Big Idea
The argument in one line.
A short, authentic-sounding Loom video paired with four plain, unpolished emails outperforms fancy sales copy at turning an existing list into new high-ticket coaching clients.
Who This Is For
Read if. Skip if.
READ IF YOU ARE…
A coach or consultant with an existing email list who hasn't pitched them in a while and wants a fast way to generate new high-ticket clients.
Someone comfortable charging a premium price who can put together an irresistible offer with a clear problem, pillars, and early-access framing.
A business owner who'd rather record one unpolished Loom video than write a long sales page or run paid ads to land the next few clients.
SKIP IF…
You have no existing list or audience to email; this strategy depends on reaching people who already know you.
You're looking for a way to acquire brand-new cold traffic rather than reactivate people who already opted in.
TL;DR
The full version, fast.
The Quick Clients strategy turns an existing email list into 10 to 20 new high-ticket coaching clients with one video and four emails. First, build an irresistible offer: a specific problem, three to five pillars, a high price, and limited-spot early access. Record a two to four minute Loom video off a fill-in-the-blank script naming the ideal client, the promised result, and a link to book a call. Then send four short, unpolished emails that simply link to the video, each one a brief nudge to watch, plus a bonus fifth email that pitches the offer directly for anyone who never clicks. Close new clients on a consultative sales call, and run the whole sequence no more than once a quarter to keep it working.

Atomic Insights
Lines worth screenshotting.
A plain, unpolished email that just links to a Loom video gets more clicks than a nicely designed one, because it reads like a personal message instead of a pitch.
An irresistible offer has five parts: a major problem solved by real expertise, a secret sauce, three to five pillars, a high ticket price, and an early-access version.
Early access creates the scarcity that makes a simple two to four minute video and four emails worth 10 to 20 new clients instead of just a handful.
Pasting the raw Loom link, random letters and all, instead of hyperlinking clean text, makes an email feel like something a friend actually sent rather than a campaign.
The fourth email in the sequence is nothing but the recipient's first name followed by a question mark, and it still works because it reads as a genuine check-in.
A bonus fifth email that pitches the offer directly in text, not just a link, catches the people who never click through to the video at all.
Without an existing email list, the same script and framing can go out as cold email or a social post, with some adjustment to tone.
Running this sequence more than once a quarter, or even monthly, still works but measurably reduces how effective it is each time.
The entire process, from recording the video to sending all four emails, is designed to take less than 30 minutes of actual work.
A consultative sales call, not the email or the video, is where leads actually convert into high-ticket clients.
Takeaway
A plain Loom video beats polished copy
THE REACTIVATION PLAY
An unpolished Loom video and four plain emails sent to an existing list outperform fancy sales copy, because authenticity, not production value, is what gets people to click and book a call.
01What Is the Quick Clients Strategy?
A short, authentic Loom video sent to your own list of people who already know you converts better than a splashy ad sent to someone cold.
This approach is built to fund paid ads or fill a short-term gap by reactivating names already sitting in your CRM who haven't bought yet.
02The 5 Components of an Irresistible Offer
An offer only becomes irresistible when it solves one specific major problem using your actual expertise, not a vague promise.
Three to five clear pillars give prospects a concrete sense of what they're buying instead of an abstract transformation.
Pricing high while still creating urgency through limited early-access spots works better than discounting to get fast yeses.
03The Early Access Loom Video Script
The pitch video names the exact ideal client and the exact desired result in the first few sentences, so the wrong viewers self-select out immediately.
Stating a specific number of available spots, not vague limited availability, is what makes the early-access framing feel real instead of generic.
Proof, specific case studies and named client results, goes right after the offer and before the call to action, not at the start.
04How to Customize the Script for Your Niche
The same five-sentence structure works for any niche; only the ideal client description and desired result need to change.
Writing the desired result in the prospect's own words makes a generic script feel personal to the person reading it.
05Example Script: Early Access for YouTube Ads
A credible proof line, naming real clients and a specific revenue number, carries more weight than a general claim of success.
The script closes with a single clear instruction, book a call using the link below, with no secondary asks competing for attention.
06Email 1: I Recorded a Quick Video for You
An email that reads like a message to one person, not a marketing campaign, gets more of that person to actually click.
Pasting the raw, ugly Loom link instead of hyperlinking clean text makes the email feel like it was just recorded and sent, not designed.
07Email 2: Did You See My Video?
A short follow-up that just asks whether they saw it outperforms a second attempt to re-sell the offer in text.
08Email 3: Quick Video for Your Prospect
Putting the recipient's first name directly in the subject line raises opens because it reads as something sent specifically to them.
09Email 4: The First Name Question Mark Email
A subject line that's nothing but a first name and a question mark still works because it mimics how a real person emails a friend.
10Bonus Email 5: Is This You?
A final email that restates the full offer in text, not just a link, catches the people who never clicked through to the video at all.
Adding a short postscript that points back to the same Loom video gives a second path in for anyone still on the fence.
11Enroll Clients With a Consultative Sales Call
The video and emails only get someone on a call; the call itself, built around their specific challenges and goals, is what actually converts them.
12Recap: 10 to 20 Clients in 30 Minutes of Work
The entire sequence, from recording the offer video to writing all five emails, is designed to take under thirty minutes of hands-on work.
Revenue generated through this strategy can fund paid ads, creating a second channel for client acquisition instead of relying on the list alone.
13How Often You Can Run This Strategy
Running the same sequence on the same list more than once a quarter measurably reduces how well it performs each time.
Some businesses run it monthly anyway and accept the lower response rate in exchange for more frequent client flow.

What if you could record a simple three minute video that turns into three to 10 new high paying clients for your business? Well, this is exactly what you can do with what we call the quick clients strategy. This is a strategy that myself and my clients have been using for quite some time.
And because we run a lot of ads here at ad outreach, we sometimes want to fund those ads. And one of the best ways to do it is by reaching out to your existing list of people that you already have in your CRM that haven't yet bought. But there's a way to do it that's a little different than the standard emails, the standard messages you might already send, than just calling people.
It's the quick client strategy, and it's very simple, but highly effective. It's a simple video, a script, and a framework that I'm going to give you over the next few minutes that you can literally set up in less than 30 minutes and send out to bring in new clients for your business. So let's dive in to the quick client strategy.
Now the first step is to craft your irresistible offer. Now you'll notice that over here on the flow chart is that what we want to start off with is your irresistible offer. Now your irresistible offer is what you're going to be providing.
Now you might already have an irresistible offer for your coaching or consulting business, but I wanted to make sure that you know the main components, the five main components of an irresistible offer, and give you some additional resources. The main components are to make sure that you use your expertise to solve a major problem, you identify your secret sauce, you create three to five pillars around your offer and then you charge a high ticket price and create an early version of your program for early access now this early access component is actually really important to this strategy because what we want to do is we want to create a special promotion using a simple two to four minute video and a few emails that you can send out which is going to provide early access to your offer or special access to your offer.
And this is what you're going to be able to use to generate that extra 10 to 20 clients quickly. So the next step is to record the early access Loom video. Now, Loom is a free software that you can use.
You can sign up at loom .com and you can record a video up to five minutes long. Again, remember, this is just a two to four minute long video that's going to allow you to share your offer, your irresistible offer with your ideal clients. And we're going to be walking you through exactly what to say, but all you have to do is turn this script into your own words so let me walk you through the script hey it's a name i want to record a personal video for ideal clients looking to achieve desired results i am launching early access to my new program to work with me and my team to achieve desired results since this is early access i'm only opening up number of spots and this is the same strategy that i've used to prove for case studies testimonials i walk people through some examples if you're a ideal client and you want to achieve desired result book a call using the link below this video we'll share more about how the early access works and see if it's a good fit looking forward to seeing you on the call and so that's exactly how this works now of course what you're going to do is you're going to replace a few of these different categories so with your ideal clients you can put in specifically who you're looking to work with so let's say you're looking to work
with busy professionals who are looking to lose weight what you can do is you can adapt this to say hey it's alrick and i want to record a personal video for busy professionals who are looking to lose weight and drop you know xyz pounds without having to go to the gym every day i'm launching an early access pro new program to work with me and my team to actually be able to lose weight quickly etc etc and so what you want to do is you want to pull in that desired result.
Here's an example for what I would do for myself. Hey, it's Alrick. I want to record a personal video for coaches and consultants looking to scale to six, seven, or even eight figures using YouTube ads.
And I'm launching early access to my new program that's designed to help. coaches and consultants scale to that level with YouTube ads. And since this is early access, I'm only opening up 12 spots.
This is the same strategy that I've used to generate over $200 million in revenue for our clients, work with some of the biggest names online, like the Proctor Gallagher Institute and Bob Proctor, ClickFunnels, Cole Gordon, Tanner Chidester, and many others. And then if you're... ideal client, so coach or consultant, and you want to scale to six, seven, or eight figures, book a call using the link below.
We'll share more about how this early access works and see if it's a good fit. We're looking forward to seeing you on the call. So it's that simple.
That's the script that you're going to be able to say and just make sure that you put it into your own words. And then you can really input all of this directly into that Loom video in order to make it personal to yourself and the clients you're looking to attract. Now, once you have this Loom video, again, this should be natural and authentic.
Just record it on your webcam. This isn't something that's supposed to take a lot of time. It is actually a quick and easy way for you to get these high paying clients and the more natural and authentic.
feels the better because it's a personal video from you to your ideal clients telling them that you can help them achieve the results that they want and so once you've recorded this video the next step is to send out four emails to the list and i'm going to give you exactly what to say in the emails exactly what subject lines to use and i'm going to walk you through how that works so if we take a look over here the third step is to send this for email sequence as you can see you can actually cut and paste these emails and if we take a look at the sequence itself the first email is i recorded a video for you hey name i recorded a quick video for you here's the link loom best your name now you probably notice wow Alrick, that isn't rocket science.
That's a very simple email. Where's the fancy email that's going to generate me 10 to 20 new high -paying coaching clients? Well, here's a secret.
It's not a fancy email. It's being authentic to exactly who you're looking to reach and getting more people to watch that video where you're calling out your ideal client and giving them the opportunity to speak with you or your team. And so what you want to do is actually maximize the number of people that click on that link by adding an error of...
history and not overselling the link. And if you take a look at this email, it looks like it is a personal email that you've sent out. Look at this.
I recorded a quick video for you. Hey name, I recorded a quick video for you. Here's a link.
Then you'd send the loom link. Now, instead of linking the words, here's the link and doing anything fancy. I actually just paste the loom link with all the random letters and numbers after it and send that out because it feels more authentic.
Think about it. If you were to. actually record a Loom video for someone, a quick video for somebody, you'd send this exact email.
Hey, name, I recorded a quick video for you. Here's the link. And then just drop the Loom link, cut and paste, and then sign it off, best, your name.
That's exactly what you would do if you were sending a Loom video to someone and you want to replicate that. to your entire email list by the way if you don't have an email list you can also send this as a cold email to your potential ideal clients or you could post these types of posts on social media then you have to change it a little bit but this does work best if you have an existing email list of people that might be interested in coaching or consulting services so if you take a look over here you can send this particular email and that in of itself is going to get people to watch the video and then at the bottom of that loom video you are going to want to have the link to book a time either with your team or yourself on your calendar.
And that's what you're going to use to have people be able to book a time with you or your team and then enroll them into your program. And so if we take a look over here, the second email is also very simple. Did you see my video for you?
And then, hey, name, just want to make sure you saw the video recorded for you yesterday. If not, here's the link again. Loom link.
and then best your name. You can see again, very simple, but highly effective. I can tell you we've split tested this.
We have run this with a variety of our clients, many, many, many clients, and we have found exactly what works. And this is what works. And you can probably tell why it works.
It feels like you're naturally sending out a video on Loom, which is kind of what you're doing. You're just sending it to more people, but this is what you're doing. You're just recording a video on Loom and you're sending it out.
Did you see my video to you? Just want to make sure you saw it. If not, here's the link again, right?
And this works really, really well. Now the third email is quick video for name. And this actually allows you to put their name in the subject.
This works really well too, because you can hyper -personalize that email. And so if you take a look here, quick video for name, Hey name, a few days ago, I recorded a quick video for you and wanted to make sure you got to see it. It's only.
Time minutes long. Wanted to make sure you had the chance to watch it. Here's the link again.
And then the Loom link. Again, this just adds a little bit more, a little bit more background in the particular email. That said, it's all about getting people to click on that link and watch the video.
And then the video is all about getting people to book a time with you or your team to actually explore and see if it's a good fit to work with you to help achieve the results that you can help people achieve. And so if you take a look over here, that's the third email. And finally, the fourth.
email here is just name question mark by the way this works really well so just their first name question mark hey name just wanted to check in to see if you saw my last few emails i recorded a private video for you that i wanted to make sure you saw in it i share an opportunity for how ideal clients can achieve desired results it's time sensitive so i wanted to make sure you had the opportunity to watch it here's the link to the video And then you link the Loom video below.
And so on that last email, you actually are calling them out a little bit more. You're putting in the ideal client. You're putting in the desired result they want and telling them you're going to show them how to achieve that if they watch the Loom video.
So this is a final opportunity to get them to go ahead and watch that video. Now, it really is this simple. It's as easy as cutting and pasting exactly what I've written here.
Now, the fifth email is a bonus email that you can use to directly share your offer in the email. and get people to book a call. Now, this is a great email that you can use if you want to actually send out basically the same thing you said on the Loom video, but an email format.
That way, in case somebody doesn't click the link, you can still share everything you shared in the video in an email to get people to take action from that email. So you can see here, it's very similar to the Loom video. The subject is, is this you?
Again, a subject we've split tested and we found works really well. Hey name, I'm looking for number of ideal clients. who are looking to achieve desired result in the next timeframe.
I am launching early access to my new program or program to work with me and my team to achieve desired result. Since this is early access, I'm only opening a number of spots. This is the same strategy that proof or case study.
If you're a ideal client and you want to achieve desired result, book a call using the link below, and then you would link to your book a call page. Looking forward to seeing you on the call. Best, your name.
PS, I also recorded a quick video for you that goes over what this looks like. And then you can link to that exact same loom video. So you're linking to the loom video down here.
And then you're also linking to the book a call page, which in our case is at outreach .com slash apply, which people can use to book a YouTube ad strategy call. But again, this would be for your own calendar booking link. So you can set up a calendar booking page.
We actually have another video here on the YouTube channel that walks you through how to set up a call booking funnel, which we'll link in this video as well. And so if you take a look here, what you're able to do is then send out. this as the final email.
Now, in addition to this, I also have a couple of resources that you can use to actually enroll people because this is the funnel itself. You can see we've got the overall funnel here, walk you through step by step everything you need to do. But once you have people coming through, you do need to know how to enroll them using a consultative sales call.
So I actually have a full video here that walks through step by step exactly how this works in our high ticket best framework for a high ticket sales call video. So full breakdown. And we also have a video on how to eliminate objections.
If people are giving you potential objections on your sales calls, it's a simple word and magic sentence that you can use. And this works really well on any call that you happen to have. And so this is the fifth step is to actually enroll clients using a consultative call strategy.
It's all about learning more about them, discovering what their challenges are, what their goals are, what they're looking to achieve, and then walking them through how your offer can help them make that happen. And really being the bridge between where your ideal client is right now and where they want to go in as quick a time as possible.
And that's the key to really determine if this is a good fit or not. So these are the overall five key steps that you can use to use our quick clients strategy. to generate 10 to 20 new high paying coaching clients in less than 30 minutes of work.
Just recording a simple video, two to four minutes long and sending out a few emails. And all of this is cut and paste step by step. Again, this is what it looks like.
You craft your irresistible offer. You record a simple two to four minute early access video. You send the first email, the second email, third and fourth, all linking back to that loom video.
Very simple, authentic loom video. And then you can, of course, send the bonus fifth email that's identifies your ideal client and talks a little bit about booking the call on that email itself.
And then that is the process. So that is how you can use the quick client strategy to generate new high paying clients. for your business with a simple loom video and a script.
I'll put the resources down in the description below. So feel free to grab those. If you found this video valuable, make sure you give it a like and share it with somebody else.
This is honestly one of the best strategies that we have inside of our business. We're ever in a spot where we want some new clients quickly. We literally just roll out the strategy and almost every time we get a half a dozen or more new clients coming into our business.
When we use this strategy. Now I will say you probably can't use it more than once a quarter, but. do have people who use it monthly, it just will reduce a little bit of the effectiveness.
That being said, if you haven't done anything like this before and watch the results, let me know how it works for you in the comments down below and I'll put all the other links in the description. Thanks so much for watching and I'll see you in the next video.
