Big Idea
The argument in one line.
Small businesses lose revenue because most miss well over half their incoming calls, and an AI voice agent built on a white-label software platform can capture those missed calls for a recurring monthly fee.
Who This Is For
Read if. Skip if.
READ IF YOU ARE…
Someone with no tech or marketing background who wants a done-for-you local-business offer they can resell for a monthly fee.
Someone already in the SMMA or AI-agency space who wants to see exactly how a GoHighLevel-based voice agent gets built and demoed.
A reader trying to judge whether 'sell AI agents to local businesses' is a real service model or mostly an affiliate funnel dressed as a tutorial.
SKIP IF…
You already run or have evaluated a white-label AI phone agent business and know the GoHighLevel workflow.
You want unbiased pricing or platform comparisons; this video is built around one affiliate link for one tool.
TL;DR
The full version, fast.
The video pitches a recurring-revenue side business: search Google Maps for local businesses in any niche and city, then sell them a $300 to $500 per month AI voice and chat agent that answers the calls, texts and social messages the business is missing. The hook is a stat that 62% of small-business calls go unanswered. The agent is built inside GoHighLevel, a white-label CRM and AI platform the presenter is an affiliate for, by feeding it the business's Google Business Profile and website so it auto-generates a trained knowledge base, voice agent and chat agent. The video closes by pushing viewers toward the presenter's affiliate link for a 30-day free trial and a separate 'free course' funnel.

Atomic Insights
Lines worth screenshotting.
62% of incoming calls to small businesses go unanswered, and that single stat is what the entire pitch is built on.
The offered service runs entirely inside GoHighLevel, a white-label CRM that lets a reseller keep 100% of a client's monthly fee.
An AI voice and chat agent can be trained on a business in minutes using just a Google Business Profile link and a website URL.
The suggested price for this AI agent service is $300 to $500 per month per client, pitched as pure profit with no revenue split.
The pitch frames this as recurring revenue rather than a one-time sale, comparing it to a Netflix subscription customers don't want to cancel.
The presenter's proof is a live demo call to his own test agent, not results from an independent paying client.
The objection-handling argument is that business owners already know this is simple but still won't do it themselves.
Every meaningful link in the description, the free course and the '30-day free trial,' routes through the presenter's GoHighLevel affiliate account.
The entire client-acquisition method shown is one Google Maps search by service type and city, with no outreach script demonstrated.
No actual paying client or case study appears in the video; the AI agent demo is built and tested against a fictional plumbing business.
Takeaway
A missed-call stat sells a monthly AI agent
THE REAL PITCH
Local businesses really do lose money to unanswered calls, but the fix here is demonstrated entirely inside one affiliate's own white-label software, and every link in the description pays him.
01Cold open and disclaimer
The video opens with a blanket income disclaimer before asking for anything, which is a standard legal cover for 'make money online' content, not evidence the method works.
The free course, templates, and live bootcamp are gated behind watching the full video and engaging with it, not available up front.
02The business model in a nutshell
The proposed business has three steps: find a business on Google Maps, sell it a simple AI service, then charge a recurring monthly fee.
Any local business type works for this model: restaurants, massage therapists, real estate agents, and chiropractors are all named as viable targets.
03Finding clients on Google Maps
Clients are found by searching a service type plus a city directly in Google Maps, which surfaces both paid sponsored listings and organic results for the same niche.
No outreach script, email, or cold-call method is shown; the video jumps straight from finding a business to building the AI agent for it.
04The problem: most calls go unanswered
The central justification for the entire offer is a claim that 62% of incoming calls to small businesses go unanswered.
A missed call is reframed as missed revenue: every unanswered ring is a customer who may call a competitor instead.
05Building and selling the AI agent
The AI agent is trained by feeding it just two inputs: the business's Google Business Profile link and its website URL.
The underlying software is explicitly pitched as white-label, meaning a reseller can rebrand it with their own logo and domain and keep the full client payment.
The suggested price is $300 to $500 per month per client, framed as straight profit with no revenue split with the software vendor.
06Why this is recurring revenue
The pitch leans on a subscription mental model: sell the setup once, then keep billing monthly as long as the business keeps getting value from it.
The Netflix comparison argues customers won't cancel because they don't want to lose access, not because the service is proven to retain clients long-term.
07Configuring the voice and chat agent
A single knowledge base feeds two separate AI agents: a voice agent for phone calls and a conversation agent for text, web chat, email, and social DMs.
The conversation agent is set up to cover eight channels at once, including SMS, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram DM, extending the missed-opportunity argument beyond phone calls.
Building both agents from a single prompt and a domain crawl takes only a few minutes on screen, which is the core 'copy and paste' promise of the offer.
08Live demo and the objection
The live proof is a call the presenter makes to his own test agent, not a transaction or testimonial from an actual paying client.
The anticipated objection, 'why wouldn't the business do this themselves,' is answered with an analogy: most people pay a plumber rather than fix their own toilet.
09Closing pitch
The close stacks three asks back to back: like and comment for the free course, click the affiliate link for a free trial, and resell the software.
Every link mentioned in the video description routes through the presenter's own GoHighLevel affiliate account, which is the actual business model funding the free course.

What if I told you you could start making money online using nothing but Google Maps? No prior marketing experience, no tech skills, all you need is a laptop and an internet connection and you could do this from literally anywhere in the world. This is one of the simplest and most overlooked business opportunities and the best part is literally anyone can do it.
In this video I'm going to walk through step by step how we can use Google Maps to find clients, offer them a simple service leveraging AI, and charge them a monthly service fee for it. And this is the exact same strategy.
I've shown total beginners who've been able to replicate it to see some pretty amazing results. now obviously there's no income guarantees here i'm not promising you're going to make any type of money your results are going to vary by your effort your energy and honestly your background but the best part is you don't need to be a marketing expert you need to have any crazy technical skills any prior marketing experience or even know how to code a website and don't worry i'm not just making this video to try to sell you some course or high ticket coaching program at the end of this video in fact if you just smash the like button drop a comment down below and consider sharing this video with a friend who might also find this valuable I'll actually hook you up with a private link to unlock my full step -by -step course, all of my templates, my scripts, and a free live bootcamp to help you get this business launched and off the ground.
So if you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed or you feel like every other side hustle just requires too much upfront knowledge just to get started, I promise you, this is different. By the end of this video, you're gonna know exactly how to use Google Maps to find local businesses. how to offer them a simple service leveraging AI, and I'm gonna show you everything step -by -step, and then how to charge them a simple monthly retainer so they'll pay you every single month as long as they're finding value from this service.
And I'm gonna show you all this even if you're a total beginner and even if you've never made a single dollar online before. So here's a quick look at this business in a nutshell. What we're gonna be doing is we're gonna be working with small local businesses, and this is any type of small local business, and it could be in your specific local area, or it could be any specific city across the United States.
And it doesn't matter if you're outside of the United States, you wanna target businesses inside the United States or you're inside the United States and you wanna target businesses across the country, you can work with restaurants, massage therapists, real estate agents, chiropractors, it really doesn't matter, okay? And then what we're gonna do is we're gonna offer them a simple...
ai software solution and it's as simple as copy and paste and i've got a very simple ai prompt that i'm going to give you guys here in this video just stick around with me here and all you do is just copy and paste it to help them get set up with this simple service and then what we'll do is we're going to charge them anywhere from 300 to 500 per month per client so as you do the math there you can see if you're getting one client or five clients or ten clients you can kind of see the income potential but once again i'm not making any income guarantees here it's just illustrative purposes so that you can see that this is a legit real business model that others are using right now to go through and get clients and start their first business online so let me just first show you exactly how we're going to go about getting clients and like i said the title of this video is how to make money with google maps what we're going to do is first go to google maps and we are going to type in a specific business a specific industry so for this one i'm just going to type in a plumber and then we're going to type in some city so i'm just going to say
Bentonville, Arkansas for this example. And now what happens is it's gonna pull up all the plumbers in the Bentonville, Arkansas area, all right? And like I said, you could do this for any type of industry in any city across the country.
And so now what Google pulls up is they've got the sponsor listing. This person is paying to be up here at the top, but these are plumbers in this specific area. So if I've got like a leak in my toilet or something going on, what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna probably type in, hey, I need a plumber in whatever specific city and I need to call them to go help get, my toilet fix.
And so what a typical client's going to do is go through and see, okay, maybe you call the sponsored one, or maybe I'm just going to call this first result right here. And I'm going to call until I find a business owner that actually picks up their phone and helps me solve my problem. However, statistics show that 62 % of incoming calls to these small businesses go unanswered.
That means six out of every 10 of these phone calls. And so if they're missing their phone calls, these are missed opportunities this is miss revenue miss deals for this business where they're either paying to be at the top or they're paying for this search engine optimization and making sure that their website and their profile is all dialed in but if they're not answering the phone they're missing out on all of these deals And so what we're going to do is we're going to set them up with a simple AI agent.
And this AI agent is going to be trained on their business specifically. And it's going to be a voice AI agent and a chat AI agent. So whether they call in or then if they want to text into the business or they want to reach out via Instagram or Facebook, however they want to reach out, email.
we can have our AI agent, our AI employee, be able to respond to every single one of these people calling in, texting, and emailing in so that we never miss a deal for these small businesses. So you think about a plumber, a lot of these plumbers are small mom and pop shops. So they're the plumber, they're the assistant, they're the secretary, they're everything.
And so if they're working on a job and they see a call coming in, they're like, man, I've got the pliers going. They don't have time to pick up the phone call, right?
And that is why 62 % of incoming calls go unanswered. So by offering this simple service to be able to have this AI agent actually pick up the call and answer any questions and then also book an appointment on the plumber's calendar from the person calling in, that is a massive. value a massive service to these small businesses so in order to do this all we're going to do is let's say we're going to do this pro the distance plumbing so we're just going to click right here and then what i'm going to do is i'm just going to click on this share profile link and i'm going to click on copy link okay this is my copy and paste ai prompt so you guys can either pause this or whatever you want to go through and use this so we've got the client website i'm going to actually put in their gmb profile and i'm just going to paste that in right there and then i'm also going to grab their website just we have more information so we're just going to copy this website you just hover over it and click on copy website and we're going to throw this in right here so now we've got the client website their google my business profile and i'm going to say hey from the client's website
Can you create a knowledge base? Basically, a knowledge base is the information about a business. What services do they offer?
What are their hours of operation? What are their prices? When can we go through and book an appointment?
What's their address? What's their contact information? So create a knowledge base for this business and create a voice AI agent and a conversation AI agent trained on the knowledge base.
So I'm just going to go over here and copy all this. And then I'm going to come over here to this AI software. Now, this is the ai software that i use to run my entire business and all of my clients use to run their business as well and the thing i love about this software is you can white label it and resell it as your own which means you can go through and you can put your own logo up here you can connect your own domain connect your own payment processor and you get to keep 100 of the payments that you collect so if you're selling a 300 per month service you get to keep all 300 per month you're not having any commission splits or anything like that and you can bring on one client 10 clients 100 clients and you don't pay anything extra for this software and that's why i love this and if you guys want to go in and try to try this software out there's an extended 30 -day free trial down in the description it should be the top link or second link down there then you can jump in start an extended 30 -day free trial you also get a free one -on -one kickoff call
And there's no contracts, no commitments, nothing like that. But we're gonna take this prompt over here that we already copied and we're going over to this Ask AI. So basically this Ask AI, we can just type out whatever we want it to do and we have all the tools already built in this software.
So we've got websites, we've got review management, we've got AI agents, AI studio, payments, opportunities. So I'm just gonna go over here and paste this in. And now what it's going to do is it's literally going to go out and build a knowledge base or the information about the company.
So then we can tie that knowledge base to the conversation AI agent and the voice AI agent so that we now instead of somebody calling into the business. this business over here pro the distance plumbing since they missed 62 of their incoming calls when somebody calls this phone number right here instead of it going directly to the business owner we can have it go to our ai agent and the ai agent is trained on the business because we've created a knowledge base based on all of their information and so it's able to answer all the questions that the potential client has And then if they need to book an appointment on their calendar, it also is synced in with their Google Calendar, with the calendar they use for their business, and they can automatically book an appointment on the calendar for them so that the plumber, the business owner, the technicians don't even have to worry about it.
It's all completely managed by the AI agent. And so if you think about this for a minute, while this is going through and building this all out, is if one deal for a plumber is worth... let's say $200, $300, I don't know, I'm not a plumber, but if you're able to go through and save one deal per week, two deals per week, because they're missing 62 % of incoming calls, you're able to easily justify selling this AI agent for $300, $400, even $500 per month per client.
And the reason why I love this business model is because it's monthly recurring revenue, which means you make a sale once, you do this simple setup where ai is doing a majority of the heavy lifting for you is providing massive value for the business on a monthly ongoing basis because you just set it up once and then it's going to continue to provide value and so the customer is not going to want to cancel so think about like netflix for example netflix you sign up once where the sale is made and then in order to access the value the content you continue to pay for it every single month and you don't want to cancel because you want to keep watching your shows Okay, so here it is.
It's just asked me a few questions. So it says, here's the full plan. We're going to create a knowledge base, okay?
Going to create a voice AI agent and conversation AI agent. Answer those two questions. I'll immediately move forward with this with creating a knowledge base.
So this is voice AI agent. Which type would you like to build? Prompt base recommended.
So we're just going to do prompt base right there and we're going to hit submit and then conversation AI agent. Which channels should it be active on? So you can see it could be active on SMS, on web chat.
They've got the little chat bubble on their website. If they don't have it, that's super easy to through and copy and paste on their website as well and so I'm just gonna choose SMS web chat live chat email Facebook Messenger Instagram DM because although they're missing 62 % of their incoming phone calls they're probably also missing even more messages on Facebook, on Instagram, via email.
Because nowadays, there's just so many different communication channels that if you're not always on Facebook or Instagram or all these different platforms, you are missing messages. You are missing potential deals. And that is what is happening to these small businesses.
and that's why we want to set up this voice ai agent to handle the phone calls but then the conversation ai agent to be able to handle all of the messages coming into their business and so i don't know maybe they use whatsapp maybe they don't they could check on that google my business right here and then we're just going to hit submit and now it's going to go and build everything out continue building everything out like we have shown it All right, so just doing one last confirmation here.
It says create and train knowledge base, pro the distance right here. So I'm just gonna click yes, create and train KB, which KB stands for knowledge base. So it says approve the above and I'll immediately create the knowledge base, launch the full domain crawl of pro the distance so it can train it on that website and the business and all the things it offers, right?
Train on every discovered page. So I gave it the Google My Business profile link so it's gonna be able to help pull in reviews and different things like that. Then build the voice AI agent, prompt based wizard, auto publish.
It's gonna auto do it for us. and then build the conversation AI agent. All eight channels linked to the knowledge base.
So it says the knowledge base already, just like that, it's already created, now launching the full domain crawl. And the crawl's launched, check status while it's processed. So this is just gonna take a few minutes to go through and build this entire thing out.
And I hope I've already explained how massive of the value this is for these small businesses. And if you're watching and be like, well, Jason, If this is so easy, why doesn't the small business go in, the plumber, why don't they just go in and do this themselves?
And that's a great question. And that was a question, honestly, I had several years ago before I had worked with over 15 ,000 small local businesses. And now after working with thousands and thousands of business owners just like this, I've learned that even if something's very simple and easy to do, they do not want to do it, right?
Honestly, if there's an issue with my toilet, even as simple as it might be for a plumber, Honestly, I don't want to touch it. I'm not a handyman.
I don't want to do any of that. I would much rather call and pay a plumber to do the fix as opposed to looking up on YouTube, figuring out how to fix it and fixing it myself. So the same thing applies and that's why these small businesses would still much rather have you come in, even as simple as this is, and do it all for them.
Okay, and just like that, it just finished everything. The knowledge base already set up, voice AI agent, the pro, the distance assistant. conversation AI agent, and it says next steps, just assign a phone number to the AI assistant, connect social messaging accounts, because this is a demo account, so I don't have like Facebook, Instagram, because obviously we're just doing this as a demo, and then it recrawled the website if you want to go through and have all of the pages all trained on everything.
So I just want to show you guys, let's go in and test this right here. So if we go over and open up the voice AI agent, we can call in and test it and show you guys how this all works. So hopefully you guys can hear us.
We're just going to start the web call right here. Hey, you've reached Pro The Distance. How can I help you today?
Yeah, I've got an issue with my toilet leaking. Happy to help with that. Before we go further, let me quickly confirm a few details so I can get back to you with anything you need.
Am I speaking to guest visitor 001? No, this is Jason. Thank you, Jason.
Could you please provide your last name as well? Wardrop. Thanks, Jason.
That's Jason Wardrop, J -A -S -O -N, W -A -R -D -R -O -P, right? I see we have your email as jasonwardropgmail .com. Is that still the best address?
Yep, that's great. Perfect, Jason. Could you please share the best phone number for a callback?
Yeah, it's 480 -555 -1234.
Thank you. So that's 480 -555 -1234, correct? Now, about your leaking toilet.
Can you tell me a bit more about what's happening? For example, is it leaking from the base, the tank, or somewhere else? Yeah, it's leaking down around the base.
Yeah, honestly, as soon as possible would be great. Jason, the soonest available appointments are tomorrow, October 2nd at 9 a .m., 10 a .m., or 11 a .m. Would any of these times work for you?
Yeah, let's go with the 9 a .m. just to get it knocked out quick. You're all set for tomorrow, October 2nd at 9 a .m.
A plumber from Pro The Distance will come out to take care of your leaking toilet. Is there anything else I can help you with today, Jason? Nope, that's it.
Thank you. I've noted your details and your appointment is confirmed. A team member from Pro The Distance will see you tomorrow at 9 o 'clock a .m.
Thanks for calling, Jason. Have a great day. I mean, how cool was that, right?
And obviously he was saying, is this guest user 000 whatever because it was just a demo. But then I said, Jason Wardrop, it already found me inside the system and knew my actual email and it was able to pull in all that information, automatically book an appointment on the calendar and do everything seamlessly. So imagine being able to go through and do that for these.
small business owners that were able to find on google maps offer them this simple service since they already know that they're missing phone calls they already know that a lot of these potential deals are falling through the cracks just because they don't have the time the effort or maybe they don't even have the energy because it's the end of the day they're driving home after all these appointments, they just don't want to deal with another customer.
Where AI, this AI agent, it never goes on vacation, it's not difficult to deal with, it never gets tired, so it's always able to answer the phone call, it's always able to help and explain the situations just like this AI agent did, explaining why I was probably having that leak around the base of my toilet, and then automatically book an appointment on the calendar that was able to sync up with the calendar of the business.
So anyway, if you guys want my free step -by -step course showing you guys how to go through and get clients, fulfill for clients, do all that stuff, go ahead, smash like button, drop a comment down below. And once again, if you guys want to go through and get started with an extended 30 -day free trial to that software that I just showed you, plus get all my prompts and everything like that, there's a link down in the description to start an extended 30 -day free trial.
You'll be able to white label that software just like I showed you. resell it as your own bring on as many clients as you want and you'll also get a free one -on -one kickoff call to make sure that you understand the software how it's set up and make sure that you're getting everything set up the right way so anyway guys with that said thanks so much for watching and i'll see you in the next video
