How Grok Bot Is Going To Make Me Stupidly Rich

Big Idea

The argument in one line.

A small agency can scale past its personal capacity by giving named AI agents specific jobs, shared chat, and a capped budget, instead of hiring people for lead generation, outreach, and ad management.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • You run a small service agency, such as social media or paid ads, and you are stuck at the number of clients you can personally manage.
  • You want a concrete example of splitting a business into agent roles (lead research, outreach, ad management) rather than a generic 'use AI' pitch.
  • You are thinking about starting an agency and want to see what a one-person, agent-staffed operation looks like in practice.
SKIP IF…
  • You want a setup tutorial. The speaker says outright he is not giving one and shows no configuration steps.
  • You need independent proof of results. The figures are self-reported after about two weeks of use, and the video is enthusiastic rather than audited.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

The speaker runs a restaurant-marketing agency earning about 100,000 pounds a year in profit and says a multi-agent setup lets him aim for 50,000 pounds a month. He runs three named agents in a group chat: one finds and qualifies leads, one writes and sends cold emails, and one manages Facebook ad budgets, creative fatigue, and daily reporting. The team costs about $100 a month, compared with a 1,000 to 1,500 dollar monthly hire. He caps risk with a separate 500 pound bank account for the agents and advises starting with a single agent for one role.

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • A solo agency hits a ceiling at a handful of ad accounts per person, and the next step has traditionally been a 1,000 to 1,500 dollar a month hire.
  • Splitting agent roles (lead finder, email sender, ad manager) and letting them message each other mimics a small team's handoffs without a manager.
  • Telling an agent it is the best in the world at its niche and not to ask for ideas pushes it to decide instead of waiting on you.
  • Giving agents a separate prepaid bank account with a fixed monthly budget caps the damage if an agent spends wrongly.
  • An ad agent can chase competitors: the speaker has his find agencies doing well, copy their creative approach, and tell him what content to film.
  • Agents can nag the human too: his ad agent texts him at 6 p.m. if the requested iPhone videos have not arrived.
  • Automatic top-ups for lead tools mean the lead finder funds itself, so outreach never stalls when lists run dry.
  • Routing client WhatsApp messages through the agents turns a brunch offer into a designed graphic, a post, and a running ad without the owner touching it.
  • The suggested way to start is one agent in the job you would hire a 40-hour-a-week employee for, not a whole org chart.
  • A reported ad result: a client's booking cost fell by about four pounds from 16.44 within roughly 72 hours of the ad agent taking over.
  • The speaker's own caution is that agents are bots, so he keeps them away from his main bank account.
  • Expected spend grows with ambition: he projects 300 to 500 dollars a month in credits for about 15 agents.
Takeaway

Give each agent one job and a fence

WHAT TO LEARN

The setup works because each agent has one narrow role, shared context with the others, and a hard spending limit.

  • Map the agents to the roles you would otherwise hire for: lead research, outbound email, and ad management each become one named agent with one responsibility.
  • Let agents hand work to each other in a shared chat so the email sender can ask the lead finder for more leads without you in the loop.
  • Tell each agent it is the expert in its role so it makes decisions and brings results, instead of asking you for ideas.
  • Fence the money: a separate prepaid account with a fixed monthly budget limits what a mistaken agent can spend.
  • Start with one agent in the role you would hire a 40-hour-a-week person for, and add more only once that one is being used.
  • Treat the reported numbers as self-reported after two weeks: the cost savings are plausible, the 50,000 pounds a month is a forecast.

Okay, Grokbot, fair enough. Fair play. It's absolutely insane.
Now, I'm not a big advocate of AI and Claude and getting AI to do things for you. And I see ads all the time on Instagram being in this industry. Like, I'll set up this bot and it'll do this for you or do this or do this or sign up to my course and I'll teach you how to make 10 grand a month with AI.
I'm not really into that sort of stuff. I've kind of got a traditional agency that runs social media pages and Facebook and Instagram ads for the restaurant industry and restaurant clients that I have. And I'm doing well.
I'm making £100 ,000 a year in profit. But now that I've got this in front of me, like I don't even want to call it grok, but I just want to call it like when I've got my army in front of me, I can now scale my business to £50 ,000 a month. And if I don't, I'm an idiot.
Like the way that you can have multiple agents in a group chat talking to each other. One does cold outreach. Another one writes all your emails and sends all your emails, replies, booked calls and reaches out to restaurants and go, hey, look, I've noticed you're running ads, but you're not tracking any data because another agent has.
proven that to me when she's actually got all the information and sent it to the person who sends the emails. Listen, let's jump on a 15 minute call and I'm getting booked calls in my calendar and I'm not fucking doing anything. I just wake up in the morning and I've got booked calls from leads that I haven't even done myself.
in my calendar on top of that you can have an onboarding agent that onboards the client via whatsapp so the api gets connected it speaks to the client for you you literally don't have to do anything once a client is onboarded or your clients that have already been on board for a few months or a few years whatever you do you have someone who runs the accounts for you Like I've currently got someone, I've named him Mark.
He's going through and he's creating all my Facebook ads. He's making sure that the budget isn't going over. He's making sure the creatives aren't fatigued.
He's giving me daily reporting, evening and night. Like these are like full -time employees that work 24 hours a day, who doesn't go for a cigarette break, who just cracks on with their job. And at the moment I've got one.
two three full -time employees for less than a hundred dollars a month like this isn't even a sponsored video i know everybody's talking about grok at the moment and there is no affiliation link that i'm going to even share with you but i'm just saying for a hundred dollars a month you can create a team that works 24 hours a day to grow your business What?
I've only started with these three agents at the moment because what I don't want to do is I don't want to build a whole load of things and then just never end up using it. So I've got basically in this structure, I've got a bot that I've called Lucy who will find leads for me, see if they fit within my ideal client or ICP.
They will figure out if they're running ads. They'll tell me if they've got a picture on their website and they'll tell me if it fits within the category that I'm looking for. Lucy will then send that to a guy called, what did I name him?
Jack. Jack will then draft the email to that person based on the information that Lucy's given him and send the cold emails out on a daily basis to hundreds of different restaurants in Dubai, America and London because they're the three locations that I'm targeting. So those two are working hand in hand like they're in a group chat and jack messages lucy and says hey lucy i'm running out of leads can you get some more for joel and lucy goes yep i'm on that right now and she'll automatically top up my account like 50 to find more leads using apollo or some sort of lead generation website and it's automatic i don't have to approve the payments the money's in the bank it automatically comes out like it's crazy and then for the clients that already are signed up which is where i'm making most of the money I've then got Mark to go in, who is the ad specialist.
I told this AI agent, listen, you are the best person in the world at restaurant marketing. You know what's best. So don't come to me and ask me for ideas.
You know what's best. For example, one of my restaurants was getting a booking for like £16 .44. It's been, I think, like 72 hours now, and the booking conversion value has dropped by four pounds, which means my client is over the moon because the booking cost has come down, which means we have more budget to run ads.
And I haven't fucking done it. It wasn't me. Like, it's crazy.
So the idea is to now build this infrastructure because there was only a certain amount of ad accounts I can personally manage until I have to hire. a real person to do the job which i'll be honest it was probably going to be someone in um philippines like a va to run 15 20 accounts but that's still going to cost me like a thousand or 1500 a month plus bonuses and commission but now i can just get i can get grokbot to do this for me I can have multiple ad managers.
I can have a social media girl that posts everything for me, drafts all the captions, checks in, gives me reporting. I can have an email outreach team. You can set up the agents to give you reporting when and however you want.
You can ask the agents to talk to each other freely within a group chat. You can... the agent you can go on to grokbot and have a look at the agent working on his computer so the struggle i had with my agency is that all right i'm already at a hundred thousand pounds a year ten thousand pounds a month i've only got room for like five or ten more clients let's say that would take me up to two hundred thousand pounds a year twenty thousand pounds a month i can't really scale anymore unless i hire externally but now with grokbot I've put in this system and this place.
And by the way, I'm not an AI wizard. I don't really like Claude and ChatGPT. Don't get me wrong, I'll take a picture of ChatGPT and be like, hey, my dishwasher's broke.
How do I fix it? I use it like that. I've never used Claude or these AI features to try and make money because realistically, it's not really going to work.
But Grokbot, to set up Grokbot as a beginner that has nothing really to do with AI, it was so simple. Like give it my passwords, give it access to my email, give it access to the ad accounts. Once all that hard work's done and the domain names and once all that's done and your payment is sorted, it just runs.
Like I woke up this morning and there was $25 came out of my account because Lucy, the person who finds the leads for me, needed to top up the account. But because I've given her permission to do that, she's done it and don't get me wrong. I've set up a new bank account.
I set up a Revolut account and I put like 500 pounds in there. And I say to the team, look, this is the marketing budget for this month. If it's gone, it's gone.
Like I haven't linked it to my main bank account, not because of safety, but because they're bots at the end of the day. They're AI agents. And I don't want to wake up one morning and they've taken a fucking house deposit out of my bank at 20 grand and they've spent it or they put a wrong figure.
Do you know what I mean? So that's what I would advise. But Grog bot.
As it stands, I've got three agents running for me. I'm literally paying $100 a month and I'm super excited because now I'm able to scale my agency from 10 grand to 50 grand a month by not doing much. The only thing I'll have to do if I want to do it is pick up the phone and start cold calling clients.
Even when I do that, it's linked to my system that grokbot made me by the way i've got a whole crm system where the leads go in lucy and all my team members have access to that crm system so they can keep track of like the reply the open rates the booked calls mark is going to run my ads for the agency targeting business owners because remember i've told mark he is an expert So he's going to do it in the best way possible.
I've also told Mark, listen, find other agencies that are absolutely smashing it with ads right now. Copy their creative, copy the way they're doing it and tell me which content I need to make. So he comes back and goes, Joel, you need to do five iPhone videos.
Send them to me by the end of the day. If it gets to 6 p .m. and I still haven't sent it to him, he will send me a text message.
Joel, I'm still waiting for those. Oh, fuck. Sorry, Mark.
And I quickly go and film it. It's crazy what Grokbot can do. So if you are someone who's starting an agency, if you are starting a business, it can be any business.
I usually would say learn how to do Facebook ads and Google ads to start an agency, but you don't even have to do that anymore because you've got Mark or you've got whoever you want to call it. Call it fucking Narnia if you want to. But the fact is, is you don't have to have any skills.
You've got to have a laptop and a keyboard and learn English to ask the bot what to do. You are an expert in this. Build this for me.
Build a landing page. And it will go and do everything for you. So if you're there going, oh, I want to leave my nine to five job that I'm making £2 ,000 a month in.
You can start a marketing agency now for a dental clinic and set up three or four bots, create a system, create flows, create all these things that kind of you get confused about. Because I get confused as well talking about ICPs and SOPs and this and this and this. Just let the new teamwork do the work.
Let the new teamwork do the work. Let the new team members do the work. Um, i'm gonna get carried away with this i'm gonna end up spending i'll be real like probably like three four five hundred dollars a month on credits But i'll have like 15 different agents working around the clock Making me fifty thousand pounds a month and i'll be honest if I can't go With with this in front of me and what I know now the capabilities are If I can't go from ten thousand to fifty thousand pounds a month within the next six months with all that the automations and the outreach and the DMs and this, then I'm a fucking idiot.
I don't deserve to own an agency. Before... I had a little bit of limited belief and I was hitting the ceiling all the time, especially when I was like, oh, I can only sign another five before I become too busy.
Now, I don't even have to talk to my client. The API is linked to my WhatsApp. If a client messages me going, hey, Joel, we've got a brunch on Halloween.
Here's the offer is 60 pounds per head, unlimited cocktails, unlimited food, whatever. Here's the timings. Here's the picture of the girl who's singing.
You can. Take that information, send it to a graphic designer. Designer will send it to your social media girl.
Your social media girl will post it and Mark will run the ads. You don't, you fucking don't have to do anything. You just sat there like this.
Like my life for the last two weeks, I'm not even joking, has been talking to bots. I've barely spoken to my missus. I've just been like talking to these AI agents that don't even exist.
And it's fucking brilliant because they just do it. They don't ask for more money. They don't go and have a shit halfway through the day.
They don't take lunch breaks and they don't call in sick and they don't work eight hours a day. They just work. So Grokbot is absolutely insane.
And I'm excited. I'm really fucking excited actually to grow my marketing agency where I always wanted to take it, but I felt like I couldn't. But now I can.
download Grokbot and fucking start. Like don't ask me for tutorials and stuff. Like I said, I'm not special in AI, but just download it.
Start with one agent that you think like, if you could sit in your business, if you've got a business right now, if you sit back and go, right, if I could employ someone for 40 hours a week, five days a week, and I don't have to pay them a single penny, who would it be? It might be a videographer or something where obviously Grokbot can't help you, but it could be an accountant.
It could be a manager. It could be like, you could just download Grok, but if you've got a 15 person team already, you could hire a manager to speak to your team members to make sure they're doing what they're supposed to do. I feel for people's jobs.
I do. I really do. Because the person who was supposed to set this up for me was about a thousand dollars a month.
He was going to charge me for the cold outreach. Now I've got to pay Grok 90 % less and they work 24 hours a day. Mental.
Fucking mental.
The Hook

The bait, then the rug-pull.

An agency owner who says he is not an AI person walks through the three bots he now runs for about $100 a month, and why he believes he is an idiot if he cannot grow 5x with them.
