Big Idea
The argument in one line.
Claude speeds up finding a profitable problem, building a digital product, and writing the marketing around it, but hitting $10,000 a day still comes down to the offer's price point, a working ad-to-call funnel, and disciplined testing of what's actually converting.
Who This Is For
Read if. Skip if.
READ IF YOU ARE…
A business owner or coach who already has some sales experience and wants to package what they know into a digital product with a one-on-one upsell layer.
Someone considering paid ads to sell a course or offer and wants to see the actual lead-cost-to-close math worked out on a whiteboard.
A creator who wants a concrete Claude prompting workflow for market research, product structure, and ad hooks rather than vague AI hype.
SKIP IF…
You have no budget for paid ads; the entire funnel math in this video assumes daily ad spend, not organic growth.
You're looking for a passive, hands-off way to make money; the video explicitly says Claude doesn't replace execution, sales calls, and iteration.
TL;DR
The full version, fast.
Tanner Chidester lays out a four-step framework for using Claude AI to build a $10,000-a-day digital product business: find a problem an audience will pay to solve by starting with the customer instead of the product, use Claude to structure that solution into a course, template pack, or bundle, then turn it into a high-ticket offer by stacking one-on-one calls on top of the base curriculum (a pure course tops out around $97-$2,000, adding calls can 4x the price). He works the ad-funnel math live on a whiteboard: $2,500 in daily ad spend at roughly $10 per lead produces 250 leads, about 25 booked calls, and 4 closed deals at $2,500 each for $10,000 in a day, and shows a second funnel path that routes ad traffic into DMs for a real conversation instead of a purely automated sequence. The close is a four-point diagnostic: no clicks means fix the ad, clicks without sales mean fix the offer, sales with refunds mean fix the product, and expensive acquisition means fix the economics before scaling.

Atomic Insights
Lines worth screenshotting.
A $2,500 daily ad spend at $10 per lead produces 250 leads, which converts to roughly 25 sales calls and 4 closed deals at $2,500 each, adding up to $10,000 in a single day.
A video-and-PDF-only course tops out around $97 to $2,000 in price because low-touch products are hard to sell at scale without a complex funnel.
Adding one-on-one calls or group coaching to the same curriculum can 4x the price, and has pushed some offers as high as $100,000, because buyers are paying for proximity to the seller, not just content volume.
Most people ask AI what product to create; the better approach is asking AI to identify a target audience's biggest, most urgent problems first, then building the product around one of those problems.
If leads cost more than about $10 each, the fault is usually the ad headline or the opt-in page, not the offer.
If leads aren't converting into booked calls, the fault is usually the follow-up process, not the VSL, since roughly 90% of missed calls trace back to weak follow-up.
Routing ad traffic into DMs instead of straight to an opt-in page adds a real human conversation as a second path to booking a call, and any human conversation, text or phone, closes better than pure automation.
Selling a $97 product on cold Facebook traffic is usually a loss-leader: the ad often costs more than $97 to generate, and the actual profit comes from an upsell sold after the initial purchase.
Testing 40 different ad hooks against the same body copy and CTA works because most viewers decide whether to keep watching within the first three seconds, so the hook is the only variable worth multiplying.
The four funnel failure points map directly to fixes: no clicks means fix the ad, clicks without sales mean fix the offer or sales page, sales with refunds mean fix the product, and high acquisition cost means fix the economics before scaling further.
Selling over the phone converts meaningfully better than pushing a cold visitor straight to a buy button, because a sales call builds trust an automated checkout page can't.
Reaching $10,000 a day requires significantly more infrastructure, traffic volume, team, and follow-up systems, than reaching $10,000 a month, even though the underlying process is identical.
Takeaway
The offer's structure decides the price, not the content volume.
WHAT TO LEARN
Reaching $10,000 a day is a math problem you can reverse-engineer from price point and close rate, but the price point itself depends on stacking access (calls) on top of content, not just adding more videos.
02Step 1 — find the problem with Claude
Start with the customer, not the product: ask Claude to rank a specific audience's biggest problems by urgency, demand, and willingness to pay before deciding what to build.
A digital product only reaches meaningful revenue if the underlying market is large enough to support that volume of sales, so validate market size before building.
03Step 2 — turn the product into an offer
Reaching $10,000 a day requires reverse-engineering the math first: a $2,500 daily ad spend at $10 per lead produces 250 leads, which converts to about 25 calls and 4 closed deals at $2,500 each.
Have Claude turn the finished product's structure into a menu of format options, course, template pack, prompt library, membership, rather than assuming a single delivery format.
04Step 3 — test and improve
Diagnose funnel problems by where people drop off: no clicks means fix the ad or headline, clicks without buying means fix the offer or sales page, purchases with refund requests mean fix the product, and unprofitable acquisition costs mean fix the economics before scaling.
Expect the first version of the product, offer, and marketing to be wrong; the plan is to launch, read the data, and iterate rather than aim for a perfect first attempt.
05Live example: curriculum plus one-on-one upsell
A pure video-and-PDF course tops out around $97 to $2,000 because a low-touch product is hard to sell at a high price without a complex funnel.
Bundling the same curriculum with one-on-one calls or group coaching can 4x the price, and has gone as high as $100,000 for some sellers, because proximity to the seller is what buyers are paying for.
The core offer structure is curriculum (videos, PDFs, worksheets) as the base, plus a 1:1 or group-call layer stacked on top, so the business sells outcomes and access, not just information.
06The $10K/day ad-funnel math
The full funnel is ad, opt-in page that collects email and phone, VSL or webinar, then a phone call, because closing on a call converts far better than pushing straight to a buy button.
If leads cost more than about $10 each, the fix is the ad headline; if leads aren't converting to booked calls, the fix is the follow-up process, not the ad.
07Two funnel paths: linear vs. DM
A pure automated funnel (ad to opt-in to VSL to call) scales easily with no team, but only works if every asset in the chain is strong since there's no human in the loop to compensate for weak marketing.
Routing the same ad into DMs adds a real conversation as a second path to booking a call, which lets weaker marketing still convert because closing rates jump any time a prospect talks to a human.
Ad creative can reuse the same body copy and CTA across dozens of hook variations, since most viewers decide whether to keep watching within the first three seconds, so the hook is what's worth testing.
08Reality check, recap, and CTA
Claude speeds up finding a problem, building the product, and writing the offer and marketing, but it doesn't guarantee revenue; results still depend on the market, offer strength, price, traffic, and the seller's ability to execute.
Someone who already has an audience, sales experience, or ad budget has a real head start over someone starting from zero, and scaling to $10,000 a day takes meaningfully more infrastructure than scaling to $10,000 a month.
Glossary
Terms worth knowing.
VSL (video sales letter)
A pre-recorded video, typically 5-10 minutes, that pitches a product or offer directly to the viewer before they book a call or buy, standing in for or supplementing a live sales conversation.
Opt-in page
A landing page whose only job is to collect a visitor's email and phone number in exchange for something, turning an anonymous ad click into a contactable lead.
Cold traffic
Prospects who have never interacted with the seller before, most often reached through paid ads like Facebook or Instagram, as opposed to warm traffic from an existing audience or email list.
Retargeting
Ads shown specifically to people who already viewed content or a page but didn't take the next step, like booking a call, designed to bring them back into the funnel.
Closing rate
The percentage of sales calls that end in a purchase; in the video's example, 4 closes out of 25 calls is roughly a 16% closing rate.

My name is Taren Schuster, and throughout my career, I've generated over $141 million in online sales. Now, in this video, I'm going to show you exactly how I've used Cloud AI to build a digital product from scratch and give it the best possible chance of generating $10 ,000 per day online. Now, I want to be clear from the beginning.
Cloud is not going to magically make the money for you, but it can dramatically speed up the process of finding a market, identifying a valuable problem, creating the product, building the offer, writing the marketing, analyzing what is working, and figuring out how to scale it. So, if you've ever wanted to create a digital product but had no idea where to start or how you can potentially scale something like this at ten thousand dollars a day i'm gonna break down the entire process step by step so you can take this exact framework and use it yourself now do not skip around this video because you could miss out on key information that could change your life forever financially the framework i'm about to provide you is based on the same framework i've used to generate over 141 million dollars with that being said let's get into it the first thing i would do is use cloud to figure out exactly what problem i should solve most people make the mistake of asking ai what product they should create but i would start with the customer instead
tell Claude exactly who I want to sell to and ask it to identify the biggest problems that audience is actively trying to solve. For example, I can prompt Claude with something like, I want to create a digital product for busy business owners. Give me 10 painful problems they deal with that would realistically pay money to solve and rank them by urgency, demand, willingness to spend, and overall market size.
The goal here is not to create something random and hope people buy it. You want to find a problem people already care about and then build a product around solving that problem. And if your goal is eventually getting to $10 ,000 a day, you would also need to make sure the market is large enough that there are actually enough potential customers to support that level of revenue once i have the problem i would use cloud to help me create the actual digital product i might tell it create a complete digital product that helps this audience go from their current problem to the desired result break it into modules lessons action steps templates checklists and resources clock can help you build the structure extremely quickly whether you're creating a course guide template pack prompt library training program membership resource bundle or some combination of those things but this is where your own experience and expertise need to come in you don't want to to blindly copy whatever AI gives you.
You want cloud to organize your knowledge and help you turn what you already know into something that is easier for customers to understand, implement, and actually get results from. The next step is turning the product into an offer. So then we need to figure out the math behind $10 ,000 a day.
You usually would need to spend around $2 ,500. The lot of 10 would mean that you get 250 leads. So it means a lead costs about 10 bucks.
Then you would do it again. So the lot of 10 is 25 calls. And then you would close around four of those calls at 2 ,500 for $10 ,000.
a day after that i would use cloud to help build the marketing system i'd have cloud create 30 short form content ideas around the biggest pains objections mistakes and goals of the target customer then i use it to create hooks scripts emails landing page copy add ideas follow -up messages retargeting copy and potentially even upsell ideas for example i could ask claude create 30 pieces of content designed to attract people who have this problem and naturally lead them toward this digital product then i can take the winning ideas and ask claude to create variations of the hooks and scripts so i have even more content to test Now, instead of having one product staying on a website, we have an entire system designed to consistently bring the right people into the offer.
If the goal is getting to $10 ,000 a day, this is where volume becomes extremely important. You may eventually need organic content, paid advertising, email marketing, retargeting, affiliates, partnerships, or multiple traffic sources working together at the same time. Cloud can help you create and organize all that much faster, but you still need to test everything in the real market and figure out which traffic sources actually bring in customers profitably.
The final step is testing. and improving. You are probably not going to create the perfect product, offer, landing page, and marketing campaign on the first attempt.
That's completely normal. You want to launch it, then you're going to look at the data and figure out where people are dropping off. If nobody is clicking, fix the marketing.
If people are clicking but they're not buying, fix the offer or the sales page. If people are buying but asking for refunds, fix the products. If your advertising is bringing in customers but you are spending more to acquire than they are worth, fix the economics before you try to scale.
Then keep improving each part until the numbers start making sense. Once you have something that is consistently profitable that's when you scale the traffic create more content increase ad spend add affiliates improve the average order value you can even build up sales and back in offers and start pushing towards that ten thousand dollar a day target all right guys so first thing we're gonna do is obviously we're figuring this out for business owners now like ultimately just to keep this super simple all business owners care about at the end of the day is they want sales and leads right they want to make more money so when you're trying to create some type of products or offer you need to keep in mind that whatever it is you're selling needs to be around getting more sales and leads.
And I guess to take it in a step further, if I'm just trying to be really transparent with you, most business owners don't have a really organic following or they don't have a big social media presence. And trying to teach people how to do that takes a lot of time, right? So they also want very fast results.
We'll do fast capital letters so you guys can obviously see that's important. At the end of the day, that's why when most business owners are coming into me or they're trying to talk to me, what I'm trying to figure out for them is how we can figure out a paid acquisition system as fast as humanly possible so that they can - can have leads consistently.
We don't want to spend a lot of time like, hey, here's how you build your social media following and things like that, unless it's a long -term deal. So let's say it's like a year or maybe even two years long. So now that we know this is what they want, how can we figure out how to do that?
Now, whenever I'm talking about, you know, digital products or digital offers, the digital part is kind of the curriculum, okay? So we'll say over here, it's like you have your curriculum. You can even add in, you know, videos, right?
So it's like videos, PDFs, stuff like that, okay? You know, if someone was going to pay you for this, They said, hey, I need more sales and leads in my business and I need it really fast.
The chance that someone's going to buy something from you that only has videos, PBS, it's like a course, is low. They will sometimes, but it's low. And you can usually only sell it between, let's say, best case scenario.
The best case scenario you're going to see a course is going to be like $97 ,000 to $2 ,000 a pop. And that's like best case scenario. And that's if it's a really robust course and there's a really robust sales process.
So to me, a lot of times when I'm talking about digital products and helping people, It's way easier instead of doing this and having a massive funnel system, right? Where it's like, for example, when you run ads and I say massive funnel system, usually it might be ad, opt -in page, VSL or a webinar, and then they have to buy.
And so, you know, someone looking at this right now, it's like, do you know how to set up a funnel? Do you know what opt -in page is? Do you know what headline you need to use?
Do you know what the video needs to say? Do you know what the CTA needs to sound like? Do you know what needs to be in the video?
Getting people to buy is a price point, right? Like it's going to cost you a lot of time and money and effort. So usually what I...
recommend instead because this is a long process. It's not that you can't do it. It's just a lot harder.
And it's not that we should try not to do hard things. It's just, we're trying to get a win as easy as possible, right? Like we don't want to make it super hard for us to get rich.
It's already hard enough. So what I usually recommend is add this in with some type of one -to -one support. The reason I say that is you can take a digital product and just add in as an upsell one -to -one calls or group coaching or whatever you want to say.
And that can take this price point from 2000. And I've seen it go as high as, you know, you could do a hundred thousand depending. on who you are now most people obviously 100 000 won't work so maybe it's only like 10 but just by adding in a couple 101 calls you could 4x the price why because part of what increases value for people is proximity right they get more of you versus they're just kind of getting like an arm distance or a video they're gonna pay a heck of a lot more money so usually that's what i'd recommend and how to sell it so let's assume that we agree on this part so once we have this part out of the way what i want to do from here is i usually will have some type of base course or curriculum right where it's like hey you're gonna have access to this here's the curriculum here's the videos here's the pdfs here's the sheets here's all the things you need and that's going to be kind of their core base and then i might have some type of one -on -one aspect or group call so we're kind of hitting them from all angles right and we're also trying to maximize our value across the business and our employees because like let's just say right now you're by yourself like this is going to help you maximize your time and how much money you're going to spend if you give people some type of outline and done for you materials plus you add in some calls that's really all it really takes to sell it at a high level by excluding calls someone's like why
I don't want to do any calls. Okay, but you're now making it much more difficult for you to make a lot of money. And to be honest, like the average person, even higher level business owners, they're not skilled enough to sell things at a low price point.
It's extremely difficult at scale, especially on cold traffic. The reason you have to understand when I say cold traffic, I mean like Facebook ads. The reason for that is because if you're selling something for $97, that means if you're running ads, you have to sell it for less than that to make profit.
You're not usually going to. So a lot of times when you see people say, they're like, hey, I saw this guy the other day. selling something for 97 bucks.
What happens is it usually costs them. Let me get a red marker to show you this example. It might cost him $200.
So he loses, you know, 103, but then the way they're able to actually make it work is then they upsell, you know, a 5k package. And this is where they make all the profits. So even a lot of times when people go, well, I saw someone doing that.
Like you must be wrong. You're not seeing what's happening after that initial purchase. And they get some of those buyers to actually upsell and buy it.
So from here, what I want to show you guys is how you can actually make. thousand dollars a day doing this okay i'm gonna make it really really simple or as simple as i could possibly can obviously in this video because i don't want to spend a bunch of time telling you guys stuff that doesn't really matter first thing is like understand we're probably gonna have to use paid ads the reason we have to use paid ads is you don't have a huge organic following that's usually why so if we're running ads what it's going to look like typically is you're going to have an ad you'll have some type of opt -in page where you get email and phone number so we'll just put email number right there and then it's going to have some type of video which they call a video sales letter and then you're usually going to push them to a Now, again, you don't have to do this, but selling someone over the phone is a hell of a lot easier than pushing them straight to a buy page, okay?
I've been doing this for years. Just trust me. You build a lot more trust on a phone call than just pushing someone to a website.
Now, once we do this, we want to figure out what we're going to sell at. So let's say we're doing $2 ,500 price point, and you want to sell $10 ,000 a day. Well, you're going to need to believe my assumption.
Most of the times, you're going to get a 4X return on ads if things are working. Some people can't hit that because they have issues. They're not hitting certain numbers and metrics they need to, but I'm going to give you an example.
price point is 2 ,500. Here's what you would need to do. You would need to spend $2 ,500 a day on ads.
That would get you 250 leads, right? So it's usually the lot of 10. So let's say it leads 10 bucks.
250 times 10 is 2 ,500. That would get you 25 calls if things are working. And then usually that would help you close between two to four calls.
Let's just say you close four. That gives you the $10 ,000 a day that you're looking for. Now, if you're spending money on ads and you're getting leads that are over 10 bucks, it's usually a headline issue on the opt -in page right here.
If you're getting... these, but you're not getting calls, it's usually a follow -up issue. So like, obviously the VSLs have the book of calls.
So the VSL may not be as good, but once they give you their email and phone number, you should be calling, you should be emailing, you should be texting. You can do retargeting ads that it's like, Hey, if they saw this, but didn't book a call, push them back to this page. You can do all types of things.
Retargeting just means people who saw this, but didn't book a call, send them these types of ads. Okay. So it's called retargeting.
You're showing them new, different types of ads. And then if you're not closing at least four calls, you have a closing issue. Like you're not very good at closing.
This is how easy the numbers actually are. The hard part is how do I run ads?
How do I get leads? What do I say in the headline? What do I say on the calls?
What do I say in the VSL? How do I follow up? What do I say in the follow -ups?
That's the part that usually keeps people confused. But from a high bird's eye view, this is what you need to do to be successful. So now getting into the marketing system, because I want you guys to understand this.
There's really two different types of ways that I would try to do this if I were you, okay? And this is, you know, maybe millions and millions and millions of dollars. So you can obviously do whatever you want.
This is what worked for me. So you have this funnel, and then you also can do. Add DM to opt -in to VSL to call.
Okay. And when I say VSL, by the way, I don't care if you do a webinar or VSL. I don't really care what you do.
I'm just trying to give you options. So the typical funnel is they opt -in. You get email and phone number.
They do a VSL. They can book a call from that. Or if the emails work, they can book a call from that.
If the phone number works, like you call them or you text them, that could work. The problem is this is what most people do. The benefit is, yes, this is a lot easier to scale because it's linear, right?
There's not a lot of, you don't need a lot of overhead. You don't need a lot of staff and employees because most of this. process is automated but because everything's automated that's what most people do so what i like about running an ad to a dm is if the ad goes to a dm they still have the same process right you still get the email you still get the phone number so they can book a call from the email they can book a call from the phone number they can book a call from the vsl but they can now also book a call straight from the dm because when they come in the dm you can have a conversation with them so the benefit is that here you have three right but then down here you might actually have four sorry that's not a very good four four so again it's just what are we trying we're trying to increase our odds of success.
This allows you to have inferior marketing and you can still win because anytime you have a conversation with a human, whether it's text or over the phone, it's easier to close them. When you don't have a conversation, your marketing has to be a lot better or harder, or how do I say, just superior. And so it makes it much harder to win.
So this is kind of like the entire marketing process. What I would want to focus on with this is usually when I'm shooting ads is I'll do hooks and I'll do like 40 hook variations. And then I'm usually saying about the same thing in the box.
okay so like for example i might do 40 hooks you know similar body and a similar cta like and usually what i'll do is i'll i'll have 40 hooks i'll look at my like piece of paper i'll read the hook or i'll like memorize it in my head and then i'll say the same body and cta for the most part right so if i'm doing profit share i may be like are you sick and tired of agencies that overcharge you i know exactly how you feel because you know i used to do that and now when people work with me they just pay me off profit they don't have to pay me agency fee they get better results it's a win -win so if you're interested in that click down below like what i'm basically getting at is like this part of that ad the body and the cta is going to be relatively the same the only thing i change is the hook because most people fall off after the first three seconds so you can literally have usually you can have similar bodies and ctas and people aren't even going to notice and it's also just not a good use of your time so that's what i do on the ads once they come in the dm the process i'll use with that usually is just i'll say what's your goal what are you struggling with what have you tried you ever had a coach and then i'll make an offer to pitch for help emails i'll have a seven to ten day email sequence phone numbers i'll do like usually two automated text max and then i'll call them the vsl usually
I'll have it be between five to 10 minutes and it's pretty direct. And then the cause is gonna be a little bit tough to go over on this actual YouTube video, but I have other YouTube videos if you wanna check that out where I go over the sales pitch. But that's kind of the marketing system.
And then once it's working, you put your money behind it, it's gonna work pretty easily. So like I said before, if the goal is $2 ,500 in spend, 250 leads, 25 calls, and you close four deals, like every person doesn't need to buy. It's like actually pretty low, right?
It's not really that crazy. If you're not hitting these numbers, then... you need to figure out, okay, what do I need to manipulate to hit that number?
So like, for example, if you're not getting leads, your ads are usually the issue or your headline. If you're not getting calls, it usually means your VSL or your follow -up process is off. 90 % of the time, it's a bad follow -up process.
That's what I usually see with business owners. And if you're not closing, it's because your sales process isn't that smooth. Making $10 ,000 a day with Cloud AI and digital products is not guaranteed, and Cloud is not an automatic money -making machine.
The results are going to depend on the market you choose, the problem you solve, the quality of the product, the strength of the offer, the price, the traffic you generate, the conversion rate. your customer acquisition costs, and most importantly, your ability to execute. Someone who already has an audience, sales experience, marketing skills, or money to invest into a customer acquisition is obviously going to have an advantage over someone who is starting completely from zero.
And reaching $10 ,000 a day is obviously going to require significantly more scale than reaching $10 ,000 a month. But the underlying process is the same. Find a problem people are willing to pay to solve.
Use cloud to help you create the product. Turn that product into a strong offer. Get it in front of the right people.
Track the number. and improve what isn't working. Once you have something that works, you increase the traffic, you increase the value of every customer, you build additional marketing channels, and continue scaling what is already profitable.
That is the actual path to giving yourself a chance of building a digital product business doing $10 ,000 per day. Problem-first prompting
Instead of asking Claude what product to build, tell it the target audience and ask it to rank that audience's biggest problems by urgency, demand, willingness to spend, and market size, then build the product to solve the top-ranked problem.

$10K/day funnel math
$2,500/day ad spend
250 leads at ~$10/lead
25 booked calls
4 closed deals at $2,500

Testing and improving diagnostic
No clicks -> fix the ad/headline
Clicks but no buys -> fix the offer/sales page
Buys but refunds -> fix the product
Profitable clicks but expensive acquisition -> fix the economics
A four-row lookup table matching where a funnel is leaking to the specific part that needs fixing.
Steal fordiagnosing any underperforming paid-ad funnel

Linear funnel vs. DM funnel
Ad -> opt-in page -> VSL -> call
Ad -> DM -> opt-in -> VSL -> call
Two structurally similar funnels; the DM variant adds a real conversation as an extra path to a booked call, trading some automation for higher close rates on weaker marketing.
Steal forchoosing between a fully automated funnel and one with a DM-based human touchpoint
