Big Idea

The argument in one line.

Chaining Claude Desktop to a video-generation MCP turns a handful of iPhone photos into a sellable cinematic real estate tour, and the real business isn't the AI trick — it's packaging it as a $500-$2,500/month retainer for local agents.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • A freelancer or side-hustler who wants a productized AI service to sell to local businesses, not just a personal AI trick.
  • Someone comfortable with basic browser tools and account setup who wants a concrete, sellable use for Claude beyond chatting with it.
  • A real estate agent or brokerage owner curious what a $500-$2,500/month AI listing-video vendor is actually delivering behind the scenes.
SKIP IF…
  • You're looking for a hands-off passive-income claim — this is an active production-and-cold-outreach workflow, not a set-and-forget system.
  • You need a coding tutorial — there's no code here, just account setup, prompt engineering, and a Chrome scraper extension.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

The video builds a cinematic real estate listing video from a few iPhone photos using Claude Desktop connected to Higgsfield's MCP, driven by one reusable master prompt that locks camera movement, fidelity, and negative constraints. Photos go in room-by-room order, Claude drives clip generation, and the results get stitched in CapCut for about $2 in tool cost. The second half covers monetization: scraping agent and listing leads off Zillow with a Chrome table-scraper, sending a cold email built around the finished video, and closing on a three-tier recurring package ($500/$1,250/$2,500 a month) plus a ChatGPT photo-enhancement add-on. Ten active clients nets roughly $11,660/month after tool costs for about 35 hours of work.

01 · Intro

Cold open built around a Mark Cuban clip ('learn AI'), reframed into the claim that nobody explains which specific skill to monetize — followed by the pitch: real estate agencies already pay thousands a month for cinematic listing videos, and AI just made producing them nearly free.

01:0501:15

02 · Set it up

Download Claude Desktop and create a Higgsfield.ai account with enough credits to generate a video.

01:1501:42

03 · Inside Claude Desktop

Copy the Higgsfield MCP URL, add it as a custom connector inside Claude Desktop's Connectors settings, name it, and approve access — connecting Claude to the Higgsfield account.

01:4203:35

04 · Master Prompt

A reusable prompt (model choice, shot/motion rules, fidelity rules, explicit negative constraints against warping or fake CGI) gets pasted into Claude. Listing photos are attached in a deliberate room-by-room order with a written walk-path (kitchen -> living room -> stairs -> office) so the generated tour reads as one continuous move.

03:3503:56

05 · Cinematic Video Clip

Claude drives the Higgsfield MCP to generate six short clips with matched start/end frames rather than one long continuous shot, favoring editable control over a single-pass render. The clips are downloaded and stitched together in CapCut.

03:5604:53

06 · How to sell it

Find real estate agents on Zillow, realtor.com, or Google Maps; use the free Instant Data Scraper Chrome extension to pull structured listing and agent data off Zillow; send a cold email with the listing address as the subject line and the finished video already attached, framed as help selling a stale listing faster.

04:5305:10

07 · How to price it

Three recurring tiers: Starter $500/mo (a few cinematic videos), Growth $1,250/mo (10 videos/month plus virtual staging and photo enhancement, marked most popular), Full $2,500/mo (25 videos plus running the agent's social media).

05:1006:03

08 · Enrich Photos (and sell them)

A single listing photo dropped into ChatGPT with an instruction to make it look more luxurious without changing anything that would make the listing untrue produces a brightened, more premium-looking before/after pair, sellable at $30-$100 per photo or $200-$400 per fully enhanced listing.

06:0306:58

09 · $13,000 a Month

Math for 10 active agent clients: about $12,000/month revenue, roughly $235 in Higgsfield credits and $100 for a Claude subscription, netting about $11,660/month for about 35 hours of monthly work (~97% margin). CTA to the creator's free Skool community for the master prompt and pricing sheet.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • A single detailed 'master prompt' with explicit camera rules and negative constraints is what turns an AI video generator from unpredictable to consistently sellable.
  • Feeding source photos in a deliberate room-by-room order lets an AI video model assemble a coherent property tour instead of a disconnected slideshow.
  • A general-purpose Chrome table-scraper built for scraping any web table can pull structured real estate leads — address, agent, listing price — straight off Zillow.
  • Sending a cold email with a finished, address-specific video attached removes a buyer's biggest objection: they don't have to imagine the product, they can watch it.
  • A three-tier pricing ladder ($500/$1,250/$2,500) anchors buyers toward the popular middle tier while still capturing higher-budget clients on the top tier.
  • The same AI photo-enhancement capability sells two ways: a cheap single-photo add-on ($30-$100) and a bundled per-listing service ($200-$400).
  • An explicit 'don't change anything that makes the listing untrue' rule is what keeps AI photo enhancement legally usable for real estate marketing.
  • Ten recurring agent clients at these tiers produce about $12,000/month revenue against roughly $335 in AI tool costs — a claimed 97% margin.
  • A multi-minute AI generation job is treated as downtime for other work, not something to babysit in real time.
  • Generating several short matched clips and stitching them in an editor gives more creative control than asking one model for a single continuous long shot.
Takeaway

A pricing-and-outreach playbook wrapped around one AI trick

AI SERVICE PLAYBOOK

A reusable prompt, a scraped lead list, and a tiered recurring price turn a $2 AI video into a $500-$2,500 monthly retainer with almost no marginal cost.

02Set it up
  • The entire toolchain is two account logins — Claude Desktop and a video-generation MCP account — connected through a custom connector, with no coding involved.
03Inside Claude Desktop
  • Granting Claude access to a third-party MCP server requires one explicit 'Allow' click, which is the moment a chat client becomes an agent that can trigger paid generations.
04Master Prompt
  • A single detailed, reusable system prompt — camera rules, fidelity rules, explicit negative constraints — is what turns a raw image-to-video model into a consistent, sellable output instead of a slot-machine result.
  • Feeding source photos in a deliberate walk-through order lets the model assemble a coherent tour instead of a disconnected slideshow.
05Cinematic Video Clip
  • Generating several short matched clips and stitching them in an editor gives more creative control than asking one model to render a single continuous shot.
  • A multi-minute AI generation job is treated as downtime for other work, not something to babysit in real time.
06How to sell it
  • Scraping tools built for other purposes can pull structured lead lists — address, agent, listing details — straight off a public marketplace.
  • A cold email that already contains a finished, address-specific asset removes the buyer's biggest objection: they don't have to imagine the deliverable, they can watch it.
07How to price it
  • A three-tier ladder — a cheap entry tier, a popular mid-tier bundle, and a top tier that adds an ongoing service — gives buyers a default middle choice while still capturing higher-budget clients.
  • Recurring pricing for a production service beats one-off pricing because the same pipeline can be resold every month against the same client's new listings.
08Enrich Photos (and sell them)
  • The same underlying AI capability can be sold two ways at two price points: a cheap standalone add-on and a bundled package.
  • An explicit 'don't change anything that makes the listing untrue' constraint is what keeps an AI enhancement usable for a regulated industry, not just visually nicer.
09$13,000 a Month
  • The unit economics that make a service scalable are volume-independent margin, not client count — a high margin per client means the ceiling is time, not tool cost.
  • Ten well-served recurring clients can outperform chasing a hundred one-off customers, because retention compounds the same production cost across many billing cycles.

00:00Going to be integrators
00:01that particularly young kids. Like, when I'm telling my kids who are 15, 18, kids going to school, what should I do? What should I do?
00:07I'd be like, learn all you can about AI, but learn more on how to implement them in companies. Mark Cuban says spend every waking minute learning AI. Kevin O'Leary says it.
00:19Alex Hermosy says it. Basically, every single successful person is saying to learn AI right now. But nobody tells you what to learn, what skills actually matter in the real world, and then how to monetize those skills.
00:29Now here's a skill that real estate agents are already paying thousands a month for in terms of cinematic videos, photo enrichments, and three d tours for their listings. I made a cinematic listing video for my own apartment using my iPhone with just a couple of pictures.
00:42I'm not a photographer. I don't even have a real camera. And the reason this matters to them is because this is what sells the house.
00:47More eyes on the listing equals more showings and more showings equals a faster sale. That's the whole reason they're already paying thousands a month for it and AI just basically made it almost free, which means that real estate agencies are overpaying and they can get faster and better results. And I'll show you how to do it and how to sell it to real estate agents for $500 a month to $2,500 a month.
01:05Let's get straight into it. First, we need to download Claude desktop. Click on this one right here and then download it to your computer.
01:11Once you download it, it's gonna look something like this. Now you head back to Google Chrome and go over to hcl.ai. And you just sign up for an account, you should have enough credits to make a video.
01:18Once you've made an account, you go over to the MCP and CLI. Make sure that Claude is selected, and then you click on copy MCP right here. Then open up the desktop app.
01:26You click on customize. You click on connectors, and then you click on the plus icon where it says add connectors and then add a custom connector. You copy in the MCP URL right here, and you just give it a name like Hixby.
01:37And that's gonna connect Claude to the Hixby account that we just made, and you click allow. Now it's connected, we head back over to Claude. Now we need to type in a prompt.
01:43This is basically the thing that will do all the work for us. So I built this prompt that works just out of the box so you can take it and copy it straight away. You get the prompt in the first link in the description below.
01:51Now all we need are photos from the listing that we're gonna be creating the cinematic video for and to prove that you can literally have any real estate agent, any consumer actually take pictures with their iPhone and then send them to you. I actually took pictures of my apartment with my iPhone just to prove that anyone can really do this.
02:06But, of course, you don't need to actually go to the listing and take pictures. You can just have the real estate agent take them for you and then you can work with those videos. Which means that you can work remotely from Bali, from Thailand or even work in your own country and just have clients internationally.
02:18Now we take the photos and then we attach them into the Cloudpump and the only thing that's important here is that we make sure that we upload them in order. So if you want the kitchen and then want to go into the living room after the kitchen, make sure that the kitchen is first and then the living room is after. And to make sure you do it correctly, take one photo at a time by taking the photos in order and dropping them in.
02:35And then to make sure that Claude understands, I just wanna give it a little bit of context. I gave you the pictures in order. I want you to start in the kitchen, move into the kitchen, then go back, go out into the living room, go to the right, and then look up the stairs, rise up the stairs, then look at the office upstairs, go towards the office, and then go over the edge down into the living room again.
02:57And now it run. We just basically gave clawed hands through an MCP. This is gonna take anywhere from from five to ten to fifteen minutes.
03:04Don't just sit here and watch it or scroll on your phone. Do some outreach. Go to the gym.
03:08Do some proposals. Do some work while it actually does this. Alright.
03:11So we have two options. We can either generate six separate clips that we can then cut together, or we can then use c dance two point o instead of cling to make a full video. I don't really have confidence in c dance to make a full video exactly how we want it, and controlling it clip by clip is very easy to do.
03:27Alright. Let's go ahead with option a, generate six separate clips that we can then cut together with perfect start frames and perfect end frames. And then I'm gonna send this.
03:35Alright. So now we've generated the clips. We've downloaded them.
03:38We dropped them into CapCut and this is the final result.
03:51Right. Alright. Pretty clean.
03:52Pretty clean. And good and cinematic and good retention for posting on social media. Now you've got the video asset, you have the skill to create it, now you just need to go out and sell it.
04:01And we spent approximately $2 on this video and I'm gonna show you how to sell this for at least $500 to a real estate agent. Now first we need to find them.
04:08You can do this on Zillow, realtor.com, anything local that you have that you'll find on Google Maps. You can use Chrome extensions like Instant Data Scraper on Zillow to actually scrape the listings, the realtor information, and then you can use that to send cold email.
04:23Now when you scrape, wanna make sure that you have the exact address and you wanna use this as the subject line when you send it to a real estate agent. Only this as a subject line and you're gonna have the custom value of the address of every single listing that you pull and then you're gonna write them, hey. I was gonna call you but I decided to send you an email first.
04:38Then And you say, I noticed this listing has been up for a while, so I made a cinematic video that would make more people show up to a house viewing to help you sell it faster. Would you mind taking a look at the video I made for and then the address again? And then only when they respond, you create the video, you get them on a meeting to show it to them, and then you make the pitch.
04:53And then based on the real estate agent, you're either gonna sell them the starter package for $500, the growth package for 1,250, or the full package for 2,500 where you make them cinematic listing videos, you enhance their photos for their listings, and even run their social media where you post the cinematic videos and the photos that you enhance to get them even more leads.
05:10Now as a bonus, I wanna show you how you can make the enriched photos that you can sell from anywhere from $30 to a $100 per photo. And after the new release of Chateauty 5.5, their image generation has gotten completely insane.
05:22So all you have to do is take the photo, drop it into ChatGPT, tell it, I want you to enrich this photo for a Zillow or Airbnb listing. Make it look more luxurious.
05:33Don't change anything to make the listing untrue, but just enhance the photo to fit the listing and look more premium.
05:40Now even with a mediocre prompt that's not very detailed at all, it's gonna go ahead and generate an image for us that we can put on listing. Now here we have the before picture and here we have the after picture. And as you can see, it didn't change the listing.
05:51It didn't actually change the room to make the listing untrue. It just increased the amount of brightness, the visibility, and then the overall feel of the picture making it more luxurious, making it look like it was actually shot on a better camera.
06:03Now depending on the real estate agents listing, you could probably make between 200 and $400 per listing that they want fully enhanced. Where instead of hiring a photographer to come out, take the pictures, they just take the pictures themselves and you use AI to enhance them.
06:16The most important thing is just that you make sure the listing looks one to one, but with a more premium look. And now this is what it looks like when you just have 10 agents that you're actively working with. You're gonna be delivering a 102 videos every single month, and it's gonna take you about thirty five hours to generate these.
06:31So for thirty five hours of work, you're gonna be sitting at around $11,660 a month where you're paying about $235 in Hixfield credits, and you're paying about a $100 for your cloud subscription.
06:41You don't need a 100 clients to get to over 10 k a month. You just need 10 good ones where you're actually providing value on an ongoing basis. I put the master prompt, the pricing, and the whole video breakdown inside of my free community.
