Claude just got me over 1 million views on my brand new Instagram account in under seven days. A week ago, my reels were lucky to get a couple of thousand views. And this one now has over 670 ,000 views without me editing or uploading it.

The whole thing runs on four Claude agents. The first one finds what's going viral in my niche. The second writes the scripts.

And once I've filmed them, the third edits everyone into a finished reel with captions, motion graphics, music, and sound effects. The last one posts them as trial reels, which Instagram shows to people who don't follow me before. anyone who does.

And it does all of this through Treg, which gives Claude Instagram's official API along with thousands of other tools. Claude writes five versions of every script. I film them back to back.

and each one becomes its own reel, which is how I put out 32 reels in the past six days. I'll first show you the results, then we're going to install Claude and Treg, and then we're going to build all four agents together step by step so you can run the same thing on your own account. So let's get into it.

Okay, well, getting started, I wanted to first go through the results that I've had in the past few days just to showcase how powerful this is. So I've only really just started posting on Instagram. You can see I've got about 3 ,000 followers, but before setting up this system, I literally only had a couple hundred followers.

And you can see I've only got 31 posts on my account in total. This doesn't include the trial reels though, which I'll showcase in just a second. But we can take a look at some of my top reels.

So this one here has 674 ,000 views. It's got over 30 ,000 likes and almost 5 ,000 comments. And if I click into this reel, you'll see on the side here, this is the video.

And once again, this was fully edited by AI. So everything has been done by AI here. All of the sourcing of the images, the graphics, the text on the screen.

I literally didn't have to put a single bit of effort into editing this reel whatsoever of course the only thing that i did have to do is you know record the actual footage myself this is something that is actually possible to automate as well although in my experience it's just not quite there yet pairing somebody's actually speaking to the ai version i think you still can tell and i've just found better results from just recording it myself with a real camera just like this so that is definitely the best result that i've had with this system and you can see that i literally posted this six days ago and then i've even had other videos as well this one at 14.

thousand views i posted this just two days ago then another one that i posted yesterday which has about 20 000 views 300 likes you can see all the comments on this as well tons and tons of comment of engagement and then another reel that i literally just posted last night which now has over 3 000 like i can click into this and we can see this video right here being fully ai edited once again not no effort done by my end all of this was done by itself you'll see that it says posted three hours ago now it says that because i uploaded it as a real reel from being a trial reel previously but I uploaded the real thing last night.

Now, unfortunately, we can't see trial reels on the Instagram webpage, which is what I'm on at the moment, but we can see this on the Instagram mobile app. So if I go into Instagram, I go into my videos, you'll see on the left side, or it might be the right side for you, you'll see that there is that trial reels option, or it just says trial reels on my face there.

And when I click into this, you'll see there is just a bunch of videos here. Some only have a couple hundred views, some have a couple of thousand views, but I have a ton of these videos, which are essentially the same reel that I've posted on Instagram in reality. but I've just created many different versions of it.

And so this has essentially allowed me to test different types of hooks and editing styles all against each other, A -B testing a bunch of stuff. And this has allowed me to pick out the best reels. And this is essentially how I've been able to pick out the reels that have 170 ,000 views or 670 ,000 views as well.

And this is because we've just uploaded so many different variants of this individual reel to be able to get the performance out of it. Before we get started in building out this entire system, I'll quickly play one of these reels so you can just listen to the entire Turning off location on your camera does nothing against this quad skill.

This photo has no signs, no number plates and no landmarks. It's literally an oven sitting next to a rice field and a skill called Geo Sleuth worked out where it was taken within two meters. It's free on GitHub and honestly the way it did it is a bit scary.

It noticed the bridge in the back has power lines running along it so it knew it was a train line. and the rice had been cut but the grass was still green so there hadn't been any frost yet. Then it pulled up every railway bridge in that kind of a region which was 27 ,335 of them and it compared the shape of the mountains behind each one until it got down to one bridge.

It then counted the 17 pillars holding that bridge up and it found that there was only one spot on the ground where they all lined up the way they did in the photo which is how it got down to just two meters. So it's worth checking what's in the background of your own photos and if you comment photo down below i'll send you the link Okay, so there we have it.

Now, getting started in building this out, we are going to be using Claude Code. This is a desktop app.

You will need to download this onto your computer. Now, don't get too overwhelmed. We are not going to be doing any coding ourselves.

The AI model itself is going to be doing all of the coding and all of the work for us. This is literally something that anybody can set up with any technical ability. Just head to claude .com slash download and download the desktop app.

download for Mac, Windows, whatever you're using. The only thing to note is that you will need to upgrade your plan as you can't run Claude Code on their free plan. So just quickly, this is the pricing page.

You can see they've got a free, a pro and a max plan. I would recommend just getting started on the pro plan. This is about 20 US dollars a month.

These prices are in Australian prices. Now, to be honest, you probably will only be able to edit a few reels on the pro plan before you hit your usage limits. So if you are serious about building out a bunch of reels, you will have to upgrade to the max plan, which starts at about $100 a month US.

Now, of course, if you were to do the alternative, which is hire a video editor, could cost you about $100 per reel. So it is a good value if you are going to be pushing this system. And of course, you can just use Cloud for a bunch of other stuff as well.

So it isn't just this system specifically. And the only other tool that we need is going to be Treg. So Treg is essentially an MCP, which gives us access to thousands of different tools.

And so I'm using this specifically to plug into Instagram. And the best thing about Treg, in my opinion, is that we don't actually have to pay a single subscription to use this. We pretty much just have to add some credits in.

to our account and then every call that we do essentially just uses up a few fractions of a cent so instead of paying a hundred or fifty dollars a month for a subscription of something that we might only use a few times we're essentially only paying for the stuff that we actually use in this and it is just incredibly convenient to use so when connecting into instagram all that we need to do is literally just sign our instagram account into the trek dashboard here so for example i can just type in instagram you'll see that my account is connected here and i can just click on add account if i wanted to add in a new account and all you need to do is just log in to the account now if you were to do this manually yourself and you wanted to essentially tell claude to connect into your instagram account it will more than likely tell you that you need to go through a set of instructions to set up a developer app inside of your meta business suite and you have to go through this entire process which i know is incredibly annoying but this essentially bypasses all of that and all you need to do is just log into your account and it's fully set up for you so i would just highly recommend using this and of course the most important part is that they do have support for uploading trial reels which is the main thing that we're really taking advantage of here

so that when we connect this into Claude and it edits 30 different versions of a individual reel, we can just hit this MCP to upload 30 reels to Instagram as trial reels all at once fully automated. Okay, so getting started, make sure you've got that Claude desktop app installed and logged into the paid account. Once you've launched that desktop app, it should look somewhat similar to this.

Now using the Claude desktop app is gonna be my recommendation for really anybody that is just getting started in using Claude. But in my personal preference, I actually like to use Visual Studio Code and use the Claude code extension inside. of it so i'm going to be using this interface which does look very similar we still have that prompt box at the bottom it is just a little bit more customized and flexible for my needs where i do like to run multiple ai models at once outside of just cloud code so i did just want to preface that so you're not too confused as to why this interface looks different to the cloud desktop app but literally everything stays the same in terms of the entire setup process it's exactly the same so the first thing to set up is going to be our video ideation now this is something that is going to be very different depending on the type of content that you're posting and there really is many different ways of we can do this now for myself i've got this app that i essentially vibe coded which monitors twitter or x for a bunch of viral posts in the ai space and essentially notifies me of those posts so i can take a look at them see if there's any kind of value that i think i could create an instagram reel out of and then if there is i can send this off to another agent to write the script for me and then the same thing goes for this news tab that i have which essentially monitors all of the top ai labs for any new things that they release and then if there's something that's interesting or i think could be a good reel i

and then once again, send this off to my script writing agent to write the script about. Once again, this is going to be very dependent on the type of content that you're posting. If you are doing kind of news or topical content like this, this could be a good system to set up.

And essentially what I've built here is just a vibe coded app. So I told Claude to build me an app in which did this exact thing. So I told it that I wanted it to search or scan X for different posts.

And this system will essentially just run every single day. And to be honest, another way that I do video ideation is literally just asking Claude for different video ideas. So for example, i might ask it about some popular claude skill github repositories that are out there and just ask it to find me a bunch of really interesting or unique things that i could look at and then i might just manually go through and just look at the suggestions that it's giving me pick the ones that i like and then just use those topics as a reference before we send them off to the script writing agent so there really isn't just one thing that i'm doing here there's a few different things that i'm doing and it is a manual review process essentially so we're automating a lot of the ideation but that review process before we get that sent off to the script writing agent is manual and what i would say should still be manual at the moment because Claude can come up with some really great ideas but it can definitely come up with some pretty terrible ideas as well that you probably wouldn't want it to just fully automate these scripts at least not at this stage now I'm not going to go through building out this entire vibe coded app for this video I do have some other videos where I do go through sort of CRM building and app building so those videos I would probably recommend watching if you wanted to do something like this since the rest of this process is essentially just going to be a bunch of Claude's skills instead of a dedicated app but what I would recommend is coming to Treg and just using their

or Twitter connection to plug into that app. So this, which is running here, which is scanning through X is using Treg to be able to scan all of those posts. So you can just connect your X account to Treg, get it set up as the MCP on Claude, which I will showcase in just a minute.

And then you can build the exact same thing, which just scrapes these X accounts. Okay, so I'll just get Claude to quickly come up with an idea so that we can actually work with something and then just build it through the rest of the video. Hey Claude, can you go ahead and find 10 unique and interesting GitHub repositories of Claude skills that are really unique?

weird, maybe interesting, could probably be a good hook for Instagram reel. Can you go find some of those repositories for those Claude skills and just come back to me with the list of 10 skills that we could potentially talk about. Okay.

So I've just spoken that to Claude. I'm going to send that off and then we're going to get it to do some research in the background. It'll come back and then we can approve an idea and then we can get started in building that.

Okay. So Claude is now finished up. We've gotten back 10 different sort of GitHub repos of Claude skills that it's found that we can create some videos around.

And so this is a process that I probably would go over and over with. I'm going to pick one topic but usually i would probably if i didn't like any of these tell it to regenerate or if i did like one i might tell it to generate 10 in this kind of a style or generate 10 different versions of this one so for example let's say i like number five immortal skill it calls itself an open source a digital immortality framework it builds a copy of anyone from their chat logs across 12 different apps with templates for family partners and mentors so once again i could take this and i could tell claude to create me different versions or find other skills like it but for the sake of this video i'm just going to pick that one and just continue on here so at this stage we obviously now want to write the scripts for this reel and so what i have installed currently in my cloud code session is a real script writing skill now if you want to get access to this skill i'll have it for a completely free download in my school community just linked down below in the description it's essentially just a text file with a set of instructions so you just need to take that text file and then copy it into your message here to claude and tell her to install that skill and essentially what this skill comprises of is just a couple of different things when it comes to the overall structure of that instagram reel so the main thing is just prioritizing the

hook so making sure that the hook at the start of the script is actually engaging and would actually hook somebody into that script and it also just manages the overall length of it as well so making sure that it's not too long or too short so stuff like that this skill already includes so once again i would recommend just going ahead and downloading that i'm not going to write out the entire skill right now so just download that give it to your claude agent and tell her to install it and then pretty much you can just tell it to write a script around a particular topic and it will just work for you hey claude i would like you to now write some scripts for the the fifth one that you pointed out there immortal skill if you can use my real script writer skill and uh yeah okay so i've just spoken that out we should get back a few different uh reels and another thing to note is that this skill will actually not only just create one instagram real script but it will actually create five different versions so it's all about the same topic of course but the five different versions all have different hooks and are all structured slightly different so that we can record all five different versions and of course upload them as those trial reels to find which is the best okay i've sent that off and once again because we have that skill installed you'll see that

real script the skill that i installed is immediately triggered as i've sent off that message okay so claude is now done with those five scripts now with my current setup it's actually taken those scripts and sent them into an app that i use to manage all of my script writing this is of course an app that i vibe coded through claude once again in your case i would just tell claude to output all of those scripts natively in this chat so you can review all of them but just so you can see what my actual process is this is once again an app that i vibe coded to be able to quickly view all of these scripts and approve the ones that i like and rewrite the ones that i didn't like now once again i'm not going to showcase building out this entire app in this video i've got other videos where i showcase vibe coding and building out apps but i just want to be honest about the process that i go through so i can look at all five of these versions here and i can approve the one that i like and so let's say i liked version three 20 famous people from einstein to steve jobs have already been copied with this called skill it's called a mortal skill and it can copy how anyone thinks from what they've said in public it's makers built warren buffett jensen huang and cleo patra from speeches interviews and history books pretty decent hook not too bad at all so i would through my

process just click on approve and then this would then get sent into a pipeline that i have and then i can once again approve the other ones that i like and rewrite them but for the sake of this demo i'm just going to go ahead and record this one script and then we can continue on with the video and the other thing that i wanted to note that this skill includes is at the end of the actual script that it's wrote is the call to action as well so it says just comment immortal and i'll send you the link so it's been able to generate that entire cta which we're also going to later automate for the trial reel as well okay so i have now fully filmed that script you can see this is the raw video file so i can scroll through this and you'll see that at some points i'm talking some points i'm not talking throughout this i'm adjusting the teleprompter as well checking things this obviously needs proper editing it needs to be cut up and of course fully edited as well so now all we need to do is tell claude that we've recorded this on our computer it's smart enough to be able to figure out where that recording is and we just need to tell it to now edit that video now once again for the editing process i have my own claude skill that i've created for this video editing process there is no other tools involved it is purely just claude doing all the work here but i do

have a pretty big skill file which just lists a bunch of requirements for all of the text fonts and text amounts and how it should clip and edit certain things and so once again if you do want to use this called skill for for video editing i will once again have it for a completely free download in my school community linked in the description once again it's the same setup process just take that text file provide it to claude tell her to install that skill and then it's going to be capable of doing all of this hey claude are you now able to use my video editing skill to be able to turn the recording that i just made in my record recordings folder into a fully edited video for context I just recorded one of the scripts I didn't record all of them so I just want one edit here so I'm literally going to send that off I don't even have to provide it with any context on where that file is you can of course if you'd like to but I know that mine knows where it is so it should be able to find it and we can see it just got detected very quickly here so it says newest vertical take is this it was at 10 48 which was about 10 minutes ago which is accurate and it's now transcribing it and matching it I hope you are enjoying and getting some value out of the video so far I've recently discovered that 90 % of you watching

And it's also linked to where the final edited reel is on my computer. So I was able to open up this file and that's what we're looking at here. So I'm going to quickly play the video so you can see exactly what it just created.

That's the full edit. It was able to cut out all of the pauses, the silences, any sort of mistakes from that raw video clip was able to turn it into a fully edited Instagram reel where there are no mistakes in it. And it's of course done all the graphics as well.

So it was able to literally use its intelligence to be able to go onto GitHub to find the information like this screenshot it was able to take and everything else you can tell is all very well done and very similar to what I was previously showcasing as being posted on my Instagram. Now at this stage, what I would do is obviously I would have five different scripts already recorded.

So I probably at this stage would push them off through Treg into trial reels. But because we only have one, what I'm actually going to tell the agent to do is create a second version of this in which does a slightly different editing style and maybe does a light mode instead of a dark mode. And that way we can just A -B test the two and post two different videos as trial reels to showcase this.

Hey Claude, that edit looks great. Are you able to create a different version for us to A -B test against just with different editing style? If you could just do sort of like a white mode or a light mode instead of a dark mode, you can keep the same editing style, but just maybe change it up a little bit.

Once you've signed up for an account it'll probably somewhat similar to this you just need to go all the way to the top and click on connections once you're in connections in this page you can then scroll down and just see the thousands of connections that they have access to but in our case we're just going to search up for instagram and we can click add account and then just log into our account and then we're pretty much done that's literally all that we need to do you can have a look at some of the other options as well if you want to connect any other accounts as well like tick tock or youtube can also be very easily connected into this and so i'm very simply going to come back to my agent once trigger set up once instagram was authenticated and simply tell it to publish these reels off to my instagram account as trial reels hey claude can you now publish both of these reels as trial reels on my instagram account just make sure to use the treg mcp to do this you can come up with whatever captions that you'd like to use for these videos you don't need my approval just post them right away okay so that's really all i need to say one thing that i will note is that i've already set up a system in which automatically sets up a many chat automation to do the auto dming so for example when somebody comments on one of my instagram reels i automatically send them some messages and then give them that link

in the dms now that is something that is automatically set up on a many chat template and i'm essentially getting clawed to do a browser use to be able to set that up because many chat is pretty bad and doesn't have any apis or mcp servers unfortunately so i'll show you that in action in just a second but i'll send this off so we can get these reels posted and once again this entire posting process is going to be included in those clawed skills essentially what has to happen here is that our cloud agent right now is taking those video files the edited ones it's having to upload them on a server then it communicates that link where it's been uploaded it online to instagram so that he can download that video from where we uploaded it to it then just deletes that video that it uploaded and then it just stays on instagram okay so claude has now gone ahead and published these both live on my instagram account and when i check my instagram i can see two new videos have been published both with zero views so you know that they were just published and you can see that we have both variations with the light mode and the dark mode version published and the last thing that we need to do is just get that many chat automation set up we can't see at the moment that it's telling me that it hasn't done anything because it wants me to

authenticate my Claude account in the Chrome extension. For whatever reason, it logged itself out. So I'm just going to log into my Claude account and then it should be able to do everything from there.

Okay, it's connected. I'm just going to say okay connected and then that should go ahead and do everything. Now, of course, I've already got a ManyChat account set up on Chrome.

We can actually see the agent in action here. So this is just booting up my ManyChat account. If you want to learn more about ManyChat, I probably recommend just watching another video out there.

This is not sort of a full -on ManyChat tutorial, but it is incredibly easy. Essentially, ManyChat just has some pre -built templates and automations for things like auto DMing.

So we can see the agent, this is Claude doing all of the work for us right now. Obviously this would usually happen in the background. So it just runs for us.

So I don't have to do this, but what we're looking at here is that the agent is going to select one of the reels and it is just going to set the entire automation up on ManyChat for me. You can see that it just put the word immortal into the sort of comment box there. It's now turning on some of the features.

We're just turned on the feature to ask for a follow before we send them that link. And it's also setting up the link as well. We can see it says, here's the immortal skill on GitHub, been able to put on the screen there.

And now it's setting up the link itself. So this is something that once again, I would run in the background.

Obviously, if you're posting more than two reels, you know, 10 reels, this is a process that can take some time and you want to automate. And this is probably one of the best ways that I've found to do this. And now it looks like it's done.

Automation is live. And so that is good to go for that first reel. And now it's just going through the exact same process for the second one as well.

And we can see that it's now clicked on the second reel. So it is now going to do the exact same setup. Now, this is something that you can set up yourself through getting Claude to build out these DM automations.

Although to be honest, ManyChat is an official meta partner. And I've just found in my experience, it is the most reliable when it comes to the sort of delivery rates of Instagram messages.

So not to say that this is the only method, but it's just what I like right now. Once again, I've only been posting for a short period of time. So if you've got a better method for this specifically, just let me know in the comments down below.

But that is it. We're now done. We can see that it just pushed that live.
