Big Idea

The argument in one line.

A pitch that built a $130 million business works by making a cold lead admit their own problem, believe the product fixes it, and see the price as far smaller than the problem's real cost.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • You run sales calls, B2B or B2C, and want a repeatable structure instead of winging it every time.
  • You sell a SaaS, agency, or service where the value is measurable in dollars and you suspect you're pricing against features instead of against the cost of the problem.
  • You manage a sales team and need a script reps can follow without sounding like they're reading a script.
  • You're building or refining a cold-outbound or inbound call process and want to know exactly what to ask before pitching anything.
SKIP IF…
  • You're looking for closing lines or manipulation tactics. This is explicitly framed as a rejection of that approach.
  • You don't sell anything with a measurable dollar outcome. The whole framework leans on quantifying the problem in dollars.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

This breakdown reverse-engineers the sales script behind a $130 million business: a call flow that turns a cold lead warm before any pitching starts. Three things have to happen in order. The lead admits they believe they have a real problem, believes the product fixes it, and hears a price that is obviously smaller than what the problem already costs them every month. The script gets there by refusing to answer technical questions until the lead names their own pain, then attaching a dollar figure to that pain before any demo happens. Once the lead has agreed to their own number, the close is mostly a formality: show the price against the number they already said out loud.

01 · Cold open: the money-forever pitch

A joke about wanting an endless money machine sets up the real promise: a word-for-word script that has sold over $130 million.

01:5602:35

02 · No course, just the script

Explicit disclaimer that nothing is for sale in this video, this is the exact script used in every business since discovering it.

03 · What the business sells, and why real fixes beat refund traps

Introduces the case-study business (ad tracking and analytics) and argues that products which don't deliver real value only create refund and chargeback problems.

04:0007:37

04 · The warm lead framework: believe, believe, price

Defines a warm lead as someone who believes they have the problem, believes the solution fixes it, and sees the price as far below the problem's cost.

07:3709:45

05 · Turning a cold lead hyper-aware of their own problem

Most prospects arrive unaware of how large their problem is; the call's job is raising that awareness first, framed as helping the prospect, not manufacturing urgency.

09:4512:21

06 · Why a self-serve signup funnel underprices the problem

Walks through a self-serve pricing page example and explains why price without problem-context has no anchor for the buyer.

12:2115:02

07 · Assigning a team so the customer gets results, and stays

Retention is treated as a sales problem: hands-on onboarding at signup and a library of testimonials are framed as core sales assets, not just support.

08 · Building the call script and killing derailer questions

How to pre-log every recurring off-topic question and script a redirect back to diagnosing the prospect's problem, opening with light chit-chat and a qualifying ask.

09 · Qualifying: spend, decision maker, current setup

The three things to establish before pitching anything: current spend and return, whether the decision maker is on the call, and what solution (if any) they already use.

19:5924:31

10 · Getting the lead to name the problem out loud

Opens with a vague question about how things are going so the prospect surfaces their own problem, uses comparable accounts to prompt resistant leads, and cuts loose anyone who won't admit anything.

24:3125:45

11 · Attaching a dollar amount to the damage

Asks the prospect to estimate the cost of their own problem before offering a number, then gets explicit agreement on that figure before moving toward the demo.

25:4528:38

12 · The tailored demo: proving the fix on their own numbers

The demo is built entirely around the problems the prospect already named, backed by comparable account results rather than a generic walkthrough.

13 · Closing: the price anchor, the guarantee, the fast-action bonus

Restates the agreed dollar value, shows a price that's a fraction of it, backs it with a results guarantee, and offers a same-day discount to drive faster commitment.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • A warm lead is not made by better copy, it is made by getting a prospect to say out loud that they believe they have a problem.
  • Price only works as an anchor once the buyer understands what the problem is actually costing them every month.
  • A refund-heavy business model is a sign the product itself is not delivering enough value to justify its price.
  • Self-serve signup pages consistently underprice a problem because they can only pitch a generic version of it.
  • The first two numbers to get on any sales call are what the prospect is spending and what they are getting back.
  • Confirm the decision maker is on the call before spending 20 to 30 minutes on a full pitch.
  • A prospect who names their own problem out loud converts better than one who is simply told about it.
  • If a prospect refuses to admit any problem after several honest attempts, end the call. There is nothing left to sell them.
  • Ask the prospect to estimate the dollar cost of their own problem before offering a number, so the figure carries their buy-in.
  • Once a prospect agrees on a dollar figure for their problem, the sale is functionally already closed.
  • A demo built around the prospect's own stated problems converts better than a generic product walkthrough.
  • A same-day discount is not a discount, it is a filter for the customers most likely to actually stick around.
  • Every recurring off-topic question a prospect asks should be scripted into a redirect back to their actual problem, not just answered.
Takeaway

A Script That Sells By Proving The Problem Exists

SALES CALL STRUCTURE

The whole call is built to get a prospect to admit their own problem, agree on what it costs them, and see the price as small by comparison, before any pitching happens.

03What the business sells, and why real fixes beat refund traps
  • A product that actually works only needs to be sold once: pitch on real, provable value and the refund-driven business model risk goes away.
  • Selling something that does not deliver real value only produces refund demands and chargeback problems, no matter how good the guarantee wording is.
04The warm lead framework: believe, believe, price
  • A warm lead is defined by three specific beliefs: they have the problem, your product solves it, and the price is far below the problem's cost.
  • Cold leads fail to convert not because the pitch is weak but because one of those three beliefs was never established before the price was shown.
  • Skip any of the three beliefs and the close rate collapses, no matter how good the actual offer is.
05Turning a cold lead hyper-aware of their own problem
  • Most prospects arrive unaware of how large their problem actually is, so the first job of a call is raising that awareness, not pitching.
  • This awareness-raising step is framed as genuinely helping the prospect, not as manufacturing urgency around a problem that does not exist.
06Why a self-serve signup funnel underprices the problem
  • A self-serve signup page can only ever price against a generic problem description, so it consistently undersells what the problem is actually costing a specific buyer.
  • Price only works as an anchor once the buyer understands the true size of the problem, without that context even a fair price looks arbitrary.
07Assigning a team so the customer gets results, and stays
  • Retention is treated as a sales problem: assigning hands-on support at signup is credited as a major reason customers stay instead of churning early.
  • Proof of past results, testimonials and before-and-afters, is described as one of the most important assets a business can build for its own sales process.
08Building the call script and killing derailer questions
  • Every recurring off-topic question a prospect asks should be logged in advance, answered once, and then reused as a scripted redirect for every future call.
  • A call opens with light rapport, then an explicit ask to confirm fit before spending 20 to 30 minutes on a full pitch.
09Qualifying: spend, decision maker, current setup
  • The first numbers to get on any call are what the prospect is already spending and what they are getting back, without that baseline there is no number to sell against later.
  • Confirming the decision maker is on the call before pitching prevents wasting a full pitch on someone who cannot say yes.
  • What the prospect is already using, nothing, a competitor, or a rough in-house solution, changes the entire shape of the rest of the call.
10Getting the lead to name the problem out loud
  • Opening with a vague, open-ended question about how things are currently going lets a majority of prospects surface their own problem unprompted, which lands far better than being told about it.
  • When a prospect insists nothing is wrong, similar case examples are used to ask whether they see the same pattern, rather than asserting that they do.
  • A prospect who refuses to acknowledge any problem after repeated attempts is a lost cause on that call and should be let go rather than pushed.
11Attaching a dollar amount to the damage
  • Once a problem is named, the prospect is asked to estimate its dollar cost themselves rather than being told a number, so the figure carries their own buy-in.
  • If the prospect will not name a number, a reasonable industry-typical range is offered instead, framed as a starting baseline they can agree or disagree with.
  • By the time a dollar figure is agreed on, the sale is functionally already made, what follows is proof, not persuasion.
12The tailored demo: proving the fix on their own numbers
  • The demo is not generic, it is built entirely around the specific problems the prospect already named earlier in the call.
  • Every claim in the demo is backed with comparable account examples and results, so the prospect never has to simply take the pitch on faith.
13Closing: the price anchor, the guarantee, the fast-action bonus
  • The close restates the dollar value the prospect already agreed to, then shows a price that is a small fraction of that number.
  • A results guarantee removes the last major risk: if the promised outcome does not happen, the prospect does not pay.
  • A same-day discount is used specifically to drive faster commitment, on the reasoning that customers who commit immediately churn less than those who deliberate.
  • By the time pricing is presented, every likely objection, cost, an existing tool, needing to check with a team, has already been addressed earlier in the call.
Glossary

Terms worth knowing.

Warm lead
A prospect who already believes they have the problem you solve and that your product can fix it, as opposed to a cold lead who has to be walked into both beliefs first.
Derailer question
A technical or tangential question a prospect raises early in a call to avoid engaging with their own problem, handled by redirecting it into a diagnostic question instead of answering it directly.
Fast-action bonus
A discount or incentive offered only if the prospect commits on the same call, used to drive faster decisions because same-day signups tend to stay longer.
Managed-setup offer
A pitch structure where the price includes hands-on onboarding and account setup, not just software access, so the buyer is paying for a guaranteed result rather than a tool.
Ad ROI
The return a business gets on money spent on advertising, usually expressed as a ratio or percentage increase in revenue per dollar spent.

Hello, so have you ever wanted a buddy you could smash over and over again that would just make people give you money endlessly? Of course you do. You're a greedy little goblin skis bag.
You watch this channel. You're here to max extract money from people on the internet. And I'm here to tell you how to do it.
So let's not beat around the bush. Let's get straight to the hot stuff. And by hot stuff, I mean the bad news.
There's no button that will allow you to do that. But in this video, I'm going to give you the next best thing. I'm going to give you a set of words you can say over and over again that will make people give you money endlessly.
I'm going to give you a pitch that I used to sell over $130 million worth of shit and took me from making tens and hundreds of thousands of dollars per month to millions of dollars per month. Ever since I discovered this magic set of words and no, no, wait, wait, I don't have a course or anything to sell you. I'm just going to give you the full entire script and walk you through it in this video.
Don't worry. I'm already rich. I don't need to sell you a make money online course to get richer, but.
After I discovered this set of words, I've incorporated in basically every business I've done. I really don't sell any other way. I really don't use any other script.
I just do this over and over again at every tech company, every business that I start, because this is the best way to sell online. This is the way to get the maximum amount of money, the maximum amount of return from your ads, the maximum amount of return from every lead that comes to your website. And I don't see any point to doing anything else.
So I'm just going to tell you this set of words, walk you through the script step by step at one of my larger businesses. So you can see exactly how it works and then apply it. to your business without any pitch or coaching offer.
And as a free bonus, if you have a proctor which actually works, which I know isn't a lot of you, a lot of you guys like to sell that. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't, but I'm gonna keep your money anyways kind of shit. That's fine.
But for those of you that do have a proctor works, this is an extra bonus because you can actually sell very aggressively without being a piece of shit and everyone's super happy and not uncomfortable and awkward at the end of the call. So let's hop into it. So we got the legendary pitch of truth and justice right here.
I'm going to walk you through every single part of this. Now, the first thing I want to point out is this is going to be tailored for one of my larger businesses, Hyros. I use the same pitch across all my businesses because this just works.
And at Hyros, what we offer is tracking and analytics and data processing for businesses. They plug it into their ads, their made ads or Google ads. They consistently see a 10 to 20 % ad ROI increase.
or they don't pay. And that's just what we deliver. And by the way, if you run ads, you should use Iris.
You can actually plug it in and you'll see a 10 to 20 % increase in ad ROI. And you'll be seeing why in this video because I'm gonna walk you through the entire pitch. And none of it's using some crazy Wolf of Wall Street closing tactics that get people to buy something they don't really need.
It's just making people realize the problem that they have and then selling on that problem, selling them something that is much less expensive and fixes that problem and then makes them more money or gives them the solution that's far, far, far more valuable than what they're paying. That's the entire basis of this. If we're doing anything where we're selling something, where the person's getting something, where they're not going to get the value, they're simply going to demand a refund, which is going to lead into all sorts of other problems that you see at info businesses, for example, where they have these creative refund guarantees that just allow them to never give people's money back.
That's a really hard business to run because eventually... You just break the chargeback limit on your cards. And so that's not going to work.
We need to sell something where people are really happy with the thing we sell them and it delivers far more value than they pay us. On top of that, if by the end of our pitch, we haven't delivered a message where the person says, oh, okay, you're charging me $500, but this is worth $10 ,000 to me per month. And they actually agree on that or the result that they're getting is worth far more than they're paying you.
You're really not going to be closing very highly. So we have to sell on that no matter what we're doing. So let's simplify this at first because.
every single pitch training I see it's all this jumble of shit and it's like a full course and all this I don't I don't think you need that especially to build efficient b2b pitches which I know most of you guys are and even b2c pitches this is really all you need you need to focus on turning the person into a warm lead now what is a warm lead it's not spelt like that but that's what it is a warm lead is a person that believes they have the problem that you're selling or selling a solution for.
So for example, at Hyros, the person needs to believe that they have a problem in their ad account that is losing them a significant amount of money every single month. Then they also need to believe what you're selling will solve that problem. And then the price of that solution needs to be far less than the solution that you're offering them.
So what would this look like at Hyros on a call? And what would it look like for you if we're using this thought exercise? So we need the person to believe they have a problem in their ad account that is losing them a substantial amount of money, which is basically every business that doesn't have ad tracking.
But a lot of businesses don't really believe the problem is that large or they're just not aware of it. So when a lead comes on, they're in a cold state of mind. They come on the call and they believe they do not have the problem or the problem is that significant.
Or maybe they think they're on the call for a whole entire other reason. So for example, when you need. think about when you're selling to people at your business is what do they think they're getting into on the call a lot of people to get on high -risk tracking calls for example they come on and they just want to explore the platform or the UI or like maybe ask a few questions this is not the type of call that's going to close what we need to do on that call is make them a hyper aware of the actual problem and get them on a train track of discovering that actual problem and you're gonna see here in a second that this is done all for their benefit you're helping the person out with these sales calls or with this type of sales tactic we're not alert people the problems they don't have because that's not going to lead to a long -term business what we're doing is we're learning people the problems they do have and then we're offering them an extremely cost -efficient way to solve those problems again if they don't pay far less than the problem solves for them they're not going to stay
So it's all about helping the person. You have to be helping the person actually improve and get results. This isn't a swipe or no swiping situation.
We're not going to be just swiping money from people. Now, when the person comes on, they might believe the problem they have isn't that substantial. And so we need to get them to the point where they believe the problem is actually substantial.
And then we need to show them exactly how our solution solves that problem in a believable way. Again, if your problem doesn't, or if your solution doesn't solve it in a believable way, the last time I tapped this, we're going to have some real trouble with our business later on the line. So you get this duck in order first.
So at HireStarter, we need to make sure the person actually first believes they have a problem in their ad account. In your business, you need to make the person believe they actually have the problem. And then they actually do need to have the problem.
They should be good on the call if there's not a potential for them to have the problem. And we're going to also deduct and deduce if they do have the problem. And if they don't have the problem, you should get...
the f*** off the call because there's no reason for them or you to be on the call. You crazy goose. Now, once the problem has been identified, we need to make them believe that your solution can fix it.
So what we're going to do is we're going to walk them through Hyros based on their specific problems, based on what we've diagnosed and show them how we fix that problem and then show them massive amounts of proof that we can fix that problem over and over and over again. Then what we're going to do is we're attached the problem to some type of dollar amount.
If you're doing any type of B2B or any type of business selling, which is a lot of you guys on here, it's very simple. If they give you a hundred dollars, they need to believe they're going to make a thousand dollars. And then they actually need to do it.
I'm not tapping on, not tapping the don't sell scam signs again, guys, but then they actually need to be able to go and do it consistently. And what's going to work really well for you right here is if you can guarantee this, and if you can't guarantee a result, why are you selling it? Okay.
Not going to tap the sign anymore, but. If we can guarantee this right here and remove risk with a refund guarantee, everything just lines up right here. They believe they have the problem.
They believe you can solve the problem. They believe the price is far less than the problem is and it's guaranteed. So there's no risk for them.
And if we can add certain things in here with, for example, reducing their time involvement, reducing the effort. making it done for them, things that make it absolutely no brainer. Because the last reason why people won't go and sign up for something is they don't believe they'll actually do it.
You're going to be closing stuff all day long. This is exactly what's closed me hundreds of millions of dollars worth of sales over the phone. And the reason why this is so damn good is because it allows you to get the maximum money.
If I sent people to our high -risk website and they just went and activated a free trial, let's look at the situation and why we sell like this. First person goes to high -risk .com. Picture your website right here.
They come here, they read this big headline and say, oh yeah, I'd like to make, I'd like to get 15 % more customers from the same ad spend. Oh, it's guaranteed. And then they'll go over to our pricing FAQ page.
And by the way, I designed this and I think this is just funny. So I wanted to show you it. I'm actually, this doesn't have too much to do.
I just wanted to show you. big flex Sven, which is our avatar. He's cool.
Anyways, what's going on here is they just go and sign up. And then there's so many things that could happen right here. One, the person doesn't fully believe they have the problem.
So they're not going to complete setup to the person might not believe the problem is that bad, or they might not believe that the price right here is effective against what, how big the problem actually is. And so they won't want to pay this price. Trust me.
If a person has over 20 K a month and tracked revenue coming in from their ads, the problem is way effing bigger than $230 a month. They're losing like. $3 ,000, $4 ,000, $5 ,000 off their ad account every single month, just not using tracking.
It's real goofballery. And so that's where you should be pricing it. You wanna be pricing your business at about 10 to 20 % of what the person stands to make.
But if they don't understand what they stand to make, if they don't understand the problem, the price doesn't have any anchor for them. And then finally, when they come on, the motivation to actually go and use it and get results isn't there. And so when you get a person on the phone, when you start closing people on the phone, you can actually get them the position to understand what they're buying and be excited about the - and then be excited about getting started and then walk them through the whole entire process of actually using your product.
One of the reasons why Hyros was so successful early on and still is, is because when people sign up, we actually assign a team to them that grows their ads with them and sets up their account for them and make sure they get results so that people want to stay on. Again, I know this kind of sounds like I'm talking about how great Hyros is, but all these things I'm talking about right here are not to talk up Hyros.
It's to show you how you should be thinking about your business because a part of making this process work. right here is the people getting results it's the people coming on and it actually working it's about being able to offer that guarantee it's about setting up the process where a person comes on and actually completes the process and get results everything i'm showing you right here is why this process has been successful how can you incorporate similar things into your business is how i want you to be thinking right now so now let's go through the entire process and as i do this i want you to be thinking about the lead coming on cold not believing they have a problem and by the end of the call Believe in they have a problem.
So let's start the sales call right now. What you want to have your reps do. And one thing I've built for my reps that's super duper helpful is I have this script right here.
all laid out in a flow chart for them. Now, I don't want reps that are so stupid that they have to go through a flow chart like a chimpanzee, but there's all sorts of things I added to this to allow them to easily not have to think. So for example, they have their plans and everything that they have that they're going to offer the customer and get little calculators they can go through as they go through this that allows them to know all the numbers they're going to be selling on, which is very important to this picture I'm going to show you right now and have these numbers on the fly.
If you're going to run a pitch like this, it's really useful if you go on the cloud and actually vibe code out a process for your reps and then work with your reps on this and then train them how to use it. Or even for yourself, if you're going to be selling on the phone right away, for example, I use this pitch exactly when I started up Hyros.
And whenever I start up a business, I do the pitch at first and do the calls to refine it. But when you're on these calls, you're going to be working with a lot of numbers and a lot of values you're selling against. So you want to have these little calculators and stuff laid out for you already in the pitch.
This is super helpful. And so in the era of vibe coding, you should. You can build some really cool stuff.
So we start the pitch with light chit chat. I want you to understand on every one of these calls is it's a train track. We're not going to use and abuse the people that come on our sales calls and force them into a conversation they don't want to have.
This is all in their benefit. But there's going to be a lot of times where people try to derail calls. So, for example, at the start of a high -risk call, people are going to try and take it down to all sorts of technical questions, like how does this part of the tracking work?
Do you plug into Google Analytics this certain way? None of that has to do with turning them into a warm lead. So we're not going to deny their questions, and you shouldn't do that either.
You should just blow off a reasonable question. But you need to get to the point where you can actually use the questions in a beneficial way. If you just go straight in the questions that you're being thrown at you, the call's completely going off the rails.
So what you want to do. First and foremost is have all your derailers listed. And as you start doing calls, as you see people come in, you're going to see repeat questions coming in.
You should have questions already lined up and the answers to these questions lined up. You should also build your product around these questions. So for example, one thing that started happening when vibe coding became a thing is people said, why can't I vibe code Hiros?
Well, there's all the data infrastructure on impossible tracking situation that we alert them about. And we have already addressed in these derailer questions, but then we also show them, Hey, look, look, if you want to vibe code Hiros, You can actually go and use a template of high risk and start vibe coding and adding your own features onto it.
You don't even need to go and vibe code and you can create whatever custom reports, custom attribution, or really any ad attribution feature you want on the fly with this template. What you want to do with your derailer questions is use those to build a better product and then have these questions already answered for your reps when it's time to answer these questions.
But the first thing you want to do when you start any call or any sales thing is understand your derailing questions and then understand what you're going to do is bring the person. sent back to the pitch every single time until you can use these questions to actually start diagnosing a problem. And so if people bring up these questions at any point in the pitch, I already know what they are.
We've already pointed them out. The reps that are doing the calls already know what they are. And so they recognize it's a derailing question and they have a plan to bring it back to the call.
So what we want to do, derailer questions happen. you should start a call great those questions are awesome we're going to get to them in like 90 seconds can i ask you some quick questions so we can confirm this is the right thing for you what we want to do to start a call is make sure this is a qualified call before we dedicate 20 30 minutes of selling to them and so what we're going to do on this is you need to think about all the things that are very important to the call specifically the value you're going to be selling against so the main thing at hyros that we're going to ask them is what are they spending on months and what's coming back because if we can get the numbers inside their ad account we can actually see where the gaps and losses in their ad tracking is so for example if they're spending fifty thousand a month and they're making a hundred thousand a month back usually if they add or plug in hyros it's going to add about ten thousand a month to their ads and save them about five to seven thousand dollars a month in their
ad spend via waste and so we already have a number based on this right here that's going to tell us i'm just going to use our calculator right here what their total loss in their ad account is you need to think about this in your pitch where can you go and establish actual dollar value loss if it's business to business or money related where can you establish actual money being lost if you can do that you have the golden pitch because then all you have to do is sell something that's way less than this number if you can back up and prove this number so the first thing we're going to get is a number that we're going to sell about against or we need to get the initial pain this is what you want to do at the start of the call you want to find something you can use to quantify later on what you're going to see as we go through this is we're building up little bullets we're building up a little supply of ammunition that we can use to then unload as we show the person our solution and then tailor those solutions to them then what you want to ask them are they the decision maker are they the person can actually close on the call if they're not you need to stop the call and get the decision maker on the call next you need to decide what they've already done
and what solutions they're using or not using so for example if a person is just using nothing at all facebook tracking for example the entire call is about showing them the problems they're with meta tracking it's just not accurate they're losing a ton of business right away if they're using another solution like north beam triple will or any of your competitors already, or they've already done something similar.
They're using a similar product to yours. What you want to do is you need to figure out what they're not happy with in those solutions and what hasn't worked and what's not working for them. Not so much going and bashing the solutions that they're using.
You need to figure out where they're having problems because that completely changes the part of the call. If you're selling a weight loss solution for a carnivore diet plan, all right, and they're not doing anything. The pitch is going to be very different than if they've already tried the carnivore diet or they're on the vegan diet.
You need to understand what position the person is in and where the gains and losses are going to be. This is the most important part of the entire pitch. If you can do this, you can win.
If you can't do this, you will never win. So when I look at sales calls at other tech companies or even our company, when the sales calls are going wrong, it's always this right here. Above this part of the pitch, what goes wrong and what's going to kill your sales is people and your prospects derailing the call.
And you're not actually setting the actual situation on what you're going to be selling against. So for example, a lot of times I'd see reps at our company, they'd start selling and the person 30 minutes into the call would be like, oh yeah, by the way, I'm using this solution. Okay.
So we've been selling on a completely different understanding or we don't have an actual number to attach to. So at the end of the call, I'd see. when our calls were not doing well at high risk for a moment, I noticed our reps were not going and getting this actual number at the beginning of the call and selling against value.
You need to go and look at your call. If you don't go and establish the value you're going to be selling against and understand the situation of this lead that you're selling against, you're going to be in a tough spot. Then what we're going to do is this is where everything meets the head.
We need to establish that there's an actual problem. So we're going to go through different links to get to this problem right here. And there might not actually be a problem.
This is the thing you need to realize. Sales is not about selling people stuff. It can be.
I know a lot of you guys, I know a lot of info marketers and coaches that are great at selling people stuff they don't need and then keeping the money with a bad refund policy. But we're not here to talk about that. If you want to really have an easy business and a business that you enjoy and is fun to run, it's about selling people stuff that works.
And if you want... to establish what something works is. It's something where they get a result that's far greater than what they pay you.
It's where they solve a real problem. Now, convincing people they have problems they don't have and then selling them on that, that's really not going to lead to one of those long -term businesses. Alerting problems to problems they were not aware of and then selling them on it and then making them far more money, oodles more money.
than they were originally making by solving that problem and then you keeping a little bit of that money. That's fantastic. It feels good to sell.
It feels good for the lead to sell. They walk away from the call feeling like, oh, wow, I just went to the doctor and figured out this huge problem. I had this tumor in my butt that was making me shit blood and I didn't even know about it.
That's a wonderful metaphor. Let's keep that mental image. But I found this tumor in my butt and I wasn't even aware of it until the doctor showed me where it is.
That's the type of sales we want to be doing. And so we're going to be very aggressive here to find out if there's a problem. And if there isn't a problem, we're going to get off the call.
So what we're going to do in this situation right here is I'm going to ask them, what is working for you in your ads? And another really great pitch that's kind of similar to this is I would check out Viral Coach's pitch on their channel. It's Daniel Isles or something like that.
They have a very good flow chart. And I actually learned a lot watching as well. There's some things I borrowed from this.
So I just want to give credit where credit's due. So one of the things they do that I altered for our business is we simply ask them, based on what you're already doing with your ads, how are your ads working out for you? Now, this question is very vague because what we want them to do is if they're aware of the problem, we want them to bring it up on their own.
So what's going to happen right here is about 60, 70 % of leads are going to bring out the problem. I can't see my sales. I can't see my tracking, blah, blah, blah, blah.
And what we're going to do at this point is then bring out the problem. But let's talk about what we do if they don't think they have a problem. And before we start bringing out a problem, we don't want to just bring out a problem and start trying to drag out a problem if they don't believe they have it.
So they might not be specific. They might say something like everything's fine. ads are working fine oh okay so what made you get on the call like if you're on the call today for tracking for your ads what's not working like what do you need to track to make your ads work better they're usually going to admit something right here if they still don't admit it if they're like no it's just fine uh you know i really don't think i have a problem with my e -commerce ads Okay, so like first, let's really diagnose where we're on the call and make sure there's a reason for us to be on the call.
I can show you 50 e -commerce accounts right now, and our reps are aimed with tons of proof, tons of results that e -commerce businesses, info businesses, SaaS businesses have gotten with Hyros. The results we have blood out the sun. One thing you should do for your sales pitches is whenever you start running your business, get every single customer that gets a result to leave a testimony and document what you did.
Is every customer going to leave a testimonial? No, but if you work with your customers hand in hand and really make sure they get results, you should have a lot of testimonials. So for example, at Hyros over the past couple of years, we have so many testimonials.
We just make an endless line of results. We can show them our entire trust pilot score over 600 reviews that are near perfect and just show them endlessly that what we're saying on the call works. This is one of the most important things because then you don't have to convince people what you're doing works.
And I talked about how grow business on testimonials and another video that you'll see at the end of this video and is linked in the YouTube description. This is one of the most important things to grow. a business is gathering testimonials and then advertising testimonials get results advertise results it's the best way to grow business on planet earth what we're going to disappoint is we're going to use those testimonials the person says well no it's fine i don't think i really have a problem my ad account we're going to say look here's 50 other ad accounts they're all seeing this in that ad account there's massive loss here here and here is there any thing you're seeing that's similar to their accounts.
We never want to tell them this is happening. We want to say, are you seeing a similar problem to this e -commerce store? Are you seeing some of your sales not lining up?
Are you seeing meta ads reporting way more sales than you're actually seeing coming in? Are you seeing it reporting no sales? Are you not seeing your closes coming in on your calls?
Are you not seeing your subscriptions coming in? Where is the gap that you're seeing that's like these businesses right here? In most cases right here, they're going to say, oh yeah, that's exactly what's going on on our business.
Great. We have a problem to expand on. Finally, they're going to say something like, well, no, I just think we can track better.
Great. What data are you not getting that needs to be better for you to scale? Why do you want to track better?
What is the result you're looking for right here? Oh, yeah, we don't really see our closes coming in. Finally, they're going to finally make something.
Last thing they might do is say, well, you tell me, like, I'm no expert. What's going on in my business? Then you can actually show them examples and ask them, do you see any of these things happening in your business?
They have to say this is happening in my business. And then. you can actually start expanding the issue.
If they don't see any problems whatsoever, this is one problem I saw on our calls, and I had to sit down with our reps and talk about, and I see in so many other businesses, is they just keep selling to people that don't think they have a problem. At this point, if we've knocked five times and asked them, given them... Plenty of ways to hook onto a problem.
They're like, no, I just seriously don't have a problem. You have what is called a silly Willie know -it -all on your phone with you right now. At Hiress all the time, I see people that have their own little technical tracking setups, which frankly are dog shit, but whatever.
We're not here to tell people they're wrong, but because we don't get on the call and be like, yeah, you're tracking solutions, dog shit, buddy. You shouldn't be using it. We're not going to say that.
Okay. That's not helpful. And they're not going to believe us, but we have people get on calls and you're going to see this type of person on your calls all the time that just want to debate.
They just want to get on and like, well, you know, based on this tracking attribution system thing, what I got right here, this is much better. And you need to tell me why it's not. And they just want to debate the entire call.
Get off the call. Just get off the call. You don't need to be talking to these people.
They're not going to convert. They already know everything way better than you. If they don't believe they have a problem, just hop off the call.
You have nothing to close them on. You have nothing to help. They're an expert.
They know everything. Just pop up. Think about how you can see this in your business.
Because I guarantee 15 % of your calls are going like this. You're going to have people that are dead set on just arguing the entire time. Or you're going to have people that are extremely resistant to admitting they have a problem.
And you're not getting them to admit to have a problem. You're not holding them at gunpoint. You're showing them options.
You're showing them the problem existing elsewhere. And having them pinpoint that and drag it onto you. This is the thing I'm having.
This is where the pain is. Great. So what I want my reps to do at this point is we're going to dig into these things.
We're going to say, okay, what are you not seeing in your numbers? What are you not seeing in your closes? What are you not seeing?
You're seeing way more sales come in from your e -commerce ads and are actually coming in. You're seeing way less sales coming in. Where is the problem right here?
And how is this causing problems in your business? And then you just sit back and have them expand until they really don't have anything else to say. Just sit with them for 10, 15 minutes and just say, okay, what is, where's the problem with this?
Are you seeing this problem right here? You should know your business well enough to just start asking. them questions and asking to expand on the problem.
And you want to take all these and store them. Okay. What we're going to do at this point, and it's not specifically laid out here because I have exactly what I want the reps to do.
So I'm going to explain to you what this next step is. What we want to do is we want them to, if possible. assign a value to the damage of the problem.
Not all of them are going to do this, but if you have this right here, you basically have to close at this point. So right now a person's told us where all these problems are in their business. And we just ask them, strip, how much do you think this is causing you to waste per month?
How much do you think this is lowering your ad scale? So for example, we're going to point out, okay, yeah, you're not able to see your scale. So you're basically guessing on your ads, right?
Yeah, we're guessing. Okay. So you're passing really bad data back to your ad platform.
AI is made in Google that runs everything right now. That's messing up your targeting. I mean, if you, if you have a hundred sales, come in and you're only saying in 50, the data's off.
Do you see that? Yeah. Do you think that's causing any problems?
Like how much do you think that's losing on the $100 ,000 a month you're making back from your ads? I mean, at least like 5 ,000, 10 ,000. See what's going on right there.
We're just building up all this value right here. And we're getting the person to really look the problem in their eye and tell us the value of it. We're not manipulating it out of them.
We're just saying like, you tell us what the damage is. Now, if they don't do that, what we want to do. is try to settle on some actual value.
So based across all these problems right here, what we usually see across ad accounts, if we can go and fix those problems is about a 10 to 20 % loss in what they're making in their ads. Does that seem reasonable to you? So for example, you're spending 50 ,000 a month, you're making a hundred thousand a month back in the scale and the waste.
This is probably losing you about 10 to 15 ,000 a month right here, just based on looking at these numbers. Does that sound reasonable to you? I'm going to show you the actual stats behind us in a second, but does that sound reasonable?
Most leads, most people are going to agree. At this point. Yeah, that sounds pretty reasonable.
If they don't, you want to say, okay, what's reasonable. What's something we can kind of work with right here. Just so when I show you these metrics and numbers right here, we kind of just have a baseline.
Again, the person's going to say something that they agree with. We want an agreed upon number and we want the price of our product so that even if our agreed upon number is much less than the starting number at, we want the price of our product still to be significantly lower. So they're getting massive returns.
Okay. That's how we're going to be pricing. our product so after we have an agreed upon number we're gonna say all right cool if we can get that number for you and i can prove we can get that number for you this is a home run for you right yes where are we at in the pitch right now before we even start showing them how our solution works the person has told us they have a problem they agree to have a problem they've assigned a value to the problem and they've agreed if we can actually verify that we can get them that value They're going to pay us.
Close is actually done at this point. All we're going to do is we take every single problem they gave us and then we walk them through it. So what we do at Hiros is we don't just do a demo.
We listen to the problem the person has and then show them how when they plug in the Hiros. Oh yeah, here's how it shows and fixes this waste in your, in your account. Here's an e -commerce account.
Here's a call account that we have that actually solved this problem. Here's the scaling issue you're having right here by guessing on your ads. Here's 15 e -commerce accounts that were able to increase by five, 10 ,000 similar to you.
and get a 10%, 15 % gain by fixing this scaling issue. And yes, all that AI data you're sending in that's wrong by sending in correct AI data, surprise, surprise, Meta's going to turn your ads around and target much better. Here's a bunch of before and afters with ad accounts, just like yours.
So we go and listen to their exact problems. Oh, I'm not seeing my closes. That's my big issue.
And we find or have on ad accounts that we're suffering from that same exact example. If they're an e -commerce store and they're not sending in the right data, if Meta's reporting way less sales coming in and they're having to guess in our ads, Harper down on what they're seeing the specific them and then sell based on that.
Or we find the problems they have with their existing solutions. And we sell based on that. When you show your solution and give people your solution, you tailor it specifically to them.
You let them set up the targets for you. You make them agree. If you knock the targets down, it's a win for them.
And then you knock the targets down. That's it. And most importantly of all, you make sure there's targets up in the first place.
You don't just start knocking down targets that they don't have. You make them say, yes, I have a problem. Here it is.
Here are the symptoms. of this problem, you knock down all the symptoms and you knock down the problem and you offer a solution based on the value attached to that problem that's far less than it. At this point, all we have to do on the pitch, there's a closing process we have, but it's really simple at this point.
We've gone through and every single time we show them the problem, we attach that value to it. You agreed before that you're losing about five to 10 % on your ad spend just through the waste right here. Do you see how this would save you that 5 ,000 a month?
We already have these numbers on hand from the calculator we did. Do you see how this would go and increase your ad spend by that 10 ,000 we agreed on? here here's 15 accounts that prove it do you see how fixing the data right here would improve your ad spend by five ten percent right here here's 15 accounts that prove it and so at this point we wrap up the demo which is really a proof of being able to solve the problem what were we doing this entire call we were converting them to believing they have the problem we did that in step one we convert them to believing we can fix the problem and then we sell them a price that is far less than the value of the solution.
So this point right here, we've gone through the account with them. Okay. Yeah.
You're losing about 25 ,000 a month in your ads. We've Verify that.
Here's tons of other accounts. Here's what we're going to do. You're losing $25 ,000 a month.
Hyrus is $1 ,000 a month. When you pay this right here, we're also going to guarantee this result. If you don't see an increase in your ad ROI, you don't pay us.
On top of that, if you get started today on this call, we'll offer you a 15 % discount so you don't have to go back to your team. But only if you get started today on this because people that sign up same day churn far, far less because we see they're way more ambitious about getting started. That right there is a fast action bonus to get people to actually close on the call.
At this point in time, There is really no objection to be had because what we've done throughout this entire call is solved every single objection. Oh, it's too expensive.
Well, look at the value right here. Oh, I'm using this solution right here. Well, we already found all the problems.
You're not getting the result right there. Oh, I need to talk to my team. Oh, the decision maker's on the call already.
What's there to talk about? Oh, well, you know, I'm not sure if this plugs in here, here, or there. This is where we actually go and start.
addressing those derailer questions if they've been loaded up the last thing i'll leave you with is also when we start seeing those derailer questions we hold all of them to this point where they admit they have a problem so for example if a person asks us how does this plug in the google analytics or how does this plug in to the facebook kpi what we're gonna do is not just answer how it plugs into their kpi what we're going to do is ask them what are you trying to solve with that what are you not seeing oh so you want to plug in the kpi because you're sending in the wrong data how is that affecting your business do you see how i just turned that derailleur into a diagnosis of a problem because what people are really asking when they ask the realer questions most of the time is they're asking is this actually going to solve my symptom if it's a yes no answer do we do you plug in this thing yes how well before we get into the how of it i'm not a developer so i want to give you a right answer here what are you trying to solve by fixing that what are you trying to solve by plugging us in the hubspot in this specific way oh yeah i really need to see custom reporting in the specific oh okay well then you should you'd be using our mcp to plug this data in you can just use our vibe coding to plug anything in but more importantly what are you not seeing in hubspot and how is it messing up your numbers and how do you think it's affecting your ads
Boom, boom, boom. The railer is completely shoved back on track. This is the entire process I've used to sell for years.
And this is the only way I sell because it's so damn easy. There might be better ways to sell. There might be some wing ding wizardry system where you can manipulate people into buying all sorts of stuff that they don't need.
But what I found works best. is you just make people understand they have a problem that they do truly have. You help educate them to a problem.
If someone has a butt tumor, they should know about the butt tumor, don't you think? It will improve their life if they take the butt tumor away. So we make them understand the butt tumor.
Then we make them understand the pain and the problems the butt tumor is causing them. You're shitting blood. Very unattractive.
Not fun at parties. And they go, yeah, that's really stopping me from picking up hot babes. Great.
How much is that worth to you to solve? $1 ,000 a month. Great.
Give me 50 bucks a month and we'll solve this problem for you. You see that I can't make good metaphors and I really shouldn't make these videos. I should just stop.
Terrible metaphor aside, what's the problem? Make you have the problem. What's the problem worth to you?
Okay, we'll fix this problem for you. for way less than it's worth to you. We'll guarantee the result.
Here's a reason to start now. This right here is going to get you 90 % of the way there to having a massively successful business. And frankly, the final 15, 20 % in conversions that you're going to miss from maybe not doing some other wing ding crazy stuff you see on other channels, not really even worth it.
And it's going to be getting you customers that aren't going to stay long -term anyways. So this is exactly what I've used to sell hundreds of millions of dollars worth of products exactly to a T. compare it to your business use it it works and if you want to see how we actually build those testimonials and get results for customers which is just as important as this pitch because if you can't prove it works you're kind of up a creek watch the video below this in the description and hey if you want to make more money from your ads guaranteed and all the things i said in this pitch might have stuck with you and you thought yeah i'm not actually seeing my sales results in my ads and i'm losing a lot of money and my ai data is pretty much dog you should come check out hyros because we'll fix that for you too and you can go through this pitch and see it yourself and as you go through the picture I see what this mother is doing, but you're not going to be mad about it because all we're going to be doing is diagnosing the problem you have.
You're going to see the problem you have, and then you're going to be like, oh shit, we can fix it. And we can actually skip through all that sales process stuff. When you just come and be like, yeah, I got a big problem.
How do I fix it? So you see how this pitch works. Even if a person already knows what you're doing, even if they're already warm.
So enjoy.
