Big Idea

The argument in one line.

Goals are achieved by identity, not effort: pick one that feels impossible, rehearse it as already done until your subconscious accepts it, and become the person it belongs to.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • You set goals every January, start strong, and quietly quit the moment the results stop matching the plan.
  • You already earn a decent living and want a practice for thinking at the next level instead of grinding harder at this one.
  • You are curious what a Bob Proctor protege actually teaches when the camera is on: the card, the three-hour alarm, the 30-day rule, the exact wording.
  • You want a simple daily ritual you can start tonight rather than another productivity system to configure.
SKIP IF…
  • You want tactics, funnels, or a spreadsheet. This is a belief-and-identity talk with zero tactical business content.
  • Law-of-attraction language turns you off. The talk leans on the universe testing you, spiritual DNA, and manifesting results.
  • You have already read Proctor, Neville Goddard, and Joseph Murphy. Nothing here is new beyond the packaging and the 30-day card challenge.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

Most goals die because the person setting them never believed them at the subconscious level, so the first sign of resistance reverts them to old behavior. The fix taught here is to set a goal so big it feels impossible, then treat it as already achieved: write it in the present tense on a card, read it every morning and night, and rehearse a 30-second scene of someone close to you congratulating you every three hours for 30 days. Every goal demands four things, courage, confidence, persistence, and action, and the only real gap between where you are and the goal is who you have to become. Three actions a day compounded over 90 days does the rest.

Chapters

Where the time goes.

00:00 – 01:43

01 · Introduction

The goal card story: write the goal in the present tense, read it until you believe it. Credentials, the hourglass, and the first comment prompt.

01:43 – 03:26

02 · If nobody laughs at your goal, it is too small

Three types of goals: average, good, and extraordinary. Only the one that feels impossible causes growth. Goals are about who you become, not what you get.

03:26 – 04:09

03 · The biggest goal mistake keeping you stuck

People place the goal out in the future and stay in a wanting state. The goal has to be a picture in the mind of already having it.

04:09 – 09:14

04 · The only four words you need to hit any goal

Courage, confidence, persistence, action on the flip chart. Bet on yourself, act before you are ready, get tested by resistance, and take three actions a day for 90 days. Results only report the past.

09:14 – 13:58

05 · 95% of your life is running on autopilot

The whiteboard diagram: thoughts feed an image in the subconscious, which drives actions and results. The 30-second congratulation scene, the three-hour alarm, and everything is created twice.

13:58 – 17:54

06 · Why you start strong and quit every time

Starting and stopping is not the problem. Never accepting the idea is. 'It is already done' as the answer to resistance, consistency over motivation, and the free seven-day map pitch.

17:54 – 24:21

07 · Average goals keep you average

Average and good goals require no new you. The formula: make it impossible, fall in love with it, build the mental equivalent, pay the price. The Thomas Troward mastermind story and the debt-to-seven-figures claim.

24:21 – 27:56

08 · Money is not your problem, your identity is

The gap from $100K a year to $100K a month is who you become, not money or capability. Think, speak, and feel only from the goal. Pride, gratitude, and peace as signals to the subconscious.

27:56 – 31:42

09 · Want it like you want to breathe

The Socrates drowning fable, the internal GPS, the three-hour visualization that raises your wealth thermostat, releasing the 80% of behaviors out of harmony with the goal, and the mantra language.

31:42 – 34:04

10 · Your 30-day all-in challenge

Read the card morning and night for 30 days, build the image every three hours, borrow his belief, and commit one day at a time. Your goal was never about the goal.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • If nobody is laughing at your goal, it is too small to change who you are.
  • A goal you already believe you can hit will never grow you, because you can reach it as the person you already are.
  • Your results tell you where your thinking was three to six months ago, not what you are capable of.
  • The biggest goal-setting mistake is placing the goal in the future, which keeps you in a permanent state of wanting it instead of having it.
  • Three actions a day, five days a week, compounds into nearly 200 wins in 90 days.
  • You will never receive a goal until it feels normal to you, and repetition is the only thing that makes it normal.
  • The gap between $100,000 a year and $100,000 a month is not money or capability. It is identity.
  • Money does not make your decisions and does not write your programming, so it cannot be what is holding you back.
  • Rehearse a 30-second scene of the person closest to you saying 'I knew you would do it,' and your subconscious starts accepting the result before it exists.
  • You will know a goal has reached your subconscious when it is the first thought in the morning and the last one at night.
  • Motivation gets you started. Consistency, not perfection, gets you to the finish line.
  • Commit for one day at a time for 30 days; committing to 60 days up front is how people quit on day nine.
  • You do not chase the goal. You become the person it belongs to and the goal comes to you.
Takeaway

The goal is a rehearsal for who you become

WHAT TO LEARN

A goal you already believe in cannot change you, so set one that feels impossible, treat it as already done, and let the four keys reshape who you are.

01Introduction
  • Write the goal on a card in the present tense, as if already achieved, and read it until the wording stops feeling like a lie.
  • The greatest fallacy is 'I'll do it later.' Nobody knows how much time is in the hourglass, so the goal starts today.
02If nobody laughs at your goal, it is too small
  • Sort your goals into average, good, and extraordinary. Only the one that makes people laugh will force you to grow.
  • Ask what you would attempt if failure were impossible, then set that, because the answer reveals what you actually want.
  • The moment you start letting outside results decide what you believe, you quietly downgrade to smaller goals.
03The biggest goal mistake keeping you stuck
  • Placing the goal in the future keeps you in a wanting state. Hold a picture of already possessing it instead.
04The only four words you need to hit any goal
  • Every goal demands courage, confidence, persistence, and action, and each one names a way you have to change rather than a task to check off.
  • Confidence comes from acting before you are ready. A goal that scares you is telling you to grow it, not to wait for it.
  • Resistance is a test of how badly you want the goal, and a goal only arrives once it feels normal to you.
  • Three actions a day, five days a week, for 90 days is enough. Results only report where your thinking was months ago.
0595% of your life is running on autopilot
  • You control one thing, your conscious thinking. It writes the subconscious image, which drives actions, which produce results.
  • If picturing the outcome feels fake, rehearse a 30-second scene of someone close to you congratulating you, and reply 'thank you.'
  • Set a phone alarm every three hours and spend one minute seeing yourself already in possession of the goal.
  • Everything is created twice, first as an image and then as a result. The house, the phone, and the jacket all started as a thought.
06Why you start strong and quit every time
  • Starting and stopping is a symptom. The cause is never having accepted the goal as already done at the subconscious level.
  • When resistance shows up, the script is 'I don't know how it's going to happen, I just know it's already done.'
  • If one person can earn a million, you can. Stop using your past as evidence, because you are not that person anymore.
  • Goal achievement runs on consistency, not perfection. Motivation starts you and consistency finishes.
07Average goals keep you average
  • Average and good goals let you stay the old you with more focus. An extraordinary goal makes your old habits useless.
  • Make the goal impossible, fall in love with it, build the mental equivalent in your imagination, then pay the price in persistence.
  • Live from the end, not toward it. Thinking from the goal produces different ideas than thinking from your current results.
  • Write down the beliefs and habits that will not carry you to the goal and stop feeding them attention.
08Money is not your problem, your identity is
  • The gap between $100,000 a year and $100,000 a month is identity, not money and not capability.
  • Speak only the way you would speak if the goal were already achieved. Language is the fastest way to shift identity.
  • Feel the goal, not just the words. Pride, gratitude, and peace of mind are the signals that tell the subconscious it is real.
  • You know the goal has reached your subconscious when it is your first thought in the morning and your last thought at night.
09Want it like you want to breathe
  • Want it as badly as you want to breathe. Yesterday's actions are the most honest evidence of how badly you want it.
  • Do the thing and the thing gives you the power. Readiness is a result of action, not a prerequisite for it.
  • Release the 80% of daily behaviors that are out of harmony with the goal, and keep the language 'my goal is already mine.'
10Your 30-day all-in challenge
  • Read the card every morning and every night for 30 days, keep it in your pocket, and rebuild the image every three hours.
  • In 30 days you will not have the goal, but you will have the belief, and belief is what produces the results.
  • Commit one day at a time for 30 days, and borrow someone else's certainty until your own catches up.
  • The goal was never the point. Who you became on the way to it is the point.

metaphoranalogystory
Over 20 years ago, my mentor Bob Proctor handed me a card just like this. And it said my goal on it. And he said, I want you to write your goal in the present tense like you've already achieved it.
And he said, I want you to read it over and over and over again. And I remember asking Bob, I said, what is this going to do? What if I don't believe it?
And he said, the more you read it, the more you constantly focus on it, you start believing the lies. And he says, whatever you tell yourself over and over again are going to be reprogrammed inside of you. You start reading a lie enough, you start believing the lies.
Well, I did exactly what he suggested. And I've achieved more than 50 of these since. Like I'm showing you these because these were my dreams at one point.
And I have so many great memories with these. And I want you to have the same. But in order to do that, we have to understand goals.
See, most people at a young age. have been told they should set goals. But why do most people never get to achieving their goals?
For those of you who don't know me, my name's Arash Vasugi. I'm a USA Today bestselling author, and I've coached well over 100 ,000 people around the world. I always brag about this because I had the best mentor in the world in Bob Proctor.
And everything I'm gonna teach you is through lived experience. Now look at this sand glass. I want you to take an honest look at your life right now.
See, we don't know how long we have. The greatest fallacy is I'll do it later. I'll do it later.
We don't know. We have to take action and seize the opportunity. Now, how many of you right now have goals, but you don't believe in them?
And how many of you really want to create the best version of your life? If that's you, I want you to leave a comment right now, me. And what I'm going to show you in this video is going to make it so simple because simplicity scales.
Now, understand this. If people are not laughing at your goals, your goals are too small. I'm going to say that again.
If people are not laughing at your goals, your goals are too small. A goal you already believe you can hit is never going to grow you. There's three different types of goals people set.
They set an average goal. It's a goal that they've done before. Then there's another goal, which is a good goal.
You've done it before. It'll stretch you a little bit, but not much. The types of goals that I encourage you to set and really already hold it in your mind that it is already achieved are these extraordinary goals.
This is going to cause you to grow. Goals are not about getting. They're about who we become.
Only a goal that feels impossible is going to start stretching you. So I want you to come back to the question I asked you. How do you really want to live?
I want you to take all your doubt away. And I want you to assume if it was impossible for you to fail, what type of goals would you set? What type of actions would you be taking?
That's the attitude of a goal achiever. You and I have set goals before and never hit them. And I realized why I didn't hit them.
once I got the proper direction from my mentor, Bob Proctor. It's because a part of me was quietly stopped believing that I could ever hit it because I was letting the outside results control me. And then I started accepting lesser goals.
Is that resonating with you? Have you done that before? See, goal setting isn't where I want you to be.
Here's the biggest mistake people make. They set a goal, but it's way out in the future. The first thing you have to do is think about your goal and think about the state you're in when you're already in possession of that goal.
That is number one. That's the biggest mistake people make. So they're always in that wanting state where they're separate from the goal.
Your goal has to already be a picture in your mind. When you make it a picture in your mind, now you're giving it to your subconscious. Now, over the next few minutes, I'm gonna give you the exact formula to not just set a goal, that's big, I'm gonna show you the exact steps that are necessary for you to achieve it.
Before I even get started, there's four keys in goal achievement. I want you to get these words inundated inside of you. I want you to burn these in your mind.
Number one, it's gonna be courage.
Number two, it's gonna demand confidence.
Number three, it's going to demand persistence.
And number four, action. Now, let's take a look at these four words. These are absolutely the only thing you need.
These four words, burn them in your mind. Courage, every goal, you have to bet on yourself. Because if you're setting an impossible goal, how you really want to live, you're not living that way now.
So all your beliefs and all your results are telling you, I hope I can do it. I want you to have courage to bet on yourself. When you bet on yourself, the game is going to change.
Now, I can tell you this because I remember I've told this story thousands of times. But I remember at this point, I took myself from failure to succeeding. multiple seven figures at the time.
But where I started was very different. And what happened was this idea came on me. What did I do that really changed my life?
And it was like a lightning hit me. The first thing I did was I bet on myself. That's what your goal needs.
Number two is confidence. Confidence is by acting before you're ready. But every goal that you and I set, understand this, and I'm very clear about this.
Every goal. I set tells me I don't have the confidence. It doesn't mean I'm not going to have the confidence.
It just tells me I have to grow my confidence because I can't keep doing what I'm doing that got me here. If I have a bigger goal, I have to change. So I have to grow my confidence.
That's two. Number three is persistence. You're going to be tested by the universe and the universe isn't testing you to penalize you.
It's testing you to see how badly you want it so you can hold it. Now, I've learned a long time ago regarding goals. You're never going to receive a goal until it's normalized in you.
And the only way it's normalized is through persistence. And number four is action. But you don't need to take a thousand actions.
It's three actions a day compounded over 90 days. That's five days a week. That's 15 actions a week is going to create 194 and a half wins.
Who's not going to win? You are going to win. The biggest question we have to ask with goals is who do I have to become?
Like, I want you to think of your goal and ask yourself, who do I have to become? I know I have to become more courageous. I know every goal I have to be more confident.
I know I have to be more persistent and I know I have to take action. But this is the most important question outside of what do you really want more than anything else in the world? These two questions are going to change the game for you.
We've got to understand our goal first starts on our subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind is the essence of who we are. It's where our spiritual DNA lies.
See, you and I are spiritual beings living in a physical body. But if you're like me, my whole life before I understood this, I was coming from my physical side. So I was forcing, I was grinding, I was constantly...
More, more, more. But really, goal achievement is about less. It's about elimination.
So I always want you to look at your results because your results never lie. And the name of the game is results. I want you to have the most extraordinary results.
Your results are not telling you what you're capable of. They're only telling you what you've done in the past. See, I want you to understand your results right now have no bearing on your future results.
Your results are telling you in the past three to six months where your commitment was, where your thoughts were, where your beliefs were. There's somebody in the world right now that is deciding to change their life. They're going to, in 30 days, they're going to be a different person.
In 90 days, way different. If you're ready to change your life, I want you to speak it into existence. I encourage you to leave it in the comment, change my life.
Now, why am I saying this? Everything we're doing with conviction, we're communicating to our subconscious mind. That's the power of us.
Now, you remember when I told you with goals, we have to see ourselves already in possession of it. Now, I want to show you this.
Every idea starts from the non -physical world. It starts in spirit, okay? These are thoughts.
But they all start in non -physical and we want to bring them to the physical.
Now, the most important thing is this. We've got to create this image on a deep subconscious level that I'm already in possession of it. Now, this is you.
Now, this, I want you to think this is me.
Let's say you have a goal right now that... You're going to earn your first million. Let's say that's you.
You're going to earn your first million. We've got to create an image here of you already in possession of a million.
Now, you have to keep playing that and see yourself already in possession. Now, let's say you're the devil's advocate right now. Well, how am I going to create an image of me earning a million if I've only earned $100 ,000?
I'm going to tell you how. You're going to start by creating a picture of somebody close to you congratulating you. I want you to think the person closest to you.
You're going to create a 30 second scene that you guys are at dinner and they're saying, I knew you were going to do it. I'm so blown away. How did you do this?
And then you're just going to say, thank you. See, it's so simple, but we've got to already be in possession of it. But you want to.
Create no resistance from your old programming because 95 % of our day is run by a program. This is your power right here. Anything you get here in the subconscious mind is going to manifest in results.
Now this is you, your body. But here's the thing. If we don't get this image of you already in possession of earning a million on your subconscious, you're not going to take the actions.
So let's reverse results for a second. Results are a manifestation of our actions. Our actions are a manifestation of how we are programmed subconsciously.
And our subconscious is a manifestation of our conscious thinking. You and I control one thing and one thing only, how we think. So you and I can think anything we want.
See, if you look at my jacket, it didn't come by accident. I thought it first. This is part of my self -image.
This is part of how I see myself. And then I went to the tailor and I had to make it. Everything in your life first started in a thought.
Everything amazing first started in a thought. Where do you think the iPhone started? It was a thought.
And then it became a reality. Everything is created twice. That's why we got to get this image.
It's first in our mind. When you have it in your mind. where it is a love story.
I want your goal to be a love story. So I don't want you to have to wonder and say, oh, I gotta remind myself of the goal. No, I want you to start training yourself.
How do you train yourself? You've gotta see yourself in possession of the goal every three hours. So I want you to put an alarm on your phone every three hours.
When it comes on, you just focus on that image. The repetition of focusing on this image, it is going to create a new program in your subconscious mind. Everything is created twice.
First in the mind, then in your physical results. The house you live in. You didn't all of a sudden have your house.
You went in and you said, oh my God, I love this house. I can see myself in there. The device you're watching this on.
It was all a thought first. So understand, the only thing you have to do is accept it. Now I remember one day, I was talking to my mentor Bob Proctor on the phone and I achieved something extraordinary for myself.
And he was congratulating me. Do you know how many times I played that conversation before it happened? But that's not the moral of this story.
He said to me, I am so proud of you, Arash. This is such a great achievement. And I remember saying to him, I wish I did this every day.
He said, well, why don't you? And I said, I'm not sure. He said, this isn't rocket science.
All you have to do is accept it. What was he saying? All I had to do was accept the image.
That it was already done. Remember what I said. This is absolutely crucial.
And this is where most people screw up. They do not think like the person they want to become. Why?
Because they don't see themselves already in possession of it. Understand this. I started out failing miserably.
For three years, I wanted to... create a new life. I wanted to create a life of freedom doing what I love and loving what I do.
But nothing happened. Why? Because I didn't implement this because I didn't understand because I didn't have the proper direction.
For years, I was a great starter and a terrible finisher. I'd set the goal. I'd get super excited, then quit the moment it got hard.
I quit because I never had the image on a subconscious level. I know it to this day. See, I want you to understand.
With your goal it is already done You've got to accept this as soon as you set a goal. It's already done when the resistance comes. This is the language I don't know how it's gonna happen I just know it's already done and the more repetition like Bob told me if you read a Statement on a card over and over again, even it's a lie.
You're gonna start believing in your lies So maybe you know that feeling of starting and stopping maybe that's what you think has been holding you back. But I'm telling you, it's not.
What's held me back when I was starting and stopping, one thing, I never accepted the idea. I never committed. So I want you to remember this.
You now have a goal. Let's use my imaginary goal that you want to earn a million or more a year. Now, the first thing you got to ask yourself is, do I believe that that's possible?
So I'm asking you, do you believe it's possible if that's your goal? And then you say, well, Results don't show me that it's possible.
Now, that's not the good way to ask it. If one person can earn a million, you can earn a million. If one person can create great wealth, so can you.
So you've gotta start not with the evidence of your past because you're not the same person. Now, I know you're ready to create a massive impossible goal and achieve it. How do I know that?
Because you're watching this video. You wouldn't even still be here if you were not ready. Now, I want you to leave in the comments ready.
Remember what I said about comments. I want you to burn this in your mind. Why?
Anything we write, it deepens our commitment on a subconscious level. If you are done being the old you that started and stopped, I want you to understand the minute you say I am done, it's over. It is over.
It's a command you're giving yourself. But understand this. Goal achievement is not about perfection.
It's about consistency. motivation gets us started, consistency takes us to the finish line. So I want you to understand when you are all in, everything changes.
You're not going to reprogram yourself from a 20 minute video. So before we go any further, I want to give you something I built for exactly this. Because I know you're only going to pick up 20 % of what I'm telling you today.
Everybody does. That's why repetition is the game. It's called the seven day map.
You tell it your goal and where you are right now, and it builds your own seven -day plan to become the person who actually achieves it. So all the questions I'm asking you, I've already made the easy work for you. But this isn't going to cost you a thing.
It is my gift to you. So the link is right below this video. And I want you to put your goal in there right now while it's in front of you.
Then come right back to me. Because a goal without a plan just becomes a wish. Now, I don't want your goal to be a wish.
I want you to build the new you. I want you to build this enormous idea of yourself. See, you've got to build an enormous idea in your conscious mind of who am I.
See, your goal is your want. You remember I said one of the most important questions you could ask yourself is what do I really want more than anything else? That's the goal.
But I want you to understand how this works. I want your want to be a burning desire. But remember, a burning desire, you and I have had burning desires.
Why hasn't it turned into actual results? Right here. Image never gave it to the power.
So I want to build the new you starting right now. Now, here's what almost everyone gets wrong about goals. First of all, they're setting a goal, an average goal that they've already achieved.
That causes no growth. I don't have to be anybody different. That causes no inspiration.
That's going to cause drifting. What did Napoleon Hill say? 98 % of the population is struggling because they're drifting.
See, nobody should struggle if we understand the power we have inside of us. You and I are spiritual beings. Our spiritual DNA is absolutely perfect.
So if one person can achieve an extraordinary goal, so can you. The second goal people set is a good goal. They think it's possible.
It's 5%. bigger than what they've done. So it'll stretch them a little bit, but not much.
Nothing that causes inspiration. You could still get there by being the old you. You're just gonna be more focused.
The goal I want you to set is an extraordinary goal. These are world -class goals. They're where the world -class energy, where very few people are.
And your only job is to name it and claim it. Accept it, create that it is already in your mind. You create an image of it with you already in your mind.
See, most people, are living at the good and average, not you, because you're still watching this video. You're ready for an extraordinary life.
And remember what I told you about this timer? We don't know how long we have. And it takes just as much energy to create an extraordinary life than it does to create an average one.
I want you to hold the standard because of understanding that you have unlimited potential inside of you. Now, you may be saying, Arash, I was like you. I constantly start and stop.
I don't know what to do. Trust me. You just have to make one decision.
And that one decision is what I put earlier in this video. The decision to bet on yourself. Stop betting on the outside.
And here's the thing about goals. You are not going to experience your goal to the last five minutes. Your senses are going to be the last part of you that experience the goal.
But the goal always demands who I have to become. The goal always determines the process. Every goal I've achieved, I've never determined the process.
The goal has demanded it and determined it. Now, a goal 10 times bigger makes your old habits useless and forces you to become a new you. Just because I'm telling you 10 times, you may not have a goal.
I want the goal to be something that you're connected with because every goal that you've ever had, every want that you've ever had, It has been meant to be achieved because it comes from the essence of who you are. Our job is to accept it and grow.
The big thing about goals is am I willing to grow? Am I willing to change it? So let me give you the exact formula.
Make it impossible. I want it to be something that is going to cause you to stretch, that you really want more than anything else in the world. So I want you to constantly ask yourself, how do I really want to live?
Now, if you look at me as an example, I'm ordinary. I'm not any better than you. We're all the same.
I've created extraordinary results. I told you this. I've achieved more than 50 of these extraordinary goals.
But all I did was follow this formula. I fell in love with it. I got emotionally involved.
Then I built the mental equivalent. What does that mean? That means the only way we can build a mental equivalent.
It's in our imagination. I had to plant this in my image. So do you.
But everything I want you to do is I want you to live from the end. That's the mistake people make. They're living to the end so they're separate from it.
And no goal will happen unless you're willing to do that persistence. That's paying the price. That's going to mean when you don't see it, you don't lose enthusiasm.
That means you're going to become more disciplined. That means you're going to build higher standard. Now, understand this.
You and I are paying a price every day. We're either paying the price in regret or creating a life of freedom. When I say step one, make it impossible, I want you to make your goal so big that in the beginning you believe it's impossible.
Then you start creating this image for two weeks. You watch in two weeks the impossible. Your mind is going to show you ways of how you can do it.
It starts at impossible. Then you start playing with the ideas and it starts becoming possible. When you are 1x -ing, 2x -ing your goal, there's so many paths.
But when you 10x, you have to think from a different version of you. I remember one day my mentor, Bob Proctor, and I were masterminding. And he said, Arash, I want us to think of an idea that's going to create so much more impact than we've ever done.
And I called him one day and I was super jazzed up. I was super excited. I said, I got the idea.
He goes, okay, tell me. And the first thing he says, I don't like it. And it literally deflated me.
And we both started laughing. I said, why don't you like it? He said, because that's the old you.
You've got to think from the new you. He said, I want you to think how I would think. And then I remember asking him, I said, who do you think from?
He said, I think from Thomas Troward's paradigm. I think from how would Thomas Troward react to this. And two weeks later, him and I got back on the phone.
We worked the idea, and it absolutely helps thousands of people. So understand this. I'm giving you lived experience because one of the things that I promised my mentor before he passed away, he said, I want you to pass everything I've taught you forward.
That's what I'm doing on this video. But I want you to understand, just like me, when I started this, I was $150 ,000 in debt. And within two years, I wiped out the debt and I created my first seven figures.
And if I can do that, you can. And now I have an international coaching business where we help thousands of people all over the world. I'm in well over 60 countries now.
I've coached people in 100 countries. I've went well beyond 10 times bigger. But understand, going for an impossible goal, it means letting go of the old you.
That means you got to let go of what doesn't serve you anymore. So this is what I want you to do. I want you to write down the beliefs.
That no longer serve you. That are not going to take you to using my example. If someone's earning a hundred once a million.
What are those habits and beliefs that no longer serve them? I want you to write them down. And now you are not going to put any attention.
And then I want you to look at. What are those habits from the seven day game plan that I gave you. That is who you have to become.
And I want you to become that. 100 ,000 a year to 100 ,000 a month. The gap is not the money.
The gap is who you become. Here's what I want you to understand.
This is you right here. This is your goal right here. You cannot think any longer from your present results.
That's what most people do. You have to think from the goal. Remember, the goal's already in your mind.
You've already seen it in your bank account. You already are having a conversation with somebody congratulating you. Oh my God, I knew you were going to do it.
It is so amazing you did it. And then this is the question. Who do I have to become?
This is your only gap. This is the only gap. It's not capability.
It's identity. Who do I have to become? That is the only gap that you have to fill.
It's not the money. I ask people all the time, what do you think's holding you back? They say money.
I say money is not holding you back. Money doesn't make your decisions. Money doesn't create your programming.
It's not about money. Money is in effect. The cause is who am I?
Right now, the universe is responding to two things in goal achievement, in everything in our life. Who am I being right now? See, it's not who am I being yesterday because everything is in the now.
So I want you to get, a conversation with yourself from now on that you speak only how you would speak had you already achieved that goal. That's going to speed up the identity process of who do you have to become.
And I want you to take action well before you're ready. Now, when you do that, everything changes. The habits of who you have to become, I already know it because I've already done it.
If you want to go from 100 a year to 100 a month, you're going to have to do... Work these habits. You're going to have to do it now.
Everything you do, you do right away. You're going to have to act before you're ready. You can't wait any longer.
And you've got to move with a calm, confident manner regardless of your past results. And you only think from the goal. You only speak from the goal.
And you feel how you would feel like you already achieved the goal. Because anything with feeling, like Neville Goddard said, feeling is a secret. There's nothing more accurate.
Dr. Joseph Murphy, who wrote a great book, The Power of Your Subconscious Mind. He said, no matter what you affirm, if you don't feel it, it's not going to happen.
So I want to teach you how to feel the goal. If you had already achieved your goal, you'd feel pride. You'd be proud of yourself.
So I want you to feel pride every day. I want you, when you're talking to yourself, when you're having that conversation with the person closest to you congratulating you, I want you to feel that pride. You'd feel gratitude, that authentic gratitude.
And you know what you'd feel? Peace of mind. You'd feel such relief.
That is a signal. Any feeling is a signal to our subconscious mind, this is real. Number two, we've got to fall in love with it.
It's a love story. It means something to us. I want your goal to always be on your mind, but I want your goal as big as a billboard where it's always in your mind.
You'll know when the goal is on the subconscious level of your mind. Right here, let's get back to this. You know your goal is on the subconscious level.
Once it's there, it's a done deal. But you'll know when you wake up in the morning, that's the first thing you think of. When you go to sleep, it's the last thought you have.
When you're about to take an action, you're going to say, no, that was the old me. That's when you know. Because you have an internal GPS now.
Once it's in your subconscious programming, it's telling you, no, we can't afford to do this. But when it's a love story, it's always in your mind because you have to understand. You've got to want it as badly as you want to breathe.
There's an old fable about Socrates. Socrates had a gentleman knock on his door. He says, Socrates, I want to be as great of a philosopher as you.
So Socrates says, okay, I'll help you. He takes him back to his lake house. He says, kneel down.
He grabs his neck and puts it underwater. And he holds it there for a few seconds. Then he brings the gentleman's head up.
And Socrates says, what were you thinking? He said, all I wanted to do was breathe. He said, if you want to be as great of a philosopher as me, you have to want it as badly as you want to breathe.
That's the love story. If you look at your actions yesterday, you look at them tomorrow, your actions will always tell you the most honest evidence of how badly you really want it. So if you are the perfectionist who's saying I'm not ready, you're never going to be ready until you do a thing.
What did Emerson say? Do the thing, the thing will give you power. But here's the step three that is the most important is you've got to build the mental equivalent.
The only way you could do that is imagination. You've got to focus on building this image. Every day.
I want you to put an alarm on your phone. Every three hours, you see yourself already in possession. You see your bank account, and maybe it's at 100 ,000 right now, what you're earning.
Then I want you to see it 10 % greater, 20 % greater, 50 % greater, 200 % greater. When you do that every day, it literally takes a minute. You are gonna reprogram your wealth thermostat.
I want you to build this picture of how you think, how you feel, and what you're experiencing in vivid detail. Because before it shows up, it has to be in our mind. Remember, creation happens twice.
First in our conscious mind and then in our physical results. Once you become one with it, it doesn't take a lot of effort. It takes a lot of consistency.
And I want you, everything you do, you speak like you had already achieved your goal. How would you speak? When you discipline that, everything is going to change.
Paying the price that persistence is going to be about building a new model of yourself that makes the old you obsolete So we're going to release the 80 % of behaviors that are not in harmony with your goal I want everything based on the goal you really want Remember you don't chase the goal you become the person it belongs to and the goal chases you now I'm going to give you some language that I want you to inundate in yourself everything I touch prospers My goal is already mine This is telling your subconscious it is done because your subconscious has no ability to think.
And you are going to speed up the goal achieving process for yourself. But understand, you're going to have to think like a different person. You're going to have to make decisions differently.
But you are going to have to bet on yourself. What did I say? It's going to demand courage.
It's going to demand confidence. It's going to demand persistence and three actions a day. So successful people are not more talented than you.
They're not smarter than you. They just refuse to give up. That's persistence.
I want you to have this mantra. I never quit. I never give up.
So here's what I want you to do. Read your card every day and then you're going to tell me I got 50 of these. Read your card every morning and every night for 30 days.
Every three hour the alarm goes off, you build the image and you read your card. And I want you to keep it in your pocket, your purse, because every time it's in my pocket right now. I touch it, the image of the goal comes back to mind.
The repetition, when you touch it, you're not even gonna have to read it. You're gonna already have the image automatically. Take the advice my phenomenal mentor Bob Proctor gave me.
Just do the work, the work works. Now, in 30 days, you won't have the goal achieved yet, most likely. Now, I don't wanna limit you because all things are possible, but you're gonna have the belief.
See, remember what I said earlier. Goal setting is not what I want. I want goal achievement.
I want you to be a goal achiever. But you are now in 30 days going to have the belief, and the belief is the engine of creation. It's what creates results.
If you want to look at where are my current beliefs, just look at your results. But remember, we're letting go of that 80 % of the old beliefs. And if you haven't yet, go get your seven -day map.
The link is right below. So your challenge, set your all -in goal for the next 30 days. And I want you to come from my belief.
If I can do it, you can do it. That's what I did with my mentor. I just took on his belief.
See, we have to borrow belief. I want you to borrow my belief. Why do I know?
Because I knew where I was. I knew how many clients were in such a bad spot that are now in such an extraordinary spot. I want you to pick one goal that you really want.
So how do I really want to live? And then pick your goal from that state. And I want to make it so big that it scares you, that it causes you to be uncomfortable at first, that it's impossible.
Then in 30 days, you're going to start seeing it's possible. Then I want you to bet on yourself every day. I want you to go all in every single day, but one day at a time.
Don't say I'm going to commit to doing this for 60 days. I want you just to say every day for the next 30 days, it's one day at a time. And then tomorrow, I'm going to do it for one day.
The 30 days are going to stack up. That way, you will stick to it. Remember, focus.
What is focus? It means I'm all in. But it's holding that idea on the screen of my mind without being distracted.
Now, here's the thing. You're going to spend the time anyway. So why not commit and create such a big reason why?
Because you and I do things only for reasons. But I will tell you, once you write down the goal you love, not the one you think you can hit, then ask, who must I become to make it inevitable? You are going to set yourself on that extra mile where very few people are, and you're going to be in the top 1 % in no time.
Your goal was never about the goal. It was about who you became on the way to it. So make it impossible, fall in love with it, and go become the best version of yourself.
The Hook

The bait, then the rug-pull.

The video opens with a goal card and a confession: the mentor told him to read it until he believed the lie. What follows is the entire Bob Proctor goal system delivered by a student who says he has run it more than 50 times, from the four keys every goal demands to a 30-day card ritual you can start tonight.

Frameworks

Named ideas worth stealing.

04:16list

The four keys of goal achievement

  1. Courage: bet on yourself
  2. Confidence: act before you are ready
  3. Persistence: hold the goal until it feels normal
  4. Action: three actions a day

Every goal worth setting demands all four, and each one names a way you have to grow rather than a task you have to do. Written on the flip chart at 5:12 and stays on screen for the rest of the video.

Steal forany goal-setting worksheet or coaching intake: reframe the plan around who the person has to become
02:11model

Three types of goals

  1. Average: something you have already done
  2. Good: about 5% bigger, stretches you a little
  3. Extraordinary: feels impossible and forces a new you

Only the third type causes growth. The test is whether people laugh at it.

Steal foraudits of your own yearly goals; anything in the first two buckets is not a goal, it is a to-do
11:00model

The results chain

  1. Conscious thinking
  2. Subconscious image
  3. Actions
  4. Results

Results come from actions, actions come from subconscious programming, and programming comes from conscious thought, which is the only thing you control. Drawn on the whiteboard as thought clouds feeding an image, feeding the body, feeding results.

Steal forexplaining why willpower alone fails and why the intervention has to be at the image level
10:28concept

The 30-second congratulation scene

If you cannot picture the number, picture the person closest to you at dinner saying 'I knew you were going to do it, how did you do this?' and you replying 'thank you.' Repeat it until it feels like a memory.

Steal forany visualization or affirmation practice that feels fake; borrowing someone else's reaction is easier than believing your own
06:49concept

Three actions a day

Three actions a day, five days a week, over 90 days. He rounds it to about 195 wins and argues nobody who does that loses.

Steal forany 90-day sprint; it caps daily effort low enough to stay consistent
12:18concept

The three-hour alarm

Set a phone alarm every three hours. When it fires, spend one minute seeing yourself already in possession of the goal, then see the number 10%, 20%, 50%, and 200% bigger.

Steal forany habit that has to survive a busy day; the alarm does the remembering
20:33list

The formula: impossible, love, mental equivalent, price

  1. Make it impossible
  2. Fall in love with it
  3. Build the mental equivalent in your imagination
  4. Pay the price through persistence

His four-step version of the Proctor goal method. The impossible goal becomes possible after about two weeks of holding the image, because the mind starts showing ways to do it.

Steal forthe structure of a goal-setting workshop or a lead magnet worksheet
31:11concept

The 30-day goal card ritual

Write the goal in the present tense on a card. Read it every morning and every night for 30 days, keep it in your pocket, and build the image every three hours. In 30 days you will not have the goal, but you will have the belief.

Steal forthe one-page action plan at the end of any mindset piece
25:00concept

The identity gap

Drawn as a line from where you are to the goal with 'Who do I have to become?' written on it. The only gap is identity, not money and not capability.

Steal forcoaching questions; replaces 'what do I need to do' with 'who do I need to be'
