Big Idea

The argument in one line.

The free ad libraries that Meta and TikTok publish are a live swipe file of what is already working, and Claude Code is the layer that converts competitor ad intel into a ready-to-render production brief turning a process that took days of research and hundreds in UGC fees into something repeatable in minutes.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • You run paid ads for your own product or for clients and spend real budget on UGC production costs.
  • You want a repeatable research system for finding proven ad creative rather than guessing what hooks will work.
  • You are comfortable with Claude Code or are willing to follow a step-by-step tutorial to set it up once.
  • You sell a physical or digital product and need a fast way to generate and test multiple creative variants.
SKIP IF…
  • You are not running or planning to run paid ads — this workflow is entirely oriented around ad creative, not organic content.
  • You need broadcast-quality video output; Arcads/Seedance output is functional for testing but not cinematic production.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

UGC ads convert roughly 10x higher than traditional ads, but producing them is expensive. The strategy here is to skip invention entirely: use the Meta and TikTok ad libraries (both free) to surface ads that have been running 30-60+ days with high impressions — signals that the creative is profitable. A Claude Code skill then deconstructs the winning ad frame by frame (hook type, pacing, audio, narrative structure, CTA placement), and passes a structured brief to the Arcads API, which generates a new video for your product using Seedance 2.0. The whole pipeline — scout, study, ship — replaces expensive UGC shoots with an AI-rendered variant ready for testing in minutes.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • Nine out of ten ads die within 60 days; an ad still running at day 60 is a unicorn worth reverse-engineering.
  • The number of active variations of an ad is the clearest signal that a brand found a winning script — more variants means more confidence in the underlying copy.
  • Meta and TikTok publish their full ad libraries for free, making every competitor's best creative available as a swipe file.
  • People will forgive bad visuals in a UGC ad. They will not forgive bad voice — voice engineering is the highest-leverage production variable.
  • The TikTok Triple-Sort (180-day like rate, 30-day CVR, 7-day 6-second view rate) identifies highest-confidence outliers by intersecting three independent signals.
  • Sorting Meta Ad Library by impressions descending tells you exactly where competitors are spending money — the highest impressions mean the highest budget allocation.
  • Claude Code's role in this system is orchestration, not generation: it writes the creative brief and fires API calls; the video model does the rendering.
  • After cataloguing 50-100 ads in a niche, pattern clusters emerge in hook types, pacing, and CTA placement — these are the hypotheses worth testing at scale.
  • Matching the actor avatar to your target demographic is as important as the script — Arcads surfaces filterable AI actors by age, gender, and appearance.
  • Feeding your own voice recording into the speech-to-speech layer copies your cadence into a synthetic actor, preserving authenticity without on-camera appearance.
  • Passing API credentials to Claude Code via a terminal environment variable keeps them out of chat logs and out of the AI context window entirely.
  • The outlier strategy is not about copying content — it is about identifying the structural mechanics that cause an ad to keep running.
Takeaway

The ad library is already your best creative brief.

WHAT TO LEARN

Competitors who keep an ad running past 60 days have done the testing work for you — all that remains is reading the signals they left in a publicly visible library and using AI to remix the structure for your product.

01UGC Ads Change Everything
  • An ad that feels like organic content bypasses the trust barrier that makes branded ads easy to scroll past — the format itself signals credibility before the words do.
02Why UGC Converts Better
  • The data points (938% conversion, 300% CTR, -50% CPC) are from industry aggregates — treat them as directional evidence for the format, not guaranteed outcomes for any individual ad.
03Stop Inventing New Ads
  • An ad that keeps running is one that is paying for itself — longevity and impression volume are a more reliable signal than any creative opinion.
  • The Scout, Study, Ship framework is a compression of standard direct response research methodology — Claude Code automates the Study step.
043 Tools You Need
  • The orchestrator/engine/factory-floor separation is a useful mental model for any AI production stack: one model for reasoning, one for generation, one for delivery.
05Inside Arcads Platform
  • Selecting an actor whose demographic matches your target audience is as important as the script — the visual identity signals who the ad is for before a word is spoken.
06Find Ads To Clone
  • Meta's ad library is free, requires no account, and is searchable by brand name or keyword — it is the most underused research tool in paid advertising.
07Build Your Ad Fast
  • Voice authenticity matters more than visual quality in UGC-style ads — audiences tolerate imperfect video but will not forgive synthetic-sounding voice.
08Find Viral Outliers
  • Sorting ad libraries by impressions descending is the most direct proxy for where competitors are choosing to put money — high impressions on a long-running ad means a brand is confident in its ROI.
09The Winning Ad Blueprint
  • Multiple variations of the same underlying ad is the evidence that a brand found a winning script and is extracting every dollar from it.
  • Cross-checking duration before downloading saves time — ads under 30 days have not survived long enough to prove themselves profitable.
10Spot Multiple Ad Variants
  • An advertiser running 100 near-identical variants has essentially published their winning hook in public — the variation count is the confidence score.
11Build Your Competitor List
  • A competitor list scoped to 20-30 brands targeting your exact avatar gives you a sample size large enough to identify patterns without becoming overwhelming.
12TikTok Triple Sort Filter
  • Combining evergreen signal (180-day likes), recency signal (30-day CVR), and retention signal (7-day 6-second view rate) filters for ads that are both proven and still relevant.
13Claude Code Ad System
  • The Scout, Study, Ship pipeline works because it is not inventing — it is a compression of what already exists into a form that fits your product, your audience, and your offer.
14Drop In The Skill
  • Passing API credentials via a terminal environment variable rather than the chat interface is a security habit that keeps sensitive credentials out of AI context windows.
15Analyze A Viral Ad
  • The hook type, pacing, audio tone, narrative arc, and CTA placement are the five replicable dimensions of any ad — cataloguing 15-20 ads by these dimensions reveals the pattern your niche responds to.
16Generate Your Own Ad
  • AI video generation tools are a creative testing layer that lets you validate a script structure before committing to real talent or a real shoot.
  • Feeding your own voice recording into a speech-to-speech system preserves cadence and rhythm even when the avatar is synthetic.
17Side By Side Comparison
  • After running 50-100 ads through this process, the patterns that emerge are the hypotheses worth testing at scale — this is the moment the system compounds.
18Arcads Pricing Breakdown
  • Arcads starts at $110/month — meaningful only if you are spending at least that in UGC production or testing costs it replaces.
Glossary

Terms worth knowing.

UGC ad
A paid ad styled to look like organic, casual-camera content from a real person rather than a polished brand production. Higher trust and lower ad-blindness make UGC formats convert significantly better than traditional ads.
Outlier ad
An ad that has survived well beyond the typical 60-day mortality window with high impressions, indicating the creative is profitable enough for the brand to keep spending on it.
Ad variation
A slight modification of a winning ad (different background, shirt color, location) run alongside the original to extract more reach from proven copy without starting from scratch.
Arcads
An AI video generation platform that lets you select an avatar actor, supply a script, and render a UGC-style talking-head ad without shooting real footage.
Seedance 2.0
The video generation model used inside Arcads to render the actual video output from a structured prompt and product image.
Speech-to-speech
A voice cloning mode where you record your own audio to transfer your cadence and inflection onto a synthetic avatar, making the AI-generated voice sound more natural.
TikTok Triple-Sort
A filtering method using three TikTok metrics simultaneously — 180-day like rate, 30-day CVR, and 7-day 6-second view rate — to identify the highest-confidence winning ads.
Apify
A web scraping and automation platform used to pull bulk competitor ad data from ad libraries programmatically, enabling systematic rather than manual research.

Glutcode just changed everything about creating profitable ads. User generated content converts 10.3 times better than non UGC posts.
But the problem is that it is expensive and time consuming. And in this video, I'll show you exactly how to find outlier ads for your niche and how to clone these profitable ads with Claude Code so you can build them on autopilot, getting you light years ahead of your competitors.
And if you're new, I'm Jack. I built and saw my left tech startup with customers, now I run my own AI automation businesses.
And here, I just share the stuff that actually works. So if you haven't already, grab that beautiful coffee, and let's dive straight in.
Now I've recently launched paid ads for some of my other products. So when Archad reached out to me and said, Jack, do you wanna do your UGC content using our platform? It was perfect timing.
But whatever platform you use, you're gonna find the systems I show you in this video incredible and you're gonna wanna make sure you understand these systems because we're not just gonna cover ads. I'm gonna show you how you find proven outliers to help you scale for whatever business you're looking at. Now the first thing we have to acknowledge is why are we even talking about UGC ads, user generated content ads?
Well, the reason for that is because they convert 10 times higher than traditional. And as you can see, it has more in built and inherent trust. People don't wanna see ads from someone who's stiff in corporate or like it just obviously looks like an ad.
There's a trust barrier. There's a watch barrier. Traditional ads don't convert as well as UGC.
That is what the data is, and that is why there's so much hype around the ability to create UGC ads for any product and it will feel a little bit like magic. And if we just double click into the data here guys, UGC ads, 938% better conversion, 300 click through rate better.
Cost per click is literally 50% cheaper and its engagement against branded is also 73% higher. And you can see there's lots of wonderful and beautiful data points you can look at.
I won't go through more in detail, but I just wanted to show you this so you get an idea of why we may wanna do UGC ads in the first place. And so the strategy that we're gonna be using here essentially is to not invent new. You're very rare if you find a new thing, basically, that crushes it on its first go.
So what we wanna do is find, basically, what are the ads that are absolutely crushing it for your competitors?
Maybe you're working with a shoe business, and we can look at everyone else's shoes to find out what ads are resonating, what copy, what visuals. So essentially, what we're gonna do is not so clone what's winning, but we're gonna actually get AI to break down. Look, these are the ads that are crushing it.
Identify what is make and I built a skill, I'm gonna give away completely for free in this video. But basically, you just throw this stuff in, it will analyze and break that down frame by frame, step by step, and tell you why that is crushing it. And then we can use it ourselves for our particular ads.
I'm gonna show you all this stuff. So the idea here is we're not going to be inventors. We're gonna find out the stuff that's already proven.
We already have the wheel. Now we're just gonna yeah. We don't need to invent the wheel again essentially.
And there's a lot of things I'm gonna show you, little nuances about this as well because around 90% of ads die in the first sixty days. And there's lots of little things that we can look at like how long has the ad been running for? How many variants of that ad exist?
Because when you find a winning ad, businesses and brands create multiple variants. So we can pick up these clues with completely free software to figure out what's crushing it and then use that to basically scout, study, and then ship some beautiful variants.
They will basically help you grow your brand. And so to build these beautiful ads, what we're gonna do effectively is three simple steps. We're gonna find the outliers, so we're gonna find the stuff that works.
We're gonna figure out why they're working. We call this process deconstruction. And finally, we're gonna basically create our own version of it to help Crusher and test creative.
Now to do this, we're gonna use three very simple tools. We're gonna be using Cloud Code as the orchestrator agent. This is gonna be the mastermind behind the scenes.
We're gonna be using Seed Dance two point o. And I'm gonna I've shown you some incredible things that Seed Dance has done, but this is the thing that's gonna create this beautiful video, this UGC style. And then we're gonna be using Arcade for the tool in this video as the factory floor, basically.
And so we have Claude Code as the orchestrator that's gonna write the scripts, call the APIs. We're gonna have Seed Dance two point o as the thing creating the video. And then we have Arcade as the orchestrator that sits on top of that and you'll see what I mean when you actually see their platform.
Now before we go ahead and build our beautiful ClaudeCode ad system, the first thing that we need to do is actually just understand how you pull these things together so you know how to create any ad in the world that you want to. Now to do this, I'm gonna head over to the Orchestrator in this environment, is gonna be Arcades.
Now the first thing to understand is we can do this in a multimodal way. We can drop in videos, images, videos.
For example, if I come down here to actors, let's come down and add in Lauren. Hey, you. Welcome to Arcades.
Okay. I'm So we got this actor. We're gonna add her in here.
This is gonna be Lauren. She's gonna be the person chatting. And actually, why don't we, for example, just do something interesting here?
Okay. So here I am on Meta's ad library. I'm gonna touch on this in a second.
But let's say I've got the this video here, Russ. So check this out. This is talking about whatnot with trainers.
If I click on I'm gonna show you my hat for buying brand new designer items without paying the full price tag. But these brand new night trainers will Okay. So she's got this and she said, hey, here's how you great trainers without paying for like the the designer price tag basically.
So let's say that we wanna grab this this video here. But what we wanna do is we wanna change the trainers and we wanna also change the actress. Let's say we wanna do both those things.
First thing we need do is go ahead and actually download the video. And I found this plugin that seems to work quite well, Brave. There are ways that you can do it, by way, by inspecting inspecting the the video video by by adding this Facebook ad library downloader.
Then when you refresh it, basically, it just adds a download button to the page, which basically means you can just download any of the ads that you like. So for example, here, we've got one here. So I'm just gonna come down here and download this, for example.
And as you can see, I now have it live. Here she is. I'm gonna show you my hack for buying brand new design.
Beautiful. Okay. So we've got an ad now.
It's performing well. We've got the information about it. So time to actually go ahead and throw this into archives.
I've selected the video, announced that. And again, you can add images, you can add anything you want to. Now the last thing we need really is an image of some trainers.
So let's go ahead and grab some of those. Alright, guys. I have found some of the best trainers on the planet.
So say, for example, our client wants to sell these. Well, let's go ahead and just save this image real quick and see what that looks like. These are the flea cactus plant trainers.
I'm assured they are fantastic. So now I've got the image and the video uploaded. I'm just gonna say, hey, I would like you to replace the trainers in video one with this image.
Okay? And basically, all I'm gonna do now, instead of video one, I'm just gonna come down here, do forward slash, and just like that, video one. And then with this image, come down here, I'm just do image one.
Beautiful. Go ahead. Send this one off.
And this is just a great way to get an idea of exactly how this can work. This is all really cool. Go ahead and click on generate a video.
And obviously, on the video, we can actually specify all these different things like the resolution, the length. Little tip for you, by the way, is if you're doing UGC ads, you don't want the resolution to be four k because it's just people don't really do that. It's like this.
They're talking to the camera. It's not the same. I think one of the biggest things if you want this look authentic is the voice.
People will forgive visuals, they will not forgive voice. And one other thing that we can do guys with this is we can add in actors right now.
On the actor side itself, I can I can actually search? I can do female. I can do male.
I can do whatever I want to. I can go for young adults. I can do adults, seniors, whatever the thing is.
You can generate these, of course, with prompts in Claude, but this saves us what is known as time, which is really handy. And we can specify is it are they pregnant?
Are they this? So the idea is let's get an avatar that most closely resembles your target demographic. So for example Hey, you.
This is a cool thing that they all resonate with slightly different individuals. So let's say we go with a young adult, as if for instance, like this guy. Hey, you.
Welcome to our cat. We go ahead and we pick him. Now here's an interesting thing here, is that voice is so important with ads because people will forgive bad visuals environments.
They will never forgive bad voice. And so we want this to ring as authentic. So one of the things that I would absolutely do is I'd come down here to this button here, and rather than text to speech, what I would actually do is come down and I would go speech to speech.
Now what's cool here is I can record an audio. Let's say, for example, that I was I was selling and advertising this Fresca. I might come down and do this.
Let's go down and stop recording. This Fresca is beautiful. It's refreshing.
It's actually one of the best ones I've ever tasted. If you're not drinking this Fresca, you're not living life properly. Alright.
We just ripped the craziest audio track known to mankind for Douglas. So I've given it basically a voice audio that's gonna sound like me. And if this does its work properly, what this will actually do, basically, is have Douglas sang for us.
And so now I've given it my actual voice. What I can do is validate that. So I can look on plays down here, like this one, this guy.
This fresco is beautiful. And what I can do, I can mess around with the speed, the stability, the similarity, and explains what these things are.
For example, stability controls the voice consistency below the value and natural variations, making speech much more dynamic. High values make it more steady.
So say we want a little bit less stable, and then similarity is how much like Jack does it sound. So I might wanna bump that up a little bit, then and we can just give it another lesson. This fresco is beautiful.
It's refreshing. It's actually one of the best ones. I think the So what's cool about that is it doesn't sound like me, but it copied and married the cadence.
So I think putting some time into the voice engineering side, I I think it's fantastic. And when you're happy with that, just go ahead and get this one created. And as that's creating the background, we've now got our beautiful Nikes.
Let's go ahead and check it out. I'm gonna show you my hack for buying brand new designer items without paying the bulk price tag. But these brand new night trainers were 20.
Inside. I mean, that is literally ridiculous. It's taken from an image.
It's duplicated. It's through it in there. And you just get the idea now of what's possible by using software like this.
Then let's talk about exactly how we actually find these viral outliers because the actual idea is so important. Now, one of the coolest things that Meta ever did is essentially make the whole library.
This is TikTok. The ad library completely free for you to access. You can, if you want to, search by anything.
I can search by keywords. I can search by individual's names. For example, let's say I wanna see, hey, what is Alex Hormozi running ads on right now?
Well, there's Alex Hormozi ad and I can see plain as day, it is available for everybody to see what is the stuff he's doing and I can download his videos in one click if I so choose to do so. That's how freaking cool it is. So the library is your swipe file.
Think about it from that point of view. Now, what is the actual blueprints to this? Well, first thing we wanna do is we're looking for a couple of things.
We're looking for long run time and high impressions. So essentially, the longer that an ad has been running for, typically speaking, the more successful it is. Because if it wasn't successful, they would've canned it immediately.
They're not gonna waste their money on it. And then the higher the impression count, it's just a reflection of how much money's been spent into it. Now in my community, I created a viral Instagram outlier thing that gives you all of the bells and whistles for our annual members.
I actually also built this one for essentially ads. It's the same thing. And obviously, you know, you can build systems like this if you know how to use cold code.
Effectively, we're finding out what the viral outliers are, then we can use that to reverse engineer and do things. And if you're thinking, Jack, well, this cold code thing sounds like I'm speaking Spanish, I have just created a full cold code master class that will take you from foundation setup, building websites, deploying them, power features, memory system, homies, all the way down to building design systems, and even monetizing it.
If this core thing is new to you, I get messaged about this every single day. It's stuff that I've not released anywhere else, and it'll help you understand basically how this all physically connects together.
Now it's very cool that we have access to all this stuff and we can either build custom software like I do in the community, or you can just literally come on to this page and just have a look for yourself. Now the second thing that we're looking for here is multiple active variations. If we find, for example, with Homerzy here in the meta ad library, that he has, you know, let's call it five different variations of the same thing.
There's three ads, users, creative and tags. If he's got like a 100 different variations of it, that tells you that is his winning ad copy. He has found the and I've met Homer several times and we he always tells us, like, look, literally, you find the winner and then you do a mazzolan, the kind of like variations of it.
One outside the building, one inside an office, one with a red t shirt, one with a blue t shirt. It's just these micro different variations of it. That is an indicator that the ad copy is what is known as fantastic.
Cross placement deployment and ad volume spike. So 15 to 20 ads at once, launch, push, or pivot. Now what we're gonna do basically is build a competitor list of 20 to 30 brands that are targeting your direct avatar.
So if you're doing trainers, I might be looking at New Balance and Nike Air Force One and all these different brands together. We're gonna pull the ad library for their active ads, and we're gonna filter by impressions.
So for example, here you'll see under filters, can come down here. I can look at all media types, I can look at all platforms, I can look active ads only, and I can even add dates, which is cool. And then if you come off this, and we can even come down here and search by impressions high to low, and so we're getting the highest impression ads scrolling down to the lowest impressions.
Once we've done that, we're gonna cross check the durations. We wanna make sure they've been running at least for thirty days, so there's enough ads. No point copying something that's existed for five seconds, and we don't really know.
Because if it has been running for over thirty days, we can confirm this is pretty legit. Again, if it's sixty days plus, it's what we'd call a unicorn, given the fact that almost nine out of ten ads die within sixty days. And then once we've got that, we're gonna download the ad just by installing that extension that I showed you, or just go ahead and download it directly from the code.
And, effectively, what we're looking for is the hook, the primary text, the headline, the CTA, and landing page. This is kind of what I plan to be building out in the system I did for the ads and the niches. I found it really helpful.
And so after running 50 to a 100 ads, we start to get certain patterns that emerge, and we can scale it, which is freaking cool. So I'll put I'll put the link for this down below so you can check it out and we can use Appify, which is some of the tools that we we teach of how to do that. Now, the next one here which is really interesting is TikTok ad library.
So the idea here that people fall down with is that they automate and create ads for things that should never have ads on it. If it has organic resonance, in other words, it's crushing an organic, or it's proven to work with ads, those are signals that say, hey, this is working. That's the stuff that we accelerate.
So TikTok, where TikTok shows you its winners. Call this to TikTok, triple saw, the winner filter, which is really cool. So let's have a look at what this looks like.
Couple of things we're looking at here. Is it evergreen? Is it fresh?
It's like right across a hundred and eighty days. It's thirty day CVR. It's seven day six second view rate.
And also what we're looking for here is highest outlier for confidence, basically. And then what we're really trying to look at here is highest confidence outliers. So for this, when we come over to library.tiktok.com, it's the same thing.
We can filter by countries, ad types, slash shown dates, also, like, a keyword like trainers, which is how I found these ones, for instance. It's super straightforward. And so a couple of different steps for you to take it.
Number one is use ads library for direct competitor lookups. You wanna annotate each ad on five dimensions. Look at the hook type, the pacing, audio choice, narrative structure, CTA placement.
I built a Claude skill that goes ahead and grabs different aspects, and then got catalog fifteen, twenty ads, count the frequency, and what are the commonalities when you deconstruct it? What are we doing that helps them crush it? Which takes us very nicely onto what we're gonna do now with Claude code and this incredible system.
So this is effectively we're gonna find an outlier, which again, we can automate that if we want to. And then we're gonna get Claude Code using the Claude Code skill, which I'm gonna share for you down below. We're just gonna go ahead and actually deconstruct that.
Then based off that, it's gonna send an API call over to Arcade, where we're gonna be using Seed Dance two point o. Then once that's done, we're gonna have a UGC ad that we can start testing creative with. And so you can click the link down below in my community.
I'm it's available for you. Again, this is completely for free for you. Just come down, click on the Claude Ads skill.
I'm gonna download that zip. Then you're gonna download the Claude desktop app. If it sounds like Spanish, you can click this video on screen.
It gives you a good overview of exactly what Claude is about. And all we're gonna do now, literally, is just drop in our zip file by coming down here to the plus and just upload the file. And then you're just gonna say, I'd like you to follow the instructions of this and we're gonna build a a basically an ad together using this system.
Let me know when you're ready for my API key. And then we just wanna go ahead and grab that from archives very quickly. I would do this by clicking on your name in the top left hand corner, come down here to settings and members, and then we're looking for public API.
Then underneath public API, you can go ahead and grab the API documentation. Now if you wanna use basically Archives within ClaudeCode, you need to be on that pro plan, which is $500 a month.
So if you're not using a model directly and you wanna use Archives API, you can either use that plan or you can literally use the exact process I'm showing you here, then just take it back over to the platform and use it that way. So I'm gonna come back over, I'm gonna paste in my credentials.
And rather than paste in your actual full credentials in here, whenever you're giving those to AI, effectively what you can ask it to do is give me a terminal command such that I can just enter in, and then all you do is command space bar, you type in terminal, and literally copy and paste what it gives you, and then you're gonna slot in your credentials whether that's for any API key, any service, anything like that, and it goes in securely and doesn't live within the chat logs.
Now, whatever service you're using for this to generate the videos, effectively now it will come down and ask you which mode mode you wanna run. So we can either analyze and recreate, which is we're gonna give it a competitor's video or it can generate. So let's go ahead and analyze and recreate.
When you go down and pick a different product and it's gonna ask for we're not really sure what active source we're gonna use that, so we're put not sure right now. And so now I want to give it a video. So let's go find a viral video to recreate using the system.
Cool. So now we have an ad that has multiple versions. This one, I'm looking at burgers and pizzas, guys.
That's what we're looking at today. And we have this one here, which is eleven seconds long, and we can see it. That pizza craving, it starts with melted cheese.
And add that. Let's go ahead and download this bad boy right here. And then we can come back up the call and say, hey, dude.
It was the last video that I downloaded. Go ahead and analyze it using this skill. Now there's many different things that we wanna go ahead and use here.
Right? We're looking at what is text on screen. We wanna do frame by frame analysis.
What are the shots? What's the visual profile? And then we can use all of that information, basically, to then go and create an ad with whatever whatever we wanna build, basically.
And since we're gonna go ahead and use a pizza, why not go ahead and grab a random image of a pizza to include in our ad? Guys, I have gone and found pineapple pizza. I know it's gonna be controversial for some people, but let's go if we can find the worst pizza on the planet and actually just showcase and make it look freaking okay.
This one is outrageous. We have to use this one. So what's up?
I'm gonna come down and save this image. I mean, this is diabolical. I can't believe it, guys.
So we're gonna just wanna download it now, and then we can actually use it when we generate our brand new UGC video. And just like like that, we've got the frame by frame breakdown. So top down hero pizza on rustic metal apple pan, bubbly cheese, tomato basil.
We got cheese pull. We got the cheese pull. Of course.
You see how it's, like, interesting is breaking it down step by step, is cool. And then just basically communicate and ask it to go ahead and analyze the audio. It should do that automatically.
But basically, it will then run a local whisper to listen to everything that's being said. And then what we'll also do is then use that script at which we can basically go on and amend. So then effectively, what we're gonna do, once it's done that, is give it a prompt, which is, hey, basically, we're gonna be talking about this pineapple pizza.
We're gonna call it pineapple apocalypse pizza. I've attached an image for you here.
It was also the last image I downloaded. What I'd now like you to go and do is based on everything we've learned about this viral ad, is go and make it for my own pineapple pizza in this style. And I've also gone ahead and dropped an image.
So let's go ahead and check out what we're actually comparing this against. Awesome. So this is the video.
That pizza craving,
it starts with melted cheese and with a happy last slice. Pizza at only 99 rupees. Order now from the ninety nine store on Swiggy.
Cool. So we're not Swiggy. What we're gonna say instead of Swiggy is we're gonna say, hey.
Basically, instead of Swiggy, just call it from pineapple actually, let's do SpongeBob. Let's do SpongeBob SpongeBob's, like, the Krabby Patty or something like that.
Like, something to do with SpongeBob and pineapples. Okay. Something kinda creative with that.
We can send that off. And again, here, would just insert the brand that we wanna use. So now it's got our dialogue down, which is that pineapple craving.
It starts with caramelized pineapple, ends with the apocalyptic last slice. Obviously, we can play around with it. It's deconstructed it.
We've got the exact system what I want it to look like in terms of seconds, the input map. So we've given it the Hawaiian pizza photo that we've got. We're gonna basically archive to the audio in this one.
No actor. Product hero ad shot only. And we've chosen the model, which is gonna be C Dance two point o.
And then we've got the aspect ratio and everything that we need. Go ahead. We sign off, and then it'll go ahead and use it and create it for us.
Alright, guys. Let's come back and let's open it up. So here's this pineapple looks pretty familiar to me.
Let's see exactly what it's done and give it a quick play. That pineapple craving? It starts with caramelized pineapple and ends with an apocalyptic last slice.
Pineapple apocalypse pizza at only $990.
Order now from the Krusty Krab on SpongeBob.
That is outrage are you you finding some pizza right now? But that is pretty freaking crazy right now. Okay.
So I've got them running side by side here, and I've turned off the audio for obvious reasons. But you can see. Look at the look at the difference there.
We got the pineapple, little Zuni shots, which is cool. And you can see the difference. I think that's really freaking cool.
Basically, from an image, and it's even pulled this up, and I could have given it that if I wanted to. But basically, the Krusty Krab is gonna get more service off the back of this. And if you'd like to build this workflow with Arcade versus a direct API, the pricing starts at a $110 and goes up based on the different things that you want to in credits.
I think the direction of Arcad is basically to be the best at AI ads. That's kind of the direction I get, the sense that their company is driving for. Now building beautiful ads with Cloud Code is one thing.
But if you don't understand how to leverage an AI assistant in your business or your personal life, you're leaving too much productivity on the table, which is why the next thing we need to do is learn how to build one of these called a Hermes agent by watching this video right here.
The Hook

The bait, then the rug-pull.

The opening frame is not the host — it is two women holding juice bottles in what looks like an organic social post, immediately signaling the topic before a single word is spoken. What follows is a methodical argument that the most expensive problem in paid advertising has a free solution hiding in plain sight: the ad libraries that Meta and TikTok maintain for regulatory transparency, now repurposed as the best swipe file in the industry.
