WHAT TO LEARN
Fable 5.1 wins these one-shot comparisons because it's paired with curated references, an image/video generation tool, a self-critiquing review skill, and a copy-humanizing pass, not because the model does it alone.
- Judge a new model release by side-by-side outputs on real briefs instead of benchmark scores, since token efficiency and long-running-task quality matter more day to day than headline numbers.
- Feed AI a specific reference (a URL, a screenshot, a UI component) instead of an open-ended prompt; the closer the reference, the closer the one-shot result gets to usable.
- Pull one component from a reference site rather than asking AI to design a full page from scratch when only one part of an existing design is actually strong.
- Build a review loop into any AI design process: have a second pass of automated critics check the first output against a quality bar before you accept it.

Fable 5 .1 just dropped and it can build beautiful designs, websites, you name it, in one shot. And not only is it significantly cheaper than the previous model, Fable 5, it can build designs at a way better standard. And in this video, I'm going to show you exactly how to do that, what it's capable of, and crucially, how it actually goes ahead and compares to the latest ChatGPT model so you can get light years ahead of everybody else.
So, if you haven't already, grab that beautiful coffee. and let's dive straight in now this entire website you're seeing right here was built completely with fable 5 .1 in one single shot look at this beautiful animation as i scroll up and down the images everything else and you can just see the level of interactivity And what I was particularly impressed with is how well it nailed this.
This was literally no feedback. It absolutely crushed it. And you can see just exactly what this thing is capable of, how it moves around, the crispness to small edges, to detail.
It has an artistic edge to it that got me really excited. And you can see how it literally built this as well and how JackGBT compared to it. But first of all, we need to go ahead and begin with Fable 5 .1.
why it really matters so i don't spend any longer guys than 10 seconds on the benchmarks because we don't want a benchmark queen we want something that actually works now this model is better at long -running work it is generally speaking more concise in other words its quality output per token efficiency is way better and as i'll show you when you give it tools like video generation it is incredible at actually capturing and generating this in one go i'm super excited about it so the very first thing that i actually had fable 5 .1 do which i think is the best way to understand this Then I can show you how you can get results just like that.
It's essentially what you want to do is come over and ask it to build a site. Now, interestingly, I also asked ChatGPT 5 .6 Solve to do the same thing. And all I did here, for example, is give it this reference from Referra.
I'm also going to show you loads of cool assets you can do to do this. And this essentially is the website. As you can see, it looks gorgeous, pretty sweet, has lots of stuff going on.
And all I literally did was copy the URL and I said, hey, I want you to build me. Be inspired by this and build me this website, make it a little bit better, right? Now, if I come over to the actual results, if you can see, this is what Claude did.
Claude opened, you know, Fable 5 .1 and just look at these beautiful animations and graphics. It is fantastic. Then I give this exact same prompt to the best, most premium model inside ChatGPT 5 .6.
So, and this is the result we got. Now, this is still good. Obviously, there's a couple of things we've got to tidy up.
So bear that in mind. But you can just see the kind of difference between the two. Again, it's got this, but I don't think that this scrolling animation here is quite as crisp as the one that we got realistically with this.
And when it comes to design, time is a really important asset, as they say. So you can come down and you can see it has got something there, but it's got these kind of gaps and a bit of spacing that needs a little bit of work. And to come down, you can see the difference.
This, I think, is really a really sweet move. And then here, I think, is where really... It is in completely different walls.
If you look at this animation compared to what we get with Fable 5 .1 down here, it's a completely different ballpark, completely different ballpark. Come down and you can see, and there you go. You got the whole thing.
So really good standard. I think with a couple of prompts, to be fair, you could really bump up. But from a one shot point of view, I'm super impressed with where Fable 5 .1 is.
Now, the next one I gave it. was asking it to basically rebuild Notion. So this is the Notion website.
As you can see, we're teams and agents, ship together, build together, do all this sort of stuff. This is the website. Now, I wanted to test its capability by basically being like, okay, just building the website, but doing one for AI instead.
And this right here is what it built. And I'm not joking. This is exactly what I got on one shot.
I even said to it, add me in there. So you see this handsome guy with the mustache? That's me.
That's how you know it did this. And look at the level of detail that Fable 5 .1 can do from a design point of view. Because, you know, on this channel, guys, I'm all about like, well, so what?
Like, okay, it's great. And by the way, if you are new, I am Jack. I did build and sold my last tech startup with a gazillion customers.
And one piece of feedback I always got was design, which is why I'm so invested in design and what AI can do. Now look at these small details. It actually went ahead and built this.
Look at this. This Northern HQ is completely unique. If I come back over to Notion, for example, this is Ramp HQ.
And these are different things. You can see it's built all of this by itself, completely unique, which is insane. I mean, I'm really, really impressed with that.
And you can see it's got these different flying things around there. It's got the logos. Again, it's got me.
Me and Catherine, I don't know what it's trying to say about Catherine. I'm not sure I can accept this, guys, actually. Actually, we're going to downvote Fable 5 .1 after that.
Unacceptable. But as you can see, again, it's just done a fantastic job of one -shotting. So you can basically get inspired by several designs and build this.
Then this is what we got through with ChatGPT, a completely new and unique take on the topic. It's gone dark mode. I like that it's been...
you know kind of inspired by that i think this has taken more the principle of it and kind of driven in that direction but again you can see the difference this is like one shot essentially It's come down and the vibe is just very different. It's not something that you could particularly use straight away.
The other test that I gave these models, and I'll show you exactly how I did this in a second, was essentially to look at a perfume bottle and rotate it around 365. This, for example, is what we did with ChatGPT. And it's a good stab.
But as you can see, as it's rotating around, it's not a flawless loop. I gave the same thing over to Claude. And this is what we got.
It went ahead and that is a flawless, perfect. rotation. We got that directly just using Claude 5 .1, which is pretty fantastic.
And a great resource for your designs, I'll show you some even more in a second, is this website called save .com. It's pretty cool. And I really wondered like, okay, if I found something interesting on here that I like, how quickly and how reliably can Fable 5 .1 do it?
Well, I gave it a test and this is one that I found. So this is like a Carlos thing, as you can see, let Carlos push deploy, pull, build, merge one. I was like, could you build one for me?
Just talking about jack and this is what it did and it literally did all of this this is all code it was able to understand the video and redesign it for me flawlessly in one shot the other cool thing i did is i run a podcast as you might know with my buddy nick and these are some of the design assets that we have for our podcast which is pretty cool and that's okay well what if we just gave this url to for example claude could it make builders like a brand guideline i did that and it went ahead and built us this whole system now again there's various different improvements you can do to it but it's just so It's capable of extracting assets and building good things for you on a single shot.
Now, the cool thing about it isn't just its design capabilities, but the fact that it's actually cheaper to use, which is awesome. But you're not going to be able to get websites like this unless you actually give it like an image editing tool and also a video creation tool. For example, this website here.
is a video gen thing, which is awesome. And again, you can do it with various different things. This again, all I did to build this is I literally just plugged into this tool called open art, which is ridiculously easy to use.
This is like essentially connecting to every state of the art image tool, video tool. It is unbelievably easy to set up. All I literally did is I came over and then when you're here, you just come over, click on the CLI and literally guys, you can just copy and paste all of this and head back over to Claude.
Then once you're in Claude, just say, hey there, I want you to connect OpenArt via the CLI. And then once you've signed in, you can actually generate images and videos with Claude, with ChatGPT, with any model. It saves a ton of time and it's a very intuitive platform and just lets us build beautiful stuff like I just showed you.
Now, the other thing that I did when I was building up these systems using OpenArt, using Claude 5 .1, one fable is I actually went ahead and I also developed this design loop skill now this design loop skill it basically is something I'm building out over time adding to it and essentially it just enables Claude to go through a series of reviews and it creates critics that all challenge one another making sure that it actually hits the ideal point I'll put a link down below you can grab it completely for free it'll be available inside my free school community which is right over here so just go ahead and grab that and I'll put a link down below so you can go ahead and nail it and by the way if this is all sounding Like I'm .

So I pulled together this as well, which I'll share with you. This effectively is just a basic combination of all the cool places that i found so let's say we wanted to buy website galleries well this will just show you loads and you can literally come down and look at all of the best website galleries like you've got this one here which is cool and again just get inspired and you can give claude or chat gpt images you can give it videos as you can see it's just an absolute massive resource full of different places some are absolutely incredible some are killing it Some could be a little bit better.
This one's pretty decent. So that's really cool. On top of that, you've got what I call UI sniping.
So if you really want to take your website to a completely new level, what we can do is find specific UI components. that we can leverage to do various different things. I talk about this for years on the channel.
It's very, very cool. So effectively, instead of essentially designing everything from scratch, you can just go ahead and get a specific thing that you want to use and just insert that into the business as well, which is really powerful. Then I've also included these basic things that you can save and collect that you might find quite helpful.
There's some stuff here for brand type, deck, social, just a nice kind of repo that we can build out over time showing you how to do anything. And then the final thing that you want to do with anything that you're building is going to be what I call the Slop Monster on GitHub.
Now, this is something that I built actually specifically to help out with what I would call . Now, the idea of this is you want to turn AI written copy into something that sounds like a human. So this is built off all of the open source like humanizing GitHub repos.
And I find it really powerful. And I did one additional thing to it as well, as well as trying to take the best from everyone that existed. I added into it a sales and marketing edge.
So this looks at AI vocab, AI constructions. punctuation cadence, rule of three rhythm, and then sales and marketing. So I had a look at and just got loads of the best insights from Hormozy, Daniel Priestley.
It's built on several principles like don't make me think. So essentially what we do whenever we get anything with text, all we do is run it through this free GitHub repo and effectively make it sound not like AI. To give you an example of that, we go from things like this.

So when you combine brilliant design reference, you combine fantastic, powerful model with the wonderful Fable 5 .1, and then we give it an anti -AI slot machine, we can actually get something that builds some beautiful designs and , which I invite you to join me on the crusade against.
