Big Idea

The argument in one line.

A profitable digital-dropshipping store is not invented from scratch but reverse-engineered: you find a competitor already winning with ads, then clone its product, page, copy, images, and offer mechanics with AI and resell the same thing under your own brand.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • A beginner who wants a step-by-step, screen-by-screen template for launching a Shopify store without designing anything original.
  • An ecommerce seller curious how 'free' digital products on Facebook ads actually make money through a processing fee and order-bump upsells.
  • Someone evaluating AI tools like WinningHunter, whitelabeler.ai, and Claude MCP connectors and wanting to see them used on a real build.
  • A marketer studying free-plus-shipping mechanics translated to zero-cost digital goods.
SKIP IF…
  • You want to build an original brand or product rather than copy a competitor's page and PDF.
  • You need verified, audited revenue figures — the $480k/month number comes from a third-party ad-spy estimate, not the store's books.
  • You are uncomfortable with the ethics of cloning another seller's exact page, images, and offer.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

The video presents digital dropshipping as a copy-the-winner game. You connect Claude to WinningHunter via an MCP connector so Claude does product research for you, surfacing stores that run 50+ ads on a single best-seller. The example is a US store selling a 'free' kids life-skills PDF bundle that an ad-spy tool estimates at $320k-$480k/month and 50,000 visitors. The money comes not from the free product but from a roughly $6 digital processing fee plus ~$2 order-bump upsells in the cart. The host then clones everything: the PDF with an AI 'digital product cloner' employee in Claude, the page with whitelabeler.ai (paste URL plus a full-page screenshot, get a Shopify Liquid file), the copy and images with ChatGPT and a board-based image generator, and the offer mechanics with three Shopify apps (Digital Downloads, Upcart, Magical Fees). The build is really a sales pitch for his White Label Dropshipping community and AI Vault, which sell done-for-you versions of the same process.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • The free digital product is the bait, not the offer; revenue comes from a roughly $6 processing fee plus about $2 per order-bump upsell in the cart.
  • Advertising a digital product as free and then charging a 'digital processing fee' is the digital version of the old free-plus-shipping physical offer.
  • An ad-spy tool, not the store's accounting, is the only source for the $320k-$480k/month claim, so treat it as an estimate of ad scale, not verified profit.
  • The store the host studies runs its highest-impression ad on a single best-seller, which is the signal he uses to pick what to clone.
  • A WinningHunter MCP connector lets Claude run product research directly, turning a manual ad-scrolling chore into a chat prompt.
  • Digital products are pitched as 100 percent margin because there is no per-unit cost; the only real cost is paid traffic.
  • whitelabeler.ai turns a competitor URL plus a full-page screenshot into a ready-to-paste Shopify Liquid section in minutes.
  • The cloned PDF is run through a Claude 'digital product cloner' employee that analyzes weaknesses, rebrands, and expands a 28-page competitor file to 40 pages.
  • The whole offer runs on three Shopify apps: Digital Downloads for delivery, Upcart for cart upsells, and Magical Fees for the processing fee.
  • The host notes the competitor's auto-added upsells and hidden fee are not Shopify-compliant, then builds a 'compliant' version that discloses the fee upfront.
  • On a free front-end offer, ad cost of roughly $5-$10 per buyer means the store often breaks even on acquisition and profits only on upsells.
  • The entire 53-minute build is a lead magnet for a paid community that sells the finished store as a one-click download.
Takeaway

What the free PDF store is really selling

WHAT TO LEARN

The lesson is not that kids PDFs are a goldmine but that a winning offer can be located, decoded, and rebuilt as a system, and the 'free' product is just the doorway to a fee-and-upsell engine.

  • When a store advertises something free, look for where the money actually enters: here it is a roughly $6 processing fee plus about $2 order-bump upsells, not the product.
  • Treat the headline revenue number with suspicion; the $320k-$480k/month figure comes from an ad-spy estimate of ad scale, not the store's verified books.
  • Read a competitor's ad library to find the single best-seller they spend the most on, because the highest-impression ad reveals what is actually working.
  • On a free front-end offer you usually break even on ad cost, so the back-end upsells and follow-up email are where the business actually profits.
  • AI now collapses cloning a product, page, copy, and images from months to minutes, which means originality and brand trust, not production effort, become the real moat.
  • The fastest red flag in a free-plus-fee build is compliance: auto-added upsells and an undisclosed fee can violate platform rules, so disclosure is not optional.
  • When a long tutorial ends by selling a done-for-you version of everything it just taught, the free content is the lead magnet and the community is the product.

Free-plus-fee offer
Advertising a product as free, then charging a small mandatory 'processing and handling' fee at checkout. The digital equivalent of free-plus-shipping on physical products.
White labeling (here)
Cloning a competitor's winning product, page, copy, and images and relaunching them under your own brand name, rather than producing your own original assets.
MCP connector
A remote server URL added to Claude's connector settings that lets Claude call an external tool's data directly inside a chat, used here to wire Claude to WinningHunter for product research.
Order bump / upsell
An additional low-priced product offered in the cart or at checkout to raise average order value, configured here with the Upcart app at roughly $2 each.
Ad spy tool
Software like WinningHunter that scrapes ad libraries to estimate which products and stores are spending heavily and selling well, used to pick a clone target.
Shopify Liquid file
A .liquid template file Shopify uses to render store sections; whitelabeler.ai exports the cloned page as one you paste into the theme code editor.

00:00Guys, today's video is gonna be really special. We're going to use this connection to connect Claude to Winning Hunter. Winning Hunter is the tool that I use for product research, to automate product research.
00:11Alright? And with this automation, we're gonna find 6 figure per month digital drop shipping stores. Exactly what I'm saying.
00:206 figure per month digital drop shipping stores. Okay? We're going to look at their ads, and we're going to understand which one of these products they're selling so many, which one of their products is their best seller.
00:32And we're going to find that best selling product. And the best part is we're going to clone this entire brand using AI tools. We're gonna go ahead and literally clone the brand, create our version of the same page, and then go ahead and use more AI tools to create the images, create the copy, and have our version live and ready to run.
00:55And what's really really important guys is look at this. They're selling their product for $0. Okay?
01:02How are they making $480,000 per month if they're selling their product for $0. That's the secret behind this digital drop shipping store.
01:12Guys, you are in store for such a crazy video. This is an end to end 7 figure digital drop shipping store build where we take a store that is absolutely crushing it and create a branded version of it for ourselves.
01:27Alright? Stay tuned because by the end of this video, you will learn everything you need to know about launching a successful 6 figure digital drop shipping store, and I'm so excited. Without further ado, let's get into it.
01:37Alright, guys. So let's get started with some product research. We're gonna be doing digital product research, um, to get things started.
01:45Now what I've done is I've actually connected my Claude with Winning Hunter. And if you guys don't know what Winning Hunter is, it is the tool that I use to do all of my product research.
01:55And before, I used to basically do it manually. But now Winning Hunter has launched a connection with Claude, and Claude actually goes in and does all of your product research for you.
02:05It is very, very cool. I've used it and gotten some great results. Alright?
02:09So to connect Claude to Winning Hunter, I will actually leave the link below. Alright? But, typically, when you join, they should sort of give you a little update here.
02:19If they don't just use my link down below, you'll be taken to this link called app.winninghunter/connect/plot. Okay? That's where you wanna go to.
02:29And then what you're gonna wanna do is inside of your settings, you go here settings. Okay? Then you're gonna wanna do something called connectors.
02:37Okay? Um, and it's moved to customize. So you go here to customize, and then you're gonna wanna add a connector.
02:43Uh, add a custom one, call it winning hunter. And over here where it says remote MCP server URL, just paste this in.
02:51And when you do that, your Claude is now connected with Winning Hunter. After you do that, whenever you go in and you type anything around product research, you can basically have it directly integrate with Winning Hunter and find your product. So that's what we're gonna do now.
03:07So this is what I've done. I've said, let's use Winning Hunter to find some products. This time, let's focus on digital products.
03:13Let's find PDFs, checklists, ebooks, and products in those categories. If we can find businesses that have been boosted primarily by one product, that would be ideal. Let's ensure we can find at least 50 ads that business has run.
03:25Now the reason that we're doing digital drop shipping products, guys, is number one, we don't have to ship the product out. Right? And see now it's all already started to load up winning hunter.
03:34Right? Number one, we don't have to find you know, we don't have to source and actually sell anything physical. It's a one time thing that we have to build once, and then we continue to sell it.
03:44That means it's a 100% margin product because there's no really cost to make it, and the only cost that you have to pay is advertising, or you could go in and, uh, do, um, like, organic and viral marketing to sell your product.
03:59So let Winning do its thing, and then we're gonna go through the research. Alright. So after going through all of the research that Winning Hunter does, and it's done a lot, it's giving me some it give me, like, these two websites to look at, and I did look at it, but I did tell it that I'm a drop shipper, and I need products that I can create myself.
04:17It gave me, like, really good ones, but one was, like, German self development, and one was, like, a, uh, digital bundle with over 10,000 video added editing assets.
04:28And, dude, there's no way that I can create that much. Right? So I was just like, man, focus on products that I can create myself.
04:34And then it got me some really cool looking, um, products like these ones. Okay?
04:41And then I went ahead and I did more research here. So whenever a winning hunter recommends something, sorry, Claude recommends something, what you're gonna wanna do is take the URL that it's given.
04:51Right? Then go to winning hunter. Go here and just put the URL in.
04:56Okay? And when you go ahead and put the URL, then you will see the first ad. Okay?
05:00Then you can view details, and then what you're gonna wanna do is click track store to see actually like how many orders is this, uh, store bringing in. Okay?
05:10And then what you can do is you can actually look at the page library and you can see what are the real ads that this business is running. So let's go ahead and do that now.
05:19So it looks like this store that's primarily based in The US is making 320 to $480,000 every single month purely with digital drop shipping products. Okay?
05:30But they're doing something that's really really unique. Okay? What they're doing is they're running a free plus a free plus digital processing strategy.
05:40Now this is actually really smart. Now what does this mean? Free plus digital processing strategy.
05:45Okay? So if I click here to this ad, right, they're saying this kid's life skills thing is free today.
05:53So it's $0 to me and you get all of this. You get like an emotional intelligence, travel journal, money saving, this theory, core charts, positive affirmations, digital kids, all of this stuff you're gonna get it for absolutely free.
06:08Now that's awesome, and I don't really need anything else, and it's a really nice page. We have some, uh, some images here and text here, and, you know, I really like how this thing looks.
06:19And mostly, I'm just like, dude, it's free. This is insane. And so when I click add to cart, I'm gonna go ahead and buy it.
06:27But see what ends up happening here. Right? Because I've added this to cart multiple times.
06:31They've suggested that I take all of these upsells along with this product. So now what was seemingly a free product has now become with some upsells.
06:42Now I can immediately decide that I don't want these. Okay?
06:46But, hey, if I'm buying this kid's life skills, maybe I do want the guidance, and maybe I do want this confidence book as well. Right? And now you can see that my my my thing has actually become expensive.
06:58Right? It's become it's it's not really free. And this is a really, really great offer to go ahead and do when you're doing this drop shipping because what ends up happening is you you're gonna win either way.
07:11Either somebody is actually gonna end up buying your upsells or, uh, what's gonna end up happening is let's say they do get it for free. Once they really like and you over deliver on the value that they get, you can maybe then go ahead and send them some stuff over email.
07:25Maybe they come back to your catalog and buy some stuff. Right? Giving stuff away for free and creating that relationship based on value is one of the best ways in my opinion to start a business.
07:35Okay? And so this is like a really, really great strategy that I'm seeing.
07:40And let's say somebody decides that they don't want any of it. Okay? They don't want any of this.
07:45What ends up happening is you could, you know, um, when they check out, you could basically charge them a digital processing fee. That's what they do.
07:55Right? So before they check out, they've you know, there is lifetime updates and stuff. We can take all of this out.
08:02But if we do, right, what will end up happening is they'll charge us a digital processing fee. Actually, let me let me show you what that looks like. Oh, that's funny.
08:10They are not charging anything. Your order is free. No payment is required.
08:14Okay. Okay. I thought they were doing a digital processing fee.
08:18It doesn't look like they are. Um, at this point, it's just out of goodwill. You can take it.
08:23But what I'm thinking is, like, I mean, this business, uh, when I looked at their ads, their the ads with the most impressions, right, the which means, uh, the ads that have gotten the most viewership are for this product.
08:37Alright? So this free product is driving almost, um, if we look at the sales, this free product over here as well, if we look at their best sellers, all of these free products that they're selling are driving around $480,000 a month in revenue and 50,000 visitors coming to the store every single month.
08:57Alright. Now this is like this is this is smart marketing and this is how we're gonna set up our digital drop shipping business today.
09:05So what we're gonna do with the white labeling process now is we're gonna recreate the entire sales process that they're using to be able to, you know, basically go ahead and make, um, these type of sales.
09:18We're gonna recreate the store. We're going to go ahead and put in that cart that, uh, suggest those upsells, and we're gonna do all of this from scratch so you guys can see how cool this is.
09:29Okay? So without further ado, let's go ahead and take a look at the store that we're modeling, and then we're gonna go ahead and start actually modeling the store as well. Before we model the store, let me talk a little bit about how to actually create digital products because that's important.
09:44Right? Now what I would do is I would actually buy this particular product, okay, to see what's inside and what makes this digital product amazing. Um, and I would actually go ahead and actually look at all of the different resources that they provide to get an idea of this best selling product.
10:05One quick thing though, guys, uh, I realize this is these guys do actually charge the free process and handling fee.
10:16So when I checked last, I had this free thing on where they don't charge it on this. They charge it on this. So I'm just gonna go back to cart, and I'm gonna leave this on, which is what we wanna buy, right, the kid's life.
10:29I'm gonna delete these two. Alright? And then I'm going to hit checkout.
10:36And when I do that, when I hit checkout, you guys will see they're going to charge me for this that processing and handling fee. What that tells us is they're yes.
10:48They're advertising this as a free digital product, right, which is really smart. And then when somebody comes here, they understand, okay.
10:57It's it's a processing fee. I'm not paying anything for the product, but I'm paying it for for processing. This is a very similar way to how they run free plus shipping offers.
11:06In free plus shipping offers in physical drop shipping products, what used to happen was you advertise free and charge shipping. This is the same for digital products where you advertise the product as free, but you charge a processing and handling fee. That it wasn't connecting to me why how this was actually making this much money.
11:26I was like, oh, it might just be all through upsells, but it isn't. Okay? It's through a processing fee.
11:31So the processing fee is around $6, which is understandable. Right? So on a free offer like this, they're probably spending around 5 to $10 to get someone to convert, right, to a buyer.
11:44So they if if let's say somebody comes in from an ad, they're probably breaking even. They don't lose any money, and they don't make any money. But if somebody actually adds on any of these upsells that you see over here, they're boom.
11:57They're directly into the money, and each upsell is about $2. Okay? And so that's the entire system here.
12:05So before we can actually go ahead and recreate this entire store for us using the white labeling process, the first thing that we need to do is understand the product itself. Okay?
12:15So now I'm gonna go ahead. I'm going to download this product.
12:19I'm gonna actually look at my competitor's product, what they're doing, then we're gonna go ahead and recreate the product, then we're gonna go ahead and recreate the business, and then we're gonna talk about recreating the ads and launching the store. So all of that's gonna be covered.
12:31Stay tuned. If you've made it this far in the video, I would really, really appreciate a like. Let me know in the comments down below where you're watching from.
12:39I'd love to see where the audience is from and where you guys are tuning in. So what I'm gonna do is just go ahead, check out, buy the product, download it, have a look at it, and then go, uh, and and start the recreation process and show you what I'm gonna do every step of the way. Alright, guys.
12:55So I was able to purchase the product. Alright. This was the, um, uh, download that they gave.
13:03I downloaded the PDF. It took me here, and then when I click this link, it took me to a Google Drive link with all of the different PDFs that come in, uh, when you purchase this product.
13:14So this is the bundle that you get when you purchase this product. And as you guys can see, there's tons of different digital products in there. Now I'm gonna show you how you can use AI to clone these digital products and just go ahead and make it for your brand.
13:28So that's gonna be the first step. Um, now there's a couple of ways to approach this. Right?
13:33You could either build this yourself. You could go through all of the digital products, see what's going on, and basically build this yourself. You could hire someone to build it, or like me, you can just create a clone of these digital products for your brand, and that's what we're gonna do now.
13:48So for this example, I've downloaded this one product called the emotional intelligence life skills for kids. And when I open it, this is the product. Alright?
13:57It's about 28 pages, and it's all about, you know, developing those emotional skills. Now if I hired a designer or if I used Canva, it would take a little while for me to go ahead and make this, and I can see that not a lot of effort was put into this.
14:12I mean, you can just see how the circles and the stuff isn't really lining up. Alright? And now I'm gonna show you how using AI in only a few minutes of our time, we were able to literally clone this entire digital product.
14:24So on the right is actually our version of the same digital product. Okay? It is all about emotional intelligence.
14:32Instead of 28 pages, it's actually a 40 page PDF. And over here, you can see it's all about me. Right?
14:38Understanding your feelings. Lots of way to feel, where I feel it, my feelings checking, my calm down cool kit, my calm down tool kit.
14:48Right? Look at how well this entire, um, thing has been designed.
14:54Right? All about positive thinking, x y z, the vision board.
14:59There's so much. 40 pages. Right?
15:02And what it what what we do guys is we take digital products that are performing well. We put it through our cloning process, but it's not just cloning. It's cloning improvement and rebranding.
15:13So it will take the entire product. It will decide how it's going to clone it. It's going to identify gaps that we're missing, and it's going to improve it.
15:23Right? And just like that, we have our version of the this digital product, and it's super easy to do. To do this, I used one of our AI employees.
15:31It's inside our shop funnels AI vault. I'll leave the link to the vault down below. My AI vault has a a never ending supply of AI employees from product research to video ads to image ads to digital products.
15:45This is our new digital product cloner. Okay? So what you're gonna wanna do, again, is just copy this.
15:52You know, when you press this button, it copies the prompt, and then you go ahead to Claude and paste it in and turn Claude into an AI employee. So because I've already done this, I'll just walk you through what I did.
16:03I pasted the prompt in. I said run this prompt, and it became my digital product recreator. All it needs really for me is the competitor's PDF.
16:12I uploaded it. I said PDF attached, and the recreator starts. Now at this point, it's gonna ask, like, do you want anything specifically done, or do you just want me to work my magic?
16:21Now if you have, a brand name, colors, a specific audience, or a specific angle you wanna take, this is your time to mention it. If not, and if you just want, like, a good clone of the product so that you're not just using someone else's work, just say work your magic. Okay?
16:36It'll do a product analysis, the intent. It'll break down the structure. It'll say what's working, and it's it's going to do a weakness analysis, and it's going to talk about all the improvements it's gonna make.
16:47It's gonna figure out the branding for you, the structure for you, and then it's gonna say if you're happy with it, create it. Then I said create it. This is where it's gonna take a little bit of time because it is actually creating 40 pages of the PDF, and then you could just do something else while it works.
17:02And then when it's finished, boom, you have an entire workbook that's ready for you to use. And that's exactly how I will go ahead, start going ahead and duplicating all of those other PDFs and have the PDFs ready, but for my version and for my brand.
17:17So that's super easy. Now once the product is ready, it's now time to go ahead and start cloning the website.
17:23This $0 offer has made them a ton of money. Okay?
17:27Because it's practically free, they can run ads like this, right, where they're showing how you're teaching your kids life skills. Somebody will click learn more. They go on this page.
17:38They see a $0 offer, and then they go ahead and make the purchase. Right? I'm going to use that exact same process.
17:48Okay. Now I already have the products ready. It's time now to duplicate the website, uh, change stuff around, rebrand it, and launch my own version of it.
17:59And to do that, I'm actually gonna go ahead and use another tool that's near and dear to me that's called white labeler. So let me show you how to do that now. Alright.
18:07So to create a clone of the store or to create a clone of any store or change it up, rebrand it, and launch it as your own, you could go to Shopify, start creating the sections, do it one by one, or you could use this hack. Okay? So the hack is to go to whitelabeler.
18:24A I, and white labeler dot a I is a tool that pretty much does all of it for you. So it'll take any store, and it'll create a clone for it for your store. It works pretty simply.
18:33You paste the link, you see your page, and you integrate it into Shopify. It is actually that simple. You can write your copy, create your images, and all of that, and there is a free trial.
18:42Okay? So I'm gonna click start cloning. I already have an account.
18:45I highly recommend getting the pro account because not only will you be able to clone your story, you'll also be able to go ahead and do the copy and images. Okay?
18:54So now what you're gonna wanna do is you're gonna wanna copy this link. You're gonna wanna paste it here, and the next thing that it wants is a full page screenshot of the competitor. Right?
19:03So there's a link included here for a Chrome extension called go full page. When you add it to Chrome, make sure that you pin it over here. Right?
19:12Because if you pin it over here, it will show right here. Okay? And this little camera does the magic because when you hit this, it will take a full page screenshot of what you're trying to clone and then you can download that image.
19:25And then when you download that image, you can actually go ahead and upload it right here. Okay. And then you can call it kids skills.
19:35Okay. Whatever the product name is and then you're gonna hit enter. And the first thing that it's going to do is generate an entire outline of your store and then the next thing that we're gonna do is write the copy and ship it to Shopify.
19:49It's the fastest way I know how to build really, really good ecommerce pages. I mean, you can use the shrine theme. You can use there's tons of ways to do it.
19:58This to me is the simplest way. If I am modeling this person, you know, I wanna have a section like this here.
20:05I wanna have a section like this here. I wanna have a testimonial section. I don't wanna guess what's working.
20:10The dude's made over half $1,000,000 on this page. I'm not gonna change a lick of it. I'm gonna use the same type of page for my product.
20:17And so that's what the white labeler is doing right now. It's working. Just make sure to not close the page.
20:22It takes a few minutes because it's basically rebuilding the page for you. So let it do its magic, and then I'll show you as soon as it's done. And as you guys can see, just a few minutes and the entire website has been constructed.
20:36So what you guys are seeing here is what I like to call a website outline. What a website outline is is essentially like the success architecture of a website.
20:47Right? So over here, we can see image, text, bullets, button.
20:51Over here, it's image, text, bullets, button. Right? I can even open it in a new tab to make it easier for us to see.
20:59Now the reason that we do it like this, right, over here, still curious, still curious section. Over here, image and copy.
21:09Right? Over here, image and copy with a pink outline. Right?
21:14Over here, what parents are saying, what parents are saying, over here, join us.
21:20Right? Over here, why choose us? Right?
21:23Over here, another call to action. So now we have the entire outline completely built, and we could go ahead and just convert this to Shopify right now, but we're not gonna go ahead and do that. What we're gonna now go ahead and do is add our copy, generate our images, and then convert it to Shopify and then add it.
21:42And this process just takes minutes, but it is absolutely cool. Okay? So, um, our product is called kids life skills.
21:51We're gonna need to come up with a new name for our sort of our version of this product. And so give me a few minutes. I'm just gonna come up with the name.
22:01I'm just gonna chat GBT some brand names and then come back to you. Alright. So using chat GBT, I came up with some brand names.
22:09Right? And I really like this, the confident kids life skills bundle. I really like that, so I'm gonna call it this.
22:17And then, uh, for the description, I just had Charjibati write me a good description. And then when we give it to our white labeler, they will go in and put, you know, product specific copy based on what it needs to be here inside of our website.
22:33It's a really cool process. It's available in the pro version, so we can go ahead and hit generate copy. And now you'll see all of our copy being written, And in a few moments, it's gonna actually be uploaded inside of our, uh, template.
22:47And just like that, the copy is done. Look at this. Raise a confident kid free today.
22:52Builds confidence, courage, self esteem, replaces screen time, instant download. Here's what to know. Why is this bundle free?
22:59How will I receive it? What's inside? What's this bundle for?
23:02Real life skills taught the fun way. Right? Grow with guidance one page at a time.
23:08Here's what parents are saying. She asks for it instead of the iPad. Right?
23:14Join all these parents who are capable of raising kids. 96%, 94% why parents choose this.
23:21Try it risk free for ninety days. This is really, really well written copy, and it's done.
23:28Now for this section, I'm not gonna use this image generator. Although you can use it, you can put your products photo in here and start using it. I have a different idea what I'm gonna do for the images here, so I'm gonna show you that workflow.
23:41I've used this image generator in past videos, so you can go ahead and see that as well. For now, I'm just gonna go ahead and convert it into Shopify. You can see what your final website will look like like this, and then we just have a few images to create that I'm gonna go ahead and show you how to do anyways.
23:56Okay? So now I'm gonna hit this convert to Shopify. Let it start converting.
24:00Let it start doing its process. And then after that, we will, uh, start you know what? While this is doing that, let's actually go ahead and start creating the images.
24:10Okay? So the first thing that you're gonna wanna do is you're gonna wanna create, like, um, your version of what this thing looks like.
24:18Right? So over here, we're we're gonna need to download these images. I'm gonna actually just download them with ImageEye.
24:24It actually it's a Chrome extension. It goes through the entire list of images that a per that a business has, and it gives me that list.
24:32So I'm just gonna quickly download all of these images one by one, and these are all of the images that I'm going to need to be able to create for my business.
24:43Okay. So I'm gonna download these one boxes. These are all the four images here.
24:47Then over here is more of a GIF. Right? But for now, I'm just gonna go ahead and take a screenshot of the actual yeah.
24:55That that's good enough for me. And then finally, there's an image over here that I like, so I'm gonna download this one as well. And I think those are it.
25:03Those are all of the images that I need. Okay. So for some reason, it's zipped all of them.
25:10That's fine. I'm just gonna open all of the zip files and get access to all of the images that I was downloading.
25:18So this is pretty much all of them. So all of these images are done plus that one that we screenshotted. Okay.
25:26I'm just gonna put in the same folder for, uh, the sake of clarity.
25:31I'm just gonna delete all of these. Don't need them. So these are all the images that we need to create for our business.
25:40Okay. Now for this, I'm actually got while while this is working, right, it's converting this whole thing into Shopify. What I'm gonna do is I'm gonna actually use another employee from the AI vault.
25:50And by the way, I don't know if I mentioned this. If you do get the pro plan of white labeler, you can just quickly go ahead and send me an email on aliyagbharat shop funnels dot net.
25:59I I will unlock the shop funnels AI vault for free. Absolutely for free if you get the pro version.
26:06Okay? So now let's go to the AI vault, and let me show you how we're gonna redo all of these images. To get to the AI vault is super simple.
26:12Just go to shopfunnels.net or and click here to AI vault. If you want access to it, by the way, there's gonna be a link in the description below as well.
26:20And then we're gonna go to the AI ad rebuilder. Where is it? There's so many.
26:26Okay. This one. The AI ad rebuilder version three, and we're gonna access this AI employee.
26:30What you're gonna wanna do is click it. It's gonna give you a piece of text. You're gonna copy that right into cloud.
26:36Let me just quickly go ahead and do that now. Alright, guys. So I've pasted the AI employee, and I'm just gonna say run this prompt.
26:43Okay. And now very simply, I'm just gonna go ahead and start, um, working my, uh, char creating these images.
26:52Okay? So this this AI employee was originally developed to model ads, but it can model pretty much any image. Okay?
27:00Um, before we get started, you're going to need your own version of this textbook photo. For that, actually, I'm actually gonna go to ChatGPT. Okay?
27:10I'm gonna open up a new file. Okay? Right.
27:16I'm gonna go to chat GBT. Hold on. Let's let's do let's do it like this.
27:20Okay? We're gonna open this image, alright, that we downloaded.
27:24Okay? And all we're gonna do is crop this part out because this is what we need to create. Okay?
27:30Then we're gonna upload this into chat gbt. Alright? And then we're gonna say, can you create a high resolution image?
27:40Very similar similar to this. Actually, you know what?
27:46Let me write the prompt. Okay. So I'm just saying, can you create a high resolution image?
27:50Change the design, but keep it similar for my product. My product is called the confident kids life skills bundle. Okay.
27:57And now I'm just gonna hit this enter, and I'm gonna let chat GPT work its magic, and I want a really high resolution version of this workbook. And I'm gonna use that to go ahead and create all of the images for my store.
28:11So now you can see this is their version. Look at how much better our version looks.
28:16Alright. The confident kids life skills bundle. Alright.
28:19Now so this is the image we're going to need to give our AI employee to help us create all the other images. Okay? So now let's go back to cloud where we'd entered our AI prompt.
28:30Right? And it's basically saying give the competitors ad and I'll break down exactly what makes it work and how to make yours better. That's awesome.
28:37Let's go with the first image, which is this one. Right?
28:41So we're gonna put this one in. Okay? Um, Alright.
28:45So that we've we've given this, um, to our AI employee. It's gonna think through, and it's gonna understand what it is.
28:53It's gonna make ours better, and it's going to ask us for our product image. We're gonna go ahead and give it that, and you'll see how good it looks.
29:02So you guys can see it went through the entire image. Okay?
29:07And now they need to see our product. Okay? So I'm gonna just give it our products image from ChatGPT.
29:14This is the main the main product. The rest of it, we can generate. So now it knows our main product as well.
29:24Alright? And so now it's gonna go through and put this our product in the main image.
29:32You'll see how. So now it's decided on a visual direction for us, and all we have to do is say approved. And then what it's going to do is it's going to go ahead and provide a prompt for us.
29:46That's the prompt that we're gonna use to combine the two images and create our own version. Now why would why do we do such a fast process with this one in a much more detail oriented process with this one? Well, it's because this is the image that we're gonna be seeing on our page right here.
30:04Right? So it's going to be a little bit more important for us to make sure that this happens correctly. So now it's going through, and it's going to create a prompt for us.
30:15We're gonna use that prompt, and we're gonna create the image. Okay? Just to, again, quickly summarize.
30:20We loaded up the AI employee. We gave it an image. It did all of this analysis, asked us for our product.
30:26We gave that to it, the one that we generated from chat GBT. It analyzed how it's going to put our product into this photo and now it's going to create a prompt for us and this is the prompt.
30:39Okay. Now all we have to do to implement it is go to this link. Okay.
30:44Now this is the tool that I use and this is the tool that I recommend that every everybody use. Right? We're going to go to board.
30:53Okay. We're gonna I would ask that you create a board. Right?
30:57I'm gonna go here to a board that I just use for all of this stuff. And I've also kept the link of toffee.ai down in the description below, so you can go ahead and just quickly get it from there as well.
31:08Alright. Cool. So now what we're gonna do is simply use the prompt.
31:13Right? And what does the prompt tell us in the AI employee? First, it tells us to upload the competitor's image.
31:18So I'm just gonna go in. I'm gonna go here. I'm gonna use this.
31:21This is the image we're making. So I'm gonna upload the competitor's image. And then I'm gonna go in here.
31:26I'm gonna upload our image. Right? And then it tells us to use this prompt.
31:32So I'm gonna go ahead and put that prompt in. Okay. And then it tells us to turn the this into the aspect ratio.
31:41So I'm gonna go ahead, make this the aspect ratio. Right? And I'm just going to hit enter.
31:46Now we will start getting our image generated. Right? So it's generating it now.
31:53And within a few minutes, it's saying three will be done way sooner than that. Within a few minutes, you will see our image be generated. And there it is.
32:03It's done. Right? Our new image has fully been created.
32:08This is, uh, the com our product. This is our competitor's image.
32:13And as you guys can see, we have gone ahead cloned it for our product and made changes as well. So this is the exact method that I'm gonna use to go ahead and redo all of the images. Once they're done, I will go ahead and show you what they look like, and we will take everything to Shopify.
32:31Alright, guys. Just like that, all of the images are now done. They've been done for our brand.
32:37Uh, even the insights have been changed because of our rebuilder. Okay. And now all we're gonna simply do is select all of these images.
32:49Alright. And download them.
32:52So we're just gonna download the selector. So now we have all of our images done. And let's go and now check on the Shopify conversion.
33:00The Shopify conversion was probably done a long time ago. Let's go ahead, take that Shopify store, and actually put it up live. Okay.
33:09So our website's been converted to Shopify the way that we know that it says converted to Shopify. Here, you can preview the file or I would just say copy it and hit download once so it's saved inside of your computer.
33:24Okay. Now let's go ahead and actually make it live and making live is super, super simple. Okay.
33:30First things, go to your Shopify store. So as you guys can see, I'm already logged in to my Shopify store. Now what I'm gonna go ahead and do is over here on my theme, okay, I'm just gonna click here on this button and I'm gonna go to edit code.
33:45Okay? Now if you're worried about coding and whatnot, just don't worry about it. It's literally as simple as pasting it in and that's it.
33:52Okay? So once this editor opens, you're gonna see something like this. Okay?
33:57You might see something like this. Alright? So what you're gonna wanna do next is click here to sections, and then you're gonna wanna click this button.
34:05Okay? And then what you're gonna wanna type in is, uh, the product name, which is kids life skills.
34:14And then what you're gonna wanna do oh, sorry. Start off with w l d.
34:18W l d kids skills. Okay?
34:20Something like that. The reason you wanna start off with WLD, for me, it's white label dropshipping. But for you, what it would do, it would put the file at the bottom so you don't have to sort of hunt for it.
34:31Okay? And then hit liquid. Okay?
34:33So WLD, whatever your product name is, liquid. This is important.
34:37The dot liquid is important. Otherwise, Shopify won't recognize the file. Okay?
34:41Now the file is ready. Uh, what we're gonna wanna do is we because we've already hit copy here.
34:47Right? I'm just gonna hit one more time, and then we just paste it here. Okay?
34:50The entire file is done now. I can hit save, and over here, we'll see the timeline the file is saved.
34:57Okay? Then we can close out of this. We can close out of this.
35:02Okay? The next thing that we're gonna wanna do is now the file actually exists on our system. We just have to sort of bring it to life.
35:10Okay? Uh, the way that I do that is I hit edit theme. Okay?
35:14And when I hit edit theme, this is just a basic theme and I don't care because not many people are gonna go to my homepage anyways. Right? I'm gonna go here to this and then I'm gonna go to pages and then I'm actually gonna create a template.
35:27Okay? I'm gonna hit this, create a template. And then, again, I'm gonna call it WLD kids skills.
35:35Okay? Uh, exactly what I called the, um, other, uh, with the Shopify file, but it doesn't matter.
35:43You can call it whatever. Okay? Now I'm gonna hide the page.
35:48I'm gonna add a section. I'm gonna go down and over here right at WLD, you will see the kids life skills page.
35:56Okay? And you'll see in a second, the entire page is now built for you.
36:03I mean, it really can't be easier than this. Okay? And now what we're gonna wanna do is and all of our copy is written.
36:13It's up to us if you wanna change anything. Right? But pretty much everything is done.
36:18Okay? Now all we're gonna wanna do is add in the images and we've already done that. Okay?
36:24So let me go ahead and show you how to do that. So over here, this is the main hero image. I'm gonna select this.
36:30I'm going to add files, and I'm going to, uh, go to my where I downloaded the zip.
36:37One second. Let me just actually show you in another way. So this is where I have all of the images downloaded.
36:45Okay? And then I'm just gonna take the first image, right, which is this one.
36:50I'm gonna import this in. I'm gonna hit done. Boom.
36:54Right? I'm gonna hit I'm gonna do this add file number two. Put that in.
36:59Done. That's the second image right there. Alright.
37:02And so just like that, let me just add all the images then I'll get back to you. Okay. And as you guys can see, all of the images are done.
37:10So let's take a look at what our page looks like. So I'm just gonna hit view. And I also want you to, like, pay some attention to how quickly everything was done.
37:20Right? Sorry. I just forgot to hit save.
37:22Just I want you to just pay attention to how quickly everything was done. Right? We found a store with Claude and Winning Hunter.
37:29We created a clone with white labeler and, you know, wrote the copy, did the images, and it's a lie.
37:37Right? This, you know, takes some ecommerce entrepreneurs, like, months to get to this point, and we've been able to get over here within minutes.
37:46And we have a very, very, very good store comparable to a store. Let me just actually get the original store here.
37:54Comparable to this store that's making, like, half 1,000,000 a month, we have already created our version of the store. Right?
38:02So not much is left now. We're almost at the finish line, guys. And if you've been following along, again, just comment down below what your best part was of this entire sort of journey we've been on.
38:15Okay. Now the next thing to do is create this.
38:18Right? So when somebody adds it to cart, what we really want to do is have these upsells in place.
38:24And when somebody checks out, we wanna have that digital processing fee. Okay? So for that, we're going to need to use some apps.
38:31Okay? So the two apps that you are going to need to download is oh, sorry.
38:37Three apps. One is digital downloads. Um, this is a Shopify app, what this allows you to do is it allows you to link the product, your digital products with a PDF, and so it gets sent directly.
38:53Okay? The next you're gonna wanna download is Upcart, uh, cart drawer.
38:58Uh, I've tested a lot of these different cart drawers, and this one gave me the best results and helps us achieve the effect that we're going for. And the final what, uh, final app you wanna download is magical fees.
39:11This is the one thing I sorta dislike about Shopify is, like, everything you wanna accomplish, you have to do through apps, and you have to pay major fees for it. But that's the world we live in. Um, so it's it's the it's the nature of the beast.
39:24Okay? So now that we have these three apps, this one's free. Both of these have free trials, so you can use it for free until you start making some money, and they have thirty day free trials.
39:33And what I'll do is I'll try and link them down below so it's easy for you guys to navigate and find these. Okay? The first thing is go to digital downloads.
39:41Okay? And and and and and to set this up, you're gonna actually need the products added in. Okay?
39:47So I actually went in and added all of the products already. And the way that I did that is I know when I add this to cart, right, what are the, um, what are the upsells they offer? They offer the parenting guys, solar systems, confidence, anger management, and decision making.
40:02So they offer these. Right? So I added those, uh, products myself.
40:07Alright? And I made sure that I added them without any physical shipping required. Alright?
40:13And then I added our main book, the children's life skills free today, okay, uh, without any charge. So I just made sure that I added all of the books. And then in digital downloads, what you're gonna wanna do is go in here and link a PDF to the, uh, product that you want to send.
40:29Okay? Uh, you can now create a product link as well. So you just basically can add an asset.
40:35Right? And you can essentially upload a file or a Google Drive link of the actual thing. So when they actually buy it, they have the delivery at the final page or, uh, sent via email, however this happens.
40:48Okay? So that's the first thing that you wanna do. Now the second thing that you're gonna wanna do is download UpCard drawer.
40:55Okay? Uh, inside of your products, what we what we've done guys is we've made sure that our main product, which I'm actually gonna change the name of now. Just give me one second.
41:05I'm gonna call it the confident, uh, life skills bundle, and I'm just gonna go ahead and add my photos in there of this particular product.
41:14So these are some nice photos. I'm just gonna add them in.
41:18I'm gonna delete this. This is just like a placeholder that I put in.
41:22Okay. So when I added this product in, I made sure that there was no shipping involved. Right?
41:26And I priced it at zero. Okay. I priced it at zero.
41:30Um, and for the other products, I haven't really like, I just I just AI generated this. So Shopify has this cool thing where you can just generate an image, I just set parenting guide.
41:42Because at the end of the day, it's like an upsell. Somebody's not gonna really look at, oh, like, what do I need to do?
41:48Right? Um, like or or you could go the extra mile and just have, like, really nice cover images done, but I wanted to just show you the implementation of this whole thing.
41:57Okay? So now that your products are added and you've linked the products to the digital guides, the next thing is to make it all work on the upsell.
42:07Okay. So what you're gonna wanna do is you're gonna wanna order a a download up cart cart drawer. Okay.
42:13Then inside of your cart, this is very important. Okay?
42:18You're gonna wanna make sure that the upsells are enabled. Okay? It was disabled, and then I enabled it.
42:23Okay? Then you're gonna wanna configure manual upsells, and I've just done it for all products, What you can do is you can select the product that you want the upsells to show up for. Okay?
42:33And then you're gonna wanna select here, right, which product that you want the upsell to show up for. And over here, you wanna select what upsells to need to show up.
42:42Alright? So that way, if somebody adds a product, these upsells show up. Alright?
42:48Then you're gonna wanna also make sure that the upsell position is bottom and the upsell direction is blocked. Okay?
42:55And the button is add. Alright? This is what you're gonna wanna make sure.
43:00These are the settings you're gonna wanna make sure that you have. Alright? And then you can hit save and enable it.
43:05Alright? And then finally, you're gonna wanna go to magical fees. Okay?
43:10And you're going to want to create a fee rule. Okay? In the fee rule, what you're gonna wanna make sure to do is add a digital processing fee every time someone selects the confident kids life skill bundle.
43:25Alright? And when you do that, what ends up happening is even if it's free before they purchase it, they're going to want they're going to have to pay you at least something to be able to access the product, and that's it. That's the entire setup.
43:38So once that's done, what we're gonna wanna do is we're gonna wanna go to, um, back to our page. Okay?
43:46So online store. Hold on. This is the page.
43:48Right? So we're gonna wanna go back to our page. Right?
43:51We're wanna hit edit. Sorry. Let's go.
43:53Let's just find our page again. It was the kids life skills page. Okay?
43:58So over here where it says product. Right?
44:04Product for cart, we're going to select our confident life skills bundle.
44:12Okay? And we can change this thing that says add to cart to get yours free today.
44:21Okay? We can change this this main button. Alright?
44:24Then we can hit save here. Alright? Then our page is basically ready.
44:30Our product is linked. Everything is perfect. Alright.
44:33But remember, this is a template. Okay. Why did we create a template and not a page?
44:39If we just added all of this to the default page, what would ended up happening is every time you create a new page, you would have just this template. So what you do with Shopify again, it's a little bit of a runaround, but this is how Shopify works, is you're going to have to create a template first, and then you're gonna have to assign the template to a page.
44:59That's how it works. Okay. So now we've created a page template.
45:02Now we're gonna go back here. We're gonna exit.
45:06Okay. Then we're gonna go to pages and we're gonna wanna create a brand new page.
45:11Okay. Now I'm gonna call this our, uh, product's name.
45:14Right? Our product's name is the confident kids life skills bundle.
45:19Okay? Then instead of the default, we're gonna select the kids skills. So it's we are at we're creating new page and we're adding a template to that.
45:28Okay? Then we're gonna hit save. Alright?
45:31And we're gonna make sure it's visible as well. Okay? And now guys, the page is finally ready.
45:39Alright? The page is finally ready. So now you'll see this is the page.
45:44Okay. Somebody lands here. Right?
45:45They decide, oh, this looks cool. Like, I like that. Right?
45:49I'm gonna get mine for free and as soon as they do that, right, if we go here, okay, You'll see it shows the digital processing fee.
46:00Okay. It shows the upsells. Alright, and then they can go ahead and hit checkout.
46:07Alright, exactly how it was done with the other store. The other store is doing a little bit stuff that's not, let's say, Shopify compliant.
46:18So what I learned during this thing was having these auto turned on That's actually not compliant with Shopify and not showing that there's a fee attached, even a digital processing fee. It's it's not compliant.
46:32Okay? So, um, you know, Shopify may decide at some point what to do with the store.
46:39I don't wanna give you guys noncompliance stuff. Everything on this side, the way we're doing it, we're being sort of upfront about fees. All of this is compliant.
46:47So they can come here. They can add their products, and they can go ahead and check out. Alright?
46:52So this is everything, um, to do with how the store was set up, and you guys have now a compliant version of a 500,000 plus dollar digital drop shipping store. And what do we do?
47:05We built the store. We did the copy. We did the images.
47:08We built the actual product. We built the cart page. We built the upsell flow that builds us money, and this entire process is ready for us to use.
47:18Alright. So the final thing to talk about is the launch. Right?
47:22Um, because we've done, like, so much work. We built such an amazing store.
47:28We have all the back end stuff, the upsells, the free offer, all of that done. But how do people actually see the store?
47:35Right? And so, again, the whole white labeling process relies on someone who has already figured all of this out, and what you're doing is very strategically looking at what's working, replicating it, cloning it, rebranding it for yourself.
47:49That's literally the process. And we've been able to take so many students from literally making $0 to consistent profitable sales with ecommerce just running this strategy.
48:00Alright? So now what is this guy doing? Right?
48:03So if we look at their ads, what is this? Okay.
48:05What's a lie what what's a life skills parents should prioritize teaching when you don't know where to start. Right? So look at this.
48:14Right? They have a, um, good hook, and now they have, like, just, um, lessons and stuff going on about somebody actually learning from their life skills training. Okay?
48:25Very short eleven second ad, but, man, this type of ad is working. Right? Look at this.
48:31It's been running since May 11, so it's been running for a month. It's their most viewed in terms of impressions, and it's a simple eleven second ad that's been making them money for a really long time, and that's why they're running it.
48:43Okay. Look at this. Right?
48:44This is another ad that they've been running. Please don't spend another weekend nagging your kids to help open the life skills bundle and turn chores into a routine that sticks.
48:55Okay? That's it. So, I mean, this is another really, really good another really, really good one.
49:02And, um, and, I mean, I think any of us is able to make this twelve second ad, but what's really important during the ad ad phase is this is what I do when I speak to students every single week is it's all about testing.
49:17So what I would do personally is I would test these first 10 ad concepts that I'm seeing right here. Right? These are the first ones that I do.
49:25And then what we do essentially is we you saw us clone the product. You saw us clone the website. We can actually clone ads as well.
49:33And so, personally, what we do is we actually clone these ads. We rebrand them, and we run them.
49:39And then what we're trying to do really initially with with Facebook ads testing is find the perfect combination of ad interest and the perfect combination of ads that will provide us the ability to scale long term. So, unfortunately, in this video, I don't have the time to go over it in detail as we've spent so much time just creating the store, but I do have something special for those of you that wanna sorta take this journey forward, who have understood the process of white labeling, wanna sorta take it forward with me.
50:07So there is one community that I run. It's called white label drop shipping, and what we do inside of this community is you just saw me build the entire store. Right?
50:17And just like that, we build tons and tons of stores every single month that are making actual money online.
50:25But instead of you having to build it, instead of you having to integrate it, instead of you having to figure out all of the stuff that I was able to figure out right now, what we do is we allow you to just click this button, download this, uh, entire store into your Shopify account, and it the process that just took me whatever time it took me, it would take you literal minutes, okay, to be able to just download this entire store.
50:51We have all of the research right here for this store done so that you guys can look at it. Then right after that, we'll actually help you create your ads.
51:00So what you do with our team is just you just send us the the video ads that you like of our of your competitor, and we'll go ahead and we'll rebrand it and we'll create your versions of it. And, uh, at the same time, we have a full step by step training to teach you how to do that ourselves because we don't really want anybody to be too dependent on us, but we also want to give you that speed.
51:21And then after that, we will also help you launch the store. Okay?
51:26So you get on a call with our team members, we will help you set up the ads, and we will help you launch the store. Then we meet every single week where I look at your ads, and I'll help you scale it. With that, you saw all of the AI employees that I was using, you get access to all of those as well.
51:40So not only is my team working for you helping you get your stuff set up, you're also, uh, given access to all of these amazing AI employees that basically just help you supercharge your business. That process is why label drop shipping, and it is linked down below in the description.
51:58There's also a free ecommerce workshop for those of you guys that wanna understand a little bit more about why labeling, how this process works, how we find products, how we build stores, and how we launch the ads to get sales fast. Alright?
52:11So both of those things are linked down below. Guys, thank you so much for watching till the end. For anybody that's watched it and made it this far in the video, let me know in the comments who you are and where you're watching from.
52:21You're gonna get a special reply from me because I'll reply to every single comment made on these videos. Thank you guys so much. I appreciate each and every one of you.
52:30And if you like this, just go ahead and subscribe to the channel and watch my back catalog. There's so many different stores that we've built, so much more hands on implementation that we do on the channel.
52:40I'm sure you guys are gonna enjoy it. Thank you so much, and I will catch you in the next business that we build.
The Hook

The bait, then the rug-pull.

The title promises a $480k/month Shopify store; the first thing on screen is a settings page for wiring Claude to an ad-spy tool. The whole video lives in that gap between the eye-watering revenue claim and the unglamorous reality underneath it: the store sells a free kids PDF, and the money is a $6 'processing fee' plus a couple of $2 upsells. What follows is less a business story than a cloning manual.

Frameworks

Named ideas worth stealing.

The White Label Clone Loop

  1. Find a winner with 50+ ads on one best-seller (Claude + WinningHunter)
  2. Buy and inspect the product
  3. Clone and rebrand the product PDF (AI cloner employee)
  4. Clone the store page (whitelabeler.ai)
  5. Generate copy and images (ChatGPT + image AI)
  6. Wire the offer (Digital Downloads + Upcart + Magical Fees)
  7. Clone and test the ads

The repeatable seven-step pipeline the whole video demonstrates: never invent, always copy a proven winner and rebrand it.

Free-plus-fee offer mechanics

  1. Advertise the product at $0
  2. Charge a ~$6 digital processing/handling fee at checkout
  3. Stack ~$2 order-bump upsells in the cart
  4. Break even on ad cost ($5-$10/buyer), profit on upsells and back-end email

Why a 'free' product can run paid ads profitably: the fee covers acquisition and the upsells are the margin.

The 3-app Shopify offer stack

  1. Digital Downloads (delivery)
  2. Upcart cart drawer (upsells)
  3. Magical Fees (processing fee)

The exact Shopify apps needed to replicate the free-plus-fee digital offer with upsells.
