Big Idea
The argument in one line.
A reusable Claude Code agent that scrapes leads, personalizes the pitch, and stages the email in Gmail turns one build into three income paths: run it yourself, service clients with it, or resell the whole system as a product.
Who This Is For
Read if. Skip if.
READ IF YOU ARE…
A marketing agency, freelancer, or solopreneur who does cold outreach and wants to automate finding leads and writing the first email.
A service-based business owner (photographer, realtor, coach) who knows which prospects they want to reach but doesn't have time to personalize outreach at volume.
A creator who's comfortable using Claude Code and wants a sellable AI tool or skill to package as a digital product for other business owners.
SKIP IF…
You want to reach influencers or anyone without a business website, this scraper only reads websites, not social profiles.
You're looking for a tool that sends emails automatically, this one only drafts, a human still has to press send.
You want results without learning Claude Code or doing outreach work yourself, building is framed as easy but selling still takes real effort.
TL;DR
The full version, fast.
A creator builds a Claude Code agent that scrapes business leads through Apify, reads each lead's website, writes a personalized cold email, and drops it into Gmail as a draft ready to send. The pitch isn't the novelty of the app, it's that businesses already know lead costs run $44 to $800+ per lead on Google Ads, so a cheaper way to find and reach prospects sells itself. The build uses a Claude Code 'skill' (a folder of instructions Claude repeats on command), a short interview that locks positioning and claims, and an Apify scraper priced around $3 per thousand leads. The same system can be run for yourself, sold as a service to clients, or packaged and resold as a done-for-you product, but turning any of the three into income still requires real outreach, not just finishing the build.

Opens with the cold-outreach agent demo pitch: it finds leads, scrapes their sites, writes personalized emails, and drafts them in Gmail. Previews the three ways to monetize it and sets the expectation that building is simple but selling still takes real work.
02:02 – 03:49
02 · Why this is worth money
Shows a $680 sale example from a membership member's GLP-1 wellness tracker app, reframes the real skill as positioning and selling (not just building), then pulls real Google Ads lead-cost data to justify why businesses will pay for cheaper lead generation.
03:49 – 06:21
03 · Finding leads and generating emails
Walks through the live app: searching leads by job title, location, and industry, filtering for verified emails only, choosing concise vs. thorough website scraping, generating and regenerating personalized emails, then pushing the approved drafts into Gmail via a Claude Code command.
06:21 – 07:56
04 · Three ways to make money with this
Lays out the three monetization paths, build and maintain it for a client, use it to generate leads for yourself or clients, or sell the skill as a digital product, and the practical requirements for reselling it (a video tutorial, the buyer's own API and Gmail accounts).
07:56 – 10:21
05 · How to set it up
Covers the prerequisites (terminal access, a Claude Code subscription, Python, an Apify account, Gmail connected to Claude), explains Claude Code skills as instruction folders, and shows the seven-question brand interview that seeds every email the agent writes.
10:21 – 14:21
06 · Getting your first sales
Shows the Apify actor/API console, then pivots to a second tool, Stanley, for staying consistent on Threads, X, and Instagram. Covers its brand 'brain' document, outlier-post research for adapting what's already working, and an autonomous feature that drafts a batch of posts.
14:21 – 14:25
07 · The honest part
Closes on the honest caveat: this isn't a build-tonight, make-money-tomorrow play, outreach gets ignored and needs follow-up, and the people who profit are the ones who keep taking action. Final CTA to the membership waitlist.
Atomic Insights
Lines worth screenshotting.
Roofing companies pay $124 to $350+ for a single Google Ads lead, which is why a cheaper lead-generation tool sells itself to business owners who already know their numbers.
A lead is not a client, it's a person who could become one, and that distinction is the whole argument for why lead generation is worth paying for.
The same AI agent can be monetized three ways: run it for yourself, run it as a paid service for clients, or sell the entire system as a digital product.
A Claude Code 'skill' is just a folder of written instructions, write the job once and Claude repeats it every time it's called.
An Apify scraper that returns 1,000 leads costs about $3, far cheaper than established tools like Apollo that many small businesses already pay for.
About six out of ten scraped leads come back with a verified email, so filtering for verified-only still leaves a usable list.
The scraper only reads business websites, not social media, so it can't find leads for influencers or anyone without a website.
The agent never sends an email automatically, it only creates a Gmail draft, a human still has to read it and press send.
Reselling this system to another business requires connecting their own API and Gmail accounts, otherwise every email run burns the seller's own credits.
A seven-question interview, covering who you sell to, your proof, your price, and what you must never claim, feeds every email the agent writes afterward.
Vague business descriptions get pushed back on: 'I do video editing' gets rewritten into something specific like 'I cut 20 short clips a month from coaches with existing podcasts.'
Picking one narrow group of business owners to target first, instead of pitching everyone, is positioned as the difference between getting replies and getting ignored.
Posting consistently on Threads through weeks of four-like posts is framed as the real cost of building an audience that eventually replies.
The people who make money with a tool like this aren't necessarily the smartest builders, they're the ones who keep reaching out after getting ignored.
Takeaway
One AI agent, three ways to turn it into income
MONETIZE ONCE
An AI outreach agent built once in Claude Code can be run for yourself, operated as a paid service, or resold as a packaged product, but none of the three pay off without real outreach behind them.
01The app I built
An outreach agent built once in Claude Code can find leads, read each lead's website, write a personalized email, and stage it as a Gmail draft so a human still has to press send.
The same built tool can be run for your own outreach, operated as a paid service for clients, or packaged and resold to other business owners, the build is reusable across all three.
Building the system is described as simple, but turning it into income still requires marketing and outreach work, not just finishing the build.
02Why this is worth money
Google Ads lead costs ($44 to $800+ depending on competition and industry) are the real argument for selling a cheaper lead-generation tool to a business owner.
A business owner doesn't care that you built an app, they care whether it gets them leads for less than they're already paying.
Skills learned building a tool that didn't sell, vibe-coding with AI and positioning a digital product to a specific customer, still transfer to the next attempt.
03Finding leads and generating emails
Lead searches can be filtered by job title, location, industry, and verified-email-only, and roughly six in ten scraped leads come back with a usable email.
This class of scraper only reads business websites, so it can't find or personalize outreach to influencers or anyone without a site.
A concise-vs-thorough toggle trades scrape depth (homepage only vs. homepage plus about, services, pricing, and team pages) for cost and speed.
Draft emails can be regenerated against a different template to get a genuinely different angle, not just reworded text.
04Three ways to make money with this
The three monetization paths are: build and maintain the system for a specific client, use it to generate leads for yourself or clients, or sell the skill itself as a digital product.
Reselling the system to another business requires giving them their own API and Gmail credentials, otherwise every run burns the seller's own usage credits.
Anyone reselling a tool like this needs to ship a video tutorial alongside it so the buyer knows what accounts and connections they need to set up.
05How to set it up
The build needs terminal access, a Claude Code subscription, Python, an Apify account for scraping, and a Gmail account connected to Claude, Claude never gets your password directly.
A Claude Code 'skill' is just a folder of written instructions, write the job once and Claude repeats it every time it's invoked.
A seven-question interview (what you sell, who you sell to, your proof, your price, what you must never claim) seeds the voice and claims in every email the agent writes, and it pushes back on vague answers.
Apify's lead-finder scraper runs about $3 per 1,000 leads, framed as far cheaper than established tools like Apollo.
06Getting your first sales
Picking one narrow group of business owners to target first, rather than pitching everyone, is the recommended starting move, paired with a cold email and a Loom walkthrough.
A second AI tool, built on a brand 'brain' document of voice, audience, and beliefs, is used to post consistently on Threads instead of doing more cold outreach, since consistency is framed as the hard part of organic growth.
Studying outlier posts in your niche and adapting the angle, not copying it, is the suggested way to use social proof of what's already working.
An autonomous draft feature that writes a batch of ten posts at once is offered as a way to beat a blank page, not as finished, postable content.
07The honest part
This is explicitly not a build-it-tonight, make-money-tomorrow pitch, cold emails will get ignored and require follow-up.
The people who make money with a tool like this aren't necessarily the most skilled builders, they're the ones who keep reaching out after getting ignored.
Glossary
Terms worth knowing.
Claude Code skill
A folder of written instructions that Claude Code reads once and then repeats on command, used here to package the entire outreach agent as a single callable tool.
Apify
A platform that gives access to pre-built web scrapers, called 'Actors', used in this video to find business leads for roughly $3 per 1,000 leads.
Lead
A person or business that could potentially become a client, distinct from an actual paying customer, and typically what a business pays Google Ads to acquire.
Verified email filter
A setting in a lead-scraping tool that returns only contacts with a validated email address, trading list size for deliverability.

analogy
I built a cold outreach app, the kind of system agencies actually pay thousands of dollars for. It finds businesses and it actually reads their website and then it writes a personalized cold email for every single one of these leads. And then it actually also drops these emails straight into Gmail as drafts.
So when it's ready, you simply just press send. now let's think about who would actually pay for that because a marketing agency pitching 50 local businesses a month would need a tool like this.
Or an SEO guy who reaches out to multiple restaurants or a realtor who doesn't have the time to go through multiple developers' websites. Or a wedding photographer who knows exactly which venues it wants to pitch, but they need to automate the entire email process. Or finally, even a content creator who wants to do outreach to get brand deals.
So it's the same problem every time. They know they need to do outreach, but until now it's a very slow process, especially because they couldn't personalize their emails with such high volumes. So this is what this app that I built fixes.
And listen, the beauty of this is that you can even use it for your own outreach, or you can actually sell the entire system and let somebody else run it on their own laptop for their own business. So essentially you build it once, then use it forever or sell it forever. Now, listen, before we go any further, is it simple?
Yes, absolutely. It's simple. Is it easy?
No, because it does require you putting yourself out there and actually marketing your product. So if you came here for a quick hack on how to make easy money, this is not your video. It's really simple to set up, but you still have to go do the work and promote it.
So this is for people who actually want to build an evergreen online business and understand that it takes work. And listen, stick with me till the end because I'm going to show you an AI agent tool that I found that actually helps you pull in clients without doing any cold emailing or having to live inside Instagram all day.
All right, so let's get into it. part one why this is worth money all right so first and foremost i actually want to show you this really cool message that i got from suvia suvia actually made 680 dollars with one app client so she built a very simple glp1 wellness tracker app for a one of specific client And the only reason I want to show you this is simply I want to show you what's possible here.
Because I know a lot of you guys might feel completely discouraged and you're like, oh, I built this thing and it's not selling. But I want you to remember you're learning skill sets here that could be useful for other businesses. First, you're learning how to build and vibe code using AI.
And second, how to actually sell these mini apps or digital products you're putting in front of your customers. And a lot of that second part is actually product positioning. So who is your customer?
specific problem are you solving and the list goes on right so the biggest problem for a lot of small businesses is actually getting leads so let me show you exactly what it costs them And this is data that you can simply pull from Google. Like the source is actually Google ad cost per lead.
Roofing companies can spend anywhere between $100 to $800 for one single leads. And guys, a lead is not a client. That's a person who could potentially become a client.
Now, obviously, these numbers are going to vary depending on the country and the region and also depending on the industry. But finding a lead is not cheap. So when you go to a business owner, they don't care that you built the app because that's not going to fix their problem.
What they care about is, wow, you can actually get me leads for much cheaper through the scraping app because they already know they're paying way too much on Google ads. So this is why this agent that I created is so powerful. So essentially what I built, it's like a scraping tool slash personalized email generator.
and it runs inside cloud so here's what it does in order it actually finds business owners by job title location industry and whatnot it creates their actual website and then it writes a personalized email from the information it found on their website and then it puts that very email in your gmail draft and then you press send now you will need to upgrade to cloud code to run this skill just heads up but don't worry about that yet i'm going to show you exactly what it does first and then i'll show you how it's set up so you can build it on your own.
All right, so let's go. So this is the app. I've already set up mine and I'm going to show you how it works behind the scenes just in a bit.
So it runs on your own computer. So no one else is like holding your data. So up here, you're going to see that you have find leads.
So let's say I want to find real estate agents and I only want five leads in the United States and I only want verified emails. I'm going to do that and I'm going to do find leads. And then it's going to share and scrape with me like all these different leads.
And so there's about six out of 10 that come with an email. And listen, this is going to work best for business owners because it's business data. And you need to be able to scrape an actual website.
So influencers might not show up because you'd have to scrape social media. And this does not scrape social media or it doesn't scrape Instagram. And then you go through the list.
You simply tick the ones that you want and then they go straight into the queue. Or you simply know who you want to reach. You simply add them yourself directly into the app.
So you can put their name, their website and their email. And then you simply pick concise or thorough. So thorough reads the homepage.
plus up to four more pages like the about services, pricing team, et cetera. Then you set up the message and then you email them and then you generate. So here's the email.
And if you don't like it, you can simply hit regenerate and it's going to rewrite it for you. And it essentially has like different email templates inside and it simply is forced to pick a different template so you can get like a completely different angle. But the next part is actually what I'm most excited about.
Next, you simply click create draft an email and then you go back to Claude and you say, put my draft in my email. And so before it does anything, it's going to show you who each email is going to and the subject line. And then you simply confirm.
And there it is, like sitting right there in your Gmail draft with the right person, the right subject line and your email. And if you edit it after, it's going to update the draft. So it's not going to create a second copy.
Now, listen, it's important to note that it's not going to send the email for you. It's only going to draft it. You read it, you decide, and then you simply press send.
That is something you could also add as an extra feature. But for now, this is how the agent works. And you can actually make money from this.
So here are the three ways that you can do this. One, you can simply go to a business that's trying to get more leads and build a system for them, like personalize it for them. then you can also help them maintain it because this will need apis with ap5 so based on their niche you can like set this up for them two you can actually use this to generate leads for yourself or for your clients or three you can actually sell this skill itself as a digital product and if you do that you simply need to make sure that your customers know how to set this up so you will need a video tutorial so they know that they will need cloud code and their own ap5 account and also understanding how to connect with their gmail and make sure that when you set up their ap5 it's set up through their account because otherwise it's going to use your credits so you're only going to send them two files the instruction and the skill which is the app now before you actually reach out to anyone i want you to pick one specific group of business owners you want to go after and really stick to that group first
So if you're going, let's say after small business owners, I recommend that you cold email them and actually include a loom showing them as well how the product works. And the best part is you can actually use a tool that you actually created to reach and find these clients. So your product is literally your prospecting tool as well.
But again, This tool is not going to help you reach out to influencers because that's on social media and that specific AP5 scraper that we're using does not scrape social media. So let me know if this is something you'd like to see in the next video in the comments.
So now you've seen what it does, right? But let me show you how to actually set it up so you know exactly what it takes to build your own. So here's what this runs on.
First, you need to give a terminal access because Claude is going to run different commands on your computer and it's going to create a folder where the app is going to live and it's going to ask you permission and that's going to be completely normal. So you're going to need as well Claude code and a Claude subscription to have access to Claude code.
So it's not going to be Claude on your browser. It's going to be Claude on your desktop. So cloud code is what you're going to need to actually build this thing and run it on your computer.
We're also going to need Python, but don't panic because it's going to tell you exactly how to install it if it's missing. And then we're also going to need an API account because that's where the leads are going to be scraped. And then we're going to connect Gmail to cloud.
And don't worry, your app is never going to get your passwords. Only Cloud will through the connection, so you can switch it on and off anytime. So mine actually lives as a skill inside Cloud Code.
And what I do is that to start it, I simply type open the Pitch Drafter. So you're probably wondering, OK, what's a skill? Well, a skill is basically like a folder of instruction.
And you write down how you want to do the job once. And then Claude is going to repeat that job every single time that you call it. So this is literally two files, the instructions and the app.
And if it says not logged in, you simply have to run Claude's authorization login in your terminal once. And then you're good to go. And then what it's going to do is going to interview you.
It's going to give you seven questions, your name, what you sell, who you sell to, your proof, if you have any testimonials, what you want your potential customers to do, the price point, what you must never claim. So if you're going to be doing this for a client, you're simply going to put in their information. And for yourself, you're going to put in your own information.
And so that's the part I love. If you're too vague in how you describe your business, it's actually going to push back. So if you simply type, I do video editing, it will show you a better version.
So like I cut 20 short clips a month from coaches who have existing podcasts. So they post daily without filming anything more. And if you have no proof, you don't have to say it.
It's never going to ask you to make it up. So then it reads everything back to you. You confirm, it saves your profile, and then every email you send is going to get inspired from what you just gave it.
Now, last thing is Apify. So what is Apify? So API is a website that gives you access to a bunch of different scrapers.
And here we're using one called leads finder, and it's about $3 for a thousand leads, which is way cheaper than Apollo, which is something that a lot of businesses pay for. So you simply go to settings, then you get the API and integration, and then you simply copy your token. Then it goes into a settings file inside the actual skill.
And the beauty of this is that once it's running, you can change anything. because it's a skill with a simple instruction. So you can use Cloud Code to build your own version of what I just showed you today.
If you want the exact skill that I used, it's available inside my AI Profit Lab membership. The waitlist link is in the description if you're interested in joining. So now you're probably wondering, all right, well, this app seems pretty simple to do.
How do I actually get sales from this product? So I'm going to show you a method that's going to save you so much time and effort. But before that, simply drop a comment saying leads down below, because I want to see how many of you guys actually saw the video till this point.
Now, if any of you watch my previous videos, you know that I love threads. It's one of my favorite platforms when it comes to social media. it's text -based so you don't have to be on camera and it's way less competitive than instagram or tick tock especially as a beginner and yeah people are actively engaging on threads believe it or not But here's a problem.
To be successful on threads, you need to be consistent because posting simply for three weeks and then quitting, it's not going to help you. And consistency can actually be super hard when nobody's replying or you're getting like four likes on your post. So this is where this tool called Stanley comes to play.
So what is Stanley? So it's essentially kind of like an AI agent, like an AI head of social media content for threads, X and Instagram. so the first thing that it does it builds a second brain it takes all the data that you give it to understand who you are as a brand and it creates kind of like a really long document about who you are so your voice your audience your beliefs what you should say what you wouldn't say and so before it writes anything it's gonna go through all of that and using this brain, it's going to write posts without sending like AI.
And so the more data you give it and the better you describe yourself, the better content it's going to create for you. And so the second feature that I actually love about Stanley is the outliers. So outliers actually find posts in your niche doing way above average.
So you can see what's working and then you can adapt the angle. So not copy, but simply adapt. So what you do is you find or use the outliers to find viral.
threads, then you use your brain to create your own version of that post. So you're able to create something completely new and with half the effort. And lastly, you can use the autonomous feature, which is going to help you draft your next 10 posts or so in your voice.
Now, let me be honest, are all the posts that suddenly give you perfect? No, but it helps you. start without having a blank page in front of you so you have something and you simply tweak it so for the next 20 posts you just ask it to build you a library of posts and then you take it from there all right guys so let me be really honest with you here this is not a build it tonight and make five thousand dollars tomorrow you're going to have to learn how to use cloud code it's probably not going to come off right the first time you're going to send emails and they might get ignored you're gonna have to follow up with people who never write back to you and yes it only can scrape websites and not actual social media but remember you're learning to build different apps so that's a specific skill set that people would pay thousands of dollars for so build the app refine it you can also use other ap5 scrapers and then sell it to others because the people who are making money with this they're not necessarily the smartest one they're the ones who actually are taking action and continuing to reach out even if they got a hundred nodes so if you want the full method positioning and learning how to get that first client plus this exact skill ready to go make sure to join the waitlist for my membership link is in the description alright guys so i encourage you don't be shy
build something, get your hands dirty, and I'll talk to you in the next one. Bye guys.
