Big Idea

The argument in one line.

The most common thing to build with AI in a service business is not content, it is the lead acquisition system: an offer ladder plus separate lead and sales funnels that convert attention into an owned email list.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • A coach, consultant, or service provider who has something to sell but no consistent system for turning content views into leads.
  • Someone building landing pages or funnels with AI who currently sends leads and sales traffic to the same page.
  • A creator who relies on one platform for reach and has no email list to fall back on if that platform disappears.
SKIP IF…
  • You already run a documented offer ladder (lead magnet, low ticket, high ticket, recurring) with separate lead and sales funnels.
  • You came looking for a Claude coding tutorial rather than marketing or funnel strategy.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

Asked what he builds with Claude the most, a marketing consultant says it is lead acquisition systems, meaning funnels, CRM, and email automation, and that the real bottleneck for most businesses is missing offers rather than missing tech. He lays out four offers every business needs (lead magnet, low ticket, high ticket, recurring) and insists on two separate funnels: one landing page whose only job is to capture emails, and a separate sales page. His own homepage has one button that leads to a free giveaway, because content traffic is expensive and a page with more than two buttons cuts conversion by roughly half. From there, a conversion event, a challenge, webinar, masterclass, or trial, turns captured leads into qualified buyers.

01 · What he builds most: lead acquisition systems

Answers the Q&A prompt directly: the thing he builds most with Claude is a lead acquisition system, defined plainly as funnels, CRM, and email automation used to turn content attention into leads.

02 · Live demo: sending an email blast mid-stream

Interrupts himself to actually send a promotional email to his list live, scoping the send and confirming the free training offer and link before getting back on track.

03 · Offers come before funnels

States that offers come first: a lead magnet, low ticket offer, high ticket offer, and recurring offer, a framework he credits to Myron Golden. Most businesses he works with have no offers at all to give away before asking for a sale.

02:4303:42

04 · Two funnels, not one: separate lead pages from sales pages

Explains why one website trying to capture both leads and sales hurts conversion, and that a landing page with more than two buttons can cut conversion by half. Shows a sales page example, then contrasts it with a lead-only page.

03:4205:05

05 · The homepage as a one-button funnel, then the conversion event

Walks through his own homepage, built with exactly one button so cold traffic has one path to sign up, framed as insurance against losing reach if he gets deplatformed. Closes by explaining the conversion event (challenge, webinar, masterclass, trial) that turns a captured lead into a qualified sale.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • A lead acquisition system is just a rebrand of three familiar pieces: funnels, CRM, and email automation.
  • Most businesses that struggle to generate leads do not have a technology problem, they have no offers to give away before they ask for a sale.
  • The four-offer ladder is a lead magnet, a low ticket offer, a high ticket offer, and a recurring offer.
  • A landing page with more than two buttons can cut conversion by roughly 50 percent.
  • Leads and sales should never share one page: one funnel exists purely to capture emails, a separate one exists purely to sell.
  • Visitors bounce within about five seconds if they cannot find what they came for, so a homepage built for cold traffic needs exactly one action.
  • Owning an email list is deplatforming insurance: if a social account gets taken down, the list still exists.
  • A conversion event, a challenge, webinar, masterclass, or trial, is what qualifies a captured lead into someone with a stated pain point worth selling to.
Takeaway

Fix your offers before you fix your funnel

WHAT TO LEARN

Most lead problems are offer problems: build the lead magnet, low, high, and recurring offers first, then split leads and sales into two separate pages.

  • A lead acquisition system is nothing more exotic than funnels, CRM, and email automation working together to turn content attention into captured leads.
  • Before building any funnel, map out four offers: a lead magnet, a low ticket offer, a high ticket offer, and a recurring offer.
  • Never put a lead capture button and a sales button on the same page, it measurably cuts conversion.
  • Cold traffic pages should offer exactly one action, since visitors bounce within about five seconds if they can't immediately see what to do.
  • Route all content traffic toward an owned email list rather than a platform-dependent audience, so reach survives a deplatforming event.
  • Use a low-cost conversion event, a challenge, webinar, masterclass, or trial, to qualify a captured lead into someone ready to buy.

what do you build with Claude the most oh this is a good one what do you build with Claude the most with well we're mostly just building lead acquisition systems what is the lead acquisition system this is how you turn attention into leads Attention is traffic. We will talk about traffic in a moment.
So I build lead acquisition system. It's a fancy name for like basically, and this is important, funnels, CRM, email automation. Oh, speaking of email automation, I want to send an email out right now.
to the whole list basically to give everyone on my email list right now a full okay scoped it okay cool so we could send this out because I want to send you guys a hermes training so this is a free hermes training get tickets here and then and let's just do that oh i gotta do okay i'll finish this later darn i was gonna really like try and ah dang basically one of the biggest things is you're building funnels offers you need to offer well offers come first it's like offers to like your four offers surprising enough is like lead magnet low ticket offer high ticket offer recurring offer so these come from like myron golden like not anything like original for me this is purely from meaning a lot of businesses and you'll be surprised when i like they don't have any offers which is like one of the hardest things they're like they're like we sell these low or high ticket offers but we have nothing to generate leads and i'm like what do you need for something like we need to give something out there you need to give before you need to ask and so
lot of it is like crafting offers because that's a big thing because we will get a bunch of service providers they don't know how to generate leads and we're like we need a funnel we need a lead magnet we need one two landing pages one for leads one for sales it separates it out not one website to try and capture everything for leads and sales that's horrible if you have more than two buttons on your landing page you're hurting your sales you're actually cutting your your conversion and by 50 % for example this is an example of a beautiful landing page Oh my gosh.
This is a sales page. This is purely for sales. That's what this page is.
I have one for leads. I'll show you that one for leads. You need two pages, two funnels, especially.
This is mostly what you're building with AI. The first thing that you're building is something to help you generate more leads from attention from your content and something to help you close more sales. And so let's actually look at the leads first.
This is an example of a landing page for leads and notice this is my home page. That means on my home page there is only one button to do. on this page everything will take you to sign up for the free gifts this is something because you get tons of traffic to your website traffic is expensive they're only going to spend five seconds on the website if they can't find what they want they bounce in five seconds so if your ta if your page takes longer than two seconds to load like these are things that could hurt your conversion so all i all my content all of my content all live streams all send traffic to build an email list.
Because if I get deplatformed today, oh my God, what happens? I could still have my email list from here. So this is just my homepage.
That way it's not some random landing page. It's like, no, homepage, cold traffic, go here, join the email list, and then I'm going to nurture. I'm going to send emails basically twice a week from there.
You need a conversion event right here, really. What is a conversion event? They do challenges, webinars.
master classes there's sometimes they do trials these are some event that you have either monthly or weekly some of the crazy ones the ones that like do stupid amounts of money they'll do weekly and then you're having some challenge 14 day challenge like i was studying like if you guys know shelby sap um the women wealth uh conference that just went down it's really interesting to study the speakers and their funnels because all the speakers and their funnels is very what are they offering some a lot of them are doing like challenges so it's very interesting to see like oh if they're offering challenges Why are you working harder?
You should probably be offering challenges from there. But this is like some conversion event. A conversion event is basically to convert emails or leads, convert leads into basically sales at the end of the day.
It's some low ticket event to basically qualify people who have the pain point that you're offering.
The Hook

The bait, then the rug-pull.

Someone in a livestream chat asks the obvious question: out of everything AI can do, what does this marketer actually build with it most? The answer isn't content. It's the plumbing behind the content, the system that turns a viewer into a lead and a lead into a sale.
