Big Idea

The argument in one line.

A brand-new offer sells on LinkedIn when you aim it at one urgent pain, price it low enough to collect proof fast, and warm the audience with consistent content before a short, direct launch.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • A consultant or service founder launching an offer you have never sold before and unsure how to position it.
  • Someone who has made money in one industry and is pivoting to a new one where past wins don't carry over as proof.
  • A founder posting on LinkedIn without a plan, mixing personal stories and tips with no link to an actual offer.
  • Anyone pricing a first high-ticket consulting package and wondering whether $15K is realistic with no case studies.
  • A creator who wants a concrete weekly post mix and a waitlist-then-launch calendar to copy.
SKIP IF…
  • You want LinkedIn profile optimization, banner or headline tweaks; the title says 'fixing her LinkedIn' but the call is about offer, content and launch strategy.
  • You already have a validated offer with case studies and steady inbound; most of this is aimed at proving a brand-new offer.
  • You want hard data; the plan is a whiteboard sketch with no numbers on reach, conversion or results yet, and the timeline math is loose (the calendar runs nine weeks, not six).
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

A new offer with no track record needs a narrow buyer, a burning problem, and proof before it needs a premium price. The client's 'diagnostic for business, brand and talent issues' becomes a pitch to second-time founders whose revenue has stalled, priced at $3,000 for 30 days instead of $15K so that 15 sales hits the $45K goal. Content runs on four pillars: personal stories tied to business, educational posts with social proof, call-outs to the ideal client, and lead magnets that build an email list. Six weeks of warm-up content leads into a two-week waitlist phase where only two pillars change, then one launch week of eight direct, scarcity-driven posts. Being blunt about the sale beats burying the announcement.

Chapters

Where the time goes.

00:00 – 04:45

01 · The $45K goal and the three engines

The client wants $45K in six weeks from an offer she has never sold. The coach frames the fix as three engines: offer, marketing and funnel.

04:45 – 10:40

02 · Who it's for and what keeps them up at night

Using a who/what/when board, 'founders who lack clarity' becomes second-time founders whose revenue has stalled because of a sales, brand or talent problem.

10:40 – 15:55

03 · Offer mechanics and the $3K test price

A free 15-minute call, 30 days of research, a full strategy, then an optional retainer. The $15K price drops to $3K as a test, so 15 sales hits the goal.

15:55 – 17:10

04 · Angle beats name

The 'Deviate Diagnostic' name matters less than a headline that names the problem, the desire and the vehicle.

17:10 – 29:25

05 · Four content pillars with example posts

Personal stories tied to business, before-and-after posts, call-outs to the ideal client, and lead magnets, with hooks drafted live for each and a narrowed single-lane brand.

29:25 – 38:40

06 · Warm-up, waitlist and launch week

Six weeks of warm-up content, two weeks of waitlist building where two pillars change, then eight direct launch posts, plus pulling templates from a swipe library.

38:40 – 42:30

07 · Client feedback on the package

The client says the program was sold as more done-for-you than it is, and the coach thanks her for the honesty.

42:30 – 46:09

08 · The six-step recap and pitch

Price, target, content mix, list building, launch week and a specific sales goal, then a pitch for the coach's private mentorship.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • Past revenue in one industry is not marketing proof when you pivot to a new offer; you have to build validation from scratch.
  • First-time founders buy cash flow, not clarity. Clarity sells to second-time founders and companies already doing a few million a year.
  • Reposition a vague 'get clarity' offer around the pain your buyer already says out loud, such as 'my revenue has stalled and I don't know why.'
  • A $250 paid diagnostic call got zero bookings; making the first 15 minutes free turned it into a working lead magnet.
  • Dropping a never-sold offer from $15,000 to $3,000 turns a six-week goal from closing 3 strangers into closing 15 people.
  • Nobody buys a program because of its name; they buy because of the headline angle that names the problem, the desire and the mechanism.
  • When you sell a single offer, your brand has to narrow to a single lane so buyers associate you with one result.
  • Some buyers commit emotionally and convert logically; others the reverse, so a post mix needs stories and systems side by side.
  • Lead magnets don't need polish. A Notion doc works; the copy in the post that promotes it is what matters.
  • A strong LinkedIn post runs problem, then social proof, then exactly what's inside: captivate, earn trust, then show the goods.
  • During a waitlist phase, change only two of four content pillars so the audience barely notices the shift toward selling.
  • A launch post should open with 'I just launched,' not bury the announcement in a call to action at the bottom.
  • Launch-price scarcity is honest when it is genuinely the lowest price the offer will ever have.
  • Even 20 to 100 waitlist signups validate a new offer, because a 2% conversion is enough at this stage.
  • Followers don't sell expertise; receipts do, so every post should borrow a number, a result or a client outcome.
  • Employee-generated content, where a whole team posts for the company, is a format that is trending on LinkedIn right now.
Takeaway

Prove a new offer before you premium-price it

WHAT TO LEARN

A never-sold offer needs a narrow buyer with an urgent pain, a test price that makes the goal reachable, and weeks of consistent content before a short, blunt launch.

02Who it's for and what keeps them up at night
  • Past wins in another industry don't transfer as proof, so treat a pivot offer as brand new and plan to earn validation from zero.
  • Pick the buyer who already feels the problem: second-time founders with stalled revenue value an outside diagnosis far more than first-time founders chasing cash.
  • Rewrite the promise in the customer's words, swapping a soft outcome like clarity for the pain they say out loud, such as stalled revenue.
03Offer mechanics and the $3K test price
  • Map every step of the offer before marketing it, because you can't sell, or write posts about, a process you can't explain end to end.
  • Drop the launch price of an unproven offer so the goal needs many small yeses, like 15 sales at $3K, instead of three big ones.
  • If a paid intro call gets no bookings, make the first short call free and use it as the entry point to the paid package.
04Angle beats name
  • Spend effort on the headline angle, not the product name: lead with the problem, then the desire, then the vehicle that delivers it.
05Four content pillars with example posts
  • Rotate four pillars weekly: personal stories tied to business, educational posts carrying social proof, direct call-outs to the ideal client, and lead magnets.
  • Narrow a multi-business personal brand to one lane while selling one offer, so readers link you to a single result.
  • Structure posts as problem, social proof, then what's inside, and keep lead magnets simple since the promoting copy matters more than polish.
06Warm-up, waitlist and launch week
  • Run roughly six weeks of warm-up content, then two weeks swapping stories and lead magnets for offer-tied stories and waitlist posts.
  • Treat 20 to 100 waitlist signups as validation, since converting even 2% of an engaged list is enough to prove the model.
  • Launch in one week of about eight direct posts that open with the announcement and lean on case studies and honest launch-price scarcity.
08The six-step recap and pitch
  • Prove the model with simple steps first and optimize the funnel only after people have actually bought.
Glossary

Terms worth knowing.

Lead magnet
A free resource, such as a template, checklist or document, given away in exchange for an email address so you can market to that person later without relying on an algorithm.
Waitlist
A signup list for an offer that isn't open yet. The number of people who join is an early signal of demand before you take any payments.
Content pillars
The small set of recurring post types a creator rotates through every week, each doing a different job such as reach, trust or list building.
Employee-generated content (EGC)
Social posts written by a company's staff rather than only its founder, used to multiply the brand's reach through many personal accounts.
Evergreen marketing
Always-on promotion of an offer with no fixed launch window, usually adopted after an offer has been proven through one or more launches.
Selling one-to-many
Delivering a service to a group, such as a cohort or program, instead of one client at a time, so revenue isn't capped by your hours.

Today I'm doing something that I've never done before and uploading a private coaching call I had with one of my one -to -one clients. She's founded multiple businesses but today she's decided to pivot all of that and launch a new offer on LinkedIn and her goal is to hit $45 ,000. in six weeks.
Now the problem is that she's never sold this offer before using LinkedIn alone and has no idea how to position it to scale. So I'm going to dive deep into her offer, her goals, and then break down the exact content and monetization strategy she and you can implement to scale an offer on LinkedIn. Here's a pattern I've noticed after helping over 3 ,000 business owners with getting clients from LinkedIn.
The problem is always the same three things, confusing messaging, random marketing, and cringy sales. So I built an entire model to solve all of them at once.
And I called it the Record Month LinkedIn Ecosystem. And essentially it's made out of three different engines that help people get to their revenue goals using LinkedIn. Those three engines go like this.
Number one is the way you stand out from others in your market. So that is the offer engine. Number two is the exact way that you attract inbound leads every single week.
And that is your marketing engine. And then number three is the way you... convert prospects into clients.
And this is called the funnel engine. I kind of just want to actually take this, let you take this one and tell me exactly what you need for today. Yeah, so I really, I have this goal to make 45k in six weeks.
I said that for myself. And I will do whatever it takes to make this successful. But I just need a more personalized strategy to make sure that like this, is this the offer that's going to make that happen for me?
And is there anything else I can do to get me to that point or something I need to accelerate at? I've been doing everything and keeping track in the tracker of my outbounds and my commenting and stuff like that. But I came into this cohort and I have this goal to really build an empire.
And this is my stepping stone. So I want to build business after business. And so I booked this one -on -one so that we could have...
Hopefully you could help me with... that strategy. And you know, with that cap, it basically it's so I can have more personal capital to put into newer businesses.
Okay, gotcha. So let me let's do this. So I'm gonna we're gonna do this live and we're gonna map it out.
Now, what is the offer? So I have it here, but I would love for you to explain it. So the current offer that you guys helped me create is called a deviate diagnostic.
So the framework is deviate. And I can, I don't need to go too much into that, but it's basically a diagnostic for business brand and talent issues. So it's kind of like supporting founders or helping founders find the problem before they waste money on.
trying to just fix the symptoms um now i'm not a hundred percent sure if if that's the way to go either if it is tell me i'll i'll take it from there um yeah but it is it is a high ticket um and if there's a better way to do it i want to know so okay let's start with the basics for me because it's the most important so your goal is to make 45k in six weeks what's the most you've made in a month in a month um 20k okay and what were you selling that was for recruiting so there's a completely different thing Yes.
So this actually happens a lot more than you think with entrepreneurs I speak to. They have the validation of an offer, but then pivot to a brand new industry where they haven't done the exact same thing before or they have served similar clients. So we can't use past experience as an asset for marketing or conversion.
So we need a brand new strategy. And this is the part where often gets missed or where people quit because it feels too complicated. But let me show you how to just make this simple and most importantly, actionable.
enjoying this video i'm actually opening up some spots inside of my private mentorship it's a small group of founders who are already ready to implement this entire ecosystem into their business if that sounds like you then the link is in the description for more details so for dva diagnostic tell me the the the idea of the transformation that this has um so like what is the before and after the before is supposed to be um the before is supposed to be basically like they don't know what their problem is and then after they have clarity on their problem and then I can send them to whichever business so basically I still have my recruiting company and that is running and then I'm trying to start this marketing company which might end goal is to have an experiential marketing company um but I really haven't like started on that so this you know diagnostic is something I just starting to offer I've never done it before and if I can get it to sell I'm confident in doing that but what
What my through line really is, is I'm good at noticing patterns and understanding the human behavior behind sales, recruiting, talent growth, pretty much anything in business. Okay, so just so I can understand how we can get this to 45k, which should be easy enough, but I need to understand. Okay, so who is this for?
We're going to be using the who, what, what, what, when method. So like, who is this for specifically? It's for founders or CEOs or entrepreneurs.
Okay. So of what age group, what type of revenue are they making? What type of businesses are they running?
Pretty much any business. I got this from or this idea from is some somebody came to me. He was working in private equity.
He was on his third business that he started and it was completely separate, but he just wanted to know like he wasn't reaching the right people in sales and wanted to know how to get there. And I told him. So that's kind of where this came from.
So.
Any business. Somebody that has capital that's maybe on their second to fifth business.
Age group is, you know, pretty wide range. Anything from, you know, 30 to 60, I guess.
okay so this extinction is very important to me so even now you're saying that saying it it should be a primary thing that we're leading with because for a first -time business owner transfer like clarity is not really something that I care about they care about cash cash flow right so clarity understanding having someone that finds patterns can see has experience is a second -time business owner type of thing or like a business owner that is making over, you know, maybe two, three million a year because they need that.
So that is important for us to have across our content and the offer, which we'll get into this later. And then there must be something else that is the what here. So like, what is the burning problem that is keeping them at night?
It's not clarity. What is it? Like, why do they need this clarity?
To gain more revenue. um right now you know revenues stalled because they either have um a sales brand business or talent problem perfect yeah this is this is so much better because this helps a lot with where you're like who you're trying to sell install with this you said they're stalled what else they're stalled um and they either have a problem with um talent sales brand talent or something within their business most of the time if they come to me they think they know their problem and it's often a different problem which you know you're like a wizard like they'll come to you they'll talk about it they'll be like yeah Carly I need to get the revenue up and you're like actually you just need to fire your team right now yeah So it's either replacing talent.
Like I said, you know, kind of how I have a background in sociology. So I understand the patterns of human behavior within a business. And I understand the patterns of consumer trends and who they're selling to.
So it's kind of. A hard to explain spidey sense that I have of they'll tell me it's a problem. I'll say, no, you actually have a problem with this.
That's why you're not reaching the right people. Or, you know, you're trying to brand this, but it's not speaking emotionally to. your audience this right here is where the money is knowing exactly what is keeping your new clients up at night and once you figure that out you reposition your entire offer around that one thing so with her we went from a vague get clarity to your revenue installed and i know why this is happening to you type so with this we're using direct language straight from her customer's mouth and it speaks directly to them and it's viscerally clear on what the pain points are and what the outcomes are.
Because here's the most important thing that I've ever learned about marketing and sales. With marketing and sales, we don't have time to beat around the bush. We need to get straight to the point so we can win faster.
Now, let's get into the actual offer mechanics of her offer. So I asked her what the entire offer actually looks like in practice. And this is because before any marketing starts, any piece of content is ever put out, there needs to be 100 % understanding of every part of the offer.
because if we don't know the offer end -to -end and understand each part of it it's easy to miss out on the key parts and when you're marketing it or when you're selling it to someone one -to -one you probably can't explain it well enough client comes to you tell me exactly what happens when they take this DVA diagnostic or when they take you on the offer yeah so they come to me we do a 15 -minute quick diagnostic call Then I'll give them a quote of what it'll take.
I go 30 days and look at their business and their problems and come back to them with a full strategy based on my knowledge of consumer trends, human behavior, what's happening in their business that they're not seeing, and then a strategy to implement it. Implementation strategy.
And then what happens after the strategy is delivered? They have the option to either put me on retainer so that I can implement it or just take the strategy and apply it themselves. Nice.
Okay, cool. So basically the main offer stops here and then there's like your upsell mechanism, right? Okay, so...
Then how long is this entire diagnostic or like of our consulting? 30 days. So 30 days total.
The fast call, you take it before they pay you or after? So originally I had made a product for them to book a diagnostic call for $250, but no one was booking that. So I made it a 15 minute for free.
And then I'll probably do, you know, a continuation of diagnostic calls like weekly after that. So the first 15 is free so that I can get people in the door. And then the whole package is, you know, 15K.
So usually here it would be like almost like the lead magnet. Let's have a free 15 minute call together. And then you try to sell to them.
Yeah, I guess so. I haven't had it happen yet. Okay.
So you've never, you haven't really done this. Absolutely. We wouldn't know.
Okay. So for you, the 15 minute call at the start would be free, which makes sense. And then ideally you would pitch that and then we would go into this and that.
Okay. And what is the cost of this? 15K is what Libo, 15 to 25K is what Libo had recommended.
For 30 days. For 30 days. Yeah.
The last thing that I kind of want to cover is this, which is concerning me a little bit. So I understand why Leiva would have said this. The problem is because a new offer.
It may be very hard to sell it organically. If you have a sales team and you're calling them, that's fine. But ideally for me, especially when we're trying to launch something new and people don't really trust us that much, which is a problem that I had when I started, which is like, I was like, I know that this could sell for 5 ,000, 10 ,000, but I don't feel comfortable enough doing it.
And I just needed proof and validation that the product would work. And the $15 ,000 mark just didn't feel accurate for me either. So I would say, That we turn it down to maybe $3 ,000 for 30 days as a test period.
Right? Yeah. Okay.
That's more attainable. And then I calculated with my beautiful calculator that I've lost. You would need, what, 15 sales to get to your goal?
Yeah.
So we literally need 15 sales, which is actually very doable for me, especially at 3K. And listen, I'm not good at maths, but realistically, if we just look at it to hit her target month revenue record, even at a lower price adjusted to maximize on novelty and test out the offer. And if we do the entire rollout of that brand new offer without setting us back with having a high price before having any validation or social proof or having any heavy marketing, this offer that we just discussed sounds like a great bang for buck.
50. sales that's it at three thousand dollars that's more doable than trying to close two to three high ticket clients in six weeks when you've never sold that offer ever so we have that then the name kind of needs to change so it can't be like offer diagnostic because this could mean many things so how we're gonna frame it is going to be that's an angle or something like like that the name of the product is actually not as important as the angle so for me this is the angle rather than the name the name can be anything like people don't buy the known club because it's called the known club they buy the known club because of the headline that it had right so if we even look at my one so even here we have it and it says this starts with a problem get a steady stream of inbound clients From LinkedIn by selling one to many.
So here I'm tackling the thing that I know people want, then the thing that I know people want the most, and then the solution. So like the vehicle and then the mechanism. Okay.
Yeah. I know that you've like taught all of this. I've just had trouble applying it to my own offer.
And I kind of been all over the place with content. So this has been. really really helpful and valuable for me got it right now let's turn your LinkedIn into a content strategy that serves the purpose of what we're trying to achieve so we've noticed like the name you've said it is that your personal stories just tend to do well especially transformation which actually goes on hand with what you actually represent which is transformation Every single week, we're going to keep one of those, like selling, outside business, owner, before.
We will look into this in a second. Then there's going to be about, call out to your audience.
All of these are going to be educational, but in a broad way. We're not going to be sort of trying to sell anything, but we're mostly trying to sell them on our way of thinking, which is very special for you, which is, you know, paths in psychology, etc. So this is how we're going to do it.
I'm going to explain in a second. And then I think... Oh, there needs to be a separate row for this, actually.
So... Lead magnets.
So for five, so we can go here. One of them is like sales templates. It's going to be a strategy.
This can be, we can go on, right? And then here, we are going to do, what do we, yeah. Content is the core of every offer on LinkedIn because if no one sees you, no one can buy from you.
her goal at all times and your goal as well is to maximize broad awareness to increase your surface area of luck and the easiest way i found to do that is to have a simple four -day strategy like i just mapped it out for her now the content pillars for her are one personal stories which have proven to work for her number two educational content so things that position her as an expert number three calling out her ideal customer who needs her the most.
This is for the people who understand the big pain point and they have it at the top of their heads at all times. And then number four is lead magnets. So this is going to lead magnets, which I absolutely love.
So this helps her build her email list and ideally the platform people from LinkedIn onto email so she can market them without relying on an algorithm. Last time we spoke, And I love your question, by the way.
It was the fact that you have multiple businesses and you didn't know which one to prioritize, correct? Right. Now, to sell this organically, then especially at this high ticket price, which I'm going to give some comments on in a second, but there needs to be very strong association with the result, right?
And so that means that... For the time that you're promoting this offer in order to get cash flow to then, you know, create everything else that you want, your brand will need to pivot slightly towards just a single lane. So the advice that I had given you last time, it was pre this offer.
And it was like, look, I want to build a special brand around myself and these three businesses because I have them and I'm like an amazing entrepreneur, like multifaceted, multiple business owner, incredible. But then when it comes to offers like this, someone needs to strongly associate you. with the benefit of the result and the problem, and you being able to have a solution to then sort of buy this cold wool mesh from LinkedIn.
So would you be willing to do that? Yeah, yeah.
Look, I'm willing to do anything so that I can like get to the next step. You know, this is, I want to start my fun business that I own 100 % of. That I like actually love and I'm doing this to get the capital to get to that next step.
So I will do anything to get there. Okay, perfect. So let's go into what content you need to be writing about.
So obviously you're speaking to second time founders or CEOs. I would say actually advanced founders and CEOs. So that's like our main target audience.
Then, you know, revenue, lead generation. Lead generation. Best selling.
Your business. That's one. That's another one.
Sales recovered. Brands. Brands.
Sales. Psychology. Then here, like we said, partners.
So from these, it should be clear what your content strategy should be. So if we look at it, this one is storytelling, which is proven to work for you, but we're going to tie it to being a business owner, specifically to a strategy. So there's using the slave framework.
So, you know, let's say if we wrote a post, I hired my first employee when I was 27. They're still with me till this day and they've made the business. over a hundred thousand dollars this year and then you so you talk about how to find good talent or how to spot good talent and retain them right and you can talk about like they've got different offers or like they've been trying people have tried to push them but they still stay because of our values or because of like our compensation etc routines this one could be the reason why we scaled we're using social proof in here because we at all times we need to be leveraging your success so people believe you so much that they will buy a $15 ,000 program from you right so we need to tell people that we've done the thing that they want to do not we're not just talking about the thing without any receipts you have receipts now we need to do it so it's something like this would be um I have multiple businesses they're all making over six figures a year or whatever or multiple six years a year and they all use the exact same system
Here it is broken down step by step. And then we break it down. So like you go from like business strategy and you tell everything that's essentially sold in your program, right?
The strategy, branding, psychology, et cetera. And then you break it down in like very minimal steps. And then we talk about the system.
So the system that we spoke about here is, you know, this is the strategy that, this is the marketing strategy that will scale any business, no matter whatever the niche is. And then you talk about the strategy and you go into like, you need to understand your customer first. And you need to start using EGC, all of these things.
And we break them down like line by line. I'm going to show you some examples in a second. So for the second one, we're going to be using your template, which is the before and after.
So we're going to use it maybe in like a flywheel where it's a before and after of different things. So the first before and after was about you, where you were before and after. Then we could talk about your business.
So, you know, in 2021, I built my first business and it failed. 2026, I run three of them successfully. And then you talk about the feeling, the emotion, etc.
The third one would be something like a personal thing that all of your ideal clients probably have, which is struggling with burnout, imposter syndrome, productivity, feeling like... You know, you're doing everything at once, which a lot of business owners have. So, you know, last year I was doing everything by myself and it nearly broke me.
So I had to hire someone to take over for me. So I had to replace myself. Here's how I did it like that.
And it's like you're starting with a story, but essentially you're leading with a lesson. Right. Okay.
The next thing is like a calling out to your audience. And this is like, this is going to be the most important thing that you can do to fill your following with the right people. So because these two, they're going to help you reach a lot of people that are interested in business.
This one, these two actually, well, these three are going to help you get specific people that can buy your product that would be interested in that. So, you know, if you're saying, if you're a business owner and your business is stuck at one million a year. Your problem isn't, your strategy is actually your highest.
After working with, I don't know how many recruitment companies or like recruiting agencies or like businesses, I noticed a pattern when it came to the people that worked in the business, you know, and then you kind of like outline the qualities of a successful candidate that stays, that grows their business rather than stops it and eats into their revenue.
Another one would be like, you know, Could be something like hiring good talent is hard. That's what every single person that I speak to says.
But blah, blah, blah, blah. Right. And then we talk about hiring.
The third one would be, you know, I'm not a personal branding expert. But I helped businesses strategize and get their ideal customers with content or marketing. And then you speak about your own terms.
It's not about having the perfect content strategy on LinkedIn. It's actually about understanding your customer better. Here's the exact system that I use with my clients to help them find what that is so they stop talking about themselves and start talking about their businesses.
And then the third one, which I really love, is you said about employee -generated content. And this is actually a viral format on LinkedIn. So everybody on LinkedIn likes EGC right now.
It's trending. So it could be like... the businesses that are growing faster in 2026 aren't the ones that are just marketing from one founder.
They're the ones that have multiple people in the company posting. And then you're like, here's exactly how you get your team to do it for you. Or like, here's exactly how you get your team posting to increase the company's awareness or something like that.
I had my whole team sign up for Clio. They all have subscriptions that I pay for and they're doing the 30 day challenge. No way.
Yeah. I love that.
That's incredible. Okay. I love this.
Yes. Okay. Slay.
And then for the lead magnets, it's going to be the same. So you'll have to create them. It literally can just be a document or a Notion sheet.
If you've seen my lead magnets, they're not super polished. They're like, here's the thing that you wanted. Notion document downloaded.
Use it. Okay. But then the most important thing would be the copy in the post.
So usually it would be. Starting with the problem. I just built a 30 -page document documenting exactly how to build a successful team.
I spent hundreds of hours doing this internally. And I'm giving it to every single person that downloads it today for free. And it includes...
My exact SOPs, the exact CV that I use or like the interview method that I use, whatever. And then you break it down step by step and you do that exactly for every single lead magnet. So if we look at how I just wanted that post is you start with a problem.
Then we led with social proof and then we led with exactly what's inside. So people are captivated first. So they come in and read the post.
Second, they trust you. And third, they see what's inside. So they want to download it.
And essentially, every single one of your LinkedIn posts should kind of follow that structure. We're not done. I know we've gone over time.
Don't worry. I'm having fun. Okay.
So then we fixed. We kind of have an angle. Obviously, this won't be the finish line.
But I think that after having this, you'll figure out what it is for you. But this is a good start. So let's, I'll do one in a second, another one, but then let's talk about the launch strategy.
So how are we going to, how are we selling this? Wow. Okay.
So we've got this, which is essentially what's going to warm up your audience, right? There's a warmer mechanism. So we have content.
Okay. And then we're going to run this strategy for the next 45 days. So I guess for the next six weeks.
And there's a warm -up period.
The reason why we're doing this is because... Right. So these posts are going to get us to grow.
Grow. Nice. Love that.
These posts... Okay. I'm not going to try and...
Validation.
And list building. Okay. These are going to be credibility.
Credibility. And then this is going to be... Okay.
So each one of these helps us move a different needle for every single ideal customer that we have. Some of our customers are led by emotions. Some of our customers are led by logic.
And then... some of them buy into us emotionally and then convert logically and some of them buy buy into us logically and then convert emotionally right and at all times we need to be aware of those two very important steps in the marketing funnel because some people just need like they they might like the strategy they might like what you're doing but if they don't like you they'll go somewhere else and vice versa i see this play out all the time Right.
And so we want to increase the chances of someone seeing us and being like that person is undeniably the best person that I can buy from. And so we move every single element that we have at our disposal. This is what I really mean by when I say unfair advantages, all of these that you have right here, these are unfair advantages because only you can do this.
Only you can talk about all of these things in your own way based on your own experience. Right. So we have that strategy that we're going to be running for six weeks.
Right. And then by the sixth week or seventh, seventh week, It's going to be waitlist building period.
So let's say that's going to be two weeks. Here is where the entire content strategy sort of shifts and it becomes something different. So what I mean by different is we have these, but then instead of lead magnets, we're going to be doing waitlists, signups, and promotion or teasing about new products.
The stories are going to become stories tied to the offer you're selling. The storytelling as a business owner that stays, calling out to your audience that stays, and then the educational content stays, right? So only these two pillars change because we're trying to now build our own narrative around the solution that we have for people, but they are not 100 % aware that that's what we're sort of trying to do for marketing because everything else remains the same.
So that's how you avoid. becoming super salesy because three of your content pillars remain the same only to change okay got it and then for the wait list like we're starting to say you know let's say you start with a normal piece of content that talks about and like super normal is like you know i built a i built a strategy no i built uh over the last x days my business bit x and then we talk about and then we talk about you know interview your customers um okay start using egc whatever it is right and then at the end the call to action would be like you know cta is then like right and then if we do one of them one of those a week for let's say two weeks that should be good enough for us and then we also have the lead magnets as well that you'll be posting, I guess.
Yeah, I guess. Calling out your audience stories, stories.
We do that as well. We're collecting emails for your email list, which is then going to be used to market the product. So it's like two for one type.
And then I guess at the bottom of, let's say, every other one of these, the same kind of like call to action goes underneath each one of these, right? yeah okay cool right so that's two weeks and then we have the launch period so it should be like around one week launching so then we launch it and the first post is obviously I just launched, so we need to tell people that we've done that.
A lot of people try to be too coy about it, and they start the post like, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. They're the best way to do business. It looks like a normal post, and no one really knows that you've done that.
And then someone goes like, you'll probably go, oh, but I announced it. But then the announcement was literally buried somewhere in the middle of a call to action at the very bottom. We don't want that.
So I just launched, and then we say like, the best you talk about the offer then we do another one like launched so three days ago we joined and then we repeat education education and then we do another one you know three days issued and one day left okay So then we have around one, two, three, eight posts to do this.
And then that should really fill in the whatever 15 spots that we need to fill at this offer. We can talk about like, you know, is your first time doing it? It's the lowest it will ever be.
Like we're using four months scarcity because we're just trying to simply prove the model and the offer. And then once you have it. then we can move on to evergreen marketing but i always feel like the first time of doing something is the best time to use every single marketing lever to get people to join us and you can help them because you need to make it very clear that this is for them like you're literally serving as many people as you can and it's the most incredible thing because you believe in it right because you've done it before you've seen that you've seen it happen and we can also use like case studies as well so case study one and it's maybe you and then case 32 you know it could be like the person that you helped a week ago with this offer right so yeah okay now the last thing that i want to talk about here before we move on is like lovers to leverage so obviously i spoke about social proof So what can we use at all times?
So like I said, in one of the posts, I was like, okay, so I've helped, you know, um, I wrote three.
We could go on, you know, so that the point is to just use everything that we can use. So people, again, we're reaching people from different stages. Like everybody's like, Oh my God, they, she did this and she did that.
And it's just like, trust at scale. We're like literally. using everything single thing that we've ever done to like tell the people I am just because I don't have that many followers it doesn't mean that I don't know what I'm talking about that's always been like my strategy it is that followers don't matter expertise always does and I have it more than most people right so that is that is one thing yeah yeah so yeah and obviously inside of Clio you'll be able to find a lot of these type of posts so like let's go find them actually and then I'll leave you to it because I don't know if you're busy but Clio so inside of Clio we can look for inspiration let's say even this for example we have a post by Math Half like I said I've tested 20 plus marketing tools including social proof see how it's exactly what i said it's literally right here so i did this thing social proof immediately nice graphic so for you would be like i've hired over a hundred like a thousand people across you know 47 types of businesses including person person person person here's exactly what changed like you know every single company was completely different but the strategy remained the same in my advice you know don't hire for
talent no don't don't don't hire for talent the high for x so whatever you truly believe in and then you break it down slightly and then you sort of use this template for whatever it is that you need to portray the point of following templates is never to copy the thing is to look at the the way it's written because it's proven to work and then the plan here is that after this has been executed for a good few weeks we can then move on to a launch style strategy which i love using so this is how it works between week one and week six we're gonna be doing warm -up content so we build authority we grow her audience and we validate the topics that resonate the most for her on linkedin then from week seven to week eight we start heavy list building so we do wait lists we do teaser posts we do a lot more lead Then on week nine, we have launch week.
So eight posts in one week with all direct offers. Case studies, scarcity, formal, what people bought, more social proof, the problems people have, how she solved them, all of that combined into eight posts for just one week. And that's exactly how you go from zero sales to $45 ,000 in six weeks.
I know this works because I've done it for myself and I've done it for clients just like Thea right here. Was that helpful? No, this has been so helpful.
This is exactly what I needed because I know that I had the offer, but I just, I was trying to do like some of the 30 day challenge posts and then trying to tweak them. And I just have been all over the place with my content. And like, I needed like a full vision so that I can get to the next step.
But this has been so helpful. I like I said I will like do anything to get to the next step and um I know you have like other packages and stuff like that um and I don't know how busy you are but like once I get to that next step you know um I was hoping that the team could help me out with that or I have the capital to reinvest into that um and also I just wanted to say that when I was sold the package it was he made seem a little bit more hands -on.
Like he told me that the lead funnels or the lead magnets would be done for us and stuff like that, which it's totally fine. I need to learn how to do this. And I want to learn how to, how to do this.
But if there is like a package after, you know, we do this six week funnel and hopefully, you know, it's working by then I have the capital, I can reinvest it to do, you know, something that. will then be for the next business that I start, if that makes sense, to work with a team. I would love to do that.
Okay. With that thing that you said, it's interesting because I think we are going to do it, but we're not at that week yet. Okay.
Yeah. Is there anything else that stuck out to you so I can call it out for sure? That's super interesting though.
Yeah. He just mentioned like there would be one -on -ones with the coaches. Not necessarily you, but the coaches, which I mean, obviously you can book with Dolly or Laiba.
And then he said the lead magnets would be done for you. The like whole newsletter and setup would be done for you, which we've kind of done. They went through and set it up with us.
So that's all been done. But it was more like it. He just made it seem like a little bit more hands on or done for you.
which like I said I'm okay I'm totally okay and I'm ready to go and then do this sprint and then hopefully get the capital to reinvest into whatever the next business is and then the next business yeah yeah no this is super helpful thank you so much for being honest like honestly for me it's like the most important thing because I obviously don't have like I don't know what people are saying all the time so yeah this is super helpful but I hopefully this call was Yes, this is exactly what I needed uh honestly is just to sit down and have one -on -one time this has been super super beneficial and i'm glad that you know i made the investment to to do this now let's recap on the plan i gave her so you can do it too number one is price so we went from fifteen thousand dollars to three thousand dollars to test and validate the offer number two is a target so for her specifically it was advanced founders and ceos on their second or third or fourth business making over a million dollars a month number three is dialing in the content for at least
least six weeks. One personal story per week, two to three educational posts, so sales, branding, talent, and psychology. Then two to three posts calling out exactly the client that needs her the most directly.
And then lead magnets built. into her content. Now, number four is list building.
And this is so important and a lot of people miss it. Here's where you're going to get validation that people actually want to get into your offer, which is why we start with a waitlist sign up. So we tease the thing, we say that we have the solution to a problem, then we just let people sign up to this email list.
And then we get between, I don't know, 20, 50, or even a hundred. That is validation that the offer can actually work because if you just convert a 2%, that's enough. Number five, is the launch which lasts around one week so seven days so eight posts in total direct offers case studies and we're gonna be playing on scarcity okay because essentially for a client right here this is the lowest price she's actually ever going to offer this type of offer ever So scarcity works in our favor and it's not fake.
It's real. Six is having a very specific goal. So 15 sales at $3 ,000 equals $45 ,000.
And this whole thing actually works because she's using what already works. So personal stories. Then she's positioning herself as the go -to expert with social proof and education.
And she's being direct about selling. so not being coy or shy just being very direct like that's what people like now one last thing that i want to say is that the thing that i love about working with brand new offers is that you have time to test and experiment and for her she's only trying to prove that the model actually works and that people actually want it not trying to optimize every single thing in her funnel yet because we don't need to do that yet we just need to do the small simple steps in like six to eight weeks and then we can then optimize one by one and that ladies and gentlemen is how you go from like i've never sold this before to oh my god i hit my record month in six weeks so if you found value on what we just covered here and you're a founder or entrepreneur who's ready to take action on all of this here's exactly what i want you to do i mentioned at the very beginning that i'm opening up private mentorship spots for a small group of people who want to implement the full record month linkedin ecosystem that we have into their businesses so here's
exactly who I like to work with, entrepreneurs who are serious about scaling and that already have a proven offer. and or are willing to actually do the work. And I don't accept people who aren't ready to commit and we don't work with businesses that we genuinely believe that we can't help.
And that's exactly why we have an application process. So if that sounds like you, the link is in the description, you fill out a quick form and then one of our team members will hop on a call with you and then we'll learn from your business, we'll understand where you're at, figure out where you're going and see if it's an actual fit.
But my promise to you after you hop on this call is that you are going to leave that cool with a direct implementation strategy on what to do with your LinkedIn content and also sales mechanism. So go ahead, click the link, fill out the application, and let's see if we can help you hit your next revenue milestone.
See you on the other side. Bye.
The Hook

The bait, then the rug-pull.

A founder with a recruiting business behind her wants $45K in six weeks from a consulting offer nobody has bought yet. The recorded coaching call that follows is less about her LinkedIn profile and more about the offer underneath it: who it's really for, what it should cost on day one, and what to post every week until launch.
