Big Idea

The argument in one line.

A client who went from a few thousand followers to $200K/month credits the jump not to virality but to learning conversion fundamentals in the right sequence, from a teacher who could explain exactly why each piece worked.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • A creator or coach who's had a piece of content go viral but didn't see sales follow, and wants to know what was missing.
  • Someone evaluating multiple paid mentors or coaches and unsure how to tell a real system from a lucky result.
  • A solo business owner trying to combine content, conversion, and fulfillment into one coherent system instead of building each in isolation.
SKIP IF…
  • You're looking for a done-for-you template rather than the underlying decision-making framework.
  • You already have a working funnel and conversion system in place and are optimizing fulfillment instead.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

A business client credits a jump from a few thousand followers to $200K/month not to a single viral moment but to learning in the right sequence: content fundamentals, then what conversion actually means, then fulfillment, before trying to integrate offer, marketing, and conversion into one system. He also credits a 'profile funnel' built from pinned highlights, a dedicated 'Start Here' highlight, and sequenced stories for converting attention that used to go nowhere. The broader argument is that a market built on trust rewards specific, explainable systems over generic frameworks, and that the same teaching approach can transfer into an entirely different niche when what's being taught is fundamentals rather than niche-specific tactics.

Chapters

Where the time goes.

00:00 – 01:41

01 · The proof up front

The client opens with the numbers: follower growth, a hired COO, a setter, a closer, and credits the jump to fundamentals most people skip.

01:42 – 04:07

02 · Why he chose this mentor

He explains his unusually high bar for who he takes advice from, and the decision process behind picking one mentor over every other option in a crowded market.

04:07 – 05:32

03 · The brink, then the breakout

He recounts barely being able to cover rent, implementing a profile funnel built from pinned highlights, a 'Start Here' highlight, and story sequences, and hitting a breakout month immediately after.

05:32 – 07:52

04 · Sequencing fundamentals into one system

They lay out the taught order: content fundamentals, then conversion, then fulfillment, and the thesis that offer, marketing, and conversion have to be consciously integrated rather than built in isolation.

07:52 – 11:54

05 · Repeating it in a new niche, on a real relationship

He applies the same teaching approach to an unrelated niche to prove it transfers, and the conversation turns to what makes the mentor relationship itself work: treating clients as people, not numbers.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • A mentor who can explain exactly why a strategy worked is more valuable than one with better results you can't replicate.
  • A viral video without a conversion system in place converts at a fraction of what the same video converts once pinned highlights, a 'Start Here' highlight, and story sequences are in place.
  • Growth, conversion, and fulfillment are three separate skills, and most failure comes from never consciously connecting them into one system.
  • The order matters: learn content fundamentals, then what conversion actually means, then what fulfillment means, before trying to scale.
  • A wrong decision creates fear that can block your next right decision, which is a cost beyond the dollars lost.
  • In a trust economy, people buy personal brands and identities, not frameworks.
  • The same teaching method that works for one niche can transfer to an unrelated niche if what's being taught is fundamentals, not niche-specific tricks.
  • Treating a client relationship like a real relationship, not a transactional number, is what produces retention and referrals.
  • Chasing view counts and follower growth misses the real lever: knowing exactly who you're trying to attract.
  • Other people who hit similar income numbers in the same space often can't explain how they did it, a sign their result was closer to luck than system.
Takeaway

Fundamentals beat virality when you can't explain why it worked

WHAT TO LEARN

The jump to $200K/month came from learning conversion fundamentals in a fixed sequence and building a system around them, not from one viral moment.

  • Evaluate a mentor or teacher by whether they can explain WHY a result happened, not just that it happened; luck-based success doesn't transfer, systemized success does.
  • A single viral post without a conversion system in place, a profile setup, pinned highlights, 'Start Here' content, story sequences, caps what that traffic is worth.
  • Learn in sequence, not all at once: content fundamentals first, then what conversion actually means, then what fulfillment and deliverables mean.
  • Growth, conversion, and fulfillment are three separate skills that have to be consciously integrated into one system; most people build each in isolation and never connect them.
  • Positioning content around who you're specifically targeting matters more than chasing view counts or follower growth alone.
  • In a market leaning into a trust economy, people buy personal brands and identities, not generic frameworks, so a repeatable system still needs a specific, trusted face behind it.
  • The same teaching method that works in one niche can transfer to an unrelated one if the fundamentals, not the niche specifics, are what get taught.
  • Treating a client relationship as a real relationship, not a transactional unit, is what produces referrals, retention, and clients who actually want to be there.
  • A wrong decision early doesn't just cost money, it creates fear that can block the next right decision, so the stakes of a decision go beyond the immediate dollar amount.

Don't just watch it. Burn it in.

See every word as it's spoken — crank it to 2× and still catch all of it. The same dual-channel trick behind Amazon's Kindle + Audible.

Having 3K followers and now 30, your organic is going insane. You have a COO, hiring a setter, closer. CTO, crazy, bro.
No, it's insane. I think it's funny because it really came down to applying the fundamentals of what you were teaching. And I think most people skip out on that, and that's why I went to you.
You clearly knew the fundamentals more than anyone else knew them. Because and it was easy to tell because again like as somebody in school, right? I'm still in school I'm still learning neuropsychology and philosophy in school despite making this much money and naturally I have a very high threshold when it comes to who I take information from and in the online space, it's Remarkably hard to to find somebody who can actually give the same quality of information in a distilled way in a very accurate and precise way without overcomplicating it, but also still while being extremely granular and focus the details.
That's super interesting. What is it that you think, because I have a follow -up question for this. What makes you make a decision to pursue action steps with someone to interact with them for a mentorship?
Like, you know, in this instance, you chose me above all the other people that are there out there in the market. You chose me. I'm curious to hear the reason and your thought process behind how that works.
So you can let other people make a great decision for themselves. Because I think we both know you invested a lot of money in yourself. I invested a lot of money in myself, even though I don't talk about that often.
Every time I make a decision. I make the right decision, and it always turns out to be a great return on investment. Whether that's sometimes money, sometimes lessons, sometimes failures, you always learn.
So I'm very curious on your take on that, on how do you make the right decision? Yeah, I mean, I remember when I was debating it, and we are in a golden age, so it's very important that you choose the right person to actually, to allow you to essentially fly, right? That's the whole point here.
And yeah, like, I mean, it's interesting because other people, they clearly had success themselves within the space. But what's interesting is that they still weren't able to explain how they did it and why they did it. It seemed like it was more luck based.
And you can tell just because of the way they explain things. Whereas the way that you were explaining things, it was very clear that there was no luck involved. in your way, in your path to getting where you are.
Especially when you explain your process to how you start achieving 200, 300K months versus the other people in the info space who are also doing 200K months. The difference is the fact that you could explain it and make it very clear that there was no fucking coincidence there. There was nothing there.
It was not up to chance. Whereas with these other guys, yes, obviously it's hard to maintain consistent six figure months. but they still lack the depth of information.
And I mean, I've been like, and I mean, this is just pure confirmation of that, right? Like fucking what? So it's a 200 K bro.
Like, yeah, like there, there's just no way. And I know for a fact, if I know for a fact that if I had went with anyone else, despite them even having decent systems, probably decent fulfillment, there is literally no way. Seriously.
There's no way. that I went to 200K this fast, if ever 200K within the six months of any other mentorship. You know, like there's just no fucking way.
It's weird for me to think about how perfect this decision was. And also what I wanna, bro, because this is important, we talked about that, right? There are other people you could have chosen from besides me, right?
And maybe you have options that you desire to choose from. Like, you know, like it was whatever. But making the decision, Making a wrong decision could prevent you from taking the next right decision.
Because it creates fear. You see what I mean? Explain that.
Oh yeah. No, 100%. I mean, yeah, if I had failed this time around, that would have been very hard.
Because again, I barely had the money. It's just so weird to say this, but I barely had the money. I could not afford my next rent.
I literally had to ask for an exception. Made the fucking blew up that month, the day after even. It was crazy how that worked.
And again, it was only because of, but seriously, it really was only because of the systems I implemented. Your systems, specifically. And I mean that profile funnel, pin highlights.
Start here. Start here. Story sequences.
We talked about that, yeah. It wouldn't have happened otherwise. Even if I had blown up, let's say I actually had blown up with somebody else.
let's say I hit an insane video, I guarantee you my conversion would have been shit. If I had the same video blow up, I probably would have made, I want to say like 50 to 100K. Because I wouldn't have had any sort of funnel.
There's no conversion. And I think what we really worked on in the past two months is we worked on having the ability to understand the combination between offer, marketing, and conversion. So it's what you offer people, right?
It's like what you sell to someone, who you sell to, and what market you tap into to sell to what. Scope of people. And I think the thing that a lot of people are missing is they're not lacking to sell the things at the same time, right?
There are a lot of people that sell things at the same time. Like, oh, first acquisition and I do this. The problem that people have is they don't understand how to interconnect each of them into each other.
To integrate it like one fucking system. And that's exactly what happened with me. is like first month was just focusing on being able to convert anyone.
Individual, you optimize the individual sources. Yes, in a very methodological way. That was the whole point.
Yeah, I know, 100%. And like that's, it's funny because it all happened like in a perfect sequence too, in the perfect sequence, in the way that it was supposed to happen. Learn about the fundamentals of content, right?
Learn about what is conversion in general? Like how do you actually optimize for conversion? What does this word even mean?
What is deliverables? What does the word deliverables fucking mean? You know, like what is fulfillment?
Get those down. That is something that I had completely skipped before. I don't think that I would have learned properly with anyone else.
And then after you go viral, you'll have no problem, right? You'll have no problem in conversion. And that's what happened.
I know. I know, like, today we posted a story sequence. We worked on a lot of different things.
Yeah. This week as well. We've been together for a week here in Serbia.
Fucking insane. And, bro, I'm so fucking proud that I'm fucking and grateful that I met you in real life as well. Likewise, bro.
No, it's going to be crazy. And, like, if I look at two months ago that we were on a call in Dubai recording the other testimonial video, you remember. Yes.
Bro, it's month on month again, bro. It's fucking crazy. So now I'm very...
We'll do one in a month from now. We'll do it in a month from now. We'll see where we are.
We're like this. Wandsville, Dubai.
No, bro, that's super interesting to hear. And we're leaning into a trust economy. The things that matter...
are going to be trust and brand. Nobody will sell and nobody will buy frameworks or brands. They will buy personal brands, identities, or trust.
You know? Trust is the core mechanism that drives these people to make a purchase to a face or to an identity. And based on that, obviously, we have the profile funnel running, which is the reason why now, if you realize it, it's so much easier to get people to convert in conversations.
through dms through content and again like what i was saying was i think it's insane that i was able to do that for my own market and be able to brand in a similar way right like like nobody is i didn't see architecture as a brand new thing and the only reason why i was able to do that is because of of how you're able how you're able to explain that in in a digestible way right but you still again this goes back to the beginning is you still were able to explain it in to to the granular detail while not getting too in the weeds.
It makes it extremely digestible, but at the same time, you'll be able to understand it clearly so you know how you need to make progress. And how it's embedded within the rest of the information. How it actually aligns and connects to every other piece.
And that is what it takes to go to 200K plus months. How is it possible for people to build a relationship like we have? We can have all types of conversations.
I think we became really good friends. It's like, we fucking built a business, you made a lot of money, became friends. It's like, I think that's something that's very unique.
Because... I'm not treating any single client like a number, which is something you do neither with your clients, but how do you build such a true client base? And I'm not telling, and specifically talking about, okay, how do you fulfill?
It's more like, how do you attract these people in the first place to be able to get and make so much money from actually amazing people that have a problem that you can help solve in such an easy and simplistic way? Yeah, no, and... The crazy thing is is that I have been able to attract my dream clients, right?
Like every single one of my clients is somebody that I actually look forward to speaking to it's fucking insane and and many of the guys Many that many of them watching this I like they they all know like how how good our conversations are it's crazy to think that I was able to attract that ICP and Again, it just came back to the fundamentals.
Who are you even trying to attract? I initially thought that it was just about getting the views. It was about increasing your analytics, the numbers on the screen, but it's a lot more than that.
There are many things that won't necessarily be displayed on a screen that you still understand that you need to do. And that just goes back to what you're posting, how you're posting it. And again, who you're targeting, right?
Like that's something that I learned from you is like you need to know exactly who you're targeting. Absolutely. Yeah.
And it worked. That's the weird thing. But even if you think about that, just because we know our own messaging from a business perspective, we now know each other, became good friends and have amazing conversations.
Like, bro, like for real, the thing that I opened up to you about, about my personal life is something I never do with anyone. so you have my respect for that at all like for 100 because these things are just crazy and i think like that's what creates like that's what creates good connection because i feel like at that moment i had fear that i had to resolve internally that you you maybe can't solve but you can understand to help me solve it yes you see what i mean and that's obviously what you help people do as well as the offer that you have but i think these things are amazing bro yeah and like That's just so true, which makes everything like 10 times more powerful the way you do business with each other and everything.
Because now when I tell you to do something, you'll fucking implement it, right? And certain things, it just goes fucking back and forth. Exactly.
I think there's like a deep undertone of respect between us, which is really nice. You know, it's here. You know, we fuck around, we have fun.
But in the end, we just know that we're both trying to grow. And I think we've realized that in each other. And I think that's extremely rare as well and very valuable to have.
The Hook

The bait, then the rug-pull.

A client sits across from his mentor and recounts the stretch where he went from a few thousand followers to $200K months, insisting the jump had nothing to do with luck. What follows is less a success story than an audit of exactly which fundamentals, learned in which order, made the difference.
