Every Revenue Level of an Info Business Explained ($30K to $1M a Month)
An Instagram-funnel coach walks five revenue stages and names the one constraint that stalls each: booking rate at $30K, mid-market messaging at $100K, ego and focus at $250K, pricing at $400K.

Big Idea
The argument in one line.
Each revenue band of an Instagram-sold info business is capped by a different single constraint, so the move that got you to one level, usually more volume, is rarely the move that gets you to the next.
Who This Is For
Read if. Skip if.
READ IF YOU ARE…
A coach or consultant selling a high-ticket offer through Instagram DMs and booked sales calls, currently doing $20K to $100K a month.
A founder who has hit a revenue plateau and keeps trying to fix it with more leads or more content volume.
Someone about to hire a first appointment setter and wondering who to hire and how to keep them past six weeks.
An operator at $250K+ a month thinking about raising prices, adding a guarantee, or launching a side business.
SKIP IF…
You sell physical products, SaaS, or anything without a sales call; almost every benchmark here assumes a DM-to-call funnel.
You have no validated offer yet; the advice starts at your first $30K month, not at zero.
You want audited numbers. The revenue figures and client results are the speaker's own claims and the session doubles as a pitch for his program.
TL;DR
The full version, fast.
Every revenue band of a coaching business sold through Instagram has its own bottleneck. At $30K a month the offer is proven, so the gap is conversation volume: 80 to 100 warm outbound DMs a day, a better booking rate, and an appointment setter hired after the first sale. At $100K, messaging drifts to the mid-market; speak to the top-tier client your best case study supports and use analogies to reach beyond current followers. At $250K the risks are imposter syndrome, side projects, and the scary move into a bigger market. Past $400K, raise prices with an upfront-plus-performance fee instead of a guarantee.

Credentials, the five revenue bands to be covered, and the median numbers pulled from 30 clients doing $30K to $50K a month.
01:25 – 03:45
02 · $30K: more conversations, not more leads
At $30K the offer is proven, so the fix is booking rate and daily DM volume through warm outbound, with account-age limits and the two leak points: the opener and calendar-link-to-booking.
03:45 – 07:50
03 · The Instagram financial model
A walk through the KPI sheet: current vs goal, unit economics, and benchmarks from views to profile visits, DMs, replies, qualification, bookings, shows, and closes.
07:50 – 10:40
04 · Hiring and keeping an appointment setter
Hire a setter after the first sale, vet for mindset over skill, and train on product knowledge, technical DM skills, structure, and tracking.
10:40 – 13:10
05 · Which jumps are hard and which are easy
A client who went from $30K to $60K by fixing setting, then a ranking of difficulty across all five revenue jumps.
13:10 – 18:47
06 · $100K: stop talking to the mid-market
Fast growth built on force leaves messaging muddled across several avatars; the fix is to speak to the highest-tier client, verbally and visually.
18:47 – 21:30
07 · Your best case study sets the ceiling
Never claim clients you don't have; interview your best real client for 20 minutes about pains, values, and why they moved fast, then build messaging from it.
21:30 – 24:00
08 · Why $250K is the freedom number
A detour on profit vs revenue, the 10%-of-profit rule for housing, and why $100K in revenue is not wealth.
24:00 – 29:40
09 · Audience vs TAM and the analogy trick
Your audience is not your market. Keep the same topics but explain them with analogies; a bench-press analogy took a reel from 8K to 132K views.
29:40 – 33:20
10 · $250K: imposter syndrome and side quests
Comfort brings the urge to start software or chase trends; the advice is to stay on the thing that works.
33:20 – 40:30
11 · Pond, lake, or ocean
Move to a bigger market only once you lead your niche; expect it to feel like a step back, let go of ego, and don't copy competitors.
40:30 – 46:40
12 · Delegate around your competitive edge
Ask what your edge is as founder, hire for everything else, and protect the obsession that keeps you working long-term.
46:40 – 52:50
13 · $400K: pricing and relevance
Higher prices and new offers are the lowest-risk revenue lever; relevance, defined as time spent per person, is the window to cash in.
52:50 – 57:50
14 · No guarantees: the $12K + $12K structure
Refusing guarantees to protect the brand, then the performance-based offer that took one month to $680K cash collected.
57:50 – 1:01:37
15 · Prepare or improvise, and the call to book
Most creators should script; improvising works only with established credibility. Ends with a call to book a sales call.
Atomic Insights
Lines worth screenshotting.
At $30K a month your offer is already validated, so the limit is how many real conversations you have per day, not how many leads you have.
An Instagram account about two years old can safely send 80 to 100 warm outbound DMs a day; a one-year-old account should cap at 40 to 50.
The benchmarks used here for a DM funnel: 1% profile visits per view, 3% of visits become inbound DMs, 20% outbound reply rate, 40% qualified, 50% of qualified booked, 75% show, 25% to 40% close.
Hire an appointment setter the moment you make your first sale, because nobody wants to do the boring DM work themselves for long.
The best appointment setter wants remote income but has no ambition to build their own business; big personal goals predict a short tenure.
Getting from $100K to $250K a month is described as the hardest jump, harder than $0 to $30K and much harder than $250K to $400K.
Speak to the highest-paying client you can serve and you attract the high, mid, and low market at once; speak to the mid-market and you only get mid and low.
Your messaging ceiling is your best existing case study; claiming clients you don't have destroys credibility the moment viewers sense it.
A 20-minute call with your best client about their pains, values, and why they moved fast gives you the language for your next round of marketing.
Your audience is the people who already follow you; your total addressable market is everyone who could, and content written for the first never reaches the second.
The same idea explained with a gym bench-press analogy got 132,000 views where the plain version got 8,000.
At $250K a month the main risk is imposter syndrome pulling you into software, trends, or side offers that dilute the thing that already works.
Moving from a pond to a lake feels like a step backward because you go from the biggest name in a small niche to a small fish in a bigger one.
Before hiring, decide your competitive edge as founder and delegate everything you are worse at or would rather not do.
Relevance is measured by how much time each person spends on you, not by follower count or raw views.
Splitting a $24K price into $12K upfront plus $12K after the client adds $100K in revenue raised both close rate and back-end revenue without a guarantee.
Improvised, unscripted content only works once the market already sees you as credible; most people should script their content.
Takeaway
Each revenue level breaks on a different constraint
WHAT TO LEARN
Growth stalls when you keep applying the last level's fix: volume at $30K, sharper up-market messaging at $100K, focus at $250K, and pricing past $400K.
02$30K: more conversations, not more leads
Once you have a proven offer, revenue usually rises with the number of real conversations per day, not with more raw leads or more reach.
Keep warm outbound under account-age limits: roughly 80 to 100 DMs a day on a two-year-old account, 40 to 50 on a one-year-old one.
03The Instagram financial model
Track every funnel step against a benchmark and fix the step with the biggest dollar gap first rather than the one that feels most urgent.
Watch the handoff where you send a calendar link; qualified leads who see it but never book are one of the most common leaks.
04Hiring and keeping an appointment setter
Screen setters for mindset: someone who wants remote income but not their own business tends to stay far longer than an aspiring founder.
Give a setter deep product knowledge of the offer and owner so their DMs sound human and specific rather than scripted.
05Which jumps are hard and which are easy
Revenue jumps are uneven; expect $100K to $250K a month to be harder than the climbs before or after it.
06$100K: stop talking to the mid-market
Fast early growth often leaves messaging spread across several avatars; segment them and pick the top one deliberately.
Aim marketing at the highest-paying client you can credibly serve, because the mid and low market will still follow that message.
07Your best case study sets the ceiling
Cap your claimed audience at your best real case study; overclaiming is visible and kills trust quickly.
A 20-minute interview with your best client about their pains, values, and speed of results gives you better copy than brainstorming.
09Audience vs TAM and the analogy trick
Separate your audience from your total market: content shaped only by follower feedback stops reaching new people.
Keep your core topic but explain it through everyday analogies; simpler framing can multiply reach without losing the ideal viewer.
10$250K: imposter syndrome and side quests
Comfort at a high revenue level breeds side projects; most of them fail and pull attention from the business that already works.
11Pond, lake, or ocean
Only move into a bigger market once you are clearly the leader of your current one, and expect the move to feel like a demotion.
When entering a new market, focus on your own work rather than copying competitors you suddenly feel small next to.
12Delegate around your competitive edge
Before hiring, name your own competitive edge as founder, then hire for what you are weak at or dislike doing.
Doing work that fits your strengths is what keeps the obsession alive, and that obsession is what lets you push through the boring parts.
13$400K: pricing and relevance
Raising prices or adding offers is the lowest-risk way to grow revenue because it needs no new hires or extra clients.
Treat moments of peak attention as a window to increase revenue, but avoid moves like guarantees that add long-term risk to the brand.
14No guarantees: the $12K + $12K structure
Splitting a higher price into an upfront payment plus a fee due on a client result raises perceived value without raising the upfront ask.
15Prepare or improvise, and the call to book
Script your content until the market already sees you as credible; improvising only works once proof is established.

I'm 23 years old and I made $8 million selling information online. Majority of the people already know me and you know that I do really good on Instagram. Now, funny enough, 75 % of our revenue comes from instagram and the advice that i'm going to give you here in today's video is solely based on my experience and all the other 300 businesses that we have worked with i'll go over a couple stages the first one is 30 000 a month then i'll show you exactly how i got to 100 grand a month from 100 to 250 grand a month from 250 to 400 grand and from 400 grand to 750 to a million dollars per month so the most important thing that i want you to understand before i actually started to make this video I was thinking about which numbers should I choose.
The crazy thing is that before I started this video, I went to Claude and I gave it data based on 30 current clients that are doing about 30 to $50 ,000 per month. And I asked for a medium. The information that you see here in this orange bar.
Now, the funny thing is when you're doing these numbers, you've just seen your first success. And majority of the time when you just see that first success, You believe that the only thing that you need is more.
So you try to find your answer in more calls, more sales, more bookings. But majority of the time, more lead flow, if I can call it that way, is not the solution. It's the thing that constrains you in actually getting to 100 grand a month.
Because majority of the time the problem which is what we have seen with multiple clients and with myself when I was doing these numbers It's very simple. You need to increase your booking rate And the reason you need to increase your booking rate is because you already know that you have a validated offer You already know how to sell shit because you make 30 grand a month.
That is 400 grand a year So the only thing you need to increase is the amount of communications per day, the people that you're speaking to. So the way you go about solving this problem very rapidly is not through indirect conversation.
When you speak with me right now, when you go to Nick's Settings Instagram, you'll talk to my setup. And yeah, you most likely come in inbound. Now, at this level, you can't rely on this shit.
You shouldn't be waiting for this shit. What you should be doing is you should be doing warm outbound. Let's go over a couple metrics here.
You can send 80 to 100 messages each day to your followers if your account is approximately two years old. If your account is just one year old, you can only send 40. to 50 messages.
You don't wanna fuck with Instagram restrictions, so make sure you maintain these guidelines here. They're very important to understand. And when we do warm outbound, there are a couple metrics very important.
I see the most amount of mistakes come from two things. The first one is the opener that I want to go about solving quickly. The second constraint that I see heavily, heavily all the time is calendly rate to booking.
So a lot of the times you actually send a calendar link, but the majority of the people that see that calendar link don't actually end up booking. So how do we go about solving this problem? A couple of things that I want to share here.
Every single time that you go about texting people on Instagram, I want you to understand certain metrics. And these metrics are important to form a baseline of what we're working on. we use a financial sheet, the Instagram financial sheet.
And this financial sheet has a couple targets. It has certain benchmarks that we follow each time we go about solving problems. Now, the moment a customer gets on board into the standard, the first thing we do is we have a one and a half hour game plan call.
This is a 90 minute game plan call of the trajectory of growth. on what we want to reach as an outcome in six months from now. Now the most important thing is that you currently have actual data, and you have a goal that you want to reach.
So you can see here that if the current cash collected is 30 grand a month, and my goal is to make 100 grand a month, I can see the gaps that I need to solve accordingly in the upcoming months to be able to reach that level. Which is why we don't solely go just based on coaching and experience We coach based on data where you're currently at and how you currently go about fucking solving problems And this is the sheet that we used over the past four or five months It's the sheet I used to get to the level where I am at currently There are a couple very important things.
The most important one is reels when we create reels. We need to understand a target We need to understand what we're going about what we're talking about and what our current conversion is. So we target 10 000 views this is the benchmark that means that our profile visit rate per 10 000 views should be one percent okay now a profile visit is a vanity metric we don't like to calculate in vanity metrics it's complete what we like to calculate in is actual tangible outcomes so the first tangible outcome that you reach each time is inbound which is three percent conversion from these profile visits.
The next metric is warm -up balance send. Now, you can see that the average medium is 522, which is amazing. That means that my clients, on average, based on these 30 people and the data that I acquire, they'll send about 20 to 25 a day.
That's not enough. You need to send 80 to 100. If you have an account that is more aged, you can send more messages.
You want to have more interactions. That's how you move quicker. People trust your product.
You just need to do more communication quicker. It's the first problem. Warm outbound, 522.
Outbound replies, 109. You want to aim for about a 20 % response rate. Then obviously we can see our total conversations.
We can see our qualification rate, which is 42%. You always want to aim for a 40 % qualification rate. Now these numbers and target and benchmarks are specifically for Instagram, okay?
We wanna aim for a 50 % booked rate based on that qualification rate. So when a lead is qualified, you wanna aim for at least a 50 % booking rate from these qualified leads, okay? 75 industry standard show rate, industry standard 25 % closing rate.
Most likely when you have better marketing and your customers are pre -sold a bit quicker, you wanna aim for about 25 to even up to 40%. which is something we have seen recently now the first problem at 30 grand a month the thing that we want to go about solving is that warm outbound so how do we go about solving these problems the metrics is something that i just show you so i won't go over in depth into that too much but what we do is we have a sheet a warm outbound sheet that we use based on the dm sequence that we go through which is the conversational flow it's the way we go about having our conversations with our customers and we normally test this based on our current niche you need to understand that each niche has a different way of approaching customers now the most important thing that i want you to build this conversational flow on is an actual human interaction when we go about solving this problem there are a couple things extremely important when you get an appointment center on board and you train an appointment center on this majority of the questions when people ask me that people ask me or was about nick when do i need to hire an appointment center you need to hire an appointment center the moment you make your first sale why is this important it's extremely important just because of the fact that
majority of the people don't want to do this fucking boring work themselves. You need to hire a sitter that is delegating, that you can delegate this stuff to as quickly as fucking humanly possible. Now we use this playbook to form our scripting process for us to have the ability to hire a very good appointment sitter.
So I wanna go over a couple things very quickly. The most important thing of an appointment center is the mindset. So I'll tell you one thing.
We have our current appointment center. His name is Fabio, and he's been working with us for about one and a half year right now. Now, that is not industry standard because the majority of the companies, an appointment center leaves within six weeks or fucking three weeks.
So how do we go about solving this problem? You want to fix and understand the internal state of an appointment center. A good appointment setter has nothing to do with the level of skill set.
It's easy to hire a good appointment setter. And it's easy to train a good appointment setter. A good appointment setter is a person who has a desire to make money online, work remotely, while not willing to start something for themselves.
If you have a vetting call, an onboarding call with an appointment setter, and he says, you know what, I wanna make 10 grand a month online, I wanna build my, don't hire this person as an appointment setter. Because the duration in which you hire this person will shorten each time this person has bigger goals for themselves.
An appointment setting role, just like an editing role, is a very boring role, okay? Product knowledge, you want to get them up to date with the offer stack, with the owner, the way the owner approaches the offer to the market as soon as possible. If the appointment center doesn't have this information, they will never be able to put themselves in your shoes.
And you can imagine that the more human a conversation, the more they get to know more about how you act, the faster they get to be human in each conversation that they approach with your customers. We have technical skills, phone setting, how to have conversations within the DMs. We have structure.
We have tracking, obviously. You want to be able to track everything accordingly. The moment I started this video, what did I start with?
I purely started with, listen, guys, I have this financial model. I'm not going to talk nonsense in this video. I'm just going to talk about how our average 30 clients that make 30 to 50 grand a month approached going about building an Instagram funnel today.
And right now, I'm still at that stage. Where you're stuck to 30 grand, you want to get to 100 grand. So let's move to the fucking next stage.
The next stage that I believe is extremely important to go about solving. If you want to get to 250 grand a month, we're doing 100 grand. 100 grand with very good appointment setting is extremely doable when you have about 2 ,000, 3 ,000 followers on Instagram.
I have a customer, client Hamad. I recently made a testimonial video with him. He went from 30 to 60 grand a month.
In a very short period of time, within under one month, and the reasoning for this is because his appointment setting improved rapidly. His content was already good. So how do we go about getting ourselves from about 100K a month up to the next level?
Now, one thing that is very important that majority of the people don't understand. when you're doing 100 grand a month is the first constraint has nothing to do with appointment center. Neither does it have to do with lead flow, even though you might imagine this.
The constraint around 30 and 100 grand a month is neither that it's hard to get to that level. Trust me. I've been in this game, I know exactly what the hardest paths are to acquire, most important one.
Getting to 30K is extremely easy, majority of the people will get there. Getting from 30 to 100 is even easier than from zero to 30. Getting from 100 to about 250 is extremely difficult.
A very, very few people will be able to reach that level. Getting from 250 to 400 grand a month is, it's pretty easy. It's doable.
It's not that difficult. You need to make a couple changes, you'll get there. Getting from 400 grand a month to 750 in cash is extremely difficult, up to a million dollars in revenue.
And I'd love to go and walk you through each stage of these levels. So 100 grand a month, what do we need to solve when we're doing 100 grand a month? I'd love to talk about this shit because you are currently most likely doing 100 grand a month.
Majority of the people watching and the customers that we onboard in the standard are doing about like 75 to 100 grand a month. So one main constraint that you most likely see that you're facing right now is one very big problem. And this problem has all to do with that you are not completely sure who you should be talking to.
And it's not only who you should be talking to, it's how you should be talking to these people. So let me solve that constraint for you within the upcoming two to three minutes, because it's very easy to solve this problem. And this is the problem that'll keep you stuck at that 100K range.
and most likely sometimes decreases your revenue back to about 60 to 70 grand a month, which is something you most likely have experienced if you're stuck at this level for a longer period of time. So the most important thing is that when we do 100 grand a month, we already have loads of credibility. We already have social proof.
We already have trust with our customers. And I wouldn't say we're in the top five dominating industry leaders, but we're doing good. We're on track to get there, right?
People know about us. We're doing good, X, Y, Z. We wanna move forward.
So the problem that you have is because you went to 100 grand decently fast, You did this through a level of force. What do I mean by this?
Is you probably had a decent guarantee. You probably got there decently quick. You probably promised people a decent amount of shit in the marketing.
You did it decently quick. And the reason you did this quick is because you were in a survival state to make a lot more money. So you wanted to get there rapidly and you did it.
Congrats. Well done for you. Right majority of the people get to 100k real fucking quick when you're doing 30 grand a month a couple months And the interesting thing around this is when you take this approach of force When you do this extremely rapidly You miss a couple very important things And as you know when you're human right you're growing up you're in puberty you miss certain things in life and you miss a level of Wisdom that you'll learn when you grow up when you become 23 24 25 you go into a relationship 30 now the majority of the constraint and the reason why and where you get when you take these actions and you get there quick is you're talking to mid -market right now and What the fuck does talking to mid -market mean?
You most likely see that you have struggles approaching people in the way you portray your messaging, you most likely see that you kind of have different avatars in your audience, and it's all because you haven't done one very important thing. You don't understand how to talk up a market.
Now, what does talking up market mean in the first place? It doesn't mean talking to a person, the highest person you desire to talk to, because It needs to reflect something.
You sometimes see these guys make content, right? And they say, you know what? Yeah, I have these clients making all these hundreds of thousands of dollars a month.
I have these clients doing it. And you're like, bro, what the fuck are you talking about, bro? Shut up.
You don't. You don't. You don't.
And you instantly see and feel that when you see that, it brings their credibility down fully. You don't trust them anymore. You don't believe them anymore.
You probably scold past. So if you want to get to 250k, you'll most likely get into the same situation. So this video will prevent you from that happening.
Now, how do we go about solving this problem? You know the different levels of avatars that you're currently talking to. And you can most likely form them into different types of people.
So this means avatar one. avatar two, and avatar three, right? It might be, okay, this person doing X, Y, Z, making this amount of money, X, Y, Z, doesn't matter.
Now, when you can form these avatars for yourself and happily pause this video for a minute so you can actually get together these avatars, then it will become very easy for you to segment this out. Reasoning for this is because you're talking to mid -market. Mid -market is one of the most difficult markets to approach.
This doesn't matter if you're a business coach, if you're a mindset coach, or if you're an Airbnb coach. We have worked with over 35 niches, and we have seen that over 75 to 80 people that we have worked with that reached the level of 100 grand a month have seen this constraint. Now, what you want to do when you know the avatars that you're speaking to is you want to talk to the most ideal, highest paying customer within your marketing.
Because when you're going about this approach, you will see a rapid change into the new customers that you're attracting. This means you want to represent this verbally, but also visually. Okay, extremely important when you talk about the highest version of the person that you want to attract and can attract Which I'll talk about in a minute You will naturally attract mid -market and you'll naturally Attract the lower quality of people.
They'll just give you reach. It's fine, right? This is give you reach now When you talk mid market, you'll always attract mid market and lower market.
When you talk low market, you'll always attract low market. But when you attract the highest tier, you'll attract the mid and the low market at the same time. So how do we know the cap of our current existing case?
The cap is always dependent on your highest case study. So the highest person that you can currently speak to needs to reflect an existing case study. Don't try to think in your head that you need to speak to a higher demographic just to make yourself look cooler.
It's fucking bullshit, okay? You don't need to do that. You're already good enough.
You're doing 100 grand a month, okay? Maintain this now. Don't fuck it up, okay?
You're in a stage where you're weak. You're in a stage where you can make a lot of changes. Majority of the clients that I work with that come in at 80 to 100 grand a month have the most amount of doubts, the most amount of constraints.
And by me just saying one thing, if I would have wanted one wrong thing, they would change their entire trajectory of scale. Which is why you need to be very careful with the decisions that you make at that level and you need to make sure that you choose the right person to invest you to help you get to the fucking next level and I have been at this stage I know how I go about these things.
Okay, so you need to be very wise in this stage Now that highest level case study that you have currently will reflect The messaging so what how do you go about solving these problems? Fucking easy. What you do is you'll go on a 20 -minute conversation with that ideal customer.
You most likely already love him. You most likely already speak. Ask this person, you know what, John, let's hop on a 20 -minute conversation.
And you go ask John very specific questions. Now, these questions are related to a couple things. Related to the existing pain points that that person had, right?
The moment he started working with you. the values this person carries with him, and the reason why you believe this person was able to make such a fast transformation, because the level of transformation and the duration in which someone makes a transformation is not just only dependent on you, it's on the clients that you decide to sign.
So when you know the information around this, you know how to set up your marketing and your content to be able to move quicker, to be able to attract better clients accordingly. Which is why it's gonna be very easy for us to increase these numbers.
And not only all numbers, specifically increase our qualification rate, but also the views and the quality in views that we will attract. The quality in views that we will attract and the quality in conversations that we have. Every single day we talk to our ideal customers.
It's going to be very easy to do this. Now, one other thing that is very important, and I have it here in front of me, is you want to be able to talk differently. Now, the fuck do I mean by that?
Beautiful thing around this video so far is that you understand. You'll get more quality conversations and you'll get more quality views. But if we want to get from 100 grand to 50 grand, which is a very difficult stage, we need to create a level of relevance.
We need to create a level of skill. We need to get more people to know about us, bro. Like it doesn't matter at 30 to 100 grand.
But trust me, when you're doing 100 grand and you want to get to quarter of a mil, you want to be able to sit. And fucking chill in a beautiful apartment like this in kensington Right a fucking eight million pound house And you want to be able to afford this shit to be able to travel and do shit and pay off your team and do Bro, you need to have a bit more money than that, bro Like I always say this in my marketing.
I love to say this The moment I experienced real freedom is the moment I made 250 000 a month in pure profit. I could pay my team I could pay everything I kept very high profit Right 250k.
I was able to pay everything. I was able to put my mom in a safe spot I love my mom. I have a very good relationship with my mom and I was able to buy shit I was able to buy a new car I was I was able to do any fucking thing I want if you're making a hundred grand a month in Revenue and you're keeping about 50 to 60 70 K a month.
You don't have money bro, but your personal expenses Like but if you want to rent an apartment 30 grand a month, I wouldn't recommend that by the way The only moment I started renting places like this for longer term, which cost me about $30 ,000 to $35 ,000 a month, I was making at least $250 ,000 a month in profit. So it's about 10 % of what I make in profit.
Don't do anything under that. Don't go rent crazy shit, okay? Like always take it in count.
10 % of your revenue is what you allocate to your accommodation every month. It's a metric that I like to look at. So how do we go about improving?
and actually getting more people to know about our shit. Now, if you're talking to an existing audience base, majority of the time and the constraint that you have, which you don't even fucking realize, is you are talking to your audience. But talking to your audience is different than talking to your TAM.
What this means is one very simple thing. because you have been doing business for a couple months a couple years now you're making very good money and the way you approach things is solid congrats to you you have one big constraint and that is is that you can only see through your own lens okay inside of our mastermind i host a lot of trainings specifically about this how can you look outside of your own brain when you're doing about 100 grand a month because that skill set that skill set we'll get you to 250 grand a month.
So how do we go about logically changing this? Every single problem that you are aware about and that you solve in your marketing, every single way you go about acquiring more views through educational, curiosity, trust -based content is based on your audience perception. But your audience is the existing people that follow you.
It's the existing people that gave you feedback. It has nothing to do with the potential amount of people that you can reach. So how can you go about changing this accordingly?
Because this is where it becomes interesting. I have it here in front of me. You want to be able to use a different way of you approaching your language while still talking about the same shit.
And this is where most people go wrong. Because what they do when they make 100 grand a month, And the thing that keeps them at that level is they start to talk about different shit.
They think their audience has different problems now. They think they have different problems. So everybody in life has different problems, which is one of the main problem that you're struggling with that keeps you at that level.
The only thing you need to do here, if you want to increase this count of views that I was talking about. So you want to increase the level of view count, specifically view count while maintaining the same quality, which is one of the most difficult things to do is you want to talk about the same. But every time you talk about this topic, you want to use an analogy to be able to simplify the message, to get more people to expand and get more people to understand what you're fucking talking about.
Even though the point, the outcome of the message maintains the same. So I'll give you an example. in one of my last videos it was a reel that i created on instagram i talked about throughput how to create a trojan horse reel how to how to create content where you capture majority of the people at the top and create a filtration system to keep the most amount of people at the bottom right capture why nurture narrow and i created and i explained that concept But I didn't explain it with the way I do it right now because you're watching, you'll get it.
But majority of the people don't understand this shit. So how I went about solving this problem is very easy actually. What I did is I said, you know what?
Imagine you go to the gym and you bench, you can, your potential, your max is you can bench 200, whatever, kilos. It's a lot, but you get the point. But you go to the gym and you only bench 150 that means you use 75 of your potential now i might be able to only bench 150 kilos but if i bench 125 the moment i go to the gym i use 80 of my potential or let's say 100 and then i bench 80 i use 80 of my potential Even though you could bench more, but the potential that you're using is just 75%.
That means that you might do more or could do more on a comparison scale. But I am more optimal. So I use that gym analogy as a way to get to understand, to get more people to understand the concept that I'm talking about.
And that one video got me 132 ,000 views. Now, the interesting thing. is that me and Max, we tested this.
And the other video that I created about this topic where I talked about throughput and shit, you know how many views it got me on trial reels? 8 ,000 views. So the crazy thing is, when you use analogies in your content, these 8 ,000 people, the quality people, they'll still watch.
They are a part of these 132 people, which is fucking amazing. But now I captured so many more people that I could now educate around this topic at the same time. We're doing 250 grand a month.
Be consistent with all the shit that I just showed you. Oh, we're doing 250k. We finally got there.
250 to 400 grand a month. It's not that complicated, bro. Trust me, it's not that complicated.
You can do it very easily. Majority of you guys are already doing 250k. I must say the lessons and the teachings are specifically more around the people that already make content and the people that...
use Instagram as an acquisition model. But it could be applicable for anybody, even if you're running ads, even though that's not what I would recommend you. Now, at 250k a month, life is fucking amazing, trust me.
Life is gonna be great, you're gonna have a lot of cars, you're gonna have a lot of friends, you're gonna have a lot of money, you want to spend a lot of money, and you're gonna learn very quickly that it technically doesn't really matter. When you do these numbers, like 250k, I would talk about, you have enough money. You don't need more money.
The only thing you cannot buy is like a boat, right? What else? Like a jet.
Or this apartment. Fair enough. Okay.
Maybe if you're, you know, like if you're a bit more consistent for a longer period of time. But the crazy thing around this shit is that like you have everything, bro. You can pay your mom.
You can pay your team. You can pay your girlfriend. You can buy her some gifts.
You can do everything. Okay. Now, what happens when you do these things?
You get one thing. And trust me, everybody does this. Imposter syndrome, which is one of the biggest problems because you're very weak in this stage.
So the majority of the thing that you need to be careful around the moment you do these numbers is you start to see different things. You start to see, you know what? Fuck, I might start a software company.
Oh, I've had, like, I have done it. I've done it extremely smartly and I love to make a separate video about this. Let me know in the comments if you want me to make a video about this.
My current software company is worth multiple eight figures. Okay? Multiple eight figures.
Mochi. Link in the description. But I would not recommend anybody watching this video to do this.
Not anyone. But imposter syndrome is a real thing. You want to start a software company when you're doing these numbers.
You want to go into a... trend and build an offer around the specific trend when you're doing these numbers. Trust me, you'll do that.
You want to do that. The main tip that I can give you is this. You'll see different opportunities, but every time you'll go back to the thing that you were good at doing, that thing doesn't fall away.
So rather just don't waste time trying too many new things to go back to the existing thing that was working. Every time I went to try new shit, because trust me, I never publicly posted about it, but I had imposter syndrome. I wanted to do different shit.
I tried different shit. So many different shit. And I failed in all the other things that I tried on the side, okay?
You're not at a level yet where you want to go fucking crazy. We'll talk about this when we're doing 500 to a mil. There's more potential for us.
So stay focused. And if you only learn through failure, cool. You know what?
Just don't focus on your business for a couple months. Drop in revenue, go do something else and figure it out yourself. And after two, three months of doing that shit, you realize you come back with a different soul, with a different version of yourself doing the same fucking shit, okay?
But it creates a lot of doubt and drama and pattern in your brain. Now, second thing is this. Oh my God, this is so much value.
This is fucking, if you understand the shit I'm gonna talk about right now, you'll make a lot of money in your life. So, A couple of things that are very important to understand is when you run a funnel like Instagram, you have potential to create very big reach.
Now, a lot of the times I have great clients that are doing crazy numbers. Like we have four clients that do over $2 million per month. They make a lot more money than I do, okay, per month.
And one of them focus B2B market, three of them focus B2C market. And the thing that we help them solve, which took about two to three months to solve, it's not a thing you can solve overnight, is the question, Nick, I'm existing in a market right now. What pond, lake, or ocean do I play in?
And how do I decide to move to the next one? And when do I decide to move to the next one? Now, let's first define what this means.
A pond, a lake, or an ocean is the maximum amount of people that you can reach with the way you go about your messaging. What this means is that you first need to be crystal clear on who your current message actually reaches. Because I can promise you that you most likely think you're playing in a lake right now.
But what you're actually doing is you're playing in a pond, okay? You most likely think you're playing in a lake and you need to get to the ocean, even though you haven't even captured 5 % of that lake. When do you decide to move to the next level, to the lake or to the pond?
You do this the moment you are an industry leader in your niche. People see you as one of the biggest ones in the space. And you have made a very good amount of money doing your thing.
And I was one of them. People knew, Nick said it, the goal of Instagram funnels, the guy that made all the money, that got the most amount of customers, that helped the biggest customers in the space. People are aware about the fact that I played this game so fucking well, right?
And they know we have reached the level of attracting anybody that we could, almost could, within our pond. So we needed to move to playing in a lake.
But when I started playing in a lake, this was around, I would say, it was around the moment, just for you guys to know, when I was kind of done with the Miro videos and shit. I was kind of making the Miro videos, but I was done with it. I played that game, it was good.
I needed to decide to move on and this shit was difficult. Like I was like, fuck my, like one month we did a little bit less revenue. So I was like, okay, cool.
How do we go about solving this problem? Like, where do we go guys? And if there is one thing that I believe I did very smart over the past three years, it is choosing when and how to position myself.
and move myself to the next lake, to the next ocean. The moment we were kind of done with these Miro videos and these plays, and we have this situation with a lot of clients. We help a lot of clients overcome these problems, knowing when to play in a pond, when to play in a lake, and when to play in an ocean.
And majority of the times when a metric comes down to pond, it is always like, do people see you as the number one industry leader? which for us was the case highly in end of 2025. Have you made an insane amount of money pursuing your craft?
And are you not only an industry leader, the biggest one in your space, are you the one that people see to be the best at something specific? So it was all over the news. People started to make videos about me on Instagram.
It was like, you know what? Fucking Nick setting. He's the go at content.
He understands exactly how this works. These Miro videos are crazy. He brings out all these new formats.
He is extremely good at running profile funnel back then. It was like such a thing, right? It was going on harshly like every single time.
And people started to make videos of me. I started to get an insane amount of hate. these things happen like they're beautiful oh my god in that moment you the only thing you can think when you get hate is i'm doing something wrong trust me bro trust me you're doing amazing keep going just keep going okay keep going you're doing good you want to get that hate so then you get to a lake and when you get to that lake you're like okay you know what it's kind of like walking into a room where you're where you're like the the the the brokest person where you are like the least well -dressed person.
You're the least well -spoken person. And you go, you get into that lake, you're like, the fuck am I doing here, bro? All these guys, like all these, like you feel small again.
And this is interesting because you'll go from a massive ego thinking you're the best in the world to play into a field where you're one of the smallest fishes. And this is difficult. And I'll tell you why this is difficult.
It's difficult because you need to let go of your ego. This is a hard mental game. And this is the time where most people crumble their company.
You remember when I said like getting to this level is difficult? Majority of the people can't go through this phase. They'll stay at their level because the level of comfort that it gives them and it is not a step that they want to take.
And I'll tell you why. The reason why is because when you get from that pond to that lake It feels like you're staking a step back. It feels like you're taking a step back Even though you're not now according to this you don't only feel like you're taking a step back the bigger problem to this is that You don't know how to go about fixing your messaging.
You're like, okay, cool. Like I spoke to these people for years. I know exactly who that person is.
I know who this person is. I know how to get customers. But the way you approach the people in the lake needs to be different.
So what you naturally do, what you naturally do when things are unknown is you start to look at other people. competitors. You start to put yourself into a different energy.
And that is one of the biggest problems and things you could have ever fucking done.
That is the thing that you should not do. The most amount of success that I created in my life was the moments I focused on myself. I believe that I'm one of the only few ones that actually experienced this level due to the fact that my brand is one of the most trustworthy brands in the space, right?
Whether you like me or hate me, it doesn't matter. A good brand is not defined by whether the person is very likable, right? Because I have a very specific image in the way I approach content.
So majority of the people don't like the way I engage in content. They don't like me. Fine, perfect.
That's why majority of the people love me extra hard. That's how you build a brand. Interesting, what else do we have on the list?
This is such good shit. Oh my God, yeah. You need to be able to delegate a lot sooner.
Go delegate shit, bro. At 250K per month, you don't wanna be constrained doing things anymore. So how do you go about delegating things?
Very important. The most important thing that you wanna look at, and I have it here on my computer as well, is a couple things. Ask yourself the question recurringly, what is my competitive edge?
Why do you ask yourself this question instead of, oh, Nick, who do I hire? Bro, trust me, when you're doing these numbers and the clients that we're working with that do these numbers, it's easy to hire. It's not difficult to hire someone good.
It's not difficult to hire the desired person that you want to work with. The difficulty comes into understanding where you need to put your focus as a CEO, where you need to put your focus as a founder, out of experience. Out of experience of working with over 25 companies actively that do over 250 grand a month, right?
Up to 2 million a month. People that have teams with over 30, 35, 40 people in their info business. You want to understand what you're good at doing.
You want to understand what your competitive edge is. What does this mean? I am good at a couple things.
One of my competitive edges is strategizing. I love strategizing. When I'm with clients, I always love to talk about strategy, the kind of shit we're talking about right now, because I know that I can really help them with that.
And such a minor change could be such a big decision and change in revenue as well. Another great one is leadership. I believe I'm a good leader.
Yeah, you are actually a good leader. I love to talk about this shit and I love to talk about my competitive edges. That does not mean that you most likely have the same competitive edges.
And what Max just said, like we have a very lean team. So we're very close together and we stay with each other for a very long time. That is why a lot of times people have questions as well as clients because I'm...
I'm heavily involved in the fulfillment. The moment I talk with them, they talk about, okay, Nick, how did you build the team? How did you do that?
It's like everybody has its competitive edge. And of course I know analytics. Of course I know everything about content.
But you have the things that you are naturally better at and that you like to talk about more. So that competitive edge is your strength. When you think about hiring, I want you to think about things that you're either not good at doing or things that you'd rather not do.
Hire people for these things. This is things like might be delivery for you. It might be things related to content for you.
Or it might be things related to, could be sales, conversion. slash marketing understand your strength and apply that strength to your company it's trust me one of the best decisions that you can make to be a good leader and not just do the thing but fall in love with your business and the way you go about things and maintaining that love and obsession throughout the process A lot of you guys are watching, most likely, are very obsessed workers.
I'm an obsessed worker. I can talk about this shit for ages because I just naturally love it. And most likely, a lot of you watching right now that are doing these numbers, you're obsessed with what you do.
Do you even realize how rare of a skill that is? And do you also realize, and maybe you haven't experienced it yet, that if you do the wrong things in life, that obsession can fall away, even though you might believe it can't. That also means that it's something that you'll get back.
But one thing that I did experience over all that imposter syndrome and these experiences in business and all the fucking millions I made is that when you recurrently do things that feel aligned with you as a founder and a business owner, you'll have more longevity and sustainability to... The flow of energy that you'll get on a daily basis doing the thing which means you'll have more durability doing things that you don't like and When you have the durability doing things that you don't like you'll get further right your throughput Your pipeline is bigger to do things that are necessary Compared to just doing things that you you know, so you need to have that balance that balance is extremely important as a business owner especially if not fucking everything that you care about is just making money.
I can promise you for some people, it might be only money, but for me, it's not. For me, I'm not just obsessed about making money. I love life, okay?
And I believe that at a certain point in business, majority of it comes down to being smarter instead of just working harder every single time and doing things that you love. I love this shit. You can feel my passion.
I'm speaking here for about fucking one and a half hour probably. I don't know the time. I don't give a fuck about the time.
I might sit here for another hour. You know that now, seeing the end of the video or knowing the end of the video. I don't know this shit, okay?
I love this shit because I enjoy it. Client call that I had today, I love it because the level of sophistication that comes with our client, it makes it fun to talk to them. If you onboard like dumbasses, of course you don't want to talk to your clients because...
They're not relatable to your level or they're not relatable to an older version of yourself that you could help or that you could relate with or create business and build success with. Interesting stage, 250K per month. Now, one thing that I've experienced, which is pretty easy, to get from...
250 and go about solving 400k a month problems, right? How do you get from 250 to 400 and 400 upwards to huge and bigger levels? The interesting thing here and one major change that we made to get to 680 in the month of May 2026, just like I said in the intro, cash collected.
which by the way, I would recommend you to check that on our YouTube and our Instagram. We made an appointment setting reel about this specifically. Was changing pricing the easiest way to increase revenue when you have loads of problems solved into the company is charging higher prices and introducing new offers.
This is... The shit that I just told you is so simple, but so necessary. And at the same time, it's so extremely life -changing.
Increasing your prices is one of the highest and best decisions that you can make to increase revenue significantly. without any level of risk or management towards it. You're not hiring anybody new.
You're not onboarding more customers. Matter of fact, you're onboarding the same amount for a higher price with decreases risk level on the fulfillment side of things. Because on average, a customer that pays more money is classed, is marked as a better customer.
So it's fucking beautiful. There are a couple ways you can go about changing prices. One thing that we love to introduce, which is something you can already introduce about 100 and 250 grand, is performance -based pricing.
So I want you to understand one thing. At the time we made 680, we had an insane amount of relevance to our brand. What does relevance mean?
Before I explain the performance model, I want you to understand this, because what does relevance mean? Relevance means the level of attention per person that they spend on you every day. So what does this mean?
That means that the amount of people that follow you doesn't determine the relevance of it. The relevance determines the amount of time each individual person gives you per day. And when you're relevant, what happens is that everybody talks about you.
And naturally, this designs an effect of skill where it creates FOMO of more people willing to become part of what you do. Even though... Your offer might be the same, the value that you provide might be the same, and the information that you provide might be the same.
Relevance, it's a topic that nobody almost talks about because nobody can do this shit. We have reverse engineered this process three times right now in the three and a half years that I have been in business. And it's been the times where I made an insane amount of money and I increased the standard of the level where we're at with the brand and with the company.
And this is crucial and this is important when you're running an Instagram funnel because with Instagram funnels, this shit is the easiest to do. On YouTube, it's difficult. On ads, you won't even do it because brand is irrelevant.
So now you know what makes you relevant or what relevance means. It's not the increase in view count. It's the increase in time spent per view.
TSPV, just invented it. Boom, might add it to my financial model list. Besides the jokes, it's how much attention people pay to your movements.
This is an extremely valuable metric. And the reason why is because when you know how to design this, You'll be able to make lots of revenue in times where you create a movement, when you're the moat, where you're the industry leader.
It moves your brand to the next level. Now, what we did in these times is we introduced performance -based pricing. You have to understand, in times of relevance, all eyes on you, I call it.
You know the song, all eyes on you. All eyes are on you. So what do you do at that period of time?
You fucking cash out. Because that time of relevance, it will lower itself. You won't have that relevance any time.
It's impossible to have a level of relevance. A level of relevance is possible, but max peak hype of relevance, you can recurrently bring it back, but you can't have it. 24 seven it's like you can be energized 24 7 on a daily basis you're only energized for about six hours a day like for me it might be 12 but majority of the people at six hours a day you know you get the point you want to find ways to increase revenue very fast without decreasing without increasing risk management what does that mean increasing risk management when you are at these levels of peak is guaranteeing your offer you'll it up you'll get people that that onboard that you don't really want to onboard, you'll add guarantees because you'll know that you're at a hype of peak and you'll make a lot more money.
You might, you'll do, but you don't know the risk that you'll get from making that decision. And it could be so many other decisions. It could be hiring an insane amount of team members of risk management, right?
It could be any risk management for the company itself, for the reputation, the damage that it could lead to, the lowering profit. Oh, I've seen so many companies do amazing and beautiful numbers. And then they'll increase, but they'll increase their revenue, but they'll decrease their profit.
And then after fucking two years, they'll technically make less money than they made before. And then the problem, the fucking problem is they're more stressful, they have more team members, they have more constraints, and they don't know how to go back to that high profit margin. Because the whole company is solely dependent on each individual person in that company.
So you can go back, you can go back. That's the problem, bro. So going back to the point, you want to find sources where you don't increase risk management.
So we never added a guarantee to our offer because I don't want to dilute my brand. My brand is the most important thing in my company. And I would never in my life on God make a decision that dilutes my brand.
Whether that's added a guarantee to my offer, whether that's... onboarding a customer that we really believe can get results, a customer that is a dumbass, what do I need the money for? What do I need these extra five figures for?
For what? To damage my reputation in the future? If you do that when you're making at that 30K per month stage, you can do that, right?
I get it, you're in a survival state, you need to make more money. You always need to do it in an honest way, by the way, in an honest way, all the fucking time. Every time I made money in my life, I've done it in an honest way.
All the time, I made decisions in what got me further into business. I was very careful with the way I made decisions. This is the reason why my company is not at $2 million per month right now.
Most people say, other competitors of people doing $2 million a month, it doesn't matter. I don't have competitors at $2 million a month. It doesn't matter.
Other people at $2 million a month, right? Whether they're my competitors or not, might say, you know what, Nick? You know what?
You could have scaled to $2 million a month already. Yeah, fuck you. I don't care about that because my values in life are not associated with that goal.
I know people that make $2 million a month in under a year with an e -com offer. Right now, they're not running that offer anymore. Our revenue has been steadily growing month over month.
Year over year and we might not make the desired numbers that other people think we should make I don't give a fuck about what they do I care about my own values and I know That what we have done with Nick setting the brand and the standard previously called grow acquisition is so extremely unique in The way we increase our revenue every single month every single year Happy customers that recurringly pay us every single year.
I made a story yesterday on my Instagram and it said we have 25 people recurringly paying us for over a year right now. You don't see that shit in the industry anywhere because the way I run my company, my info business, is different because of the slower decisions and the more precise decisions I make because I care about the level of risk management that I bring to my company.
So a decision that you could make to not fucking increase that risk management by 100x to dilute everything that you're doing is performance -based pricing. An easy way on how we went from about 400 grand a month to 680 that one month in May. So what we did, and this made us a lot more money, and also a lot more upfront sales, was it was 12 grand.
And then instead of charging 12 grand, what we did is we made it 24 grand. 12 grand upfront. 12 grand when you add an extra 100 grand.
And we can track this because every single time, we use the financial model. We have people coming on board, so we will be able to track this accordingly. What does this do?
This allowed us to increase our perceived value in the front end, so our closing rate significantly increased. And then also what it did is made us a lot more back in revenue, a lot more. works significantly well.
We got so many people paying us 12 grand, the second 12 grand for technically no extra reason, just because we marketed the offer differently. And people were happy to pay that to us because we got them incredible results. So it's very easy to make a lot more money.
You increase your perceived value, back in revenue, and you have no downsides to this. There are literally no downsides, no downsides to this, zero. Now, the other thing that you do when you increase perceived value, you attract better customers because you charge higher prices because the price is not 12, the price is 24.
So you'll attract people that will take a different level of risk. And the beautiful thing is because you increase the perceived value, the amount of customers that say yes to the price is not lower. It's the same amount because they just pay 12 ,000 upfront.
Super fucking smart. So we implemented this, one of the first ones in the market back then. And it worked like a maniac.
And we saw, all our competitors. We saw other people in different markets introduce this offer as well.
When you're doing these numbers, 400K, and you want to be able to scale to the next level, let me show you one other thing that you really need to understand. Content creation, when it comes down to, so I'm talking about 400K, getting to the next level, okay? 400K plus.
You really want to understand your decision -making in the way you approach content. What does this mean? This means that there are two ways to create content.
Prepare and improvise. Majority of you guys that are watching right now should be making content where you need to prepare your shit. I say this all the time.
If you want to get to my level, look up my current clients. I always, in my stories, in my content, I always say, I dare you to text my clients. I provide their names, their Instagram names.
Fucking go look them up. Check what they're doing, okay? Look at the revenue level that they're at and the decisions that they're making.
That's under management of us, okay? When you know what for decisions they are making, that is something that you should apply to your own company. I run an Instagram funnel that does over 500 grand a month, every single month, including our recurring revenue that we get from customers, our backend and our frontend revenue.
Every single month, over 500 grand in sales. Now, our model and my way of approaching content at the stage where I'm at currently is slightly different. And you've seen over the past couple of years that it has changed.
So knowing that we're in this stage with an insane amount of active customers right now, we have seen what works. And majority of the people talking shit online, they talk about how much crazy shit they have done for their clients. And whether you believe that, like whether I believe that or whatever, you even believe that stuff that I do, fair enough.
It's true or not, it's not the only metric you should look at. You should look at, does the person speaking? has actually done it himself.
And I'm one of the only ones that can confidently say that I've done it for myself and I have done it for other people. There is enough proof on both sides to prove this point, which is the reason why I know from these YouTube videos we'll get a lot of customers because people can see that if somebody can talk with this amount of knowledge and fucking value in a one and a half hour video, You just know your shit, bro.
You just know your shit. That is improvising. You can see the way I approach this video.
It's improvising. Now, second thing to this is 90 % of the people creating content should prepare. I'll go over this in a different video.
But if you try to improvise, but people don't see you as a knowledgeable slash credible character, they won't believe your shit. Like, guys, again, whether you love me or hate me, you know I've done my shit. You don't doubt that anymore.
You don't doubt that. So there are other people where you don't doubt that stuff with. Meaning, cool, they can make content from a place of improvising.
But you don't need to do that shit when you don't have that level of credibility and people don't perceive you that way. That is why with majority of my clients, We built the content structure in the first place to get to the level where they can improvise.
I hope you enjoyed this video. If you need any help, you know who to go to. Go book on a call in the description.
If you want to go about struggling with these problems for a very much longer time in your current company, then do that. Don't book on a call. Fine, whatever you want.
I love you. I appreciate you watching this video till the end. I was extremely energetic in this video because I love to talk about these things.
I have a lot more to talk about in the next videos, but I keep that for the next video. I'm going to get dinner with Maxi right now because I'm super fucking hungry. We had an entire day of work.
You can see all the shit, Max, film the fucking laptops and the shit. We had a whole work day starting at 9 a .m. So we deserve a little dinner.
Let's go. Anything else to say?
The Hook
The bait, then the rug-pull.
The pitch is a ladder: five revenue rungs from $30K to $1M a month, each with one thing breaking. What follows is less a theory than a working session, a KPI spreadsheet built from 30 clients' numbers and an iPad full of handwritten diagrams, narrated by someone who says 75% of his revenue comes from Instagram DMs.
$750K to $1M: described as extremely difficult, barely covered
Each band has one dominant bottleneck. The speaker ranks $0 to $30K easy, $30K to $100K easier, $100K to $250K very hard, $250K to $400K fairly easy, and $400K to $750K+ extremely hard.
