Big Idea

The argument in one line.

Claude product research prompts plus Seedance 2.0 photorealistic UGC generation collapse a four-step affiliate production workflow — find product, write script, shoot footage, edit — into a single-session pipeline any beginner can run.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • You want to run Amazon affiliate content on YouTube Shorts or TikTok without owning a camera or filming anything yourself.
  • You are already publishing Shorts but spending too much time manually researching products or scripting videos.
  • You have tried affiliate marketing before but abandoned it because the content creation bottleneck was too slow to stay consistent.
  • You want to understand how AI UGC videos are actually being built and distributed in 2026.
SKIP IF…
  • You need meaningful near-term earnings — Amazon 3% commissions require serious volume before income becomes real.
  • You want a strategy that does not depend on a third-party SaaS platform — Flova charges credits per generation.
  • You already have a working content production system and are only looking for monetization strategy, not production workflow.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

The video argues that affiliate Shorts content is viable again because AI video generation now produces photorealistic UGC clips from a single product image, removing the filming and editing steps that made this format unsustainable. The core workflow is: prompt Claude with a niche to receive a 10-day product content calendar with commission estimates, paste a product image into Flova, generate a 15-second vertical video with AI voiceover and UGC-style footage, upload to YouTube Shorts, and route traffic to an Amazon affiliate link via Linktree in the channel bio. Cross-posting the same video to TikTok, Reels, and Pinterest multiplies reach without additional production. Shorts can also be compiled into long-form monthly videos to stack YouTube ad revenue on top of affiliate commissions.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • A 9-million-view Amazon Short at 0.5% conversion rate still generates 45,000 sales — the math works even at ultra-conservative assumptions.
  • Seedance 2.0 can produce a photorealistic UGC kitchen creator from a single Amazon product image with no real filming required.
  • Claude on the free tier generates a complete 10-day affiliate content calendar — product, trending reason, target buyer, commission estimate, and Amazon link — from one prompt.
  • Flova shows you the full hook, story, CTA, and voiceover script before spending any generation credits, so you can iterate without waste.
  • YouTube Shorts links are not clickable in-video, so the only viable traffic path is the channel bio — which means Linktree setup is non-optional infrastructure.
  • Compiling weekly Shorts into a monthly long-form video stacks YouTube ad revenue on top of existing affiliate commissions with no new content creation.
  • The same 15-second clip posted to TikTok, Reels, and Pinterest doubles or triples distribution with no additional production time.
  • A Flova pre-built Product Commercial skill maps a full storyboard scene-by-scene and asks for approval before generating any video — reducing wasted credits significantly.
  • AI-generated luxury perfume commercials are now visually indistinguishable from real studio production at YouTube Shorts display resolution.
  • The real income lever in Amazon affiliate marketing is consistency and cross-posting volume, not a single viral hit — 3% commissions only compound with scale.
Takeaway

The four steps AI just compressed into one.

WHAT TO LEARN

Finding a product, writing a script, generating footage, and editing a short used to be four separate bottlenecks — AI tools have collapsed them into a single prompt-to-video session.

  • A single Claude prompt with a defined niche produces a 10-day content plan complete with product links, trending rationale, and commission estimates — replacing manual product research entirely.
  • AI video generators like Seedance 2.0 can produce photorealistic UGC-style footage from a product image alone, which means the camera and location barrier to affiliate video content is now zero.
  • Showing creative direction for approval before spending generation credits is a workflow design principle, not just a platform feature — any AI video process benefits from a review gate before the expensive step.
  • YouTube Shorts prevents in-video clickable links, so every Shorts-based traffic strategy requires a bio link intermediary; the technical setup (Linktree plus Amazon Site Stripe) is non-optional infrastructure.
  • Repurposing the same video to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Pinterest after uploading to YouTube costs no additional production time and multiplies potential affiliate traffic by two to four times.
  • Short-form content compiled into long-form videos creates a second revenue stream (YouTube ad revenue) from content that has already been produced, with no additional shooting required.
  • Commission rates on physical goods (typically 1-4%) mean the income model only works at consistent volume — the business case depends on repeatable daily output, not individual viral hits.

The Script

Word for word.

Read-along

Don't just watch it. Burn it in.

See every word as it's spoken — crank it to 2× and still catch all of it. The same dual-channel trick behind Amazon's Kindle + Audible.

00:00I see a lot of people overcomplicating affiliate marketing lately, but honestly, some of the simplest content is pulling insane numbers right now. There's this channel called Justice Buys.
00:09They basically post simple Amazon product shorts, and they're getting millions of views consistent. Like, look at this. One of their recent shorts got almost 9,000,000 views promoting a single adjustable dumbbell on Amazon selling for around $160.
00:22Now Amazon usually pays around 3% commission for products like this, which means they're earning roughly $4.80 every time somebody buys through their affiliate link. At first, that doesn't sound like much, but affiliate creators usually see conversion rates around five to 10% from traffic like this.
00:37Now for this example, let's be extremely conservative and say only 0.5% of viewers bought the product. That's still around 45,000 sales from one video alone, which means this single short could have generated over $216,000 in affiliate commissions from one video.
00:53And the smart part is they take the exact same content, repost it onto TikTok, and potentially double their earnings without doing much extra. And honestly, this is exactly why I started paying attention to this space recently. Because a few years ago, creating this type of content consistently was hard.
01:08You needed product footage, editing skills, scripting, and a lot of time. But now AI is changing the process completely, and the workflow I'm about to show you makes this whole process way easier using AI. So the first thing we need is a winning product idea.
01:21So let's open up Claude. And by the way, you do not need Claude Pro for this. The free version works completely fine.
01:26Now instead of manually searching random products one by one, I made a detailed prompt that helps Claude find strong affiliate product ideas automatically. And I'll leave the exact prompt in the description below so you can copy and paste the same thing. And the only thing you need to change is this part right here where it says insert your niche.
01:41If you're not sure what niche to pick, these are some of the best performing Amazon affiliate niches right now for Shorts content. For this example, I'm just gonna go with kitchen gadgets and now watch this. It doesn't just throw random items at you, it basically creates a full ten day content plan.
01:55So every product already comes with a strong content angle behind it. For each one, Claude tells us why it's trending, the target buyer, estimated commission potential, competition level, and even gives us the direct Amazon link. And honestly, this saves a huge amount of time because instead of researching products manually, we already have 10 solid content ideas ready to go.
02:14Alright. So I'm just gonna go with the day one product which is this air fryer right here. And once I click the Amazon link Claude gave us, it takes us straight to the product page.
02:22And, yeah, this is actually the type of product you wanna see. The reviews look solid. The product images look clean.
02:28And visually, it already feels like something that would work well for Shorts content. So now instead of filming product footage ourselves, we're gonna use AI to turn this into a full affiliate video. And for that, we're gonna jump into Flova.
02:40If you haven't seen Flova before, it's basically this all in one AI creative platform where you can generate videos, images, ideas, and pretty much build your whole workflow in one place. They've got tools like GPT image two, c dance two point o, and a bunch of built in AI skills that make the whole process way easier and way faster.
02:57And later in the video, I'll show you one of those skills because it's actually pretty cool. So if you wanna follow along with me, I'll leave the Flowva link down in the description. Alright.
03:05So now we're inside Flova. The first thing I'm gonna do is copy one of these air fryer images from Amazon and paste it directly into Flova. Now right under the image, I'm gonna type create a natural UGC style fifteen second vertical affiliate video for this air fryer product.
03:19And from here, we can basically tell Flova exactly what we want the video to look like. So I'm gonna tell it to use Sea Dance two point zero for the video generation and 11 Labs for the narration. And if you want, you can also manually add the models yourself by clicking the video tab and selecting Sea Dance two point zero, then going to narration and adding 11 labs there too.
03:39But the nice part is Flova also understands the model names directly inside the prompt which makes the workflow feel way faster. I also wanna make sure it creates one single continuous fifteen second video instead of random disconnected clips. And inside that one video, I want smooth transitions between different moments like a real short form product commercial.
03:57And the cool part is we can also ask Flova to brainstorm the hook, story, call to action, narration ideas, and even the on screen text directly inside the workflow. So instead of switching between chat GPT, Claude, or different tabs to plan everything manually, Flowva basically helps us handle the whole process in one place.
04:13We can literally ask it to brainstorm the idea, write the script, generate the narration, and create the final video all in the same workflow. And by the way, I'll leave this exact prompt in the description below if you wanna test it yourself. Now, watch this.
04:25When I hit enter, it doesn't immediately start generating a random video. Instead, the Flova agent first analyzes the product image and comes up with a complete creative direction for the video. And this is actually really cool.
04:36It basically acts like your own creative assistant. Just look at this. It already came up with the hook, the story, the CTA, the narration script, and even the visual flow for the entire fifteen second video.
04:46For example, it suggested this hook. I stopped using my oven the second I got this thing. And then it mapped out the whole video from start to finish, showing the touch panel, loading the food, the cooking process, the final food reveal, and the call to action at the end.
05:00It even wrote the full Eleven Labs voice over script and suggested the text overlays that should appear on screen. So instead of sitting there trying to figure out what to say, what scenes to create, or how to structure the video, Flova basically does most of that work for you. But my favorite part is right down here.
05:14Before generating anything, it actually stops and asks if you like the idea first. So if you wanna change the hook, adjust the story, rewrite the narration, or try a completely different angle, you can do all of that before spending any credits on video generation. And honestly, that's a huge deal because it helps you avoid wasting credits on videos you weren't happy with in the first place.
05:32But for this example, I think the creative direction looks great. So I'm just gonna click looks great, generate the video now. So once we hit approve, Flova basically just takes over.
05:41It actually generates the Eleven Labs voice over first, then it combines everything together and sends it to C Dance two point o to create the final video. So we just let it do its thing for a couple of minutes and boom, the video is ready.
05:53Just watch this. I stopped using my oven the second I got this thing. Four buttons.
05:57That's it. Even my mom figured it out. Hear that?
06:00Not cheap plastic. Then you just wait.
06:06Check the link below if you wanna see it. Keep
06:09in mind, this whole thing was generated from a basic Amazon picture. And the craziest part, look at the UGC creator in the video. She looks insanely real.
06:17Like, you honestly cannot even tell she's AI. The food looks amazing, the camera movement is seamless, and it genuinely looks like a viral video you'd see scrolling on TikTok. Now let's say I want another version of this same video.
06:28I don't need to start over or upload the product images again. I can literally go back into the chat and type generate another UGC style version for this same product with a fresh creative angle. That's it.
06:39Because Flover remembers the conversation, it already knows the product we're working with. A few minutes later, it comes back with a completely new version, different visuals, and a fresh angle for the same product. And just to show you what I mean, here's the second version it generated for me.
06:51I stopped using my oven the second I got this thing. Like, feel how solid this is? 400 degrees in, eight minutes, and it just slides
06:59like that. Frozen fries didn't even thaw them. Oh.
07:02Oh. Oh. Oh.
07:04Check the link below if you wanna see it.
07:07And that's the same product again, just a completely different version of the video. And for affiliate marketing, that's huge. Because if a product is performing well, you can quickly create multiple versions of the content and see which one gets the best results.
07:19Now, one thing I wanna show you is that you're not limited to the videos Flova generates. You can edit everything directly inside the platform. If you switch over to the timeline section, you'll see all the footage that was generated for us.
07:30From here, I can drag clips directly onto the timeline and start editing everything the way I want. For example, if I don't like the beginning of a clip, I can trim it down right here. Then if I want a different order, I can simply drag scenes around and rearrange them on the timeline.
07:44If I need more control, I can split a clip into multiple sections and edit each part separately. And if I wanna add something extra, I can import my own videos, images, music, or other assets directly from my computer and mix them into the project. So whether you wanna make a few quick adjustments or completely customize the final video, everything can be done right here inside Flova.
08:04And while we're here, I wanna show you a smart affiliate marketing strategy that most people never talk about. A lot of successful Amazon affiliate creators don't actually build their long form videos from scratch. Instead, they publish Shorts first.
08:15After they've created a batch of videos over a few weeks, they will combine all of those short clips into one long form YouTube video. If you look at this example, these compilation videos get a great amount of views and they list every single Amazon affiliate link right in the description. So if you've been creating Shorts consistently for a few weeks, you can bring all those videos into Flova, arrange them on the timeline, export the final version, and upload it as a long form video.
08:40You earn your Amazon commissions from the links and eventually you can get paid by YouTube ad revenue as well. Alright. At this point, the video is ready to go, so I'm just gonna download it and save it to my computer.
08:49Alright. Now we already have a video ready to post, but before we upload anything, I wanna show you one more feature inside Flova. If you click over to skills, you'll find a bunch of pre built workflows.
08:59And you're not limited to the ones already here. You can even create your own custom skills. Now instead of starting from scratch again, let's see what happens when we use one of these pre built skills.
09:08Let's use this product commercial skill. As soon as I click it, Flova adds it directly into the chat. So now we're not starting from a blank prompt anymore.
09:15Flova already knows we wanna create a product commercial. For this example, I wanna create a luxury commercial for Jadore Dior. So I'll copy one of the perfume images and paste it directly into the chat.
09:25Then I'll use this prompt. Create a fifteen second 16 to nine luxury perfume commercial for Jadore Dior using Sedence two point zero. Feature a beautiful French woman, warm golden lighting, elegant fashion visuals, cinematic product shots, and a premium luxury aesthetic.
09:39Include a soft feminine narration that feels like a high end French perfume advertisement. End the commercial with a luxurious gold nested logo reveal of Jadore Dior. And now all we have to do is hit generate.
09:50So once we hit generate, that product commercial skill we selected just completely takes over. It analyzes the perfume image and starts building the commercial for us. And before creating anything, it first maps out the production pipeline.
10:01You can see it's mapping out the whole work flow and choosing the AI models for each step automatically. Next, Flova creates the final video spec. This is where it defines the visual style, voice, music, and overall direction for the commercial.
10:14Once that's locked in, it starts building the storyboard. You can see Flova is planning the entire commercial before creating anything. Over here, it's defining the key elements like the perfume bottle, the model, the environment, and the overall visual style.
10:27Then below that, it breaks the commercial down scene by scene and shows the timing for each shot. And if we scroll down, it even plans out the music and narration before moving into production. So before generating the final video, we get a complete overview of how everything is going to look and feel.
10:42And if I wanna change anything, I can do it right here before moving forward. But honestly, this already looks perfect to me. So I'm just gonna click looks perfect and let Flova continue with the generation.
10:54A few minutes later, the storyboard images are ready. And honestly, these look incredible. The perfume bottle looks exactly like the product we uploaded.
11:01The model fits the luxury brand aesthetic perfectly, and the lighting and environment feel like something you'd see in a real perfume commercial. What's nice is that we're not locked into these results. If I don't like the bottle, the model, or any of the scenes, I can regenerate them individually without starting the entire project over.
11:17But everything looks great, so I'm just going to click all looks great, proceed to shot videos. Now, FLOVA takes these approved elements and uses them as references to generate all the final scenes with cdance two point zero. A few minutes later, all the scenes are generated.
11:31The product looks consistent, the lighting looks premium, and the shots match the storyboard perfectly. If I wanna change anything, I can regenerate individual scenes. But everything looks good, so I'm going to click shots look great, generate the audio.
11:43Now, Flova generates the narration and background music, then automatically places everything onto the timeline so the project is ready for export. Let me show you the final result.
11:54There is a gold that only skin can hold.
12:00Shadour. Wear it like light.
12:07Dior. Wait a second. Can you believe AI just created this?
12:10Honestly, if I didn't watch the entire process myself, I would think this came from a real production studio. And the crazy thing is people get paid to create videos like these for brands. If So you'd like me to show you how to make money creating commercial ads like this, comment commercial below and I'll make a full video on it.
12:26But right now, let's jump into the final step and actually get this uploaded to YouTube. Alright. So before we upload, you're gonna need a YouTube channel.
12:33If you don't have one yet, don't sweat it. It's completely free. I actually linked a full step by step tutorial down in the description to help you get that set up.
12:40Once your channel is good to go, just jump over to YouTube, hit create up at the top, click upload video, and drop in that awesome video we just made. Now, if we actually want this to get views, we need a solid title, description, and some tags. To make that easier, I prepared a prompt for you.
12:55You'll find it in the description below. Just copy it, paste it into Claude, type in your niche, and let the AI do the work. When it's done, just pick the title you like the most and paste it in.
13:06Grab the description, drop that in the box right below it, then make sure you scroll down and click no, it's not made for kids, and just paste those generated keywords right into the tags section.
13:20From there, just keep hitting next until you get to the visibility page. As a quick tip, I usually like scheduling my shorts between 12PM and 3PM eastern time Just because I've noticed that's when a ton of people are on their phone scrolling. Now, after publishing the video, we need somewhere to send people when they click our link.
13:36And this is important because links inside YouTube shorts aren't clickable. So instead, we're gonna put our link in our YouTube channel bio. Personally, I like using Linktree because it's free and really easy to set up.
13:46So head over to Linktree and create an account. During sign up, you'll probably see an option to upgrade to a paid plan. Just scroll down and select the free plan.
13:54You don't need any of the pro features for this and the free version works perfectly fine. Once you're in, select creator and continue. After that, choose any theme you want and click continue.
14:05When it asks which platform you're on, select YouTube and continue. Then you'll get to your profile setup. For your bio, you can write something simple like sharing the best Amazon products and daily finds I actually recommend.
14:15You can also upload a profile picture if you want. Once that's done, click continue and your Linktree profile is ready. Alright.
14:21So once you're inside Linktree, click on links. Now from here, we need two things, the product title and the affiliate link. Let's start with the title.
14:30So head back to Amazon and copy the product name. You don't need to use the full title though. I usually shorten it a little so it looks cleaner and easier to read.
14:37Then come back to Linktree and paste it right here in the title field. Next, we need the affiliate link. To get that, you'll need an Amazon Associates account.
14:45If you haven't signed up yet, don't worry. It's completely free and I've linked a step by step guide in the description below. Once you're inside Amazon and viewing the product page, you'll see a little bar at the top called Site Stripe.
14:56From there, click get link and copy your affiliate link. Now head back to Linktree and paste that affiliate link right into the URL box and that's it. You will immediately see the product button appear on the preview screen on the right side.
15:07Now when someone clicks it, it will take them directly to the Amazon product page using your personal affiliate link. Next, copy your Linktree URL because we need to add it to your YouTube channel bio. Go to your YouTube studio and click on customization.
15:20Then scroll down to the description section, and here you can write a simple message like, find the exact product in my bio. Then go to the links section right below it and paste your Linktree URL. For the link title, I usually use something simple like shop my favorites or explore my finds and then hit publish.
15:35So here's how the system works. When someone watches your video and visits your channel, they will see the link right on your profile. They click it, land on your Linktree page, click the product, and get sent directly to Amazon.
15:46If they buy it, you earn a commission. The best part is we only did this for one product. Tomorrow, you can take day two from the list Claude gave us, create another video in Flova, add the new product link, and keep going.
15:56Day three, day four, and so on. The more content you publish, the more chances you have to get clicks and make sales. And one last thing before you go.
16:04Once you've uploaded your video to YouTube shorts, don't stop there. Take that exact same video and repost it to TikTok, Instagram reels, and Pinterest as well. After all, you've already done the hard work of creating the content, you might as well get as many views from it as possible.
16:19This way you have multiple platforms working for you at the same time, which means more traffic, more potential buyers, and more opportunities to earn commissions. And if you'd like me to create a dedicated tutorial for any of those platforms, let me know down in the comments. God bless, and I'll catch you in the next video.
