Big Idea
The argument in one line.
Filming 100+ TikTok Shop videos a week isn't about grinding harder, it's about splitting selection, bulk filming, refinement, editing, and ideation into separate single-task days so a flow state produces far more usable footage than mixing every task into one day.
Who This Is For
Read if. Skip if.
READ IF YOU ARE…
You're running or starting a TikTok Shop affiliate account and need a repeatable system for producing enough content to find winners.
You already film UGC or product videos but feel scattered doing selection, filming, editing, and posting all in the same day.
You manage multiple creator accounts and need a simple way to route footage to the right editor or channel.
SKIP IF…
You're not doing product-affiliate or UGC-style content, the schedule and warehouse system are built specifically around physical product turnover.
You're looking for hook-writing or editing technique, this video is about the production pipeline, not the craft of the videos themselves.
TL;DR
The full version, fast.
A TikTok Shop affiliate who has done over $4 million in personal sales breaks his week into five single-task days: Monday for product selection and analytics review, Tuesday for filming 80 brand-new-product videos purely to gather data, Wednesday for doubling down on 10-20 higher-quality videos of proven winners, Thursday for editing and scheduling the week's posts, and Friday for ideation only. Physical products are sorted into inbound, needs-filming, needs-refilming, and outbound zones. On camera, a trained ChatGPT prompt turns a product-listing screenshot into a hook plus a feature-benefit list, each product gets filmed 4-5 times with varied hooks, and a shirt-color change signals which of his multiple accounts a batch belongs to. He claims about six hours of filming a week produces consistent five-figure monthly commissions.

Atomic Insights
Lines worth screenshotting.
Splitting product selection, filming, editing, and ideation into separate single-task days produces more usable footage than doing all four every single day.
A bulk filming day's real purpose isn't the finished videos, it's generating data on which brand-new products are converting before more time gets invested.
The rule for what earns extra filming time is concrete: any product that lands even one above-average sale or view spike in the last 30 days gets doubled down on.
Props and elaborate B-roll are reserved for slower, high-quality shoot days; fast bulk-filming days skip them entirely to protect speed.
Sorting physical inventory into inbound, needs-filming, needs-refilming, and outbound zones makes every product's status visible without a spreadsheet.
A 'needs refilming' zone exists specifically for winning products, treating a proven performer as something to keep re-shooting rather than a one-and-done video.
The on-camera script formula is feature, then benefit: state what the product does, then immediately translate it into the psychological reason to buy.
Filming the same product 4-5 times with a different visual and verbal hook each take multiplies a single product's 'at bats' instead of relying on one attempt.
A shirt-color change is used as a manual tag for the editor, signaling which of several separate accounts a batch of takes belongs to.
Once a product is set up, 8-10 videos can come out of roughly 20-30 minutes; the first takes on a new product are always the slowest.
About 87% of a channel's viewers are typically unsubscribed, a stat the creator cites directly to his own audience mid-video.
Takeaway
A 5-day system beats grinding every task every day
THE FRAMEWORK
Splitting product selection, bulk filming, refinement, editing, and ideation into separate single-task days lets a flow state produce more usable footage than mixing every task into one day.
02Monday: product selection and analytics
Monday is dedicated to product selection and pulling a full list of what you'll film that week, plus reviewing the past week's analytics to see what actually worked.
Reviewing analytics before filming lets you double down on what's already getting views instead of guessing at new ideas.
03Tuesday: the 80-video bulk day
Tuesday's only goal is producing 80 videos of products never filmed before, with editing and analysis banned that day so nothing competes for attention.
Bulk-filming brand-new products isn't really about the finished videos, it's a data-gathering exercise that tells you which products are converting before you invest more time.
04Wednesday: the double-down day
Wednesday caps output at 10-20 videos of the products that are already converting, trading quantity for higher production quality, props, extra locations, and more time per video.
The criteria for doubling down is concrete: any product that's landed even a single above-average sale or view spike in the last 30 days earns more filming time.
05Thursday and Friday: editing, scheduling, ideation
Thursday is handed entirely to editing (self, an editor, or AI editing software) and scheduling the week's output, so the filmer never touches post-production that day.
Friday has no filming or editing task at all, it's set aside for studying competitors' hooks and trends and deliberately thinking through new ideas.
06Gear and props
The core kit is deliberately minimal: any rolling table, a phone, a clip-on mic, and a ring light, with a window used as a free secondary light source.
Props like staged scenes or fake money are reserved for the slower, high-quality Wednesday shoots; bulk Tuesday days skip them entirely to protect filming speed.
07Warehouse management for products
Physical inventory gets sorted into four zones, inbound, needs filming, needs refilming, and outbound, so every product's status is visible at a glance instead of tracked in a spreadsheet.
A 'needs refilming' zone exists specifically for winning products, treating a proven performer as something to keep re-shooting, not a one-and-done video.
08Live filming demo: framing, AI prompt, script
The framing formula is fixed: head at the top of frame, product centered, and space left at the bottom for captions, hashtags, and username overlays.
Instead of scripting from scratch, a trained ChatGPT prompt turns a screenshotted product listing into ready-to-read hooks plus a features-and-benefits list, so the only job on camera is reading it back naturally.
The on-camera formula is: state a feature, then immediately translate it into the psychological benefit that motivates a purchase, rather than listing specs.
09Multiplying output: retakes and multi-account shirts
Each product gets filmed 4-5 times with a different visual hook and verbal hook per take, treating one product as multiple 'at bats' instead of one attempt.
For creators running more than one account, a shirt-color change signals to the editor which account each batch of takes belongs to, letting one filming session feed several channels.
8-10 videos come out of roughly 20-30 minutes once a product is already set up; the first takes on a new product are the slowest and the process speeds up as the script becomes second nature.
10Why the system works
Batching identical tasks into a single day produces a flow state that raises output per hour, versus splitting attention across selection, filming, editing, and posting every single day.
The entire operation is framed as roughly 6 hours of filming a week, which is the argument for why the schedule prevents burnout rather than causing it.

metaphorstory
In this video, I'm going to show you exactly how I plan, script, and film over a hundred TikTok shop videos in just a single day. Everything that I'm going to show you, I've learned by doing TikTok shop for the last three years, making over $4 million in sales on this app. Personally mentoring over $30 million in sales.
My mom does this full -time. My friends do this full -time. My sister does this full -time and is number one for home and living on the entire app in the entire world.
So in this video, I'm going to show you exactly how I literally pick up my products, film them, and structure my entire week so that I not burnt out at the end of it. So without further ado, let's get right into the video.
So to start this out, what I'm going to do is I'm going to talk about the schedule and then we're going to talk about actually filming and. filming with you. And so you can actually see me film these videos and how everything is going to work.
First thing with the schedule that we're going to talk about is how I would schedule based on myself and what works for me. Obviously it depends on what works for you, but this is what I do. First day is Monday.
Monday is a plan product selection and a get a list of all the products that you are going to film for the week in this day. This is also a day that you're going to study your analytics. So you're going to see what was working for the previous weeks and what you've been selling.
What's been getting a ton of views, just like really seeing what is working for your account. Next day is going to Tuesday.
Tuesday to me is a bulk filming day. This is a day where my goal is to get 80 videos out on this day just to film. My job is not to edit these videos.
My job is not to do product selection. My job is not to study a bunch of videos. Your sole goal on Tuesday is just get 80 videos filmed.
That's it. Which is exactly what I'm going to show you how that process works for me in this video here in a little bit. Also, I want to preface that the Tuesday bulk filming day where you're filming 80 videos, the sole goal of that day is just to produce lots of content of products you've never filmed before so these are lots of videos of new products again never touched never like maybe they just arrived at your door and that day that Tuesday of bulk filming is giving you data giving you an understanding of what products are converting for you so that you can double down on them on Wednesdays next day is gonna be Wednesday Wednesday is a double down day is what I call it or a high quality video day this is where your goal is to get 10 to 20 videos out you're not allowed to do more than 20 videos and you're not allowed to do less than 10 videos with these high quality videos the sole goal of this is to see what's working with your account what are you selling what are you
doing a lot of and produce more of those and make them higher quality do really good videos spend the time on them and the entirety that the entire day is literally just to film these really good video or the really good products that you're working for your account and when i say high quality videos i'm referring to like these really in -depth like b -roll style videos that might take you a long time where you have to like bring in props to film with or if you've seen these viral tick -tock shop videos where they're like really high quality and they're you know they're going out and doing things maybe even out in town or they're like in their backyard, digging a hole in the ground or something crazy.
These are the days that you do those things. Also for Wednesday, your goal is to look at these products that are converting the most for you. So look at your top five products that have made you the most money in the last 30 days.
See if there's new products that started making a couple sales, but haven't gone viral yet. These are all things that I would personally be doubling down on. If a product is making you even a single sale or is breaking out in views on a single video, that's like above your normal average.
These are products that I personally think that you need to be continuing to post on, which again is what these Wednesdays are for. You are also doing a minimum of 10 videos and a maximum of 20 videos with the sole goal of doing quality and not quantity like Tuesday was.
Thursdays are also the days that you either are using an editor. So if you have somebody that you have. edit your videos for you.
This is the day that you're sending it to them. This is the day that you are receiving those videos back from them. These are the days where you're really just taking advantage of everything editing, whether you edit the videos, whether you're using like a software like Cut AI that automatically edits your videos for you.
Thursday is the day that you do all of that. And then you are scheduled posting all of these videos for the entirety of the next week. So from Thursday to the next Thursday, you will have all of these 100 videos.
posted across that entire week how you split those up of whether you want to do three a day or or you post all three of them in the morning or you post you know all three of them within a couple minutes of each other or you post them spread out it doesn't matter at the end of the day just post the videos across the week that's it if the video is meant to do well it'll do well Don't overthink that.
And then moving on to Friday. Friday is the ideation day or coming up with cool ideas. This is more of a relaxing day for you to just brainstorm.
Think of cool ideas and study the big creators that are making a lot of money on the app and see what they're doing. What kind of trends are happening on the app? What kind of hooks are being used?
What frameworks are happening? And really just dive deep into the psychology behind things and just come up with cool stuff. Sit in the shower and think about cool ideas.
Lay in bed and just like brainstorm. give yourself the space to think because it really does help, especially for these super viral videos that you'll see. That pretty much covers everything for schedule and like how I'd schedule myself.
Now, let's just pretend in this moment that we are now on Tuesday. Today is Tuesday and we're gonna do bulk filming and try to get 80 videos out. Obviously, I'm not about to film 80 videos with you and you watch every single one of them.
You'll get the gist after two of them, but you'll see me go through this entire process with you. First, before we do that, we need to talk about gear. Gear and equipment that I currently use.
depends on you and what you want to use. This is just works for me and it works for a lot of other big affiliates that I see as well. First thing is this table.
This table is on TikTok shop. I don't know. Any table was really fine.
I use the wooden ones. You probably see a lot of big affiliates use, but really any table that you can just set the products on and utilize will work. I like ones on wheels because you can roll it around a little bit easier and move it depending on like lighting and stuff like that.
But this is the one I use right now. Next, I will say is very important is your phone. If you want to film, you have to have a phone.
I have this one. over here and we will record on it here in just a minute. So you guys will be able to see how I record.
You'll be able to see it on the side of the screen over here in a little bit. Also outside of that, we have microphones. I'm currently using the one right now so you can hear me for this video, but I would attach to the bottom of this phone and utilize that and attach the microphone to my hat or like a shirt or something.
But microphones are actually pretty valuable, especially now with TikTok shop and any UGC content quality of audio is really important. So I actually do recommend getting some. personally use the DJI mic mini twos DJI mic mini twos I use these love these things they're probably one of the best purchases I've made genuinely and I'm not sponsored by saying that And then next I will say is the Willisi ring light.
This ring light is like a sun in your face, but it's great. It makes the lighting very unwashed out, not shadowy, but looks good. And you'll be able to see that here in just a minute.
But the Willisi ring light, use that thing all the time. My sister actually put me onto it and I love it. I've not stopped using it.
And plus it comes with this little phone holder so I can put my phone here, watch myself on camera, know I have good lighting and utilize it like that. Next thing that you won't be able to see right now, but I do utilize and... almost everybody can utilize is a window.
Window is probably one of the best equipments for lighting as well. So I'm utilizing the Wolisi ring light for lighting, but I'm also utilizing my windows itself for natural lighting. Natural lighting is probably one of the best lightings you can get.
So I highly recommend utilizing it. Cool, that covers gear and equipment that I personally use. There's people that use tons of different things like props and they purchase like fake things, fake money, fake this, that.
I've bought in a lot of those things and I utilize them in TikTok videos as well. More along the high quality videos, I'll utilize these props. because they take time and on these bulk filming days, I'm trying to save my time so that I can produce a lot of content.
So in these bulk filming days on Tuesdays, I don't do that. but I do recommend props for these high quality days. Again, that covers equipment.
Now let's move on to warehouse management is what I'm calling it, but it's gonna kind of depend on how you wanna run this. But what I kind of do right now is, and this isn't right now, I used to do it a lot better, but I don't do it anymore. I'll have a big table here and I'll split it up into different areas.
But basically it's gonna be different sections. So there's an inbound section to where these products are inbound. Like I just got them in the mail.
I'm like unboxing them or they haven't been unboxed. like needs to be filmed section where i'm like currently filming and filming these products but i haven't like i kind of want to come back to them uh maybe or i am filming them and then there's a needs to be refilmed like these are winning products i want to keep filming and then there's an outbound section where i need to sell this on facebook marketplace i'm getting rid of this product i'm donating it whatever it may be so there's kind of different sections here depending on the flow that these products will move through like hey this product just got in now i'm filming it now i need to refilm it because it's a winner and now it's done and I'm done with it and it needs to go away.
Next, what we're going to do is I'm going to show you how I actually set up my area. So first things first is I'll turn this light on, turn the Wolisi ring light on, have it set to a good area or good lighting. Then I'll turn the camera on and I'll set it up so that I have it.
like in a good position or a framing and then what i'll do is i will have my actual camera which you should be able to see off to the side here of the actual video recording and so this is kind of like a good setup as you should be able to see this is how i like it where my head is at the top of the frame up here the product will be almost center of the video and then there's a little bit of gap at the bottom that you like is down here so it's for like the captions and the hashtags and whatever in your name um and so the product is going to sit right about here so now that this is framed and this is ready and i'm ready to film with this obviously i'll have the mic i'll plug in the mic get that all set up and turned on so that that works and then what i'll do is one of my favorite parts is i will have this what you should be able to see off to the side of the screen now is my chat gpt prompt which is basically like i take a screenshot of the product listing and what i've trained it on doing is giving me really viral hooks and giving me a list of features and benefits that
are designed to make really good purchasing intent for these consumers that want to buy these products. So all I have to do is just screenshot the product, put it into this AI prompt, and then it will tell me basically what to say about the product that will incentivize a sale. And it talks about the features and benefits.
So I don't have to script anything. I'm literally just, you know, it's sitting off to the side of my desk so that when I have this product here, I can just look over there, reference it, and then say my lines. And so it's very quick.
I can knock out tons of videos. Now, after that, I put the products up here. Shout out Void, Void Energy.
Their stuff's actually pretty good. I put these products up here and I will make sure the positioning is good. I don't want to be too close to the screen.
I don't want to be too far away. I want to be just right. But I also want some visual hooks in my video too, at least a little bit.
So what I'm going to do is position it so that they can see that. Now, what I'm going to do is I'm going to look at my script and then as I'm starting the video, I'm going to do so by reading the script. Cool.
And now I'm going to start the video and I'll start my lines. Can I tell you the biggest problem that most people have with energy drinks? It's not that they give you energy because they do.
It's that energy without focus is basically useless. This is void energy. It's an energy drink made for creatives and entrepreneurs.
And now what I'm going to do is I'm looking at the benefits and features and I'm going to say a feature and then say the benefit that psychologically creates people to want to purchase. So for example, a nootropic focused formula designed to give a mental clarity with your energy so you can actually get something done. That would be something along the lines I could say in that regard.
It has a nootropic focused formula. designed to give you mental clarity so you can actually get something done. This is a 24 pack that I got.
And for the price that TikTok shop has these things on right now, I'd highly recommend just checking the price below. And if they haven't sold out just yet, I'll leave a link down below so you guys can grab some. And then I'm done.
That's kind of a quicker one. Honestly, I would film that a little bit longer, give some more benefits and features. But I kind of got caught up thinking about you guys watching this video.
But there's tons of benefits and features it gives me. And then it also goes into urgency points of like getting people more urgent to purchase that I would also talk about. out in there if you guys want that prompt feel free check out below there should be an option in the description down below so you guys can grab that now what i would do is film another one of these videos doing the same thing i would do a different visual hook like you know as you guys saw i probably you know set them down here i would do a different visual hook maybe it would be me cracking open a can in the front but i would say a different verbal hook as well so i'm changing things up and i would film this now this is the important part i'd film this product four to five times.
So I get a variation of hooks, different styles, different formats, you know, different things because I'm already have this product out. I might as well film it four to five times and get myself more at bats for this product to win. Now that that is done, let's just say, for example, just, you know, play with me here and just let's just assume that I filmed four to five videos right here.
Now I'm moving on to a different product. Now that I have filmed on four to five times for that product, I'm then going to switch my shirt. and this is just for people who are more advanced affiliates that have multiple accounts but i would change my shirt and then my editor will know that this shirt color is for a separate account so i have a green shirt account that sells on tick tock shop and i have a blue shirt account for tick tock shop and i have an orange shirt account for tick tock shop and so that would be the next thing i would do is go cool i've just filmed four to five now let's do it again four to five of a different colored shirt And since I, again, I already have this product out.
Now I have more at bats on a whole separate account doing different formats again. So now basically I have filmed eight to 10 videos and maybe a rough timeline of let's say 20 minutes, 30 minutes. i don't know that's probably really bad math but it'll take me about three to five minutes maximum to film each video maximum especially once you get like the ball moving and you're used to talking about this product for a while you start knocking out the videos really really quick like this one probably took you guys i don't know how long it took me to film that but maybe three or four minutes but i could knock that down to like one minute or a minute and a half.
And I'm basically getting my lines perfect every time. So it's really not going to take you that long. The first couple really suck.
But then once you're done with this product, you then shelve it and you move on to the next one. And then you put that one up and you film again until you're at 80 videos or until your products are done, whatever works for you. Now, the reason why I really like this method that I'm showing you right now is the fact that it forces you to focus on a singular task for a singular day.
And you end up knocking out so much better work because you get into a flow state that is going to last you a lot longer than if you were to do product selection on the same day and then you're doing filming on the same day and then you're studying and you're scrolling on tick tock all day and then you're gonna like post your videos and edit that day it's just like so overwhelming and that's probably why you're overwhelmed with your your stuff because you're doing it all on one day every day whereas i'd recommend break it up every day each day is a different task so then when you do that task you are diving very deep into it you can knock out 80 videos it sounds overwhelming but i promise you can do it there's a reason why I can do this and film for maybe six hours a week.
and make $20 ,000 in commission in a single month consistently, filming six hours only a week and only working on this for that little bit of time. It's truly because you can build a system that is really beneficial for your energy and your time and what works for you. If you found this video valuable, give us a subscribe.
