Big Idea

The argument in one line.

Reprogramming the subconscious mind takes a single 30-second scene of your goal already normal, replayed in a relaxed pre-sleep state and reset every three hours, not 30 minutes of visualization or repeated affirmations.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • You've set clear goals and taken consistent action but still feel disconnected from actually having achieved them.
  • You've tried visualization or affirmations before and concluded they 'don't work' for you.
  • You keep making a goal feel bigger and scarier than it needs to be.
  • You want a concrete nightly and daily routine, not just the theory behind mindset work.
SKIP IF…
  • You're looking for tactical business or marketing steps rather than an inner identity practice.
  • You want neuroscience or research citations behind the claims; this is a practitioner framework, not a research-referenced one.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

Arash Vossoughi and Mikey of Voss Coaching Co argue most goal work fails because people rehearse going toward a goal instead of living from inside it as already achieved. The method: in the last five minutes before sleep, relax into a drowsy state and replay one 30-second sensory scene of the goal already normal, repeat it on waking, then reset into that state every three hours during the day with an alarm. The proof it's working isn't excitement, it's calmness. A bad result gets met with 'this does not define me' instead of self-punishment, and hoping or wanting stays a state of lack until repetition turns it into knowing.

Chapters

Where the time goes.

00:0002:00

01 · What Being in the State of Your Goal Actually Means

Arash opens with the Bob Proctor 'no big party' story; Mikey frames the episode around the gap between setting a goal and living inside it, and Arash introduces be-do-have and the 'body of beliefs.'

02:0003:48

02 · The 5-Minute Before-Sleep Visualization Method

The relaxed, drowsy state is required before visualizing anything; the 30-second congratulations scene gets played on loop before sleep, repeated on waking, then reinforced by disciplined thinking through the day.

03:4805:24

03 · Why Visualization and Affirmations Don't Work for Most People

People stay attached to what their five senses can verify; visualizing is auto-suggestion, not affirmation, and the goal has to become 'visible with spiritual eyes' through felt repetition.

05:2407:26

04 · Repetition Without Feeling Is Wasted Time

Consistency alone doesn't work without genuine feeling; the every-three-hours alarm exercise (9, noon, 3, 6, 9pm) for 30 days is introduced to force repeated entry into the state.

07:2608:42

05 · Hoping vs. Wanting vs. Knowing

Hoping and wanting are both states of lack; repetition turns wanting into knowing, the state of having. 'This does not define me' is the reset line for a bad result.

08:4211:41

06 · Living From the End vs. Living To the End

An estimated 99% of goal programs teach going TO a goal from scarcity; going FROM the goal means acting as the person who already achieved it. Thirty felt seconds beats thirty unfocused minutes.

11:4113:14

07 · Calmness: The One Sign It's Working

After a mid-episode coaching-program CTA, the hosts return to what a beginner should expect: falling off track is normal, and the recovery tool is the 30-second loop plus the auto-suggestion alarm.

13:1417:21

08 · You Don't Convince Yourself, You Decide Who You Are

Convincing requires force the subconscious ignores; deciding and accepting an identity is what installs. Losing keys, regaining lost weight, and overspending new money are offered as evidence of subconscious identity at work. Excitement is the wrong target; calmness, passion, and inspiration are trainable instead.

17:2120:10

09 · How to Remember Your Future Like You Remember Your Past

New cars and houses feel exciting, then become normal within months, so the scene worth rehearsing is the normal version, three months out. Arash walks through his own sensory-detailed 30-second scene at a celebration dinner.

20:1023:09

10 · The Daily Practice: First 5 Minutes, Last 5 Minutes

Recap of the daily rhythm: the first five minutes awake and the last five minutes before sleep matter most, with disciplined thinking in between and 'this does not define me' as the bulletproofing line.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • The version of a goal worth rehearsing isn't the moment you win it, it's three months later when it has already become normal and boring.
  • Calmness, not excitement, is the actual sign of being in the state of an already-achieved goal.
  • Visualization only reaches the subconscious in a relaxed, near-sleep state, not in a normal alert one.
  • A 30-second mental scene replayed with full sensory detail beats 30 minutes of unfocused visualization.
  • Repeating a goal number out loud is an affirmation; feeling yourself already inside it is a state, and only the second one changes anything.
  • Hoping and wanting are both states of lack; only a want repeated into 'knowing' becomes a state of having.
  • Setting an alarm every three hours to re-enter the goal state for 30 straight days is enough to make that state the new default.
  • Acting from your current, unaccomplished self produces fear-based decisions; acting from the person who already achieved the goal produces identity-based ones.
  • The line 'this does not define me' exists to stop a bad hour or a missed day from turning into a lost week.
  • Convincing yourself to be someone requires force the subconscious ignores; deciding who you are and acting like it already ends the negotiation.
Takeaway

Live From The Goal, Not To It

LIVING FROM THE END

The through-line: you install calmness first with a 30-second bedtime scene and a three-hour reset alarm, and the goal moves toward you instead of the other way around.

01What Being in the State of Your Goal Actually Means
  • Feeling calm, not throwing a party, is what proved to Arash's mentor Bob Proctor that a goal had already been mentally lived in before it happened.
  • The wealth formula is be-do-have in that order: occupy the identity first, and the actions and results follow instead of being forced.
  • A 'state' is a body of beliefs, not a mood, so entering it for a few seconds while repeating a goal number does nothing without holding it long-term.
02The 5-Minute Before-Sleep Visualization Method
  • Visualization only reaches the subconscious when the body is relaxed and drowsy; doing it wide awake wastes the exercise.
  • The scene to replay is short and specific, like someone congratulating you and you replying 'I'm just getting started,' not a vague wish.
  • The same 30-second scene gets replayed again in the morning, then reinforced by disciplined thinking through the 10 to 12 hours in between.
03Why Visualization and Affirmations Don't Work for Most People
  • Most people stay attached to the present and past because those are what their five senses can verify, which is exactly why an unfelt future goal is hard to believe.
  • Visualizing is auto-suggestion, and repeating a goal number is not an affirmation; the two get confused constantly, and only the felt version works.
  • A goal has to become 'visible with spiritual eyes' even though it isn't visible with physical eyes yet, or the exercise stays purely intellectual.
04Repetition Without Feeling Is Wasted Time
  • Repetition without feeling doesn't work; someone can do the exercise daily and still get nothing if they never actually feel the imagined outcome.
  • The recommended discipline is an alarm every three hours for 30 days, to force the mind back into the goal-state five or six times a day.
  • The point of the 30-day alarm drill isn't fast results, it's installing a new default program, which is why people who quit for lack of quick proof never get there.
05Hoping vs. Wanting vs. Knowing
  • Hoping and wanting are both states of lack; only a want repeated enough to become 'knowing' shifts someone into a state of having.
  • 'This does not define me' is the reset line for a bad result or a bad hour, used to acknowledge a slip without leaving the desired state.
  • Beating yourself up over a missed day is itself evidence of still being in a scarcity state, not a discipline problem.
06Living From the End vs. Living To the End
  • An estimated 99% of goal-achieving programs teach people to go TO a goal from their current, lacking self, which keeps every decision fear-based instead of identity-based.
  • Going FROM the goal means taking action as the person who has already achieved it, which produces identity-based decisions instead of scarcity-driven ones.
  • Five quality minutes, or even 30 seconds, of genuinely felt visualization outperforms 30 minutes of unfocused, mind-wandering visualization.
  • Refusing to visualize because 'I'm not good at it' guarantees staying bad at it; the practice only improves through repeated attempts, not by waiting to feel ready.
07Calmness: The One Sign It's Working
  • Calmness, not excitement, is the tell of being in the state of a goal, especially the calm that shows up when something bad happens and it doesn't rattle you.
  • A beginner should expect to fall off track, and the recovery tool is replaying the 30-second loop and using the three-hour auto-suggestion alarm to get back.
  • People don't fail because they fall off track once, they fail because one missed day turns into ten and then a year of not returning to the practice.
08You Don't Convince Yourself, You Decide Who You Are
  • Convincing yourself to be someone requires force, and the subconscious does not respond to force, only to repetition, which is why willpower-based self-talk rarely sticks.
  • Deciding and accepting a new identity, then acting as if you already are that person, is what the subconscious actually installs over time.
  • Losing weight without changing self-image, or overspending the first time you earn real money, are examples of the subconscious pulling behavior back toward an old identity.
  • Excitement is tied to the outcome, the last link in the chain, which is why passion, inspiration, and calmness are the trainable energies to aim for instead.
09How to Remember Your Future Like You Remember Your Past
  • New purchases like a car or house feel exciting at first and become 'normal' within months, so the goal worth rehearsing is the normal, three-months-later version, not the celebration.
  • Remembering your future the way you remember your past means loading a scene with full sensory detail that plays out in under 30 seconds, not a long narrated fantasy.
  • People who default to worrying instead of visualizing are still rehearsing a future in vivid detail, just the failure version, which is why they tend to get what they fear.
  • Taking action from the already-achieved identity is what 'collapses time' on a goal, because the actions come from a higher level of consciousness than the current, unaccomplished self.
10The Daily Practice: First 5 Minutes, Last 5 Minutes
  • The two highest-leverage windows for staying in the state are the first five minutes after waking and the last five minutes before sleep.
  • The 10 to 12 hours in between require deliberately disciplined thinking, not passive drifting, to keep from sliding back into the old, lacking identity.
  • 'This does not define me' functions as a bulletproofing phrase for the moment something triggers a return to old, fear-based thinking during the day.

metaphorstory
How do you know that you're in the state of your goal? Calmness. I remember when I earned my first million ever.
My mentor Bob Proctor said to me, he called me and he said, there wasn't a big party, right Arash? He said, that's because you've already played it in your mind for so many times. So it wasn't that big of a deal.
Bigger. They'll tell me this is a big goal. And I always say it's just a goal.
You're taking actions from your current self. I want you to take actions from the person who already achieved it. 99 % of the goal achieving programs is teaching someone to go to a goal.
And what you're saying is don't go to the goal, go from the goal. You don't create the goal. The goal is already done.
All right, everyone. Today, let's talk about the gap between setting a goal and actually living inside of it. Arash, how are you?
I'm great. How are you, Mike? I am great.
So tell us, what is the difference between being in the state of what you want versus just thinking about it? They're very different. This is the hardest part.
This is where people struggle. Being in the state is it's already done. That is being in the state, like three weeks after, three months after, it's just boring.
It's normal. This is truly a skill. But this changes the game.
And I could tell you this will probably be one of the most important episodes for people who are constantly letting the results control them. Being frustrated. I'm doing all the right things.
Because being in this state is you're remembering it like you remember the past. And when you remember your future, you're in the state of the goal. It's already happened.
And that's why the formula of wealth is be, do, have. So when we're being, we're being in the state of it. Then we'll naturally do and then we'll naturally have.
But most people is in the morning, they're still separate from it. They can't get in that feeling. You enter the feeling and that's when you're entering the state.
But what is a state? It's a body of beliefs. So let me give you an example of this.
I'd say somebody says, I've made a decision. I am going to earn a million dollars a year. I'm going to earn 500 ,000, whatever the number is.
The minute they say and repeat to themselves, I am earning a million or more a year, or I'm earning 500 ,000 or more, whatever the number is, they go to that state, but they stay there for a second. And then it drops back to who they originally are. Our job is to make that new state our home of how we see the world.
Now, the only way you're going to do that is by seeing yourself already in possession of it, seeing the people around you congratulate you, hear people congratulate you, and see how normal it is. That is only going to happen, though, by building that body of beliefs. That means you're going to have to create more confidence in yourself.
That means you're going to step out and act. That means you've got to eliminate the parts of you that are not in harmony with that new state. What are those parts?
Second guessing yourself, people pleasing, doubting, hesitating. These are how you're building the new body of beliefs. And eventually with repetition, you are going to already be there.
Now, the best way you could do it is the last five minutes before you go to sleep, you get in a really relaxed state. First of all, you should never visualize anything unless you're in a relaxed state or else it's never getting to your subconscious mind. You got to get yourself in that drowsy state, super relaxed.
And then you've got to play this scene over and over on loop of you already being it. It's not this long scene. It's like your spouse congratulating you.
Somebody important congratulating you saying, isn't it amazing what you've accomplished? I'm so proud of you. And then you say, I'm just getting started.
Isn't it wonderful? But I'm just getting started. It's already there.
And you keep playing that scene over and over again. And then during your morning, you do the same thing. You do it over and over.
You leverage gratitude, but true gratitude. That's how you stay on that state. And then during the 10 to 12 hours in between, you think like that person.
That means you have got to discipline your thinking. This is how you live from the end. not to the end.
Okay, so I'm going to make an assumption here and then correct me if I'm wrong. So many times, so many of us are so committed to what we can feel with our five senses. That's why we're so committed to the present or the past because we can see it, we felt it, we smelled it, we tasted it, we touched it.
And so I think probably the people who struggle with faith struggle with being able to get into the state of their goal and the people who really thrive with faith and have built their faith muscle. do well with this exercise? We've got to understand, well, we're taught yes to all of what you said, okay?
But it is essential you do this. So you have to build your state up by building yourself into a bigger version of yourself. When we are talking about visualizing, it's a form of auto -suggestion.
When we're repeating our goal, it's not an affirmation, it's a state you're occupying. So that's why most people, affirmations don't work for most people or visualizations don't work. They go, I'm visualizing, I'm affirming.
You're not occupying that state with that feeling. So that is something you get through repetition. It's not visible with our physical eyes, but it's got to be visible with our spiritual eyes.
You know what I just thought of? Whenever someone says, oh, visualization didn't work for me, affirmations didn't work for me. How often is it because they didn't repeat it often enough with consistency?
They did it maybe for a week, maybe a couple weeks, maybe not every day, but a couple times a week. How important is repetition and consistency over a long period of time with these items? It's critical, but somebody could do that and not feel, then it's not going to work.
Yeah. That's where faith comes in. You've got to feel.
Imagine you had freedom in your chest. What would that feel like? Imagine you were proud of yourself.
What would that feel like? It's just that calmness. So that's what we have to understand.
You don't create the goal. The goal is already done. Now you have to manipulate yourself to go to that other state because that's how you see the world.
And it takes practice. It takes training. But that's the difference between a goal taking 90 days to achieve and that same goal could have been achieved in 90 days takes two years for people.
Why? Because they start and stop. Why?
Because they're not understanding and they're not living from the end. They're living to the end. And so they're working this very backwards.
You have an exercise that you give all of our clients to help them get on the state regularly and it's setting an alarm every three hours. Will you walk us through what that exercise is and why you recommend it? Well, the reason I recommend it is to remind them of what they want the most because we get busy and most people don't do it.
If they did it for 30 days, they'd never stop doing it. You know, I had a client who I love and he said to me, Well, my family didn't like it, so I stopped doing it.
I said, was it your family or you? And he started laughing. The reason we do the every three hours, an alarm at nine, alarm at noon, alarm at three, alarm at six, alarm at nine, at night, is to get ourselves to that state.
Over 30 days, you're going to that state five, six times a day, even before you go to sleep and when you wake up in the morning. Well, what do you think is gonna start happening? That's gonna be your new home.
But I know most people are not willing to do it. I know that. Why?
Because they don't see the results immediately. You're not going to see the results immediately. That's not the purpose.
The purpose is not for us to see the results. The purpose is to create a new program and that program is aligned with what you want the most. So what is the difference then between setting a goal, hoping for it, really wanting it, and being on the state of it?
They're very different. Hoping is the state of not having it. So you're going to be in the state of lack.
Wishing, state of not having it. Wanting. Wanting, state of not having it.
But the want with repetition will turn into a knowing. That's the desired state. Now you're in the state of having it.
So I'm going to give you some tricks. You get a result that you don't like. You have a bad attitude one hour.
You say, this does not define me. Now you're not leaving the desired state. You're saying like, okay, I may have messed up here, but it does not define me.
Most people are beating themselves up. They're beating themselves up for missing a day. You don't want to beat yourself up.
You want to acknowledge it, but not in regret and really in understanding and awareness. And you're saying this doesn't define me. You know, I would say 90.
99%. This is based on no actual data. This is just my assumption.
I would say like 99 % of the goal achieving programs or coaching or information out there is teaching someone to go to a goal. And what you're saying is don't go to the goal, go from the goal. You never go to a goal.
Go to the goal is separate. What happens is when you're going to a goal, you're coming from not having it. So what's going to happen?
My actions are coming from scarcity. Well, Every time you get out of the state, that would be an example of getting out of the state, your vibration drops.
Well, why is that important? Because now you're not on the frequency. What did Einstein say?
Logic takes us from A to B. All we have to do is get on the state of what we want. And then you're making fear -based decisions, not identity -based decisions when your vibration drops.
So if it took you an extra three months, but you achieved your number one goal, you wouldn't be upset. But the reason it took an extra three months is just because we were not on the state. So there's no delays in the universe.
And you have to understand this. That's why a lot of people will teach you need 20, 30 minutes of visualization. You don't.
You need five quality minutes of being in that feeling. You need 30 seconds of being in that feeling. That's better than 30 minutes of letting your mind drift.
It's better than nothing. Yes, but it's just getting that. relaxed state and really feel what it would feel like.
I've heard so many people, this is completely off track, make excuses about not meditating or not visualizing because they're not good at it. So they're just not going to do it. That is such a mistake because that's exactly how you get into the state.
And if you're not good at it, you're not going to get good at it by just submitting and surrendering. Yeah. I mean, it's repetition with deliberate practice.
I mean, I could say this on every episode. Repetition by itself isn't power. once you mix it with an intent, like this is who I already am, that's where the game changes.
You know, staying on the state is not hard, it's trained. But what we have to stop doing is beating ourselves up. Because 95 % of the day is run by a program.
People are going to listen to this. And there's going to be the people who really implement this. And they're going to see that their goals are going to start chasing them.
And you're going to know you're on the state of the goal by one emotion. calmness like when you're calm like totally calm and you're gonna know it not because something good happened when you're calm but when something bad happens and it doesn't even bother you that's how you're gonna know hey really quickly and then we're gonna get right back to the episode Podcast listeners are some of the most thoughtful people that we hear from.

Does this come from the skill of being able to discipline your thinking and discipline your mind? That's when you're truly in control of your mind. But this doesn't work.
Our greatest responsibility in life is to be in control of our mind. So let's set the right expectation. Let's say that someone has not practiced this before.
They've never even heard of being on the state of your goal or coming from the goal. What should they expect when they first get started? Are they going to be able to do it 100 % of the time?
Are they going to fall off track? If they do fall off track, what should they do? Well, when they fall off track, what they should do is play that 30 -second loop again.
Use auto -suggestion every three hours. That's going to prevent them from drifting. What happens for people, they fall off track and then they don't come back to it.
Yeah, it's one day and then it's 10 and then the whole year. Yeah, so you're going to fall off track because it's not your home. I fall off track because it's not my home.
But I have all these frameworks and all these weapons. that I can get back right away. That's the key.
So there's a lot of things that are easier to do in your mind, easier to do when you're winning or when things are going really well. And then maybe when things aren't going so well or when you're up against obstacles, you're up against a wall, maybe like you were 20 years ago, you've got some pretty big things in front of you that you've got to overcome.
How do you convince yourself to do the work even when you've got things stacked up against you? You don't convince yourself. You decide who you're going to be.
Once a person decides who they're going to be, there's nothing to convince. That's true identity. We don't convince ourselves.
We accept who we're going to be. There's a big difference. So when you're convincing yourself, your subconscious doesn't even pay attention because you're coming from force.
It doesn't operate through force. It operates through repetition. It is impulsive.
That's why when we lose our keys, we're looking everywhere for our keys. That's why when somebody loses weight but doesn't change their image, they're going to go find the weight again. You know, that's why when somebody starts earning money for the first time, they're going to overspend.
You know, these are real things that happen. These are the real reasons. You never convince yourself.
You accept and decide who you're going to be, and then you come like you're already that person. How do you know that you're in the state of your goal? Calmness.
Your thinking changes. The type of actions you take just automatically change. All of a sudden, you're more courageous than you've ever been.
Your relationship with yourself changes. You start falling in love with yourself so much differently. So I think this is actually counterintuitive to what a lot of people think.
They think if they're going after a goal, they have to have all of this excitement, all of this enthusiasm, all of this motivation. But what you're saying is calmness. Calmness, yeah.
Excitement isn't what I want people to have. I want them to be passionate. I want them to be inspired.
That is the idea is use them. Excitement is about an outcome. The outcome is the last part of the chain.
We've talked about it many times. So the outcome is the last part of us. If you are already playing in your mind that you've already had that, then it's not a big deal.
Like I remember when I earned my first million ever, my mentor Bob Proctor said to me, he called me and he said, there wasn't a big party, right Arash? And I said, no. He goes, it wasn't that big of a deal.
I said, no. And he goes, I know, didn't you think it was going to be bigger than it was? I said, yeah.
He said, that's because you've already played it in your mind for so many times. So it wasn't that big of a deal. That's what it is.
That's why the goal, some people are making the goal so much bigger. They'll tell me this is a big goal. And I always say it's just a goal.
Yeah. You know, what I want you to do is be big, you know, see yourself big. That's what achieves big goals.
Well, and I love that you said calmness. And that you don't want people to be excited. And an excited energy can be a very chaotic energy.
But when you say passionate, inspired, calmness, those are very deliberate energies. But those aren't something we can fake. Right.
Those are something that overtakes us. That's when you're in the spirit of the idea. When you're in the spirit of the idea, you're in that flow state.
So like I wake up every morning. so inspired about what I get to do. Why?
Because I've already accepted it as already done. And now I'm working on just getting better. And if I just keep getting better every day, and that means I'm making decisions for my future.
This is where people are not on their state. They're making decisions that are completely contradictory. I gave a lesson to one of our clients that we've been working with for three years, maybe three and a half years.
And I said, He goes, Raj, I'm making decisions for my future. I said, how do you know?
And I said, why don't we do a 30 -day test? I said, I'm not saying you're not. I don't know.
I'm not with you all day long. Why don't you track your decisions throughout the day? And then over 30 days, that'll tell us.
And I said, I'm not saying what you're saying is inaccurate. I'm not saying what I'm saying is accurate. Why don't we let evidence tell us?
That's where we use the evidence. Okay, this is so good.
Gosh. Okay. So if someone is wondering, I've never heard of being on the state of my goal, right?
This is like a brand new concept to me. You said, first off, you said Bob Proctor called you and said there was no party, there was no confetti, nothing. That's what a lot of people are imagining, right?
And they're expecting. But what you're saying is go three months beyond that. I want you to go into why and then how to kind of map that out in your mind.
What does that look like? Yeah. So the reason you go three months, it's like, well, the best example I could give is when we buy a new car or when we bought a new house, you're like super jazzed up about it, excited about it in the beginning, then it wears off.
Right. It's just normal. Right.
So when you go three months. The gratitude doesn't wear off. The gratitude doesn't wear off.
It's like the newness, the excitement. Yeah. Yeah.
So now three months after, it's just normal. It's just who I am. It's like.
when we remember our future, just like we remember our past, like you could put a past like what you did this morning. You could remember it. But I would love everyone to see their first 10 minutes right now, what you did.
You're remembering it, but there's no energy. There's just calmness around it. Well, you want to remember your future.
So for me, when I remember my future, it's you and me having a conversation and you calling me and saying, I've got some phenomenal news for you. we have achieved X, and then I say, we're just getting started. You know, that's how I remember.
Or with my wife and kids, we're at a restaurant we love going to, and my wife is taking me there for a celebration. Which restaurant is it? It's always Dominic's.
Always Dominic's. And I could see the table. So my scene is I see what my kids are wearing, and I see the white paper cloth.
I don't know what it's called, paper cloth. No, it's a table cloth. Table cloth, yeah, table cloth.
The white tablecloth, like I have all these images in 30 seconds. And then I see us cheers in our glasses. My kids are having Shirley Temples.
Like it's this thing, but I could see my wife's watch. I could see my watch. I can see the details.
But in 30 seconds, these aren't, I'm explaining them longer than 30 seconds, but they're not longer in my mind. And I'm just using my senses now. You probably know what food you ordered.
You probably, yeah. You can experience the whole night. So that is three months after.
And I say the same thing. I'm so grateful, but we're just getting started. So what's interesting about that, now that you kind of laid it out in vivid detail, I think what most people are doing is they're incidentally seeing what they don't want to happen in the same way that you're seeing your future and normalizing your future.
They're normalizing like, oh, I hope. This bad thing doesn't happen. I hope I don't get this call.
I hope that I don't get this email. And that's exactly what they're going to have happen. Yeah.
So when we're going to the goal, we're mentally rehearsing failure. That's what we're doing because we're not having it. And so someone's going to sit there and go, well, no, I'm going to the goal.
I'm doing the actions. No, you're taking actions from your current self. I want you to take actions from the person who already achieved it.
Yeah. That's the big difference. Well, and that's how you.
collapse time and accelerate the goal because you're taking action from a higher level of consciousness. That's exactly right. Oof, this is good.
Okay, final thoughts on how to stay on the state of your goal. So I'll reconstruct this. Sure.
This is the most important time to stay in the state. First five minutes when you wake up, last five minutes. Then the 12 hours in between, you've got to be in control of your thinking.
You've got to think from it already achieved. and you've got to bulletproof yourself if you get triggered this does not define me and if you do these everything is going to start chasing you this was such a good episode i hope all of you enjoyed it i imagine some of you if you're not driving took notes this was fantastic so Go ahead and share this on social media with your friends and family.

The Hook

The bait, then the rug-pull.

Arash Vossoughi opens with the moment his mentor Bob Proctor called after his first million-dollar year and pointed out there hadn't been a big party, because Arash had already played that scene in his mind so many times it wasn't a big deal. What follows is his and Mikey's breakdown of the exact 30-second scene, the daily rhythm, and the one feeling that proves it's working.
