And you're going to learn exactly how to do this for anything that you like. I was genuinely blown away by Claude's capabilities when I started pulling on a string. And if you make it to the end of the video, which I highly recommend, you're going to leave with legitimate design superpowers.
And I encourage you to join me on the fight. against the AI slop monster. Now, Claude has just solved motion design.
And in this video, I'm going to show you so much cool stuff. It's going to blow your mind. Now, why has this happened?
Well, one of the reasons for this is quite simply the idea that the model has just kind of gotten that good. And the reason why everybody gets AI slop is because they just treat it like a chatbot. They don't use the right...
tools and they don't use the right systems, both of which are super simple. And I'll show you exactly how you apply them in this video. The idea is we're going to find brilliant design, build that brilliant design, and then codify it so we can use it whenever we want to.
Now, I'm going to show you this across three levels, each of which gets more and more epic as we go along, starting off with the ability for Claude to do what is known as color grading. And this is the idea that Claude itself can access LUTs and do some incredible things. Now, previously, when I learned editing for my YouTube channel, I always used to think, man, I've got to download loads of LUTs.
I've got to figure out, you know, what is the brightness? It was really complicated. But did you know that Claude itself can conduct crazy research and just build the thing?
for you. Let me show you what I mean. I built this inside my design operating system.
So look, if I come over here and I show you over here under studio, I can come over to LUT. Now check this out. This was basically a prompt I gave to Claude and I said, hey, I want you to build for me a LUT system.
I'm going to give you a video and I want you to color grade it and just build me some different options. And look at what it does. You can upload any footage.
You can click grade this. You can do this in the chat window with Claudia as well, just as easily. I just like having an area to do this.
And what this will do, it can actually identify all of the different colors that exist. So ink, olive shadow, skin, window leaf. And you can see what it's recommended using.
And you can see what the difference is. With the color grading, and Claude will actually give you all the information. So it's removed the green spill.
That is awesome. Skin cooled to natural, window recovered, blacks held off the floor, and you can even reduce down the intensity to see exactly what the difference is. And as you can see, we've got loads of other different variations where you can literally now upload any footage to Claude and have it color corrected into any style that you want.
That is absolutely crazy. Now, not needing a professional color grading artist is one thing. And this is more important than you think, because this is just one task that we can now give to Claude and Claude Design will actually go ahead and complete that.
But it is nothing compared to what exists. inside level two. Now level two is this idea of motion video and when I show you what I mean by motion video it's going to actually go ahead and blow your mind.
So let's say for example you want to build b -roll for your Instagram videos, for your YouTube videos and you want to get a beautiful style that is replicatable. Well the first thing we need to do is find something that looks gorgeous. For example this I thought was fantastic.
What if I want to change this to 1992 and JR. Could it do this? This is what Claude gave me.
And then I was like, awesome. Now turn this into wide and look at the particle effects. Look at the combination.
And this actually is different than just telling Claude, you just have to do a couple of things. You might be wondering, Jack, how do I do this? Well, this is just scratching the surface.
This works for so many different types. It is so freaking cool. So let's come down to how it was built.
Now check this out. All I did. is we use a video generation tool and we're going to be using Higgs field on this because it connects so freaking easily.
It basically amended the color. It had a type that it edited. It did some stuff with the frames.
Didn't need to use any additional software at all. And then cloud code edit together and it cost about two bucks to build. this animation.
So the first thing that we're going to do here is we're going to head over to Higgs field. This is what I use generally for my image and video generation. It's really cool because it's so unbelievably simple to connect.
All you do is come down here and screenshot this or I'll put a link down below so you can just click it and open it up if you aren't connected already and then head back over to Claude once you've grabbed a screenshot or just copy this information here. Then you can say hey I want to connect to the Higgs field CLI so we can generate images.
and videos together, and then paste in the screenshot. Once you've done that, it will then open up the platform, you sign in, and then you can go ahead and use all the latest video and image generation models. It is very cool.
Everything I'm showing in this video, I generated with Higgs film. That's how powerful it is. But the thing is, it isn't just enough to say, hey, go and make me this, because it will fail spectacularly.
It's crazy. So what we're going to do is a very cool strategy. I'm going to put a link down below for this free design loop skill.
And all the stuff that I've built in this video, I'll put a link down below. Where you will grab it is the second link in the description, and it will take you through to this here. This is where I keep all of my free resources.

And then if you want to go for some magic, we've got the community with a bazillion other things that take it to an unimaginably different level. So step one is to find inspiration. My current favorite place for this, and I want to shut these guys out, is this website here.
It is crazy valuable. Not only can you just get beautiful inspiration, you know, Pinterest is another great example of this. This is save .com with two E's.
You can actually type things in there. Like check this out. For example, if I type in numbers, look at this.
Look at this. This is exceptional design. It's design you can't even really explain why it's good.
It's just awesome. So what I did as an example is I found a video that really fit the kind of graphic and style that I wanted. And I just said, let's say we find a couple of videos.
So what you might do is if I come over to Pop, let's have a look. Again, these guys are not sponsoring the video or anything like that, but I'll always share the stuff that I think is decent. But let's say that you like this design.
I might go ahead and I want to actually have a look at those. Just save the video, get a couple of different inspirations. Essentially, what we're doing is building out a mood board of several different designs, several different styles and our creative direction.
Then head over to Claude and basically drop in and say, hey there, this is the kind of style that I want to design. I love this animation from the first image and I love the way that the second image at the color scheme that exists. Go ahead and build me something using the below skill.
And then all you're going to do, guys, is come over here, copy all this design lip skill, swing straight back over to Claude, and then drop that in. So once that's done, you'll be able to actually get designs that look gorgeous like this.
And so here is another style that I really like. So I thought, could I replicate something like this if I wanted to go in this direction stylistically? Well, it turns out, yes, you can.
You can basically go ahead and build anything you want to. And then here is another example, which is gorgeous. So even this website here, for example, guys, as you can see, look, I even got this nice animation down here, all built with Claude using the systems I talk about.

So look at this. The one on the left is the original. And I saw this and I was like, that is gorgeous.
Like that just looks amazing to me. I was like, I just love, you can tell how hyped up I get about design because if you're new here, by the way, my name is Jack. I built and sold my last tech startup, like a gazillion customers.
And one of the cool things I always got complimented on was the design. And I really genuinely believe it got customers, investor conversations, sales. and everything.
So I get really hyped up about this design stuff. And it's so exciting to share with you the cool stuff. Now, I looked at this and I was like, this is really freaking cool.
Can we reverse engineer what crushed this? And this is everything on the right hand side, guys, were images I made with Higgs field and Claude using the exact process that I'm showing you here. It is amazing.
Typically what's happening here is your focal point is drawn into the middle and then it's flashing images. But you know, you imagine you're building a video or a documentary or anything, or even a short film content to have these little flickers just like that. And pay close attention to the color grading as well, because I had it deconstruct step by step.
everything that's going on. You know, what is the size of the image? What is the color grading?
What is the focus point? Why does this look so good? Asking the right questions gets better outputs.
And this is the kind of thing that you get. And as you can see, it's actually 20 photographs and it broke down here exactly how it did it. And this leads us nicely onto the third step, which really brings us together.
We've had the design. We've had the creation. Once the creation is done, we go to fight.
We build it into a system. And what's really interesting here is that Claude helps us do that. And one of the findings here is that one grade glues everything together.
Green sits above red in the highlights, the shadows stay deep and clean, and the grain covers every joint. That was one of the reasons why this looks so good, because the design loop skill... I'll put a link on screen to a video if you haven't seen the wonders of the design loop and why that's so cool.
But it kind of was able to capture the design essence, guys. And this is what I want for your designs. The ability to understand what's actually making these designs look so fantastic.
And so the method here for all future stuff is measure before you build, one grade over everything, one subject per photograph, whole for two or three frames, loop a short set, and... Basically break it exactly once. And then once that's complete, head back over to Claude and give it his prompt.
This was beautiful. Now turn this into a skill that I can use whenever I want for any of my content. And then Claude will actually go back, turn that into a skill, and then you can use it whenever you want to.
Personally, this is why I so heavily recommend an operating system, mainly because if you actually have an operating system, you can build out a design OS and then have like, you know, whatever you want to in here, building whatever you need to. basically have tabs that you generate as you go along. And the other thing you can do with this as well, isn't just to do with the video gem.
We can do anything from editing. So if you take a look at this, for example, this is something, even this motion background guys was created using the exact same process. I gave it an image.
I said, Hey, turn this into a background. and animated it. And Higgs filtered that exact thing.
And this is a video I did for my community. And look at this, you can have these beautiful animations, which are great. And then that very brilliantly takes us on to level three, which is about transitions.
Now check this out. You may be thinking, Jack, these transitions look fantastic. And you wouldn't be wrong, actually.
But we can now actually get Claude to do all this stuff for us. I like this transition, or maybe I like this one, or this one. How can Claude possibly do this?
These were very, very, very big and very... an edge if you want to. Well, I played around with it.
And one of the things that I found is the court itself. can have a stab at it, but it's not brilliant at doing it yet. So what you can actually do is you can find assets and websites that have motion designs.
Now, these guys are not a sponsored video. I use them when I actually used to edit my videos back in the day. And effectively what you can do is find different design styles, different transitions that you really like.
YouTube, for example, doesn't have to be too design heavy, but you can find stuff like this. And now, of course, you can build all of these designs, all these transitions. using the same process I showed you earlier, or you can go to any website that has transitions and you can download them and do whatever.
Again, these are not a sponsored video. I just want to show you what you can do where you can download them. Then you can head back over to Claude and be like, hey, I've just downloaded a lot of transitions, added to my design operating system and into my workflow so that I can basically just add them in when I want to in my editing.
And so what I've added into my design OS, guys, is a transitions tab. Now check this out. I can upload any clip I want to.
It will find... the scans for the cut and then actually do the cut. And look at this.
You can see all the different ones we've got here. We've got this little millimeter shot. It shows you what the film burns look like.
You can see all of the different things that we have. And I've got so many on here, light leaks. These just look gorgeous.
And guys, Claude can do this. basically for anything that you want to just by uploading footage for example you can upload footage scan it for cuts and again you can do all of this inside claude if you want to you can identify where the cuts where should they be and essentially it's basically having like an ai editor that runs through everything for you or if you prefer you can literally just grab this stuff have it as a place that you look at for any kind of you know transitions when i was editing i was always like okay where are these web transitions what should fix it is really helpful just to have so much stuff that you can actually come through and have a look at that you can just have a look grab download and throw into video whenever you want to whether you're doing it or you're giving it over to claude so for example you can do stuff like this this is a video and you can actually come down here and play around and hit the transition jumps onto something else
Again, it just shows you exactly how it works in practice. You can build anything really cool with this stuff. But it does lead us on to a very interesting question.
And that's, where does this actually stop? And what is one of the most valuable things that you can be doing with this technology right now? Well, I'm going to show you one of the most epic use cases I've found.
And we're going to do that together inside this video right here.
