to spiritual work you can do, uh, when it comes to actual practicality, meaning that it will produce result results in your life.
01:44David Hawkins, who we're about to just mention because he came up with the scale of consciousness, mentioned in his book, Letting Go, how essentially letting go when he would work with clients would always be the biggest factor in their success and how they were able to manifest new things. And he gives numerous examples of this happening where almost magical things would happen, and you're gonna see why when they would do shadow work or release.
02:04And so another way I want you to think about shadow work or why this is important is what I call the energetic anchors, uh, analogy, for example. And so I want you to imagine this is you, and this is like, uh, the ocean.
02:18Right? So you're in the ocean. You're kind of floating in the ocean.
02:20You can breathe. So you have gills in this case, in this example. You know, we don't get too technical here.
02:25Right? Um, but ultimately, this is you.
02:27Now, with a normal human, we are buoyant. Right? Meaning that if we put ourselves in water, we will naturally start to float up to the surface unless something is weighing us down.
02:36And how the shadow works or these energetic anchors is when we have a lot, uh, like a big shadow, a dense shadow, stuff we haven't worked through, it's like you have these energetic anchors attached to you that pull you deeper into the water. Now, why is this something we want to not have happen or we want to remedy? It's because toward the depths of this ocean are what's known as the lower levels of consciousness.
03:00Now, lower levels of consciousness are things like guilt, shame, fear, apathy, pride.
03:16There's a few others. We'll we'll throw in anger as well. But we'll also pop up the Hawking scale so you can see just exactly what it is.
03:24So basically, anything below 200, and courage is 200, so that's still a high level. Anything below 200, so pride or below, is a lower level of consciousness.
03:34And when you operate from a lower level of consciousness, you can imagine that your results in your everyday life are not gonna be too favorable. Because if you're in guilt all the time, you can only produce that which guilt can produce. If you're in apathy, anger, fear, pride, you can only produce what those things can produce.
03:50And so these energetic anchors drag you into these lower levels of consciousness even though if you didn't have these anchors, you would be raised up into the higher levels of consciousness. And again, the higher levels of consciousness, um, there's enlightenment, there's joy, there's peace, things like willingness, acceptance, reason, and a few others.
04:12Basically, if you think of a positive emotion, it's usually the higher levels of consciousness. Gratitude we could put in there, uh, for example, um, abundance, could put it into the higher levels of consciousness.
04:21And so these are the desirable states to be in. Because if you're in joy, peace, willingness, acceptance, reason, gratitude, abundance, you will then receive the equivalent of that physically so long as you stay there long enough.
04:35And I'll actually pop over here because I want you to be very clear when it comes to reality creation and how it works. You don't get what you want. Right?
04:41You're probably watching this and have had and have wanted many things before, and you never got them. Right? Well, why is that the case?
04:48I thought if I, you know, wanted something, I would get it. Manifestation, you know, your wish is your command. Yeah.
04:54But you don't request through your wanting. You don't get what you want. We get what we are.
05:04And what we are is the level of consciousness we are dwelling upon most often Because the level of consciousness you're on most often sends out the vibrational signal to the universe, to source, to God, and acts as the request of what you would like more of in your life. Right?
05:20So if you think of it like an Amazon order and you're requesting what it is you actually want, it's through your vibration that you're actually making that request. Not in a physical moment you saying, I want this or want that or a longing for. In fact, this there is a level called desire on the consciousness scale.
05:40Now understand, you know, this is a contextual way of saying this word, but essentially desire in the sense of low conscious longing for something, so I want it, so why can't I have it, kind of deal, is a low level of consciousness, it's only slightly above fear, in fact it's the one above fear on the consciousness scale.
05:57So desire in that way just because you want something, now there's nothing wrong with desiring things in a specific way, right? Um, desiring things by admitting that you have goals, you have dreams, and everyone naturally does, that's perfectly fine. But you then want to approach those things from a high level of consciousness, which we will talk about.
06:15But we don't get what we want. We get what we are. And what we are is the frequency that we frequent.
06:23Right? And this is a great phrase to remind yourself of. We'll pop it on screen.
06:27What frequency do you frequent? Meaning, what frequency are you frequently on most of the time?
06:34Because if you're on and frequent the guilt, shame, fear, apathy, pride, anger, desire, low desire, frequency most of the time, that's what you are being, and that is what you shall receive.
06:49Ask and you shall receive is not talking about, oh, you asked verbally for something. It's saying what are you asking through your vibration, through your consciousness, through your frequency because at a higher level, that's who you are choosing to be.
07:04Who you are in any given moment isn't your name, isn't your your body, isn't any of these things. It is the consciousness level you are choosing to vibrate and emanate from. That is where everything comes from when it comes to reality creation.
07:19And so if I work with someone one on one or I work with someone in my group, if I'm if I have someone in multi reality, for example, and I'm trying to help them create, I'm not focused on all of the things that they say they want or all this physical stuff. My goal is if I raise their frequency, if I showed them how to do that and keep them consistent, all of this stuff will start pouring in because when you're say let's say you're vibrating here and let's say that's like at love or willingness or acceptance, By law, the physical has to start matching that because you get what you are, not what you want.
07:51And, you know, there's all of these reasons for why this happens. I've explained it in other videos. Uh, basically, you know, everything is a as a of a light kind.
07:59Right? So when you vibrate something long enough, then it can come into the physical because it is the same thing as energy, frequency, and vibration.
08:06It just has this physical appearance, um, because it's a denser rate of vibration, meaning it needs more concentrated particle flow. And so whatever consciousness you are dwelling upon, you will receive. And so getting back to the topic at hand, this is why doing the shadow work is so important.
08:22Because even if you're trying to swim up, right, and you're you're working real hard to swim up, but you still have these anchors, what's ultimately gonna happen? You're just gonna come right back down the moment that you stop swimming up, and you can't keep swimming. You'll burn out.
08:36Right? You will eventually have to come right back down to that same level.
08:40Now, is good because it gives you a taste of higher levels of consciousness. You then get to visit those places and kinda see what it's like a little bit, which will hopefully inspire you to release the anchors. But what we really wanna do to create and again, this is something else I will do with someone if I'm working with them.
08:54I will identify, okay, what are your anchors? What are your sticking points? What what is your shadow?
09:00And let's address that. Let's look at that and let's clear out whatever is getting in your own way. And so we'll work together and start, boom, clearing a little a few of these anchors out.
09:11And then suddenly, say we've cleared a few of these out. Now suddenly that we've done that, this person can truly and naturally start to float to a higher level of consciousness.
09:26And why this is so crucial? Because like I said, we get what we are, and what we are is our consistent consciousness or vibration. It is very hard to maintain a consistent higher level of consciousness if you have all these anchors pulling you down.
09:38But guess what makes it easier? Removing the anchors. And if you naturally start floating up when you remove anchors, guess what becomes easier?
09:45Maintaining a higher level of consciousness. It is so much easier to maintain a state of joy when you don't have all these anchors that are trying to take you away from joy and pull you back to the lower levels such as these ones? How much easier will that be if the anchor that was pulling you down before is gone and it allows you to naturally rise?
10:04And this is why letting go and shadow work has some of the biggest return on investment again, so the time and energy you put towards it. Because by releasing these things, it allows other things to start coming in. And again, if we stay at the lower levels of consciousness, you can forget about really so much financial success, you know, the relationship's going well or, you know, feeling good.
10:22You're gonna feel pretty crappy because do these sound like feelings you want to experience that often? No. That's something that, you know, we can visualize with this nice drawing.
10:30However, with the higher levels, it's the opposite. Finances, and I've seen this again in my groups happen so many times where people have had, like, thousands of dollars come out of nowhere.
10:38We had someone who won the lottery the other day just serendipitously. Right? Won like a thousand bucks or something and had done it for a few 100 a few times before as well.
10:47That's a common thing, by the way, that begins to happen. Um, you know, relationships starting to form. The amount of relationships I've seen, um, in my group start.
10:54Um, you know, just feeling good most of the time. I mean, how much that Would that alone improve your life? You feeling these emotions most of the time rather than these feelings.
11:04Like what kind of knock on effect, ripples in your life would that create? And here's the fantastic thing. It's not that you will just feel those feelings because when you feel those feelings and then take action on the inspiration that comes from feeling that way, you will also have material success.
11:19So if it's you want to have your own business, if you, you know, that lines with you, if you want to have a certain relationship, if you want to, uh, earn more money or have more money start coming in. And again, we'll show some examples.
11:29You know, I had, uh, we had a few clients who were posting, um, in the last week saying, like, they did an hour of work and received $4,000. That was one of them, and it happened in this, like, very serendipitous way. Again, someone winning the lotto, uh, a bunch of things happening because we are helping them do this.
11:44When you raise up in consciousness, all of these opportunities at this higher level start to come in. So hopefully, you know, it's starting to sink in how powerful this can be. Right?
11:54So let's keep moving on, and then we're gonna go over some things you can do right away to start clearing out these anchors. Because the more of these anchors you clear and the more clear you become, and you don't even have to be perfect. You don't have to clear every anchor out or worry about that.
12:06Just clear them as they start coming up for you. But this is gonna do so much to help you into that higher level of consciousness and create a default vibration that actually serves you.
12:14Now, again, we get what we are, not what we want. That's an important phrase. I think you gotta embed that into you because if you get into this phase of, why, you know, why why isn't this coming in or whatever, is it because you're just in the wanting phase, Again, that desire, or is it because you are becoming the person who dwells in higher consciousness?
12:31Right? Who is clearing the anchors? Who is a match to those physical things you want?
12:36And if you are an energetic match to them, it is only a matter of time before they start flowing into your life, again, in ways that you can't see right now. Understand that too. And so last thing before we move on to the tools, I wanna give you another example of what we're doing here.
12:49So I want you to imagine that you have these two energies in your life. Right? So you have a positive and you have a negative.
12:56Right? So you have this, uh, kind of, uh, aura of energy, this ball of energy, and you have this one. When we start to do the shadow work, this one starts to shrink, and we'll give you some visuals on screen to show this.
13:07This one starts to become smaller, and this one becomes bigger. And you can think of this energy ball I'll pop over here so you can see it. You can think of this energy ball as the one that is bigger has the bigger influence in your life.
13:19Basically, the one that is bigger becomes the more magnetic energy in your life. When we're raising our consciousness and we're we're going up in here, you know, we are allowing the positive stuff to become the more magnetic.
13:32Right? We are allowing higher levels of consciousness to be the thing that is more attractive or attracting in in our lives.
13:39And so if we're doing that, it essentially builds up this energy ball to become more and more influential to the point where it overwhelms the negative. And not only does it overwhelm the negative, but again, the negative starts to shrink where it's becoming less and less an influence in your life.
14:01But here's the thing. This can also happen the other way around. So if you are constantly allowing your anchors to get you, meaning you you're not clearing them, and you're developing more and more anchors, if you're in the negative all of the time, if you're thinking, feeling, all that kind of stuff that way, then this starts to increase in your life.
14:21And this becomes more manic magnetic. This draws in its light kind, which again are these emotions. Right?
14:26So it draws in the physical of those. And because that's become the big influence, this one is not being fed.
14:32This one is not being nurtured. This one again, you're you're now in the the lower levels of consciousness, not the high. So this one is becoming starved of energy and attention.
14:41It's losing its magnetism. It can't draw in that effectively. It's being blocked by this one that is now the prevailing influence in your life.
14:49And so by doing this work, clearing out the the anchors, it starts to diminish this one and reduce the power of it while highly expanding the positive side, which makes good things come into your life quicker because you are literally creating this magnetic pool for those things over a magnetic pool for the negative things that you may have experienced in the past.
15:11Okay. So let's go over how you can start to release some of these energetic anchors very quickly. Now, speaking of Hawking's, Hawking's had a technique or path of technique, probably still in the book, Letting Go.
15:20But from Letting Go, I'm gonna give you a very condensed version of this that you can use very quickly. Now, you can do this either in a short session or a long session. In the short session, what you're doing is if something comes up and triggers you in the moment, you can use this and within a couple minutes clear whatever that energy that triggered, um, triggered you.
15:39Right? Now, be aware, it won't basically clear the whole thing. As in understand when you're triggered kind of a piece of the iceberg came up and you're clearing that.
15:48When you do a longer session, you can essentially clear bigger things. Right? So if you do a twenty, thirty minute session with this, you can clear, say, the whole iceberg of or whatever the anchor is rather than chip away at it.
15:59Now that being said, some things will be very quick to clear. And as you get better at this, you might be able to clear bigger things very quickly. Right?
16:06And I've had clients I've worked with with, uh, doing specific techniques with them where we cleared things like fear of flying that one of my clients had from a very young age in, like, ten, fifteen, twenty minutes. Right? And we could have been quicker by, I think, I was explaining her explaining the process to her, so we just went through it.
16:21Could have been, like, five or ten minutes. So that's a huge fear that kind of pervaded her, like, her whole life, that we were able to clear five or ten minutes.
16:30And we know we cleared it because she then ended up flying, like, 10 times that year and was perfectly fine. Like, it kinda opened up a world to her because she had this fear, we cleared it, and then she was able to do the things she was scared to do before, but the energy was then gone.
16:44So here's how it works. Now the first thing, if you're gonna do the small session, you're gonna do this in a responsive way. So you'll do this whenever you notice that something's keyed in, or if we go back to that anchor example, you notice you're going to a low level of consciousness.
16:57So you feel guilt, feel shame, you feel fear, you feel apathy, uh, desire in that lowly way, anger, pride. Like you're noticing when these things come up, you would then trigger this system to work through this in that moment. And again, in the way we're gonna do it here, this can take ninety seconds, two, three minutes sometimes to clear whatever has triggered you.
17:15And the reason we want to do this is to get you back in state that you wanna be in and stay at a higher level of consciousness rather than getting pulled down and hooked. So the first thing is to wake up and become aware.
17:26Because if you don't and let's say guilt gets you, you will spiral down that frequency of guilt. Maybe you'll have memories come up. Maybe you'll have all these things associated on that frequency come up, and you might spend hours in that emotion if you're not careful or catch yourself.
17:39Right? And so the first thing is to wake up and become aware that you've been triggered. Right?
17:43Something keyed in, an anchor activated, like it lit up, and it's now affecting you, your energy, and your ability to create. So that's the first thing. We just become aware, we kinda wake ourselves up and go, oh, okay.
17:54What's happening? I'm something's happening right now. Right?
17:56Because if we're an autopilot, we will just succumb to whatever the thing is. The second thing is to locate and identify what it is. Now, when I say locate, you're gonna feel out in your body to where this is keying in because emotions will have a corresponding effect physically.
18:12So even though it's like a spiritual or internal process, it will still have a physical location. And so you might notice it's in the heart, it's in the throat, it's in the head, it's in the gut, right?
18:22The solar plexus, maybe it's in your legs. And you're just gonna feel out, okay, one, what is this? Right?
18:28And where is it? So let's say, oh, it's in my gut and there's frustration. So I've identified that it is frustration.
18:36Now when you're doing this also try and stick to emotions. You can kinda look up lists of different emotional scales. You wanna stick to that because if you're like, you know, it's a self esteem issue, well that's not an emotion, right?
18:47An emotion certainly would lead to self esteem issues, but that's not an emotion. So we want to identify an emotion.
18:53An emotion would be like anger, guilt, and shame. Frustration would be an emotion. Right?
18:58Apathy. Like that's the thing we're looking for here. Not something, you know, oh, it's stress.
19:03Yeah. It probably is stress, but what's the emotion causing the stress? Right?
19:06So we want that core energy. We're looking for the energy, not the descriptor, if that makes sense. We're looking for the energy, not the effect of the energy.
19:15So what is that pure energy that's being keyed in right now? What is it and where is it? So let's say, okay, it's frustration and I've noticed it's in my gut.
19:23Now the next thing we need to do is to detach and this is a very important part because a lot of reasons or a lot of the reason why people get affected by their emotions is first and foremost, people don't realize they can't control their emotions. And not in the way of forcing emotions, like that's what people think of control under an iron fist, but you have the ability to choose your emotions.
19:43You have the ability to transmute them and release them, right, and have way more control of that realm than you've been led to believe. But a lot of people, the reason they get so worked up about them is they they start thinking they are the emotion. They start thinking they're attached to the emotion.
19:57So when frustration keys up, they literally think they are the frustration. Right? I am angry.
20:03What are you saying? I am anger. I am frustrated.
20:06I am frustration. Where emotions are not something you are. It's just something you're choosing in the moment, either consciously or unconsciously.
20:13And you can think of emotions kinda like you're at a theme park, and there are different rides in the theme park. And when you're on one ride, you wouldn't think you are the ride, you're just experiencing this ride in that moment. You can come off the ride and go experience something different.
20:27And so we wanna think about our emotions in that same way. So if you're experiencing an emotion that you don't like, still work through it, still allow it, and this process allows the emotion.
20:36Right? We're not blocking it or trying to to avoid something. That's important here.
20:40Right? We're not pushing it down because it just stays within you. If we push it back down, well, great.
20:43Now you're just kinda feeding it more. Right? But understand that you're not the emotion, so create some detachment.
20:48You are not frustration in this example. You are a you are whatever your name is, so I'll use myself. Uh, my name is Dave, who experiencing this emotion known as frustration.
20:59And we can go even further. I like creating even more detachment here by saying something, my name is Dave, and I am a spiritual being in a human body because I'm not really Dave.
21:07Right? That's just some that's just a string of symbols that represent, you know, my physical form, we could say, or my persona, or whatever else it is.
21:16What I really am is a spiritual being in this human body experiencing or going on the ride known as frustration right now.
21:26And what this does is it immediately creates a disassociation or disidentification with the emotion. You are not the emotion.
21:32It is a separate thing that you are currently experiencing. And that alone should reduce the charge by many folds just by doing that.
21:41Because the biggest thing that happens for people and why they get hooked into these emotions is they attach themselves to it. They think they're the ride, and they're going on this ride, they think that's them. That's their whole experience.
21:51That's it, and that's all it ever will be. But it's not true. You are simply experiencing the emotion known as, in this case, frustration.
21:59Again, you know it's it's in a certain part of your body right now, and you're experiencing it. Fantastic. And so once you have done these first three, the simple thing to do is allow and observe.
22:10And so and again, stick with me. Again, you might not be able to do this perfectly. I'll I'll tell you what to do if you're not able to you know, you're not doing this so well, allow observing and allowing.
22:18But so I've identified. I've woken myself up, so I'm like, oh, I'm not gonna get hooked. Okay, where I was hooked, now I'm not.
22:22Kinda taking the hook out, taking a step back, I've identified and located, okay, frustration, gut, got it. I detached, okay, I'm not this frustration.
22:33I'm not the ride. I am the one experiencing the ride. I am a divine spiritual being in a human body, whatever phrase you wanna use, you don't have to use that, that doesn't resonate with you.
22:43You could just say your name if you want. So my name is Dave, and I am simply experiencing the emotion known as frustration.
22:51Okay. I've attached. And then once you've done that, you're just gonna watch it.
22:54So you're feeling it and you're just gonna allow it as a separate entity to run its course. Right? So it's not that you are this emotion and you're being cleared.
23:06You are isolating the emotion, turning the spotlight on it. You as a conscious observer turning the spotlight on it and allowing it to go its own course. And important while you do this, that you don't add commentary or story.
23:23Right? Like frustration, stare, well it's there because my mom did No. It's just there.
23:29It's there. It exists. You're separate from it, and you're just watching it.
23:34You're just observing it. You're shining the spotlight on it, and you just watch what it does. And pretty much any emotion left un or left, um, untampered with and just observed and unresisted will clear in about ninety seconds or less, especially in this shorter technique.
23:52So if you just watch it, and and you watch it the whole way. So let's say it's in your your, um, gut, and then it moves up to your heart. Just keep watching it.
23:59Don't don't be like, oh, it means this. Don't don't do any of that. Don't add story.
24:03That's just the mind. It is not a mind necessarily practice. Right?
24:06So it's gone up to your heart. Okay. Great.
24:08You're just watching it. Oh, it's gone up to your head. Great.
24:10You're just watching it. Right? And then eventually, it just You realize that you can't feel it anymore because it has released.
24:18You have brought it back up into the light. Remember, high consciousness is more powerful than low consciousness. When you move into your power of As an observer, you root yourself in high consciousness.
24:28You root yourself back into where you came from, back into that energy. Now observing a lower energy and it's returning to source in a sense.
24:36Now, if you're having trouble with this, just keep repeating the process. Right?
24:42Because what's happening, if you're having trouble, it means you're getting hooked. Right? So you feel the frustration and you get into the story.
24:47Okay. Woah. What do we do?
24:48We wake up again. Okay. You know, you can you can do these ones very quickly.
24:52Locate and identify detach can happen within a few seconds here. So you know, like, okay, frustration. Oh, it's because of oh, I got hooked.
24:58Okay. Wake up. Okay.
24:59Take that step back. It's okay. It's still in my gut right now.
25:02It's still frustration. Okay. Now do that.
25:05And just keep doing that until you've cleared it. Again, when you get really good at this, you can do it in as little as about ninety seconds, noticing that this will clear.
25:14Again, I've I've had it happen sometimes in five, ten seconds when you get really good at this. And again, this is the shorter one. Now, the longer one is gonna be a little different.
25:22You're gonna do exactly the same steps, but of course now you're gonna be sitting down in an actual session you've scheduled or decided to do, and you usually want some kind of topic at hand. Now, you could just be like, I'm just gonna see what comes up. That's perfectly fine to do as well.
25:36Now, with wake up, we're gonna change this because ultimately, um, if you're going to do this session, you're probably already awake.
25:48Like, you're not gonna unconsciously move to the chair and be like, what am I doing? You know, oh, I'm gonna do whatever. Oh, wake myself up.
25:52Right? You're not gonna be hooked usually at that point. You're gonna be, okay, I'm going towards this, you're intending this, so you're gonna be awake.
25:59Now if during the session you get hooked, wanna come back to wake up. But this case, we wanna get into state. Right?
26:06We want to get ourselves into a relaxed state. And so for this, you can do breathing, you can do passive meditation. I like doing breathing, so diaphragmatic breaths.
26:16Doing five to 10 of those before jumping into whatever I'm going to do here. You could do a passive meditation for a few minutes, uh, before you start moving into the location and identifying. Now once you've done that, you're going to locate and identify and just go okay.
26:30If you have nothing in mind to work on, just go and say, ask what's there and feel out and scan your body to see if there's anything that comes up. And let's say something in your heart appears, okay, got the location, and then what is this? Right?
26:43And just do your best to identify it, and then you're gonna do the same thing except as you allow and observe, you're gonna stay in it longer. Now what's gonna typically happen in a longer session is you will start with one emotion and it will start transitioning into different emotions.
26:57So you might notice, for example, frustration, and you clear it, and it turns into sadness.
27:03Right? Well, we don't just end the session there. Now we do the same thing, but we now do it for the sadness that was there.
27:09The frustration layer needs to be cleared to gain access to the sadness. And then maybe you're clear to sadness, and underneath it's anger. Okay.
27:16You do that too. And in this way, you can kinda get bigger anchors that are usually multilayered. Right?
27:21A bunch of emotion kinda mixed into it. And you just keep going again until you get to that point where there's nothing left.
27:27Now again, you can do this for something specific which is why I would recommend, kinda have a list of specifics you can do or you can just go into it and go, I'm gonna just do this for twenty minutes and see what comes up. And that will also be incredibly beneficial.
27:39Such a powerful technique. Again, Hawking's Letting Go book is based on this technique. A whole book dedicated to kinda showing you how to do this effectively.
27:46I would definitely read it if you're interested in letting go. It's just called Letting Go by David Hawkings, and that will be a really good technique, uh, to use to clear these anchors.
27:55Now, I'm gonna give you a couple other techniques you can play around with because they're very effective. This is one I like give again clients, um, inside molder reality to great effect. Um, and this is called the Ho'opono Pono meditation.
28:06This is a Hawaiian technique where you're going to have whatever it is you wanna clear on in your mind and focus, and you're going to repeat a certain mantra or phrase over or certain words over and over again. And the words you're gonna repeat are, um, I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, and I love you.
28:23And you repeat these over and over again. I like to do it very slowly, very methodically as you focus on whatever it is that you're aiming to clear the energy around.
28:32Now with this, you can find a ton of guided meditations, but essentially that is the meditation.
28:38It's repeating those words. So you can do this by yourself. I like doing it out loud because there's a different resonance and vibration you're kind of giving off when you do it out loud.
28:48But you can also do it inwardly. Right? It's really up to you.
28:50I like doing it out loud. So you can do this in a guided one, and about ten, twenty minutes of doing this will also clear a bunch of things. Again, I had some clients recently say they did longer sessions of this, and they were, like, in tears just with the relief of the things they had cleared, and they had cleared some very powerful anchors.
29:04And so it is an incredibly powerful technique. And, again, I'm giving you multiple ones so you can see what resonates with you and what calls to you to start with with this. But the ho, ho, oh, polo, polo, I always mispronounce it.
29:16Meditation is the next one to take a look at. There's not much more explaining to do with this one.
29:20It's again, I'm sorry, uh, please forgive me, thank you, I love you. Put on a timer, put on some, you know, some binaural beats, put on some music, whatever you wanna do, um, and go at it with this. And this one's such an easy one.
29:31Try it for ten minutes and see, uh, see where you're at. Again, you can do a specific or you can do in general, like whatever comes up, but I'm always a fan of specificity. Now the last one I wanna give you is a very specific technique from a modality called TFT, and this is going to help you with something that a lot of people resist, Which is why if you got triggered by the I'm sorry statement in Ho'oponopono, you probably need to do this, um, even if you don't wanna hear that.
29:57And that is forgiveness. We hold onto, if we don't do this, so many energetic tendrils and and just cords to other people we haven't forgiven.
30:08Right? Um, and it just will always be difficult to create what you want if you have these. And again, forgiveness is not about necessarily the other person.
30:18Right? Forgiveness is about removing the energetic influence this person has over your life. Right?
30:23Because if you hold onto grudges, you hold on, I'm never gonna forgive this person, blah blah blah blah, it doesn't affect them, really. All it does is influence you.
30:31There's a great quote, I believe, in Toltec wisdom of like when you try to curse someone or you know, you don't forgive them or whatever, it's kind of like drinking poison expecting them to drop dead. Right? You're only affecting yourself.
30:44And so this is a very easy technique from TFT where you're gonna essentially do something with your pinky finger, so you can see me here, where you're gonna tap it.
30:54And the reason we do this is the pinky, uh, finger is connected to the heart meridian where we wanna focus on when it comes to forgiveness. And you're gonna say a specific thing, we'll have it come on screen so you can kinda screenshot the script if you want, but you're gonna determine who do you need to forgive.
31:08Now this will also include if you need to forgive yourself. A lot of people need to forgive themselves. They're very hard on themselves.
31:15They hold onto a lot and almost resent themselves. If you notice you're in guilt or shame a lot on the consciousness scale, this is one that's gonna be good for you to do.
31:23Just forgiving yourself for whatever it is you you think you need to hold onto. And what you do is you stimulate this point which activates the heart meridian and you simply say I forgive whatever the name of the person is, however you label them.
31:37So it could be mom, it could be dad, it could be Carl, it could be Stephanie, it could be myself. Right? So let's say it's myself.
31:44So you'd say I forgive myself for and then you're just gonna state in a sentence or two whatever the situation is. Right?
31:52Whatever the thing is you want to forgive. Right?
31:55That you're doing this for. So I forgive myself for whatever it is because, after you said that, then you give the person or yourself a reason of compassion and or understanding.
32:07So a common one, let's say, like, you have stuff you've been feeling guilty of since you were a child, right? Maybe for being, you know, what your parents deemed as not, you know, you're being bad or whatever it is. And it's like, you know, I, um, forgive myself for beating myself up for or feeling like a bad a bad person because, you know, I was trained to be that way, right?
32:28Something like that. You're giving yourself a reason of compassion or understanding and to them. So let's say on the flip side, let's say my parents did that, so I forgive, we'll say in this case it's my mom for let's say, try to think of an actual situation here.
32:42Uh, for I forgive my mom for making me feel, uh, unsupported.
32:51We'll say that because she didn't know any better. And maybe she didn't have support when she was a kid so she didn't know how to give it. Right?
32:56Now, for some of this, again, you gotta really look out for it if you're holding onto something and you don't wanna forgive, because, again, it's always the same. It's like drinking poison and expecting it to harm the other person.
33:06It only harms yourself. But give that one a try. I've given this in other videos, and I've gotten feedback from people who've said they've done this and immediately started crying, immediately started releasing.
33:14Also understand, when you do any of this stuff, tears, um, coughs, yawning is a big one for me.
33:21Um, any physical release is a good sign of a corresponding emotional release. So let the tears come, let the, um, yawns come, let all those things happen because it's your body's way of trying to release the energetic, um, or correspond with the energetic release.
33:37Right? So it's a very good thing to allow. Now, again, if you wanna accelerate all this and get my help with it to start creating reality as fast as possible, efficiently, and make sure you you're doing it all right, you can check out my offerings down below in the first link.
33:51Um, I have my Mold Your Reality program in there, which is monthly mentorship. You get a bunch of courses. You get a secret society course, a bunch of things.
33:57We'll go into this stuff even deeper. You can ask me questions. And I also have an advanced program in there if you feel like you're ready for a really high level of stuff.
34:04Uh, but either one is gonna produce a lot of results. Both of them have examples of results people have gotten, so check that out. Anyway, what I think would be great for you next is to watch this video next, um, if you wanna keep the learning going.
34:15It's gonna synergize so fantastically well with doing shadow work because now that you've done that, you can start adding a few things that amplify your ability to create, and this video will cover that.
The Hook

The bait, then the rug-pull.

The promise is built into the title — once you do the work, you get everything. But the 34 minutes that follow aren't about desire or visualization or asking the universe nicely. They're about the one thing blocking the signal: the emotional weight you've been carrying around without knowing it has a name or a fix.
