00:27First thing you wanna do is look up Google flow, then head over to Google flow. We're gonna open a project, and we're then gonna create an avatar. So when I'm trying to create an avatar like that, but reference image.
00:35So we're gonna try to create an attractive black guy pretty much. So we're gonna go ahead and just look up, I don't know, an attractive black guy. So we're going to copy some of this.
00:42We'll drop some reference images in here for it. Make a very attractive black male that looks like this.
00:48Very muscular. There should be no background blur. Make it as realistic and as high quality as possible.
00:54So let that cook up. Um, these are the settings I'm using. Nano Banana Pro.

01:29So we're be rocking him. Started of a page set up for him. So I'm gonna be showing you guys basically a step by step process of growing a page.

02:49So I actually haven't made a video in a couple weeks honestly because I my VAs do it. So what what I really do is I just make the scripts for all my VAs and they kind of make the videos for me. But I always tempted you guys how to grow an account yourself without VAs and eventually get to that point.
03:01So we had to go through this first. So put some on a pineapple. Watch this happens.

04:26But if it's too long, then they also start tweaking. You kinda have to find a sweet spot when you're generating with video because it's like, either it's gonna work or it's not gonna work.
04:34You really have to test like play around with what's gonna get you the best video and best quality. It's kinda rare. Like it's like a black flash that if you get like a perfect generation.
04:43But, um, it's really about playing around with it and seeing which which really works the best. Alright. The new videos just finished generating.

06:12So I was hungry for this shit. My ideal thing is just to make three scripts a day. So I'm posting like three times a day on these accounts.
06:17So I just make like three of these videos a day. Best part about this AI stuff is it's kinda like it's like it's kinda linear growth. So the more time you can put into this stuff, I feel like the faster of your results and the better results you can get.
06:26Obviously, you don't need to put in, like, you can still have success without having to put in a ton of time, but kinda just depends how good you are. But the true benefit and luxury of doing this AI content is that you're gonna hire VAs for them to do exactly what I'm doing right now. So I have a team of five VAs who do exactly what I'm showing you right now.
06:43Just send them the scripts and they make me the videos. So I just have to send them the scripts and then I wake up to fresh videos to post. So I have not made a video in about like two or three weeks.
06:51This is my first time making a video. Right. So I went ahead and I screenshotted that last picture so we can copy it again.

And that was just kinda like, BO sometimes it gives them like background music, which is a little weird.
09:25We obviously do not want that because it'll just make everything sound a little weird and off. Also, you can see that the BO watermarks in there. So sometimes accounts have it, sometimes they don't.
09:35It's kind of weird, but we'll just crop that out too. But I'll come back once all this voice isolation is gonna block. Alright.
09:40So that's all finished up. We're gonna go in here and watch through the whole thing. It's a little bit of dead space there and get rid of it.

10:46So we're gonna do that and then Alright. So this is where you'd put like your Amazon caption in the Facebook.
10:52We're gonna ahead and add Put cinnamon on. We're gonna wait for this to post and we hit next and then we'd share now or we'd schedule it. So I'll just schedule this to post in an hour and that's something all you have to do to post a video and you just let the money come in basically.
11:04And so I'm gonna go ahead and make two more of those videos so I can post my three videos for today. And that's kinda what I just do day to day. It's that simple little workflow of getting the scripts, kind of turning it into my own characters thing, and then making that video, editing it, and then posting it.
11:19And now this is my VA Discord where I manage all of my VAs and this is literally what I send them every day. It's this link right here to the three scripts and then they go ahead and they make the scripts and then they'll send me something like this and say, done sir. And it'll be the link to all my videos.
11:32So I just download those and then I post them. Once So you get good at this stuff, you can lay fully automated to just do everything for you.
11:39Like I said, I don't make my videos anymore. I just make the scripts and then offload them to my VAs and they make me the videos and it saves me so much time. Because like what I was doing before, I was doing TikTok shop before.
11:49TikTok shop, that's basically a nine to five. You can't offload it because it's you that's making the content. It's you that makes it work.
11:55So it has to be you all the time. But with this VA stuff, I can train them up to just be another me and I have people making the content for me. Right now, I'm in the worst of hiring a manager and a poster.
12:06So when I get that poster hired, they're gonna actually just post the videos that my VA send in. So all I'm gonna have to do is just make the scripts. And then eventually, once one of my VAs proves themselves that they can handle it, I'm gonna teach one of my VAs how to write these scripts.
12:21And then they will be completely autonomous, bro. So I will be fully removed from it.
12:26And that that's like true passive income at that point. That is true passive income at that point. You cannot scale something like this so easily and so fast.
12:34I have not found anything like it is this easily scalable. Like I said earlier, this is my Amazon dashboard. Like, let's just look at today.
12:39Today, I'm at a 800 tracked rep. And you might notice that it only says a 434 commissions.
12:45That's just from Amazon's 1% commissions. But the way I actually get paid is through AI Creator Lab, the brands I work with. I mainly just work with Serene right now.
12:52And so in here, this is where I actually get paid from because the brands. And so they pay me different commission rates for whatever the track sale comes from. So if the sale comes from somebody leaving my video to go click on my IG bio link, I'm gonna get 200% commissions, which means that the product is $30.
13:07I'll get double that. So I'll make $60 per sale that comes through my IG link and bio. And they get through my DMs, I'll get 50 percent commission, which means only like $15.
13:16And the reason they're able to pay you 200% in commissions is to compensate for spillover. So people could watch your videos, see the product, and then go get it from Amazon. And obviously, you won't get paid out from that.
13:25The way they compensate that is by having very high commission percentages which compensates for people just leaving your video and buying it without actually using your link. And I will say this Amazon associate stuff, this number right here is not all profit because when Amazon tracks, they put a cookie on whoever clicks on their link, and that cookie stays applied for a week.
13:43So when they buy something, it's gonna show up here in their revenue. So it could be either the product or anything else. You actually have to go to download reports and then download your reports to see how many direct sales you have, and then you can actually calculate how much you make.
13:53For me personally, the math comes out that I have 30% profit of this order revenue. So 30% of that revenue is over $20,000. That's 20 k in profit.
14:02And like I said, 200% with IG link and bio. So it's probably more than 20,000 in profit for this month. And that's it.
