Big Idea
The argument in one line.
Kathleen Cameron argues that deciding who you are and acting from that identity has to come before the evidence for it exists, not after, and she credits that sequencing for turning a $1 million year into $50 million over six years.

TL;DR
The full version, fast.
Kathleen Cameron walks through how she went from a $100K-a-year nurse to what she calls a millionaire identity in 2019, before she had any evidence she'd earn that much. Her method: let yourself consider a goal is possible, name the specific beliefs currently blocking it (not good enough, too shy, lazy), replace them with statements a person who already has the outcome would say, and act from that assumption regardless of your current bank balance or follower count. She calls the underlying idea 'fourth-dimensional thinking,' borrowed from Neville Goddard: think from the wish fulfilled instead of toward it. She says the same loop repeated as her business scaled from one million to over fifty million in revenue, and that she now applies it to a self-described 'billionaire identity.'

Cold-open hook, then Cameron traces back to 2019: capped at $100-150K a year as a nurse, introduced to Bob Proctor, and starting to let herself imagine being a millionaire before any evidence existed.
03:15 – 05:45
02 · The beliefs that were keeping her small
She lists the specific self-beliefs she says were blocking her: needing to be thin to succeed, believing she was lazy, not good enough, too shy for bold risks, and wishing she were someone else.
05:45 – 11:03
03 · The identity shift that changed everything
She narrates writing out what 'millionaire Kathleen' believes and how she acts, says she hit $1M in seven months and $3.3M within the year, then generalizes the reframe: identity creates the fact, illustrated by her follower count going from about 1,000 to 89,000-117,000.
She names the concept explicitly, credits Neville Goddard, and describes 'Team Millie,' the internal team chat name she used in 2020 to reinforce the millionaire identity daily, then generalizes to acting 'in the assumption' regardless of current results.
13:01 – 15:09
05 · Multi-millionaire to billionaire identity
Cameron says the same identity-upgrade loop repeated as her business scaled, and she now runs the same question ('what would billionaire Kathleen do') at a bigger number, closing with a call to stop giving the current observed world so much attention.

Kathleen Cameron capped her own income at $100-150K a year as a nurse before she let herself believe six or seven figures were even possible for her.
She says a $1 million year in 2019 turned into over $50 million in cumulative business revenue within six years.
She says her Instagram following grew from about 1,000 to roughly 89,000 after she stopped identifying with a small following.
Her framing: identity is the cause and circumstances are the effect, so she argues for changing the belief first and letting the bank account, scale, or follower count follow later.
Her technique: list what a version of you who already has the outcome would think, feel, and say, then adopt those statements before evidence supports them.
She names Neville Goddard's 'fourth-dimensional thinking' as the source concept: think from the wish already fulfilled, not toward it as a future goal.
In 2020 she named her internal team chat 'Team Millie' (for millionaire) as a daily language cue to reinforce the identity.
She says 95% of manifestation happens outside conscious perception, so she treats a stalled outer result as invisible progress rather than proof it isn't working.
The same identity-upgrade loop repeated for her, by her account: millionaire to multimillionaire to a self-described billionaire identity, each adopted before matching evidence existed.
She names the specific old beliefs she says she rejected one at a time: needing to be thin to succeed, being lazy, not good enough, too shy for bold risks, and wishing she were someone else.
Takeaway
Identity comes before evidence, not after it
WHAT TO LEARN
Cameron's claim is that deciding who you are and acting from that identity precedes the results, so waiting for proof before you believe it works backwards.
Naming your current limiting beliefs specifically, not good enough, too shy, lazy, makes them easier to consciously reject than treating self-doubt as one vague feeling.
Writing out what a version of you who already has the outcome would think, feel, and say turns a vague goal into a specific, repeatable script you can act from daily.
Tracking your current numbers, bank balance, the scale, follower count, as your identity keeps the identity anchored to the past; the alternative is building the identity first and letting the numbers catch up.
A small language device, like naming an internal team chat after the goal, can function as a daily reminder that reinforces an assumed identity without extra effort.
She treats an outer result that hasn't shown up yet as evidence working behind the scenes rather than proof the approach failed, a reframe that keeps her acting from the assumption instead of quitting on it.
The same identity-upgrade process is described as repeatable at each new level, which suggests the technique is about the habit of upgrading self-concept, not about the specific millionaire number.

Terms worth knowing.
Fourth-dimensional thinking
Neville Goddard's idea of imagining and feeling a wish as already fulfilled, rather than treating it as a future goal to work toward.
3D reality
Manifestation-community shorthand for the physical, currently observable world, as opposed to the imagined or desired state.
Evidence of the senses
What you can currently see, hear, or measure. Manifestation teachers like Cameron argue this should be set aside in favor of an assumed future identity.
Team Millie
The name Kathleen Cameron gave her internal team chat in 2020, short for 'millionaire,' used as a running identity-reinforcement device.

There was a significant difference between somebody that's making millions of dollars in their lifetime versus somebody that's making hundreds of thousands of dollars in their lifetime. So I can literally sit here and tell you that I have observed in real life millions of dollars coming, magnetizing towards a new identity.
Your life will literally change according to the beliefs that you hold in the mind. So that's why when I said, no, no, no, I'm not a failure. No, no, no, I'm not less than.
So let me explain what this shift is then, okay? So the shift here is... Welcome back to the Manifested Podcast with Kathleen Cameron.
Today, I'm going to talk about something that is so near and dear to my heart and is exactly what I did in 2019 and into 2020. And I'm going to tell you the steps that I took in order to adopt a millionaire identity and become one. in less than a year by doing things a certain way.
So in 2019, when I first got introduced to this work and I got introduced to Bob Proctor, I did not have an idea in my head that I would one day be a millionaire. That was the first limit. I didn't think it was possible for me.
I did not think it was available for me. I was thinking from the idea that I would be a woman who makes 100 to 150K a year as a registered nurse working in healthcare administration. That is a belief that I had accepted.
It was my physical 3D reality truth that I was observing. I was making about 100k a year. And I didn't see much past that.
But when I started studying the power of manifestation, I started realizing that our own mind is our only limit. So if I'm not thinking about something, if I'm not even contemplating the possibility of its existence, it will never occur. So I started playing around with the idea of what would it be like to be a millionaire.
Would it be fun? Would I enjoy it? Would my life be different in any way?
And I started to actually think about that and I started to realize that, yeah, actually it would. If I had more money in my life, I would have grander opportunities, more experiences. I could help more people give more money.
I could have a bigger house. I could have multiple vehicles. My daughters could go to any school that they would want to go to and I'd be able to pay for it, pay it off.
If my furnace broke down, I'd be able to fix it immediately. I probably wouldn't worry about money before I went to bed at night. I mean, life would be different.
So that was the starting point of adopting the millionaire identity was to allow myself to even think about it being available for me, to even think about it being a possibility for me. I did not have that in 2019, but I started to think about it. And when I started to think about it, when I started to feel into it, when I started to dream about it, when I started to have hope for it, when I started to see it as a potential reality for me in my lifetime.
guess what? I started to see the evidence around me. So then I meet a woman who's made a million dollars in her coaching business.
And I'm like, there we go. There's evidence. And I start to get really, really inspired by all of these people around me that I'm seeing that are doing what I want to do that almost seemingly didn't exist before I started thinking about the millionaire identity for myself.
Before I started thinking about the possibility of being a millionaire for me, I wasn't seeing it. And then I started to really witness it. I started to observe it because the mind started to look for what I was contemplating.
And then I went further and started to understand identity. There was a significant difference between somebody that's making millions of dollars in their lifetime versus somebody that's making hundreds of thousands of dollars in their lifetime. And I started to realize that there's a lot of things that I believed about myself that millionaires would not believe about themselves.
For example. I believed that I needed to get thin in order to be successful, that I needed to be skinny and beautiful in order to achieve. I also believed that I lacked dedication, that I lacked consistency and discipline.
Because I had been a plus -size curvy woman most of my life, I believed I was lazy, which there was lots of evidence to the contrary, but I believed I was lazy. I believed that I was not good enough and that I was not worthy. I was not somebody that took bold and daring risks.
I was not very courageous. I actually believed that I was shy. I didn't actually think that very many people actually liked me.
And I often wished that I was someone else. Wasn't going to generate significant success in my life. It wasn't going to set me out of the norm.
It was going to make me, just like everybody else, kind of fitting in with the masses and just kind of coasting along. living a somewhat average life. So I decided that I was going to look at myself to do the personal growth and development work and to adopt a millionaire identity before the millions are here in order for the millions to show up in my life.
So I asked myself, millionaire identity, millionaire Kathleen, who is she? What does she think? How does she feel?
How does she show up? And I realized she's really confident. She loves herself.
She believes that she can be successful every day in every way, regardless of what her body looks like. and that I am somebody that gets stuff done. I am very, very motivated.
I started to believe that people love me for my authenticity and integrity. People love to hear me speak. I started to tell myself that I am very, I'm a risk taker.
I'm bold. I go after everything that I want with so much love. And I really, really started to adopt these beliefs about myself, realizing that if I believed these were true, my outer world would change to match the new beliefs and the new assumptions.
And what I observed and what I witnessed when I did that identity shift in fall of 2019, I made a million dollars in my business within seven months. Within that year, 3 .3 million. So I can literally sit here and tell you that I have observed in real life millions of dollars coming, magnetizing towards a new identity.
not the old identity, towards the new grandest version of myself, the millionaire identity. So let me explain what this shift is then, okay? So the shift here is I am no longer simply observing the world and creating from what I'm observing.
I am now creating true creation, true manifestation, where I've created a new idea in my mind that I've never observed in the world. I've never seen it before. I've never been a millionaire before.
I've never seen the millions of dollars. I don't know what that's like. But I'm going to adopt an identity of the version of myself I haven't yet seen.
I'm going to become her and my physical 3D world will match it. And here I sit here today with you recording this podcast six years later. And that $1 million has turned into like well over $50 million in revenue in my business in six years.
Something that is unheard of. for most people in this world. It is something that people have a hard time believing.
They have a hard time understanding, but you don't have to understand it. You don't have to believe it. You just have to believe it for yourself, right?
So let me explain this concept. Most people are living their life reacting to their current life. So you're observing your world, the circumstances of your life.
You're looking at your bank account. You're looking at the numbers on the scale of how much you weigh. You're looking at your current business and how many...
sales you have come in and what that looks like. You're looking at your current following on your social media platforms and you're seeing a thousand followers here and 1500 over here. And you're having a feeling about all of that.
And you're creating an identity based on what you're observing. So because I don't have a big following, I'm not that highly sought after. Because I don't make any money, I'm a failure.
I'm poor. I'm broke. I don't have any money.
Because you're single and you want to be in a relationship, there's something wrong with you because you haven't found the one. Like these are all the stories that we tell. And so our identity then becomes a match to what we observe in the world.
I want you to stop doing that. The identity is what creates the fact. But you're allowing the facts of your life to create the identity.
I want us to scratch that. You are not what has happened to you. You are not what has occurred in your life.
You are not the amount of money that's in your bank account. You are not whether or not you're in a relationship. You are not a successful business.
You are a beautiful spiritual essence who's having a human experience that is being programmed and conditioned in every moment to believe something about itself. And when you take the ownership back and you consciously elevate your identity, the beliefs in your mind, you change the fabric of your life. Your life will literally change according to the beliefs that you hold in the mind.
So that's why when I said, no, no, no, I'm not a failure. No, no, no, I'm not less than. No, no, no, I'm not shy.
No, no, no, I'm not overly sensitive. When I got rid of all of those, the world responded to me in a different way. My followers went from a thousand up to 89 ,000, I think on Instagram.
And on this channel, we have 117 ,000, right? So the outer world matches the belief system. So I'm not responding to what I see.
I'm creating a new identity, a new concept in my. programming in my mind and it's creating a new outcome out in the world. So even as I talk to you today, I'm talking to you from the belief that there's a million of you.
Like in my mind, I am the identity of a woman that has a million, 10 million subscribers on the YouTube channel. That's natural. That's easy.
I'm visible. I love to be seen. I love to share.
You guys love it. We're in this beautiful collaborative relationship and partnership of giving value and supporting one another. And from that belief, it magnetizes and attracts more subscribers, more people that want to see the message.
But if I'm thinking from 118 ,000, I'm limiting myself. So I'm not going to do that. I'm going to think from an identity past what I'm observing in the 3D world.
So that's the thing with the millionaire identity. So we have to not be fooled by the evidence of the senses, right? So the senses, see, feel, taste, touch.
I missed something there, but it doesn't matter. That's what your mind perceives its world through. But that's not all that's going on.
There is far more going on that the mind cannot perceive. There is forces and feelings and energies and things aligning that you can't see. 95 % of your manifestation is behind the scenes, which means it's behind your perception of awareness, right?
There is somebody being introduced to somebody that's going to tell you about my podcast channel that you don't even know yet, that's going to mention it to you one day, that's going to bring you over to the channel. I have to trust that all that's happening. outside of my own perception and awareness.
And so this is why I don't look at the 117 or 118 and go, oh, it's not happening. We're so far from a million. I'm like, no, no, no, there's a million.
I know it. There's 10 million. I know it.
It's true. It's my reality. And to not fall for the evidence of the senses.
So what we're essentially doing here, and Neville Goddard talks about this so beautifully, is fourth dimensional thinking. To think from an experience that is not observable in your world yet, but will one day be your observed world by you thinking from it, right?
So I thought from the millionaire identity in 2020, early 2020, when I launched my coaching business, I started a chat. I had a virtual assistant and I started a chat and I called it Team Millie, M -I -L -L -I, which is millionaire. So I called it Team Millie.
I called our team Team Millie. We're millionaires. We're all coming together.
We're being millionaires together. In the assumption that that's what we were doing. In the attention that that is now who I am.
And everything that I did from that moment on, I did from the perspective of being a millionaire. So if I was a millionaire right now, what would I think in my head? If I was a millionaire right now, how would I feel?
If I was a millionaire right now, what would the words be that would be coming out of my mouth? Would I say things like, oh, I'm broke. I can't afford that.
That's too expensive. I could never spend money on that. I'm only going to buy what's on sale.
No. Those wouldn't be the words that would come out of my mouth. And so I had to shift all those things.
And then I had to act in the assumption, take action as if a millionaire would take action. Right. And millionaires have something a little bit different.
Right. It's not that they have any special skills or intelligence or degrees. Right.
It's not. There is no evidence that says that you have to have a certain number of degrees or you have to be a certain age or you have to have a certain intelligence score in order to be a millionaire. If that were true, then we could predict.
Who's going to be a millionaire in life? But it's about those people with radical self -belief. It's those people who believe in the unseen before they are observing it.
And it's those individuals that are willing to do whatever it takes in order to get there. So they're disciplined and committed and they act in the assumption that it is done. Right.
And so that millionaire identity soon became a multimillionaire identity and it has now become a billionaire identity. That's the progression for me. So now today I sit here and I ask the question, what would billionaire Kathleen say?
What would she think? How would she feel? How would she show up every single day?
What would be the thoughts, the feelings and actions that would come into her life? And I keep getting these beautiful lessons and opportunities to embody that billionaire identity. And then all of you come at me with it, you know, sending me things and somebody sent me a mug.
Actually, I wish I had it here today. It said made for billions or something like that on it. And then it said KCB on it.
It's just so beautiful because the world will give you what you're contemplating. The world will give you what you anticipate and desire for yourself in your life and the assumptions that you bring into the world. So what if you could just stop giving your current observed world so much focus attention?
It is a mere distraction for you. Let it be what it is. Accept your life at this moment for what it is.
Find the good. Find all the things that you are grateful for. Move into that joy, fun energy and start to move into creation.
Ask yourself, what would I love? What would be that fourth dimensional world if I could have anything in my life? What would I love?
Who would I be? And then start embodying that version of yourself today, regardless of what anybody says, no matter if somebody thinks you're crazy. Some people in the beginning of this journey thought I was crazy.
And then I always say, I'm not so crazy now. And that's just such a beautiful realization. So I trust that you found this information helpful.
Once you embody that millionaire identity and remain true to it, committed, hold the image, regardless of the evidence of the senses, I guarantee you that you will observe in your world at some point, we're not attached to the outcome, we're not attached to time, but you will observe that millionaire identity in your life.
I have so many people in my life that I celebrate for being millionaires. And I'm so grateful that I was somebody that was willing to go out on an island and call that in for myself with such pride. I'm proud that I chose.
to call that in for myself. So sending you so much love and remember, the limit does not exist.

The bait, then the rug-pull.
Cameron opens with the punchline before the setup: the gap between six figures and seven, she says, isn't strategy. It's which identity you decide to think from first.
