Big Idea
The argument in one line.
A single consulting call becomes a repeatable, sellable system once Claude handles the research brief before it, a proposal skill during it, and the client deliverable after it, freeing the consultant to sell strategy instead of admin time.
Who This Is For
Read if. Skip if.
READ IF YOU ARE…
You sell (or want to sell) consulting calls and are pricing them on your time instead of the outcome.
You already use Claude casually but re-explain each client from scratch instead of building repeatable intake and delivery steps around it.
You want a concrete example of turning one offer into a ladder: a low-ticket product, a mid-ticket call, and a high-ticket done-with-you tier.
SKIP IF…
You're looking for a tools-first tutorial — this is a call structure and business-model breakdown, not a feature walkthrough.
You don't do any client-facing consulting or advisory work; the specific workflow won't transfer directly.
TL;DR
The full version, fast.
A consultant explains the system behind a $3,000, 90-minute AI strategy call. Before the call, a client intake form (built with Claude Code and Forms Free) feeds Claude a research pass that returns a one-page brief flagging the real bottleneck, not just what the client asked for. The call itself runs four blocks: diagnose, strategy, tools (only after strategy is set), and a 90-day plan. After the call, Claude turns the transcript into a branded client resource page in about 20 minutes instead of half a day. That one offer anchors an $18,000 in-person team-enablement tier, and the recurring lessons from consults get distilled into a $47 evergreen masterclass sold on autopilot. The through-line: pricing didn't change because skill increased, it changed because Claude absorbed the admin and follow-up work around the call.

Recaps the earlier viral video and sets up the promise: everything that happens before, during, and after a $3,000, 90-minute consulting call, plus the $18,000 tier above it and the passive layer below it.
01:00 – 07:39
02 · Step 1: Before the call
A client intake form built with Claude Code and Forms Free feeds a client's answers to Claude, which researches their site, socials, and inbox history and returns a one-page brief identifying the real bottleneck.
07:39 – 14:38
03 · Step 2: The ninety minutes
The call runs four blocks in order: diagnose the client's stated problem, set strategy before touching any tools, optionally build a tool live with the client (done-with-you), then close with a 7/30/90-day plan.
14:38 – 19:12
04 · Step 3: The page Claude builds
The call transcript is fed into Claude Code with a saved 'resource pack' skill, which builds a branded, Vercel-hosted client page with takeaways, tool setup guides, and an action plan in about 20 minutes.
19:12 – 23:00
05 · Step 4: The $18,000 tier
The $3,000 call anchors a higher, in-person 'Stack to Scale' offer where she sets strategy and trains the client's own team to become the AI operators who run and refine the system themselves.
23:00 – 25:22
06 · Step 5: The layer that sells itself
Recurring lessons across consulting calls get distilled into a $47 evergreen masterclass, sold on autopilot with Stripe and a Claude-built sales page, that has generated roughly $60,000 without requiring live delivery.
25:22 – 26:36
07 · $280 to $3,000
The same 90-minute call went from $280 two years ago to $3,000 today; the change was pricing the offer properly and letting Claude absorb the surrounding admin, not a jump in personal expertise.
Atomic Insights
Lines worth screenshotting.
A pre-call research brief built from the client's intake form, website, and inbox history lets a consultant walk into a call already knowing the client's real bottleneck.
Clients often name the wrong problem: one example client asked for a website chatbot when her actual bottleneck was proposals taking half a day each.
The diagnostic question worth asking directly is what a successful call would look like to the client — it tells you what they actually want, in their own words.
Strategy always comes before tools on a consulting call; naming a specific AI tool before the strategy is set trains the client to think tools solve problems that are actually structural.
A meeting note-taker (Fathom, in this case) is a prerequisite for the whole system, since the post-call deliverable is built directly from that transcript.
Turning a client's discovery-call transcript into a first-draft proposal moved that task from half a day to roughly half an hour.
The post-call deliverable, a branded resource page built from the call transcript, dropped from hours of manual work to about 20 minutes with Claude Code.
A high-ticket tier can be built quietly, without ever selling it, just by mentioning on the booking page that a bigger version exists for teams — it anchors the lower-priced offer by comparison.
Team-based AI rollouts succeed more often than consultant-led ones because the people doing the daily work understand the bottlenecks better than an outside advisor on a single call.
Every consulting call generates repeat material worth teaching again, which is the raw material for a lower-ticket evergreen product built for people not ready to book a call.
The recommended sequence for building an offer ladder is workshops first, then consulting, then an evergreen product distilled from the patterns across consulting calls.
The price for the same 90-minute call went from $280 to $3,000 over two years — the change was pricing and Claude absorbing the surrounding work, not a jump in expertise.
Takeaway
Charge for the outcome, and let Claude carry the admin around it
WHAT TO LEARN
The $280-to-$3,000 jump on the same call came from pricing the outcome instead of the hour, then handing Claude every piece of research, drafting, and follow-up work surrounding it.
02Step 1: Before the call
A client intake form that routes straight into an AI research pass lets you walk into a call already knowing the real bottleneck instead of just the client's stated request.
Clients frequently misdiagnose their own problem, so treat the intake form as a starting hypothesis to verify on the call, not a fixed brief.
Ask directly what a successful outcome would look like to the client — it surfaces their real goal in their own words, before you've proposed anything.
03Step 2: The ninety minutes
Structure a paid call the same way every time: diagnose the stated problem first, set strategy before naming any tool, only build live if it's clearly a done-with-you engagement, then close with a concrete near-term and 90-day plan.
A meeting transcript is the raw material for everything that happens after a call, so a note-taker tool is a prerequisite, not an optional nice-to-have.
04Step 3: The page Claude builds
Turning a call transcript into a first draft (a proposal, a client resource page) can cut hours of manual write-up down to minutes, but it still needs a human review pass before it goes out.
05Step 4: The $18,000 tier
You can seed a higher-ticket tier just by mentioning it exists on your booking page — it anchors your primary offer even before anyone books the bigger one.
Offers that hand ownership to the client's own team tend to stick better than ones an outside consultant fully implements, because the team understands their daily bottlenecks first-hand.
06Step 5: The layer that sells itself
Review your last several client engagements for whatever you keep re-explaining — that repeated explanation is the seed of a lower-ticket, self-serve product.
07$280 to $3,000
A price increase on an unchanged service is often a sign the surrounding admin work got automated, not that the service itself got better.

metaphor
Two months ago I made a video called how I make money with Clod and it is one of the most watched videos on my channel. It told you the four ways that I get paid but a lot of the comments were okay but what do you actually do? So this is part two and I'm going to show you one of the ways in which you can apply this as well.
A client pays me $3 ,000 for a 90 -minute call. I'm gonna show you everything that happens before that call, during it, and after it, and how much of it Claude does now, as well as the tier above it, where one booking is $18 ,000.
And the layer under it, that's while I'm asleep. Five steps, stay till part four. That's the bit, that 90 -minute call.
into an $18 ,000 booking. And nobody in the sell AI to businesses videos shows you how to do that. So here's what you do.
Before you get on the call, you make Claude research everything that the client has given you and write you a one -page brief. Their intake form, researches their website, their socials, any emails that have landed in your inbox. between you and the client and so you walk into the consulting call knowing their problems and how you can help them okay so what i've done this is my consulting call form and i've built this with claude code and when someone books in to a consulting goal on my website they book and pay and this automatically gets sent to them to fill in and confirms their booking So every consult starts here.
So they fill out this form and basically I'm just asking them a bit about their business. So in one sentence, what does your business do? Who's in the business?
Do they have a team? And what do they want to get out of our time together? And here is where I pull out a few more threads.
So I ask them, what's the biggest question that they want answered? What's the biggest bottleneck? or time suck in their business right now.
And I also ask them if the call goes well, what does that look like for them? And that is one of the key questions that you can ask because then the client is literally telling you what they want. Then we get into tools.
And you'll notice here that I don't start with the tools. This comes after. So I asked them about their current AI and tech stack.
any automation or workflow tools, and anything else in their day -to -day tech stack. And then I just ask them a couple of other clarifying questions, which is, what have you already tried to fix this? Again, this is really helpful context before we get on a call.
And any reservations or worries about working together? Oftentimes, people will have worked with someone before and have just not seen the results that they're hoping for. And so if I can kind of address that straight up on the call, that's just going to help them relax, get a bit more comfortable and also just build rapport with them straight away.
And then once they complete that, it gets sent to me. And I have built this with Claude Code and I use a free tool called Forms Free. So if you jump over here to Forms Free.
You can sign up for a free and what it does is it allows Claude Code to connect directly with this free form builder to create these on -brand forms. And then it has done all of the backend automations as well because I've connected it to Claude. It will code this all in my branding colors and then all of these fields get saved and sent to my inbox.
So let's fill this out with some fake data now so that you can see what it looks like. Okay. And if we open up my email now, we're going to see that this form has just come through.
So here it is. Now we can just jump into Claude and say, hey, Claude, can you jump into my email? There's a new consult call prep form that's landed in my inbox.
Can you go and research the client and give me a one page brief? I'm actually going to tell it that it's a demo too, because the website won't work. This is actually for a YouTube demo.
So don't stress if the website and stuff doesn't work. Just give me what you can. And you can actually set this up as a scheduled task as well.
So you could have this checking your inbox a couple of times a day to make sure that you don't have to manually have to do this prompt. And to do that, you just come over here and go to scheduled. And you could just hit new task here or you could actually just go back into the chat where we were and hit type schedule and just do it that way.
So Claude's going out now and he's going to research this for us. And you can also set this up to if you have worked with this client previously, you could say, hey, go and like research, have a look at our past meetings. And if you have a meeting note taker, you could use the connectors tab here.
And so I use Fathom and I would just say, can you, using your Fathom connector, can you go and research our past transcripts and just let me know where the project is up to. And so it'll bring in all of that context too. Okay.
So here's our brief. And so it's given me a summary here. It's given me a snapshot of their business.
They've just got a contractor on, what she's asked for versus what's actually costing her. So it says here she leads with chatbot website, a website chatbot because she's getting 20 to 30 inquiries a week, but her own bottleneck answer is proposal. There's half a day each.
And so it's highlighted a really important point here. So it says the chatbot saves her inbox time, but the proposal speed saves her revenue. And when you're working in consulting, This is what we need to look at.
So are the leads constrained? Do they have enough leads? If yes, like this, then we need to look at the other end, which is okay.
So we've got enough leads coming in. The bottleneck is actually what happens after that. In this case, we really need to be looking at how we can sort out her proposals.
She said that she's taking a half a day for each of these. So we need to look at this through the lens. Okay, well, that's where we should apply AI and automations.
There's no point putting a website chatbot on so that it can deal with the inquiries if she doesn't have the capacity to actually get these proposals out and quote for all of these jobs. and potentially land those clients. So that's where we focus.
And so you can see even in this form, you're getting that information from the client before you've even got on the call. So you can really break it up into those two sections. Like are they constrained with leads or is it like ops and backend admin?
So they've got enough leads, but they're constrained with how many they can take on. Okay, so now that we're prepped for our call, it's given us these priorities here. We want to really think about the structure and shape of this call.
So how I like to start my calls is just basically letting them know that I've read their form. I've done a little bit of research. And from there, I get into asking some more questions.
So in this part, this is where we are diagnosing. So I'll read back what they said, go over anything that I have questions about, or even just like acknowledging where they're feeling that they are constrained, where the bottlenecks are. And this, again, is your opportunity.
Remember that we asked them, have they tried things before? We would acknowledge that as well to build that rapport. Then we move to the strategy.
So we're looking at their offers, their ops, their assets. And we always start with the strategy. We never start with the tools.
Tools come later. Strategy first, tools later. And so half of this part of the call is just telling them like not to worry about certain AI tools.
It's just really talking through that strategy. So in the case of Mara, our example client, this is where I'd be like. telling her that a chatbot probably isn't going to solve her problems and would really lay that out.
Like, okay, so you're getting 20 to 30 leads. So leads are not the issue. It's what happens to those leads.
So we need a way to keep them warm. We need a way for you to get your proposals out faster. Like how can we systemize that?
And then depending on what the client wants, is the next half of the call so sometimes when i'm on consulting calls it will really be done with you some people want to get on a call with me and they're just like can you just show me how to set this up in claude and so let's pretend that's mara so we would then open claude and i would show her how to set up a proposal writer skill that takes her offers her pricing And we could even include things like her branding kit in there so that these beautiful branded proposals come out.
Now, again, it's really important to get the full picture. So in that first section, that's where we're establishing, does the client have a discovery call? Is she using a meeting note taker?
If not, that's where we would recommend, okay, you should start using something like Fathom because then you can take that meeting transcript, run it through this proposal writer skill, and then your half a day proposal comes down to half an hour because now you've got this junior staff assistant in Claude that writes your first draft.
It's still the client's responsibility to review that, but that's already just saved her so much time. And so again, in our example clients case we would then teach about skills we would connect the tools and then we would create that skill with her and oftentimes this is where the clients especially when they want done with you are just going to be blown away by this step because they will see that proposal being written in real time and they're like my gosh this is going to save me so much time When you're doing done with you like this on a consulting call, it's really important to let them know too that even if it's not perfect while you're on the call, that if they keep working with these skills, like it is a junior staff assistant, giving it feedback, getting it to update the skill, it's 80 % of the way there with you on the call.
And then they're just going to keep refining it. So it's really about transferring that knowledge. Now, if it was somebody who doesn't want done, with you.
The call shape would be more like telling them the possibilities, telling them that Claude or an automation in NAN can do this. Again, it would depend on the client. So this is where we need to really establish like, how capable are they with AI?
Do they want this kind of hands off? Like, do they have client calls? When they get off the call, they want that.
transcript to automatically be sent into a proposal draft is yes that's when we would look at an automation tool like NAN and you could then potentially quote to set that up as a separate build if they are like okay I'd like to set this up, but let's just like talk through some other things first. Then you could quote again, you could say, I can set this up as a skill and then we can jump on a call and I will help you install this and we can test it.
So there's a few options here. We don't really want to be doing any implementation on a consulting call because unless it is clear that it is a done with you call, because that's not what consulting is. Consulting is really helping them diagnose the constraints and then giving them the possibilities and advising like what the best thing is for their situation.
And then in the last little wrap up, how I like to finish our poll is to really walk through the plan. So what are they going to do in the next week? What will...
the next month look like, and then outwards to 90 days. And again, this depends on the client. If it's done with you, it's like, here's, you know, we're starting with this skill.
Here's some other possibilities. If it is a client who it is pure consulting, and then there will be an implementation scoped, you would discuss what those next steps look like. And it would be, here's what I recommend you implement first.
And here's, you know, the long term goals. And so with this, you really with your own consulting calls, you want to make sure you always have a meeting transcriber. And because step three is going to run off those transcripts and you're not writing down notes as well.
You're just focusing on the conversation with the client. And so with the recommendations or the building, sometimes. they oftentimes they will come to you with an idea of what they think they need.
And very likely it is different to that. So in the case of Mara, she thought she needed a website chat bot, but what she actually needed was just a clawed skill to help her write those proposals. And again, you really need to switch into the mindset that you are not tech help on this call.
The consult is my brain in their business. So step three, this is what happens after the call. Claude literally builds the deliverable for me while I go and have a coffee.
So here's what you do. You feed the transcript into Claude and have it build a client's very own webpage. This will include things like their takeaways, their current text, anything we discussed on the call, the plan that we talked about, priority moves, and a setup guide as well.
include some pre -built resources. Again, if the client is someone who wants to implement this themselves, I've got a whole library full of automation templates. So I will include the ones that are relevant to them.
I'll even include YouTube videos that I have made that can help them along their way. This is a really nice value add. And if you over deliver here, your clients are going to be over the moon and I can guarantee you that they are more likely to either book you for that implementation or book you for another console call.
Okay, so let's run our fake transcript through my in cloud code now. So you can see what this looks like. Now, normally I actually have an automation that just does this after the call, but because this is a fake transcript, we're going to manually paste this in.
So again, if you're trying to set this up with cloud code, You would just give it the specifics. Like if I have a call that is labeled consult, you need to do this with it.
Okay. And I'm just going to open up Cloud Code. So if we come over here and go to this little code button and then hit new, I'm going to paste in this Google document link and then use my skill called resource pack and then paste in.
the transcript. And then it's going to run this through my branding kit. It's going to read that transcript and produce this beautifully on brand resource pack for them in a couple of minutes.
Okay. That literally took like three minutes. And so it's built the resource pack and it also has built a feedback form that goes with it too.
And so this is all just hosted on Vercel. And so I'm just going to let Claude know now to publish this. Yes, please go and push once they land.
Now, I do want to say here too that normally I would review this. I would also be brain dumping a few things from the call that maybe weren't captured in the transcript or just some recommendations and those nuances the transcript can't always capture to be included in this resource pack too. So again, Claude has taken this down from hours to 20 minutes.
And we've had the conversation with the client, right? This is just elevating, adding value. But we still want to review this and just make sure that it actually sounds okay and isn't just AI slop.
Okay, so here it is. And this will normally have their replay embedded here. And it's got the overview, what we covered, the key takeaways.
It's got the current tech stack. And it will also have the recommendations here. Like, do we keep this?
Are we going to add anything? And then we have these tabs here too. So priority moves.
So these are the key priorities we discussed on the call, medium and low. Tool setup. So this is where I have the guides and resources that I've created.
Any automation and workflow templates here. Some prompts, if we covered how to set other things up on the call or again, we can just add in those here based on the discussion and the action plan so they can tick these things off as well as any other resources here. And this will also then, once I'm happy, drop the email and when I'm ready, send it off to the client.
And so we can have this turn around really quickly as well. So not only is it high value, But we're giving our clients a really nice post -call experience.
And if you want more consulting frameworks and the full guide to set all of this up, that's all included in my Rightmode membership, which I'll link down below. Okay. And now step four, this is the tier above.
And this is my booking that is $18 ,000. So here's how you work up to something like that. Once you are comfortable with consults like this, you can build an offer above that.
And this works for two reasons. One, it anchors this consulting offer. So price anchoring.
So people see that $18 ,000 offer and the $3 ,000 and they're like, let's go with that one. But you will get people who will want to book in for that too. And so the one that I have built is for clients and their teams.
So this is my stack to scale. I fly in for a few days. We do a consult.
We set the AI strategy. And then I train the people on the team who will own that. And we build the first system together so they can get their hands dirty and get confident.
But then they run it. And so they're equipped to take ownership of that. And that is $18 ,000.
If you had told me 12 months ago that I would have an offer like that and people would book into it, I would not have believed you. But over the course of growing this business and getting in these reps, now I feel confident in charging that and delivering on that incredible service. And so how did this come about?
Well, people were booking in for consulting calls, but then they would often want to bring in their team as well or equip their team. And this is something that I see is a huge opportunity here too. So instead of implementing these AI systems, they have a team.
You can come in, set their AI strategy and teach their team how to use these tools and implement that strategy. And this works so well because those people in the team understand the bottlenecks. the day -to -day work better than i ever could in a call and so that allows me to provide the frameworks but they get to apply it so they become ai operators for their business and i've seen a heaps better uptake in ai systems when people within the business are equipped to roll these out themselves and they get to own it and refine it afterwards and so again I work with Claude to define the strategy, create some resources, and then I fly out and deliver it to the team.
And when I jump on a call with a potential client, again, Claude is handling writing the proposal based off what we've talked about on that call. They also get a form and that automation happens prior to the call. So they go out and reset to the client.
So it's exactly the same system, just on a different scale. And that has allowed me to get these proposals straight after a call. Again, it's no longer half a day on a proposal.
Taking the hour now with me really brain dumping with Claude working back and forth and getting that out to the client. And so you don't need to have this offer built in one day. You just need to plant the seed that it is there.
And you can even have that on your consult page, which would say something like, if you have a team, There's a bigger version. Apply here.
Build the intake form with Claude and Formsfree in an afternoon. Same as the consult call. And you may not book one of these for a while.
You might need to have a consult or a couple with a client before they're ready for that bigger offer. Okay. And now step five.
This is the part that happens while I sleep. And so here's what you do. Every consult teaches you something that you'll teach again.
So you can turn that into a smaller product with Claude for the DIYers, the ones who aren't at the stage where they want a consult call with you. You can use Stripe, get Claude code to build you the sales page. I have one of these, it's my Claude masterclass.
It's $47 and I have made about $60 ,000 or more actually off this now. And it doesn't need me in the room. And it's a really nice entryway for people into my world.
I literally have this on autopilot now because Claude is also running my meta to that evergreen course, which I will link the video, the YouTube video for that below. And this is what this sales page looks like. Again, this was just built with Claude, but...
it converts really really well and again linking back to my first video we don't want to start with this low ticket offer this is what we grow into when we've had the consults when we have those pre -built resources there then we can start to sell this as its own evergreen offer but if you want real money coming in that's where consulting is and that's where i want you to start And so how do you come up with an offer like that?
Well, I want you to look at your last five consulting calls. If you are just starting out, remember the order, workshops, consulting, and then we would put on an evergreen product. So if you do have consulting calls, you can just paste something into Claude like, here are my last five consult transcripts.
What did I explain more than twice? And can you draft? an outline of a one hour masterclass based on the frameworks that I'm using across these.
And then you can get it to build the sales page in your voice as well. And just keep this simple. You can have Stripe as the payment link and then emails linked out to it.
You don't need a course platform or anything like that for this. Two years ago, I charged $280 for a 90 -minute call and it had a bunch of things attached to it. It was so much work and not profitable.
Now it's $3 ,000 and the follow -up and all of that high value post -call client experience is handled by Claude. I didn't get smarter. I just priced it properly and let Claude handle that.
So tell me in the comments, which bit are you stuck on? Is it knowing what to say on the call, the client deliverables, or the bigger offer? I read them all and I can create a video for you.
Let me know in the comments below. And so everything in this video, how to make these consult packs, how to do consulting, how to do workshops is all included inside my Rightmode membership, filled with women who are learning how to use AI in their businesses and become the industry experts coupled with AI. I will drop the link to that in the show notes.
And if you haven't seen part one, it's here. So go and watch that now. And make sure you like and subscribe so you don't miss out on any of my future videos.
