Big Idea

The argument in one line.

Claude Code with Three.js and Remotion can generate a full 3D animated faceless video from a script and a voiceover, so a paid AI video generator is no longer required.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • You want to start a faceless YouTube or Shorts channel in history, psychology, finance or what-if topics without paying for an AI video generator.
  • You already use Claude Code and want to see a concrete, end-to-end example of it producing rendered video, not just code.
  • You are weighing which niche to pick for a faceless animation channel and want examples of what is already working.
SKIP IF…
  • You want a detailed technical explanation of how the Three.js scenes or the plugin are built; the plugin is shown as a black box.
  • You need verified performance data; the viral-channel claims are shown as screenshots and not independently documented.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

The video claims a six-minute 3D animated video can be produced in about 45 minutes with no paid AI video tool. The stack is Claude Code, Three.js for the 3D scenes and Remotion for captions, audio and rendering. A free plugin built from reference screenshots of viral channels encodes the visual style. The workflow is to generate ten ideas with a master prompt, pick one, have Claude write the script, split it into parts, record voiceover in ElevenLabs, and feed each audio part to Claude so the plugin animates it. Character styles can be swapped by asking Claude for options. He advises picking one broad niche and a distinct sub-niche.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • Claude Code can handle installing Three.js and Remotion itself, so setup is a single plain-English prompt rather than a manual install.
  • Three.js produces the 3D animation while Remotion handles captions, audio and final render, so the two tools split cleanly between scene and assembly.
  • A style plugin built from screenshots of existing viral videos lets a new creator reuse a proven look without learning animation techniques.
  • The workflow is script first, voiceover second, animation third, so every scene is timed to finished audio.
  • Splitting a long script into three voiceover parts keeps each generation to a manageable size.
  • The creator reports roughly 45 minutes from idea to a finished six-minute animated video.
  • Asking Claude for several character designs with visual examples lets you change the look before committing to a channel style.
  • Narrow sub-niches build a recognizable channel style better than copying the broad niche everyone else is doing.
  • The same animation style transfers across psychology, finance, history, science and what-if content.

WHAT TO LEARN

Claude Code plus Three.js and Remotion can turn a script and voiceover into a finished animated video, and the creative decisions that matter are niche and character style.

  • Claude Code can install and configure Three.js and Remotion from one plain-English request, so setup is not a blocker for non-coders.
  • Three.js handles the 3D scenes while Remotion assembles captions, audio and the final render, so each tool has a clear job.
  • Encoding a visual style once, from reference screenshots, lets every later video reuse it without re-explaining the look.
  • Writing the script and recording voiceover before animating means each scene is built to match finished audio timing.
  • Splitting a six-minute script into three voiceover parts keeps each generation step manageable and easy to check.
  • Character style is adjustable: asking Claude for several designs with visual examples lets you test looks before committing.
  • A video of about six minutes took roughly 45 minutes end to end, versus hours of manual animation, transitions and sound design.
  • Pick one broad niche, then a distinct sub-niche, so the channel develops a recognizable style instead of copying what is crowded.

Read-along

Don't just watch it. Burn it in.

See every word as it's spoken — crank it to 2× and still catch all of it. The same dual-channel trick behind Amazon's Kindle + Audible.

Look at these two videos. This one has over 4 .6 million views, and it's from a channel that started just a few weeks ago. And this other one?
I created it entirely using ClaudeCode, without spending a single dollar on any other AI tool. That's right. No Higgs field plugins, no expensive AI video generators, none of that.
ClaudeCode literally created every single frame of this video using 3D coding. And here's the crazy part. I've seen creators selling this exact method for hundreds of dollars.
But I'm not going to do that. Instead, I'm going to show you the entire process, step by step, completely for free. Once you learn this method, you can apply it to pretty much any niche you want and start creating videos in this exact style.
And there are already several channels doing this successfully. For example, this Shorts channel called Rick's Clips. Another one called Ifverse.
and even this brand new channel called Capital Case. They're all using a similar visual style. And the reason it works so well is that these 3D animations are incredibly engaging, visually satisfying, and genuinely interesting to watch.
And the best part? You can create this type of content yourself using Clawed code without relying on expensive AI video generators. Okay, now to get started, we need to install two tools, and Remotion.
3 .js is what we're going to use to create the 3D animations, and Remotion will help us put everything together, including captions, audio, and the final video. But don't worry, you don't have to install these manually. Cloud Code can handle the entire setup for you.
All you need to do is open Cloud Code and type something like this. I want to create 3D animated videos. For that, I need 3 .js for 3D animations.
and Remotion for captions, audio, and video rendering. Please install and set up everything I need. And that's it!
Cloud Code will take care of the setup, and once everything is installed, we're ready to start creating our first video. Now the next thing you need to do is grab the plugin I've provided in the description and install it in Cloud Code. Here's what I actually did.
I downloaded several videos in this animation style, took screenshots of different scenes, and use those references to develop a custom plugin that can create similar 3D animations, frame by frame. So basically, I've already done the most complicated part for you.
You don't need to figure out the coding, animation techniques, or how to recreate this visual style from scratch. The plugin is designed to handle all of that for you. All you need to do is install it, and you're ready to start creating your own 3D animated videos.
Once you download the plugin, simply upload the zip file to Claude, and ask it to install the plugin, and use it for the next steps. That's literally all you need to do.
Claude will handle the setup, and once everything is ready, we can move on to creating our first 3D animated video. As I mentioned earlier, you can use this method for pretty much any niche you want, whether it's history, psychology, wealth, or even what -if videos. But for this tutorial, I'm gonna go with the money niche.
And if you want to try this niche yourself, I've included a master prompt in the description that you can use to generate video ideas and scripts. So, here's exactly what I'm going to do. Okay, first, I'm going to copy the master prompt, paste it into Claude, and run it.
Now, it's going to generate 10 unique video ideas for our money niche. All I need to do is pick the one I like and enter it into the chat. Next, Claude is going to ask how long I want the video to be.
I think six minutes would be a good starting point. And as you can see here, it's already generating the script for our video. Now, once the script is ready, there's one more thing we need before activating our plugin, and that's the voiceover.
For this, I'm going to split the script into three different parts and generate the voiceovers using Eleven Labs. By the way, if you want to try Eleven Labs, I've included a link in the description, and you might be able to get some discounts through that link. All right, now that the voiceover for our first part is ready, I'm just gonna upload it to Claude and ask it to generate the 3D animated video using the custom skill we installed earlier.
And now, let's see what Claude code can actually create. The first part of the video has been generated. And now, let's take a look at it.
For years, one number supposedly explained how much money you needed to be happy. $75 ,000 a year. Below that, more money helped.
Above it, happiness apparently stopped improving. Congratulations, your emotions had a salary cap. Then another researcher checked.
His results disagreed. So he teamed up with one of the scientists behind the original finding. And together, they discovered that the question wasn't just how much money you made.
It was which kind of happiness they were measuring. And whose. In 2010, Daniel Kahneman and Angus Deaton published research examining more than 450 ,000 survey responses from Americans.
But they separated two things we usually squeeze into one word. Happiness. First, how you feel while living your life.
Did you experience enjoyment yesterday? Worry? Sadness?
Second, how you evaluate your life when you step back and think about it. Those aren't identical. You can be proud of your career while spending Tuesday arguing with a printer.
That looks great. Now, if you're not happy with the character style or the colors you're getting, Don't worry.
You can always ask Claude to suggest some different character designs. For example, I'm going to type, can you suggest some unique character designs with more details? I also need visual examples so I can see what each style looks like.
And just like that, Claude will give us different character design ideas to choose from. So instead of sticking with the default style, we can experiment with different looks until we find something that perfectly fits our channel. As you can see here, we've got some pretty cool stick figure styles and even some more detailed humanoid character designs.
And that's one of the best things about this master prompt. You're not stuck with just one animation style. You can easily customize the characters, colors, and overall visual style to match your niche and make your videos look unique.
So yeah, I'm going to go ahead and add the remaining voiceover parts, let Claude generate the rest of the animations, and once everything is done, Let's see how the final video turns out. Okay guys, the video is finally complete.
And here's the crazy part. This whole process didn't take days, or even several hours. It only took around 45 minutes to generate the entire video.
And we're not just talking about some basic slideshow with a few moving images. We've got proper animations, smooth transitions, motion graphics, and even sound effects, all generated automatically. Think about how much time this would normally take if you were doing everything manually.
You have to create the characters, animate every single scene, add transitions, find suitable sound effects, and then put everything together in a video editor. That could easily take hours, especially if you're a beginner. But with this Claude plugin and the master prompt, we managed to simplify pretty much the entire process.
And the best part is, you don't need to know anything about coding or professional animation to get started. Now, you already know how to install the plugin, use the master prompt, generate your script, add your voiceovers, and customize the animation styles. But here's something even more important.
Just because you can create these videos doesn't mean you should start making random content. You need to choose the right niche. And that's where things get interesting.
because this animation style isn't limited to just one type of content. You can use it for psychology videos, where you explain human behavior, emotions, and why people think the way they do. Or you can create self -improvement videos about confidence, discipline, and building better habits.
You can even take this into the finance niche and explain complicated money concepts using simple animated characters. Topics like why people stay broke, how inflation affects everyday life, Or what would happen if everyone earned the same salary?
And if you prefer educational content, you can explore history, science, or even what -if scenarios. Imagine explaining historical events or crazy scientific situations using these simple animations and motion graphics. There are so many possibilities here, and you don't have to copy what everyone else is already doing.
My suggestion is to pick one broad niche, find a unique sub -niche within it, and build your channel around that specific topic. That way, you can develop a recognizable style and give people a reason to keep coming back for more videos.
And remember, the AI is just a tool. Your ideas, storytelling, and the way you present your content are what will make your channel stand out. And with that, we've reached the end of today's video.
Now you know how to create these amazing 3D animated videos using Cloud Code. without spending hundreds of dollars on expensive AI video generators or plugins. And before you go, I'm actually working on something even more exciting right now.
It's a completely new animation style that I haven't seen anyone else using on YouTube yet. And trust me, I can't wait to show you guys how it works. So, if you don't want to miss that tutorial, make sure to subscribe to the channel and turn on notifications.
