Big Idea

The argument in one line.

A funnel converts on three pages, not more: an opt-in built from audience, currency, and problem; an offer page that repeats the same result faster and easier; and a one-click upsell, held together by consistent language and repeated exposure, not added complexity.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • An agency owner or productized-service seller who wants a lead-to-sale funnel that doesn't rely on adding more pages.
  • A coach or consultant whose opt-in page gets signups but stalls before turning into paying customers.
  • Anyone running paid or organic traffic to a funnel who suspects the fix is in the pages, not the traffic source.
  • Someone stuck competing on price who hasn't identified the specific metric their customers actually brag about.
SKIP IF…
  • You already have a documented, converting 3-page funnel and are optimizing ad creative rather than funnel structure.
  • You're looking for step-by-step software setup instructions rather than the underlying page and copy logic.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

A three-page funnel, opt-in, offer page, one-click upsell, is presented as everything a business needs to convert cold traffic. The opt-in page converts around 70% by leading with audience, currency, and problem in the headline and removing friction in the sub-headline. The offer page repeats the identical promise faster and easier, priced $10-$90 or as a 15-minute call, never introducing a new pitch. A one-click upsell reuses stored payment details at roughly 10x the first price. Underneath all three pages sits one concept, currency, the specific number a customer's industry brags about, and one fix for a funnel that stops selling: increase how often the offer gets made, don't rewrite it.

Where the time goes.

00:0000:31

01 · Cold open: just 3 pages

States the thesis that a simpler funnel outperforms a complex one and teases the page that was deleted to double revenue.

00:3102:34

02 · The opt-in page and its 70% stat

Introduces the opt-in page, claims roughly 70% of visitors convert to leads who buy faster than leads from other page types, then lists its five parts: headline, sub-headline, bullet points, image, button and form.

02:3404:17

03 · The headline formula

Breaks the headline into audience, currency, and problem, shows two live examples, then explains the sub-headline's job of removing friction with phrases like "even if" and "without."

04:1707:38

04 · Bullet points, lead magnets, and the button-first form

Argues bullet points should read like YouTube titles, cites Blair Warren's One Sentence Persuasion Course, gives lead-magnet advice (keep it consumable in 30 seconds), and covers hiding the form behind a button plus asking for a phone number.

07:3809:00

05 · The qualifying question

Adds a multiple-choice question about where the lead is in their journey to identify who is most likely to buy, and frames skipping this step as money left on the table.

09:0011:40

06 · The offer page's job

Introduces the offer/confirmation page as having one job, making a sale, lists its six parts, and frames the video on it as training toward the same result faster and easier.

11:4014:26

07 · What a lead is, and matching the pitch

Defines a lead as identity, contact info, and intent, calls out the mistake of the opt-in being about the customer while the sale is about the business, and shows the offer headline reusing the opt-in's audience/currency/problem language.

14:2618:00

08 · Congruency, pricing, and reframing the call

Explains offer theming (same result, faster and easier), sets a $10-$90 price band for self-liquidating offers, and reframes a "free consultation call" pitch as solving the exact stated problem live.

18:0020:42

09 · One offer, two outcomes

States that the best funnels have one offer repeated at increasing speed, then compares two funnels with identical traffic and an identical $6,000 product, one producing zero sales and the other roughly $60,000 in 75 days.

20:4223:32

10 · Currency and the point to problem

Defines currency with the gym-PB and dentist-implant examples, argues writing offers in internal jargon caps pricing power, and introduces "point to problem," asking what number a customer checks first on their dashboard.

23:3227:29

11 · The HighLevel plug and the deleted page revealed

Discloses the HighLevel affiliate offer, then reveals the earlier "deleted page" was the checkout or call-booking step folded into a pop-up inside the offer page instead of its own page, which is credited with doubling sales.

27:2931:39

12 · Frequency, and the one-click upsell math

Argues a stalled funnel needs more frequency, not more traffic or a rewrite, walks through gain-logic-fear and nail-biter email sequences, then closes on the one-click upsell page priced near 10x the first offer with rough conversion math across the funnel.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • A three-page funnel, opt-in, offer page, one-click upsell, converts better than a longer funnel with more steps.
  • An opt-in headline needs three things in order: who the audience is, the currency they want, and the problem stopping them.
  • Currency isn't just dollars, it's the specific number a customer's industry brags about, a lifter's bench PB or a dentist's booked implant patients.
  • Landing-page bullet points should read like YouTube video titles promising a benefit, not feature descriptions.
  • Hiding the form behind a button instead of showing it up front raised opt-in conversion by roughly 20% in testing.
  • Asking for a phone number on an opt-in form filters for buyers: qualified leads reportedly convert at roughly 1,000 times the rate of unqualified ones.
  • An offer page and the opt-in page that fed it must sell the exact same result, faster and easier, or the customer feels a disconnect.
  • Self-liquidating front-end offers should sit between $10 and $90, cheap enough a buyer doesn't need to check their bank account.
  • A one-click upsell reuses stored payment details for a second purchase with no new checkout, typically priced near 10x the first offer.
  • Two funnels with identical traffic and the identical $6,000 product produced zero sales versus roughly $60,000 in 75 days, the only difference was execution.
  • Writing offers in internal jargon instead of the customer's currency is a leading reason agencies get stuck competing on price.
  • When a funnel stops converting, the fix is usually frequency, making the same offer more often, not more traffic or a rewritten pitch.
Takeaway

Three pages, one repeated offer

FUNNEL STRUCTURE

A funnel converts on page structure and repetition, not complexity: one opt-in built on audience and currency, one offer page repeating the same promise faster and easier, and consistent frequency once it's live.

02The opt-in page and its 70% stat
  • A well-built opt-in page can convert around 70% of visitors into leads, and those leads buy faster and more often than leads from other page types.
  • Every converting opt-in breaks into five parts: headline, sub-headline, bullet points, an image, and a button-triggered form, in that order.
03The headline formula
  • An opt-in headline should name the audience first, then the currency they want, then the problem stopping them from getting it.
  • A sub-headline's only job is removing friction: phrases like "even if," "without," and "just like" pre-empt the reader's "this won't work for me."
04Bullet points, lead magnets, and the button-first form
  • Bullet points should read like YouTube video titles that promise a benefit, not like feature descriptions or extra explanation.
  • The One Sentence Persuasion Course's checklist, encourage dreams, justify failures, confirm suspicions, is a usable bullet-writing filter.
  • Putting the form behind a button instead of showing it up front raised opt-in conversion by roughly 20% in testing.
  • Asking for a phone number on the opt-in form filters for buyers: qualified leads reportedly convert at roughly 1,000 times the rate of unqualified ones.
05The qualifying question
  • A multiple-choice question about where the lead is in their journey identifies who is most likely to buy, someone making money but stuck scaling, not someone just starting out.
  • Skipping the qualifying question leaves money on the table because every lead gets treated the same regardless of how ready they are to buy.
06The offer page's job
  • An offer or confirmation page has one job: make a sale, not thank the lead and send them off with no next step.
  • The offer page breaks into six parts: acknowledgment, headline, sub-headline, video, supporting copy, and a single call to action.
  • The video on the offer page should frame itself as training toward the same result faster and easier than the lead magnet alone.
07What a lead is, and matching the pitch
  • A lead is three things, an identity, a way to contact them, and proof of intent, so follow-up should speak to the exact problem they raised.
  • The most common funnel mistake: the opt-in page is about the customer, then the offer page suddenly becomes about the business, breaking the connection.
  • An offer page headline should repeat the same audience, currency, and problem language as the opt-in that brought the lead there.
08Congruency, pricing, and reframing the call
  • Every step of a funnel should sell the same result faster and easier, never a different offer, or the customer feels a disconnect.
  • Self-liquidating front-end offers should sit between $10 and $90, cheap enough that a buyer doesn't need to check their bank account first.
  • Reframe a "free 15-minute consultation call" as a chance to solve the exact stated problem live, not a disguised sales pitch, to make the ask feel logical.
09One offer, two outcomes
  • A funnel isn't one offer per page, it's one offer repeated at increasing speed and ease across every page.
  • Two funnels with identical traffic and an identical $6,000 product produced zero sales and roughly $60,000 in 75 days, the only difference was execution, not the offer.
10Currency and the point to problem
  • Currency is the specific number a customer's industry brags about, a lifter's bench PB or a dentist's booked implants, not a generic dollar figure.
  • Writing offers in internal jargon instead of the customer's currency is a leading reason agencies get stuck competing on price.
  • Find a customer's currency by asking what number they check first on their dashboard every Monday morning, the "point to problem."
11The HighLevel plug and the deleted page revealed
  • Folding the checkout or call-booking step into a pop-up inside the offer page, instead of a separate page, is credited with doubling sales by removing one page-load hesitation.
  • The core software recommendation is disclosed as an affiliate relationship, worth weighing when following the advice.
12Frequency, and the one-click upsell math
  • When a funnel stops converting, the instinct to add more traffic or rewrite the offer is usually wrong, the real lever is frequency.
  • The golden rule: don't change the offer, change how often you make it, since an unanswered offer usually just means the lead hasn't seen it enough times yet.
  • A one-click upsell reuses stored payment details so a second purchase needs no new checkout, and should price near 10x the first product.
  • Rough funnel math shared: of 1,000 opt-ins, about 700 become leads, 1-2% buy the front offer, 5-10% book a call, and 10-20% of buyers take the upsell.
Glossary

Terms worth knowing.

Currency
The specific number or unit a customer's industry uses to measure success and status, like a lifter's bench PB or a dentist's booked implant patients, instead of a generic dollar figure.
Point to problem
An exercise for finding a customer's currency by asking what number they check first on their dashboard every Monday morning.
Micro commitment
A small first action, like clicking a button before a form appears, that lowers the psychological barrier to opting in.
One-click offer
An upsell page that charges an already-stored card again with no new checkout step, usually priced around 10x the original purchase.
Offer theming / congruency
Keeping the same audience, currency, and problem language across every page of a funnel so each step reads as a continuation of the last, not a new pitch.
Frequency
How often an existing offer is repeated to the same list or traffic, as distinct from changing what the offer is.
Gain-logic-fear sequence
A short automated email sequence sent to new leads that stacks a benefit, a reasoning argument, and a consequence-of-inaction message.
Nail-biter campaign
A recurring email sequence that repeatedly asks whether the reader has solved their stated problem yet, used to raise offer frequency after opt-in.

metaphoranalogystory
This three page funnel is literally everything you need to scale your business to six or even seven figures. Now me and my team have built and tested over 10 ,000 funnels and I can tell you what's holding you back is not a more complex funnel. It's actually a simpler one.
In fact, I'm going to show you the one page we even deleted that doubled our revenue, even though every marketing guru at the time was out there telling people to use it. So we're going to start with the page. that gives you a 70 % opt -in right.
And yes, you heard that right. Seven out of 10 people who see this page convert into a lead. Now the data shows that they're also 10 times more likely.
to convert into a customer through this page and they convert into sales five times faster than with other pages so this here is called an opt -in page and while it looks extremely simple and bare bones i can promise you that its simplicity and its minimalism are what makes it so devastatingly powerful here i'll bring a real one up on screen viewers audience eyeballs they all turn into leads that we can contact market to and more importantly we know what their intent is now installed this exact page on every type of business on the planet from sports therapy businesses to gym memberships high ticket consulting holidays real estate insurance every single time it has dramatically increased the number of leads they get now like let me break it down into its uh five sort of core component parts so number one we have the headline up here number two usually some kind of sub headline number three we have our bullet points Number four, typically some kind of image.
And number five is what we call the button and form, which I'll talk about in a bit. So the headline needs to address three kind of core points. The first one is who are we talking to?
Essentially, the audience. Now, if you look at this, I clearly highlight it by actually the first two words to say. funnel builders and then the second point is the core killer thing that their business wants now this is called a currency and we'll talk a bit about that later in this particular example you can see that the currency is essentially one million dollars right it's money i'll show you another example this is another page again it does about 70 marketers that is the audience and then download the free six -figure sale sequence that generates me a hundred thousand dollars month in month out that is the currency that is the thing that they want And then we have a problem, which is basically what is preventing them from getting what they want or what is something that's causing them a hassle.
Now, in this example, it's month in, month out. It's the ability to generate income repeatedly. On this one, it's what I use on my YouTube videos.
So it might be about like social media content. Basically, if you can figure out. who you're talking to, the audience, what they want, and the problem that you're helping them overcome.
If you can bring those three pieces together, you will scale a business faster than you've ever realized. And like I said, I am actually gonna show you how to figure that out a little bit later in the video. If we go back to this example and look at the sub headline, the sub headline needs to do something.
called removing friction. At some point, everybody's bullshit alarm goes off and they say, well, this is too good to be true, which is why you introduce things like even if or without or just like. For example, even if you've tried dieting before.
In this one, we've got without having to build a single funnel. Its essential job is to remove friction. For example, even if you've tried dieting before or without.
you know having to spend thousands on home renovation another good one is just like we did with tom and his gym business what you're trying to do is remove the excuse for people to say well this won't work for me now the bullet points are actually just headlines again if you have ever seen or heard a copywriter say, just write great benefits.
What they really mean is write headlines. In fact, better than that, if anything, write YouTube titles. The bullet points are not the place to actually start giving away information.
There's a sentence from Blair Warren in his phenomenal marketing guide, The One Sentence Persuasion Course, which is people will do anything for those who encourage their dreams, justify their failures, allay their fear. confirm their suspicions and help them throw rocks at their enemies. Cover off just three of those in bullet point form.
with YouTube style titles such as the hidden insurance secret car dealerships don't want you to know or why single moms make the world's best salespeople or why your website is failing you. It's not your fault. I literally cannot believe that I am teaching you guys this because people are going to see that all of my content is essentially a ripoff of Blair Warren and Brian Dice.
I like to include an image. of the whatever document the thing is like the pdf or the document pro tip blur it a little.
Now I'm not going to go into what the actual lead magnets are. They actually kind of don't matter. I actually talk about that in another video but the one sentence I will give is don't create an entire course.
Create something that can be consumed within 30 seconds. I think the most valuable lead magnet I've ever seen is recently from April in Alter on YouTube. In fact it was so valuable I actually tipped her a few dollars.
It's basically a one -page YouTube thumbnail cheat. sheet. It took me 15 seconds to get a benefit from it and it is responsible for you watching this video.
Finally, we're going to get something from them called a micro commitment. from your lead we haven't asked for anything yet and you'll notice that i don't put the forms on this page because it immediately puts people's guard up now we've tested this and we found a 20 increase in conversion rates if we ask people to click a button first and then they see a form in their minds it's just a tiny bit of motion that tiny little micro commitment is enough for people to think okay i will actually put my information in here pro tip always always always ask for people's phone number qualified leads beat unqualified leads a thousand to one pro tip to ask them where they are in their journey right now try to give a multiple choice answer that tells you how good of a customer they are basically if we looked at like the likelihood of them buying we want to target people kind of up in this quadrant up here so you might say that someone who says like where are you in your journey i'm just starting out they're unlikely to want to buy from you maybe if they're here they've got a steady flow of leads and they're looking to take it to the next level but this one up here is i'm making good money but i'm basically struggling to scale if someone told you that they'd be more likely to buy and they're more likely to be someone that you can help so this next part basically determines how successful your funnel is and it's a mistake i see
over and over and over again forgetting to do this literally leaves money on the table after the lead signs up we need to take them somewhere now they have told you that they are a they have a problem they've kind of already so indicated like who they are by definition of like the copy they are actually willing to solve it so they're motivated and they trust you enough for you to help them now most people at this point if we look at the form they will leave the sort of generic blank thank you message you know that the the software uses that comes with the form and it will say something like thanks very much for contacting us someone will be in touch with you shortly Or they might redirect the person to the actual lead magnet, like the sheet or the cheat sheet or the swipe file of the template.
That's a bit like bringing your shopping to the checkout and the clerk thanking you and then walking away without letting you buy. Instead, we're going to do something completely different. We're going to do something that converts.
We've got traffic. Maybe you're doing YouTube content. Maybe you're doing social content and you're driving that traffic to the opt -in form.
And now we're going to convert opt -ins or leads into sales. Plus, the best part of this is that this works for any kind of sale, product, service, or business. And it makes money on automation.
After someone converts, we're going to redirect them to what I call a confirmation page. Some people call it an offer page. This is where you can start to generate an immediate return on your social media time, your ad spend, and any other traffic costs that you've incurred to get these leads in the first place.
Now, this page has one job and one job only. It is to make you a sale. And we have tested a lot of different designs, and this one has the highest conversion rate.
For calls, it can book anywhere between 5 % and 10%. Sometimes high if the the offer is really good and for sales that can do anywhere between one and two percent Which might not sound like a lot But what you have to remember is that this is just the first opportunity we have to make a sale to any new lead that we've had previously businesses would generate opt -ins they build a newsletter and then they feel they have to wait till they've reached a certain number or they put them into some long like automation sequence i prefer to do it straight away we're going to increase this conversion rate a little bit later in the video so make sure to stick around for that but let's break down the core aspects of this page so number one we have something called confirmation and acknowledgement Number two, we have our headline.
Number three, we have a sub headline just as before. Number four, you can see we've got a video in the center. Number five is a little bit of copy.
And then number six is our call to action. The first thing that we need to do right at the top here is confirm and acknowledge the action they've already taken. We basically want to reassure them about what's going to happen next.
There's nothing worse to your customer or your lead as them doing something and unexpectedly now being kind of taken to a second page and they don't really know what's going on you might think it's obvious but it's still quite jarring this can be as simple as you know thank you so much for signing up for our free guide we'll be sending it to your email address that you gave us make sure to check your spam box this assures them that while they have been redirected there is a reason for it we know the action they've taken and we also have something else to offer them all this is designed to do what we're basically trying to get them to do is to watch a video now the philosophy which i know sounds like a very uh grandiose word for a marketing funnel but the philosophy i want you to think about with this page is if someone was serious about getting results what would the next logical step be for them to take for some of you it might be like buying implementation maybe you
The lead magnet is a list of all the software that you use. And for a one -time fee, you will install that software for them and get it set up. For some of you, it might be a cheat sheet on how to craft an incredible email sequence.
And the next logical step would be to join a membership where you will take them through it. It might be buying an ebook. It doesn't really matter what it is.
All I want you to think about is if they are serious. What is the next logical step? Now for larger ticket items like consultants and agencies, you might want them to actually book a call instead.
It might not make sense for them to make like a low ticket purchase. Instead, you want to have like a 15 minute conversation with them. And this is where most businesses fall down and they waste a potential sale.
If we've talked earlier about what a lead is, a lead is three very specific things. We know who they are. we have contact information for them so we can reach out to them and we have intent now i don't know about you but i will only download a lead magnet about thumbnails when i'm struggling with thumbnails and i want to work on my thumbnails it's not like i'm just going out there doing it for the sake of it this is really important people miss this all the time what a lot of businesses do is with the opt -in they do quite a good job about making it about the customer so they'll talk about who the customer is like with the audience they'll talk about the problem they'll talk about the currency which i will talk about in a bit but with the sale they then drop the ball and they make the sale about themselves this is when they start talking about themselves basically and that's not what you want to do it's a bit like going on a date and spending the entire date talking about yourself what i want you to think about is
if you liked the opt -in as in if the customer likes the opt -in if you like the opt -in You're going to love this. In the headline, can you see again that I call out the audience again?
This confirms that they're in the right place and that we're speaking to the same people, the right people. And I also position the video as training. I basically say, I'm going to take you through how you can get the same results again, faster and easier than you would have from just using the lead magnet.
This type of video, by the way, is called a VSL or a video sales letter. I'll link. that below.
You can see the headline. I use the same kind of like the currency, how much money, even if I use that, even if you've never sold a recurring revenue product before, how to land five clients that's getting over a problem. What's important is I use the same language over and over and over again.
A mistake that I see a lot of agencies and businesses make is when they change what the offer is. Imagine having a lead magnet signing up for like for an opt -in on how to get the cheapest holiday.
And then when they convert, they're shown on like how to reduce their car insurance costs. Now, to you as the business owner, you might say, well, yeah, there's a link between the two. That might be really obvious.
But to the customer, there is a massive disconnect between these two things. Instead, what you actually want to do, this is like the key to all of this coming together, is if you can help them get a cheaper holiday.
The next offer you show them is you want to show them how to get a cheaperer holiday, right? Show them how to save even more money or how to do it twice or how to do it 10 times a year or how to do it last minute. What you are showing them is this.
Same result, faster and easier.
Usually, if someone gets a lead magnet, it's unlikely that they're going to be able to solve all of their problems with just that lead magnet. They're probably going to need to work with you or buy another product. This is kind of like selling them a first class ticket compared to coach or like a guided walking tour as opposed to a guidebook.
Now, in terms of the price, I will talk about how to book calls in a second. In terms of price, you want to aim for somewhere between $10 and $90. Something where the lead doesn't need to check their bank.
account we're basically just trying to cover the cost of traffic but i want you to think how can i help them get the same result from the lead magnet faster and easier because this can also be used to offer a call a lot of Call -based VSLs have this thing where they're like, hey, why not jump on a free 15 -minute consultation call and let's talk about what your business needs?
Because it smells like a sales call. I also love that someone would pitch a 15 -minute consultation call as free, as if I'm going to want to pay for you to pitch me. Instead, what I want you to think about, remember, that's coming from the angle of the opt -in being about the customer and the sale being about themselves.
we want to have both the opt -in and the sale be about the customer so the way i tend to pitch it is hey why don't we see if we can find you five clients in 15 minutes if the opt -in is about here's how to find your next five clients why don't we see if we can actually just do it you and me on a call in 15 minutes that is a sensible logical offer to the customer it's low risk and it's still focused around them that's why this page is so important because it says to people you're clearly interested in landing more dentist implant patients, booking more speaking gigs, or finding more sponsors for your podcast, why don't we see if we can do that in a 15 -minute call?
Now, if someone does... buy or books a call we're going to take them to a third page where we can basically 10x their checkout value now i'll talk about that in a second because i want to talk about the absolute core principle behind skyrocketing your conversion rates once you understand this you will literally never need another marketing course ever again so we have talked an awful lot today about the offer i use that word a lot but what we mean by the word offer can be so confusing because there's so many different definitions.
So the way that I like to think about it is that I have only one offer. I just change how quickly my customers can get that result the world's best marketing funnels no matter how many pages they've got no matter how complex they are no matter how much time and money they have across them they have essentially one offer across the entire marketing funnel they don't change the offer because each stage just helps people get that result faster and easier.
So how do you actually build that faster and easier methodology into a funnel? So one of these funnels was built by my team and one was built by my client. And at the end of the funnel.
The leads, the traffic are pitched the exact same product, but mine generated 30 ,000 in the first 30 days and another $30 ,000 in the next 45 days. Their marketing funnel didn't make a single sale and yet both funnels have the exact same amount of traffic and it was the same product on sale. So what was different between the two funnels?
I want you to imagine going into a gym. When you first start talking to other gym members, you don't talk about hypertrophic muscle stimulus. What they talk about is their PB.
We say, what's your bench? And they can literally point to the number of plates they have on a bar. This is what we call currency.
it's how we trade in status and in many cases financial status now you might think the obvious currency for a business is pounds or dollars but in truth currency is more something more specific to their industry what makes the dollars or pound if you went to your local gym and said i can help improve your triphosphate energy pathway in order to reduce the capillary work requirement deficit and improve your power duration work capacity they would look at you like what the hell are you talking about whereas if you said to them I can help you put another 20 kilo plate on top of that bar.
All of a sudden, they absolutely understand what it is you do because you are trading in the currency that they use. What most businesses do with their offer is they write it using words that they use internally. And instead, you need to talk about it using your customer's words.
Now, what I'm about to tell you will completely change how you write offers and will basically turbocharge any funnel that you create. If you don't do this, by the way, you'll be forced to compete on price.
If you have struggled to increase your price as a marketing agency, without question, the number one reason that that is so is because you're ignoring this point. Dentists want implant patients.
If they went to a dentist convention and they were bragging to their friends, they would say, hey, we booked 30 implant patients last week. And their little dentist friends would say, shit, this guy is absolutely crushing it. You need to think about what your audience talk about to their friends to show that they are successful.
What is the unit that they use to measure? bragging rights now if you have no idea what this is you will struggle to raise your prices and any marketing funnel you create will always convert at a mediocre level if at all if you have no idea what your client's currency is you need to understand something called the point to problem here's what that means whenever i have a conversation with my clients the first thing we ask is open up the dashboard that you check first thing on a monday now they usually go into some kind of like internal crm or some booking software and i say okay what is the first number that you're looking for hotels for example check occupancy like tick tock live streaming stores they check specifically their organic streaming sales or their organic scrolling sales runners check their strava segments my wife is a like a running specialist sports therapist, that's like the place that they find the number, the currency.
Cycle shops, they will check the number of services booked in. What you need to ask your customer is what number would you like to see go up? or down.
If you can figure out what that number is, you have their currency. If you can tell people, you will help them get more of that currency. You will literally never run out of customers.
So now we've built our opt -in page and our sales page with what we call offer theming. It's sometimes called congruency. Now in a second, I'm going to tell you like the secret sauce that sort of overclocks this funnel, but I need to highlight the number one mistake.
that funnel builders and businesses make after they launch so i can help you avoid that mistake and absolutely crush it so now i have built all of this for you for free as a template that you can use today you can even use it with your customers full disclosure i am an affiliate of high level so anytime you click on a link that i mention i might make a sale or a commission our entire business runs on high level as do hundreds of my customers businesses and there's a reason that it's super popular i talk about in this video inside a free 30 -day trial of high level as of the time of recording we have opened up live calls and group implementation to help you get your first five clients within 30 days so if that's of interest to you click the link down below or head to sellyourservice .co .uk forward slash go high level or use the link that i'm probably going to put in the comments or scan the code on the qr screen here So back to our funnel.
Remember earlier how I told you how we got rid of a page and it actually increased conversions. But what we did is this. We basically took.
what would have been the checkout page or like the call booking page or the calendar and we put it inside the opt -in so when you click on this button very similar to the opt -in page we put the checkout page or the call booking page inside that button now when we did this we literally doubled our sales because that micro hesitation between the next page load was completely removed so now we have a sales page or a call booking page with a pop -up checkout or a pop -up like calendar call booking.
But what I want to show you is something that will literally catapult these funnels into the stratosphere. What happens if you put all this together and it doesn't work? So let's imagine you've locked in over the weekend, you've built the perfect funnel, you've dialed in your currency, you've got a killer offer, you've recorded a simple but effective video sales letter, you know your audience, you hit publish, but...
You're not making any sales. Now that's to be expected because you've literally only just launched it and these things take a bit of time. But here's the problem.
What if you leave it a month and you still don't get any sales? Most people are going to say you need to drive more traffic, but there's actually something completely different you need to do in order to start making those sales. Imagine driving somewhere and on the way getting a little lost.
We were seeing some friends at the weekend and I might have taken a road that I didn't mean to. We were lost. Now, would a reasonable response to this be to get out of my car, to set fire to it and to go and buy a new car?
Because when a funnel doesn't print money on day one, businesses have a habit of trying to rewrite the copy, rewrite the offer and change the entire funnel. To me, if a funnel doesn't... work the cure is almost certainly not more traffic that's kind of like being lost and then fueling up the car and hoping that'll get you there people tend to panic they start again and they can end up making the problem worse so these two graphs show the exact same funnel with the same product and the same traffic but one of them makes sales way faster than the other one and it makes more sales than the other so why was that the product was the same the traffic source was the same it was literally a split test from the traffic so what happened if you ask anyone who's had a successful business they will tell you that this is the reason they managed to make sales when i go into my code working space the first thing people ask me is how was crossfit because i do nothing but talk about crossfit when asked or given the opportunity to talk about it you need to do that with your product and services the golden rule is don't change the offer change how often you make the offer
This is a little known marketing term called frequency. The difference between these two graphs was we simply increased the frequency at which we made offers to the list and the traffic. Basically, one of them we sent way more emails.
We increased the number of opt -in offers we made to traffic. We increased the number of offers we made to the list. Now, it sounds obvious, but if you only make an offer to someone, we have the classic.
page like the system like this and we've got our traffic and we've got our leads and we got our sales if you only make this offer once and they don't buy they have only had one chance to buy if you make an offer to them once a week every time they don't buy they're actually more likely to buy the next time because you become known for that offer now i'll show you how we did this and what we sent and how often marketing frequency is the most underused tool in a marketer's arsenal the big rejection or the pushback that i get or businesses give me is oh but we don't want people to get sick of us and think we're spamming them and unsubscribing why would someone do that are you spamming them are you giving them bad information i want you to go into your email list right now and take a look at the number of emails you've got where someone or a company has made you an offer why haven't you immediately unsubscribed from that offer it's probably because you think, A, one day I might want that, or B, I actually do want that now, but I'm just going to use my email inbox as a bit of a reminder.
If someone goes to the gym every single day and they know that all they want to do is increase their lift PBs and you repeatedly send them an email saying, I can help you add 20 kilos to your PB. The fact that they don't buy in week one or week two or week four or week five simply means they haven't seen the offer enough times.
As far as I'm concerned, if someone is on your email list, it's because they want to see the offer from you more and more and more. I've talked before about like gain logic fear sequences as well as nail biter campaigns. In this video here, and I'll link it below, and it's basically the most powerful email campaigns that you can use with customers.
what i sent it was remarkably simple we basically had anyone who became a lead at this point and joined our email list we used a gain logic fear sequence and then once they are on our email list if they haven't bought once a week sometimes twice a week we basically use what's called a nail biter campaign which is have you found your customers yet have you booked more dental implant patients yet are you hitting five figures a month yet are you hitting six figures a month yet have you quit biting your nails are you still biting your nails Now, I told you previously that we deleted our third page, which is true.
It basically helped double our sales. We removed the checkout page or the call booking page to become a pop -up. What we then did was add something that completely transformed our traffic and sales strategy.
This page here is what we call a one -click offer. It is a way of positioning a product or service that when done correctly can 10x the average order value per client. Very basically, tools...
like high level store credit card information when you buy from them on this page on a one -click offer page a user can buy again without having to put their card details again it's a bit like adding something to an order after you've already bought now price wise you want a 10x roughly the first product so maybe if you sold something for like 47 this page here would then be 470.
you can even use these for call bookings you're basically saying to the customer hey you're obviously serious about this how about we help you take it to the next level you've booked in a call again as you can see we basically have the exact same sales page as previously it calls out the audience it's a simple video explaining the offer now a small percentage of people overall will take it but what's really interesting is that from lead to opt -in To offer if we say that this is roughly 70 % so of all the traffic 70 % people will opt in it's roughly 1 to 2 percent will make a sale between 5 and 10 percent will book a call roughly between 10 and 20 percent of this right here will buy your upsell.
So if you imagine having a thousand people seeing your opt -in page, roughly 700 of them will convert into leads. Now for the first product, it could be like, I said, one, 2%, that's between sort of seven and 14 sales. Our data shows that between 10 and 20 % of initial customers will buy an upsell, meaning between one or two will spend that extra almost 500 bucks.
This works for calls as well. Like I said, after someone books a call, try showing them a product page. They book a 15 minute call and then say to them, hey, why don't we just book in for an $89 full one hour coaching session?
Well, I'll assess your techniques. If you could send me over some details, I can even look at your background. The point is, again, I just want you to think faster and easier.
Now, right now, you're probably wondering how. you can actually sell one of these to a customer, which is why I've got this video right here. I will cover how to pitch, sell, and close customers who need this funnel, what to say and when, as well as how much to charge and what not to say.

The bait, then the rug-pull.
