Big Idea
The argument in one line.
A pile of AI skills becomes a working business only when you group them into role-based job files with rules, routines and context, then load each file into an agent that runs on a schedule.
Who This Is For
Read if. Skip if.
READ IF YOU ARE…
You already have a folder of Claude skills or prompts and want them to run on a schedule instead of waiting for you to type each one.
You run a one-person agency, info business or SaaS and want a repeatable daily system for content, outreach, sales follow-up and offer building.
You are curious how a multi-step agent setup is structured (identity, apps, rules, routines, skills) before building your own.
SKIP IF…
You want a neutral comparison of Grok Bot against other agent platforms. This is a demo of one person's setup with a community pitch at the end.
You do not have any existing Claude skills yet. The extraction prompt only works on skills you have already built.
TL;DR
The full version, fast.
Jordan Rafealov took 63 Claude skills and used one long prompt to have Claude find, rank, group and rewrite them into five job files: a YouTube bot, content bot, lead bot, sales bot and offer bot. Each file holds an identity, app access, rules, routines and the skills themselves, roughly 74,000 words in total. He drops each file into Grok Bot, which builds the bot and its scheduled routines. The demo shows first-run reports from every bot, then the video closes with a pitch for his paid Skool community.

Atomic Insights
Lines worth screenshotting.
A single prompt is not enough to run a business autonomously. The five bots here were fed 74,466 words of rules, context and tasks, about a 300-page book.
Grouping skills by job role (YouTube, content, leads, sales, offers) gives each bot a clear daily responsibility instead of a grab bag of tools.
The extraction step has seven stages: find skills, pick the ones that matter, group into employees, write one job file each, make skills work on the new platform, strip anything private, hand over.
Each job file defines identity, settings, connected apps, rules and the embedded skills, so the agent knows who it is before it does any task.
Scheduled routines are what make the bots feel autonomous: a 7 AM YouTube scan, a nightly lead search, an hourly sales check.
One long video can feed the content bot to produce an email, a community post, a short, an X thread, a LinkedIn post and a carousel in one pass.
A lead bot that only surfaces prospects scoring 8 out of 10 or higher on fit keeps outreach narrow instead of noisy.
Replying to a lead within 60 seconds is cited as raising close odds by nearly 90 percent, which is why the sales bot is built to answer inbound immediately.
An offer bot built around an interview skill (27 questions) turns the owner's own experience into a grand slam offer, money model and landing page draft.
Grok Bot proposed its own 'Grok Bot updates' section inside a skill, suggesting fixes to make the skill less buggy.
A finished bot can be shared as a one-click template, so another person can add it to their own Grok Bot with every skill preloaded.
Output stays as drafts for approval. The offer bot's own description says it writes copy, scripts and pages 'as drafts for you to approve'.
Takeaway
Skills become employees when you give them roles
WHAT TO LEARN
Loose skills do little on their own; grouping them by job, with identity, rules and a schedule, is what turns them into an agent that works unattended.
Group skills by the job they serve (video, content, leads, sales, offers) so each agent has one clear daily responsibility.
Write the agent's identity, connected apps, rules and routines into one job file before loading skills, so it knows how to behave first.
Expect to supply a lot of context. Even this setup needed about 74,000 words across five bots, not a single clever prompt.
Let a larger content source fan out: one long video can produce an email, a community post, a short, a thread and a carousel.
Score leads on fit before reaching out, and surface only strong matches so the daily outreach list stays small and relevant.
Respond to inbound leads fast and keep drafts for human approval, so speed does not cost you control of what gets sent.
Use an interview-style skill to pull your own experience into an offer, then map the full money model before writing any copy.
Strip private data before moving skills to a new platform, and package a finished agent as a template so others can reuse it.

I turned all of my chord skills into five grok super bots that run my business while I sleep. So in this video, I'm going to show you the entire process start to finish and then just give you all the prompts so you can do it yourself. Let's dive in.
So you can see here, I have these five Grok super bots. I've got the YouTube bot, the content bot, the lead bot, the sales bot, and the offer bot. And they're all made up of 63 different skills that I have fed into these Grok super bots.
And all of these Claude skills are the same skills that helped me go from zero to $16 ,305 per month in 84 days with a cold email lead gen agency. They are the same skills that helped me collect $70 ,000 in cash from YouTube content. And they are the same systems that helped me generate more than $7 .4 million in sales.
And here are all of the receipts. And here is how it breaks down. We have the YouTube bot that brings me ideas every morning, writes all of the scripts, creates the slide decks, creates the thumbnails.
then we have the content bot that turns every video into an email a school post youtube shorts x posts and more then we have the lead bot that finds me five software companies every day and helps me draft the outreach to try and get them as a client Then we have the sales bot that reads all of my emails and all of my requests, negotiates the best deal for me, and then preps for calls, and then even drafts invoices and chases them down and sends them Stripe links.
Then we have the offer bot, which builds my offer, all of my money models, make sure my numbers are correct, plans everything for me, and even will build the sales pages for me. Now, if you think you just need to feed your bot a prompt and it'll be able to do all of this autonomously, you would be wrong because I have fed my Grok super bots 74 ,466 words across these five different super bots, which is a 300 page book with all the rules, all the context and all of the tasks that they need to carry out every single day.
So if you want to do the same, then this is the prompt that you paste into Claude to suck out the skills so that we can feed it into Grokbot. And real quick, if you want all of the prompts that I use for this video, I'm going to leave them for free inside my Dopamine Digital School Group, where every single day I drop different prompts, I drop different templates, I even give away bots sometimes.
You can join 9 ,500 other people just like you who are learning how to make money online with AI and marketing. I'll leave that linked down below. So we're going to come here, copy this prompt over and open up Claude so that we can suck out all of the skills.
So here we go. We just need to paste in this prompt and you can see it is very, very comprehensive. You're going to turn my Claude skills into five Grok super bots, AI employees that run on their own inside of Grok bot.
Step one. Find my skills. Step two, pick the ones that matter.
Step three, group them into five different employees. Step four, write one job file per employee. This is going to be really important because this is what we're going to paste into Grokbot.
And then step five, make every skill work in Grokbot. Step six, take out anything private. And step seven, hand it over to me.
So now Claude will do its magic. Now, this is what Claude spat out. This is the YouTube bot .md file.
And there are 1000 lines of code here. And it gives you an identity for the bot. It gives you all the settings and what you have access to, how you set all of this up, all the apps that you have, all the rules that this needs to follow, and then all of the skills built into this bot you can see here.
So this is unbelievably comprehensive. So that's just one example. That's the YouTube bot here.
We also have the content bot, the lead bot, the sales bot, the offer bot. Now, these are all going to be completely different for you based on how you use Claude. But Claude is going to give you an MD file that you want to download and then feed to Grokbot with this specific prompt.
So hopping over to Grokbot now, we will come up the top here and create a new bot. We will call this the YouTube Grok Superbot. And we'll make him red.
Then all we have to do is paste in this prompt and drag in the MD file that Claude gave us. So we just drag in the YouTubeBot .md file here and we hit enter. And now this will create our YouTubeGrok super bot for us based on everything that's inside this .md file.
So this is the YouTube bot that I have built personally based on all of my skills down here. I want it to bring me five fresh ideas from outliers or any news that's just broken. I want it to look what my rivals posted this week and see if I'm missing anything and then I want it to review my channel and plan next week for me.
So it's going to pull in video ideas for me here. It's going to create a video brief for me. It's going to help me with the YouTube packaging, the titles and the thumbnails, which are super important.
It's going to help me upload to YouTube. And so if I connect Zernio, it's even going to upload it for me. It's also going to give me the description with all the timestamps and all my affiliate links.
It will even output the same. style of slide deck that you are viewing right now i call it the cyberpunk deck and you can see you can use all of these skills to create whatever you want on the slide deck and you can do it for any content or any topic so here is a quick report that the youtube bot has put together it's scanned through 20 different channels it's found me five different ideas And then all the beats throughout the entire video are listed here, as well as all the titles that are scored against vidIQ's research.
So super bot number two is the content bot. And this is going to turn every video into an email, a school post, YouTube shorts, posts for X, and a whole bunch more like LinkedIn or anything like that. and so built into this super bot are some of these skills right and one of them is the ideas to content bot so this one actually turns one idea into an email and a post then we have the short form script skill loaded into the super bot which will take the long form and then cut it into small shorts and it'll even render and edit the video for you Then we have the carousel maker.
So you just feed it the content and it creates a whole bunch of different image carousels that you can post on LinkedIn as well as the newsletter writer. So you feed it the long form. It'll take the transcript, turn it into an email that you can send to your list.
So this is what the content bot has produced. You can see that it's created a report with everything in one place. So it took the five lazy ways to make money with Grokbot video I made yesterday, and it's turned it into multiple pieces of content.
So we can come across here. I can see this is the email that I can send to the list, basically breaking down the principles and pushing people to the video. Here is the school post, which I can copy paste.
It's even created a YouTube short for me that I can have a look at here. This is the thing that generated me my first $9 .60 something cents, all built by Grokbot, all of the traffic driven by Grokbot, all of the checkout handled by Grokbot, all while I was sleeping. Many of you might be wondering, Jordan, is this even real?
So I think that's pretty good. It might even be better than Opus 5 .5, if I'm honest. And if I want to post on X, here is the entire thread that I can just come in here and copy and paste as well as here.
And then LinkedIn also has a section here where I can just come here and copy paste this onto LinkedIn. Again, if you've connected this up to Zernio, then you can just click one button and it'll just post all of this for you. Here is even a LinkedIn carousel that I can post.
So you can see just like. What used to take a team of people now basically can be done by your super bot. Then the third super bot in my fleet is the lead bot.
If you run any sort of B2B marketing, then this is the bot for you because it's going to find you prospects for your business every single day and reach out to them on your behalf. In my particular case, it's going to find five software companies every night and write to the founder every day. And it's got my winning cold email skills loaded into it, as well as understanding how it can reach out to these founders on LinkedIn.
So this is the report the lead bot has put together. You can see it's only found people who are an 8 out of 10 fit. So it's suggesting for me in particular to reach out to this company here called Aptly Post.
If you happen to be watching this, slide into my DMs. And it's telling me that I should be able to take my offer and I should be able to help them make a lot of money. Then it's even found the decision maker here with his LinkedIn, his Twitter, his email address.
And here is the outreach script that my Grok super bot will use to autonomously reach out for me. The fourth Grok super bot is the sales bot. And this is a really important one because it's going to read through all of the proposals.
It's going to chase down your leads. It's going to send invoices. It's going to create Stripe links and it's going to get you paid.
So an important part of one of these skills is that it's going to reply to leads as they come in because everybody knows if you reply within 60 seconds to a lead, the chances of you closing that lead go up almost 90%. It's even going to handle objections for you. So on a live call, your grok super bot is going to be over your shoulder, feeding you the things to say based on what the prospect is saying in the call.
And then it will give you a rating for your sales call, telling you how you can improve what you should say next time and how you can follow up to close this deal. And finally, the most important Grok super bot is the offer bot. It's going to build the offer, create the money model to make sure that you get paid.
It's going to make sure all of your numbers add up. It's going to create a growth plan for you. And then it's even going to build landing pages completely autonomously for you.
Now, one of the most powerful things that I think I offer inside of my private school group is a skill that interviews you, asks you 27 different questions as if it was Alex Hormozy. And now all of that is built into this Grok Superbot. It will interview you and ask you about your talents, ask you about your experience, and then it will build an offer for you that is catered specifically to you and your experience.
Then it will help you structure it out with bonuses, with guarantees and create a grand slam offer as Alex Hormozy calls it. On top of that, it'll even create the money model for you. So the attraction offer, the upsell offer, the downsell, the continuity.
These are the types of things that helped me generate more than $7 million in revenue for clients like I showed you before. It was because we had funnels that were built using these principles. It'll even write you the sales copy so you can switch your brain off and it can act as your world -class sales copywriter like a Dan Kennedy, a Russell Brunson, or a Stefan Georgi.
And then build you the landing page. So this is crazy. If you are brand new, this is maybe the most powerful super bot that you can plug in.
And so this is what the offer bot has output, right? So it's gone through the entire total addressable market. It has mapped everything top to bottom.
It's telling us the size of the TAM and how many companies we could potentially reach out to here. It's done deep research on this particular ICP and just like, look how comprehensive this is. And then it has even built me a landing page to sell my launch offer.
so you can see that this is just a draft page but if i drop in some of my own images and some more context it's going to build it out beautifully and just like that i have a complete business ready to go And coming back here, you can see it's even given me different ads at different awareness levels. So people who are problem aware should get this ad.
People who are solution aware should get this. And people who are unaware should get this. This is like really deep marketing knowledge that's built into the Superbot, you can see.
And then finally, it's giving me a list of deliverables before anything can go live. So I can literally just work down this list. feed it all these things and now i have a fully fledged offer i have all the copy that i need i have all the landing pages that i need and i have all the ads to go to market so i just wanted to hop over to grokbot real quick to show you what's like inside these super bots So this is the offer super bot here, and you can see all of these green items are different skills loaded into the super bot.
For example, the grand slam offer skill, you can see these are all of the instructions loaded into it. And so this is just one of the many items loaded into the super bot. And then this is something that I have never seen before.
So Grokbot autonomously did this. If we open up the find your offer skill, you can see that it's added an extra section here called Grokbot updates in which it is come up with a bunch of different ideas to make this skill better and to make it less buggy and to help you achieve the dream outcome quicker and easier. So it's pretty spectacular what Grokbot actually allows you to do.
So instead of having a handful of skills, now you have a complete AI Superbot employee. And the best part about this whole thing is that you can turn this into a plug and play bot that you can share with other people. So for example, if we come into the offer Superbot, we can see that its job is to build an offer that sells using Alex Hormozy's methods.
It finds what to sell, works out the money maths and a 90 -day plan, then writes the sales copy, a video script, and the pages that sell it, all as drafts for you to approve. And here are all of the memories and all of the routines that are programmed into it and all the skills that Claude has given me to build out this Grok super bot.
So that you can literally just click this one button and add this bot to your own Grok bot. all preloaded in with all of those skills I just showed you. And so just like this, now all of a sudden you have the offer super bot loaded into your own grok bot that you can use to grow your business.
so if you want all of these super bots that i've just shown you it's inside my private ai system society school group and you can go and you can get them from the grok bot templates section as well as all of the systems that i have used to generate that sixteen thousand dollars in 84 days ready for you to plug and play here Plus 100 days of content telling you exactly what to do day one, day two, day three, all the way up to 100 days so that you can acquire your first client and scale your business to $10 ,000 per month.
And then the content systems, launch systems, and paid ad systems that I have used to generate more than $7 million in revenue are also in here for you. Plus, you get a weekly call with me. You can see here we spent an hour and a half going through every single person's business and deconstraining everything that's stopping them from moving forwards.
so if that sounds interesting i'll leave a link to that down below there is a 30 off discount that's running for the next couple of days so i suggest you pick that up and come to the page and actually like listen to some of these case studies of people who are making seven thousand dollars in their first week signing their first client at 19 when they don't speak english and taking sales calls from their car on their lunch break to close their first deal And make sure you subscribe, guys, because I make one of these videos every single day talking about how to take AI and marketing principles and use them to make more money online in your business.
So thank you for watching, guys. See you in the next one. Peace.
