Big Idea

The argument in one line.

A solo creator can replicate roughly $7,000-$8,000 a month of specialist labor — social media manager, video editor, researcher — for under $200 in API costs by having Claude Code build and run a seven-agent content team, as long as a human still approves every output before it publishes.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • You're a solo creator or solopreneur juggling content with a full-time job or family and keep starting and stopping.
  • You already use or are willing to use Claude Code directly (API keys, service accounts, a CLAUDE.md file) rather than a no-code SaaS tool.
  • You produce long-form video and want a repeatable pipeline for research, scripting, thumbnails, and editing rather than one-off help.
  • You want AI to compress hours of competitor research and drafting into a daily digest you still review before acting on.
SKIP IF…
  • You want something usable in 30 minutes — this took five to six hours spread across several days, by the builder's own account.
  • You're not comfortable creating Google Cloud projects, API keys, and service accounts.
  • You're purely a short-form creator — the Shorts agent here is explicitly deferred to a later phase.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

Overwhelmed by full-time work, kids, and a stop-start content habit, a 550K-follower creator talks Claude through her content strategy by voice, then asks it to design an AI team. Claude recommends seven agents — Channel Analyst, Trend Scout, Script Writer, Thumbnail Designer, Video Editor, Daily Reporter, and a phase-two Shorts repurposer — wired to YouTube Data API, RapidAPI, Google Sheets/Gmail, Nanobanana Pro, and Descript. She saves the whole plan into a CLAUDE.md file that becomes the project's persistent brain, connects the APIs step by step, and after five to six hours across several days gets a branded dashboard surfacing daily outlier videos, content ideas, scripts, and thumbnails, plus a daily email digest — all while insisting a human still has to approve everything before it publishes.

01 · Creating the content marketing team

Sandy explains her overwhelm and inconsistent posting history, compares Claude Cowork's marketing plugins to Claude Code, then dictates via Whisper Flow a long, detailed brief describing the AI agent team she wants Claude to design.

03 · Setup and API connections

Sandy saves the plan into a CLAUDE.md file, then follows Claude's step-by-step instructions to create a Google Cloud project, enable YouTube Data, Sheets, Docs, Drive, and Gmail APIs, create a service account, and share the Google Sheets with the new service account.

04 · Dashboard demo and final results

After five to six hours across several days, Sandy shows the rebranded dashboard: daily outlier videos from YouTube and X, content ideas, a scripted 30-second intro plus bullet-point script, three thumbnail variants, a daily email digest, and the Descript/Underlord video-editing workflow, before pointing viewers to a Notion doc with the full system.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • An outlier score compares a video's views in its first 48 hours to its channel's typical 48-hour average; a score over 200 signals a strong outlier, over 500 signals a viral one.
  • Prioritizing outlier videos from channels under 50,000 subscribers surfaces emerging formats before the biggest creators have already claimed them.
  • A seven-agent content system covering channel analysis, trend scouting, scriptwriting, thumbnails, editing, and reporting can replicate roughly $7,000-$8,000 of monthly specialist labor for under $200 in API costs.
  • A CLAUDE.md file placed at a project's root becomes the persistent brain an AI coding agent reads before every session, so brand voice and instructions don't need re-explaining each time.
  • Building a working, branded AI agent dashboard from a rough spoken idea took five to six hours spread across several days, not the thirty minutes a polished demo might suggest.
  • A content system's first draft defaults to generic styling; matching a specific brand's colors and fonts requires deliberately feeding it reference images, not assuming it will infer them.
  • One person can run a content pipeline covering research, scripting, thumbnails, editing, and reporting without hiring a team, as long as they still approve every output before it publishes.
  • Comparing a video's views only against its own channel's history, rather than against absolute view counts, is what separates a genuine outlier from a video that's simply popular.
  • A creator who quit and restarted content production multiple times over several years still grew to 550,000 followers across three platforms, showing that consistency gaps don't have to be fatal to long-term growth.
Takeaway

A cheap AI team still needs one human approving every output.

AI TEAM DESIGN

Replicating thousands of dollars of content-team labor for under $200 a month depends less on the tools than on a relative outlier-scoring method and a single kept-human review step.

  • An outlier isn't just a video with high views — it's one whose views far exceed its own channel's typical performance, which is why raw view counts alone are misleading.
  • Comparing a video's 48-hour views to its channel's own 48-hour average, then flagging anything over roughly 200% as a strong signal, surfaces overperformance that raw rankings miss.
  • Prioritizing outliers from smaller channels surfaces emerging formats before they're everywhere, instead of just re-confirming what already-huge creators are already doing.
  • Spending five to six hours defining a system in detail before it produces useful output is normal for a working setup, not a sign something's broken.
  • Treating a written brand-voice document as a constraint a system checks against keeps output from drifting into generic tone, regardless of what generates the draft.
  • A tool that replicates thousands of dollars of specialist labor for a few hundred dollars in raw costs still requires someone to review every output before it goes out.
  • Stating a principle up front — that AI won't replace a human, but a human who learns AI moves faster — is easiest to hold to when approval is the one step that stays manual.
  • A system's first version defaulting to generic styling instead of a specific brand is normal; the fix is feeding it real brand assets, not starting over.
Glossary

Terms worth knowing.

Claude Code
Anthropic's command-line AI coding agent that can read and write files, save API keys locally, and execute multi-step tasks directly on a developer's machine.

A more guided, plugin-based Claude interface aimed at non-technical users; it can run agentic workflows but has more limited direct API and file access than Claude Code.
Outlier score
A video's views in a set window (e.g. 48 hours) divided by its channel's typical views in that same window, times 100 — used to flag videos performing unusually well relative to their own channel.
CLAUDE.md
A markdown file placed at a project's root that an AI coding agent reads automatically, used here to store brand voice, tools, and instructions so every agent session has consistent context.
Underlord
Descript's built-in AI editing assistant, directed by natural-language prompts to perform edits like removing filler words or adding captions.
Whisper Flow
A voice-dictation tool used to speak instructions to Claude instead of typing them.
Nanobanana Pro
An AI image-generation tool used here to produce on-brand thumbnail variations from a creator's reference photos.

metaphorstory
00:00Are you wanting to build your personal brand or grow your business? I talk to many different people, and one of the struggles that they have often is creating content.
00:09After working a long day, they finally come home, then they have to turn on the camera, and oftentimes, they don't exactly know what to say.
00:16So they have to go back to YouTube, try to script it, but then they get lost watching videos because they find this funny video, and they just give up. That happened to me multiple times. I started creating content since 2018, and I grew my channel across three different platform, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok to 550 k followers organically.
00:39However, here's the catch. I stopped creating content after a year of doing so. And then I went back to it, and then I stopped again.
00:48It's because I was so overwhelmed. I had to take care of my kids and also have full time job. I'm not saying creating content is easy right now.
00:57However, what I'm going to do is I'm going to create a system using AI. I get a ton of help using AI. Even I got a skill of AI editing videos.
01:07And what I want to do in this video is I want something that's very specific that I pretty much wanna create this content creation team and multiple different agents underneath me working.
01:19And I'll be feeding my idea to either Claude Cowork or Claude Code depending which one's better. So I'm gonna ask Claude what I should be using. And after that, as a skill or plug in so that either three or five different AI agents can take care of my content.
01:37Obviously, my input is going to be there. You can't rely on AI 100%.
01:41I think human input always has to be there behind the scene, especially for companies. If you're running a business, AI can't replace human, but human can learn AI to advance its skills. That's my opinion, or at least that's how I believe it should be.
01:56So you'll be seeing the live demo exactly how much time it will take me to build the system. And I haven't done this before, so I don't even know how long it's gonna take, to be honest. But let's go straight into it.
02:09There is a CloudCowork. What I'm going to do is I found out that the more I use CloudCowork, the more I like CloudCodework because it's such a easy user interface, but I'm leaning towards more CloudCode because CloudCode has more capability of doing things.
02:25It can save your API key in dot EMV file. Whenever it has a dot, that means it's secret. A Nobody knows except for you.
02:32Anyways, they can save the API key, something that's very sensitive information, and it can actually go there and do the work for you versus Clockwork. Yeah.
02:42It does the work for you as well just like Clockwork, but it can't go in-depth. I don't know if that's because it's still in the beta mode, but still, I think they're still working on it. So what I'm going to do over here, I already created this content folder inside the Cloud Code work, but I'm going to see if any of the plugin makes sense in terms of what I'm trying to create.
03:03So let's look at the plugins for marketing and see what they have. Now they have a lot of cool things. They have this brand review, review content against your brand voice, style, and guide, and messaging pillars.
03:18K? That's kinda related to what I wanna do, but I wanna be more specific. Instead of just a brand review, I want Clocko to search for videos that are popping up, draft content.
03:28Let's see what's in here. Content type, blog post, social media post, especially specify LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook, email newsletter, landing page, topic, or of your content.
03:42Target audience, who is this content for, key message, two to four main points or takeaways to communicate tone, authoritative, conversational, inspirational, technical, witty, length.
03:57Okay. It has a length over here, brand voice, content generator by type, blog post.
04:02And what about social media post? It has hook in the first line, which I like that. Hook is very important.
04:08What about hashtag? Okay. It has a hashtag suggestions, call to action to engage prompt, emoji uses if it's appropriate, uh, if it's the right setting to use it.
04:18If LinkedIn professional framing, if Twitter and x punchy, and if Instagram visual first language and story driven okay.
04:28This is not too bad. But what I really wanna do is let me go back to the chat, and I'm going to talk about and explain exactly how I create content, like, strategy of how I use this content.
04:41And after explaining that, the Clot will tell me exactly what to use between ClotCowork or ClotCode. And I can go back and forth, but I prefer just using one platform, to be honest.
04:53So we'll see which one it will turn out to be that Claude recommends. Okay. Now I'm ready.
04:59Whenever I do vibe coding, I like to wear something comfy. So I'm in my PJs. I'm the most creative when I'm in my PJs, so no judgment there.
05:07So what I like to do is I typically like to start asking Claude code, the chat mode over here. Instead of asking straight into Claude code, I like to talk to Claude, just the chat version first to organize my thought.
05:20So about a couple months ago, I used ChatGPT to bounce different ideas because I thought ChatGPT is the best in terms of bouncing different ideas. And don't get me wrong. They're probably still really good, but just a couple weeks ago, I canceled ChatGPT because recently there's a campaign saying cancel ChatGPT because OpenAI recently agree that the government is allowed to use ChatGPT or any resources that they have to be used for this war that's happening around the world, and I personally do not support that.
05:53I very much disagree with that. I'm trying my best not to use that. So let's go back to Claude.
05:59What I'm going to do is I'm going to use whisper Flow. So instead of typing everything, I'm going to actually speak.
06:05Whisper Flow is amazing. I can just speak. It understands me so much better than Siri right there, so that's what I'm going to do.
06:14So what I really want to do is I want to create the marketing team for my social media channel. My channel is youtube.com/sandyleeai.
06:28That's my channel. What I want you to do is I want you to study every single video that I had for my channel to understand my voice and to understand what I'm trying to explain to people.
06:42Like, pretty much analyze my channel. And after that, what I want the other a AI agent to do is research, like, other people in my industry what they're doing.
06:56You can call them competitor. You can call them friends. So in this case, I'll just title them as influencer.
07:03Study other influencers who's into AI agency niche or AI news or AI business or, like, how to use AI wisely niche.
07:13Whatever that you can find, you I want you to just connect and study their channel. And I personally actually subscribe to most of those people too. And I want you to find outlier videos for me because what I'm going to do is based on the topic that I get from YouTube, Instagram, and X, those three different platforms, VidIQ is doing really well at finding outlier video.
07:39If you can find something similar to what they're doing in terms of giving numbers of those out outlier video, that's what I want. I don't exactly know what kind of data that they use, so that's something that you can do research about. But if you can find that, that's great.
07:54In general, what I want to do is find the topic in x, find a topic in YouTube and Instagram, and see what's trending.
08:03In any of the trending video, I want you to get the script of the first intro. So first thirty seconds of the video, I want you to get the intro because I wanna review those intro.
08:15I don't want you to copy and paste exactly the same as intro that they have because I'm not going to copy exactly the same. But I want you to get their formula and the format. That's the most important thing.
08:26So after getting the format and formula of their intro and a title and thumbnail, I want you to put exactly what they have into Excel sheet, k, so I can review it and I can change it.
08:39But, also, I want you to give me the recommendation of how I can change it based on my style of recording a video and my voice, my brand voice, Sandy's brand voice. So here's the two sections that you will do. You will just put exactly the same as what the creators are putting, but, also, you're going to write a script and create a thumbnail and create a title based on the recommendation of my style.
09:07So you're mixing it and changing it. And I want you to do that on daily basis, k, on every single day.
09:15If there's extra thing that you need to get, like Epify, MCP for Epify, or NADM for the workflow, then let me know.
09:23But I'm trying to decide whether I should be using CoWork or ClothCode for this. And I'm going to have a lot of API connected and connect with multiple different tools because, again, I'm creating this content team instead of just one.
09:40So creating thumbnail is very important as well. So I want you to create this one thumbnail department alone and make it as a one skill specifically. And when you're creating a thumbnail, those outlier videos and especially hunt for or look for the smaller creators whose videos are popping up instead of this huge creator always popping up.
10:02That's the outlier video I want you to search, and all the agents will be working together, by the way. As long as they're short, the thumbnail, you're going to reference the thumbnail that's been working out there, but I want you to change into my own style and put my picture in there. So I'll give you a couple pictures that you can use.
10:19Then use nano banana pro, which I have subscribed to Nano Banana Pro, so I can give you the login information or whatever you need. I have open router API tool.
10:29So if you need that, I can also give you that as well. And for title, it has to be short and concise, but also you have to match what other people are talking about.
10:41For intro, I want you to have a really strong hook where you can relate.
10:47Like, I can relate to my ideal custom avatar, know that I'm talking to them right away. And then we're gonna talk about some huge opportunity that they're missing out if they don't learn this and some sort of guarantee slash satisfaction slash the value that they're going to learn if they continue to watch this video.
11:07And I'll be showing the quick intro. Like, during the intro, I'll be showing, like, the quick less than 10 of what this video is going to be about.
11:16And, also, the other AI agent I wish I have is AI editing team.
11:23I have the script, and I have the script's API key that I just barely got. So I'll be feeding you that. And as long as I give a very specific brand tool and brand color image and also style that I want you to edit, if I can just upload the video there, I want you to edit those and have me confirm, right, before I post on YouTube.
11:47But, eventually, what I'm going to do is I'm going to trust AI to do all the editing. And after editing, then you can actually upload from the script to YouTube.
11:57So that's what I'm going to do. And I'm going to focus on this long form channel instead of short form.
12:03Eventually, I'll get into short form as well. So if you wanna might as well just create the short form, like another AI agent for short forms, you can. But my biggest thing right now is creating the long form, and that's my huge focus.
12:17So here's my idea. I gave you a couple different assignments for AI agent. I want you to create just one team that has multiple different agents who has each of them have skills.
12:28And, eventually, this will be the plug in that I'll be creating for my social media content team. So tell me exactly what I need to do at this point step by step.
12:41In that way, I can make the whole system, and this has to be as easy as possible. And one thing that I wanna add is whenever you're putting the information Excel documentation, that's great.
12:52But if you can go above and beyond and send me a quick email with those update, that's also a really, really good one that I would like to get.
13:01Tell me the breakdown of what I need, the different team and different AI agent in the set as well as the cost breakdown. Okay.
13:11Now I'm done. I've talked to Cloud, like, a lot just now, and this was just my idea. One thing about building something with either Cloud Cowork or Cloud Code is you have to go back and forth a lot, right, unless you're copying and paste somebody else's work and then just apply that with yours.
13:30Like, a lot of projects in GitHub that you can get and then just copy and paste to your own skills. But I found out whenever I do that, since that's not my idea, I tend to not get the results that I want.
13:42So I had to tweak it couple of times. So let's see where it's at. Okay.
13:48It's finally done. It took about three minutes to get everything all sorted out, but we will see what's going on over here.
13:57Pretty fancy already. Let's download this to make this a little bit larger. So, basically, Claude recommended that I should have seven different AI agent.
14:06We'll see how that goes. The first agent is the channel analyst who study the channel and competitor who study my channel and my competitors and also build my brand voice a little bit.
14:20And I will need YouTube data API and Cloud API who can do this. And let's do the trend scout. So trend is finding the outlier video on YouTube, x, and Instagram on daily.
14:32I love that. I feel like x is a lot faster compared to YouTube and Instagram. Like, every single news is over there.
14:39It's like a big hot AI news channel. So finding outlier video on x will be really good. I also need YouTube data API for x and vidIQ style scoring.
14:51Perfect. And the next one is a script writer. Script writer, we can write hook, intro, full script, and Sandy's voice, Claude API.
15:00I personally always have been using Claude to write script because there's something about Claude and writing skills. It's so much better than any other AI that's out there. So I like this.
15:09We're using Claude API and brand voice document. Perfect. Which means I can customize my own brand voice.
15:15That's great. And a script writer is Righthook. Thumbnail designer is fine reference thumbnails generate Sandy's version.
15:23We're using Nana Vanilla Pro API and CloudVision. Video editor is auto edit footage to script, brand colors, and captions. We're using Descript API and Cloud API.
15:34Daily reporter, compile everything into Excel and send email digest. Google Sheet API and Gmail API. And for Shorts phase two, this repurpose the long form into Shorts automatically.
15:47That sounds heavenly. Right? I mean, there's a lot of SaaS like like Opus or even Descript.
15:54I think they did that. So using the Descript API would be just fine because I'm already paying for it. So let's go with the agent.
16:01So this is explaining the specific agent breakdown what they will be doing. Let's see. The influencer channel to monitor.
16:09Okay. These are all great people right here. And add any channels you've subscribed to, or Claude will put them in.
16:17Awesome. Because I do have a lot more that I would like to, you know, touch base with it because a lot of them are pretty big. Like, they're all big in AI industry.
16:25I wanna find some smaller channel as well. TrendScout, YouTube, and X.
16:31Okay. Here's the formula that they're talking about. I wanna look at this formula.
16:35Outlier score is the video view in forty eight hours, and channel average forty eight hour views times 100. Score is higher than 200. That's a strong out outlier.
16:47And scores more than 500 is a visual viral outlier. Agent flags these for you automatically.
16:54It's specialized it specifically prioritizes smaller creators under 50 k sub.
17:02And with outlier scores, not just big names. Outlier, top five outlier videos per day, each with title, thumbnail, screenshot link.
17:11Okay. This is great, especially that it has the video view versus channels average within the forty eight hours. But I want I don't know if I want just the forty eight hours or, like, maybe a week.
17:23I don't know how VidIQ does, but pretty much I wanna get the videos that are popping up. Like, I mean, forty eight hours, it sounds actually pretty good for the AI channel because everything just it's happening so fast.
17:35I feel like if I'm a week behind, I'm very behind. So this is good, and I will just leave it. Agent three scriptwriter is short, punchy, six to 10 words maximum, hook and intro.
17:47If you're trying to build income with AI, okay. Sure.
17:51I can refine that as I go, honestly. But let's go more. Viralties.
17:57Output format. Agent for thumbnail designer. Output video editor.
18:03Okay. Hold on. So after they'd put it, they're gonna save it to Google Drive.
18:08Okay. That's pretty cool. NVIDIA editor, the script API, remove filler words.
18:13Yes. That's what I want. Add captions to your brand font.
18:16I only want caption for the first intro, though, so I'm gonna add that. Add intro to outro bumpers. Match your established edit style.
18:26For video editing, I want you to make couple changes. Removing filler word is perfect, but I also want you to use layer towards the beginning for intro.
18:36Intro has to be as much as animated as possible. You can also use b roll that Descript has and or create b roll using Descript AI.
18:47And you can also cooperate in the work with Underlord, which is AI of Descript. And, also, I want you to add caption just towards the beginning for intro section, not throughout the whole video.
18:59And for the beginning intro, if you can add, like, a subtle music, very quiet, not loud music, because I want my voice to hear more than the music. That will be great. So that's the intro.
19:11And, also, the gap between words has to be less than zero point five seconds. Clot code versus Cloud Code Work. Which one should I choose?
19:20Alright. Cloud Code, it's actually seems like there's a check mark here, so it might be the better option right here.
19:26Let's see. It's best for developers, API integration, and unlimited, and it is API connection is limited.
19:32Based on my experience, CloudCowork is great, especially for those of you who's not really technical, who doesn't wanna get into, like, any technical stuff. This is a great platform or great tool to use, But I found out Cloud CoWork is very limited when it comes to API key.
19:49It does exactly same thing as Cloud Code where AI agent is working for you as agentic workflow, but Cloud Code is more of a senior developer versus Cloudcoorg is more about your AI assistant, right, who's not really a developer, but who learned maybe developing skills, like, ten years ago, five years ago.
20:09That's just my theory behind it because every time when I'm trying to use Cloudcoorg and trying to save some important documentation, then they said, don't save it here.
20:19Maybe, like, it's better to use CloudCode. And once you get to use CloudCode, it's actually pretty easy to use it and continue to use it. I personally love CloudCode, so I'm not suggesting Cloud Code for this.
20:32Especially for seven agent, you definitely need Cloud Code. So I'm going to save couple API key in dot EMV file.
20:40Whenever there's a dot, that's more of a secret that's local. Only I can see it. It's hidden, so I like that.
20:46Complete tools that we need. Cloud API. Yes.
20:50I have it. Nano Banana Pro, OpenRouter API, Descript, Google accounts.
20:55I have all of those, so that's great. And it seems like they don't even need Appify. That's the one that I don't have, so this is good.
21:03Step by step, build a plan, set up a API, create a Google Sheet, build channel analyst first, build TrendScout, and cost breakdown.
21:12Let's see how much it costs. That's important. And finally, let's talk about how much it costs.
21:17Cost is important. Right? Let's go over this.
21:20Cloud API is per use, so about $40. Okay?
21:24YouTube, three for now. Rapid API is not three.
21:30Apify is optional. VPS for self hosting is also optional.
21:36So it can be anywhere between $84 to $74. If they're doing exactly what I've asked them to do, this is nothing.
21:45Like, seriously, nothing. Okay.
21:48Yeah. Just like it says, compare this to the social media manager anywhere between two to four k, video editor five to 1,500, and researcher for one to two k.
21:57Yeah. You can pretty much finish about 7 to $8,000 of work with less than $200.
22:03Pretty powerful. Now for solopreneurs like myself, a tool like this is very valuable because I'm just getting started, so I need more help, and that's where AI comes in.
22:14Yeah. I'm not gonna worry about the shorts just yet because I wanna focus on the long term for now. But what you need to give ClawCode to start is very specific.
22:23I love this. You need your YouTube channel, banana API, and all that.
22:28And put all of this in the Clawd dot m d file at the root of the project. This file becomes the brain every okay. Perfect.
22:37So this is the m d file. I'm going to open ClawdCode and get started because this is under content folder. So this is perfect.
22:46So the other thing that I can do is I can either save this into the folder that I just barely mentioned, or the one of the other ways, which is the way that I'm going to do right now, is I'm gonna say save this into MD file.
23:02Save this into Claude MD file. And I just copy and paste the whole thing that we just barely read together. Alright.
23:09Now this is all done. It said to content or image has to be saved to the MD file.
23:16That's perfect. The image was cut off. That's weird because I just copy and paste the whole thing.
23:21Oh, they're cut off. So somehow the copying and paste didn't work.
23:26So what I'm going to do is I'm going to have them find it from my download and then create a MD file. Got the full document, and then it's replacing it.
23:34That's perfect. And sometimes that's what Cloud Code does. Cloud Code just talks about how, hey.
23:40However, I can't really read this file, but then, like, they work towards something, and they're like, just kidding. I found a way to read it. So that's the reason why I love Cloud Code.
23:50And after that was done, what I did is I just typed slash in it. And what it does is, typically, if you don't have the MD file, that they just pretty much go through every single thing on your folder and then create the MD file for you. In this case, I already had a MD file.
24:06So what it did is it created the plot directly situation, which is the another MD file that I gave them before. Planning, operations, tools, and and also tools and then saving tools way.
24:20The and also saving tool way. Existing content preserved for outlier analyzer editing. Like I said, I have a lot of things going on.
24:28That's the reason why I wanna make sure I have the whole system so it's more of a one place versus using it in multiple different ways. So I want you to look at the MD file that I just barely created for this project, and it suggested to have seven different AI agent to create my content social media content marketing team.
24:51So tell me exactly what I need to give you, like, step by step, and just make it very simple, as simple as possible. And I want you to apply that so we can work on this right away. While I'm waiting, I got my chocolate.
25:04Okay. Google Cloud API keys. You need one Google Cloud project with these three APIs enabled.
25:11Then give me the API key and OAuth two point o credentials, JSON file. I'll walk you through grading these if you haven't.
25:18Your Google Sheet. And, yeah, I need to create a Google Sheet, competitor channel list, and also ICA, brand colors and fonts, rapid API key, banana banana pro.
25:31This is a lot, guys. But I can tell once I set this up, it's gonna be my life is gonna be so much easier, so I just have to get through this. Okay.
25:40I know how to do this, but I'm gonna ask them to do step by step because I kind of forgot. And, also, I don't wanna take too much time of researching this. Step by step.
25:49So I'm gonna ask step by step guidance for the YouTube data and the Google Sheets, all the data analysis, all the key and the credential information because I also prefer having Claude give me very specific instruction because, like, I tend to forget sometimes.
26:07So let's go over here. Consolecloud.google. Alright.
26:11I have to turn on that two step thingy, and finally, I'm here. Let's look at this. What did Claude want me to do?
26:19Select the projects. What is it? SLE machine social.
26:23I'm going to click right here where the project is and go to new project, and my project name is as Claude suggested, Sleep Machine Social.
26:34I need to create new, and it's creating right now. Perfect.
26:38And what else did Claude said? Then make sure the project is selected at the top. Click hamburger menu and then API services library.
26:47Let's see if that's selected. This is not selected, so I'm just gonna select the SLE machine social. Go to hamburger menu right here.
26:55API keys and enable API and services. Go to the library that they suggested. And what I'm going to do is I'm going to search YouTube data API v three right here.
27:08Click enable. That's it. This is enabled.
27:11Let's go to the next one. Google Sheets API and Gmail API. I'm gonna also enable Google Doc just in case.
27:19Enable and, yeah, enable and also Google Drive.
27:26And I think they said Gmail. I'm going to ename all of this. Yep.
27:30These are all enabled. That's how we can check over here. Right?
27:33So I got Google Sheets, Google Docs, Drive, Gmail, and YouTube all taken care of right here. So go back here. Step one is taken care of.
27:42Now let's go to step two. Create a service account for Google Sheet. Still in credentials.
27:48Okay. So I'll go to credentials and create credentials. I'll click create credentials, service account, the SLEE content bot right here.
27:57Create, continue. The roles, the editor, and click go to keys tab.
28:03And next, what I'm going to do is I'm going to add API key right here. Alright.
28:08So now what we're gonna do is go over here and then select keys and select add keys right here and create a new key. JSON file is perfect.
28:19Now let's go to step three. Go to sheets.google.com. This is easy.
28:26Basically, go to your own Google right here. This is the one that I'm going to use.
28:31Actually, daily outlier is the first one, and content calendar is the second one.
28:39Brand voice is the third one. Competitor tracker is the fourth one.
28:45The thing is I want exactly same as what the other people say instead of just changing to my own style. So I probably do have to change this at some point, but I'm going to open this.
28:57Maybe anyone with the link, copy the link. Okay. Is what they wanna do.
29:01They want us to add this machine, whatever, and then have it editor. So we'll see if that will work.
29:09Okay, guys. After working on this for five to six hours, I'm finally done, and I can show you what I got right now. It took about maybe thirty minutes to get the actual outline done and have the agent set up.
29:21But what took me really long is to getting agent into the way that I really like. Personalization part, customization part, that's the reason why it took a little bit of time, but let me kinda show you what it looks like.
29:33So this is the very first thing that I got from Cloud Code, and I really didn't like the style of it even though this is just only for me. I just you know, this is too AI slop color font. I didn't like it.
29:45So I just gave my brand color and font in different images, and this is what I got. I like this a lot better.
29:52I just like brown and dark green, white, beige color a little bit more. But let me go over the dashboard. So the dashboard, what it has so before I explain the dashboard, I feel like I need to explain what's going behind the dashboard.
30:06You know, what is the some of the resources that they're using to create the dashboard. So the very first thing that I asked Cloud Code to do is turning everything into my style, Sandy's style. So Cloggle actually studied what my channel is about, how many subscribers I have, who's my ideal customer avatar, and what videos are performing well, why is it performing well.
30:27It did a little bit analysis of my own style. And, also, it did a great job at getting the competitor analysis as well, who are some of our other creators talking about AI niche and how many subscribers they have, views, videos. And based on the competitor analysis that they have, they actually get the outlier videos based on the other YouTubers' videos.
30:51So if one of the video is popping up really well, then it shows a higher outlier video and is recommending me to record a video and make a video based on that topic. And it updates every single day. At first, I put it under forty eight hours.
31:07So whatever videos are popping up within the forty eight hours period, but that was just too short, so I just increased that to five days. So I'm just gonna get all this different information every single day. This Google Sheet, the clock would actually have access to edit it, and that's the reason why they could update this on daily basis.
31:26And not only that, I actually get email from them as well. So let me show you that as well. But before I go over email, let's go over the dashboard.
31:34So I love this this dashboard because it's a lot easier for me to look at it compared to the Excel documentation that I just barely shared with you. So it's it's telling me specifically how many outlier video that I have from YouTube and ex Twitter. I didn't have Instagram just yet because I need to set that up, but I feel like YouTube and x is just fine from the get go.
31:55And so it's giving me specifically outlier video and title that they use. If I click it, it can go straight into his channel over here. If I click damage Martell's over here, it can go straight in here.
32:07So I can actually listen to it and read it as well. But something that I really like is I can just see what videos are popping up based on this outlier score that ClawCode has given. The next is content idea.
32:20So it's giving me, like, different content idea for a different subject, but what Clockcode actually did is it picked the best content idea based on the outlier video and my brand style. And in today's script section over here, I asked ClawCode to give you very specific intro.
32:38Like, thirty seconds has to be all scripted. So that's the reason why it has all different steps that I give in ClawCode, and it's giving me the very specific detail.
32:48But other than that, the intro, I want rest of it to be in, like, a bullet point, so it actually shows that. But one of the cool things about this is you don't really have to look at this because even this is kinda hard to see. But if you actually click the start recording button right here, then the start recording button will have all the transcript in a easier way for me to see.
33:10It's just, like, easier way for me to see and all the bullet points. So this is more of a reference for me. I'm not sharing this with the viewers.
33:18However, what if I wanna share the same idea to the viewers, but I don't want all the script to be there? That's when Clockcode actually made this for me as well.
33:27I had to tweak it here and there, but this is what I got. So, basically, if I were to record a video like this, I'll be sharing this specific site, and I'll zoom in and explain exactly what this is talking about, which is the best part.
33:42Like, even this took such a long time, but ClockCode is doing everything just automatically for And the other thing is thumbnail. So this specific video right here, his thumbnail is looking like this.
33:54Twenty four seven AI employee. Sean is actually one of my friend, but this is what his video looks like. My video that Cloud Code made is kinda similar to what his.
34:05But if you don't really like the similar, you don't wanna really copy exact same style, Cloud Code also gave a very different style as well and that you can customize. So that's the thing that I asked Cloud Code to do is, like, have a reference, but, also, you have to customize it. So that's the reason why it's giving me three different things.
34:23And, again, I'm using Nando Banana Pro to generate this. And I have a competitor over here, and this is fantastic. So I explained to you before, I'm actually getting this on daily basis via email.
34:36Every single morning, I actually get emails. It's like Sandy AI daily digest email. If I click full open full dashboard, it goes straight into this Google Sheet so I can look at the daily outlier video or content calendar video, or I can ask Cloud Code to open up the dashboard, and it will have everything up to date.
34:56I'm filming this video, like, on Friday, March 13, and everything's up to date over here. And the other thing that I wanted to show you is the editing team. Now editing took me a little bit of time because the scripts API is fairly new.
35:10It didn't really have some of the things that I wish that they had, but then something that the script actually has is it has a AI feature called underlord. So you can ask the underlord to do different things. I don't know if you can see the little icon over here.
35:25This is the underlord. So what I asked Clock to do is, hey. Maybe ask the right prompt underlord so the Scripps AI can edit the video for me.
35:35So that's what it did. I didn't touch this video, but then this video already got edited. It removed all the filler word, all the words, like, repeat video that I don't really want, and it started straight from here, which is fantastic.
35:48And all I need to do is I need to edit more layers. In that way, the Underlord can use the exact layer for my intro, and that will be just perfect. Like, that will be just done deal.
35:59And I removed some of the gaps. So my editing team is almost done as well, and all I have to do is put the video into the script, and Underlord use my claw code will fix it.
36:12And after completing editing, it can actually automatically post to YouTube video for me as well, which is yes.
36:21It's gonna save so much time. I'm so excited for this. I am so happy with the thing that I built.
36:27It took me couple hours over several days, like, I would say two to three days because, you know, I've been working on it here and there. I'm gonna share everything to you on this Notion documentation.
36:38So just click the link below, and you can go there, sign up, and and make sure that you get that Notion documentation and use that as a a bone again.
36:49Right? Just the frame of it. This is more of a foundation, and I want you to alter it and change it to your own niche.
36:55If you're in different niche, marketing, real estate, or whatever niche you're in, I want you to change to your own style and also your own brand voice.
37:04Obviously, your brand is not gonna be, like, dark green and beige. Maybe you are. It's fine just to use it, but I want you to have your own voice because personal brand, that's that's what's all about.
37:15Like, everything is personalized. But because I built most of it, this is gonna save so much time for you, but you're not gonna get this done within thirty minutes. I'm not gonna lie.
37:24You know, it's gonna take a couple hours, so just get ready. But good thing is I'm gonna share everything with you. In the very next video, I'm going to share a couple different ClawCode tips that I've learned throughout the couple of months of using ClawCode.
37:37I wish I knew these information from the get go when I first started it, but even clock code has developed so much since I started this. So I'm gonna share everything with you so that you're not wasting your time and credit. That's a huge.
37:50So you're not waiting for, like, couple hours to get the clock code back. So I'll be sharing everything with you, so stay tuned. Make sure to subscribe so you can watch the next video.
The Hook

The bait, then the rug-pull.

A creator with 550,000 followers across three platforms admits she has quit and restarted content creation multiple times from sheer overwhelm — a full-time job, kids, and the grind of scripting alone. Her fix: talk Claude Code through her entire content strategy by voice, then let it design and build a seven-agent team to do the research, drafting, and first-pass editing for her.

The Seven-Agent Content Team

  1. Channel Analyst — studies your channel + competitors, builds a brand voice doc
  2. Trend Scout — finds outlier videos on YouTube, X/Twitter, and Instagram daily
  3. Script Writer — writes hook, intro (30s scripted), and full script in your voice
  4. Thumbnail Designer — finds reference thumbnails, generates your version
  5. Video Editor — auto-edits footage to script, brand colors, and captions
  6. Daily Reporter — compiles everything into a spreadsheet and sends an email digest
  7. Shorts Agent (phase 2) — repurposes long-form into Shorts automatically

Claude's proposed division of labor for a solo creator's content pipeline, each agent scoped to a single responsibility and a specific set of tools/APIs.

Outlier Scoring Formula

  1. Score = (video views in 48 hours / channel's average 48-hour views) x 100
  2. Score > 200 = strong outlier
  3. Score > 500 = viral outlier

A relative, per-channel benchmark for spotting videos that are overperforming their own channel's norm, rather than just chasing raw view counts.
