Big Idea

The argument in one line.

One hour a day is enough to win high-ticket coaching clients on LinkedIn if you niche to one buyer, engage where they gather, and batch content built to shift buyer beliefs, not to collect likes.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • A coach or consultant with a full-time job or kids who can only give LinkedIn about an hour a day and wants a repeatable plan for that time.
  • A high-ticket coach posting regularly on LinkedIn and getting likes or followers but no paying clients.
  • A coach with a broad offer who has not yet picked one specific type of buyer to serve.
SKIP IF…
  • You want the full client acquisition system: the video explicitly withholds it and pitches a live training for the details.
  • You sell low-ticket or physical products to a mass market rather than high-ticket coaching to a defined buyer.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

Saarim Asady argues that coaches fail on LinkedIn because their ideal buyers never see them, and the fix fits in one hour a day. First, niche down to one specific type of buyer so the algorithm and the buyer both instantly know who you are for. Then spend 20 minutes adding 10 to 15 connections and leaving 3 to 5 comments where your buyers already spend time. Spend the remaining 40 minutes on content, batched into one day a week, 3 to 5 posts, each built to move a buyer through one belief shift toward purchase. The complete system is taught in a live training.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • Hours were never the bottleneck on LinkedIn; how a coach uses them decides whether buyers ever see the content.
  • The LinkedIn algorithm rewards relevance, not reach, so a narrow niche puts you in front of buyers faster than a broad one.
  • A tiny niche can still pay: the speaker cites a career coach for non-target students reaching $20,000 in month two.
  • Add 10 to 15 connections and leave 3 to 5 genuine comments a day, which takes about 20 minutes once you know where buyers gather.
  • Knowing exactly where your buyers are active turns daily outreach from an hour of hunting into a few minutes.
  • Do not create content every day; pick one day a week, batch 3 to 5 posts, and be done.
  • A creator with 100,000 followers can still have no buyers, because attracting followers and attracting buyers are different jobs.
  • Each post should address one shift in the buyer's head: they see you, the problem is worth solving, they can't solve it alone, and you are the right person.
  • The right message at the wrong time lands flat, so the skill is knowing which belief shift your buyer needs now.
  • Likes, comments and impressions are vanity signals unless the content moves a specific buyer toward a purchase decision.
  • With two hours a day you can add video, lead magnets and live trainings, but one hour is enough to start.
Takeaway

Spend your one hour on visibility, then buyer content

WHAT TO LEARN

Buyers have to see you before anything else works, so narrow your niche, show up where they gather, and write each post to shift one belief.

  • Pick one specific type of buyer so the algorithm and the buyer both know who you serve the moment they see your profile.
  • Find the groups or influencers where your buyers already spend time and engage there, which shrinks daily outreach to a few minutes.
  • Add 10 to 15 connections and leave 3 to 5 genuine comments daily so fresh ideal buyers keep meeting you.
  • Batch 3 to 5 posts for the week in one sitting instead of creating content every day.
  • Write for the buyer, not the follower: engagement numbers can climb while nobody buys.
  • Match each post to the belief shift your buyer needs now: seeing you, caring about the problem, doubting a DIY fix, trusting you.
  • Follow a proven system rather than guessing, because trial and error on LinkedIn can take months or years.

If you only had one hour per day to dedicate to getting clients from LinkedIn, what would you actually do? Because let's be honest, you probably can't dedicate five to six hours every day, right? You might be in a full -time job, taking care of your kids and just have other responsibilities outside of client acquisition on LinkedIn.
And here's the frustrating part. Most people spend hours on LinkedIn, posting content, trying to build a following, doing all these random activities and still never landing a single. And if that sounds familiar, it's not that you're bad at what you do.
It's that no one ever showed you how to turn all that effort into new clients on LinkedIn. So let me show you how I would use that one hour to get a steady flow of high ticket clients from LinkedIn. Now, if we haven't met before, my name is Saram Asadi and I've generated over $2 .1 million for my coaching business just using LinkedIn.
And I've done all this. while traveling the world. And I've helped multiple coaches who are working part -time, full -time jobs generate up to $30 ,000 per month for their coaching business while just working one to two hours per day.
Because the hours were never what was holding you back. It was how you were using them. Because here's the thing, most coaches...
do a lot of activities on LinkedIn. Some of them even being the correct activities, yet they still go weeks, months, even years without getting a single client. Why is that?
Because the people they're trying to reach, their ideal buyers never even see their content in the first place. And if your buyers don't see you on LinkedIn, nothing else matters. No matter how good your content is, if no one sees it.
Just lands on deaf eyes or blind eyes, I guess. So before I show you how to spend that hour, one thing needs to be in place first or none of this works. You must niche down.
And look, I've worked with coaches from almost every niche. The biggest thing they did to accelerate the growth with their business was niche down to one specific type of buyer. Let me show you what I mean.
Take Maria here. Maria is not just a general communication coach. Maria is a communication coach for introverted coaches and consultants.
People who are trying to run coaching businesses on LinkedIn, but are too introverted to speak on camera, don't know how to articulate themselves properly. Now, the second you read that, you know exactly who she's for. Now let's look at another example here.
Here we have Jason and Julie. Both are career coaches, yet they serve two very different niches. Jason helps university students who didn't go to target universities land high finance jobs.
Julie, on the other hand, is a career coach specifically for tech professionals in that mid to senior level position. Now with Jason, you might be thinking, if he's going after such a tiny slice of the market, he might have some difficulty in actually finding buyers. Actually, Quite the opposite.
In his second month of running this career coaching business, he generated $20 ,000 from it. And I'll show you more of exactly what he did later in this video. And same with Julie.
Niching down to her exact buyer, plus the activities that I'm going to show you in this video, got her to $35 ,000 in her second month of running this coaching business. And that's the whole point. When you're that specific, it works for you.
in two ways number one the algorithm instantly knows who you're for and remember the linkedin algorithm doesn't reward reach it rewards relevance and how does it do that by putting you right in front of your ideal buyers and number two the right buyer themselves the moment they land on your profile they're immediately going to self -identify realize that you are the exact person who could help them and they're ready to take the next step in learning more.
Get this one change right, and it's the difference between years of silence and clients coming to you within weeks. Okay, now let's talk about that hour. Connections and comments.
This shouldn't take you more than about 20 minutes, but with only one hour a day available, It's one of the most valuable uses of 20 minutes you can do because it's the fastest, most direct way to get in front of people you want as clients. Every day you're doing two simple things.
Number one, you're adding 10 to 15 connections. Number two, you're leaving three to five genuine comments on posts per day. And here's why that works.
Every comment you make. puts you in front of a fresh batch of new ideal buyers who have never seen you before. Some of them notice you, check your profile, follow you.
So every time you post, they see you again and get more familiar with you. And the more consistently you do this, the bigger your pool of warm potential buyers gets. Now, there's one thing that can take this activity from eating your entire hour down to just a few minutes.
And that is knowing exactly where your buyers are on LinkedIn. You need to know where they're spending their time. Now, it's not always going to be a LinkedIn group.
Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't. Sometimes it could be another LinkedIn influencer who has the audience that you're trying to target. Either way, your job is to identify where your ideal buyers are active.
and feed off that pool. That will naturally start to grow your audience without you having to scramble every day looking for new potential buyers. Remember Jason?
That's exactly what he did. He found a few groups on LinkedIn with university students who were studying business and commerce. He entered the group.
He started to make a name for himself in the group by adding connections, commenting, being active. Naturally, he built a pool of those warmer buyers and a lot of them started to convert. And this made his time very efficient.
All of his buyers were in one place. He never had to go fishing. Okay, so now that we've used the 20 minutes of the hour on those activities, what do you use the remaining 40 minutes for?
The answer, content. Now, when it comes to content, there are really only two parts to it. Number one, how you actually get your content done in that small window of time.
And number two, what do you actually post? to get clients. All right, let's start with the first one.
How do you actually get it done? Right now, most coaches will sit in front of a screen, come up with an idea, write a line, think about it for 45 minutes, try and use AI to help them get stressed out, eventually come up with something mediocre, put it on LinkedIn, and they've wasted their entire evening creating a piece of content that pretty much did nothing for their business.
If this sounds like anything you've been doing, don't worry. we've got the solution here. The first thing I would suggest is do not try and create content every single day.
That's way too taxing, way too much work. Instead, what you want to do is pick one day out of the week and that should be your only task. Now, ideally, if you're trying to get your business to that six figure level, anywhere between 10 to $30 ,000 per month, you should be posting about three to five times per week on LinkedIn, which means you need to create that many amount of posts.
So what I would do is block off one day of the week, let's say Mondays. And if on that day, All you have is an hour, maybe two, spend your entire time getting all your content done the week.
So personally, I do all my content on Mondays, but a lot of my clients who work corporate just use their weekends. So the first part is pretty clear. Number one, post three to five times per week.
Number two, batch produce a week's worth of content in a single day. Okay, so now you know how to get content done quickly, but speed means nothing if you're creating the wrong kind of content. Now we need to solve for how do you create content that actually gets buyers on LinkedIn?
Posting just to feel productive or to make progress is not the same as posting to get clients. And this is where almost everyone goes wrong. Most coaches are just guessing.
They either post content about what they feel is going to work or they copy a post that did well for someone else in their niche. And here's the thing. You can guess your way to followers.
You can rack up likes, comments, impressions. but that's not necessarily going to lead to buyers. I speak with coaches every month, people who have 100 ,000 followers on LinkedIn and more, and they come to me with the same thing.
They say, look, I get all of this engagement on LinkedIn, but no one's actually buying from me. The reason is because there is a difference between attracting followers and attracting buyers. They behave very differently.
So what you need to do is create your content for the buyer, not. the follower. Turning a stranger into a paying client is not just one post or one lucky viral moment.
It is actually a series of shifts that need to happen in their head before they're ready to purchase from you. And each post that you make on LinkedIn must address one of these shifts at a time. Think about how everything has to line up.
First, the right buyer has to actually see you on LinkedIn. If they don't see you, nothing else you post matters, but you're far from done. They have to feel that number one, is worth solving.
They need to believe that they can't solve this problem on their own and that you possess the solution to helping them solve this problem as quickly and efficiently as possible. And they have to trust that you are the right person to get them there. Every one of those shifts is a different post doing a different job.
And the real skill isn't just knowing these shifts. It's knowing where your buyer is right now and which shift they need to see in that moment. Because the right message at the wrong time will still land flat.
That's what a real system is. And that's why my clients get the results they do. It's not that they work more.
Most of them are doing an hour, maybe two per day. It's just that when they use that time, they're not guessing. Each one knows exactly how to position themselves in their niche.
and what and when to post on LinkedIn so that they can move their buyer closer to making a purchasing decision. Do you see what I mean now? This is not about creating content that gets the most engagement, the most amount of likes.
This is about creating content for a specific buyer that gets their attention and moves them through a buying process so by the end, they actually make a purchasing decision with you. This is the system I've spent over seven years and hundreds of clients building and refining. So yes, your content fits into one hour per day when you batch it, but...
producing content was never the goal. Getting clients is. And that comes down to one thing.
Whether you're guessing or actually following something that's proven to work. Now you're probably wondering, what if you had more than one hour a day? Fair question.
With two hours per day, you can create video content on LinkedIn. You can create lead magnets for your audience. You can even give live trainings to nurture your audience.
But don't let this discourage you. You don't need to put two hours per day in. I've worked with coaches who had full -time jobs.
And where parents only had an hour to dedicate and still ran businesses that brought in three, four high ticket clients every single month for themselves. But here's the one thing that makes this all possible though. You can't have hit or miss posts on LinkedIn.
You don't have a lot of room for error. So trying this trial and error approach could take months, even years to get it right. This is why you need a real system in place.
You need a real system, one that tells you exactly what to post, when to post, how to post, what activities you should be doing in your specific time available. So therefore you can actually reap the most rewards from it. Now the full LinkedIn client acquisition system that I just mentioned, I'm not going to teach in this video.
There's just. Too much to go into in the back half of the video. But what I do do is I teach it live.
So next Wednesday, I'm going to be hosting a one hour live training on LinkedIn where I'm going to be teaching exactly how to get three to five buyers per month from LinkedIn consistently. I'm going to break down how the new LinkedIn algorithm works. I'm going to break down the exact activities you should be doing day to day to actually get buyers from LinkedIn and how to do this repeatedly.
that you have a consistent business that generates you real income now this is for you If you are running a high ticket coaching business, if you are still working in corporate right now, maybe you're a parent and you don't know what to do with that little bit of time you have available, this training is for you. If you're full time in your coaching business and you're really trying to scale things up, get to that six figure level and beyond, this training is for you.
