Big Idea
The argument in one line.
Franchise owners are a higher-leverage client target than independent local businesses because they operate in non-competing markets and openly share what works, so one strong result with one owner gets referred across the entire brand's network without additional outreach.
Who This Is For
Read if. Skip if.
READ IF YOU ARE…
You run or want to run a local-business AI/marketing agency and are tired of cold outreach with a near-zero close rate.
You already have one solid client result and want a repeatable way to turn it into more clients without more ad spend.
You're deciding which local-business niche to target and want a research framework instead of guessing.
SKIP IF…
You want a step-by-step technical build guide for the AI tools themselves rather than a client-acquisition strategy.
You have no interest in local-business or franchise clients as a target market.
TL;DR
The full version, fast.
The video argues that most local-business agencies waste months cold-pitching random owners when franchise owners are a far better target: they sit in shared advisory councils, don't compete across non-compete markets, and pay six figures to buy in, so one good result repeats across every location in the network without more outreach. The creator's first franchise client sent 200 more within months. The system he sells has seven components, deployed in order (AI website, database reactivation, reviews and referrals, lead nurturing, AI receptionist, AI sales coach, then paid ads), fixing free leaks before spending on ads. He closes by pitching his own partner program.

Atomic Insights
Lines worth screenshotting.
Franchise owners don't compete with each other because non-compete radiuses put their locations in separate markets, so they freely share what's working across the entire network.
One well-served franchise client can refer 200 more owners within the same brand, because franchisees run the identical business and trust each other's results.
A cold-outreach campaign that sent 1,500 messages over three months booked only three calls, proof that volume without the right target wastes effort.
Franchise owners typically pay high five or six figures for their location rights, which makes them commit to vendors instead of canceling after one slow month.
93% of leads that ever convert are reached on the sixth follow-up attempt, but the average sales rep gives up after just 1.3 attempts.
Text follow-up gets a 45% response rate versus 8% for email, which is why database reactivation campaigns lead with text.
62% of calls to local businesses go unanswered, and every missed call sends that customer to a competitor instead.
A website that takes longer than 3 seconds to load loses 53% of visitors before they ever see the offer.
Responding to a new website lead in under 5 minutes instead of the industry-average 42+ hours makes that lead roughly 500 times more likely to convert.
70% of local-business staff have never received formal sales training, and the 30% who have close about 50% more.
Paid ads run last in this system, only after the website, reviews, follow-up, and sales process are fixed, so ad spend isn't wasted on leads nobody can close.
The average local business already spends around $5,000 a month on marketing while six other operational leaks in its funnel stay wide open.
Takeaway
Franchise owners refer their entire network
CLIENT TARGETING
Franchise owners share results across non-competing markets and pay heavily to stay in the system, so one good result with one owner can turn into dozens of referred clients without more outreach.
01Nobody targets these
Most AI agencies chase whichever local business owner has the most money, which forces them to restart the sales cycle from zero every single month.
Franchise owners are common on every Main Street, yet almost no agency pitches them as a distinct, higher-leverage target.
02Why franchises?
Franchise locations operate in separate, non-competing markets, so owners freely share what's actually working instead of guarding it as a secret.
A franchise owner typically paid high five or six figures for the right to use the brand, which makes them commit to vendors instead of quitting after a slow month.
One agency partner sent 1,500 cold outreach messages over three months and booked only three calls, showing how weak targeting wastes volume.
03Jeff changed everything
A single well-served franchise client who sits on the brand's advisory board can personally vouch for a vendor to every other owner in the network.
More than 200 gym owners in one franchise network came pre-sold on a vendor purely from one satisfied owner's word, with zero ads or cold outreach involved.
04My research skill
Before pitching any industry, research it deeply enough to know its total addressable market, price points, and existing vendor gaps before making contact.
A market is worth targeting only if it already has proof of concept, a market bigger than 10,000 prospects, high ticket pricing, and is still growing.
Studying which services existing competitors in a niche don't offer reveals the specific gap a new agency can fill to stand out.
05Leads for $2?
Paid ad leads convert better than cold outreach because the viewer already self-identified as having the problem before clicking.
Simple open targeting, excluding only regions with a language mismatch, can outperform complex lookalike or interest-based audience setups for local lead gen.
Ad copy should call out the specific market by name and read at roughly a fifth-grade level, since that's the average American reading level.
06One job only
After landing one client, the only job that matters is delivering a result so good the client can't stop talking about it to peers.
Referrals from a single happy franchise client compounded into sales across an entire national brand's other locations over several years.
07Seven holes?
Treat a local business's lost revenue as seven separate leaks: slow website, dead leads, no reviews, no follow-up, unanswered calls, untrained sales staff, and unmanaged ad spend.
A website that takes longer than 3 seconds to load loses more than half its visitors before they ever see the offer.
93% of leads that eventually convert are reached on the sixth follow-up attempt, while the average sales rep quits after 1.3 attempts.
Only 11% of staff ever ask a customer for a review even though 98% of prospects check reviews before buying.
08Missing 62%?
62% of calls to local businesses go unanswered, and every missed call sends that customer straight to a competitor.
70% of local business staff have never had formal sales training, and the 30% who did close roughly 50% more deals.
09Now run ads
Paid ads should be the last system deployed, not the first, because ad spend is wasted on leads a business can't yet follow up with or close.
The average local business already spends around $5,000 a month on marketing while six other operational leaks stay wide open.

Seven and a half years ago, I started an AI business and made nothing for the first six months. But on the ninth month, I signed one particular client that catapulted my business to a $1 million a year run rate just six months later. Since then, I've been able to sign million dollar clients like this, and the same business has now made me over $25 million.
The crazy part about that though, is the $1 million client I'm talking about is literally in every city in the Western world. You probably have walked past one this week and you really never thought of them as a client. And all it takes - is a specific strategy to sign one and build a million dollar business while no one is looking.
So in this video, I'll show you what clients you need to make $1 million, the AI business that I run to capitalize on this opportunity and how you can do the exact same. Let's get into it. Now, the mistake that every AI business makes is going after all local businesses and trying to go after whoever pays the most money.
Usually you wanna sell to the rich and sell to as many of them as possible to build a successful business. But this is a mistake one of my partners used to do exactly. that.
He sent over 1500 of these messages over three months and he only booked three calls. Three months of work for three conversations is terrible. And even if he closed all of them, he'd have to do it again the next month and then again and again.
So the cycle of getting clients never ends for most businesses. And that's because they're targeting the wrong type of client. So instead of trying to get every random business owner as a client, you should only go for franchise owner because they're 1000 times richer than one independent business owner with a lot of money.
Here's why. They're all sitting in the same rooms talking to each other about what's working and what's not working. And most big franchises have an advisory board or a FBC, Franchise Business Council, where a handful of the biggest owners and the most well -respected owners sit down with corporate and then they talk about how to grow their business.
You see, unlike independent business owners, franchise owners don't compete with each other because they have their locations in separate markets where they have non -compete radiuses. And a gym owner in Ohio isn't competing with a gym owner in Texas. They own the - same business in a different market so there's no downside to telling each other what actually makes them money and what doesn't so when one of them finds something that does work the whole network hears about it in a week and wants to do it and it's literally that simple all the owners in one franchise run the exact same business so if they know that something worked for one of them they know that it's gonna work for the rest and that's what I call master key clients one client can literally unlock every other client that could work with you so you don't need 200 clients, you need one client with 200 cousins.
And trust me, it makes it very easy because every new type of business means learning everything from scratch again but with a franchise it's literally the exact same business so if you build a solution for one of those locations you can literally just copy and paste it into the exact other location and that's why franchises are so successful they're literally the most successful and least risky business that you can start franchise owners also stay a lot longer a franchise agreement isn't a monthly thing the owners of the locations paid six figures typically high six figures for the right to put the franchise logo on the building.
So they're committed to long -term investments. It's a very different caliber business owner, typically than an independent business owner. And someone who commits like that doesn't cancel a service because they had a slow month.
And I'm saying this because this is exactly what happened to me. Now, if you're wondering how I discovered how great franchise owners are, it was actually because I found someone not on YouTube that had actually done the thing that I was trying to do. And then in 2019, I signed a guy by the name of Jeff and Jeff owned 12 Anytime Fitness locations.
time i didn't know that franchise owners spoke to each other but i still did the best work that i could then something happened that changed my entire business and really my life permanently jeff just told other owners to work with me and he sat on his franchise advisory board and he told all of the people he was friends with that he basically consulted that were just fellow franchisees that we got him good results at his gym and over the next few months more than 200 gym owners came to me and they were already sold before we spoke because jeff had literally done the selling for me and i didn't have to run ads or send thousands of outreach messages on email cold calling dming that was almost seven years ago and i still work with most of them today and seven years later i'm a preferred vendor for franchise groups that own thousands of locations if you know what exponential brands is they own 3 000 fitness locations across the country club ready works with over 5 000 businesses alloy personal training but my business partner today owns 149 anytime fitnesses and then three base camp studio and he's continuing to scale and so now you know
what type of clients to go after here's how to sign them up before you contact one of them you have to do what I'm gonna call sniper research which is research to learn about one industry better than the people selling to them already and they're gonna want to pick one franchise brand and research how many locations they have what their memberships cost who their biggest donors are what their advisor board is and so what I did is I created a skill called the niche research rubric where all you have to do is put the industry that you're trying to do the research on and from there what it will do is outline the four things the four criteria that an industry needs to meet to be an industry worth going after.
The first one's proof of concept. And what I mean by that is that other people are already having success with them. The second one is the total adjustable market's bigger than 10K.
The third is that it's high ticket. And then the fourth is that it's growing. And so I just did this as an example.
I did dentists. And from here, what you can see is it's literally breaking down all of this. And then I also have it do a little bit of research into that market to see the gap with what they do.
So here you can see a bunch of agencies that are already in that market and it's pulling their reviews. talking about what they do. And then based off what we sell, which I'll get into here in a second, you can see that there are not agencies providing some of the things that I sell, which means there's a massive gap in the market.
Because the reason why I was able to get referred out to so much within that franchise was because I was doing something unique. They were already working with vendors. They were already paying vendors to help them grow their business.
But I was doing one thing differently. I innovated on what people were already doing. And because of that, I got a really good result.
And because I got people really good results, naturally they told other people to work with me. I was getting them better results than they'd ever gotten before. This shows you that gap in the market.
You literally just have to type that in and it will literally do the research for you. And then it will also build out and tell you the franchises within that market with dentists, right? You can see there's literally thousands of them.
And from there, you now know what the opportunity even looks like within that market, right? And so this is a very big document. I've put a lot into this.
And if you want access to it, just comment on the video. I can easily send it to you and share the skill with you. so that you literally can just type it in right here.
It takes maybe like 10 to 15 minutes to actually fill out. From here, what I then did is I've also built another skill that then finds where you literally just type in the city and then the industry, and it will find franchises within that city and industry and show you opportunity to be able to reach out to them to basically set appointments with them.
And this is how I was able to get my first three customers, which I'll show you here in a second. But as you can see, these are all franchises. And then what this also does is it list out how you can actually reach out to these people on facebook based off their google reviews and how poor they are compared to their competition so it specifically pulls franchises that are lacking with google reviews and then it pulls their competitors that are doing better and then it formulates messaging based off my messaging that i've used over the years but then also pulling in those specific points because the last thing people ever want to get is a cookie cutter message they want it to be personalized they want it to be specific they want it to make sense and they want it to be valuable and that's exactly what this does this This was literally my first customer, a guy named Wade Wilburn, where you can see I reached out to him on Facebook right here.
And he wasn't a franchise. What I actually did is I got a couple independent business owners, gym owners first. And then I started reaching out to franchises after I had results.
And then I stopped going after independent gym owners. But as you can see here, he was one of the first who was an independent gym owner. And then I also had this guy, which is Greatness Fitness.
And as you can see here, this was me reaching out to him, was able to set an appointment. And then if I go over here, you can see this is Wade Wilburn giving me a test. that I posted from back in 2019.
And then I also have a testimonial from Patrick from Greatness Fitness, one of the co -owners at Greatness Fitness talking about his experience while working with me. And then there are other ways also to reach out to people if you have some money, specifically paid advertising. So what I'm gonna show you now is my exact process I use that I've spent over a million dollars generating customers through running paid ads.
The cool thing about running paid ads is when people see your ads, they've already identified in their mind that they have a problem that they want solved. So you don't have to convince them to get them over the hurdle, to even give you the time of day to talk to you, they opted into the ads.
And so this is one of my ads that I run for my business gym members now, where we've been getting leads for $18 and 86 cents. And what I'm going to do is I'm going to just show you exactly what it is and how to set it up on your own. I'm going to then show you an example of someone that I work with in a totally different industry working with accountants.
And then I'm going to show you a skill I made on Claude that literally builds out ads for you based off this, and then gives you prompts that you can put into chat GPT to build the creatives for you. So basically in an ad camp, you have the campaign, you have the ad set, and then you have the ads.
The campaign is where you identify what your objective is, and your objective should be lead gen. It's that simple. That's all you need to do.
You can also set your budget right here, however much you're going to spend. You can spend as little as $5 a day. I'm going to show you an example where a guy is getting leads for less than two bucks a day that you can charge between $1 ,500 to $5 ,000 a month for.
From here, this is the ad set. This is where you identify your targeting, who's actually going to see your ads. This is where most people mess it up.
And so with this, all we're going to be doing is open targeting. And what I mean by that is we're going to be targeting all of America, all of Canada.
We're going to exclude Quebec because they speak French and you have to run ads in French. So fuck them. We're not going to be running ads there.
And then we're going to make the age 27 to 65 plus, because most people below the age of 27 do not own a gem. Maybe for your industry, it might be different, but I think that's a good rule of thumb. And that's literally it.
You don't need to do any lookalike audiences, custom audiences, interest -based audiences. This is the part where if you don't know what to do, you will waste a ton of money trying to figure out what to do. Or you have someone like me that's already spent the money figuring out what works.
And I just kind of tell you, this is an example of one of our ads. The main things you want when it comes to making ads is you want the ad copy to call out the market, right? Gem owners, the town, if you're running ads to a specific town of gem owners.
Secondly, you need the ad copy to read at a fifth grade reading level. You need it to be very easy for people to understand because the average American reads at a fifth grade reading level. And then in addition to that, you want the ad image, the creative needs to stand out.
So it needs to have strong contrast. And then again, it needs to call out the market, okay? So that's really...
what we need here. And as you can see, I was getting leads for $18 with this one. This is someone I work with that's never run ads in their life.
I set this up for them and they're getting leads, as you can see, for $1 .61. The reason why we get leads for a little bit more money is because we've been running this exact same offer for the last three years and the market's gotten a little bit saturated. But whenever we run this offer and drop it in a different market with some of my partners, it absolutely explodes just like it is right here where you can see yesterday, he got 18 leads for $2 and today he's gotten 12 leads for $1 .61.
What I'll show you right here. is the skill that i built to actually do this as well and if you want it like i said just comment below in the video i can send all these to you but basically all you have to do is put in the market that you're trying to go after and from there what it will do is it will write out the ad copy and it gives you a couple different options based off what i've run and what i know works it will write out the headline which is the second element of an ad it will write out the description which is the third element and then it will give you a prompt that you can upload into chad gbt to create an image for you for free just like the ones that that I was just showing you.
So if I go back over here, as you can see, I literally just did that. You can see this image right here. I did it here.
You can see these images here. And now if I go back over here. to what the ads actually looked like, you can see it's very, very similar.
So let's say you land one client that owns a franchise. Now, all you have to do is one job. And that one job is you gotta get that one owner a result so good that they can't stop talking about it to other people.
I sell a business owner an AI system that solves specific problems and helps them tackle their biggest problems. And it's a system that they've never been sold before. And that's why, like I said earlier, it ends up getting them a better result.
You'll be able to see that every local business is kind of like a bucket. with seven holes in it. And each hole is a problem that makes them lose money every single time that they try to get more clients.
But each component of the system plugs one specific hole. So in the end, the business can fill the bucket full of water. And you can think about each component like an AI employee that do the work for you and for the business owner and their staff.
But before I go into that, what I want to show you real quick is just the fact that I've actually done this with people and franchises that then refer me out like crazy. So this is Jeff right there. That is me.
He had me come speak at a conference back in 2019. And as I scroll through my Facebook business page here, you can see all of these sales I got are Anytime Fitnesses and they all came from him, okay? And now if I go here to today, this is a guy named Rob Wolf, which owns an alloy personal training studio, which is a franchise.
And if I just keep scrolling up from here, he referred this guy, he referred this guy. And these are just people that gave us testimonials, right? He referred this guy, he referred her, he referred her, him, okay?
And so him, these are all alloys. And so my point in saying that is in the last seven months, I've gotten referred from another guy in another franchise 52 locations and they're paying us anywhere from fifteen hundred to twenty five hundred dollars a month But before I do break down each part of the system, I need to tell you something You're probably asking yourself Why would I give all of this stuff away for free so that other people can literally steal my business?
And the reason is that I actually want you to steal this I'm looking to sell my AI agency in the future and it was recently valued at over five million dollars But my broker told me something that really made me think about not selling it and what he said was if I can help other people like three to four other where people build the exact same business in different niches, right?
Different industries and then roll them into a portfolio. We could sell the portfolio of companies for about three to 10 times more than I would be able to get if I tried to do it on my own. So that 5 million turns into over $15 million, basically with no extra work from me.
So if you're serious about building your own AI agency and selling it in the future, like I'm trying to do and like I'm gonna do, you can apply to become my partner with the link below. We'll get on a call and we'll see if you're a good fit. If you're not, no big deal.
And if you are, we can talk about that. Now, what I'm gonna show you, is the exact system that you're gonna sell to these franchise owners.
Okay, so the first AI employee that we're going to deploy for these franchises that we work with is going to be the AI website, which is optimized for mobile and optimized for load speed. And so with some franchises, you can't change their website, but for example, with some of the ones that I am working with, you can. And so it's not something you can always do, but if you can, you definitely wanna do it.
And the reason why is because the majority of local business owners' websites take more than three seconds to load. half the people trying to go to that website leave and then they just go to another business. If it takes longer than five seconds, what Google's data shows is that over 90 % of people leave.
In addition to that, their website is not optimized for a phone. It's optimized for a computer. And so have you ever gone to a website and you went on your phone and it was optimized for a computer and then you left?
That happens all the time. What the data shows is that 78 % of people that experience that leave and then go to a website that's mobile optimized. And then in addition to that, local businesses make it really difficult for people that go to their website to leave their information.
And what I mean by that is they use a contact form. You have to scroll all the way down to find it, or you have to click a button to get to it. The contact form is the lowest converting form on a website based off Google's data.
It converts that around one to 2%. And so what we do is we make it so that the website loads in under a second. We make sure that it's optimized for both mobile and desktop users.
And then we make it so that the offer, the way they can leave their information is right at the top. And there's a promotion for them to leave their information, right? So there's an incentive.
There's a reason. And then in addition to that, we don't ask them their first name last name phone number email all at once because that's the wrong way to do it you want to ask one question at a time because there's less friction we want to fix this first because it's essentially their digital front door and so by doing that you're able to generate leads which is the whole purpose of the website now the second ai employee that we deploy is the database reactivation and this is very simple all we do is we take the database of the local businesses lead so in my scenario a gym owner we take their database of old customers and people that did opt into their website but never became customers.
And then we connect it to the AI system that will then reach out to them. And before it reaches out to them, it segments based off men, women, and in their age group to make a personalized message. And then it reaches out to them, the people who are interested, and then books an appointment, qualifies them, reminds them of their appointment, and gets them to show up to their appointment.
And then if they don't show up, it handles rebooking them. And all the customer, their staff, or the owner of the business have to do is mark the person as a show or not. And by doing that, we're able to get them tons and tons of appointments coming through without them spending any money on marketing.
And AI employee number three. the reputation manager where we're helping them generate reviews and referrals. And so the reason why we do this after the reactivations is because the majority of these business owners do not reach out or ask people for reviews.
Yet 98 % of people look at reviews before they make a purchasing decision, right? I look at reviews all the time. I would imagine you probably do as well.
And so what we do is just like the reactivation, we take their customer base and then we plug our AI system into it, reaching out to them, asking them first for their feedback. And then we give them an incentive to give us their feedback. So what we say, is on a scale of one to five, how's your experience been?
And if you let us know, we'll give you a chance to win a membership for free for the year. The people that tell us that they had a four or a five in terms of their experience, we then ask them for a Google review, not referencing the raffle because that's legal. That is compliant.
Then from there, when people leave reviews, we then follow up responding to those reviews for them on Google. So the business owner and their staff don't have to. And so by doing that, we generate these businesses, tons of reviews, which then leads to them getting more website traffic because when they get more reviews, that's the heaviest weighted variable when it comes to ranking organically on Google for SEO.
And then in addition to that, we're able to get them free leads from their happiest customers. And then the fourth AI employee that we deploy is the AI website manager. And so all this is doing is following up with leads that opt in through their website instantly.
And so the reason why this is valuable is because on average, these local business owners and their staff take 42 hours of follow -up with leads. And if you don't follow up within five minutes, your chances of getting these leads to convert, come through the door, become a customer drop by over 400%.
And that was according to a Harvard business study that was done back in 2017. And so the data, the attention span, it's probably a lot worse now. And so for that reason, we do this so that the business owner and their staff don't have to worry about following up with leads at all.
And when they're at dinner, when they're asleep, the system is working the leads to make sure that they're followed up with right away so that they do not have to do it. And again, still at this point, we have not started doing any marketing.
We're just making sure that we're capitalizing on the low -hanging fruit and we're squeezing the juice out of the opportunities that they have that they're not. capitalizing on. The fifth AI employee is the receptionist.
And so what we're doing here is just like the website, but it's for when people are calling. So on average, business owners and their staff makes 62 out of a hundred calls. So 62 % of their calls they're getting, they're missing.
And when people don't pick up, the individual on the other end is going to call another business that does the same thing. And if they pick up, they're probably going to go there. Okay.
And so what we do is just make it so that if no one picks up after 10 seconds of a ringing, the AI system does. And then from there, it can answer any questions they have, but the goal it's optimized to book people in for an appointment.
And once it books someone in for an appointment, our system then will text them, qualify them a little bit, confirm their appointment, remind them of their appointment. And then if they don't show up to their appointment, handle rescheduling. And so again, we still haven't run any marketing, haven't invested any money in ads.
We're just squeezing the juice out of the low hanging fruit that these business owners are not. They're not capitalizing on, they're missing it. And now we do this for them without them changing anything that they're doing, which is what you want.
It's a plug and play system. And then the sixth AI employee is the AI sales coach. And so what this does is it will role play with the staff or the owner.
And then it will also review their sales consultations. All they have to do is record them and then upload it into it. And it will analyze them and give them feedback based off what they did well and what they did wrong and what they need to change to get the sale.
And so the reason why this is valuable is because the majority of local business owners really just have no idea what they're doing when it comes. to sales. They don't have a standardized sales process.
Even if they do have a standardized sales process and they do have a script, they don't reinforce it with their team. They don't regularly role play with them. They don't review their consultations.
They don't have them record their consultations. And because of that, typically these businesses do a very poor job of closing leads when they work with marketing companies and marketing companies run ads for them that generate cold leads. They don't make any money because they're not able to close anyone because they don't know how to close anyone or they're not given the support to close anyone.
And so with this AI sales coach, that's exactly what - but it does. And the data shows that on average, 70 % of people that work at local businesses have never received any type of formal sales training.
But it shows that the people who do see over a 50 % increase in sales. This is why we deploy this here is because they need to know how to be able to sell before we do the final thing. And what the final thing is, the AI marketing director.
From here, what we're going to do is we're going to run hyper -targeted ads for them, where we're running ads to men separately, women separately, and then different age groups. So different demographics. So they're hyper -targeted.
which generate a lot more leads for a lot less money. And then in addition to that, we're following up those leads right away so that the business owner doesn't have to. And all the business owner and their staff have to do is take the appointments, talk to the appointments about why they're the right fit for what it is they do or sell.
And then from there, service them and fulfill them, which is what they got into business to do. They didn't get into business, learn AI, websites, tech, marketing, copy, creatives. They didn't get into business, learn any of that stuff.
They hate it. They suck at it. And that's why this system works extremely well.
And this is why we do ads last is because when you do this, you're able. to get results like this because you don't want to start running ads if a business has poor reviews or they don't have any reviews if their website is messed up if they don't answer the phone or if they don't respond to leads right right away and then most importantly if you're able to do all of that right you're able to actually get someone interested to give their information get them to book an appointment get them to show up to the appointment but you can't close them it doesn't matter unfortunately this is what happens with a lot of people but if you read this review right here you can see that this is exactly what happened for her she had worked with another company when she opened up for six months and she was almost convinced that marketing didn't even work in her town i did a testimonial with her on my facebook page it's like a 15 minute long interview where she talks to me about it and as you can kind of see here she basically says i'm really impressed with how they've leveraged ai in a very strategic way to improve outbound outreach operations marketing and follow -up systems with referrals and five -star google reviews this saves our team valuable time so if you land one of these franchise owners and get them great results like i was just showing you i've done the referrals do all the heavy lifting for you you'll get
a lot faster if the system's already built and you have a proven framework to close over 50 of your sales calls and that's what i give my partners i build the aerosol system for them give them the custom gpt to write the ads and teach them the sales calls framework and i've been using this for the last seven years and like i said i want to build a portfolio of seven figure agencies in different industries i already have mine you can apply to become one of my partners in the link below in the description of this video or the pinned comment and if we're a good fit on that call that i talked to you on we'll talk about working together if you're not No big deal either.
I hope you enjoyed this video. I hope you got some value from it. I'll see you in the next

Seven years ago, one signed client sent JP Middleton two hundred more without a single ad or cold message. That client wasn't the richest business owner in town. He was a franchise owner, sitting in a room full of people who all talk to each other.
