Big Idea

The argument in one line.

The best agency offers sit where demand is already huge and few people can fulfill it, so pick a supply-constrained service instead of fighting to create demand.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • You run or want to start a marketing agency and can't decide which service to sell to your first clients.
  • You do cold outreach and want to know which offers are getting high response rates right now.
  • You already have an agency offer that's stuck and want a checklist of what's currently working in the market.
SKIP IF…
  • You want proof of results: the case studies are the speaker's own students and he says he isn't promising those outcomes.
  • You don't sell B2B services; every offer here assumes selling to businesses.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

Daniel Fazio, who claims about $34 million in cash collected across agency, info and SaaS businesses, lists eight offers his students are selling now. AI ad creatives and creator management lead because few people can make them and many want them. Cold email and LinkedIn outreach win because every business ultimately wants more leads, calls and sales. Direct response ads stay in demand for real operators. Content works best done in person or with a provided face. AEO is hot because it's novel, and B2B physical products respond unusually well to outreach. His filter: sell something supply-constrained, not demand-constrained.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • Whatever problem a business names, efficiency, leadership or close rate, the real ask underneath is almost always more leads, calls and sales.
  • A supply-constrained business has more demand than you can fulfill. A demand-constrained one can't find clients. Fazio says to build the first kind.
  • AI ad creatives such as claymation, cartoon, story and song ads get very high cold-outreach response because few people can make them and many brands want them.
  • Selling short-form content as 60 clips from a two-hour interview worked until the market copied it and drowned it out.
  • People avoid content because of cameras, lighting and setup, so removing the equipment step makes a content offer far easier to sell.
  • Moving content from remote to in-person filming lifts the price from roughly 2-3K a month to 6-8K a month, by his account.
  • A content offer where the client never appears on camera and you supply the human can reach 20-30K a month.
  • AEO, helping brands rank in AI models, sells on novelty. He expects it to follow the same arc SEO did.
  • Cold email pitched as 'we can help you rank higher in ChatGPT' is getting very high response rates simply because it's new.
  • Physical products sold B2B, like custom merchandise or a fry brand getting into retail, respond unusually well to cold email and ads.
  • Real ad operators who know direct response copy and can build low-ticket, VSL or webinar funnels are never short of work.
  • A LinkedIn package of ID-verified profiles with automated outreach sold for about $25,000 and sold out, limited only by fulfillment.
Takeaway

Pick offers where buyers outnumber sellers

WHAT TO LEARN

The offers working right now share one trait: lots of businesses want the result and few people can deliver it.

  • Every business problem a buyer names tends to reduce to needing more leads, calls and sales, so offers tied to those keep selling year after year.
  • A supply-constrained offer, where demand exceeds what you can deliver, makes selling easy and puts the hard work in fulfillment instead.
  • Skills in short supply, like AI video for ads or creator programs, command high prices and high outreach response while the supply gap lasts.
  • Novel categories such as AEO sell on newness alone, but expect the market to saturate the way SEO did.
  • Commoditized content offers recover pricing by removing the client's biggest friction, which is filming, through in-person shoots or a provided on-camera person.
  • Ads and funnels still pay well, but only for genuine operators, because the category is crowded with people who can't actually perform.
  • Physical products sold to other businesses respond well to cold outreach and ads, so a product-based client is not a reason to doubt results.

These are the eight best agency offers I see working right now to sign an absolutely profuse amount of clients. So if you want something that can actually print MRR for you ASAP, like that's working amazingly well right now, listen up because these are the ones working. If you don't know me, my name is Daniel Fazio.
We've done about $34 million of cash collected across agency info and SaaS. I'll put screenshots right here so you can prove it. And what I'm going to show you are the kinds of offers that my students are selling.
People were hitting a $700 ,000 exit, hitting numbers like $400 ,000. 450K a month, 400K a month, hundreds of thousands of dollars per month. Now, I'm not promising that you're gonna get those results, but these are the things that they're selling so you can take that data and do what you will with it.
Okay, I'm gonna categorize this into different categories. And the first one is ad creatives. So one of the top offers that I see getting insanely high response rates on cold outreach and like insanely cheap cost per call on ads is AI ad creatives for e -com brands.
So what I'm talking about are like the claymation ads, they're cartoon. style ads, the story ads, like the song ads, stuff like that. And the way you make it is that using platforms like Higgs field or like using Claude for editing and whatnot.
I've like literally never seen something that has this insanely high of a response rate on outreach right now. So if you're sitting here wondering like, what should I go learn right now? It's basically anything AI video.
You should spend a shit ton of time researching how to do that because selling that as a service right now is like disgustingly good. And what that means is, is that it's also selling. for disgustingly high prices.
Now, why is this? Because of a basic supply and demand curve, there's not a lot of people who know how to do it and there's not a lot of supply of it. There's also a ton of demand for it.
So if there's not a lot of people doing it and a lot of people want it, that means that when you do successfully know how to do it, you can sell a shit ton of it. So I highly recommend doing that right now because you will make a fuck ton of money doing it. Okay, so the next one I see working right now is creator management.
And this is normally done inside of a platform called Tribe. Now, what Tribe... Tribe, what you do is get people to make ad creatives.
Normally I'm like a percent of ad spend or money upfront, but like it's a bunch of people that just will make ad creatives for an e -com brand. So if you see a lot of these like AI apps and like in AI software companies scaling right now, and they have just like a shit ton of creators posting on Instagram and TikTok and whatnot, it's more than likely that they have a whole creator management program and they're recruiting creators through Tribe.
So what that means is that you can go sell that as a service. Now, I was actually just seeing this on Twitter. where it was like, I don't know what company he made.
I think it was Whisper or something like that. And the way that he scaled it was by using Tribe and getting a ton of creators. He was explaining how he wants to do all this, whatnot.
And it blew up on Twitter with like a ton of Silicon Valley type people talking about like, I'll hire you for seven figures a year right now if you can figure out how to do this and do it for my company. That's how high of an in -demand that shit is right now. Okay, the next category is everything under lead generation.
Okay, these are the tried and... true methods. I was actually just on the phone with a buddy last night and we were talking about how he goes, you know, dude, it's really just so funny that no matter how cute you try to make the positioning of something like that and anything B2B, it always comes down to, we need more leads in sales.
And that's what it is. And he was talking about how he was doing an interview with this like giant insurance company that he was selling something to. And I mean, there's like a proper big business, like a nine figure business.
And he's like, like in a boardroom type shit, talking to this guy. And it's like, they're talking about like the efficiency problems in the business. the leadership and whatnot.
And it was also funny because he was like, dude, and at the end of the day, you get down to the real problem. And it's like, so if you just had more leads and calls and sales, would everything work out? And he's like, yeah, all these problems would be resolved if we just had more sales.
And it's like, that's what it is. It doesn't matter what the fucking problem is. It's just leads and calls and sales.
That's what it is. If you can just get leads for people, every other problem they think they have in their business, it's solved. And if you go try and do outreach for some kind of like optimization service or like we'll make your efficiency better or even shit like we'll increase your close rate even though increasing a close rate literally would mean more money it doesn't matter it's not leads it's not new leads it's not new sales they don't give a fuck they want more leads that's what they give a shit about and that's why for like literally decades like these offers just keep working like they really just do what i see working right now is cold email so you spin up and absolutely shit ton of cold emails for people send thousands of cold emails per day for them to generate the leads.
Generally people use listkit .io for that. I'll put that on the screen here and in the link in the description. Now the next is LinkedIn.
So this is doing LinkedIn for people. Now there's a couple of ways of doing this. You have the method where you go buy a shit ton of ID verified profiles and put this all into automated outreach.
There's a ton of LinkedIn automation tools. So I'm not going to name a specific one right here, but because they all work the same, we'll do the same thing, but they do a shit ton of outreach. LinkedIn across all of those ID verified profiles.
Now, the other way of doing that is by doing it just from the founder's profile or like some X quantity of people at the company while also posting content at the same time. So it's like you're posting content for them and ghostwriting it while also doing automated outreach for it. So it's like one of those two avenues of like what you sell as a service.
Both of those are fucking cooking right now. I was just at dinner with Jeremy Schauer, real cool guy. He coaches inside of my program as well.
He's our LinkedIn coach. He was just telling me. out how he's been selling like these packages of like these profiles.
Like you get a shit ton of profiles for them for like $25 ,000 a package. And he got his fucking cooking. He's like, dude, I ran it.
Like I just keep selling out. Like I literally can't keep up with the demand. I'm like, dude, that's fucking sick.
It's always very interesting. You can basically run one of two types of businesses. You can either run a demand constrained business, which means the problem is that you can't get clients or you can run a supply constrained business where the issue is that you can't fulfill for the amount of people who want your shit.
So like we try to cold call. service one time where we did done for you cold calling, that was a supply constrained business. It was like functionally impossible to fulfill for all the people who wanted that shit.
What I just talked about with Jeremy, he makes all those ID verified profiles and does the LinkedIn outreach. That's a supply constraint. It's difficult to fulfill, but when you can, you make a fucking shit ton of money doing it.
You get what I'm saying? So like we should always be trying to do is sell something that is supply constrained and not demand constrained. You get what I'm saying?
Now that doesn't always mean that, you get what I'm saying? If you're just a really good marketer yourself personally, or like a really good Allegiant, then you could totally sell a demand constrained thing.
That's like totally completely fine. I'm just saying it's worth selling an offer that has a shit ton of demand already because the fantastic thing about life is that you don't have to play on hard mode. You can just go do the thing that's easy.
It's pretty cool. Okay. Next is the tried and true ads.
And this kind of morphs in to like the AI ads creative thing. But the general premise I'm trying to convey here is that if you are actually good at advertising, like if you know direct response copy and you can like blitz ram low ticket funnels or VSL funnels or webinar funnels for people and you like know how to write a webinar and you know how to personally deliver a webinar, there is zero situation where you were ever poor.
This is a massively in demand service for people who are actually good at it. The problem with ads is always that like there's a lot of people trying to sell ads who are just completely dog shit at ads and they'll get new results. But like a real true, like you're a fucking concrete operator of ads and like turbo fucking schizo autist level of like, I'm like super good at ads.
That is massively in demand. Okay. Next is a content offer.
Now content has gone through a very interesting run over the years in that I remember when short form content first started being a thing. I made an offer for this dude named Eamon Arab. He's at like 300 K a month or something right now.
He's on my case studies that I showed earlier. And it was, I will make you 60 pieces of short form content in just two hours of your time. And what that was is you get.
someone on an interview and you do all the clips of of all that and that offer cooked For so long, that offer cooked. But then things evolved.
Markets gets more sophisticated. People started selling that and copying that. And then it just got drowned out.
You get what I'm saying? So now it's different. What you need to be doing for content is this, in -person filming.
Okay, listen to me. I showed you a case study earlier. One of them was Areeb.
Areeb's case study is him hitting $450 ,000 per month. The problem with content is that people are scared of camera equipment and lighting and wires and fucking SSDs. It's super complicated.
It's too much. And they're not good on camera. And it's like, they need to be coached.
It's a fucking massive pain in the ass for these people. They don't know how to set up their phone to do it. They fuck it up.
It's like, that's the problem. So if we were to think of all the components of like what is involved in getting content out, it's like, okay, well, well you have the scripts and then you have the filming, like literally being on the camera, setting up the equipment. And then you have the editing and then you have the posting.
What the problem is in all of these components is this one. and this one. People don't want to be on camera themselves and they're scared of setting up equipment.
So what happens when you remove the equipment one? It makes it wildly more attractive and you could charge a shit ton of money for it. As evidenced, my case study with a reboot, $450 ,000 a month.
Now it doesn't mean you need an in -person studio. You need to fly out to every client. What it does mean though, is that you can rent out a studio for them and call the person with the studio and explain the situation or like rent somebody like a videographer or something, find one in that city and have it go to their office.
If they have an office, go out with them and film with them. They're like in the field or doing some shit like that. That's how you do that.
When you do that, you can go from charging prices from like 2k to 3k a month up to shit like 6k, 7k, 8k a month. Like that's what I'm seeing when it's in person. Now, if you want to get this even fucking crazier, if you sell a content offer where they don't have to be on camera and you provide the human, now you can charge some shit like 20 ,000, 25 ,000, $30 ,000 a month.
That's how that works. This is also why people love this fucking AI shit where it's like an AI avatar.
And like, that's the face of it. And recruiting AI creators, like what we talked about earlier, because of this, because they don't want to be the one filming on the camera. That's why that works.
You know what I'm saying? So if you're selling a content offer, you need to be cognizant of this. Okay.
Next is what's called AEO. So what this is, is AI engine optimization. This is when you help people rank in AI models.
There's a very high overlap with SEO for this. And SEO is a super not in demand service that people have, but AEO is massively in demand. Why?
Because it's novel. It will follow the exact same arc that SEO has over the years. Everyone will be an AEO expert at some point.
It's just that it's novel right now. That's why so many people want it. And that's why it's so easy to sell.
Like we're seeing people do cold email scripts where it's like, hey, we can help you rank higher in chat GPT. And it's getting like stupidly. fucking high response rates.
Like literally just using that. And so why? Because it's novel, it's new and everyone wants it.
You get what I'm saying? Okay. Next.
And you're probably not expecting this one is B to B physical products. Like literally fucking anyone selling any kind of physical product cooks on cold email. Like it just absolutely annihilates.
I don't know what it is, but it's like, I'm talking stuff like custom merchandise. Like we have a custom merchandise client who fucking annihilates on cold outreach. It's just like disgusting.
Like how good the results are. Another one. was a french fry brand trying to get into retail stores and like other small shops and shit that fucking crushed it was like just insane like just anything physical it works so hilariously well so if you ever happen to sign a client and think like and and if they are like a physical product that sells to other companies and you're like i don't know if i can get the results you'll probably be able to get them results like this shit just like completely annihilates on ads and outreach really good offer like all of them all right i've got two things for you i'm hosting a live challenge on November 16th is a five -day live challenge.
Early bird tickets are 25, standard tickets are $50. And we're going over building cold traffic optimized offers, building AI client acquisition systems, sales, closing and hiring salespeople, fulfilling for clients and AI processes, then AI funnels, ads, content, and marketing systems.
