Big Idea

The argument in one line.

A coach turned a single AI agent's affiliate program into a five-figure monthly income stream by embedding the referral link inside his own paid products and client workflows instead of buying ads.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • A coach, consultant, or course creator with an existing paid product who wants a recurring commission stream without producing new promotional content.
  • Someone building a service business who could charge clients to install and configure an AI agent, then collect the ongoing affiliate commission on their subscription.
  • A creator with an email list or YouTube audience evaluating whether a software affiliate program's terms (tiered commissions, sub-affiliate overrides, a 90-day cookie) are actually generous.
SKIP IF…
  • You have no existing audience, list, or product to embed a link into; this isn't a cold-traffic affiliate playbook.
  • You want a technical walkthrough of how the AI agent itself works; the video is about the affiliate mechanics, not a product tutorial.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

John Whiting made $58,376 in cumulative commissions, including $18,047 in one month, as an affiliate for an AI agent called Viktor that lives inside Slack and automates his team's work. Rather than buying ads, he embedded his affiliate link inside his own paid course by turning its curriculum into a 'skill pack' that installs directly into a buyer's Viktor instance, so one sale pays him twice: the course price plus a recurring cut of the AI subscription. The program pays 15-20% per sale for a year, 3% on anyone a referred affiliate sells to, plus a $250 bounty, all inside a 90-day cookie window. He argues the bigger opportunity is charging AI-naive businesses thousands of dollars to install and configure the agent for them.

Chapters

Where the time goes.

00:00 – 00:52

01 · The $17,937 hook

Whiting opens with his headline number, $17,937 made in 30 days promoting an AI agent he neither built nor coded, then previews everything the video will cover.

00:52 – 01:38

02 · Who I am: three 7-figure exits and the Bulletproof Boardroom

He credentials himself: three online businesses past seven figures, one sold in 2019, over a thousand clients coached, and his current program targeting $50-100K/month in take-home profit for elite business owners.

01:38 – 02:15

03 · $1.5M net profit with a team of three

He shows his own business's trailing 12 months, $2.3M in sales and $1.5M net profit, run with just himself, one VA, and the AI agent.

02:15 – 03:20

04 · Meet the agent that replaced a 23-person team

He introduces the AI agent (branded Viktor on screen) that lives inside Slack and let him go from a 23-person sales team down to himself, a VA, and the agent.

03:20 – 04:30

05 · Why it beats ChatGPT and Claude's agentic features

He argues its built-in security and permissions protect against an agent going rogue, citing a story of an agent that overspent a user's credits and then defended the overrun, and notes Slack's CEO led its $75M investment round.

04:30 – 06:05

06 · What he has the agent do: dashboards, ad creative, automations

He walks through the agent building his self-liquidating-offer performance dashboard, generating ad creative trained on his top performers, and running automations, framing it as an employee that only performs as well as the training you give it.

06:05 – 06:50

07 · Model selection, audit logs, permissions, and team settings

He shows the agent's model picker (multiple LLMs, auto-upgrading), plus audit logs and permission settings that let his VA use and be managed by the same agent.

06:50 – 08:00

08 · The affiliate program: 15-20% commissions plus sub-affiliate overrides

He breaks down the payout structure: 15% per sale for a year, upgrading to 20% after 15 referred customers, a 3% override on anyone a referred affiliate sells to, and a $250 bounty per affiliate signed up.

08:00 – 08:40

09 · How to get $200 in free credits

He explains stacking a $100 new-user credit with an extra $100 exclusive to his link for $200 total in free credits.

08:40 – 09:45

10 · Full disclosure: why he almost never promotes software

He states he rarely promotes third-party tools because his reputation matters more than a small commission, framing this endorsement as an exception because the program is unusually generous.

09:45 – 10:40

11 · His numbers: 2,099 clicks, 192 buyers, $58K earned

He shows his live affiliate dashboard: 2,099 clicks, 335 leads, 192 paying customers (about 9% of clicks), $58,376 in total earnings, and $18,047 in the trailing 30 days.

10:40 – 11:20

12 · The 90-day cookie window

He explains that a click today still earns credit on a purchase up to 90 days later, unless the buyer clicks a competing affiliate's link first, which is why driving clicks matters so much.

11:20 – 12:00

13 · How he actually promoted it: email, text, and four videos

His promotion was modest: a few emails and a text blast to his existing list, plus about four YouTube videos mentioning it, leaning on an audience he'd already built rather than new outreach.

12:00 – 13:15

14 · Turning a paid product into an agentic skill pack

He describes converting his Propaganda Machine course curriculum into a drag-and-drop skill pack, so buyers get both the course and an installed AI agent trained on it, double-dipping the sale with a recurring affiliate commission.

13:15 – 14:30

15 · Pre-training the agent for coaching clients

For his coaching members, he's fed the agent over 5 million words of his own courses, calls, and frameworks through an API, so every client's instance updates automatically within 24 hours whenever he teaches it something new.

14:30 – 15:05

16 · The human validation layer

He stresses that even with the agent doing 90-95% of the work, a human still has to check, edit, and use judgment on the output, because the AI still makes mistakes.

15:05 – 16:05

17 · Selling installs as a service for $15,000

He describes a client who charges $15,000 to manually install and configure the agent for businesses with zero AI experience, collecting both the install fee and the ongoing affiliate commission.

16:05 – 16:45

18 · The best biz op for the next 6-9 months

He argues that installing AI agents for AI-naive local businesses and industries, which requires little technical skill, is the strongest opportunity he sees right now, paired with recurring affiliate income.

16:45 – 17:40

19 · 11 ways to cut credit usage by 50%

He references a resource he wrote for his own clients, an 11-point list for cutting AI agent credit spend by roughly half, and links it in the description.

17:40 – 19:14

20 · Next steps: get the agent, become an affiliate

He closes by directing viewers to the same two links throughout: get $200 in free credits, and sign up as an affiliate.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • A single AI-agent affiliate link generated $58,376 in cumulative earnings and $18,047 in one month for a coach who says he barely promoted it.
  • The affiliate program pays 15% of every sale for a year, upgrading to 20% once a referred affiliate closes 15 customers of their own.
  • Referring another affiliate pays 3% of everything they sell for a year, plus a flat $250 bounty for each affiliate signed up.
  • A 90-day cookie window means a click today still pays out three months later, as long as the buyer doesn't click a competing affiliate link first.
  • Out of 2,099 clicks on his affiliate link, only 335 became leads and 192 became paying customers, roughly a 9% click-to-sale rate.
  • Turning a paid course into an AI 'skill pack' lets a creator sell the course once and collect a recurring affiliate commission on the AI subscription it requires, indefinitely.
  • One client charges $15,000 to manually install and configure the AI agent for businesses that have never used AI, then keeps the recurring affiliate commission on top.
  • Installing AI agents for AI-naive local businesses is framed as the strongest business opportunity available for the next six to nine months.
  • He feeds the agent his own coaching material, over 5 million words of calls, courses, and frameworks, so every client's instance updates automatically within 24 hours of him teaching it something new.
  • Even with the agent doing 90 to 95 percent of the work, a human still has to validate and edit the output because the AI still makes mistakes.
  • He discloses he almost never promotes third-party software because protecting his reputation is worth more than a commission, which is part of why this endorsement stands out.
  • New signups get $200 in free credits by stacking a $100 platform bonus with an extra $100 exclusive to a specific affiliate link, rather than a generic signup.
Takeaway

Embed the commission, don't just promote it

RECURRING COMMISSIONS

The highest-leverage affiliate income doesn't come from driving new clicks, it comes from wiring the commission into a product or client relationship you already have.

02Who I am: three 7-figure exits and the Bulletproof Boardroom
  • Credential yourself with a specific, verifiable track record (three 7-figure businesses, one exit) before asking anyone to trust a financial claim, rather than vague authority.
  • A coaching or service business can run at $50-100K/month in take-home profit with a tiny team once systems and automation replace headcount.
03$1.5M net profit with a team of three
  • Report net profit, not just revenue, when proving a business model works: $2.3M in sales meant $1.5M in profit here, an unusually high margin worth noting.
  • A three-person operation (owner, one VA, one AI agent) can run a seven-figure business, which reframes 'team' as a leverage problem, not a headcount problem.
04Meet the agent that replaced a 23-person team
  • An AI agent that lives inside a team's existing chat tool removes the adoption friction of a separate app, which is often the real blocker to AI usage.
  • Replacing a large team with one AI agent plus a VA is a stronger proof point than any feature list, because a headcount reduction is easier to believe than a spec sheet.
05Why it beats ChatGPT and Claude's agentic features
  • When you evaluate agentic AI tools, ask what happens when the agent gets something wrong, not just what it can do right; unbounded credit and action limits are a real failure mode.
  • Built-in guardrails and spend limits are a genuine differentiator for AI agents doing unsupervised work, not a minor feature.
06What he has the agent do: dashboards, ad creative, automations
  • An AI agent's output quality is a direct function of how well you train and prompt it, treat it like onboarding a new employee, not a magic box.
  • Automating a recurring internal task, like a performance dashboard, is a better first use of an AI agent than a one-off project, because the leverage compounds.
07Model selection, audit logs, permissions, and team settings
  • Being able to swap the underlying model without rebuilding your workflow protects you from vendor and model obsolescence.
  • Audit logs and granular permissions matter once more than one person on a team is operating an AI agent unsupervised.
08The affiliate program: 15-20% commissions plus sub-affiliate overrides
  • A tiered commission structure that rewards sustained volume, not just a first sale, is worth negotiating into any partnership you're offered.
  • A sub-affiliate override, earning a percentage of commissions your recruits generate, turns a single-tier affiliate deal into a recruiting business; evaluate any program for whether it offers one.
09How to get $200 in free credits
  • Stacking a platform-wide bonus with an affiliate-exclusive bonus is a simple way to make your specific link measurably better than a generic signup.
10Full disclosure: why he almost never promotes software
  • Disclosing that you rarely promote third-party products makes the rare endorsement carry more weight than routine, unlabeled promotion would.
  • Protecting your reputation by saying no to most partnership offers is what makes the occasional yes convertible.
11His numbers: 2,099 clicks, 192 buyers, $58K earned
  • A roughly 9% click-to-purchase rate is a realistic benchmark for affiliate conversion on a paid software product, useful for sizing your own expectations.
  • Publishing your actual dashboard numbers, not rounded claims, is what makes a financial result in a video believable.
12The 90-day cookie window
  • A long cookie window rewards driving clicks even without an immediate sale, so total link volume matters more than same-session conversion.
  • Understand exactly what breaks your credit for a referral before you rely on a long cookie window.
13How he actually promoted it: email, text, and four videos
  • An existing list and channel does the heavy lifting; a handful of emails, one text blast, and a few videos can outperform any need for paid traffic.
  • You don't need a dedicated campaign to add a meaningful income stream; mentioning an offer inside content you were already making can be enough.
14Turning a paid product into an agentic skill pack
  • Wrapping your existing paid curriculum into a tool the buyer installs turns a one-time product sale into a second, recurring revenue line tied to a platform they now depend on.
  • Look for AI agent platforms that let you package your own IP as an installable skill; it's a distribution channel most creators aren't using yet.
15Pre-training the agent for coaching clients
  • Feeding an AI agent your full body of work through an API creates a knowledge base that scales your expertise to every client without your direct involvement.
  • Automating how new material gets added to a client-facing knowledge base removes yourself as the bottleneck in keeping it current.
16The human validation layer
  • Even at 90-95% automation, budget explicit human review time into any AI-agent workflow you build or sell; skipping it is where quality breaks down.
  • Frame the AI's output as a first draft requiring your judgment, not a finished deliverable, when you're the one whose name is on the result.
17Selling installs as a service for $15,000
  • A done-for-you installation and configuration service is a legitimate standalone offer for any tool that's powerful but intimidating to AI-naive buyers; price it for the hand-holding, not just the setup time.
  • Stacking a one-time install fee on top of a recurring affiliate commission gives you both an upfront payday and ongoing revenue from the same client.
18The best biz op for the next 6-9 months
  • Businesses and industries with zero current AI usage are a larger, less competitive opportunity right now than businesses already comfortable with AI tools.
  • Low technical skill requirements paired with high perceived value is exactly the gap a service business should target.
1911 ways to cut credit usage by 50%
  • Practical usage tips, like a credit-saving checklist, are worth publishing separately from your main pitch; they build trust and get referenced back into other content.

In the last 30 days I've made $17 ,937 selling one AI agent and I didn't build it, I didn't code it, and to be honest I have not done much to promote it. And in this video, I'm going to walk you through what the agent is, how it works, why I personally believe it's better than anything else, at least as of the filming of this, how me and my clients are using it, how I've added about 18K a month in recurring affiliate income, how the affiliate program actually works, the commission structure, how you can get $200 in free credits just for trying it.
I'm going to give you some ideas on how to sell and monetize it, including stuff that I'm doing and my clients. and how to save a lot in your credit usage. Now, if you're new to the channel, my name is John Whiting.
I am not an affiliate marketer, but I have scaled three online businesses past seven figures. I sold one of them in 2019, and I've worked with over a thousand online business owners, including some of the biggest names in the industry. And my core program is called the Bulletproof Boardroom.
We exclusively work with elite online business owners, and we're all working towards the goal of getting to 50 to 100K a month in take -home profits. and then taking that profit turning into actual wealth in the bank account so that one day the whole online business thing becomes optional and this affiliate thing that i'm about to walk you through is just a small drop in the bucket from my actual total business you can see here in the last 12 months we've done 2 .3 million in sales and 1 .5 million in net profit that's an average of 121k in profit per month we've gotten 1869 customers and 96 clients and we do all of that with just a team of me a VA and the AI agent that I'm going to walk you through in this video and if you want more videos to help you scale your online business in a way that does not completely suck you can check out the rest of the channel All right now this AI agent that we're referring to is called Victor and it's what allowed me to go from a team of 23 doing sales calls to a team of again just me a VA and an AI agent and there's a link below this video where you can get $200 in free credits and that's a special link that you won't be able to find anywhere else so at the very least give this a shot.
I'm not going to cover everything this thing does because it well pretty much does everything and Victor lives in or Microsoft Teams, but who the hell uses Microsoft Teams? So if you don't have Slack, it's worth getting it.
It's really, really easy to set up. There's almost zero learning curve. It remembers everything, has context across the board.
It connects to all your softwares, actually does the work, talks to your team, and arguably most importantly, it has protection and security built in where obviously ChatGPT and Claude have agentic co -work type features now that can do work. for you but i just saw a reel this morning of some guy who had it do some video work asked it to produce 50 videos and it produced 500 and spent five thousand dollars of the guy's credits and then it defended itself as to why it didn't do that so uh victor has the security built in to protect you against it going rogue they just got a 75 million dollar investment round the ceo of slack is one of their lead investors their support has been amazing and it can do pretty much anything.
I'm going to walk you through briefly what I have it do, but I have other videos on the channel where I go more in depth on how I'm using it, but it writes, it creates, it runs operations, it builds automations. It connects to literally everything. So you can see here, everything that I have connected to, you can teach it skills.
You can import skills. I have it build my dashboard. This is a dashboard that shows me the unique creatives that I've created for a self -liquidating offer that I'm running over time that I can drill down by day, week, month, quarter, and year, as well as the subsequent cost per purchase effect on my self -liquidating offer so that I can keep with a creative cadence.
Speaking of creative cadence, I have trained it on creating ads for me based on the best performing ads for my self -liquidating offer. And basically, I just train it like... It's an employee.
And so if you use it and your outputs aren't that great, it's just because your inputs and training it probably need a little bit of work. But I found it to be very, very good. And what's really cool is you can adjust the model usage.
So I have mine running on Fable 5 .1 for everything, but you can select lower credit usage models. You can have specific key times where like, for example, my ad creation process. with victor i have it automatically defaulting to chat gpt 6 astra as of right now but you can really customize what model usage you want and what's cool is as the models upgrade they automatically upgrade in victor so you don't have to worry about needing to update anything it automatically updates so there's audit logs there's permissions there's team settings of who you can allow to use it within your team so my va uses victor and victor manages my VA and follows up on tasks and does some quality assurance work with my VA to make sure that everything is up to par.
Basically, as I said on this little doc here, anything that you can describe, Victor can probably code and execute and it's only getting better. So at the very least, give it a shot using the link in the description. Now let's look at the actual affiliate program and how that thing works.
So when you first sign up, you're going to be getting 15 % per sale. for one year at least as of right now and then it says new users get a hundred dollars off for their first purchase that's an additional hundred dollars off because if you sign up for victor with some other link that isn't the one in the description you already get a hundred dollars in free credits you use mine in the description you get an additional hundred dollars that equals two hundred dollars and then there's partner referral rewards and that is where when you follow the instructions and use the link in the description you'll earn three percent per original sale amount for one year so disclaimer i will earn three percent of whatever it is that you sell and i will also earn once i think you hit 15 conversions of 15 new customers you get upgraded to 20 percent per sale so i will earn 20 of whatever your victory usage is for the next 12 months unless they change their terms and so on the partner referrals it's three percent per original sale amount for one year and there's an
additional $250 bounty for anyone that you refer as an affiliate. So I will get that bounty if you decide to sign up as an affiliate, just so we're fully disclosed here. But if you followed me or you're new to the channel, just to let you know, I think all softwares are terrible and I don't promote anything like this.
I strongly value my reputation. It's why industry leaders trust me to advise them on their business. is because I don't promote little stuff like this just to make a quick little buck.
The 18K a month is just a drop in the bucket and it's not worth risking my reputation over. But with this, this has been a very, very big game changer and I wanna make sure that you're aware of what this opportunity is is because I've never seen an affiliate program that's actually this good. So I don't know if or when they will change it, but right now it is very, very - very generous and the time to get going on this is sooner rather than later.
So let me walk you through just a couple of ways that I've promoted this as well as like my conversion statistics, just so you might have some kind of a benchmark. This is no guarantee of you doing anything with this information to be very clear.
But I just want to show you, if we go to analytics here, if we go to all time and we filter by sale type new, this shows us how many people have clicked on my affiliate link. Only 2 ,099, 335 became a lead, which I believe means that they installed Victor inside of their Slack and 192 individual people made at least one purchase.
And so you can see that. That's basically 9 % of clicks. Now, how these clicks occur matters a lot, which I'll get to in just a second.
But I just want to show you when I go to earnings, 58 ,000 in earnings. And I learned about this on April 7th. And so you can see already how this has grown.
And so last month was $18 ,047 in commissions. And we're already on pace this month to go a little bit past that. But here's a couple of ways.
that I've promoted this oh and by the way before I walk you through that when somebody clicks on your affiliate link there's a 90 -day cookie window and what that means is is if somebody clicks on your affiliate link today and then they get retargeted by Victor's paid advertising For example, unless they click on another person's affiliate link before they buy, you get credit, even if it's 90 days from now, which is an unheard of window.
Very, very generous. So driving clicks is a very good idea I've found. So how have I driven clicks?
Well, there's only a couple of videos that I've made very specifically on my YouTube channel. And to be clear, yes, I have an established list and following. It's not enormous, but it's more than.
zero so disclaimer there but I've sent emails out to my list I've sent a text blast to my list I've made a few posts about it I've made a couple videos about it this being one of them this being another and then this one being a third so i guess maybe four videos on it so i'm not saying you're gonna do that i'm just saying i've made some videos about how we're using it kind of like this and sent a few emails that's one way number two which has been really really cool and if you sell any sort of digital product right now it's really simple to make it agentic so for example i run ads to a product called the Propaganda Machine.
It's a content and ads persuasion system that pre -sells high ticket coaching clients so they show up ready to pay. And this is effectively the foundation of how we fill our very expensive high end mastermind without any sales calls. You can check that out.
Link in the description as well. But what I did is I took the entire process and curriculum here and I had Victor turn it into an agentic. skill pack so when it says powered by a pre -trained ai agent when somebody buys this the first thing that they do inside our portal here is they get this skill pack and that skill pack includes all of this stuff that all they have to do is drag and drop it into their victor and then they will connect all of their softwares and say victor go execute on building this and it will do it and so then i just have them click to install their ai agent and so those are the instructions now i encourage everybody to like actually go through this and watch it because your agent will only be as good as your quality control of it but this is a really simple way of making yourself your intellectual property and making it agentic.
Everybody who has installed Victor, the only feedback that I've gotten is basically like, this is a complete game changer. Thank you so much. This is amazing.
And the only negative that I've seen is it's expensive when it comes to credit usage, which is why I'm going to share with you in just a minute how to save at least 50 % on credit usage. And if you start getting paid to share this, it basically becomes an income stream rather than an expense stream.
So I have it basically be an agentic part of my low ticket product that is the entryway from a paid ads perspective into my universe. And then for our boardroom members, what I've done is taken all of my intellectual property, every single video course, coaching call, mastermind recording, everything, and made it agentic into one big knowledge base that when somebody becomes a bulletproof boardroom member, we plug them in.
into an api that every time they use victor it calls on all of this library that now has well over 5 million words in it of everything so we're basically pre -training this ai agent for our clients whereas there's a lot of people that are really busy building and coding you know the agentic version of themselves and trying to like sell it and charge for it whereas what you can do is just make all of your intellectual property agentic and ask Victor, hey, just make this into skills that I can then tell somebody to drag and drop into their Victor instance.
And that's how this showed up, okay? So all of this stuff, I just asked Victor to do and he did it or it did it. And then I just said, hey, Victor, every time I train you on something new, I have a new rule that I create, automatically add it to our client -facing knowledge base so that...
As I train my agent, as I train my Victor, my client's Victors automatically within 24 hours get that deployed to theirs without me doing anything. I don't even need to ask. I have certain rules that I've given Victor that he just knows what to put in there, what not to put in there.
And I have rules on basically how to clean up that information so that nothing gets taken out of context when a client's Victor instance references. that content basically so very quickly this has allowed us to have enormous amounts of leverage and save hilarious amounts of time because everything i know goes in here for our clients automatically now the most important part from a client standpoint just in case you decide to deploy it this way is the human layer of validation and checking and editing after victor has done 90 to 95 of the work that is absolutely critical so victor does make mistakes just like any ai which is why you need to have the judgment and know what you're looking at but this fills that 90 to 95 workload in the middle without needing to hire developers learn how to code my own thing try to sell it individually it's just really really straightforward and so there's been skill packs that i've created that i've sold as part of a low ticket product and there's been smaller stripped down skill packs that i've maybe given
in a way on an Instagram post where it's like hey I have this skill pack on how to do this thing all you got to do is drag and drop it into the AI agent of your choice and if you don't have one you can try this one it's called Victor and then I share my affiliate link that's another way and it's a lot easier than having a whole sales page trying to sell the AI version of yourself and the barrier to entry for people is very very low and remember all you need is to get people to click on that link and so I haven't done a whole lot to kind of make this upward trend in earnings happen.
And it's not my main focus, but I figured I'd share this because it's such an incredible opportunity from my perspective. And I'll let you know if that changes. But something else you can think about in terms of how to monetize this is I actually had one of my clients really go hard on selling installs as a service.
And he's charging 15 grand for a custom install of Victor. His Clients are thrilled because they're not using AI for anything, basically, and they don't know shit about shit.
So he looks like a genius for just basically installing it in Slack, hooking up their softwares, pre -training it on some rules and stuff, and having it do agentic stuff like we just talked about, but he's charging a fee for the actual install. So you could very easily create some sort of a biz op where you do AI agent install.
for local businesses or whatever, or clients that you already have, or go into an industry that has no AI at all and just be like, tell you what, I'm gonna make all your shit agentic and I'm only gonna charge you five, 10, 15 grand. And then you basically install an agent that runs everything for them for a fee and you'll get the recurring affiliate commission because they will be paying the victor fee on an ongoing basis.
I will say if I was like starting from absolute zero right now and I wanted to make as much money as I could, I think this is like the best biz op for the next at least six to nine months. Just finding businesses that have no AI usage and then installing this. It requires very little technical skill and everybody knows they need this type of stuff.
So great business opportunity, I think. So there's people out there that are like building custom agents. and needing to code stuff and all this stuff.
And I'm just like, well, why wouldn't you just install this and get the ongoing affiliate commission? So you're earning in two ways. And the best part about this is like, it's such a great tool and a great product that all you'll get is thank yous, which is really cool.
And here was a post that I made for my boardroom members on how to save with credits. First thing that is actually not on this list is they have an enterprise version that I think right now you have to. book a call with them but you can basically sign up for like a minimum amount of credits each month commit to 12 months and I think you save like 20 % automatically there and the credits do roll over which is really cool but while you're working with Victor here's this list of I guess 11 things that you can implement that'll save you easily 50 % in credit usage and I will link this post below this video as well and look at that since I've been filming this the earnings in the last 30 days have gone to $18 ,037.
So we've made some money just sitting here and you can see the sale amount. You just can't see the actual customer because they're not your customer. They're Victor's customer, but you have enough analytics here to really do some damage.
So your next steps are get Victor, get your $200 in free credits with the link in the description, and then sign up as an affiliate using that link in the description as well. If you have any questions or if I didn't cover anything just let me know in the comments and if you want to see the full blueprint of how we help online coaches get to consistent 50 to 100k a month in profit you can check out this video right here and I'll see you over there peace
The Hook

The bait, then the rug-pull.

John Whiting made $17,937 in thirty days promoting an AI agent he neither built nor coded, and says he's barely tried. This breakdown pulls apart his actual commission structure, his real click and conversion numbers, and the embedding tactic, wrapping his own paid course into the AI agent as a skill pack, that's driving most of it.

Skill Pack Embedding

Turn an existing paid product's curriculum into a drag-and-drop AI agent skill pack, so buying the product also installs the buyer into the AI subscription that runs it, creating a second recurring revenue line from the same sale.
