Big Idea
The argument in one line.
Results don't change from motivation or a good week — they change when the right thought and action gets repeated long enough for the subconscious mind to accept it as identity, and quitting between day 10 and day 21 is what kills that process before it finishes.
Who This Is For
Read if. Skip if.
READ IF YOU ARE…
Someone chasing a wealth, health, or identity goal who keeps restarting motivation instead of building repetition.
Someone who has abandoned a new habit within the first two to three weeks more than once.
Someone who responds to belief-and-affirmation language (subconscious mind, paradigm, programming) rather than pure tactics or spreadsheets.
SKIP IF…
You're looking for a concrete daily schedule or step-by-step system — this stays at the belief and mindset level, not a tactical plan.
You're skeptical of subconscious-mind or law-of-attraction framing — the entire argument is built on that premise.
TL;DR
The full version, fast.
Arash Vossoughi argues most people quit right before results show up, because they treat one good week as proof and one missed day as failure. His mechanism: the subconscious mind runs on repetition, not motivation, so reading a written goal with real feeling several times a day for 90 days rewires the identity behind the results. He gives five non-negotiable reps: speak the goal as already true, picture a 30-second scene of it done, feel the emotion, change your environment, and take one action daily. The conclusion: don't chase a perfect streak, just never miss two days in a row, because returning is what compounds and quitting between day 10 and 21 is what erases the work already done.

Atomic Insights
Lines worth screenshotting.
Ninety percent of people quit their goal between day 10 and day 21, right before the subconscious rewiring would have taken hold.
Only 2% of the population earns 98% of the income, and the difference is framed as repetition: elite performers repeat a skill until they can't get it wrong, not until they get it right once.
The subconscious mind is said to drive 95 to 98% of daily behavior, so a goal that lives only in conscious willpower rarely survives a bad week.
Success isn't a perfect streak. The stated rule is simple: never miss two days in a row, because returning is the habit, not the missed day itself.
Writing a goal on a card in two sentences and reading it with real feeling 50 to 100 times a day is the exact exercise the speaker says Bob Proctor gave him, and it took about 30 days to become belief.
An alarm every three hours, kept up for 90 days, adds up to more than 500 reps of a goal statement — the claimed dose for changing identity.
The argument treats a vividly imagined 30-second scene as functionally equal to a real memory, since the subconscious mind is said not to distinguish between the two.
People don't fail from lack of ability, in this framing — the nervous system treats an unfamiliar new identity as unsafe and pulls them back to the old pattern.
Emotional involvement is presented as the multiplier: a repetition done without feeling is claimed to have no impact on the subconscious at all.
The five non-negotiable daily reps are: speak like the goal is already true, build a 30-second mental image, add emotional involvement, change your environment, and take one action.
If no one in your environment is already achieving what you want, the fix offered is to manufacture role models through content and coaching instead of waiting to find them in person.
Takeaway
Repetition, not motivation, is what actually changes results.
WHAT TO LEARN
Belief and habits get installed through repeated, emotionally-charged input over roughly 30 to 90 days, so the real risk isn't missing a day — it's quitting in the exact week before results would have shown up.
01Introduction
The habit of stating a goal isn't the same as installing it — repeating it with real feeling is what turns a stated goal into an actual belief.
There's always a gap between doing the work and seeing the result, and most people quit inside that exact gap.
02What You Repeat You Become
Elite performers keep repeating a skill after they've already gotten it right once; struggling performers stop the moment it works one time.
Repetition is presented as the mechanism behind every learned skill, including ones you don't consciously remember learning, like walking as a toddler.
03Why Only 2% Take Home 98% Of The Income
The income gap between the top 2% and everyone else is framed as a repetition gap, not a talent gap.
Refusing to keep practicing something after it starts working is described as the single habit most adults default to.
04Why You Keep Starting And Stopping
A single missed day isn't what kills a habit — quitting and not returning is the actual failure point.
The real target isn't a perfect streak; it's never missing two days in a row.
Expecting the same fast timeline marketing promises ('results in five days') sets people up to quit real, slower change.
05The Card Trick That Rewired My Brain
The exercise: write your goal on a card in two present-tense sentences, then read it aloud with real emotion 50 to 100 times a day.
In this account the shift wasn't instant — day one carried no belief, day seven brought momentum, day thirty produced conviction.
A recurring alarm roughly every three hours is the mechanism used to force the repetition to actually happen daily rather than depending on willpower.
06Bruce Lee's Brutal Truth About Repetition
The central quoted claim: fear the person who drilled one move a thousand times more than the one who tried a thousand different moves.
Because the mind is said not to distinguish a vividly imagined scene from a real memory, visualizing a specific 30-second outcome is treated as equivalent to living it.
07The Guarantee That Doesn't Exist
There's no guaranteed timeline for when repetition pays off — it could be days or months — and the instruction is to keep going without that certainty.
Confidence and bolder action are offered as the actual signal that the repetition has started working, not any external result yet.
08The 5 Non-Negotiable Reps
The five daily reps: speak your goal in the present tense, build a 30-second mental scene of it done, add real emotion, change your environment, take one action.
Changing your environment is treated as a repetition input too — if no one nearby is achieving what you want, the fix is to manufacture role models through content or coaching.
09Why 90% Quit Between Day 10 And 21
The claimed quit window is day 10 to day 21 — the point where effort has been paid but the visible result hasn't shown up yet.
Current, unwanted results are reframed as evidence of old repetition, not proof that a new approach doesn't work.
10The One Action You Must Take Right Now
The close asks for one concrete action within the hour, on the logic that an action reps the new identity to the subconscious in a way words alone don't.
The video's own closing device — asking viewers to click another video — mirrors its own thesis: the pitch is one more rep, not a one-time ask.
Glossary
Terms worth knowing.
Paradigm
A multitude of habits stored and running automatically in the subconscious mind, described here as the hidden program behind someone's current results.
The 5 non-negotiable reps
A five-part daily routine from the video: speaking your goal as already true, visualizing a 30-second scene of it achieved, adding emotional involvement, changing your environment, and taking one action.
Subconscious mind (as used here)
The part of the mind claimed to run 95-98% of daily behavior automatically, reprogrammed through repeated, emotionally-charged input rather than logic or one-time decisions.

metaphoranalogystory
I had the very best mentor in the world in Bob Proctor. Bob Proctor had taught this information that I teach for over 56 years. And he handed me a card, a card just like this.
And he said, Arash, I want you to write exactly what you want on the card in two sentences. And he said, I want you to read it over and over and over again. And I thought to myself, this is crazy.
There is always a gestation period between idea to result. And most people quit inside this gap.
They stopped doing the thing that was about to pay off in a big way right before the results are about to show up. So stay with me because in the next few minutes, I'm going to show you step by step why your results are not changing and what you need to do to finally break through. And it's going to be so simple.
For those of you who don't know me, my name is Arash Vasugi, USA Today bestselling author, and I have had the pleasure of coaching over 100 ,000 people all across the world. And wherever you're starting from, I want to help you make that decision too today. Now, here's a sentence I want you to hold on to for the rest of this video.
What you repeat, you become. See, I want you to take a good, honest look at your results right now. What are they telling you?
I hope to you they're not telling you you're not good enough because that's not what they're telling you. They're telling you what you've been repeating over the last several months, maybe several years. But when you get understanding of how much repetition in the right direction can change your life, you're going to see results changing literally so quickly.
Now, first, you've got to understand repetition is the mother of all learning. Think about it when you were a kid. When you were a kid.
You started crawling, then you started getting up. You didn't walk on your first try. You fell down.
You got back up, fell down, got back up, fell down. And then through the repetition, you learned how to walk. Now that is what I call a quantum leap.
See, every baby creates a quantum leap well before they're two years old. And you've got to understand, when we're kids, kids get involved with repetition. They will repeat things over and over again until they figure it out.
But adults, we lose that because repetition is so illogical to how our habits are programmed. We think, oh, once we get it right once, then we have it. See, that's the difference between elite performers and people who are struggling.
People who are struggling, they'll practice something until they get it right once. Elite performers will practice the repetition over and over again until they can't get it wrong. Repetition.
is what is the difference. And it's the little thing that makes the big thing. And that little thing is repetition that takes people like me from failing to succeeding.
I'm not special and understand this. If I can do this, you can do it. But I had to change my relationship with repetition.
There is no skill that was not built through repetition. So I want you to look at your results. There's a reason they are where they are.
They don't have to stay there, but you're going to have to make a decision that you are going to change your repetition and be intentional about the repetition you're practicing. And you've got to understand this is the one thing most adults refuse to get involved with. And this is why only 2 % of the population is creating 98 % of the income.
And why do most people quit? See, I was a great starter and a terrible finisher. I remember when I first made that one decision to bet on myself.
I told you there was one decision that took my results completely from failing to succeeding. And that one decision was betting on myself. But why were my results so bad when I was putting so much effort into it?
Because I was starting and stopping. Now, how many of you, honestly, are starting and stopping.
You say you're going to double your income. You say you're going to get in the best shape of your life. You do it for a week, maybe two weeks at the longest, and then the results don't change and you quit.
I want you to type in the comments, not me anymore. I really want you to put that, not me anymore. And then I want you to understand by typing it in the comments, you are telling your subconscious mind, I'm done.
Enough is enough. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. But let's get back to why your results are where they are and how we're going to change them.
It first starts with why most people quit. They say, I tried it already. They do it for a week.
They don't see results. They give up. They miss a day.
They never pick it up again. They hold themselves to an unfair standard thinking success is about perfection. Success isn't about perfection.
It's about progress. So the deal is we're not missing two days in a row. A perfect 30 -day streak isn't what I'm looking for for you guys.
I'm not looking for that to change your results. You don't need to be perfect. You need to be consistent.
Identity is built by people who miss and they get back on track. But we've got to understand, what is identity? You've heard the term.
I'm sure of it. It's everywhere. Identity is the most honest picture of how you see yourself.
And you and I will never create results that are not aligned with how I see myself and how you see yourself. So missing a day isn't the problem. Quitting is the problem, not returning to it.
See, people who want to change their results, they want to change it overnight. Why? Because we're marketed that way.
They say, you know, lose three inches in five days or your money back. That's not real life. See, it's the long game, not the short game.
It's the habits compounded over time that create the big results. How are habits created? Repetition.
How is income grown? Repetition. How are skill sets going from an amateur to a pro in life?
It's repetition. But the amateurs, they start and stop. And I could speak on it because I was an amateur because obviously I shared with you when I was struggling, I was starting and stopping.
They expect to see evidence immediately. The subconscious has to take time to rewire the programming. What's a program?
It's the constant habits that are inside your subconscious mind and your subconscious mind are creating 96 to 98 % of all your results. The nervous system is recalibrating. Until the nervous system feels safe, it's going to sabotage you.
It's going to constantly get you to start and stop. But the only way it can feel safe is by repetition. And during that repetition where you're not seeing the results, the world is rearranging all the right people, all the right ideas, all the right actions right to you.
But when you quit, you have no chance because the evidence isn't going to show up immediately. This is why people quit. But I want you to only quit at things that don't longer serve you.
Quitting isn't bad. It's that we're quitting on the wrong things. And understand, 95 % of your daily behavior is driven by your subconscious mind.
I want you to look at your behaviors yesterday. You know what they reveal? What you're practicing every single day.
But they're revealing your deepest beliefs. So if you are procrastinating, you have a lot of fear in there. We've got to change that.
If you are waiting to be ready, a lot of fear. We've got to change that. The subconscious mind stores your beliefs, habits, and patterns that are running your life automatically.
Now, I want to create repetition as the program that is running your life because the repetition is going to create empowering habits. What are empowering habits? Great habits that you don't even have to think about.
It's just who you are. It's just what you do. it is responding, that part of your mind that is your powerhouse.
What I mean by powerhouse, think about it. It's creating 95 % of our day. That is the power.
It responds to what is repeatedly reinforced. I want what you to reinforce is how you want to live. Now let's stop for a second and let's ask the most critical question.
What do you want more than anything else in the world? If it's freedom, I want you to type in the comments the word freedom. If it's wealth, I want you to type in the word wealth.
If it's health, I want you to type in the word health. I want you to type in, in the comments, what you want more than anything else in the world. Why?
Because the rest of the time I'm speaking, you're going to start thinking about what you want and how what I'm giving you, the information I'm giving you, how it is going to really reinforce the type of repetitions you must do. That's why lasting change doesn't happen overnight.
It requires emotional impact, meaning I am emotionally involved. I'm in love with that idea. Think about the first time you fell in love.
You didn't have to think about it. It created this emotion. That's how I want your big want to be.
And then it requires repetition, doing the same things over and over and over and over again until you don't have to think about it. Think about when you learned how to drive. I remember when I was learning how to drive.
my hands were really holding the wheel tight. Now when I drive home, sometimes I'm like, how did I even get home? I'm driving with two fingers.
Why? Because I did so much repetition of driving, it became an automatic habit in my subconscious mind. Well, guess what?
Money is a habit. Your attitude is a habit. Your relationships are a habit.
How do they get formed? Repetition. See, but I don't want it to be any repetition.
I want it to be repetition on steroids. What I mean by that is you're intentionally repeating the right things. This isn't about one day you're motivated.
You're like, you know what, Arash? I was so good today, but what happened the next day? I'd rather you be consistent than use motivation.
See, it's the small habits compounded over time that create the big results. I remember when the game changed for me, and I didn't even believe this was going to happen. the very best mentor in the world in Bob Proctor.
Bob Proctor had taught this information that I teach for over 56 years. And he handed me a card, a card just like this. And he said, Arash, I want you to write exactly what you want on the card in two sentences.
And he said, I want you to read it over and over and over again. And I thought to myself, this is crazy. He said, listen.
Years ago, my mentor told me to write my goal on a card and read it over and over again, because if you tell yourself a lie long enough, you're going to start believing it. So I did it. And I would read it 50 to 100 times a day, but I wouldn't just read it.
Day one, I didn't believe it. By day seven, I started creating momentum. By day 30, I knew it was going to happen because of the repetition.
The repetition, over time, creates the new belief. What I want you to understand is what you said you wanted in the comments, I want that to be a brain tattoo. I want you to get involved in the repetition of doing this.
Now, repeating a belief only works if you repeat it every day. So I want you to put an alarm on your phone. I give all my elite clients this instruction.
You put an alarm on your phone every three hours. Why? Because you return back to the belief.
Because I don't expect you. If you are just starting out with a big goal to believe it's going to happen, in 30 days, you're going to believe it. Once you believe it, everything else is going to be working in your favor.
But I want you, when the alarm comes off, let's say you have a goal to earn $50 ,000 a month. What you would write on this card is, I am so happy and grateful now that I am now earning $50 ,000 or more every month, and I love it.
Now, you see my conviction when I say it? It has to be mixed with feeling. I told you it's emotional involvement with feeling.
But do you understand this is more powerful to change your belief than anything else? Because you keep going back to it, going back to it, going back to it. It's a repetition that is the mother of all learning.
It's a repetition that changes it. It goes back to one of my favorite quotes by Bruce Lee. He said, I was never worried about my opponent who practiced a thousand moves.
I was worried about my opponent who practiced one move a thousand times. What creates mastery? Repetition.
What creates new results for you? Repetition. What creates a new confidence?
Repetition. Understand when you start repeating, you are using the greatest golden rule in the world, which is what we focus on expands. Well, if you keep focusing on what you want every day, every three hours, you are practicing now repetition in the right direction.
Remember, what gets repeated gets installed. Everything you've been repeating has already been installed. If you want to know what it is, look at your results.
I can look at my results. Results never lie. Results always tell the story, which means you already know how to implement repetition because you're doing it, but are you doing it unconscious?
See, you've got to understand changing your program, your program is running your life. See, as I'm speaking, Everybody watching this, the thousands and thousands of people watching this video right now, you know what?
They're hearing me all different. Why? Because we're all programmed different.
The reason you're not winning, the reason your results are stuck, the reason my results were stuck is because you're practicing repetition in the wrong direction. Every three hours, let me give you the data. Every three hours, that's five to six reps of repeating your goal.
for a couple minutes every three hours. Over 90 days, that's well over 500 reps. With feeling, with conviction, you're gonna be operating with a completely different program.
Your subconscious is gonna be programmed to win. I want you to imagine, what if you were programmed the second you got up to win? You understand people right now, when they wake up in the morning, they know they're gonna win.
When I wake up, I know I'm gonna win. But there's other people, when they wake up, they know they're gonna lose. They have the same mind.
They have the same capability, same potential. They're just operating with a different program. That's why most people make a decision in the morning.
They say, I'm going to, using my example of earning $50 ,000 or more every month. And then an hour later, they get adversity. They say, see, it doesn't work.
See, the results are showing me. No, no, no. The results are telling you about the last three months of decisions, of repetitions you made.
What is decision? It's just repetition. That's all it is.
But what if you make every decision now with repetition from the person who's already achieved the goal? What if you did that for 90 days? What if you woke up every day and you repeated your goal but knew you were going to win, where you operated with faith?
Now you're practicing faith with repetition. See, when you start doing this, your subconscious is going to change over time. Now, how long will it change?
That depends. on your emotional involvement with your dream of what you want the most and how consistent you are with the repetition. Each time you start and stop, you weaken yourself.
But each time you're consistent, now you're not feeding your old self anymore. Now you're weakening the old program. You stop feeding an old idea.
Guess what? It dies. And you're strengthening the new one.
Repetition is tedious. It's boring, but it has the greatest impact. Remember what Bruce Lee said.
I was never worried about my opponent who practiced a thousand moves. I was worried about my opponent who practiced one move a thousand times. Bruce Lee was a very wise man.
That's why it works. Most people are not defeated by competition. The only competition you and I have is who we were yesterday.
They're defeated by starting and stopping. They're defeated by quitting. They're defeated by inconsistency.
They stop before the repetition has enough time to work. What if I told you it was guaranteed? I'm going to give you a guarantee.
And let's say this was true. It was guaranteed. Six months, you're going to get involved with repetition every day, seven days a week for the next six months, and you would triple your income.
Would you do it? And it would be automatic. And you'd say, yes, I would do it.
But the problem is there are no guarantees. We don't know if it takes three days. Six months, seven seconds.
We don't know. We have to keep practicing the repetition until the results arrive. We don't abandon the process.
See, we understand this if you have kids or you go back to when you were a kid. I don't remember when I learned to walk, but I know it was through repetition. Any skill that I've developed is through repetition.
I teach sales professionals how to sell as a professional. And I say, you could just be started and you could be one of the top salesperson in the next 12 months if you will get involved in the repetition of practicing your presentation. Well, all of a sudden, I get amateurs who are now professionals.
Why? Repetition. The people who win are the people who stay with repetition long enough for it to take effect.
And you'll always know it takes effect because all of a sudden, you're more confident. You're taking bold action. You're taking more courageous actions and your results are starting to change.
See it daily. So three minutes in the morning, three minutes every three hours, three minutes right before you go to sleep, the game is going to change. But I don't want you just to speak it.
I want you to create an image. You and I think in pictures. If I said to you, I want you.
to go in your car right now. Right away, an image of your car came on your mind. Or if I told you, I want you to see the Eiffel Tower.
Right away, the Eiffel Tower came in your mind because we think in pictures. See, you've got to understand your subconscious mind and your central nervous system does not know the difference between what is true or what is vividly imagined. Because we think in image, we want to create a scene in your mind of 30 -second scene.
of you already achieving your goal, like it's already here. Now, but the key is feeling it. The reps that change your life are the ones you feel, the ones you're convicted to.
You're not just doing it to check a box. The reps that aren't felt have no impact. Nothing is changing.
Before you read the card, and I want you to get a card, send me an email, I'll send you a card at hello at VossCoachingCo .com. I will personally send you a card. But before you read the card, I want you to relax.
I want you to breathe in, get your mind neutral, and generate the feeling like it was impossible for this not to happen. And then you read the card with that feeling. And you do this over and over again, everything is going to change.
Your subconscious responds to emotion more than words. So if you want the new idea to really take root in terms of changing your results, don't just say it, feel it. How would you feel had you already achieved this?
You'd feel confident. I want you to feel confident when you're reading it. You'd feel proud of yourself.
I want you to feel proud. You'd feel worthy. I want you to feel worthy right now.
Surround yourself with the message of your goal achieved everywhere. If you came in my office, there's all these reminders of my why. I have pictures of my family.
I have different quotes. I have pictures of my goal on my screensaver, on my phone, on my computer. I want you to bombard your subconscious mind with repetition that doesn't even take time because your subconscious is working 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Now, but you can't just speak it. Now you have to behave like that person before you are that person. The wealthiest decision you're going to make is the decision before you're ready.
We have to get into action. You and I get rewarded by the actions we take every single day. So I want you to start by taking one action that you don't even know if it's going to work.
But when you're doing the repetition of seeing that 30 -second scene and repeating your goal every three hours, you know what's going to happen? Your program's changing. And all of a sudden, you're going to know when it's taking root in your subconscious mind.
Because you're going to attract different ideas. You're going to take actions you never took. That's your aha to be like, okay, now I have momentum working in my favor.
I want you for the next two weeks to commit to one non -negotiable action. Then after two weeks, I want the next two weeks to have two non -negotiable actions from your goal achieved. And then I want you to work your way up to three non -negotiable actions.
When you do that, everything is going to change. Remember this. Action.
is the most important thing you and I do every day, but we can't act if we're not thinking from the person who's already achieved it. Your subconscious mind is gonna not change anything if you're not taking action because it's not thinking it's true. Your subconscious mind is always following your behavior.
These are the five reps that are non -negotiable, your words. You are speaking prosperous words. You're speaking words that are aligned with your goal.
How would you speak audibly? Had you already achieved your goals? How I want you to speak.
Two, you're going to create an image. What is that image? That 30 second scene.
Three, you're going to have emotional involvement. Now, what if you're dealing with adversity? The results are stacked against you like they were me.
You don't give into it. That's your old self. Four, you're going to change your environment.
If you don't have anyone who is already achieving extraordinary things in your environment, you are going to binge my YouTube channel. You are going to be mentored by me on YouTube every single day. It's the repetition of watching the videos over and over and over again that are going to change your video.
And even better yet, contact my team. We will get on a coaching call and coach you through the repetition to take. And five, you take action every day.
Every day you take action. This is why your results are stuck. And this is why 90 % of people quit between day 10 and 21.
They don't see the results because they expected the results from six months in day 10. It's not going to happen. You didn't create your program in 10 days.
You're not going to change it in 10 days. Trust the process. The subconscious is rewiring.
The way the subconscious works. It's very impulsive. It loves repetition and emotional involvement.
But the visible world, your current results are still rendering your old program, your old self. So don't give in. Say, I'm going to keep persisting.
Persistence is critical. Now let me tell you the cost of skipping your repetition. You're going to stay where you are.
You're going to quietly regress back. and give up, and you might not come back to another goal or another dream for another year, maybe two years. See, remember, your paradigm, that's your programming.
What is a paradigm? It's a multitude of habits that are stored in your subconscious mind. Remember what I told you your subconscious mind responds to, habits.
That's what it is. The program is always running in the background. Without...
fresh practicing of repetition, the results will never change. But here's what happens with repetition. Every time you repeat it, you get stronger, more convicted than you were the day before.
That's why 90 days of repetition, I'm going to show you a different person. You will always, so will I, we become the thing we keep doing. You and I are practicing repetition every day.
Let's practice it the right way because I don't want you to be stuck. If you're sick and tired of being sick and tired of being stuck, say me in the comments below. You don't become it just by deciding it, just by writing about it.
You become it by practicing what I'm giving you. The ideas always work when we work the ideas. You will not be transformed long term by watching this video once.
You've got to watch it over and over again. You're transformed by what you repeat when no one is watching. But remember, boring is the price of mastery.
Everything you admire was built by someone willing to be bored. But they didn't know if it was going to happen, but they kept persisting with repetition. That's why athletes shoot the same shot, musicians play the same song, surgeons cut the same incision.
The unsexy stuff is the leverage. Everyone wants the results. Few want to pay the price.
And I'm telling you, this is not a dopamine release. This is what creates permanent results. And when you do that, and you practice the five parts of the stack, your words, you create the image, you're emotionally involved, you surround yourself with people who are further than you, and you take action every day, the game is going to change.
Repetition is the only force. It is the mother of all learning that will compound everything you have learned in this video. But it will create tangible results.
Choose that one scene for 30 seconds. speak it into existence, everything in your life is going to change. What is that one action you're going to take within the next hour?
What is that one action? I want you to take it within an hour. Why do I want you to take it?
Because you're going to be rewarded by the next action. And remember what I said, the ideas only work. if we work the ideas.
And action is critical. The action rep is the rep that proves to your subconscious mind you are no longer kidding and your subconscious will go out and go bring you everything that is in line for you to achieve that want. Is that want wealth?
Is it health? What is that want? Is it creating the business of your dreams?
Is it scaling your business? Remember, repetition is the mother. of all learning.
It is the mother of all skill. It is the mother of the new identity. Remember, we can't outperform our identity.
That's how we see ourselves on a deep subconscious level. Repeat the right things for the right number of days and nothing can stop the outcome and you're going to become the most dangerous person in the world. You know why?
Because you're going to be unstoppable. But when you miss a day, don't call it failures. You never miss two days.
The miss is not the problem. Not returning is. And when it feels like nothing is happening, that is when everything is happening.
I do not want you to give in. And understand this. You are designing a new life.
I hope you decided in this video that I am done settling for stuck. I am done keep speaking stuck into existence. And I am done making decisions from my past.
And I am making a decision right now that I am going to fall in love with repetition and create the best version of me. When you do that, you're going to change your belief. And remember, the golden rule, what we focus on, we become.
What you repeat, you become. And there's a new version of you dying to come out. If you're serious about changing your results, you have to understand how the mind works.
So click the video on the screen because you didn't make it to the end of this video by accident. I know you're ready because you're still here. Something in you isn't done yet because I sat exactly where you're sitting.
staring at a number that wouldn't move until i made that decision you're one decision away from changing your life believe in yourself i don't care about the results understand the wealthiest decision we make is the decision before we're ready you're one decision away from quitting don't quit don't give in click the video on the screen and i'm going to show you how to make everything you learn today automatic so you never have to force yourself to do the reps again
The Hook
The bait, then the rug-pull.
Arash Vossoughi opens by naming his own mentor, Bob Proctor, and the exact exercise Proctor handed him: write your goal on a card, then read it over and over. The rest of the video is his case for why that repetition, kept up past the point most people quit, is the actual mechanism behind changed results.

VERBAL ASK

“contact my team. We will get on a coaching call and coach you through the repetition to take.”
A soft, low-pressure coaching-call mention folded inside the 5-reps list rather than a hard pitch. The harder ask throughout the video is comment engagement (typing specific words), and the final CTA is an end-screen click to another video, not a direct offer.
