Big Idea
The argument in one line.
A business channel wins on the idea, title and thumbnail long before filming, so let Claude agents run research, editing, repurposing and publishing while you keep the judgment calls.
Who This Is For
Read if. Skip if.
READ IF YOU ARE…
A consultant, agency owner or software founder who wants YouTube to bring in leads but has never shipped a consistent channel.
Someone already using Claude Code who wants to see it wired into idea boards, a video editor, a scheduler and a task board end to end.
A creator with a few videos out who keeps guessing at topics and wants a repeatable way to find proven demand through outliers.
A solo operator who freezes at the blank script and wants a structure (hook word for word, bullets for the rest) that gets the camera rolling.
SKIP IF…
You want an entertainment or vlog channel. The packaging rules and funnel advice here are built for educational content that sells something.
You already run a tight production pipeline. The first two hours are fundamentals and the new parts are mostly specific tool setups.
You don't want to adopt a stack of paid tools. Much of the demo runs on Poppy AI, Blotato, Higgsfield and Firecrawl.
TL;DR
The full version, fast.
Views from the wrong people never become customers, so the channel starts with a viewer avatar, not a video. From there every idea is validated through outliers (videos that beat a channel's average several times over) and sized with a total addressable market check, then packaged with a title and thumbnail before a word is scripted. Scripts follow a levels format: a word-for-word hook built on promise, proof, plan and persona, then bullets for each level. Filming happens scene by scene, Claude cuts the ums and adds motion graphics, a repurpose skill spins out reels, carousels and posts, Blotato publishes through an MCP, and a Multica board with scheduled tasks keeps the whole pipeline moving every week.

Atomic Insights
Lines worth screenshotting.
Make the title and thumbnail before you script anything, because the packaging is the promise the whole video has to keep.
An outlier is a video with several times its channel's average views, and several outliers on the same idea is proof of demand.
If you can't package an idea into a clear title and thumbnail, the idea isn't ready to film.
Educational videos get fewer views than entertainment, but they are the ones that actually drive business.
Keep thumbnail text to four words or fewer, on top, and leave the bottom right clear for the timestamp.
A number in a thumbnail needs something to compare against, or the viewer has no reason to care.
Ten of the host's biggest videos have no face in the thumbnail; faces mainly help once people already know you.
A training video watched for only 12% of its length still got 800,000 views because the right viewers were satisfied.
Script only the hook word for word and present everything else from bullets, so starting is easy and delivery stays natural.
Aim the packaging at the widest possible circle, then structure the video in levels so beginners and advanced viewers both get something.
Viewers forgive okay video but click away from bad audio, so buy a mic before a camera.
Film one point at a time like a movie shoot, so every finished chunk feels like a small win instead of one giant task.
Cut before you visualize, because there's no point designing a motion graphic for a line you're about to delete.
Your subscriber count is partly a graveyard; views per video and recent viewers tell you what's actually working.
A small channel with a solid offer can out-earn a huge channel that has nothing to sell.
Double down on your own winners by repeating, staircasing (bigger stakes) or twisting the format that already worked.
AI made content cheap, so trust is the scarce asset, and an AI avatar has no journey for viewers to follow.
Takeaway
The idea and package decide the video.
WHAT TO LEARN
Most of a business video's outcome is set before the camera turns on, so spend your hours on viewer, topic and packaging, then let agents handle cutting, repurposing and posting.
02Why it matters
Every outreach message and ad click ends with the prospect searching your name, so content is the authority layer under every other sales channel.
Long-form YouTube covers the hours of exposure a buyer needs far faster than dozens of 30-second posts ever could.
03Step 1: Know your viewer
Write down who you serve and the transformation you sell before any idea work, since wrong-audience views never turn into customers.
Store the avatar, offer and voice as files Claude can read, so every later prompt already knows your business without re-explaining it.
04Get set up
Use a harness that can touch your files, like Claude Code in the desktop app, because the web chat cannot open folders or edit video.
05Your course repo
Talk your context in by voice instead of typing it; messy and complete beats tidy and thin for building the first set of docs.
06Step 2: Find the idea
Pick topics from revealed demand, not gut: look for videos pulling several times their channel's average and treat repeats as proof.
Ask for three topic briefs at a time with a floor and ceiling estimate, then choose with your own judgment and unique experience.
07Step 3: Package it
Make titles and thumbnails before scripting, because packaging is the promise and an idea you can't package isn't ready.
Start every thumbnail from a combo that already got clicked, keep text to four words on top, and give numbers something to compare against.
08Step 4: Outline the script
Aim the packaging at the widest audience, then layer the video in three levels so beginners and advanced viewers both get paid off.
Build each section as transition, then an analogy that frames it, then the hands-on application where the real teaching happens.
09Write the hook
Confirm the click within five seconds by echoing the title, then cover promise, proof, plan and persona in under a minute.
Script the hook word for word and present the rest from bullets, so starting is easy and the delivery doesn't sound read.
10Step 5: Film it
Spend on a decent microphone before lighting or a camera, because viewers tolerate soft video and leave over bad sound.
Showing your face builds trust that compounds and follows you across businesses, which an AI avatar cannot replicate.
11The filming software
Break filming into scenes and record one point at a time, retaking only the chunk you fumbled instead of the whole video.
Read the outline from a teleprompter or second screen in dark mode so you keep eye contact while staying on track.
12Step 6: Edit with Claude
Edit in two passes: cut the ums, retakes and tangents first, then add proof and clarity graphics to what survived.
Give the editing agent a reference video when you want a specific look, and let long edits run in the background.
13Step 7: Repurpose it
Treat each finished video as a source for reels, carousels, threads and articles that all link back to the original.
14Step 8: Publish it
Publish through a scheduler Claude can control by MCP, since Claude has no native way to post to social platforms.
Use comment-to-DM automations on short-form posts to move viewers into your inbox and toward your offer.
15Step 9: Systemize it
Put every video on one board with a column per production stage, so you always know what's next and where things stall.
Capture ideas anywhere, like a notes app, and let a daily scheduled task sort and dedupe them into your backlog.
Automate the steps you already did by hand, keeping yourself as the one who decides what moves forward.
16The YouTube funnel
Mix top-of-funnel news, middle-of-funnel use cases and bottom-of-funnel case studies so the channel attracts and converts.
Always end the path somewhere you own, like an email list, community or booking page, so a viewer isn't lost after one video.
17Advanced ideation
Brainstorm a hundred ideas, filter to ten and develop one, drawing from your own winners, other channels' outliers and original thinking.
Double down on a hit by repeating it, staircasing it with bigger stakes, or twisting the angle, then bucket the winners into formats.
18Add your spice
AI avatars and character swaps now cost around a dollar per short clip, which makes faceless or multi-channel setups practical.
Even with avatars available, judging what makes a good video stays your job; the tools only speed up production.
19Tips I learned
Think in five-year blocks, ignore haters, and focus on one platform until it works instead of spreading thin early.
Watch views per video rather than subscribers, and spend ten times more effort on idea, title and thumbnail than on editing.
Glossary
Terms worth knowing.
Outlier
A video that pulls far more views than its channel's average, for example 100,000 views on a channel that normally gets 10,000. Treated as evidence that the topic or packaging has real demand.
TAM analysis
Total addressable market analysis. Here it means estimating the floor and ceiling of views a video topic could realistically reach, based on how similar videos performed.
Packaging
The title and thumbnail of a video taken together. It decides whether anyone clicks and sets the expectation the video has to meet.
Viewer satisfaction
YouTube's signal for whether a viewer got what they came for. It weighs heavily in whether a video is shown to more people, more than raw watch percentage.
MCP (Model Context Protocol)
An open standard that lets an AI model like Claude connect to outside apps and act inside them, such as reading a whiteboard, scheduling posts or generating video.
Harness
The app wrapped around an AI model, such as Claude Code, ChatGPT or the Claude desktop app. The same model can behave very differently depending on the harness and what it lets the model touch.
Levels format
A script structure with a hook, a preview of three levels, why it matters, then level one (a quick beginner win), level two (going further) and level three (the advanced payoff), ending on a next-video call to action.
Four Ps
An intro checklist: promise (the outcome from the title), proof (why you're credible), plan (how the video gets them there) and persona (who it's for).
Staircasing
Remaking a video that worked with more of the same thing, bigger stakes or a more extreme version, so the proven format grows instead of repeating.
Top, middle and bottom of funnel
Content sorted by how much the viewer already knows. Top brings in newcomers with news and broad topics, middle shows deeper use cases, bottom covers case studies and testimonials for people close to buying.
7-11-4 rule
A rule of thumb that buyers need roughly seven hours with a brand, eleven touch points and four different places before purchasing. Long videos cover the hours quickly.
0-100-10-1 process
An ideation funnel: start from nothing, brainstorm about a hundred ideas, filter down to ten strong ones, then pick one to develop.
“A small channel with a really solid offer can make 10 times more than a huge one without one.”

The Script
Word for word.
Read-along
Don't just watch it. Burn it in.
See every word as it's spoken — crank it to 2× and still catch all of it. The same dual-channel trick behind Amazon's Kindle + Audible.

Starting a YouTube channel was the best decision I've ever made. And because of it, I was able to leave my corporate job and work on things I actually love whenever I want, with whoever I want, whenever I want. But I did grind making videos for two plus years with barely any results.
And only after I learned the things I'm about to show you, that system enabled me to reach 100 ,000 subscribers in 100 days. which meant my business exploded and got thousands of new leads and customers and spawned brand new revenue streams because now, I had products that I use every day wanting to sponsor my content.
I built a school community to go more in -depth with people who are interested in working deeper with me, and it drove way more signups to my software. And to do this, I didn't have a team of 15 editors, writers, researchers, but what I did have was a working knowledge of how to use AI and teams of agents to do the work for me.
For content, my agent team helps with ideation, research, scripting, editing, repurposing, publishing, and they even operate my... other social accounts, which grows my business on its own, even on the days I didn't want to. And I'm one person doing what used to take a full team.
And getting there wasn't easy. I made a lot of mistakes and figured most of these things out the hard way. So this video is a massive thank you and a full course on how to build your own agent team.
So you can grow your own business with content and bypass all the friction that keeps you from publishing and creating content that actually drives sales. This is everything I wish someone had given me when I started, and I could have just as easily sold it as a course, but I'm giving it to you for free. And if it helps, I'd really appreciate if you can subscribe and save this video, which is free too, and helps me out more than you can know.
But for now, grab a notebook and let's dive in. All right, so this is how this course is going to work. I'm going to be teaching you the concepts, the tips, the tricks, and the things to look out for.
Then we're also going to be building a full YouTube video from scratch, start to finish for myself. So you can see my whole process live.
But I know a lot of you just want to hand something off to AI and make sure it does it all. But I want you to think of this like self -driving cars. The car does most of the driving, but you're still the one in the driver's seat and you still need to know how to drive.
So when it does something weird, you can actually grab the wheel and AI works the same way. So I want you to understand how everything works at a fundamental level. And that way you will know how the AI agents are actually built and what they're actually doing.
So you can judge what the AI gives you and know if it's actually good results. Because tools change every month and there's a new thing that's coming out. But the concepts I'm about to show you are fundamental to actually getting things done.
And at the very end, we're going to put an AI agent team on top of everything so it runs on autopilot. So that's how we'll learn. Now, let me show you exactly what we're building.
And imagine you're building a house. A contractor doesn't just show up and start whacking at it, right? You sit down together.
You go through a blueprint and you know exactly what's getting built before anyone picks up a hammer. And that's how we're going to approach content with a plan step by step. So here's the blueprint.
We're going to be building a full content system for your business and it's powered by AI. But first, we're going to start with the foundations, which is the best practices and setting up your channel the right way. And then we'll make our videos.
And to do that, we'll go through these stages. First is ideation or picking the right topic. Then there's research.
So your video actually stands out from all the other competition. Then we want to make sure we package it the right way. We write engaging scripts and what gear and setup you need to film efficiently and even editing the video with AI and even getting AI to repurpose and make more clips from one.
piece of work and then how we can also get it to publish it on its own. And along the way, I'll show you how to verify everything. So you really understand what's going on and remember the self -driving car.
And if your AI agent ever messes up, you'll know exactly what to do. So who is this content stuff actually for? Well, here's something that's true for every single business on the planet whether it's a coffee shop a law firm an agency a software company none of them survive without customers and the way you get customers really comes down to three ways here's what i mean say getting agency and you want more clients the first way is outreach that's a cold dm cold calls, and reaching out to people one by one on LinkedIn or email or whatever.
And this works, but it is a lot of work because you're doing it one person at a time. But here's the thing. What's the first thing someone does when they get your outreach message?
Well, they probably look you up. And think about it. Before you get on a sales call, you probably look up.
the person on LinkedIn or Google, right? So if they look you up and there's nothing there, nothing that teaches them or shows them who you are, you're much likely to sign the deal, okay? And the second way is paying for attention.
You can pay for media so your face or your message gets in front of the right people. But when someone clicks on your ad, what do they do? Well, they look you up again because they wanna learn more about you before they work with you.
And that's why building authority in your space is so important. which brings us to the third way. And that is posting free content, which can even show off your expertise.
And content is how you actually build authority and show your expertise before anyone ever talks to you. And it's like having a salesperson who's working for you 24 -7, answering the same objection a thousand times and never takes time off. And if you build up a bank of content that's actually valuable and helpful, people just stumble onto it on its own and they get help from you from free first and they want to...
go deeper and work with you. And that's how you get customers on autopilot. And it compounds because businesses used to fight over ads in the yellow pages before, because that's where people looked up when they had a problem.
Right now, YouTube is that yellow pages. People search it when they have a problem and a good video answers that for years. But a post on most other platform is normally gone in like a day or two.
That's why I prefer YouTube over every other platform. And my take is you should start with that. And here are the two biggest reasons.
The first is the 7 -11 -4 rule, which is basically a study done by Google to measure the requirements. from people online to buy from you. And before someone buys from you, they need about seven hours with you, 11 touch points and four different places.
Now, if you're making 30 second posts, that's hundreds of posts they'll probably have to consume to actually trust you. But one YouTube video can be 30 to 60 minutes of spending time with you and your expertise. So just a few videos, people have already spent hours with you before.
reach out. And the second is it builds trust. On YouTube, people build trust with you over time because they get to watch you show your expertise and you don't have to dance on TikTok.
and youtube is also the second biggest search engine in the world so when someone searches for your help your videos can answer this for years and on top of that whenever people ask chat gpt or google's ai for help your videos show up first in the answers too so you're seen as the expert and on top of that you get leverage because one youtube video can be turned into clips posts carousels on autopilot so you film once and it grows with you over all your platforms too And that's why attention is also the new gold.
Because think about a billboard in Times Square versus one on like an empty road. It's the same billboard and the only difference is how many people see it. And if nobody knows who you are, because if nobody, and the money is following that attention.
Because if you think about the year 2000s where every business slowly realized they needed a website. And the ones that got in early owned that entire space. And content is that moment right now.
The creator economy could reach about $480 billion by 2027 from $250 billion. And it's even become a real job. Companies used to hire webmasters and now they hire creators where people are being hired for up to $500 ,000 a year just to create content for their company.
But if you build your own channel, the upside is much bigger than the salary too. Because with one channel, there's many ways to actually monetize it. For example, look at Mr.
Beast. He started with a YouTube channel and the attention turned into Feastable and a bunch of other products. But this isn't just for entertainers.
Taki Moore is a business coach that I mentioned and he does about $1 .6 million a month. And YouTube is his main sales channel. And instantly, a cold email software made one YouTube video that got them about 500k views and thousands of signups for their software.
And my leads come from my own content too. I've had sponsorships for up to 20 to 70k per video, and I've only worked to choose to work with products that I personally like and use. And I even built CloudClub, a place where people like you and can go deeper with me.
And it's not just people like me. Even the biggest CEOs are doing it. Alex Ramosi built his real business first, then went all in on content.
Even the CEO of McDonald's made his own videos. His big arch video went viral on February and McDonald's said that it beat their sales reputation. And Fortune even ran a story called the influencer CEO era is here.
So if the CEO of McDonald's is making content and the rest of us really don't have an excuse. And here's why this is such a big deal right now. So you can see that one channel can do so much.
It can bring you leads, sponsorships, a community, ad revenue, affiliate income, so many ways to monetize, but it even gets better. You can use this media as leverage. And this is something that works while you sleep.
Because if you don't know who this is, this is Naval Robicant. He says there are three kinds of leverage, people, money, code, and media. And AI just handed everyone the last two.
AI can write the code for you, and it can help you make all the media. And both of them work while you sleep. For example, a consultant can only be in one meeting at a time, but a video can be in a million.
And that leverage is what really makes you money and takes you to the next level. So it becomes that flywheel. It's hard to push at first, but once it's spinning, it keeps itself going.
So if this is that powerful, why isn't everyone doing it, right? Well, so here's the ugly part. Content really takes a while to compound.
It's like the gym. It's very packed in January. but empty by February because the results are so slow at first.
And content is hard because there's so many small skills to learn, like learning to cook where you have knife skills, measuring the heat, seasoning. measuring each ingredient, so many of these. And that's exactly where AI comes in to help us.
AI speeds up how fast we can learn every one of those skills. And if you go through this course and really pay attention and build alongside me, you'll be miles ahead of almost everyone who tries this. And you'll be agents at every stage of this.
So one person can do what used to take a whole team, but the biggest thing isn't even speed. Look at here. Here's what I made.
And without me doing anything, the system turned it into a carousel and X -post and all these different things. So even on the days I didn't want to work, my content grew my social and it really becomes the most valuable system you can own. And the fun part is that nowadays, if you really don't want to, you can even start off without even being on camera.
Look at this channel. They never show a face. And I'll show you how to make faceless content and use AI avatars too.
So that's why all this matters. Every business needs customers and content is how customers find you. And AI makes it possible for one person to do all of this stuff.
So with that being said, let's actually dive in to the first thing we need when we want to make good quality content. Cool. So this is the first thing we're going to be building.
And honestly, it's very, very important because before you come up with a single video idea, you really need to know. who you're making it for. And this principle was really beaten into me when I worked as an engineer at Amazon.
And this principle is called working backwards. And what that means is basically before anyone built a product, we'd write a press release first as if the product was already done. And we'd ask ourselves, would this customer actually care?
And only then did we actually go ahead and build it. if there was positive demand it's like putting in the destination into your gps before you start driving you don't just hop in the car and hope and youtube works the exact same way because there's one hidden metric that really decides whether your video gets shown to more people and that is viewer satisfaction which really means is did this person who clicked get what they came for and then some because That's what YouTube is measuring.
And this isn't just my opinion. This YouTube strategist, Jake Trinder, had a training video where people only watched about 12 % of it on average, and it still got over 800 ,000 views because the right people watched it and they were happy. So the real question becomes, how do you satisfy people over and over again and get sales from it?
Well, Think about the free samples at Costco. The person tasting the sample is the same person who buys the box.
And your videos are that free sample and your offer is the box. So views from the wrong people don't get turned into customers no matter how many you get. That's why understanding who your viewer is first is fundamentally crucial to actually getting your content to produce any results and get any channel growth in the first place.
And when you actually work backwards from your customers and their problems you can build them a very curated journey from there so what would happen is someone would find your videos because it may solve a problem that they have and maybe they watch more and more they start to trust you and when they're ready they take the next step and work with you we'll go way deeper on this in the funnel chapter much later but right now what we have to do is just like how we have to plug our destination in the gps in this section we're going to build three things the first is you need to audit who you are what your business may be and what you know second is your viewer avatar we're going to be building that and that's the one person you maybe make videos for and who may be also your best customer and the third is your lane and that's basically where both of these overlap and the reason we're doing all these three is so your ai has real context about you your business and can actually grow with you over time and just so you know
A lot of the secrets about how I build these viewer avatar is stuff I learned from Paddy Galloway. And if you don't know who that is, he's a YouTube strategist who's worked with MrBeast, Noah Kagan, Red Bull, also known as the godfather of YouTube. And I paid him over $8 ,000 for this and it really changed everything for me.
So when you do this, you're doing what people behind the biggest channels do. So let's start with step one. And step one is to audit yourself.
And this comes first because a GPS can't route you anywhere without that you are here dial. And you can't help your viewer if you don't know what you bring to the table. So the first thing in this audit we're going to do is answer a few questions.
First, we're going to be focusing on the main offer that every video points to. And think about a magnifying glass. It only starts a fire when the light is focused on one spot and your content will work the same way when all of it points to one offer.
But if you don't have an offer yet, that's totally fine. Just make content about what you can do or even things you're learning about. And I do this stuff all the time.
And here's the good news. You don't have to answer any of this on your own. Your AI is going to interview you one question at a time or all at once.
So let's actually get you set up. And I actually built a tool for you. So let me show you how this works.
So now let's get you set up. I'm going to be walking you through this as if you're starting from scratch. Now, before we download anything, there are two words you're going to be hearing a lot, which is a model and harness.
And what a model really is, it's just the brain. It's the part that actually thinks and writes. And you can think of it like an engine in a car.
And every AI company builds its own. Anthropic makes the cloud models like Opus 5 .5 or Sonnet 5 .5. OpenAI makes...
gpt soul or astra and they get upgraded over time so that would be like getting a new engine every few months but an engine on its own doesn't really get you anywhere the harness is the car built around that engine and it's the app you actually use so that's the steering wheel the dashboard or the seats so something like claw .ai when you access it from your browser is an app that you're using and it's like a harness chat gpt itself is also a harness and cloud code is another harness which you can find right here and the harness really decides what the model can actually do and the same engine can feel totally different depending on which car it's in that for me and this course i'm going to be using claude and cloud code and right now my favorite is this thing If you click right here, Opus 5 .5, that is the best model out there right now by far.
I've been loving it for writing, editing my videos, and in terms of speed, cost, and performance, there is nothing that comes close. So I highly recommend you use this model as well. but i will say you can also do all of the stuff with chat gpt or any ai you want it's a different car but you drive it the same way although this is the best and i highly recommend you use this okay number two i want to make sure you know that cloud comes in two versions one in the web if you're accessing it via cloud .ai or the desktop app where if you go to the bottom left, you can download it for Mac, Windows, Linux, whatever operating system you have.
So I want to make sure that you actually use the desktop app because Cloud in the web cannot open your folders on your computer. And it can do a lot of really cool stuff that we're going to be doing, including editing videos. But the Cloud desktop app with Cloud Code can.
So that's what we're going to be using. It can basically work with your files. You can use the course repos.
It'll keep everything organized and even connect to your other tools. And you can think of it like a contractor, like the web version is like calling them on the phone and the desktop app is like having them in your house. So make sure you made your account, download the desktop app and log in with the same account.
Cool. So after you have the desktop app, so right here, you see where it says code. I want you to click that.
And this is where we're going to be doing the majority of our work because this is what gives Claude actual superpowers. and what we're also going to do is make sure right here you select opus 5 .5 and for the effort level for now you can keep it on low and i'll tell you when to adjust which one and when you need which all right so for this course i actually built you a tool so you can keep everything organized and and what is is basically an instruction manual for cloud so it can very easily help you keep every one of your projects and your videos and has all the skills, plugins, and methodologies in one place.
And that I sorted inside GitHub. And I put this project together so you're not pausing the video or trying to copy prompts off the screen. And everything will live here and it's free.
It lives in GitHub and if you don't have a GitHub account, Think of it like Google Drive, but for AI where people store code, skills, etc. It's basically a repository and one place and one folders so you can have some structure before you begin.
And you don't have to click any of this stuff. This is for AI to reference. But all you need is make sure you have the link.
You don't even need a GitHub account. So make sure you get the link. so and my idea was to make this course interactive so you can follow along and have access to the tools just by asking ai and you can see hopefully this makes a bit more sense but and i did this because ai tools change literally every month or so and whenever something changes i can update the repo and you can grab the latest version so let's get it set up for you and it's super simple all you have to do is start here you have to copy this prompt right here you can see set up my 8 ai youtube course for me find the course folder and there's a bunch of little things you can take this go back to your cloud okay and then make sure you set up a folder so i made a new folder right here so what you can do is you can go to cloud make sure you're in cloud code because this is much better and right here just paste this in and you make sure you're on something like opus 5 .5 and the effort level can be low and then hit enter
okay this is going to start setting up your project it's really simple and you'll see what happens next oh since i did all my one it's already saying it can do it i'm just gonna say brand new one so we can start from scratch okay so the first thing you're gonna see is it's gonna ask you some questions so notice right here so welcome we're going to be building three things together your viewer your avatar your lane and that way This is us setting up our context such that our AI operating system actually knows us, our cloud knows us, and it's going to help us make videos and grow with us over time as well, right?
I actually already prepared a very big list of questions that you can answer so you can actually build out your avatar really easily. And I'll show you that if you want to do this, if I just hit all at once, and then you can see it opened up this new website for me. right and if that didn't do it for you remember you can always just talk to claude this is one big skill i want to make sure you know just hey can you open up the site with all the questions and stuff and see it just does it like that okay cool so now you see i selected one by one and now what i can do is make sure it has a lot of questions that you can start answering and if you go one by one you can start typing it in but i like doing all at once and right here I want to show you this feature as well.
It's using Claude's voice mode and it's really easy. By the way, you don't have to put everything in. It doesn't have to be perfect.
It's just getting somewhere. So what I want you to do is press this such that now Claude is actually listening to you. And now I can actually start talking about all the things inside here.
All right. You can see it's asking all of this stuff. So let me just start.
rambling. But hey, Claude, I'm going to talk through everything about me, my business and what I make videos about all in one go. All right.
So it's going to be messy. So don't worry about the order. When I'm done sorting into files about me, the offer, the viewer avatar, all the stuff.
And I think my viewer and my customer are the same person. And I want to see both the sides, the customer avatar. OK, so here we go.
So my big goal. is to help, let's say, a million people improve their lives with AI. And the way I'm doing that is through education, by making content about it.
And one of the biggest motivations is actually helping people start their own one -person business. So they can build their own channel, build something of their own, and live life on their own terms. And if you want to know more about me, my name is Samin, S -A -M -I -N.
I'm a software engineer. I work at Amazon as a software engineer and JP Morgan. And I left...
corporate and started making content and I built one of the first AI phone call tools. I live in New York. I also have a YouTube channel.
You can go look it up. It's just my name. And I run this thing right now called Cloud Club, which is...
So make sure you've got that done and then you can just stop dictation and you can see all of this stuff in here. And then you can just hit enter and then you'll see it starts building out your viewer avatar. So let me wait until that's done.
All right. So it built it out and... Couple of things I just want to show you about Claude desktop.
If you didn't know about it on the right top, you can see all your files. It builds out are actually right here. So it actually built out the files inside this folder on my computer.
And this is kind of cool that most people don't know about is you can also open up a browser and you can see in that browser, I said, open up that viewer avatar, and you can also open this in Chrome. So let me show you that. So this is what Claude thinks my.
actual viewer avatar is based off the context i just gave it right so it's saying that i want to make videos for the corporate ai upgrader a knowledge worker or agency owner in their 30 40s who's outgrown their job wants to level up with ai before they get left behind probably in the united states just like me uh by builder and then you know it has a couple different things how big is this pond about 5 to 10 million people and you can see this is the biggest thing i want you to look into it is the transformation where right now they're working a job they've maybe outgrown only using ai a little and maybe they find me and where we want them to be is their own one person business with ai agents doing the heavy lifting and living life on their own terms this is something that's really important that claude needs so all our videos can be geared toward a certain demographic and we can keep the same type of people coming back right so It's kind of really cool.
I say I make videos about AI, build tools, agents. It has my goal. It has my proof, all the stuff.
Great. So this is just some context that our AI is going to be using from now on to help us in our videos. If you actually come here and then open up this finder in my channel, you can see there's a lot of cool stuff, right?
So based on what you just told Claude, it has built out a few different docs. So there's like something about me, something about your avatar profile. something about your brand voice based on how it just spoke.
And there is like a customer avatar and a bunch of other things, right? Your offer, et cetera, whatever you need to. Again, this is gleaning it all from that word dump you gave it, which will also evolve as you start making videos with the system.
Okay, this is just a start. Make sure you know this. Now let's move on to the next step.
So the next step is actually picking what we're going to make a video about. And most people get this wrong completely or ultimately skip this part. And what they do is jump straight into making a video without any strategy, which is exactly why their videos don't work.
So here's exactly what we're going to be working through, how to find killer video ideas for your ideal viewer, your buyers, how to package them so they actually get clicked on, how to make the video so good so people beg you to buy, and how to keep improving them as you go with data. So for that, step one is finding video ideas your buyers actually want to watch.
So why this matters is because your topic really sets your direction. Like think of a boat and a compass, you know where you're starting and where you want to go. But if you're heading in just one degree off, you end up somewhere completely different.
And in the same way, if you get the topic wrong, every step afterwards takes you further and further away from the destination, which means the video may fail. So what we really need to do is pay attention to the idea of our video and what we talk about in it. And the topic is the first one we need to get right.
And most videos are actually won or lost here. But most people pick what their video should be about with their gut. And that's exactly where they may go off course.
And a common myth is honestly just to talk about what you know or what you do. But what you know needs to be packaged with the demand that people actually want to watch. It's basically like how everyone says they want to eat healthy, but they end up ordering takeout.
And this is a concept economists called revealed preference. You basically find out what people want by what they choose and not just what they say. And most business owners make useful content and assume YouTube just finds the right people.
But that's how you spend a week making a useful video that nobody watches. And I know this because I did this exact same thing. Like before 2025, I picked topics on a whim.
Look at these. And then in 2026, after I learned the system I'm about to show you, I did this and my views skyrocketed. So if one hour of picking decides your whole week of work and how much leverage and effort and how much output you're going to get out of it that's where most of your time should go so we want to make sure we're not like a gambler and a stock machine that's just hoping to get a jackpot we want to be like a poker player that bets big when the odds are on their side picking the topic can take let's say an hour and making the video maybe takes a week but the good news is that ai can do most of this research for you and i'll show you exactly how and when you pick the right thing you don't just get more views, you also get the right people and your buyers actually liking your content.
So this is the game plan to actually pick the right topic. So if the right topic is where most of our time should go, how do you actually do that? Well, here are the four moves.
First, we want to make sure we find what people want by validating demands through outliers. We're going to get into this and the nitty gritty of this in a second, but we want to make sure we also accurately research our competitor list, understand the total addressable market of an idea, whether there's demand for it or we're even catching waves, and then we want to make sure we package it by borrowing from other formats and other niches that have already blown up.
And this is very important. We want to make it yours. We want to research what everyone may have missed, plus capturing our own ideas.
Then we want to double down on what worked. And the nice part is there's tools that helps you do most of this stuff. And with the right methodology, you can get ahead very fast.
So let me show you how to get this stuff done and get you set up. So the tool I use to get all my ideation work done and also my scripting is Claude and this thing called Poppy AI. And here I'll log in and I'll show you an example.
So let me just click into my the board for this course that I actually made right now. And you can see there's a lot of crazy stuff going on. But I just want to show you a quick little example.
All right. So when I made this YouTube course, I had so many ideas that I had to sort through. I had to figure out what to include, what to talk about, which analogies to use, which visuals to use, the proof, the research, all that stuff.
And organizing all of that stuff inside like one chat is next to impossible. And if you see those like detective evidence boards, the whiteboard makes it super easy to plan out content and actually do everything super efficiently. And the fact that I get to have all my photos, my notes, all my strings, random things that I collect over the internet in one place makes it super easy for me.
Because creative work really needs space to think and breathe. You need to like zoom in and out of things to see. uh which ones you're going to be including so i put everything on this whiteboard so i can see everything side by side i can start using my claw to even control and get context of the entire board at a bird's eye view and this looks a little crazy but actually let me show you why i use poppy in the first place right so you can see right here i'll show you this this is when i was writing the hook and the intro for this video this is what poppy wrote and it's actually the one i've been using and you know it put out all these little things that i wanted to talk about and this is what regular claude wrote okay and you can see hopefully if you take a second to read it this one is significantly more natural and sounds better so the reason i use that is right here if you see this in this chat if i hit settings right here there's this thing that says sound more human
and you know this is doing a lot of the work for me and making my scripts a lot easier to write this is just one thing and one example i wanted to show you of why this is so impactful for me but it's also the fact that i've made other courses before like my hermes agent course and i wanted to take concepts that i used from there so my chat has access to all of that stuff and i can just very easily connect it i'm like okay now it has all the stuff and also whenever i'm like doing a lot of research for the videos over here's a lot of videos that i was watching and then i was doing it here and there i can work with a lot of ideas and actually compile it in one place but i am a little scattered brain myself but i am a very visual thinker i would say that's why using something like this really speeds me up so for now let me actually show you how i work with poppy and we'll make a video from scratch and to do that and just a quick disclaimer you don't have to use this but once i started using something like this my productivity with content skyrocketed and honestly i can't go back i'll also leave the links to my pre -made boards down below so you can grab that as well it has a lot of the hooks styles already pre -embedded as knowledge bases so you can get up and running a little faster but right now why i really like poppy is if i go back and let's make a new board and let's call this new video
But because we're going to be making a video from scratch, what we want to do is make sure we connect Claude and Poppy together. The reason we do this is because Claude, when we connect it to Poppy, it can use the tokens that we're paying for in our Claude plan, and we don't have to use it from our Poppy, which means we get to take the best of both worlds.
We get to spend a lot less and way better output as new models come out. So how we're going to do that is with this concept of an MCP. And if you're unfamiliar with what an MCP is, think of MCP like a USB -C connection.
One plug that lets Claude work inside other applications. The MCP lets Claude search, read, write boards, add videos, group them together, write notes right inside this whiteboard. And I really like having a thought partner beside me when I'm making something.
So let's actually set this up. So we just made this board right now. Now what we want to do is we want to make sure we connect Claude to Poppy.
And doing that is super simple. What you want to do is you want to go here on the top right and then right here, Poppy AI MCP. You want to hit this and then you can see Poppy inside Cloud Code.
What you can do is you can copy this command and then you can see if you're using just Cloud, you can connect to Cloud like that as well. But right now I'm going to copy this command. I'm going to come back to my Cloud Code, paste this in, and then notice what I'm about to say.
Hey, I want you to install the Poppy MCP. And I made this video called... new video board okay and i'm i'll paste the link here and for that what i want you to do is make that workspace for me so i can write with my voice and make sure to put in my viewer avatar etc set it up based on the youtube course setup that we just did okay cool and i will make this effort medium just because it's a little bit more hairy okay and there's a couple bit more tasks so i'm gonna make this go All I'm trying to tell it to do is now, because we made this viewer avatar a while back, I want to make sure that our cloud puts that in here.
And whenever we make new things, it knows about our viewer avatar and uses that context as we actually start making videos. All right. So let me get this done and then I'll come back.
Okay. So you can see it's working. It's one minute.
And then it already has the, who I am, what I sell, who I'm making this for all the stuff. I love that it can do that. Right.
And it's already connected it to this thing, but I also wanted to fill in my voice. So I'll click this button.
Great. So this got done. So let's actually explore it.
And you can see it has a little guide. So Claude made this. I didn't actually do this.
It's like how to write like me, talk to my viewers like a friend. Yeah, this is basically how I sound. So it has like that context.
It has who my customer avatar is and all this context, which also evolves over time as we keep using it. Right. Who I am, what I sell, the videos I'm making, all this stuff.
Cool. So this is step one, just to make sure your cloud has context and you can work in a visual interface. Great.
Now we need to get in to the actual concepts that are going to help us pick the right video ideas that are actually going to do well. So what we're going to be doing now is let's say for my channel, I'm going to be making a new video from scratch just so you see my entire process live. Okay, so right now, what I want to do is show you the concept we'll use to actually choose our topics.
And once you understand them, our AI will use them with all the context it has to build a one -page topic brief for our next video. And in that way, you can ideate multiple videos, you can see which one you're vibing with or which one you feel, and then go deeper in there. So let's start with move one, which is finding what people already want.
And that first concept is called outliers. So an outlier is basically a video that massively beats the average views on a specific channel. For example, 100K views on a channel that averages around 10K would be an outlier.
So why do we even care about outliers? Well, because... It's a signal of proven demand.
It's basically proof that people already choose to watch that video or that idea. And one outlier is a clue about a certain topic, but several outliers on the same idea is actual proof. So now how do we actually find them with the setup?
Well, we can do it by hand by actually going to something like, for example, YouTube. And let's say, you know, channels that are like you. If I go to view my channel.
And if you go to videos, you'll see popular. These are outliers. So you can see this one has 1 .8 million views.
This one has around 400K views. These are the outliers for my channel. And you can do this for anyone else's channel as well.
So if I go to this channel that says 1 out of 10 podcast, if I sort by popular, you can see these are potential outliers. And there's some other ways to find them that I'll show you in a sec. But let's actually do this with AI because it's significantly easier.
Okay, so for now. What you can do, there's two ways to do this. So I'll show you both.
So the first way is right here. You can see there's this new thing called the discover content. And you can just hit D if you want.
But if you are on Instagram, YouTube, whatever, you can do the same thing. Even on LinkedIn, I guess that's cool. Let's say I look for my channels.
And if I find it, here's my channel. And you can see right here, there is this cool little outlier score that I really like. So you can see this is 1 .7x my channel's average.
This is 2 .3x my channel's average. This one kind of flopped. This one flopped way more.
And the nice part is right here. If I just click this outlier button, you can see these are the real outliers for my channel that I can actually double down and do over and over. But with this method, you can find outliers in anybody's channel.
So this is cool if we do it by channel, but we probably also want to find outliers by certain topics. And, you know, because Poppy already has all this data. We can use our cloud to access that data and find certain outliers for any topic we're going to write about, right?
Okay. So to do that, let me show you how that's done. So let's, for example, try to come up with a new video we'll make.
All right. And all I'm going to say is come to cloud and I'm going to say, hey, I want you to find and help me make a new YouTube video on the board. I'll link this here, I guess.
Can you help me? Make a new page so I can go through a couple different concepts to make a video about. Use the skills found in the YouTube course to make up the brief.
Great, so it just got done. Hopefully you can see a bird's eye view of the board. And just to give you a quick little overview, what it did is it made three things.
It made this one topic. second topic and third topic and i like reviewing topics of what i want to do in this way i like it doing in threes i think it's a lot easier for me and i recommend you do the same but it also has all this context it knows about me etc and if you use shift and then like hover over something like this you can start moving it around i didn't know this for quite some time and after i figured it out it really helped okay so i'm going to move this here and then let's actually review each topic so you can see it found some outlier videos some other videos that are similar to it that's done really well and It's built out these groups.
So what I'm doing right now is I just want to review these docs really quickly. So you can see stop building AI agents, cloud skills run themselves. This is one video idea I'd made.
And notice these things, because this is the structure that's really important for you to understand. When we're making a video, these things will be super easy. after you have it to actually build out a video in a unique way and you can see right here stop building fragile ai agents builds cloud skills that change them together with a schedule without you okay it's not bad there's a unique angle and it also tells you why it works so this is one thing i really want to make sure you understand so it does this thing and i built it into the skill already it does this thing called a tam analysis and a tam analysis means the total addressable market for a specific idea all right so you can see the TAM analysis is showing that these are topics that have a lot of demand, it's finding it, and it knows what I should be doing and making videos about.
It even has suggestions for some titles, thumbnails, et cetera, a little bit of an outline, and it makes it really, really easy for me to actually build out a video just by doing that, okay? So this is number one. So by the way, you can also hit this to restore the size and put it back in if you want, but let's look at the other two.
Okay, so let's look at this one. And you see this, it took inspiration from some of my videos, some of my buddies' videos, Albert and Nate, and oh, Bo as well. Okay, so let's actually review this one too.
And the thing I'm doing right now is I'm reviewing the three topics and then I'm making a decision on which one to pursue, okay? So this one is saying... how i can make a video about using claude as someone's chief of staff there's a unique angle a cast that no one explains why it'll work it's from the proof of this study demand there's a little tam analysis and you can see the floors are here there's some little titles some outros and it even made a little outline for me okay this is not bad i like this a bit more than the other one so let's keep this in consideration and i'm going to restore the size and put it back here and then let's review the third one okay let's see look at this This is the third one.
Oh, and you can tell this is already about trading, right? This is kind of cool. So let's go over there.
Okay, so this is the self. updating AI trader. Okay.
This is actually really smart. This is really cool. It's even from the title.
I'm actually liking this one. So the topic would be an AI trader that follows what Congress insiders are doing. Trades on its own, get smarter every week.
I know it's probably going to be using something like Hermes agent because I know Claude has been banning you from placing trades. So you have to use something like Hermes and that would be an excellent topic. That's very unique.
Okay. So let me see. Unique angle, the catch nobody explains in Claude every app, the self updating, all this stuff.
Okay. This is pretty good. Notice this is very important.
It even has the inside view. So basically it knows that I worked in JP Morgan and it knows what I know so I can add in examples that nobody else can really talk about. And that's why I like using Poppy so much because all of this context is all in one place.
Okay, so this is pretty cool. I know the TAM analysis is working out. I already know one of my biggest videos was in this space.
This is pretty good. I built an AI trader that gets smarter every week. Not bad.
There's a little outro. Okay, cool. I think this is probably my favorite because I know I have a couple people wanting stuff like this in my community too.
So let's actually develop this one. So just as a quick little overview, what I also want to show you is remember the skill I made you guys download this thing, AI YouTube course. This one is what was telling this Claude to make all these different types of boards.
how to basically structure this briefing so i have good research what kind of videos to look out for the fact that i want to do a tam analysis all these little things you can use it if you want to they even made chat bots in here so i can start talking to these things but we're going to be selecting this idea and then let's actually move forward all right so you see right now i just selected this idea and now we can move forward so this was cool but let me show you this so for example let's say you don't want to use cloud and you just wanted to use one tool what you can do is let's say this topic i'm going to copy this i'll show you this is so great i started using this recently so if you open this poppy copilot thing and say hey i want to make a video about this can you find other outlier videos that i can do research from so i can know how this stuff should be done and measures the demand find new videos put it inside the board as well okay cool so
rather than just using clod you're able to use this thing called poppy copilot and i've been using this here and there when i want to you know do some ideation if i have an idea in my head that has nothing to do with the pre -vetted demand then i would just come here and i'd be like find some other topic ideas and videos that can help me package this because it's cool that i get to make a video but right now i guess you can see it's already finding other videos in this way kind of politician trading.
Oh, these are actually pretty good videos. Wow. And you can see they have pretty good engagement, 911K views.
Okay. Okay. This is pretty nice.
See, it found it for me. This is funny. It found my own.
This is probably a really good video that I might want to learn from and I'll do my research, but okay. Now, hopefully understand what we wanted to do and the ultimate thing we wanted from this step number one is get this thing. Now we probably may want to massage it or refine it a little bit based on what you like, but what I want is some clear direction onto if this video idea is actually in demand, if it's a good topic, how I might package it, what might the video look like.
And this doc has everything has the outline. It has the thumb. It has thumbnail suggestions, title suggestions, TAM analysis.
And these are the things I always look at when I'm trying to make a new fun video for myself. Okay. So this is the first thing I want you guys to learn that video research and ideation and topic selection is so much easier when you use tools like this and you can actually just visualize it from a bird's eye view and talk to it whenever you want.
All right. So this is step number one. Let's actually move on to step number two to actually develop and package up this idea.
Also, I'll have this board and every other resource linked down in the description below if you actually want to dive in and look into it. But while you're down there, if you can hit the sub button, I'd appreciate it. But let's actually move on to step two, where now that we have some sort of idea of what kind of video we want, now we should package that idea, make a nice thumbnail and title.
And I'll show you how to do that. So next, let's actually get into packaging. But I want to really quickly recap what we just did and some important takeaways.
Because picking the topic really decide where the video goes and how well it does. If you pick the wrong topic, nothing after it can really save the video. So how do we actually pick the right topic?
Well, it's by understanding a few concepts and using them to our advantage. And the first one is actually finding outliers and researching them. An outlier video was basically something that massively beats some other competitor channels average.
And outliers are very evident and proof of demand because people already chose to watch that idea. And once we find them, we can research those outliers videos to see exactly what's working. But how do we actually know if any idea can actually get a lot of views?
Well, we do that by calculating the total addressable market of the video. And our AI actually already did that for us. It found the floor and the ceiling and telling us if the idea has high or low potential for views.
So what do we do with everything we just learned? Well, the biggest thing I want to make sure you know is we build that ideation doc that we went over. That document is the first deliverable every video needs, and it sets the foundation for our work moving forward.
The title, the thumbnail, the scripts all come out of it, and we can change it as we go. But make sure you have a good ideation doc because it makes every step after this much, much easier. So up till now.
you can see the system and there's an output for each part of the system and because there's an output it means there's no more guessing and no more spending which means now we have chopped up the process of developing a video into different segments and Later, I'll actually show you how to set up a system that captures random ideas or thoughts.
Maybe you're like out on a walk and you have for a video and we can use that and turn them into ideation docs on a board for you on autopilot. So you can just start on the video. But for now, I just want to make sure you understand these concepts and have your ideation doc.
So now that we have our ideation doc, let's actually package this. And packaging is essentially the title and the thumbnail for the video. And it's the first thing anyone really sees.
And it's really important if you just think about how people use YouTube. Like picture someone sitting on their couch or scrolling YouTube on their TV or phone. They'll probably see a row of like six random videos and then they click one.
And the other five don't get less views, they get nothing. YouTube is basically a winner -take -all platform and... YouTube will also notice which one got picked and it shows that to even more people.
So the winners keep winning on the same topic and one video can get a million views while the most of the rest get a few thousands. And if nobody clicks, nobody really spent the video you worked so hard on. And what determines the amount of views is kind of the floor and the ceiling from our ideation talk.
On that same topic, that gap between them is mostly packaging because there's only so many views to go out. Now, Here's where most people fall flat.
It's because they spent the least amount of time on picking their title and thumbnail. They'll do it last right before an upload, and then they'll just hope and pray. So instead, we're going to make the title and thumbnail first before we script or film anything.
And here's why. Because... Your title and thumbnail is the whole promise for your video and your whole video has to keep it.
The first line of your video also needs to match your packaging and the first shot should match the thumbnail. So the people that click know they're in the right place. Your packaging will also set an expectation because for example, if it's a raw thumbnail, people expect a raw, more polished view.
Whereas if someone is on stage, they probably expect something like that. Your packaging basically decides the format this video is in, and then they elect to choose. So for example, if it's a full course, a use case video, or a tutorial, even the little timestamp goes into the packaging.
Okay, the question your title and thumbnail raise are exactly what your intro will answer. That's why we need to think of our packaging as a filter. If we can't really package an idea, the idea isn't good enough or even ready yet.
Okay, now that we know packaging comes first, how do we actually do it? Well, let me walk you through a few concepts and examples and real situations so you can learn pretty quickly. Okay, the first things first is education versus entertainment.
So the rules are totally different for educational channels versus entertainment channels because the viewers are fundamentally different and they're looking for completely different things. For entertainment, for example, viewers normally just want to feel something, pass some time. For educational, viewers may want to learn something or solve a problem.
The nice part is that educational views, although the views are lower, are the ones that actually drive business. You can just think about the last time maybe you bought something like a car, a camera, or some new software. You probably want to watch a review, a setup guide, or a how -to.
And that's where YouTube serves businesses the most. People looking to be educated about something they're buying. So for driving business results, education will always beat entertainment.
And that's what we're covering. Okay, so... How do you actually package educational type videos?
For educational videos, your title and thumbnail need to do a few things. First, they need to show the result of what the viewer may get or invoke some curiosity based on their interest. And you need to be very clear so the viewer knows what this video is about in two seconds.
They need to stand out from a feed full of similar other videos. And for that, they probably need proof. So here are some rules that I've learned and I apply it when the situation makes sense.
Normally, the thing that drives a click are these three. It's curiosity, desire, and fear. For example, there's this video that got a bunch of views.
And here's another one. Your thumbnail basically adds to the title and you want to make sure you never repeat it. For example, look at this one.
It got a lot of views and for the titles, I want to make sure you keep them short to let's say about 50 characters and bold statements almost always beat questions. So look at this one, for example, and this one. One more thing you need to know is there are never more than four words in the thumbnail.
If you notice, you want to put the text on top and keep the bottom right corner clear because that's where the timestamp sits. But on the top is when people are scrolling, that's the first thing they can see. And a lot of people also browse on their TV now.
So when a little preview comes up, they can see that little text. One more cool thing you should know is you should use colors, but only use like three or four max and make sure to always, always have a main subject. For example, if you use a number, it needs something to compare against.
So look at this. That thumbnail got a lot of views because someone on someone else's channel. But my video on this one, the problem is it's 42 cents compared to what, right?
So that may have made this video flop. And finally, this is something cool. Once you do experiment, make sure to double down on the format that works because people get to know you from that format.
So it's a lot of experimentation and actually doubling down on them. One more thing I just want to touch on is actually faces. My 10 biggest videos don't have my face in the thumbnail.
Your faces work best when people already know who you are or there's a celebrity you can use. So as your channel grows, maybe make one version with your face on it so your existing viewers will automatically know who this video is by and then get the fast click. But always just put it as a test.
The next thing I'm going to make sure you know is never start from a blank page. Always start from a title and thumbnail combos that already have been validated and got clicked before. You don't need to reinvent the wheel.
Like for example, look at this title and thumbnail together. As one and the format behind them, they've been doing really, really well. And they got millions and millions of views.
So I borrowed that pattern, understood the desire, and then make one with our own original angle and proof. And that's the best place to look for outliers is already sitting on our poppy board. Now that we know some of the easy rules and what to look out for, let's actually go ahead and make some titles and thumbnails for our video based on our ideation doc.
So let's actually dive into making our title and thumbnails for the videos and selecting it. Remember, one of the biggest things you want to know is that YouTube has that AB testing feature where you can test three different titles and thumbnails, right?
So for example, this is the video we were going to do. So what I want to do is actually make a thumbnail and title for this video, right? So I'll show you how we can do that.
So for example, these are some pre validated titles and thumbnails that we've seen work pretty well. Okay, so there's a bunch of stuff here. So let's say I want to make something like this.
So you can see I can come here. So let's say i like this one and i want to make a thumbnail that's similar to this what i can do is right here if you just hit e you can create a thumbnail so for example let's say i'm actually going to be doing hermes agent so claude plus hermes so i can just type that in hey can you make three different thumbnails based on this and what i'm going to do is i'm going to bring this right here i'm going to minimize this and then right here i'm going to add this as context so now what's happening is my ideation doc is being fed as context into this title and thumbnail thing so let me actually move this and get a bit more organized okay so i said can you make three different thumbnails based on this for one of them you can also use my face And right here, I just copied a random thumbnail that has my face in it.
And I'm just going to put it in here. And if you guys have any of your stuff, you can put it in here as well. Research good videos.
And let's say I'm going to be doing it about Hermes and Claude and building autonomous self -learning AI agents. Look up other videos too, and then actually make me videos in that way. So maybe this one's kind of nice.
I attached another one that can work pretty well as well. Okay. So pretty beefy prompt, but you can see I gave my inspiration, whatever I need to, and now I'm just going to hit go.
And then let's see the thumbnails come to life. Cool. This thing got done.
It's decent inspiration. Let me actually move this across. Great.
So this is not bad. I would probably want something else. So for example, here, I don't like this.
So let's just talk about it and let's try to make something that we like. for this one what i want you to do is look up the hermes agent logo so i'm going to take this one i'm just going to copy this because this is the thing i want here okay so i probably want something like this to be the hermes logo and maybe let's call it called plot trader and the bottom is to be is insane And you can see I can ideate really easily and I'll put some other things up and running.
So right here, what I did, I just gave it some random rules and I started making six more. And in this way, ideating and making thumbnails is so easy. Sometimes I can have it for myself.
If you want it, let's say you did like this, you can just hit download here and then you can download the whole thumbnail, the package, and you'll have really high quality thumbnails built for you just like that. And I've been using this and I really love it. And you can see there's a lot of the different models.
You can choose the quality. You can also use multiple models if you wanna make these. Right now, I just keep it simple.
I like using something like sunburst and I just use that on medium and I think it's good enough, okay? So I'll get everything to be done and I'll just make sure to go across and start using it. And let me see this one.
So let's say, for example, I actually do like this one. So what I wanna do is right here, I wanna hit this and I want to say, I'll put this in here. So I actually like this one a lot, but the thing is it used the wrong logo because I didn't give it any context.
Let me just put this here and then say, hey, for the horse logo on the right, can you replace it with image two? And it's going out and doing the work here as well. And it's that simple to really understand and create thumbnails.
The biggest thing I do want to make sure you know. is just the hard and fast rules that I mentioned and understanding some principles. So you kind of know what you want to be doing.
Like for example, here, notice the amount of elements inside the thumbnail. I do like this because there's the text is an element. My face is an element.
This graph is showing something as well. And let's say I want, I taught my trading bot to rewrite its own strategy. It's actually a pretty good one.
So right here, this one, it has this one too. Now let's actually try some new titles. Okay, so what kind of titles do I want for this?
Okay, so if I wanted to do that, for example, I could just hit C and then right here, I'll give this context. So right here, I'll put this in here and then I'll say, what kind of titles can I use that I have used before for this image? Something like clot plus Hermes or clots chalk.
Look at the videos I've already done and then give me some recommendations for titles. okay so let me see it's coming out so it's suggesting these oh i actually really love this one i built a cloud stock trader that gets smarter every week my cloud trading bot rewrites its strategy every sunday i don't like this one uh i like this one and right here you can see let's say you like this you can also just hit this create script for me but i'm just going to copy this and let's see how this one looks i built a stock trader that gets smarter every week so i'm just thinking this through And maybe I use this one.
So Claude's new trading agent is insane. So I kind of want something like this maybe. And I can just copy paste it here and then try out something else.
Claude Hermes new. So I'm liking this. So Claude plus Hermes equal to self -improving trading agent.
So I like this one a lot. I'll maybe do something that's kind of like this as well. Oh, I like this one.
Something like this. So I'll test out this. and i also want to do this one right here cool and this is just me going through back and forth just thinking through what i want to do and right here here's a little hack that i like doing i like selecting all of this and then grouping it up right let's call it packaging so now let me actually start using cloud hey can you see the packaging group inside the poppy board okay so it sees it okay so what i want you to do is on the poppy board Can you make three examples from specific outliers that I have inside that board and other videos that I have done?
I want to see three combinations of title and thumbnails that I can use. Just give me three so I can test that. The ones I liked was the Claude plus something in Hermes.
I like the one with the graph with the self -improving and another one, try to find other outliers, make sure they're following good practices for, the title and thumbnail outlier demand and in the board make a new group so I can see the new packaging examples you've made out for me. Cool.
So now let's actually get help from Claude and let me see if Claude knows a little bit better because now I can just make this a group and I can just ask Claude about making a new title and thumbnail and putting it there as well. So let's test that out. Okay, quick thing I just wanted to show you.
So here Poppy was generating these three images and it's doing it right here, which I'm really liking these concepts. Wow. It's much better than what I was doing.
Having Hermes here and the Claude logo kind of really sells that self -improving fallacy. I really like where this is going. So I just wanted to give you a quick glimpse into this thing working and painting it, but I'll come back once this is all good.
I actually really, really like these ones. So this one is cool. The 2 .0 is actually really smart.
I didn't think of this before and put it in green just to make it very evident. It put Claude and Hermes because that's the subject of the video. And I really like this video.
It's got leading lines into it. And essentially, all the things we talked about where there shouldn't be too many elements, it should be very clear of what this is about. This I know is a format for the title and the thumbnail that works really, really well.
Claude plus Hermes just changed the stock market forever. I've already done it before. This one is also really cool.
It has put me in it. I didn't have to touch or make any of them. It happened from the context.
And this is showing all the different paths it's taking. It's self -improving, how to build a self -improvement Claude trading agent. And this one without my face and using the Hermes social credit.
This is great. I love these ones. And actually, when I open this up right here, you can see.
they even gave me some reasons and outliers with the format so for example this one that's saying my video which got 1 .8 million views this one got 375k pretty awesome okay great i like that they gave me some inspiration of why it'll work what i should be doing but with that i hope you understand this is basically how I actually package my videos and create my title and thumbnails.
Now I have a very, very clear idea of what we're going to be moving forward with. And when people click on something, how I write the hook, how I should develop the entire journey. Okay.
So with this done now, let's actually take this and actually update our ideation doc. So this will be the output of the second stage is actually having some semblance. of title and thumbnail combinations now we have the ideation doc and we have this let's move on to the next step so next i'm going to be doing this i'll just go back to claw and say hey i like what you built in the youtube packages group can you actually update the ideation doc and also can you clean up the entire board so we know where we're at the next stage make sure in the ideation doc to put in all these three title and thumbnail examples so i can see the progress we've made so far and i want to make sure you guys know this because it's super important and because now we have these things and I will update our ideation doc and move forward to the next step.
Notice I also asked my Claude to organize this board because I know when you're doing creative work, everything gets really messy and having Claude be able to just clean this up is super, super useful and I highly encourage you to use it. But once this new doc is done, let's review it and then move on to the next step. Okay, so it looks like this got done.
Let's see how it organized it. So this is the foundation that I have. This was the first idea.
This was the backlog, the second idea. Cool. And here is the active idea that we're working on with all the docs and resources.
Here is the start here doc. You can see it's great. I know what we're doing and now where we are.
Now this is what we're going to be building everything else on. All right, so now that we have packaged our idea, Let's actually move on to the next step.
Awesome. So now that we have our packages, so our title and thumbnail, we also know what our video will be about. So a core promise of this video is kind of like using Claude and Hermes to make an automated trader that gets better over time.
That is effectively the core promise of this video. Great. So now that we have that.
We know we need to make sure our audience gets that exact thing from the video. Notice this, the way we did this and the way we packaged it is very different. So for example, there is this thing called top of funnel, middle of funnel, bottom of funnel.
It's how much do people actually know about a certain topic. So for example, this one is a very top of funnel audience. What that means is people.
that don't even know much about training may be interested in this whereas this one people may be interested more in the self -improving aspect of it because it seems a bit more complex what i'm trying to say is whenever we create packages we should ideally create something that reaches the widest amount of people so how we want to think about this is let's say like a magazine cover where the Cover may say, get in the best shape of your life, and anyone can pick it up, and inside would be a 20 -minute workout that anyone can follow.
The package is basically the cover. We want to make sure we aim it, our packaging, at the biggest circle of people, so most people click. And what's going to happen is the video, though, like the 20 -minute workout, will be a slice of that and something that beginners, people that are intermediate and advanced, can ideally enjoy.
This makes it so that people get everything they were promised and a bit more. And all the level of awareness these people get to enjoy the video for what it is. And also, since people always need to be reminded more than they need to be taught, having the beginner level instructions and setting the foundation is important for every new video you make.
So that sounds fun in theory, but how do you actually do that in practice? Well, what I do is I use this format. that i like calling the levels format and it's really simple this is how i structure all my scripts in my videos where normally i'll have a hook and the hook is just an intro where i explain what i'm going to do we'll dive into that in a bit i'll introduce the levels that we may go through then i want to explain why this matters and to me why they should care then i will very clearly just transition into level one so i'll just have very big points level one level two level three so for our stock trading video right here what we can do is first we help people do the stock trading setup, then we try out some strategy, and then we'll explain and set it up such that it's improving over time and show proof of that.
Okay, so that's how we can transition and make people slowly hold their hand through the whole video. So now that you understand the overall structure at high level, one thing I really want to make sure you know is this. So for each level, It gets a bit more nuanced in how we actually do this, right?
So the first thing we do after we have our packages is create the outline that is akin to something like this, right? We want to make an outline so we can see the whole video at a bird's eye view really quickly. And I'll show you a skill that I made for you guys and how you can use that.
But I just want to make sure you understand from a high level and why we do it. But one thing I want to make sure you understand. is each of these levels because 90 of the videos is visible so what i want to show you is how do we actually write each level or sometimes i'll also refer to it as a point and it's the same as like a joke where there's a setup and a punch line i'll show you how we set up every level and every point so now if i go right here you can see this is basically double clicking into the point block and how I like doing this is let's say every level is one point and for every point how I like doing it is I make sure I transition into the point seamlessly like why it matters or what we're doing right now.
And then I'll use an example or an analogy to make people kind of have a frame and set up in their mind how what I'm talking about applies. And then I'll go through the application. So that's how to do something or show them an example or even the step -by -step.
This is where the meat of the explainers are in the application. And once you keep this entire structure your video will be very very easy to follow and i highly recommend you try it out and just to make something clear what i always do and we'll do this later as we go on is i will always script out the hook and the setup and for every other section i will almost always just have bullets that i present from and in the levels if i'm presenting from my screen i will just have bullets and i'll just go through that way in that way it's a really good mix where it's very easy to start the video because again the hardest part about creating videos and scripts is actually just getting up and starting and knowing what to say so that's why i always like scripting my hook and we'll dive into that in a bit and then using bullets for most of the other video so with that being said what we want to do is use the context we have just collected throughout this entire board and then create an outline
that sort of looks like this where we have a beginning our points the end some transitions some examples we may use the setup all the stuff and we're going to be doing that with ai and i'll show you how so let's get into that and to show you an example of this thing in actual action this is my video that did pretty well it had 1 .8 million views this is what it earned and you can see people literally just viewed 17 of it and it got this many views but anyways what i want to show you is this so this is the packaging and the outline that i used to present from but you can see if i expand these this is where i have my outline and my packaging this is kind of the video idea the promise we were talking about for the next video we were making so right here you can see this is the video goal why we want to make it and to create it what we need to do right and you can see in the beginning i have my hooks all word for word scripted out and also this is more important that i wanted to show you is right here for each of my points i wanted to make sure that people get set up so i wanted to tell people about a brokerage and then i used an analogy and an example and then on screen i just went through the application where i showed them how to kind of just set up alpaca and the accounts etc and this structure
i've used over and over for all the points and made it so that i can make videos in a system and this exact structure has done really really well and you'll see this all throughout youtube because whenever you're teaching this structure works really well to explain and get someone to follow along because this analogy really helps prime someone's mind and once you dive into the actual application of the point then Everything makes more sense and doesn't make people feel dumb.
So highly recommend you guys look into this Maybe go ahead and dissect my videos. I'll leave all the stuff in the link below as well inside the kit But with that being said I'll show you how we can start developing this sort of an outline and then we can start making our next video from that Alright, so based on everything we just learned what we're going to do is we're going to create a new outline for this video based on this structure and it's really really easy and i made it super easy because i built you guys this skill and this skill is the ai youtube course one that initially we have linked below and if you go down you can see there is an outline and script okay so in this folder there's a bunch of other things that we already went over but all you have to do is because this is already installed just go back here and then tell this hey in the poppy board based on this video can you help me create an outline for this video okay so find the skill from the youtube course repo okay so one thing i also want you to know now i'm going to just hit enter and now it's going to actually go in and it's going to absorb all the context from this board and of course please
Give it more context if you have to, and that will help you a lot more in getting a better output. Okay, so this just got done. And what I want to show you is this is something I actually built in to this skill.
And whenever I want to make an outline, we want to make sure we're not only taking from other videos and research, but we're also putting in our own input and our own special sauce. Okay, so what I've done is you will see. right now it's asking me that hey here are some questions like so it can help write a better outline okay so you can see it's asking me why do you care about this and why now what did you try what happened What's the proof that you could say?
What could people get wrong? What stories or analogies? You don't have to answer all of them.
To make this outline a bit better, what I'm going to do is brain dump some things I can actually add and I want AI to have as context when it's building me the outline. So for an example here, I'll do it live with you guys. So this is a video about a self -improving trader.
And the reason I'm doing this right now is because I know Claude has recently Started not allowing you to actually trade from Claude code itself So that's a big problem for a lot of people that want to automate their trading But what we have noticed and this is what I've been doing for myself is Hermes if you use your Claude models with Hermes Hermes actually lets you place these trades because it's a different harness and because hermes itself has a self -learning autonomous loop it learns how you trade over time and actually builds better strategies so that combination is something i really want to show one more thing is that right now We want to make sure we're also trading with good data and to build an official MCP so it's much easier to connect.
So the combination of these three things make it so that now we can actually have automated trading agents with the intelligence of Claude and Opus 5 .5 that can get congressional data and help us start building these things over time okay and if we just use this with a programmatic training agent like alpaca or liquid trade then it becomes very easy to make a self -improving ai trading bot okay so i ideally want to go just talk about why in this video this matters what has changed from before and the optimizations we're making now and how we should be operating it also the biggest thing i want to talk about is how i can now operate it from my phone because hermes connects to phone really easily that's one more thing i might want to show in the video okay based off this make the outline and then put it in the board and show me all right so that's it so i just took some ideas from my head and then i just gave it all that context there are some questions that can help you get started some analogies or stories for example would be pretty nice but right now i gave it all the things i want to talk about and now it's going to organize this brain dump in two words and then write the one pager that we can be following from okay so
Once this is done, we'll come back. And this is how we actually start building the outline and start having something so we can present our whole video and our video will be structured. It has a good topic.
It's packaged well, so it can perform way, way better. So let me show you the outline once it's done. Cool.
So this thing got done. Let's go check it out. So let's actually go over this outline that it made.
okay so this is the video idea quiver quant just launched an mcp so cloud can now see what congress is buying fantastic then we had a wall right now cloud app every single trade waits for you to happen tap confirm we move it into hermes actually this is not true you can't even do it at all okay this is really cool and then claude is still doing the thinking but hermes is one that's allowed to act it trades on its own reviews how it did and updates its own strategy that's the autonomous self -updating training bot great the goal of the video is someone who's never traded or set up a server walks away with and this is the goal and what we're the viewer should be able to get by the end of the video is claude reading quiver data cloud placing trades on liquid paper account a hermes bot or on hosting or something like that to run the strategy they also understand exactly what cloud can do cool and let me see let's go and this is basically some things i would need to create while we go through it great sponsor slots notice how it's mentioning these stuff for me as well because it knows what i've done before and now it gives me a quick little outline so in the intro it wants me to show this this is the proof the steps level one two three who it's for
why this matters it's technically telling me about like my jv morgan background again really important the fact that it knows context about me a point one we'll talk about the data they'll see where the money is moving the fact that we can execute it okay cruel and they learn from each trade so then it comes to level one and the level one will connect clot to quiver's new mcp show them that ask what the smart money is buying so that's probably connecting it to quiver quant and showing it and then turning it into rules okay then linking clot to the actual brokerage account to get that done and i think i have a vague overview of how i should be doing this okay and some other points and here's the catch there we go clot won't train on its own so i need to be clear about that and now i can hit every point in this outline and actually start building this video right and it says set up hermes on hostinger so it trades on its own it needs its own computer this is the points i should be explaining to people and give hermes the same
plugs and same rules with the limits but with claude as the brain and notice little things it's even telling me the examples or analogies i can be using and what the step -by -step guides is this is an outline that makes it really easy for me when i'm making videos and i can just present off this and i'll show you when we're actually filming the videos we just ad hoc film it and we can make mistakes ramble whatever and our ai will edit it and cut everything up but cool so we can see at the end if you want to see the first version of this not bad i might change this cta up so it's similar to this structure right here where there's a beginning there's a hook and the setup and the points and the end so that is what the outline is for so now we know what our video will be about we know how to package it and next comes a really important part where i really like to always script the hook and setup everything else you don't need to script but this is probably one of the most important parts of youtube so i want to make sure you guys know how to script this out and what the best practices are so you get a very high retention curve in the very start so let's actually dive into that and i'll show you how to write hooks and how to write the setups and where to actually just present off the bullets and we'll do that live
Okay, so now we have our outline, so we know roughly what we're going to be saying throughout the entire video. But how do we actually start the video? And what happens is most videos actually present straight from bullets.
But there's one part I always write out word for word, and that's the intro. Because that's where most people decide to either stay or leave. And you can just think about it.
Like picking up a book in a bookstore. The cover will maybe get you to pick it up, but the first page or the summary on the back decides if you buy it. And that is the intro.
Basically, every viewer clicks on the video with two things in mind. An expectation and a doubt. The expectation is, does this match what the title and thumbnail promised?
And the doubt is, is this going to be worth my time? The responsibility of the hook is to remove that doubt and the body will deliver on the expectations. And the start is where the biggest drop off happens on YouTube.
And that's been shown time and time again, that if you can just fix the first few seconds, you lift the whole video up and you have less than 30 seconds. And that's because a viewer decides in 30 seconds if they're going to be spending more time with you or not. So a click with a weak intro is actually just wasted effort.
That's why intros are so crucial to all of this. What's the first thing that the intro has to do? Well, imagine ordering a burger because the menu had a photo.
When it shows up, the first thing you do is, does this look like the photo? If it doesn't, you may feel tricked. And the intro works the same way.
So the first job is to confirm the click. You want to show the viewers right away. that they're in the right place.
The first line should match the title and the thumbnail. And this happened in the first five seconds. It doesn't have to match word for word, just close enough such that the title and the thumbnail doesn't feel like clickbait.
And if you don't, they'll think they clicked the wrong video and just leave. Okay, now people know that they're in the right place, but is that even enough to make them stay? Well, to address that, I have this four -piece framework that I always follow to write out my intros.
The four Ps addresses the four questions people have in their head and your hook should answer them in four steps. So step one is the promise. Is this what I clicked for?
You want to say the outcome in the titles and you want to say the outcome right there. Then they will know, should I listen to you or not? That comes down to proof.
So that's one line of your results or expertise that may apply to this very situation. then you want to show them the plan like how are you going to get them the outcome or how can they trust you and that's how i use the levels and the last is persona people will probably ask is this for me so you want to make sure you say who this video is for and what they can actually do with it and this really matters most when your packaging could pull different people like ours just did and i use these kind of lines to make sure i can pull most people in so those are the four p's promise, proof, plan, and persona.
You want to make sure your intro is under a minute and make sure you're not doing stuff that kills intros like sub guys, welcome back, or vague stuff like you won't believe what happened or no proof at all. So with those concepts out of the way, let me actually show you how to actually write these kind of hooks. I'll show you some examples and we can do it with AI as well.
Great. So we have this right here. now you can see this is the outline we have what we want is to make sure we develop some hooks and inside the same thing i have some skills for you to develop actual hooks and all of the stuff right all you need to do again is just ask for it so let me show you how we can do it right and if you want to make it even easier you can just copy and paste this here can you with the four p's described in the youtube plugin on the poppy board write down three different hooks so i can actually Review them for this video use the skills inside the YouTube course great that simple.
Okay, so after this is done Let's review the actual things it wrote out for us. Oh, let me also send hey Can you make some intros as well write out the whole intro so I can? Read it word for word.
Okay. So once this is done, I'll come back and let's review it great So it got done. Let's check this out.
Okay, so You can see right now it made me three different intros that I can go through. And this is very important that I want you to see is notice how there is something like this, like the proof, the promise, the plan and the persona in all of these.
Right. And this makes it so that these are actually good intros. And you can notice this is from my best performing video.
And one thing we'll go into later is how we can actually. make sure whenever we have something that performs really well we double down on in the same way you can see right here uh it doubled down on that without me having to tell it to where it says claude just changed how we trade stocks forever and it's because of this new setup and that's the promise of what this video is so it confirms the click then i've been running this for x weeks which i have been doing already and it tells us the plan i'm going to be breaking this down in three levels and then at the end maybe there's some tweaking we need here like i don't need to talk about strategy .md it's fine but The nice part, it's a persona, is even if you've never bought a single stock before or built a trading bot, you'll be able to do this because all we're doing is simply speaking to Claude.
Great. So you can see the four Ps is the framework we want to make sure we use in our intros and it makes sure that your videos will perform much, much better. Let's look at another one right now.
Every trade you're seeing right now was placed by Claude trading agent that's smarter on its own. This is okay. I don't like the hook too much.
I've actually been running this and it's pretty similar. Okay, so last one. Oh, I like this one.
Have you spent hours building a trading bot only to watch it completely fall apart because the market changed? Pretty good promise and really communicates the pain. That's because most trading bots have the same problem.
They're static. They do exactly what they're told, but they never get better on their own. So I'm going to tell you something that might sound controversial.
You need to stop building trading bots and start building self -improving agents. Wow, this is a good sentence that we might use. And Claude made this incredibly easy.
Great segue. So you can see it has all these four criterias. Maybe I'll film both intros.
But this is one of the most important parts that I want to make sure you communicate very clearly in your intro what this video is. And it really sets the foundation of the whole video. And writing the hook is honestly one of the hardest parts because we needed so many different things before we even wrote the hook.
We needed the title and thumbnail so we can confirm the click. We needed the outline so we know the stages we're going to go through. All that ideation.
made getting to this process so much simpler because we get to just ask claude based on the context and it knows already everything about us cool now that we have this hook let's actually get into the next part let's make the full outline and after we make the full outline we'll try to film most of the video and then even i'll show you how to edit that video okay great so i like the intros a and c from the intro videos 002 ai trader group what i want you to do is can you put down the full outline in a new group so i can look at the whole thing and start filming it so right now this small little problem just saying i like the stuff give me the whole thing and this is kind of like the filming outline that i'm going to be using and this makes it really easy for me to actually go in stay very organized and keep my videos flowing in a natural state okay cool this got done so now check this out so this is very important and i want to get this across right one big thing is even if these levels are not perfect i still just want you to start filming the video because this is i've seen something for myself when i try to keep perfecting the outline and stuff like that i will procrastinate and not actually just film the video so what i will say is after you have a rough semblance of an outline and a hook dive in
okay and how i like laying it out is kind of like this so notice how i have this card for intro and i go like going from left to right and it makes it a lot easier in my brain because what i'm gonna do is i'm gonna make this basically dark mode and i'm gonna put it on my teleprompter and i'll show you how all that looks like and why right but right now you can see i'm gonna be filming two intros like these and then the why this matters section so i have it laid out like point data execution And all the analogies and etc that i'm going to be talking about and then I also have it like level one Of what analogies i'm going to be using point one point two every point for these levels And it makes it very easy for me to film and even the cta So if you want to see the first version of this click here Um, maybe i'll change it around but those are decisions you should make as you go I want to make sure you kind of just hop in right after you have the outline and the hook And i'm trying to communicate how important that is and you don't spend time
perfecting all this extra stuff but just make sure you have a good hook all right so with that being said now we have everything we need to start filming our video but the problem becomes is how do you film your screen your camera what gear do you need all that stuff so i'll take you through a tour of my setup and what i use so you can actually get going with a head start and let me show you how that's done So let's zoom out for a second.
And this is a good place to pause and look at where we are. And think about it like building a house. The foundation and the frame takes months to build.
The paint and the furniture just take like a weekend. And if you get the foundation wrong, no amount of paint will really save it. And that's exactly how this course works.
We've already built our viewer avatar, our offer, our idea, our research, and our packaging, all these methodologies. And that thinking part is what most people skip, but that's also the part that really made my videos start to work. And every decision we made up until this point really decides whether a video or all the effort you're going to put in actually matters.
All the topic, the package, the promising, it's super, super important. So make sure that you get it right, and it's way more important than what we're about to cover. If this is helping you, make sure you hit the subscribe button because new AI tools come out like this all the times.
And the way I do things keeps evolving and getting better. So I'll keep this course updated as things change. So make sure you subscribe and you won't miss new updates I may make.
And if you want my help with any of this, you can actually work with me directly. And I work on a one -on -one basis as well, or do it all for you or your business. If you want to do that, the link's in the description below as well.
But back to... But getting back to it, here's what's left. We now need to film, edit, repurpose, and publish all our videos.
And that's easy once we solve a few problems. And if you just think about it like a cooking show, there's one camera on the chef and one on the pan, and you see both at the same time. You may hear every sizzle and you never see the chef ever drop an egg because that part got cut.
Our videos need the same thing. We need to sound good, which means we need a mic. We need to look good, which means the lighting, the room.
And we also need to show our screen or whatever we want to talk about. Then we also need to read our outline, but still look at the camera. And it's even better to cut out all the ums, ahs, and pauses or retakes you may make.
But that's the edit. That's the next stage. Right now, let's solve each in order.
But before we get into gear, there's a bigger question that I know a lot of you may have. And it's... if you should really even show your face.
So you can actually do this with your face or without it. You can make these YouTube videos. And later in the course, I'll show you how to make videos with an AI avatar.
But first, I want to show you how to do it as you. And here's why. And think about the last time you went to a restaurant because a friend told you to.
Now, compare that to a random ad. It's the same restaurant, but you go because your friend told you to and because you trust them. In the same way, AI made content cheap so anyone can really make videos now.
It becomes a commodity. But trust really isn't. And trust is at a very low point right now.
People don't know what's real anymore. So the ones who win are the ones people can trust. Furthermore, moving this up, this brand equity that you build works like compound interest.
The interest will start earning its own interest. That means every piece of content you make earns you trust income and that grows on its own. That trust is what turns viewers into customers.
And to build that, you need to build a brand. Like when a chef opens a new restaurant, the regulars may follow the chef. So if you switch businesses or even switch niches, people will still trust you.
They've seen your journey and your expertise, and an AI avatar doesn't have a journey for people to really follow. Your brand is equity. You will own it, and it grows over time.
And with this rapidly changing world we're in right now, it's very important that you put yourself ahead. So we'll do it as you first, then later I'll show you the avatar way as well. Okay, but if you want to actually film yourself, what gear do you need?
Well, think about a video call with a bad connection. If the video is blurry, you can still keep talking. If the sound is choppy, you probably hang up.
So what I'm trying to get at is people forgive okay video. They don't forgive bad audio. And think about it on YouTube as well.
You probably click off videos that have bad audio. So in order of importance, it's audio. then lighting, then camera.
So if there's one good thing you might want to invest in, it's a good mic. And you can even get away with the wired mics that plug into your phone. But the one I recommend and use all the time is the Shure MV7.
I'll leave these links inside the pack as well. It basically uses USB -C, so it plugs straight into your computer and it's super easy to set up. So if you're about to get gear, let me just take you through some levels in the levels of affordability.
So for level one, For the camera, just use your phone and use the back camera because that's actually pretty good. And I'll also show you in a bit how you can use that as a webcam as well.
And for your mic, just make sure to get a $10 wireless earbuds with the mic on the cord. That's good enough if you hold it up to you, right? And for lighting, just make sure you're facing a window and filming when there's some natural daylight.
That's all you need and that's good enough. But level two, we can start making some upgrades and here you can start getting a webcam or even a camera and plug it into your computer. The webcam I would recommend for this level would be something like the Insta360 and you can plug it onto your computer really easily.
And for camera, you can either get a mirrorless camera like one of these and you can get a camera like this YOLO Live camera, but make sure one of the best things you can invest in in this stage can be a teleprompter i personally really really like using the elgato teleprompter because i can use it as a second screen and it's really nice when i actually go about and start making my videos because i can read off the second screen and even use it on every day as well okay so that would be the next investment i would say you make and i would say you can get a mic like this shure mb7 or even a small travel mic if you walk around a lot and what i like is using this thing called holy lark m2 or even this dji small mic that you could just put in so get whatever you need based on your budget but let me show you what i have and i would say this is level three because i have a lot of gear that most people just do not need but i want to take you through just so you can get a feel and know how everything works all right so this is a quick overview of my desk setup
And I just want to take you through. It's very simple. So there's one thing.
So this is my keyboard. And this is a trackpad that really helps me out. And this is like the mouse I use.
And it's the Logitech MX Master. This is just another backup camera. But I really like this.
This thing is called the Elgato Stream Deck. And I have this big ultra wide monitor that you guys can see, right? And as for the light, I have a big light with me.
It's called the Aramon Verge Max that you might want to get. probably one of my favorite things where you can see right now is I have my prompter and this teleprompter is helping me keep on track with what I'm saying and I can also put myself on camera if I need to and use it as a second screen so I really enjoy using that but most people don't need it and I also you know have a standing desk that goes up and down and sometimes that helps me stay really creative it's all running from one mac ultra that's sitting right here so as just a quick glimpse into my setup i don't think most people need something like this but i just wanted to show you what i use and if you did want some inspiration this is somewhere you could actually look into getting started so that's the gear now let's actually talk software and how to use these things because the apps you film with really decide how easy everything else is after this setup but first here's what we're up against so there's actually a big problem here where the gear gets you to sound good and maybe a good picture but the hard part is everything after you hit record because recording and editing is where most people give up on making content because a video really feels like one giant thing you have to do in one go but that's not how the pros do it
And it's a lot like how a good movie gets made. Like nobody films a movie in one go. They film it scene by scene, out of order and over weeks.
And then they edit it all together. And that's how I get past it too. I break my videos down into small chunks that are easy to film, one point at a time, and then film a points here and there.
And if I mess up a small take, I can just redo it. And why this works is because a big task feels really heavy. So we'll maybe put it off.
But small ones really feel doable. So that's how we start. Because every chunk you finish feels like a small win.
And a study of almost 12 ,000 daily work diaries found that making progress, even small wins, is the biggest thing that keeps people motivated. And that's what makes filming doable for me. And there's a few apps and tools that I use to actually film.
my videos. So I normally use this thing called Boryumi. And Boryumi really helps create educational videos a lot easier.
And some small thing I like about it is the fact that it's $79 for life. And if you don't want to pay that, that's fine. I actually reverse engineered this entire application and made this thing called SceneForge.
I'm actually going to rebrand this to Creator Club, but SceneForge and Boryumi are literally the same thing. And maybe I'll show you a quick little demo.
So once you download this, by the way, links in the description inside the package. So when you're actually making content, there's a lot of little problems and this really helps fix all those problems. So problem number one, you have to make sure you can record your screen and your face at the same time.
Well, how do you do that? And When that's being done, you also want your notes and everything there, right?
So for example, this thing is creator club I was just working on it, but let's say I want to make a new video, right? If I just hit this button that's structured video Let's call it test creator club and later on we'll also film the hook and everything we wrote But I just want to make sure to go over this software with you and you can see this is scene one, right?
And you can see I can paste anything I want in and I can add a scene and make a new scene as well And then let's say after I'm done with these scenes Then I can go to record and you can see right here, I can turn on and off my camera so I can select any camera that I want and I can even select my iPhone if I really want to.
And that's really cool when you use a Mac, the fact that you get to use your iPhone as a webcam. If I just select it, it'll do that. You can turn on and off your microphone, select other microphones or even select parts of your screen, okay?
So once you do this, you'll see what I can start doing is this is scene one, right? And I put a lot of notes in here, the things I may want to talk about. If I just hit record, there's a little countdown and this thing pops up where now you can see there's these notes.
This is actually invisible while this is recording, let's say this thing right here. And it's also recording what I'm saying right now. Okay, so I'm blabbing on, but let's say I stop this.
It gets saved as a take so let's say I can you don't like this take I can record another take or just save it for later So let's say I want to use this take and you can see this take gets saved, right? And the nice part now I can go into editing this whole thing. So you will see right now I'm in the corner and it's And it recorded my entire screen as well, right?
So this is just one part of the screen and if you want different layouts you can just go to layout you can have it in picture in picture you can have it side by side all these different things full frame you can go to the canvas you can have vertical layouts if you really want to and play around with all that this is kind of fun okay anyways so and you can see all the system audio and the different things that you've recorded are also there when you need one So let me switch this off and let's make sure I am something like this, like a picture in picture.
But this is basically my screen that I was recording. And you can see right here, my transcript is right here for the scene. And if I want, let's say I didn't like this part, I can select this and I can delete it.
And you can see now inside here, that part gets deleted as well. And it makes it really easy for the AI to cut and paste and edit this whole thing. And I can also put this stuff in a teleprompter.
But you can see if I hit this thing right here, I can hit AI. And now I can use my cloud to start editing this video. We're going to be covering this much later.
But what this is basically helping us do is with the scenes. Let's say I film another one. Let me just try this.
Okay, so. The nice part is let's say I film multiple screen scenes and I want to reorder them. I can just drag them like this and it makes it really easy for me to actually build my videos scene by scene.
So I'll be filming a scene at a time and it helps me remember what I say as well. And I can rather than me filming my whole video in one go, this helps me actually do this bit by bit by bit. And the fact that we can also use AI to edit our videos is fantastic.
But I just wanted to give you a quick little overview of all the software that I use. And if you want the software for free, just hit the link in the description below.
I made this repo so you can go grab it, tell your clock to set it up and it will work on Mac, Windows, whatever, okay? So this is just one piece of the puzzle. Now we're gonna be using this tool to actually record and edit the video we just made before.
Let me show you how to do that and we'll actually dive in to filming our first video and getting it edited. Okay, so when I actually go to actually filming this videos, this is what I do So normally in poppy I'll have this right here and then I will turn it into something like dark mode Okay, and then after I have it in dark mode Then what I do is I take this thing and then I drag it to here and you can see in my teleprompter I can zoom in boom And I can see all the intros and everything.
All right. So now this is how I actually start filming my videos. I just read off this.
I go back and forth and I make a new scene. So I'll show you how I actually film this. So in Barumi right here or SceneForge right now, let's make a new thing.
So let's call this test vid. Okay. And we just created this test video.
and sometimes i'll use a script in it sometimes i don't but i have many screens so i don't need to so i'm going to go straight into record and here for the intro i don't need my screen so i'm just going to turn that off okay and you can keep it on as well but right now i'll record this i'll put this right here for so you can see okay so right here i'm just going to come here and hit record and i will go right here and then i can just film everything even this random stuff to this thing right so let me start with the intro right now so this trading bot gets smarter every single week so i'll make some like little mistakes and pauses i'm even talking through it right now and you'll see claude will fix everything based on the script which is kind of cool but i'll say okay every day this trading agent looks back at every trade figures out what worked and what didn't and rewrites its own strategy and i don't touch it but here's the catch claude took this away
it won't place trades anymore. So I found a hack to get around it and it's been working really well. So in this video, I'm going to show you how to build this for yourself in three levels.
First, we'll give Claude the data, what Congress and insiders and hedge funds are buying. Then we'll have it place trades on an account. And third, I'll show you the hack so it trades on its own and gets smarter every week.
And even if you've never bought a single stock before, you can do this because all we're doing is simply talking to Claude. So that was the first intro. I'm going to hit stop right here.
And then I'll hit use this take. And then what you can do is you can just call this intro A. And let me film the second intro and see which one I like better, all right?
Okay, so let me just try filming this. Because Claude just changed how we trade stocks forever. And it's because of this new setup that lets it pull live data on what Congress, insiders, hedge funds are buying and turn that into a trading strategy and then improve on that strategy on its own every single week.
I've actually been running... I've actually been running this on my own. So in this video, I've actually been running this on my own and getting good results.
So in this video, I'm going to be breaking down how you can build this for yourself in three levels. First, we're going to get set up. I'll walk you through the basics of how AI trading works.
And then we'll connect Claude to live data through Quiver Quant's official connector. So you can see exactly what insiders are buying right now. And in level two, we're going to be building a trading bot.
I'll show you how Claude can take all that data, turn it into a strategy and actually place trades on its own. In level three, we're gonna make sure it's self -improving.
I'll show you how you can use Claude and Hermes Agent together that lets it trade on its own, review its own trades, and even rewrite its own strategy. And it even lets you check in on it and steer it from your phone. And even if you've never bought a single stock before or built a trading pod, you'll be able to do this because all we're doing is simply speaking to Claude.
Let's get into it. Cool. And I will say use the stick.
And now I have two intros. ready for me to try to use so you can see intro one and intro two cool and now what i can show you is actually how i can start editing these so this is just me making the intro but i'll show you how we can add motion graphics and stuff on its own as well inside the editing section okay so now we've filmed our intro now let's actually edit it and i'll show you how because it's so easy But before we touch anything, here's what an educational video actually needs when you go to edit it.
And it's a lot like a lawyer in court. They don't just tell the jury what happened. They show evidence one piece at a time and they walk the jury through it so nobody gets lost.
And when you're making educational videos, that's all we need. Proof and clarity. But how do you do that?
Well, proof is basically showing every claim and something on screen should back that up. Usually that's a result, a screenshot, a page number, whatever it could be. And clarity is so the viewer knows where they are and what's next.
So step labels, chapter titles, and things like showing when something matters. If sometimes that's sharing your screen, sometimes it's a visual right next to your face, like a slide or something like that. And the idea is we want to make sure we're always showing something that will bolster our argument of whatever we're trying to make.
So how do we actually get there? Well, we do that in two phases. And this is all video editing really is for educational YouTube videos.
First, we cut, then visualize. And when we go to cut, that means it's actually kind of just like a haircut where the barber will cut first and then style it. So what we're going to do first is...
And then, you know, like in SceneForge, I... made a lot of ums, ahs, I said stuff that wasn't relevant, I did retakes, etc. So when I just filmed it a while ago, it's that.
We want to make sure we cut out those parts and only keep the things we need so it logically flows. So then what we need to do is visualize. So something like in my videos, I'll show you.
So let's take this one for example. You can see like I'm showing proof as I'm talking about things. So this is showing proof and clarity and we're going to be getting our ai to do both of these parts as well and we do it in this order because you don't want to design a visual for a line you're never going to cut so make sure that each pass is one clear job so it's very easy to check so and the nice part is inside the youtube course skill that i gave you initially in in the course this has both my skills that will help you do that number one it's called open cut agent an open cut agent will basically help you have a narrative flow it'll cut out the things you don't need and if you have a script or outline it'll use that to really make your video flow in the right way and for visualize it's the same thing where i use the skill it's embedded inside that whole skill pack as well and i'll show you how to use it but what it'll do is the same way we have these things done it will take your video and edit it put the chapter titles and all these different things all right so let me show you how that's done because it's so easy
I have my reading over here. This is called test video. Let's actually call it intro Hermes trader and I will hit X.
And now this is the old clod chat that we were using. And all I'm going to say right now is, hey, what I want you to do is from the skill pack, use the open cut agent to cut up the video in the intro Hermes trader in SceneForge. I just filmed a bit of it.
Make sure you cut it up. make sure it's flowing logically and you go through it such that it makes sense remove all the ums ahs pauses etc whatever you need to to make it work and this one is a little bit more of a higher task so i'm just going to use opus on high and hopefully it'll find it and go do it so i'm just going to hit go and then you'll see inside here it'll start cutting it up and i'll show you once that's done so just as an example right now you can see it's just one big brick we want to see little lines and that is just us seeing all the little cuts it's made okay so it just got done right here and then you can see the little cuts it made and let me just show you in 2x this ring bot gets smarter every single week every day the trading agent looks back at every trade figures out what worked and what didn't and rewrites its own strategy and i don't touch it but here's the catch clock take this away it won't place trades anymore so i found a hack to get around it and it's been working really well so in this video for yourself in three levels first
We'll give Claude the data, what Congress and insiders and hedge funds are buying. Then we'll have it place trades on an account. And third, I'll show you the hack so it trades on its own and gets smarter every week.
And even if you've never bought a single stock before, you can do this because all we're doing is simply talking to Claude. So that was the first one. Remember, I was just talking about things in the middle.
It literally cut that out. And you can see these cuts right here. If you really want, you can zoom in by just doing that.
But this is the other intro, and I'll show you this too.
That's cool, right? So there's two of these things. There's two scenes.
I can just pick whichever show I like. And, oh, this is kind of cool. So you can see it also renamed it.
And I can start editing from there. So now, notice one thing. It actually burned in these captions that I don't want.
So now I'm going to say, hey, what I want you to do is actually visualize this. find some B roll and anything you need and visualize both the intros. Okay.
I went to see what that looks like and make sure that you get rid of the burned in captions. I don't like that. See, it's that simple.
You just need to talk to it. And now it's going to go ahead and then start editing these two intros. Normally what you want to do though, is film the entire thing.
So I'm going to be showing you another video that I actually just filmed right here. You can see, I actually imported this thing. So this one is me.
This is like a long video that I just like, you know, yap for a while and then have some screen shares that I'm going to be doing. And all of this stuff is not cut at all or visualized. So I'll show you how we can get this done in one go as well.
This is a 20 minute video that I'll show that the whole thing will actually get edited with AI. So, but right now, let's wait for the intro. I'll show you what that looks like.
And then after that intro is done, then I'll actually show you the edited version of the full thing. I'll also go over some costs associated with it and what you may expect. All right, so it edited both of these and I just want to show you what it looks like.
One small thing is for the second one, I gave it a YouTube video and I said, hey, edit it like this one. And it's my John Feel video that looks like this. If you did want to just emulate some style, you can give it some YouTube video and then we'll do that.
But it got done here and I'll show you. So this one is style one and the second one will be style two. All right, so let's watch both of them.
This trading bot gets smarter every single week. Every day, this trading agent looks back at every trade, figures out what worked and what didn't, and rewrites its own strategy.
Notice that this is so cool. It made this background, it put the previews inside, it put the little header, all these things on an account. I didn't have to do that.
Okay, I'll make this 1x speed. And this is the other style that I wanted to do. This is my dark mode proof first style.
And it's because of this new setup that lets it pull live data on what Congress, insiders, hedge funds are buying and turn that into a trading strategy and then improve on that strategy on its own every single week. I've actually been running this on my own and getting good results. So in this video, I'm going to be breaking down how you can build this for yourself in three levels.
First, we're going to get set up. I'll walk you through the basics of how AI trading works. And then we'll connect Claude to live data through QuiverQuant's official connector so you can see exactly what insiders are buying right now.
And in level two, we're going to be building a trading bot. I'll show you how Claude can take all that data, turn it into a strategy, and actually... place trades on its own.
In level three, we're going to make sure it's self -improving. I'll show you how you can use Claude and Hermes Asia together that lets it trade on its own, review its own trades, and even rewrite its own strategy. And it even lets you check in on it and steer it from your phone.
And even if you've never bought a single stock before or build a trading pod, you'll be able to do this because all we're doing is simply speaking to Claude. Let's get into it. And you see, it's that simple.
Doesn't matter how long the video is. it'll follow the same methodology to get it done if i scroll up right here it was giving me some of what it looks like and all these different trades but it's that easy to edit a video so we've edited two intros but what i want to show you now is right here i also have this thing so it's a 20 minute video where i wanted to edit the full thing and this one has other things like sometimes i just enabled my screen because i wanted to talk through that and i'll edit that and i'll show you what that looks like all right and for that let me actually just make a new and i'll put it in high and what i'm going to say is right here hey in sceneforge what i want you to do I want you to edit the entire tips raw imported.
Make sure to first go through the auto cut, use the open cut agent to cut out all the retakes, ums, ahs. Then in the dark style, proof first video style, edit the video and visualize everything. for all the scenes that I don't show my computer.
Make sure to make sense of it where applicable. And even if I'm showing the computer, you can highlight certain sections, et cetera. Edit the entire thing, give me back the whole thing in a file so I can look at it and also upload it into my Google Drive.
Cool, so I told it to do a bunch of things and I just wanted to show you the power of this thing right here. This whole video will be edited and once it's done, I'll come back and I'll show you what that looks like. All right, so it edited this for me and put it here.
okay so this is it opened up in my finder and notice a couple different things this is the entire video you can see all the different things that it's done it has made this little thing right here to make sure we know where we are it went through i have some of my places where i'm also like presenting from my computer so maybe right here you can see this is my screen share I spent over 10 ,000 hours inside cloud of his 5 .5.
And the sad thing is that most people are only ever going to use 10 % of his fullest potential. And if you don't know who I am, I'm Simon. I run this YouTube channel, a community called Cloud Club, a software company.
And thanks to Cloud, building and running these businesses have never been easier. So I took everything I learned and cut it down into the 10 most important tips that have been the most impactful. And even if you just use half of these.
See, that's so awesome. It did take a few hours. So this took about three hours.
I just let it run in the background. The fact that it can just edit my video. like this and it also uploaded it to google drive that easily is actually incredible but i'll show you how you can post these and everything later but what i want you to understand is that editing videos with ai is super easy once you actually have the right skills in place for your cloud and then you can start editing and publishing these as well but now that we edited the video what do we actually do The next step is actually showing you how we can actually make more promotional content from this one content and make more tips and everything.
And let me show you how to do that. Okay, just to recap what we did and how we did it. You saw that we just filmed our screen and our camera in one go with the software I showed you, which is free and open source if you want to go grab it.
And then we actually edited and visualized it. You saw the AI cut out all the ums, ahs, pauses. That's because Claude can actually look at the entire transcript and we made a skill that'll essentially cut out all the parts that are not necessary and even make sense of the narrative.
Okay. And that is with the skill right here. It's called open cut agent that I packaged in.
And then the second part, which is the visualization works because of this new thing with Claude motion and Claude motion basically helps you create motion graphics. Claude pretty simple, but it's basically seeing what we're saying It's taking that stuff in the transcript finding ways and attaching proof and clarity into the screen so someone that's watching the video can actually Understand it at a deeper level.
Okay, that's all that's happening all that and it's already also built into Claude, which is really really nice But the fact that we get to give Claude access to our video editor is amazing and we can do this easily But this is only the first step we can actually take it a step further because now What we can do is actually take this video that we filmed and make multiple pieces of content from it and I'll show you how easy it is to do that because all we're going to be needing is the same skill and and using Claude to actually repurpose our long form video we just created.
Great. So now that we have made this long form YouTube video, what we want to do is make sure we have a repurpose system and the repurpose system will basically take this long form video and then you know how we structured it into like little points, hooks and all this stuff. Well, We want to make sure we can take those and create a few clips out of it so we can post them across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.
Then we also ideally want some carousels. So these are basically from the same ideas that we already found out and did research for. We want to make carousels out of that.
We want to make articles. tweets, community posts, and all that. And it's really simple.
And I'll show you how to do that. So it's going to be driven by this skill called content repurpose system. Also it's inside this repo that I gave you.
So this is a plugin that has a bundle of skills. And this is the skill that's going to cascade and create short forms, reels, carousels, et cetera. And if I just go to Claude, let's do this for the tips video that we just edited.
Hey, for the tips video that we just edited, I want you to create and use the content repurpose system to create all the reels, carousels, tweet type slides, all these things so I can review it and maybe publish it afterwards and open it in my finder after you're done. So it will store it in my finder and I'll show you once this is good to go.
It's honestly that simple after you have all the skills good to go. Great, so this got done and notice here, right here, this is the output folder that I have right now and this is the final YouTube video, for example. but it also made me some reels so here is the captions and here's the cover then if i click into this one let's show you this one next time you need to learn something don't read the talks ask you that people inside anthropic have been using a lot lately it's called eli5 and if you just type so you can see that it cut parts a bit out It made a couple different clips and it's just two prompts wake up to a new list of decisions I have to make and around the morning prompt.
So that's one thing it does it clips up things from your Actual video puts you top and bottom. It also makes you carousels So right here, maybe it has two styles that I really like So that's what I put inside this kill and if I open this so you can see this is one style that I really enjoy so check this out i like this little plot icon so i have that and then learn by clicking eli5 this is basically the stuff from the video it's making these and then it will link back to full video on youtube there's still online prompts a bunch of different things tweets so it made me a couple different tweets and text posts so for example i learned geo versus seo and a couple different things here in the same way there's a bunch of different things like articles So you can see this in HTML and you can see it also like embeds other tweets and makes graphics, et cetera, that I can post to Twitter and helps me make a newsletter and even like all these different things.
And if you want to make a LinkedIn post, this is how normally LinkedIn posts have been doing really well. I've already built in all these skills, but this is another video for another day diving into LinkedIn. But essentially what I'm showing you is.
based off the work from one video and doing all the research now i have the youtube video i have several reels i have carousels and maybe i didn't show you this for the tweet style carousel so i have two styles that i normally use and if i open this up this is what it will look like as a tweet and this does really well as carousels you can see there's a little bit of a proof there's some of these things right here and it's a great way to actually Promote the one video you have over and over.
Again, this skill linked down below inside the package. You guys will love this stuff. And it makes creating content very, very easy.
But what happens is now we have to be responsible to publish all this stuff. And publishing all this stuff may seem very tedious, but I'll show you with the next setup how easy publishing is because all we have to do is just talk to Claude after we get it set up with the right tool. And the tool I use to do all my publishing is this thing called Blotato.
Let me log in and I'll show you. And, you know, it has a really good price and it makes everything super simple. You can see what I do with this is a couple different things and I'll take you through what to do.
All right. But the thing is, I don't use Blotato at all. My cloud does and it's using its connector in MCP.
So the first thing I want you to do is make sure you make an account in Blotato and then make sure you go to accounts and then. put in all your different accounts log in through them it's nice because you can log in through multiple different accounts 20 if you want just to start then what you can do is if you go to settings and then api now you can start connecting your blotato to your cloud and it's super easy what you want to do is hit this button that says cloud code you scroll down and it says prefer the terminal i like using this all the time and then i copy this and then i paste it inside here in a new chat and i just say Add the Blotato MCP.
Then this will go ahead, start working on actually adding the Blotato MCP. It's saying I added Blotato. Now, what I want you to do is start a new chat and just very clearly ask, hey, are you connected with Blotato?
It says, yes, I'm connected to Blotato. This is my account and it's active and it's showing it's connected to all these accounts. And if you ask something like, can you list out bullets of the things you can do with it?
basically this is the thing i always connect because now i can post and schedule all those different things we just built manage my schedule check how the post did make content and even have the comment auto dms right these dm automations where if you've seen instagram videos where people say comment something to get this guide i do the same thing comment something and i'll link you the full video and i make sure it goes out that way and you can see If I go to my Instagram, for example, this is one of my Instagram videos where you can see it has 8 .3 K likes.
It has like 300 K views. This one, I told everyone to comment design and here this automation. was all done through blowtato okay so this dms them on autopilot and it gives your reel a lot better performance and also you can link them to wherever you want we'll cover this in a few sections later when we come to the funnels but this is an important tool that i want you to have in your arsenal because it's so cheap and it frees up so much of your time when you actually go and have a lot of content that you can publish but What I'm trying to get you to understand is how easy it is that after you have these kind of posts, what you can just do is be like, hey, schedule these for publishing and it will.
And if you want to see my potato, what I already have is if you go right here into calendar, you can see. Right now, I have my posts scheduled across. So you can see Thursday, I'm gonna be posting to my YouTube Shorts and my Instagram, and it just keeps going and I drip out my content over time.
And this can be any of your other content. It can be a carousel. For example, if I click on this one, this is going to be a post that I'm going to make.
It's a reel that I uploaded into Blotato. And you can see I have set up a schedule where it's doing that. And I also have DM automations.
Maybe I'll show you a test one. so for example here's a test dm automation where if someone comments guide they get this message and you can send them whatever you need to but again i don't do any of the stuff all i do is talk to claude and be like i used lotato to set up a dm automation and upload my video and drip these out over time.
That's all I do. So that takes care of publishing and it becomes so easy. It's not complex at all.
The only thing you need to understand is that you need to connect Claude to the tools that let you publish because the thing with Claude is if you go to customize and for example, if you want to publish something to Instagram, it just doesn't exist. So what we want to do is actually use a tool that's meant for this stuff.
But now that we know how to publish things on autopilot and we know how to repurpose and create more leveraged content from our one piece of content, what do we do now? All right, so we went through many steps start to finish. And here's the thing.
Doing this once is easy, but doing this every single week is super, super hard. So what we're going to do now is take everything we just learned and turn it into a system so we can actually be consistent. But to just to zoom back, let's look at what we just did.
We came up with the idea. We researched it. We packaged it with the title and thumbnails.
We found which one would be working well. We wrote the outline and the script we can actually film with. Then we learned how to film, edit, repurpose, and even publish it.
And we did all of that by hand. And that was on purpose because now we know what good looks like. And we have a framework of understanding if anything goes wrong or even gets updated.
To be honest, Everything we just did right now is the basics. There was a lot of detail in there, but it's still pretty rudimentary.
Later in the course, we're going to be getting into more advanced stuff, like with AI avatars, how to ideate better, how to actually add animations, motion graphics, and all this B -roll and whatever you need. But first, this is what we want to start off with. And now we want to make sure we can be consistent.
And if we want to be consistent, we need a system. And that system has to start with all our ideas in one place. And what I like using is one Kanban board.
Right now, you may have ideas everywhere. Maybe you have scripts in some places, docs, some voice notes, whatever. And a lot of people get really confused because they get scattered and it's a lot of friction to actually get things started.
So let me show you my method of keeping organized and how I actually go about every day when I actually have to get some work. and build my videos. Let's start off with the system I use to stay organized.
And what I use is this thing called Multica. And Multica, believe it or not, is free and open source. So that's why I love it a lot to make sure you download this and get this set up.
But you can also get the app. You can see there's a lot of tasks I have, but actually let me show you something else. So if I actually open my app, I made a mock workspace for you.
And in Multica, I'm going to take you through a quick tour, explain the basics, and then I'll show you how we can get our agents to actually work in it. And if you're curious about what Multica is, it is basically one place for humans and agent teams to work together.
And it's done through these kind of tasks. So this is my board where I have a lot of videos that are in the ideation stage. Some are in research, some are in packaging, some are filming, some I'm editing, all these things, right?
But the nice part here is I also can have my agents. in one place so you can see if i hit runtimes right here i can have all my computers and my agents in all my computers working on everything all at once so i have my cloud my codecs my cursor i have a bunch of agents that are all working here and they have access to it so whenever i do have a new idea what i do is i will actually go to multi club and then i will develop this over time but the idea about these agents and what they do is that i don't actually control this board I have this board such that all these issues gets moved on its own through some scheduled tasks.
And we'll be setting something like this up. And in this way, we can know what has been edited and where which video is in the process and makes it a lot easier. Also, one more small thing I just want to show you.
And I'll teach you how to do this later But here is my notes app and I like actually taking notes and Apple notes and here I have this idea that I jot it down Here's another one that I like this YouTube video This one I just have by toothpaste, but I misspelled it These are all different things that I have inside my Apple notes, right?
What I have also is that I give my cloud access to my Apple notes and then it will sort all these random things that come up in my mind and actually put them in either these ideas section or in the vault that I'll show you later. And you can see these are some ideas that I had and what's happened is my cloud runs a scheduled task in the background.
It looks at all my things that I put in and then it will organize all of those things. So in my Apple Notes, I can be as messy as I want and then I will have one system where I can actually go through and make sure that everything is in place where it needs to be.
So it's kind of like a scrum master or a project manager for my life. And it's pretty nice that I use Multica because this is free too. And you can see I have a couple different workspaces, but this is just a mock workspace I'm trying to show you right now.
Now what I want to do is actually help you set up some system like this because it's so easy, right? And the first thing we want to make sure we do is set up our Multica board. So make sure you just download Multica.
Again, it's free and you can create a new workspace and then you can call it YouTube course board and then let's create this board and then right now Let's skip this But all I want you to do is go to settings right here and then go to API tokens And then you want to make a new API token, right? Let's call it course token and then I'm going to copy this I'm gonna go back to Claude and then I'm gonna paste this in and then paste this one as well Then all I'm going to say is hey can you onboard to this multica i want to see you in here after this is done let's see what this looks like but what this is is right now i am just making sure i add my clod to this board as an agent so right here i would have to actually just put new agent clod all this stuff but i don't want to do any of that right now i'm just going to get my clod to work on this stuff and to set up this board for me And then I just asked it in the YouTube course board workspace.
I just told it, hey, can you make a new mock task? And it just made something like this. Very simple.
I just wanted to see it. Now what we have to do is actually build our pipeline. And that is very simple.
So I'm going to say, hey, in the YouTube. course workspace can you build a pipeline with bright statuses such that it reflects with the youtube summon i want the stages ideation research packaging outlining scripting filming editing repurposing publishing and done and before all of that can be to do so can you make that pipeline for me so we're setting up the pipeline let's first and foremost this is the easy part and because claude has now access to control this multiple thing it should be able to just do everything for us so Once this is done, I'll show you what that pipeline kind of looks like.
Okay, great. So this thing got done. And right now in Multica, you can see it has this mock test.
There is some things that backlog to do. Ideation in progress review. Maybe I don't want these.
Can you get rid of these? Again, I'm doing this from scratch for you guys, just so you understand it. I mean the columns.
okay so this thing got done so now you can see to do ideation research packaging all the stuff we have a board now what i want is that auto sorting of a capture system so the first thing is we have one place to organize next what we want to build is a way we can capture all of our ideas and inspirations all in one place okay and i use two things to do that and the first one is really easy it's called apple notes so what you can do is you can go to cloud you can go to customize and then what you can do is search apple notes in connectors and then you will see this thing read and write apple notes i like installing this thing and then right now it can read and write my apple notes so what i'm going to go do is go back here and say hey can you read my apple notes can you tell me about a note i had today and it's asking me to allow and you see it's opening up apple notes and right here you can see it And it knows it already wants to add these in my idea column.
Yeah, so what I want you to do now is every day set a schedule task such that you're going through my Apple Notes and you're seeing if I have ideas, then put the ideas for YouTube inside the ideation board, inside the backlog section. Go through that every day such that I'm capturing these ideas and clean it up. If I have multiple of the same ideas, clean it up such that there's only one of each.
So notice what I did right now. Right now, I set it up such that there is a schedule task that means cloud automatically on its own will run every day it will check my apple notes see if i have random ideas or inspirations and then it will start adding it to the backlog automatically which means if i want to make a new video and i want to sort through my old ideas i can just go here and i'll see all my ideas really really simply okay and even if i'm like messy and i put in two of the same ideas different days then i will know uh that hey this idea was there and then it'll just resurface it back to the top this is a great system that i have and i like it so that if i'm thinking about something over and over it will make it go to the top and now it should do it can you add those in my backlogs right now in my multica make sure to always put it in the mock board it's fine all right so still running but you can see it put these four ideas in the backlog now if i want to develop anything i could just do this or just keep
talking to Claude and being like, hey, I want to develop this idea, help me brainstorm it, put it inside Poppy, make a new board in Poppy, because it's all connected to Claude. And Claude is the main central dashboard that I can use my other tools really, really easily, okay? This is number one.
But number two, this is very, very important. Most of the inspiration I get is, you know, when I'm just browsing content, like if I'm just on YouTube, for example, and let's say I found this video from Theo, and I really like it, right? i want to make sure i save it and if i want to do that i probably want to pull it into poppy so i have this new chrome extension so if you go to the chrome web store and this is fantastic guys highly recommend you use this a poppy ai in poppy they have this thing okay after you add this you'll see this extension right here the poppy uh extension so for example if there's this video that i like i can just hit youtube saves and it makes it really easy to save for me to use later or even if i'm in instagram if i like this i can just hit this button it'll save it there and even if i'm on x .com i can you know find this is a this is another open source project i can just hit poppy so basically what happens is when i'm inside poppy you can see right here this is all my old board so let's say i want you to use these from my board right and i wanted this inspiration i could just drag it here and it's really easy for me to start being like hey help me reverse engineer this and tell me why this worked and it has the context of these videos and i can start ideating this stuff really easily highly recommend you guys get this thing because once we're actually
Using our board and poppy if you wanted to pull it up All you have to do is either just hit V it comes up or right here It says vault and you can get any of the things you save whether it be X articles posts from YouTube from Instagram all these different things I have it in my folders, but I like using this to actually find my inspiration and if I'm like, oh, yeah, I'm gonna make this video I Save little bits and pieces I can bring it in And then I can actually put that to use in the new videos I'm making.
And I find that that gives me an extra edge that when I'm actually consuming content, I'm learning and I'm saving. And whenever I need to just refer back to something, boom, I have one way to just find it, capture this and start working on it. And these two systems will really make it easy.
for you to actually start making these videos. But the really nice part about Multico is you see there, they have this thing called autopilot, right? So let's say we just did some ideation and research and thumbnail and title for the video, right?
If I pulled it here, I can have an autopiloted scheduled task such that it automatically does the things we did earlier. And it's as simple as just telling your thing, something like that. Hey, if I pull some...
idea into the research board what i want you to do is come up inside poppy make a new board do some research on it and make a thumbnail that might work set up a trigger inside multica such that happens it's that easy and because claude is the intelligence behind it it's running these systems in the back and it makes it so that you are the one that's in charge of the judgment and while you're in charge of the judgment you choose what to move forward and what actually gets worked on and these little things when you start Compiling little things that you do every day whether it be making thumbnails whether it be like hey I just edited this video now go repurpose it and now publish it it can do those things as well It's just you have to be creative enough to tell Claude what you want and what you want automated because at this moment it can do everything on your computer and These applications because it has access so make sure You dive into the system.
This system can go on for years and years. I actually have a very cool in -depth way. If you join my community below, I'll show you how it works.
And if you need any help setting up your system, I'm here to help you as well. But this is the basics of the system that I want you to set up. So now we have a system that we can actually use to keep track of our videos and do it in a consistent manner.
It's the biggest thing that's up to you to sit down. on your schedule, put up some focus sprints and actually start working on these videos because getting more traffic is the biggest thing that can propel your business forward. But how do we actually use YouTube to make more money for our business?
Well, it's the concept of using YouTube as a step in the funnel. And you see how we want to treat YouTube is making sure that It's like two islands.
In one island, all your viewers and everyone is there. And in another island, it's you. And your job is to build the bridge in between so we can use our content to educate people enough to cross that bridge and become a client.
But how do you do that? Well, the way we want to think about content is we want to segment it in... Top of funnel content, middle of funnel content, and bottom of funnel content.
Top of funnel content is for people that may be brand new to who you are. So you want to talk about brand new things. Maybe it's things in the news.
It can be new advancements. Like for example, for me, whenever there's a new model drop, I probably talk about it to get new viewers in. On the other spectrum, if it's a doctor, for example, let's say a new drug or a new law or a new treatment gets passed, they can talk about that.
Middle funnel content is actually telling people so they probably already know some stuff, but getting them to know some more advanced things. So for example, for me, I would probably show people use cases of what I do. And for a doctor, maybe they talk about the best ways to actually implement.
some of their teachings or a new strategy that has come up. And bottom of funnel content can be classified as something like case studies, testimonials. Those ultimately don't get that many views, but it's really important to really pull forward.
As you keep creating content, everything compounds and you never know, people stumble upon videos that are two, three years old and they'll go down a rabbit hole and become a buyer. That is what I'm trying to communicate to show you that content is a long -term game and we want to make sure we're actually building that bridge over time.
But at the end of the bridge, there is actually some parts that we can do. So for example, on YouTube, we want to make sure we have our links. And for me, I have CloudClub.
And I also have some other offers like my software, et cetera, that I will put in my YouTube description or my pinned comment on top. So you wanna always do that for your offer, whether it be an email list, so you don't lose that viewer forever. Maybe you give them a lead magnet or a tool and you give them a Gumroad resource.
And that Gumroad resource, they normally have to enter their email to get it. So you have their email and you can keep marketing to them. If you have new offers or new videos, they get alerted.
This means that your core viewer base keeps expanding over time and your potential amounts of customers is much, much more aware than if they just watch one of your reels, scroll away and you never see them again. The other way is, let's say you're just starting out or you have a service business or something like that. You can always have a book a call funnel.
And in that book a call funnel, it makes it super simple where someone watches your video, they book a call with you, and you can see if it's the right fit and take it from there. For a doctor, it could be a consultation. For a lawyer, it could be filling up an intake form.
It doesn't matter. But what I'm trying to tell you is architecting that bridge and understanding these fundamental concepts is very important in actually getting viewers to become customers. And our responsibility becomes that we use content to essentially educate our prospects more and more so they go from cold to hot.
For myself. Practically, what I do is in my videos, you'll see I'll have Gumroad resources or links to my free school. This is where I get to make sure I have higher touch with anyone that may want to work with me in the future.
So whether that be a free community where I can DM them or I have ways so they can watch more of my content at ease rather than YouTube stealing it away from you, you want to have these pathways built out such that they are more so in your ecosystem for longer and in the same way instagram does this through the dm automations so you're in their inbox and you can talk to them for longer as well so this is basically very important but it's super advanced there are a lot of really cool strategies i can share inside the community about how to actually take viewers and make them into customers and there's a lot of strategies where you can attract them and show them into live events show them more about your offers but it's all about getting these people to spend more time with you and building out more and more valuable content so they go from cold to warm to hot and if you can do that consistently over time and bring in more traffic your business will grow no doubt about it and people have said
Their business, even from small channels, have grown and they've been using this channel. Like, for example, Daniel Fazio, he's been making over $400 ,000 a month just from his YouTube channel. You can see that there is crazy potential once you have some level of authority out there because it doesn't matter.
Whatever business you do, you need to get clients. And the way you get clients is either you do outreach, you do paid ads, or you have some way to educate your clients with free content. And once you have something online that's valuable, you'll see that even Claude or ChatGPT will scrape your stuff and recommend those as sources, which helps you bring in more leads.
But the biggest thing is just... to make sure you have good high quality content that's structured such that people are really understanding what you're trying to say and the way we do that is by being very clear and intentional about what we're doing and the way we grow our content at the same time is using these kind of strategies but with that i do want to show you some advanced tactics if you want to take this forward and take your content to the next level using more AI in its own place.
All right, so now I wanted to actually take you through some advanced ideation strategies. And these really work after you actually start making a few videos. And the way I want you to start thinking about it, by the way, this is from Patti Galloway, brilliant man.
Where we want to do is make sure we go through the 0, 100, 10, 1 process. And how that works is basically we start off with zero ideas. But what we want to do is brainstorm 100 random number.
You can brainstorm more or less if you want. But what I'm trying to tell you is that we will then be applying a lot of filters to make sure we have 10 strong ideas and then pick one for further development. But how do you do that?
Well, There are three main sources of good ideas. And this is how we start applying the filters.
And there's internal ideas, the ones you already have made videos about. External ideas, the ones we find from outside. So we used an external example in our first video.
And original ideas. So for internal ideas, this is an example I did. So I know that one of my videos did really, really well.
And then what I did is I basically recreated the same idea in the same format. And it worked really, really well as well. So brainstorming and doubling down on your own ideas is probably one of the best things you should be doing over and over.
First, make sure you're experimenting. If you're brand new, then double down on your winners. And this is another example that I did again, and it got a bunch of views.
And then I did it for other formats where I had a course and then I did it again. And this is another one. And I did it again.
And you see these two. They're also lower ceiling views and it didn't do as well either. So the way we do that is first, we make sure we identify our highest performers.
We analyzed why they worked. Then we brainstorm around them and then bucket the ones that work again. So for example, first you identify your highest performers.
For me, it was this one. And then we want to bucket them, right? So then I like finding out why did this video actually work?
So was it the topic? Was it the format and the angle? Was it unique?
And all of this stuff, I make sure I check off one by one to find out why my video actually worked. So for example, I took this video and then I could break down where this is the format. I have these two logos, two words on top, and then the format where something just changed forever.
And this did well because the stock market was really interesting. That wasn't the only thing, right? so we know that this is the packaging that really performed well for my channel so i wanted to try it again and the way i would do that is first i would either look to repeat exactly what i was doing so essentially doing the same video again i would staircase it i would level it up or i would do a twist i personally like twisting a lot and that's why i actually repeated it i tried it it worked pretty well and then i made a twist you can also staircase it where i made this one and in this video i made another staircase but you can see right here claude's new trading agent is insane very similar twist and it did very well as well so if you want to find other things that will really help you then you can use this prompt and again it's inside the packet below but what i want to do is turn these things into buckets so i have a bucket for the x plus change
I have a bucket for something changed forever. I have a bucket for courses and I have a bucket for use cases. And after I do that, that's how I actually keep repeating my videos and my buckets over and over.
And I know my channel grows because of proven ideation and demand. So then you can also have your external ideas. Very similar to what we did in the beginning, but these are some examples.
You can notice how for this one, this is my video. I saw this video where it said how to get ahead of 99 % of people. It got really good views.
And what I realized is I can make and adapt that concept to my own video. These videos are not similar at all. But what I did is I took this packaging and concept and applied it to mine and it worked really, really well.
What we want to do is find outliers on other channels. We same them in our poppy vault and then analyze why they worked and then brainstorm around them. And another way we can actually do this is finding outliers from our competitors.
We can see what worked for our competitors or worked on channels on similar niches. And then also what works on YouTube as a whole right now. If we can find videos that have three times more views than the average, it's going to be super useful.
All of this research. can be done on autopilot and that's something like i showed you with the system it can be done manually like we did initially and it can all be automated we want to take all these and make sure for every video we find we either adapt it so we take something from one niche and make it our own we either approve it the way i staircase my video or we put in a little twist so examples are right here but We can also try to come up with our own ideas.
And if you're brand new starting on YouTube, you can be trying this and doing this a lot. But here's some techniques that actually help you to find new original ideas. And the one technique I would make sure you do is this.
Make sure you have an idea, note it down, and then see if you can go bigger or find another outlier to answer these kind of questions. where you could be like, how can we go bigger? And ask this to your chat and AI.
Claude will know all of this. And these are some questions you can use. After you do have an idea, I've learned from Patty that this is a fantastic way to sketch out and really think of the idea.
For example, I'll show you what I did for mine. So when I did mine, this was a very simple thumbnail sketch. And then I wanted to talk about why this might work because it worked for my older videos.
and the self -improving one worked as well and then now the new quiver quant one click connector that's why we initially ideated the one we did today and basically this is another title and the log line it would be an ai trader that follows congress the insiders the hedge fund and basically this is the entire video packaged up into one page such that i can make it really easily and basically what i'm trying to say is this is how as you start making videos should be ideating your videos and they'll make sure that you are in a much better place to actually have better ideas and grow your channel much much easier all right so at this point we have everything we need to make a great video you know how to find ideas package them script film and even get them out everywhere and we even have a system to actually keep doing it and even the advanced things to keep growing your channel.
And the last thing I want to show you is how we can add a bit of spice. And this spice is really cool because these are the techniques we can actually use to make faceless YouTube channels. We can actually make ourselves into an avatar that is barely distinguishable.
from real life. Maybe my voice is a little better. But anyways, I want to show you all of that, how you can get faceless YouTube channels and even an avatar and make all the motion graphics and do this all in one go.
To build out the things I'm about to show you, we're going to need two things. And one of them is Hicksfield. So we want to make sure our cloud has access to use something like Hicksfield.
And it's so easy. First, you want to make sure you have an account. Then you want to go to MCP and then add this Hicksfield, not to ChatGPT, but to cloud.
Let's hit connect and then make sure you sign up with your account. And right here, you'll see it's very easy that it gets connected. Hit all of it and then let's hit connect.
This is very important. I want to make sure I also put down always allow so it can not have to ask me each time it does stuff. And then we are set up.
So we need one more thing and that is Firecrawl. Again, links will all be in the description below. Firecrawl will help us actually.
whenever we edit our videos when we need to actually find videos let's say we need to find a tweet that we want to show on screen to help us prove what we're trying to say or we need to find an article stuff like that firecrawl scrapes the whole internet because it has all that built in and it makes it so easy for us and our scrapers it makes it faster it makes it way more efficient we have to use much less tokens and it all has access so in cloud you go here to customize and then in connectors make sure you add in the fire crawl connector okay just like that so now let's say i have fire crawl and i have higgs field connected to my cloud what i want to do now is actually show you let's take these things for example so remember guys when we filmed this video i made ai edit this So what I'm going to do is two things.
So I'll give this to Higgs field, and then I'll tell it to generate a new clip that looks like me. And I'll also tell it to generate with another avatar. And it's using these models that I'm about to show you.
Again, remember, it already has access to this thing. So all I need to do is just speak. What I want you to do right now is first, I want you to use the clip in intro Hermes trader copy in scene fours that we just worked on, and then create another clip of me using something like one 3 .0.
And show me that clip after you're done. Tell me the cost of what it costs to make and just a little intro. What it's going to do is it's going to take this and use that as the source.
And then now I can start creating my own voice. and i can make a digital clone of me i can put in my videos i personally don't do it but it's pretty cheap it's going to be costing hopefully like one to three dollars to to make like a 30 second to a minute long clip and that's a cost estimate but let me show you how good this looks after this is done okay so this got done i opened it up in finder and check this out it's hard to tell it's ai it's kind of crazy and you can tell like this is me it's a lot better pixel this is like more so 720p or 180p that's why it looks a lot worse but let me show you guys this is so crazy quick confession i didn't film this this is an ai avatar and this voice is a clone of mine one photo 30 seconds of audio and about a dollar let me show you how and it's that easy to build that it's crazy right it's the fact that this looks like me it has those mannerisms the voice is using this thing called higgs seed audio.
So even the voice it cloned of mine and then put that in, then it made that entire clip. It took a picture of my background. You can see this is funny.
The NYX logo got like kind of messed up, little things like that. And the guitar is much smaller than it is. But the fact that you can make 30 second clips of you speaking for a dollar is pretty insane.
But now what we can do is let's say we don't want ourselves in the video. want someone else completely well we can actually do that too so let me show you how so let's take these and then remember how we edited some of the videos already like these ones for example let's actually edit these two and in these edits rather than myself let's put someone else in all i need to do is hey in the intro hermes trader can you edit it such that we use someone like a white guy with I don't know orange hair or something like that and he is going to replace me use Higgs field genjutsu to build that in and He is going to be replacing me in both the intros Okay, so pull that in and then tell me about the pricing and this is going to use Higgs field and then Also render the whole thing in Borumi and it's going to make this whole clip using something like Borumi or Katana And then I'll show you what this looks like.
Okay, so this got done. So let's check this out This trading bot gets smarter every single week.
Every day, this trading agent looks back at every trade, figures out what worked and what didn't, and rewrites its own strategy, and I don't touch it. But here's the catch. Claude took this away.
It won't place trades anymore. So I found a hack to get around it, and it's been working really well. So in this...
So you can tell this is like one of them and this is the other one. I like this one way better.
Isn't that insane? The fact that I can like literally replace myself with somebody else. It's using this thing called Hikskill Jinjutsu, or you can use Seedance 2 .5.
This one costs a bit more if you want to just replace your own movements and everything, but you can do that. And this is just a small glimpse, but imagine that over a long video. And with Claude...
developing all the motion graphics, the only kit you need is these three tools and you can build out any video you want. But the biggest thing is actually understanding what good videos are. And since you understand that, I think you have all the tools to go after the races and actually start building great YouTube videos.
And even if you want to cover your face or have multiple channels running in parallel, you can do that with the techniques we just learned with the tools I showed you. But there's one more thing I do want to tell you. Now I want to make sure I give you the tips that I really picked up along the way and that has really helped me keep going.
Without these I couldn't really stay consistent so I highly recommend you get a notebook and jot these down. These are some things it is super important to know within this journey and the first one is to actually find your people. And have you ever noticed that your friends or family don't really care about your channel?
When you tell them they might just say Okay, and move on. Most people won't get why you're doing this or how hard it really is.
So find other creators in the space, maybe make a group chat and make sure they're just as obsessed. And when they learn, you learn. And that's the biggest thing that kept me going.
And when you're actually doing content, make sure to actually think in five -year blocks. Most people here quit in just the first year. But when you're actually doing it, it will feel like nothing is happening for a long time.
But you're really... building the base for quite a period. So make sure you keep posting and the later results may take off.
Don't think even if you're months in that you have to quit. Think in five -year terms and make that kind of bet. With that being said, you still need to treasure every view.
You never know who's really watching and I've seen creators with 400 views on a video land huge clients and your views might be small right now. But you only need the right ones. It's the pain that really means you're getting progress.
Like, for example, think of one thing you fail at every day, but you keep doing it anyway. You probably can't, right? And nobody does that.
But that's YouTube. You feel like you're always failing way more often than you're winning. So when it hurts and you want to quit, that's a sign that you're actually growing.
And most people quit right there. If you push through, you're already ahead. and remember to never argue with haters as you keep going and you're going to get weird mean comments and i want to make sure you just ignore them because every minute you spend writing the perfect reply you're not doing it on the next video and you'll still feel bad after you post it so just move on and make sure to drop the ego because most of it is really a mental battle on youtube the trolls checking your competitors every day, getting defensive about feedback.
And once you let go of the ego and you can take the feedback and get better, that's what really grows your channel. And remember, bigger isn't always better because the biggest channels aren't always the most successful ones. A lot of them chase views and the business side is almost always a mess.
A small channel with a really solid offer can make 10 times more than a huge one without one. So really focus on there first. So make sure to stop comparing yourself to other bigger channels.
The grass isn't really always greener. But when you are making videos, always try to look from outside your niche. If you remember the examples we talked about before, watch the creators in other niches, and then you'll see how you can borrow those ideas and actually make sure how you have a very cool twist of your own.
Make sure to never compare yourself to them. So, and the nice part about when you... look into other niches is that you won't compare yourself to them so it just fires you up if you've ever watched someone blow up and then thought my videos are way better the thing is they probably understood what the viewers wanted and the views really tells you who's actually better so really listen to it it's not always a matter of competing but it is a really good signal to see what the viewer really wants And if you actually do end up making really good videos, remember, getting copied is a good sign.
If you do blow up, people will copy your titles and your thumbnails and it feels unfair, but it means you're the one setting the trend. The copycats really stay behind you and don't let that bother you. And...
Remember to always take a break. A lot of people are always scared to stop posting in case YouTube forgets them. But once you have a little bit of a following, you can take like two weeks off here and there and the world doesn't end.
You lose the anxiety and you come back fresh with new ideas and it's really nice. So remember, you want to film for YouTube only and let Claude do the rest. If you're short on time, don't try to collectively work on LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok as well.
make sure to focus on one platform at a time my favorite is youtube obviously but that's what i would say you should do because it's the best to grow a business and you can always repurpose like i showed you earlier and maybe slowly grow the other ones as well and after you have a big enough base you can try to focus on other ones but one tip that i really do like is to make sure to actually batch film if you get all the ideating done then you can just come in and have a filming day and film like four videos in one go, and you're set up for the whole month at once.
And remember, the only way you can do that is if you can really block out time every day, like literally block out one to two hours in your calendar with no interruptions. Use that for writing, editing, or packaging, and you might have to give something else up. But everyone who does really makes this work.
And the nice part is as you keep making videos, you keep getting better on camera. Because the second someone hits play, they really judge you. If you look unsure, they trust you even less.
And even if your information is great, and no matter how good you think you are, you need to keep working on how you present. That's why we want to make sure that we're really talking to strangers and not friends. Because everyone that's watching has really never heard of you.
They don't know if they can trust you yet. So for every video, assume your viewers don't know who you are and you earn that with great content. And remember, YouTube is about the viewer.
You want to make something that your viewer wants, not what you really want all the time. Just because I'd watch it doesn't mean it's a good idea. That's why we want to make sure we understand outliers and sometimes even copy what works and then experiment with what we may want to do.
So remember to always leave room and try new things or else you'll always be in someone else's shadows. And that leads us to one of the things we've been covering throughout the entire course, where you want to spend 10 times more time on the idea, the title, and the thumbnail. And for most, people, the most important part isn't the filming and editing and the writing.
It's actually the idea, the title and the thumbnail. The video still needs to be good, but getting attention is the game now. And that is the biggest thing that makes a difference.
And remember, you don't have to reshoot everything for one mistake. Just find simple fixes and keep moving. AI will probably fix it.
But remember, even if something does happen, learn to love your flops. Because one word in a title can mean the difference between a thousand and a hundred thousand views. But the flop will always teach you what not to do, and it's good data points, so you keep getting better every time.
But as you do get better, remember that subscribers aren't the number to watch because people do subscribe with good intentions, but maybe they lose interest over time and they never unsubscribe. Your sub count is partially a graveyard. So look at your views per video, maybe your recent viewers and the ones that actually are growing your business.
That's why it's really important to keep making good videos even when they flop. Like I made 100 videos and then it started to blow up. But I had to learn the biggest lesson where I had to repeat what works.
And you don't have to come up with brand new ideas for every video. Just take what already works on your channel and maybe do it a little differently. Viewers really like familiarity.
If you like MasterChef, you're going to watch MasterChef or some other cooking show. You're not going to go to some other niche, right? And that's why we're going to make sure we have our consistent format and our packaging needs to have things where we have short titles and make sure in our thumbnails that they're very, very clear and one thing really stands out.
So when you actually work on the promise of the video on the title and thumbnail first, you'll see your videos automatically do much better. That's why you want to make sure you make at least three thumbnails before you even get in to making anything with your script. But make sure to not lock in on a thumbnail style too early because we always want to have some room to experiment.
And when we are making thumbnails and titles, we definitely should lead that to confirm the click and master the hook with the four Ps. mentioned where it's proof plan promise and the persona and if you can sometimes even use visual hooks so people can see the proof as well so when you have all the stuff remember to actually set a hard deadline that you will make a video and then that will actually help you push it further When you do have deadlines any work you do really fills itself up to the time you allocate towards it So make sure you have very hard start and stop dates, which means you psychologically will probably try your hardest to actually hit it so that's a lot we just covered it's a whole system a lot of advanced tools and a lot of tips i hope you guys really got a lot of value on this because this stuff changes all the times there's new models there's new practices youtube comes out with brand new things their algorithm changes but viewer satisfaction will never change
So what I showed you may look different in a month or a year, but doing this all yourself remember is a lot of work. If you do like how I taught this and you want to join me so I can give you specific feedback, you can see what I'm working on, all the systems I build that are the new ones, make sure to go to CloudClub, join, and if you could, save and share this video.
It really helps me out. But with that, guys, thank you for watching. This has been a great time.
