Claude Cowork 60 Minute MASTERCLASS
A complete zero-to-hero tutorial on Claude Desktop's agentic mode: five real use cases, three core primitives, and honest caveats about where it falls short.
April 9thA 17-minute whiteboard blueprint that reframes failure as a sequence problem, not an idea problem, and walks every step from first consulting client to million-dollar exit.
The reason most people fail to make money with AI is sequence, not skill -- starting with a single consulting client that pays you to learn beats chasing five income streams with no foundation every time.
Most AI beginners fail because they skip straight to Phase 3 -- trying sponsorships, communities, and products simultaneously -- without ever completing Phase 1 or 2. The correct sequence starts with AI consulting: apply to jobs before you have the skill, win a contract, then binge-watch what you need to deliver. That pressure makes you a dramatically faster learner and generates cash. Phase 2 is building a personal brand by making content out of your consulting work. Phase 3 is picking one monetization path -- sponsorships, a paid community, or a vibe-coded SaaS -- and eventually committing fully to just that one.

Pattern-interrupt cold open: failure is a sequence problem, not an idea problem. Credibility hit: sold AI company for millions at 30.

Whiteboard: Phase 1 (Earn Fast / Get Paid to Learn), Phase 2 (Build), Phase 3 (Expand). Three phases must run in order.

Most people jump to five income streams at once. None generate money. The foundational work has not been done.

Consulting recommended because it teaches sales/marketing, client management, and expectation-setting while generating fast cash.

The key differentiator between people who succeed and those who don't: active vs. passive learner. Financial pressure is a productivity multiplier.

Start with warm network, then Upwork. Look for specific problems businesses want solved: content automation, AEO/SEO, ops automation.

Apply before having expertise. Bar on Upwork is low -- sound human, communicate well, care about the problem. Win contract, then learn to deliver.

If you cannot deliver: tell the client, offer no charge, move on. Transparency beats ghosting. Leave every project with feedback and a case study.

Take consulting learnings and make content. Consulting: fast cash, no compounding. Personal brand: slow start, exponential over time.

Publish at least one piece per day. Content has unlimited shelf life. Videos from a year ago still drive inbound leads.

AI startups are flush with capital and pay AI influencers. $3K/video, $1.2K/reel, $15K/YT video with large following.

Recurring revenue model. 200 members at $50/mo = $10K/mo recurring, replacing most full-time incomes.

Hardest if non-technical, but personal brand solves the 0-to-$20K/mo bootstrap stage. Recurring revenue plus enterprise value.

Try different paths to find your preference. Then kill everything else and focus entirely on one.

Introverted, wants fewer than 3 meetings per week, values recurring revenue and enterprise value. $1M ARR at 5-20x = $1-20M acquisition.

Zero to $10K/mo is the hardest stage for any SaaS. A personal brand first compresses this dramatically.

Final whiteboard: Earn Learn -> Build Brand -> Expand -> ONE. Most people fail because they skip to Expand with no foundation.

Failing to make money with AI is almost never an idea problem -- it is a sequence problem, and fixing the order you do things in changes everything.

Most people trying to make money with AI pick an income stream, work on it for a month, earn nothing, then pick a different one. Sabrina Ramonov -- who sold her AI company for millions at 30 -- says the problem is never the idea. It's the order you do things in.
