Big Idea

The argument in one line.

Claude Office replaces separate dashboard, design, slide and doc subscriptions with one connected system, and the value comes from the context Claude holds about you and your business.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • A founder or solo operator paying for Canva, Notion, PowerPoint or a BI tool who wants to know whether Claude can cover those jobs.
  • Someone who already uses Claude for chat and wants to see how artifacts, connectors and design systems fit together into a daily workflow.
  • A freelancer or agency owner who pitches clients and wants to turn a call transcript into a branded proposal deck quickly.
  • A creator who wants a repeatable brand look across graphics, shorts, websites and decks without re-explaining fonts and colors each time.
SKIP IF…
  • You want a neutral feature review. The video leans on the creator's own community, starter pack and affiliate tools.
  • You need deep technical detail on connectors or APIs. The demos stay at the click-through and prompt level.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

Claude Office bundles dashboards, design, motion, slides and docs into the Claude app, and the video argues it can replace several paid tools at once. The workflow starts with a dashboard built on one lag number and the lead numbers that drive it, fed by connectors, computer control, browser use and Firecrawl scraping. Next comes a design system scraped from your website with Higgsfield filling in missing graphics. That system then powers motion pieces, websites and a pitch deck built from a meeting transcript, plus docs where Claude edits alongside you. The key claim is that context is what creates leverage.

Docs as a Notion alternative with Claude as co-writer, and the argument that context creates the leverage.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • A useful dashboard needs only two things: one lag number you want to grow, and the lead numbers that actually drive it.
  • If a tool has no API, you can still pull its data by having Claude drive a browser or run a morning routine on your computer.
  • Build one design system from your own website once, and every deck, graphic and page after it starts from your brand instead of from zero.
  • Websites rarely contain every graphic you need, so connect an image and video generator to produce the missing brand assets.
  • Generated assets get saved in a library, which lets Claude reuse them and spend fewer tokens on repeat work.
  • Turning a meeting transcript into a pitch deck works best when Claude also researches the prospect and uses their logo, not yours.
  • Every Claude artifact can be exported: slides go to PowerPoint, PDF, Google Slides, images or HTML.
  • Claude docs behave like a Notion alternative where you can highlight text and ask Claude to revise just that part.
  • The more context an AI has about you and your business, the better every output gets, so one connected system beats several separate tools.
  • X-ray mode on a Claude motion page shows what is real code and CSS versus generated video, which makes it easy to see what the AI actually built.
  • Sharing artifacts by invitation with view or edit rights is safer than making them public to anyone with the link.
Takeaway

One connected system beats a stack of subscriptions

WHAT TO LEARN

The tools matter less than the context behind them: a saved design system and connected data let Claude produce on-brand dashboards, decks and docs without starting from zero.

  • Pick one lag number you want to grow and the lead numbers that drive it before building any dashboard, so the page answers a real question.
  • When an app has no API, have Claude run a daily routine or drive a browser to collect the numbers instead of giving up on the data.
  • Build a design system from your own website once, then fill gaps with generated graphics so every later asset starts on-brand.
  • Use reference sites for style direction, then give Claude a link and a skill so it builds websites and motion pieces from a concrete example.
  • Chain a call transcript, prospect research and the prospect's own logo to produce a deck that feels written for them, then export it to PowerPoint if needed.
  • Put docs, slides and designs in one library so Claude can reuse assets, save tokens and keep track of what you have built.
Glossary

Terms worth knowing.

Lag number
The result you want to grow, such as revenue, orders or subscribers. It tells you the outcome but not what to do next.
Lead number
A number you control that drives the lag number, such as videos posted or emails sent.
Connector
A built-in link between Claude and an outside app such as Zapier, Firecrawl or Higgsfield, so Claude can read live data or call that tool.
Computer control
A Claude feature that operates apps on your computer, which lets it collect data from places that have no API.
Firecrawl
A scraping tool that turns web pages into clean text and can pull brand details like colors and logos.
Design system
A saved set of fonts, colors, logos and graphic styles that Claude applies automatically to everything it designs for you.
Texture pack
A set of generated background and graphic assets in one brand style, reused across shorts, slides and pages.
RPA
Robotic process automation: software that operates other software through its interface when no API is available.

Anthropic just shipped its largest upgrade, which can only be described as clawed office. This replaces subscriptions like Canva and Microsoft and creates new capabilities that most people don't even know about. And in this video, I'll walk you through dashboards, designs, slides, and docs.
So you'll have a complete system that will make your build smarter, faster, and will save you money. And if you're new, I'm Jack. I've built and sold an Elastic startup with a ton of customers, and here I share the stuff that actually works.
So if you haven't already, grab that beautiful coffee. And let's dive straight in. Now, Claude not only replaces these, it actually creates incredible capabilities.
And to do that, you need to understand all five levels of it, beginning, of course, with the first one, which is Claude Dashboards. Now, Claude Dashboards turns... any data you have into a dashboard.
Now it connects to your world and can do some pretty incredible stuff. For example, this is an excellent dashboard here that I built with Claude Dashboard. And essentially what it lets them do is see all the data and can connect to anything in your world.
Could be Mercury, could be PayPal, could be any data it's got to. It comes in many different styles. You can get styles that look a little bit like this.
There are like literally an infinite number of them and they all have really, really beautiful, crisp UI. And it's all managed inside Claude itself. You can build it in many different ways, any different.
color palette that matches your brand and give you any insights that you need to actually go through. And then guys, one of the things I also built was really cool is this cloud file repo, which basically lets me look at all the docs I've got, the slides I've got, the designs I've got, because as you're building out on cloud, it becomes really difficult to follow where everything is.
So this is a cool system. I actually built my community actually, just to help really easily find all the stuff you want to, and basically helps you to replace. all those costly subscriptions, which is something I'm really big on focusing in on right now.
I haven't built multiple businesses now that are fortunately quite successful. It's my experience that dashboards need to do only two things. So the first thing that we need to do realistically is start with the numbers.
So pick the most important number. How do we do that? Well, effectively, we're going to have what we call a lag number.
So this is the result that you want from Claude, right? That could be something like revenue, orders. It could be community members, total number of subscribers.
Let's say, for example, that you want to grow. YouTube channel, you may say that the result I want is 10 ,000 subscribers, for example, or $100 ,000 MRI. And the lead are the numbers that affect that outcome.
So let's say you want 10 ,000 subscribers, but what affects that is actually the number of videos you post and how many views they get. So the idea is that we need to know what we're shooting for. But at the same time, what we really need to know are what are the numbers that influence the number that we want.
And I'll put a link down below for this prompt. So go ahead and grab that and I'll walk you through the process for you. Just come down and click on copy.
Now we've got our numbers. The next thing we need to do in Cyclode Dashboards is really get the data. And this is where I'm going to show you stuff that you've probably not seen before.
And it is going to get you light years ahead. This is just the beginning. Wait till you see what I've got for you later.
Now, there's a couple ways we can do this. The first way is connectors. And that's probably one of the coolest features of this.
And this basically covers how you actually set one up in the first place. So to start, come over to Cloud. And on the left -hand side, you're going to see Artifacts.
Now, Artifacts here is where this kind of Cloud Office thing exists. And what you can do, all you're going to do is come down and click on. dashboard, okay?
Now this will just let you create a dashboard. You can also create it just by answering or asking a question in the chat. But what's really cool is that any, you know, if I say, for example, anything you're already connected to inside Cloud, that could be Zapier, Firecrawl, Higgsfield, whatever it is, you can actually see that live data ready there for you.
So the first thing we have to do is just ask, what is all the data that we need? Do you want to connect it to YouTube? Do you want to connect it to, for example, Mercury so we can get sales data?
Write down all the things that you want to connect to. and just simply start by connecting that to Claude. Once you've got your connectors, the next thing you want to have a look at is something called computer control.
So let's say, for example, that there's something on your computer that you want to get data from. Maybe it's something on your desktop. Maybe it's something in a browser that actually doesn't have access.
We can actually set up a routine with Claude to grab that. For example, take my beautiful community. Let's say I want to check in on how the growth of the community is going.
There's actually no connection to that. So what I can do instead is come over to Claude and say, hey there, I would like you to do a routine every morning, go over to my community, check the dashboard and tell me how many new members I got and what the monthly recurring revenue is.
And then I want you to go ahead and add that to my overall dashboard. And then what this will do, guys, I could ask it, for example, to grab all my reviews or whatever I want to do for the community, and it will add that in. And I'm no longer limited, basically, even if I don't have a connector.
The third thing we can do is something called browser use. So for example, if you come over to Claude, I might say, hey, I want you to open up. internal browser and open up school .com now as you can see this is now inside claude's internal browser and this is another way that you can actually log into different websites inside claude and then actually control it via that mechanism as well which basically means if we can't get an api in it we can get an api through it by just actually controlling the computer instead i actually started doing this my last tech startup it's called rpa which is robotic process automation and it's great especially if you can't actually physically get the apis now the fourth thing we can do is something called scraping and this is going to be a big theme and leveraging everything you can outside of Claude.
Because the reality here though, guys, is that Claude itself is great at getting information, but sometimes you really need to get additional details. Now, the important thing about Firecrawl is that it turns any page into clean, marked out text and doesn't just look for one page. We can look for multiple and we can also extract really important information like brand guidelines, logos, anything that we need.
And the cool thing is it works on really difficult things. For example, if I was trying to search for gladi .com, I can come over here, go to format, and I can for branding and if i just search for this real quick you can see it pulls down the entire website now this is going to be really good and important let's say you want to do competitive intelligence in your dashboard or you want to do research every day we can just fire off firecrawl and go ahead and grab this and it's also really cool at grabbing any branding all you want to do to grab it is i'll put a link down below so you can grab it it's connected you can let you come down here click on that plus button click on connectors come over to browse connectors and you just come down and type in firecrawl like so And once you've done that, you can select this one.
It will open a brand new page and you click on connect like so. And then you're going to come down here and just click on authorize. Then you're ready to rock and roll.
I'm going to show you how important this is in a second. So then to use this, you're just going to copy this prompt or to put down below for you so you can really start kicking butt with it. Now, the dashboards are one thing, but if you're really going to build properly inside Cloud Office, the first thing that we have to do before we look at the next level is to go ahead and get a design system.
Now, I have spent so many hours. In design systems, I'm going to give you literally the benefit of hundreds of hours in literally a couple of minutes. So buckle in and get ready for this.
Now, every design that you actually use in Cloud starts from zero. What we don't want is your design to look like everybody else's. We don't want it to be cognitively difficult.
We want it to be simple. And we don't want to have to explain things like font, colors, and logos every single time. So if we build one really cool design system, we can effectively just...
cut ourselves out a ton of time and make it look gorgeous. For example, I have a design systems for Glider, which is our speech tech startup. It has lots of information about the UI, has our color schemes, our color systems, everything that we need to.
And crucially, guys, it also has really important graphics about what it physically looks like. I mean, look at this. It's even got animation stuff in there and we can do this with everything.
And it's grabbed all of this stuff from our website. And look at this, voice intelligence for Slack, for Clore, downline for free. It's grabbed the headline.
It's done a million different things. And I also have the same thing for the Stack Podcast. Once again, there's a podcast I'm on with my buddy, Nick.
We could come down and do some magic and we've got lots of stuff on here, including our logos and all different shapes and sizes. So essentially any graphic I'm doing, and maybe look at Nick, look at Jack, you can see here are some cool photos of us. It's all baked into a pre -existing design system.
And so for example, then when I want to create any images or graphics, like for example, I'm launching Glado on Product Zone this week, I can now actually just say, hey, build me a launch image and it will do it with the correct logos and with the correct design style for me straight away. Then as you're going to find out later, you can literally...
turn this into anything using this design system by using Claude Office very simply. Now to do this, we only need to do four things. The first thing I want to do is go ahead and grab this prompt, which I put down below, and then just throw that into Claude with a link to your website.
And then in Claude itself, I want you to come down. If you click on something like design right now, it'll ask you to come down and choose a design system. And what you can do guys instead is make a new design system first.
And then this is exactly where you want to enter the prompt. You used to be limited doing this online, but now you can actually do it in the Claude app. So I'm going to grab this prompt like so, come over and throw it in.
I'm going to give it a URL here. So we're going to come down. I'm going to give this one Galeido .com.
Now, the first thing it will do in step one, once you get the prompt, is actually go ahead and scrape your website into this. We're using Firecrawler. It's going to send us prompts and tokens.
We can do other things on this, like interact with the pages, but it's just going to grab all the data for us in a very token efficient way. Once we've done that, the next thing I'm going to do actually is going to grab our typefonds, our colors, our logos, which is amazing. But then it brings us onto a bit of an issue, to be honest with you, because if you look at the website, for example, Not every website has every graphic that you could possibly want.
So the question becomes, well, how do I get assets when I don't have them? If you look at this, for example, which is something I built inside the community, right? Which is a really cool shorts system, which effectively takes all the podcast long form stuff.
Look, it's got about almost 20 ,000 views in just a couple of days, and it will turn them into shorts that look a little bit like this. This here, guys, has unique stacked graphics. And that's me on the bottom right -hand corner talking about it.
You see how it's got this purple and white feel to it, right? This, by the way, was one shot. So the idea of this is going to pump out content.
like pretty much like every two to three hours on autopilot. And look, it's got this beautiful stacked graphic in the background, but that doesn't exist on a website. So how do we actually go ahead and create these things on autopilot?
I built this for my community, by the way, because like Jack, we really want an automated system. I was like, cool, I got you. So to do that, all we're going to do is give it the ability to create images and videos.
And I personally use Higgs field for this because it's unbelievably easy. And when we give it that ability, it'll be able to do anything. And if you're not familiar, Higgs field basically plays where we can get the best image and video generation.
in one really easy connection. Like here's a thing that I told you I built right with Glido and Product Hunt as an example, but we're going to do this inside Claude. So in Claude, for example, just come down to the plus like so, come down to connectors, okay, and come down to manage connectors.
Then over here, I'm going to come down and just type in Higgs field. Then once you've done that, you're going to come down here and click on connect. And I'll put a link down below so you can go ahead and grab one if you haven't gotten started yet.
And then once you've clicked connect, you're going to come down here, you can click on continue like so, and then that is going to connect Claude and Higgs field together. So you can effortless now just... Give commands to Claude and it will go ahead and make that for you super easily.
Then what I like to say is I would like you to use the Higgs field connection to go have it to the stacked podcast YouTube channel. And I want you to take a screenshot of the banner and I want you to generate for me loads of stacked graphical assets that I can use in this brand design system. And honestly, guys, how I generated all those designs for all the shorts and stuff was literally using the exact system that I'm showing you.
And all it did, it went over, it grabbed this image like this. And then it was able to generate a repertoire of basically this kind of style and graphic for us and infer things like the font and the style and the graphics and do everything else for us. So you can see just how exactly important it is that you do have image and video capabilities.
Let's say, for example, that you don't have your logo on a white. If you use the Higgsful connector or any connector you want to, you can go ahead and switch that into white instead of black. It just makes the whole design system way easier as you're going to find out in this video.
And if you're unsure on what to use for design inspiration, you can go to these websites here. ferro .design is a really good one here. You can check out all of the different latest styles when you click on styles on the left -hand side.
Pinterest is also exceptionally helpful. And then you have a good website like Dribbble that will give you loads of great design inspiration. And by the way, if this all sounds like I'm speaking Spanish, I'll put a link down below for the Claude Office Start Pack, which will cover literally all the prompts, all the designs, all the systems for everything that I've covered inside this video, as well as full access to my agentic operating system that has Claude, Kodox, Grogbot, everything you could possibly imagine in one place, my entire memory system.
And of course, at the same time, you'll also get access to the full masterclasses for Claude, Grok, Bart, Hermes, everything that you like. I'll put a link down below so you can get light years ahead of everybody else. And when that design system is complete, Claude is going to give you a file that looks like this.
And as you can see, it's going to come down and show you like title marks and different versions of the logo and different photos of you. And look at all these different assets that we generated. Generally, I did all this using the exact same process that I showed you.
We call these a... texture pack a unique texture pack that sits on black or whatever color we want you can see you need these for your brand guys and literally using this system you can generate loads of them and it just makes you look so much more professional and you can just see the number of these guys it is crazy And then also, as you actually build our assets over time in your motion library, which I'll get to in a second, it also saves those, which means that you can reuse them and it keeps you basically token efficient, saving you money.
Now you have a million dollar look, but the problem is guys, a look by itself is not going to sell. So the next thing we need to do is actually look at the motion design capabilities inside Claude, which is probably one of the most exciting, genuinely novel things that Claude has done this year. And the one that I'm personally probably the most excited about.
Now, Claude essentially has created genuinely a new kind of tool and it has sent ripples and shock. waves across many different industries. Editing industries, motion graphic designers, it is absolutely wild.
And someone who's paid literally thousands of thousands for these, I can tell you what it can achieve is genuinely crazy. Like this entire thing here, guys, was made in Claude. Now, Claude Motion Design can make some incredible things.
Websites, motion graphics, explainers, it's pretty spectacular. For example, this can do many different things. This, for example, I have no need to explain to you.
Look at this. One of these was designed with Claude Motion Design and the other wasn't. Like they're getting to the point where they're virtually in.
indistinguishable if you use the right prompts, the right systems. The first thing that it can do, which is pretty exceptional guys, is do motion design videos. What I'm showing you on screen right now is a one prompt that I built for Glider, right?
There's speech to text, it generated birds, it generated a guy typing, did the entire thing. Probably most impressive thing this does actually is towards the end of this video, it goes ahead and actually animates the entire logo. it is able to storyboard and create various different things.
And once again, when you hand it your brand system from the first step, it can do everything very, very easily. So we have things like this that we can do. You can also go ahead and create beautiful motion graphics.
You can see anything you could possibly want. You basically describe the thing that you want and it goes ahead and does it. If I look inside my own agenda operating system, for example, I had all these beautiful shots that I was building.
I was building out a really cool motion graphic pipeline. And one of the things that I was really keen on having a look at, if I come over here to, let's have a look at motion. here.
You can build so many different styles. Like here's a bit of a library that I pulled together. I just went really crazy and thinking like, what would be all the cool different ways that you could show motion design?
It can do all of these things. And the other thing it can do really well, guys, is actually build websites. Now, this also leverages one of Cloud's most powerful features for any part of your business.
So if you look at this entire thing here, guys, this was generated with Cloud Motion and also Higgs field at the same time, because this is really cool. And if you want to know what comes from what, like what actually is ai and what part of it for example here if you look at this with all these beautiful graphics what's gone ahead and made with motion design like even this cursor thing following us around all made with cloud motion and look if i come down here and enable x -ray look you can see this is code this is css this whole thing here guys isn't even a video that's all css and look i've even got these animated videos here which i made with hicksfield all i did is i connected it and i said look i wanted to add some really cool videos as i scroll down and it did the entire thing for me here and honestly guys it's getting better and better at getting there on its first prompt, oftentimes you are going to need to come back and forth.
The better the skills that you have, though, the more accurate it's going to be on its first shot. This is another one, guys, built again with the image video generator and also built to generate code. All this stuff, guys, built.
using these motion design principles. And it doesn't just stop there. You can go ahead and get beautiful and gorgeous dashboards like this.
Now to build a website like that, all you're going to do is come over to styles .referral .design, pick a style that you think looks pretty cool. Say for example, this Mercury one right here, it looks pretty decent, right? We like the style of that.
Just come over and copy the URL, come over to Claude, drop it in and say... Hey there, I'd like you to use the below skill and the Higgs field MCP to go ahead and create for me a beautiful website based on this, but actually talked about selling websites and make it unique and use this as inspiration. And then guys, I just want you to copy the Notion document that I'll put down below in the free resources section of this video and just put it into this chat.
And then that will enable you to get websites that look like this. It's taking the exact same concept. As I scroll down, you can see the website illuminates a little bit, which is really beautiful.
I can put x -ray on and we can see exactly what is code, what isn't. So this is all done here. And then this is the...
video generation and then just to show these connectors like inside the chat guys which you can use anywhere i just gave it the banner for my youtube podcast i said look go ahead use the connector and i want you to quote for me three different textures and it will come back with stuff like this, really nicely embedded. You can download, you can reference it, and it just saves you going into the app, and you can use these texture packs if you want to, whether you're making shorts, presentations, anything.
And the cool thing is, guys, any motion designs that you get, anything like this, you can actually come up here, you can have conversations with it, and you can also share it. So one of the really cool features is you can share it with other people on your team, you can invite them by email, and under general access, if you come down here and click anyone invited with the link, this way it will take it to public, which you don't want to do, but of course you can just...
go ahead and invite them and then set their ownership level to either kind of like someone who can view or can edit. So now we've got design lockdown. It's time to go into the third level of this, which is a really exciting one called Slides and probably one of the most underutilized features inside Cloud Office.
And it doesn't get enough credit that it deserves. And I'll explain why in a second. Now, Cloud itself can craft the whole day.
You may remember being in the corporate world, guys. Maybe you're still there. But remember the time people spent on PowerPoint.
PowerPoint now is an official thing of the past with this. So essentially what we... can do with anything we build in this, if you still want to use PowerPoint, is you can export it to PowerPoint if your corporate overlords so demand you to do so.
So it's very, very flexible. You can look at these presentations anywhere. For example, this is a slide deck that I built, basically using Glado as an overview.
And you can see it's used all the systems that I mentioned previously. And what's really cool about this is I can come in, I can edit it, edit with your voice. Maybe I want to ease on that, whatever I want to.
Voice intelligence for all your apps, which is great. I can come down, I can click in this. You type two, four hours a day and look at this.
It's even created unique, specific images and graphics for this. Now, one of the things that this has also done is used a skill. And this skill is called...
power design. I actually built this. It's a GitHub repo that is 100 % free.
I'll put a link down below. And effectively, it just combines the 20 universal design principles just to make sure that your deck is hitting the right notes in terms of spacing and attention to detail and that kind of thing. And it just will give you better, more polished outputs.
It just will. It's freaking beautiful. And again, now you're going to have presentation with the slides, again, using this feature.
Now to do it, it's pretty straightforward. On the left, come through to artifacts and just come down and select slides. And do this, you can come down and pick one of your design systems and then basically just tell it the thing that you would like it to build.
But of course, if you come over to the Cloud Office starter pack and click on slides, you can see now we've got a really beautiful, tasty prompt that we can just grab here. But where it really becomes powerful is when you start combining it with other systems. Let's say, for example, that we were on a call with Atlassian, right?
The company that owns Slack. And let's say that I had a conversation with them and I had a meeting note taker. And we were going to pitch them on enterprise, which is something that we're doing.
at glider now because we've got a lot of inbound for enterprise one we would do is a really sick following process the first thing we do is we're going to grab the transcript so personally you can use granola i mean we're actually releasing this feature in glider soon but essentially what we'd say is hey there i'm going to go into my meeting transcript that i had with granola for the meeting that i just had with slack and i'm going to basically grab that information and then we're going to turn that into a pitch deck um once we've done that we then want to go and basically enhance the research so let's say that we have a call with a prospect that That's great, but we don't cover all the context on that, right?
So then I'm going to come back over and say, I would like you to take the information about the prospect and just do some research. Understand about the kinds of clients that they're working with, the geographies. And I want you to think around corners and think about any other questions that we need to ask to give the best, most effective proposal that we know.
And obviously, one of the key things that's done, and I'll cover this in my Cloud Masterclass, is giving Cloud all the context about you, your business, your customer, so it already knows you're offering. and that's going to be baked into your deck. And then what it will do now is go ahead and use Firecrawl to go ahead and grab that because Firecrawl is going to do some deep research.
It's going to extract all the information for us. And then we're going to use our image and video generator to go ahead and actually use our own beautiful graphics. And we can even use Firecrawl to extract their logo because that's the most beautiful thing for a client is seeing.
I remember my last business, right? Someone sent me a presentation deck and I was like, this is gorgeous. They didn't have their logo, it had my logo on the homepage.
And I was like. I, it just, it makes you feel some type of way. So always think about their logo instead of yours.
But again, you need a, a design system design theme to go ahead and create those custom, beautiful images and video. And then it goes ahead and create something like this, which again is based on a transcript that I created for it. Look at this.
And as you can see guys, it's even gone ahead and grabbed that logo and it's got the imagery. It's got the cloud of bird. It's explained all the different specifics, typing a skill, 24 ,000 hours of typing every day.
We're talking about what we can help them with. Really simple, really easy to understand. It talks about our compliance.
In fact, what do you do about compliance? Blah, blah, blah. All this cool stuff with a proposal.
And again, $18 ,000 per year. Pro, custom, great fit for you. Let's talk about it, et cetera, et cetera.
Now, obviously, there's something we need to fix. Like, hey, this is now on two lines when probably that needs to be on one line. So we can come down and we can adjust fonts.
We can do various different things if we want to. Or if we want to improve that specifically, you click the chat button and then you can just say whatever you want to. I might say, hey, 10 slides is great.
I'd like to make this one eight slides. I've changed my mind. And then could we add a final slide at the end about the team with our faces on it, please?
And then literally you can have a chat with Claude and you don't need to move anything. You can just literally have it build whatever you want to. And when it's done, guys, if I want to, I can play the presentation.
I can present it with speaker notes, which is cool. So if I'm like a call, for example, I can have this here. People won't know what I'm talking about.
So I'm actually presenting to the clients on the screen. I can do all this stuff for me and I can even see how long I've been on there for. And then if you need to export to PowerPoint, guys, all you can do if you...
click on share and click on export. You can see you can invite people to edit, which is great. Do PDF or even take it into a PowerPoint presentation.
Or if you want to do images or even Google Slides and even got more formats down there, like a HTML page if you want to. And so now we're using multiple tools to create stuff that's actually genuinely valuable. And we can use this when we're pitching clients or even just sending decks afterwards.
And we can build all of this into an automated pipeline. And then this takes us onto the fifth level. Now, this one is super interesting.
It's probably going to make you the most productive on a day -to -day basis. docs. Why are docs so exciting?
Well, docs is where everything happens. It's basically where the productivity sits. So it's actually really, really simple to use.
Now, I want you to think of docs as a kind of notion meets word document. And the really cool thing is that we now have this master contact. And again, guys, what makes this really functional is you want to have a system like this, right, where you can see.
all the different assets and systems that you're actually going ahead and building with this. So I can actually see all the different things that I've got. I actually have a fun one that creates a unique image for all of them.
It's not on this version, but it's really cool. It just helps you keep track of all your documents. And I can even search for things like, let's say I've got all of them.
I may come down to allergen policy, bam. then I'm into the document really handy. Now, this has pretty much all the same features that you would imagine, which is really cool.
It has checklists, really good. And the cool thing is we can actually come down and add Claude into it. So come down here and ask Claude any question I want to.
Let's go down there and try that one out. So now I say to Claude, hey there, Claude, could you do me a favor? Could you just write me a quick to -do list to make sure Dexter has a wonderful weekend?
Just five things that would make his weekend beautiful. And then Claude will start working. And it's essentially like having Claude as a coworker inside the document for you, which is really handy.
And look at this, guys. Claude's written the whole thing for us given dex a beautiful weekend and a cool thing as well is like if you're doing a to -do list like let's say you're doing videos right you want to make a list of all things you can do what i can do is basically highlight tags and i can come down click on this cord thing and say hey there claude this looks great but um could you improve this a little bit please these five steps don't seem detailed enough what do you think okay whatever I want to.
And then Claude is now in there making changes to it. So for example, you don't have to copy and paste things in between it. This becomes a daily driver.
It's kind of like a Notion who's been hitting the gym, getting a little buff, and it's gone on start right. So Claude can work with you on things. We've got tabs down here, which is fantastic.
And of course, just like before, we can share this with everybody. Meaning you can take things like Microsoft 365, Notion, Google Docs, and we can put a big cross through them and move it into one database. And the cool thing is Claude, once again, guys, has your context.
Now, this is the key thing I really want you to understand. is that the future, all the delta that's going to be created with AI systems, whether you're a business, you're an entrepreneur, you're a student, you're in a care home, wherever you are right now, I'm sure you're having a wonderful time. But the key thing is that all the delta is created with context.
The more information that the AI has about you, your business, what you're focusing in on, what your goals are, the better it can be, which is why it's... better to have one system that has everything connected together so you can go ahead and build beautiful decks and presentations and websites and docs because it knows all this context about you.
It's going to save you time, time that you can now allocate to other things like spending time with your family, walking with dogs, or building beautiful businesses because it's saving you time and creating delta. And that isn't even the coolest thing. The other thing you can do with this, guys, and I freaking love this, is you can actually chat with this on mobile as well.
I can actually check it effortlessly. inside the cloud app, which again is going to save you so much time. So now you've got a million things you can cancel.
The next thing that we need to do is understand everything that actually changed inside the bigger cloud update, which we can do right now inside this video right here.
The Hook

The bait, then the rug-pull.

Jack Roberts opens by promising that Claude's biggest upgrade replaces subscriptions like Canva and Microsoft. He then spends 25 minutes walking through five levels that stack into one workflow.

Lag and lead numbers

  1. Lag: the result you want
  2. Lead: the actions that drive it

Pick one result to grow, then track the inputs you control that move it. A dashboard only needs these two kinds of numbers.

Four ways to get data into a dashboard

  1. Connectors
  2. Computer control
  3. Browser use
  4. Scraping with Firecrawl

Use connectors first, then fall back to routines on your computer, Claude's own browser, or scraping when no API exists.
