Big Idea

The argument in one line.

Claude Projects now run on a coordinator agent that turns one goal and a context library into parallel threads, live docs, and scheduled routines, replacing the old folder-of-chats model you had to manage by hand.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • You already use Claude Projects, or want to, and need to see exactly how the new coordinator and threads model changes the setup.
  • You run an ongoing content or marketing operation, a channel, a newsletter, weekly reporting, and want AI handling the recurring parts of it.
  • You want a concrete walkthrough of writing a project goal, loading context, and turning a one-off request into a scheduled, self-running routine.
SKIP IF…
  • You're looking for a prompt-engineering deep dive on a single chat, not a tour of the Projects product surface.
  • You don't use Claude, or a tool with an equivalent coordinator/agent model, and aren't evaluating whether to start.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

Anthropic rebuilt Claude Projects around a coordinator agent: instead of starting a new chat yourself, you send one prompt and the coordinator decides how to split it into separate threads that can run in parallel, then merges the results into a single plan. Projects now have a Threads panel instead of a flat chat list, a Library for every file in or out, and Routines for recurring scheduled work. Setup centers on a short one-sentence goal plus a deep library of proprietary context, since the coordinator reasons mostly from what you've given it. The walkthrough builds a real YouTube-channel project end to end: writing the goal, loading context, running a multi-thread planning task, answering an in-doc question, and scheduling a monthly analytics-dashboard routine that reuses the same branded template every time it fires.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • Claude Projects no longer work as a folder of chats; a coordinator agent now reads your prompt and decides how to split it into threads.
  • The coordinator model defaults to lower reasoning effort than the thread model, because planning needs less depth than actually doing the work.
  • A project's goal should be one sentence; stuffing it with multiple instructions makes the coordinator reason worse than letting the model use its own judgment.
  • Context matters more than the goal field, because most of what a coordinator needs to infer can be derived directly from the documents it's given.
  • Project memory has to be turned on in account-level settings before anything typed in a project can actually be saved to it.
  • Threads that need a decision move into a dedicated 'waiting on you' state instead of stalling silently or guessing at the answer.
  • A thread's output can be a live, editable document with open questions built in, not just a wall of chat text.
  • Routines are scheduled automations with a plain trigger, a time window plus a day-of-month range, that Claude writes its own execution instructions for.
  • Supplying a real brand guide as context gets a dashboard built to spec on the first pass instead of a generic one that needs revisions.
  • A project fits the 'ongoing work' pattern if it never ends, like a channel or newsletter, and the 'finite work' pattern if it has an archive date.
  • The same dashboard template gets reused every time a routine fires, so recurring reports stay visually consistent without being rebuilt each month.
  • Coordinator-created threads can pass findings to each other automatically, so a channel-analysis thread can feed a video-planning thread without manual copy-pasting.
Takeaway

The coordinator agent replaces manual chat threads

WHAT TO LEARN

Claude Projects replaced the file-folder model with a coordinator agent that turns one goal and a context library into parallel threads, live docs, and scheduled routines.

02Coordinator Agent and Threads
  • A coordinator agent now reads your prompt first and decides how to break the work into separate threads instead of answering directly.
  • Each thread stays scoped to one task so the coordinator can run them in parallel and merge the results into a single plan.
03Two Ways to Use a Project
  • Use a project for standing work that never ends, like a YouTube channel or a newsletter you return to every week.
  • Use a project for work with a finish line, like a course launch or a new website, then archive it once the goal is reached.
04Creating a Claude Project
  • New projects are set up with a name, an icon and color, a goal, and context, not just a folder of chats.
  • Color-coding and naming matter once you're running many projects side by side, so treat setup as organization, not decoration.
05Writing the Project Goal
  • The goal is the coordinator's standing job description, not a one-off task, so keep it to one sentence naming the North Star outcome.
  • Overloading the goal field with multiple instructions makes the coordinator reason worse; a short goal lets the model's own judgment do more of the work.
06Adding Context to a Project
  • Context is more load-bearing than the goal, because most of what the coordinator needs to infer can be derived from the documents you hand it.
  • Specific, proprietary context, like a real business overview or voice guide, produces custom-feeling output; generic context that 'applies to everyone' doesn't.
08New Project Workspace Tour
  • The workspace opens with recommended starting actions, like connecting tools or making a plan, because there's no single required workflow.
  • Connecting tools up front lets the coordinator see where the real work lives, like the analytics platform or content calendar, before it plans anything.
09Threads, Library and Routines Panels
  • Threads replace the old flat chat list; you send one prompt and the coordinator spins up threads as needed instead of you creating new conversations.
  • The Library holds every file you or Claude add, with a 50,000-file ceiling, while Routines is a separate panel for scheduled automations.
  • Any panel you don't use, like Library or Routines, can be hidden, so the interface only shows what you actually rely on.
10Project Settings and Models
  • The coordinator model and the thread model can be set independently, and by default the thread model runs at higher effort than the coordinator.
  • Planning needs less reasoning depth than execution, which is why Anthropic defaults coordinator effort lower than thread effort.
11Project Memory and Instructions
  • Project instructions load at the start of every new thread automatically, so a standing rule only needs to be written once.
  • Memory has to be turned on in account-level settings before a project can save anything to it; a note sent before that toggle is on only holds for the current session.
12Running a Multi-Thread Task
  • A prompt that doesn't specify how to split the work lets the coordinator decide the thread structure itself.
  • The coordinator produces one unified plan by passing findings between threads automatically, without the user manually relaying anything between them.
13Claude Docs in a Project
  • A thread's output can land as a live, editable document instead of chat text, complete with open questions you can answer directly.
  • The document and the thread that created it stay linked side by side, so you can steer the plan without starting the conversation over.
14Threads Waiting on You
  • Threads that need a decision move into a 'waiting on you' state and surface the exact open question instead of guessing or stalling silently.
  • A single overview separates idle, working, and blocked threads, so tracking several parallel jobs doesn't require opening each one to check status.
15Creating a Routine
  • A routine gets built from one rambling natural-language request describing the trigger, the data source, and the exact visual style wanted.
  • Supplying a real brand guide as context gets the output built to spec on the first pass instead of coming back generic.
16Routine Trigger and Instructions
  • A routine's trigger is a plain condition, a time window plus a day-of-month range in a named timezone, not a complex cron syntax.
  • Claude writes its own step-by-step instructions for what to do when the routine fires, and reuses the same dashboard template every time.
Glossary

Terms worth knowing.

Coordinator agent
The top-level agent in a Claude Project that reads your prompt plus the project's goal and context, then decides how to split the work into separate threads rather than answering directly.
Thread
A scoped sub-conversation the coordinator spins up to handle one piece of a larger task; multiple threads can run in parallel and report back to the coordinator.
Routine
A scheduled automation inside a project that runs on a trigger, such as a time window and day range, whether or not you're at your computer, using instructions Claude writes for itself.
Library (project)
The panel where every file you upload or Claude creates inside a project lives, with a per-project cap of 50,000 files, separate from the chat threads themselves.
Project memory
A persistent, project-scoped notes file loaded into every new thread, used to store standing preferences; must be enabled in account settings before anything can be saved to it.
Claude Docs
An editable, Google-Docs-style document a thread can produce as its output, with inline open questions you can answer directly instead of replying in chat.
Coordinator effort / Thread effort
Two separate reasoning-effort settings; by default the thread model, which does the actual work, runs at a higher effort level than the coordinator, which only plans.

Claude projects just got completely rebuilt. And in today's video, I'm going to show you how to use them from the ground up. Claude projects used to just be a way to organize your chats.
And of course you could add files and give some instructions, but it wasn't that useful from just using Claude chat. Now, Claude Projects are a workspace where it feels like you have a team working for you. They've added threads.
They've added a coordinator agent. They've added a library and so many more other features you can fine tune that I'm excited to show you. Today, I'll show you how to set all of that up step by step so you can get more work done and use projects to their full potential.
Let's get into it. So like I said, Claude Projects have been completely rebuilt by Anthropic, and I am absolutely loving the way they have them set up now. Project used to just be a folder where you could keep instructions, some files, and you could keep things tidy.
You could kind of keep your chats in one bucket that are focused on a certain project you're working on. But now a coordinator agent runs the work for you. You set up your project in a similar way, but whenever you're communicating in the project, it's no longer you starting a new chat.
Instead, there's a central prompt bar and you just type in your prompt. For example, plan my next four weeks of videos.
And instead of Claude just trying to answer that and help you out, what it does is it sends your request to a coordinator agent now. I'm going to show you how all of this looks. I'm just trying to give an overhead view for you right now.
But this coordinator agent, instead of answering you, it decides what are the things that we need to do in order to help Drake plan his next four weeks of videos or in order to help you with whatever you're working on, right? And so what it will do is it will break those tasks that it sees fit into threads. So everything can be completed at once in a separate little chat thread.
And so instead of just jumping in and doing the work, it coordinates the work for you. And so maybe it would make a thread for channel analytics to check how my recent videos have been doing to check what kind of content I've been making. Maybe another thread would be audience research.
Another thread would be video outlines. It does all of this in the background for you. And then.
It comes back with one unified plan. And so this is the way that cloud projects are working now. And I'm going to show you how to set this up so that your coordinator agent is locked in on the goals that you have so that the prompts that you send get broken up into the threads correctly.
Now, what do you use a project for? Well, there's two ways that you can use a project. Number one.
ongoing work, work that never ends, things you keep coming back to. For me, that would be like my YouTube channel because I always need to post in order to keep my business growing. My newsletter, my weekly numbers.
Those are things that I would use a project for because it's stuff that I have to constantly do in my business. So you can use a project for ongoing work or work that has a finish line. So if there's work that has a clear end goal in mind, you have a 90 day sprint that you want to do.
You can also create a project for that. So things like a course launch, maybe you're building a new website. And then after you're done doing that thing, you can just archive it.
So it's a little temporary workspace where you can focus up and have Claude help you on a project as well. So these are the two ways that you can use a cloud project. Now let's get in and actually build one from the ground up.
All right. So in order to use this new projects feature, what you need to do is you need to go into the sidebar and then you need to click the little plus button next projects. This is going to open up a screen, which looks new.
We have name, goal, and then context. So similar idea, but once you create your projects by hitting this button down here, That's when all of the changes really start to take place.
So I'm going to just set up a test project. That way you can see all the functionality. And for this one, I'll just call this YouTube success.
And what that's going to do is automatically give me a little icon. I can go in and change that if I'd like. Maybe I want to make it red for that YouTube red.
And maybe I want to search for this little filming camera right here. Beautiful. So I can give my project a name.
give it an icon, choose a color. And this matters in the future because if you have like 30 projects, maybe you want to color code them. So take the color and the name seriously for organization.
But now I can give a goal and the goal is important because it's what the coordinator agent, the thing that's directing your prompts is always working towards. This is not a task. A task is something you ask for once.
So you're going to be giving tasks to the coordinator agent, but the goal is the standing job. The reason this project exists. Think of it like a job description you would hand a new manager or a new hire in your business.
So since YouTube success is an ongoing project for me, a good goal might look like this. Keep the AI Foundation's YouTube channel publishing multiple long -form videos every week by handling, then I'm getting into the specific tasks that I really want the coordinator to focus on. Because it's basically like your manager of every project that you create.
So I say every week by handling the research planning and reporting. So Drake's time goes to filming. And I'm saying these things like AI foundations and Drake right now.
because I'm going to add context that makes it all make sense about who I am and what my business does. So we have goal. This is the general goal of this project, and it's ongoing.
Notice how I said every week. This is something that can't stop and won't stop. And then I want to list context.
Now, one more thing on goal. It's important that you don't put a bunch of stuff in the goal. The coordinator agent honestly works best.
when you don't give it a bunch of information and tasks that it has to complete, but you just use the reasoning from the raw model. That's when it honestly works best. So don't put a huge goal in here.
Keep it to like one sentence. What is the main objective North star thing you want to accomplish in your project? And then get into context.
Context is super important. It's almost more important than the goal because a lot of your goals can be derived from context. And so I'm just going to go ahead and add all of the context, this coordinator.
agent is going to need in order to help me with my YouTube here. And this is proprietary knowledge and things that only apply to my business. I don't want to give this general context crap that applies to everyone.
Otherwise, it's not going to really feel like it's custom help towards me. So I'm going to show you some of the things that I'm going to add, and hopefully that gives you some ideas about the types of files to put in your projects. I'm going to select add, and then you get three options here.
You can add a GitHub repository, you can add a file, or you can add a folder. I'm going to add a file to start. And the very first thing that I'm going to add is my business overview document and my priorities.
These are things I recommend you create for any business out there right now. This is going to get Claude understanding my business. What do we even do in the first place?
How many people do I have on my team? What are the products that we have? Things like that.
And then my general priorities and my goals for the next 90 days. This is auto updating. So I always have my priorities and my business overview up to date.
those are two files i want to give as context so claude can read these and it doesn't go against my values it doesn't recommend something that's not for my actual business so these are general business context files that i add to every project the next thing that i want to add is marketing specific context that applies to my marketing since this is a youtube success project, I need to add things that are going to help it create YouTube videos.
So I'm going to go in here and add some more files. I'm going to open up my marketing folder here. Then I'm going to go into my context here.
And then I have a ton of different marketing context files that I want to add in here. But also the goal with context is to keep it specific. So you don't just want to add in a bunch of context because you think it's good.
I think I should add in my voice because my voice is important. How do I speak my life stories? So if it wants to weave it into my marketing, it can.
My point of view on life, I think that's very important as well. I'll open those and then I'll go back and I'll add some more context. And so now we're just making this project even more useful because context is that important.
I'm going to go back and add some more. I'll add a file, open up my YouTube playbook. I'm going to add videoideas .md, channel strategy, Ben's framework, which I learned from an amazing YouTube course.
Same with thumbnail triangle. This is all stuff. and notes that i took from a course that i took on creating a youtube video so i want to add that in and maybe some title rules video structure positioning method thumbnail strategies i'll add that and i think for now that looks pretty good so these are all context documents that are specific to me and my company that i've developed over the years i'm going to hit open and now this project has everything it would need in order to help me create a successful YouTube channel.
And now this project has everything it needs in order to help me create amazing YouTube videos. That is when I can hit create project. And I want you to put a lot of emphasis into the context because it's super important when creating this.
Otherwise your project won't be that useful. So I'll select create. And now we get this amazing new UI.
Hey, real quick, if you are a business owner and you want to automate and grow your business using AI, then pay attention for 30 seconds. Because I've built a system I call the automated C -suite. It's a clear step -by -step path to getting AI running your business.
From your very first automation to a full AI executive team running on tools like ChatGPT and Claude. Business owners inside are already turning weeks of work into hours. The inbox, the follow -ups, the content, the reports, all of it running on a schedule without them.
The people who have taken this training aren't technical. As Tina, one of our students said, if you can follow a recipe, you can... follow this we built this for business owners not developers so if you're ready to become the one who runs the business with ai instead of drowning in all of the endless tutorials then check out the first link in the description it is the clearest path to growing your business with artificial intelligence all right back into the video.
Now I just want to show you around the new project workspace. That way you can get acclimated and you understand where everything is. So it says, hi Drake, excited to get started on YouTube success.
Here are a few ways to begin. And it gives me some recommended things. So like set up from recent work, connect some tools, make a plan.
So there's no one way to work in a project. I'm just going to show you all the features and then you can take it from there. But it gives you some good options.
So I could go in here and I could connect my tools. If I select that, it's just automatically going to go in here and start connecting all the tools that I would need. And so it's reading.
my goal, it's reading all my context and it's saying, where does the work live? YouTube studio analytics, your scripts and notes, your content calendar. And then it just tells me what I need to do.
So you can go through and use these however you want, nice recommendations. But the thing that I really want to point your attention to is this new panel that it opens on the right -hand side of my screen. We have some new options here.
And so instead of organizing your chats in the center of your screen with just like a long list of every new conversation you started, there's this new threads panel. And this panel just says, welcome back. Claude will track your threads here as they start.
So you're no longer the one creating new threads. You have this one prompt bar and you just ask Claude a question or start a task and it creates the threads for you. And honestly, I think it's amazing that they did this because a lot of the time people were creating new conversations for the entire wrong thing.
Next, we have the library panel. And the library panel is just where all of your files that either you add or Claude creates are stored. And so as you can see, we have all of my Markdown documents that I just uploaded right here for my YouTube.
And we have 16 of 50 ,000 files used. I've barely touched on the amount of files that I can add. So this is where your library is.
You can add files up here, upload from your device, link a local folder. And then we have routines and routines are like. automations and so you can ask claude in a thread to put recurring work on a schedule like a morning digest or a weekly report and you're going to be able to see all of your automations or things that are running in the background in this routines panel now if you decide like hey i'm not using any of these you can always hit this plus button and then just check off the ones you don't want to see so if you don't want to see library or routines and you just want to use your threads You can do that very easily.
I'm going to turn those back on for now. If you ever close out of your panel, the way to bring it back is to select this overview button and that pulls it up like this. Now let's dive into the settings because the settings are one of the most important parts of these new projects.
So I'm going to open up my settings. And we have a couple of different tabs. General, we have memory, environment, usage, and debug access.
I'm going to start with general. We have all the information that we filled out, our name and icon, our goal. But then as you scroll down, you're going to see something very unique.
We have models. We have the coordinator model. So the thing that's actually deciding, hey.
how many threads should we create for the task that Drake just gave? That's what you can change here. And you have coordinator effort.
And so I would just recommend leaving these on the defaults because Anthropic probably knows best what you should use for certain things. And then the thread model. So what are the things actually doing the work for you?
Notice how the thread effort is higher than the coordinator effort. Thread effort is default medium. and coordinator effort is default low.
So the thing making the tasks isn't using as much effort as the thing actually doing the tasks. And so here you can change your models if you'd like. Then we have a memory tab and memory is where you can set up project instructions and project instructions are loaded in at the beginning of every single new thread.
So no matter what happens at the beginning of every new thread, whatever you type in this box right here. will be added at the beginning of every thread so your project instructions and your memory file and your memory md has nothing yet but claude will add notes to this memory as you work with it you can even add notes in here for example if i want to put something like drake doesn't work on sundays period send it and notice how that said that it was sent to claude in the project chat If I open up my project chat, it says, I can't save that because memory is off in the project owner's cloud settings.
For the rest of the session, I'll keep Sundays clear of anything that needs you. But it auto sent this prompt and it said, please update project memory files. What to change?
Drake doesn't work on Sundays. Since it can't save that, I'll show you how to turn on memory real quick, just in case you're struggling with that. I'm going to open up my main settings.
Hit settings. I'm going to go down to memory and then I will turn memory on for both of these. And now that that's on in my main account settings, I could just say, hey, try again.
It's on now. And it says done. Project memory now notes you don't work on Sunday.
So that's one way to use memory in projects. Memory will be accessible across every thread the coordinator agent creates. So if I go in here and I go back to memory.
We can now open this up and it says Drake's preferences doesn't work on Sundays. Don't schedule anything that needs Drake on a Sunday. And so it's learning about me as we go.
And so memory MD is loaded in and also your project instructions. So I could say before every business task, I want you to read my business overview document that I've uploaded in my context. I could say that, and then I could hit save changes.
And so now this will also be loaded in and read on every single thread and memory will be at the same time. Now that we understand all of the settings, memory, instructions, how threads are working, let me get into actually creating something that shows you how the threads, the library, and everything in between works. So here's the prompt that I'm going to send off in order to start creating some threads here.
I say, I just uploaded my YouTube analytics from the past year. Figure out what's actually working on my channel, then plan my next four weeks of videos. I then say, this is a big job, so split it up however you think is best.
Now, notice I'm not telling it how to split it up because it can coordinate tasks on its own and split it up. into sub chats where Claude can work in parallel. And so now I'm going to upload my YouTube analytics.
It's just a big zip file containing the last 365 days of my actual YouTube channel. And then I can just send it off. And I want you to remember over here on the left side is my coordinator agent.
And it says, got it. I'm splitting this into two threads, one to analyze the past year and one to plan the next four weeks from what it finds. And so right now, As you can see, this is a totally new workspace.
We have waiting on me, so it has any questions for me, it will ask me. And it has these two working threads, which are kind of like chat threads that we don't have to create. And so it's deciding how should it split up this work so it can stay focused on one task rather than multiple things.
It just says working on things. I'll ping you. And I really like this new little graph up here that it has.
That's kind of cool. So as you can see, we have idle tasks. This is like waiting.
So it's blocked by the current working task in a project now. And this takes like a little bit of getting used to, honestly, because you kind of take the backseat on the direction and you can implement whatever direction you want and tell it to work on five things at once. But the coordinator agent, that's its job is to figure out what's best to work on and in what order based on all of your context files.
And so you can actually. click into here as well. And then it's just a normal chat thread.
So you can go through and you can see what it's actually doing within the thread. And you have these little breadcrumbs up here. So you can go back.
So as you can see, it's already done working on that. And now it's doing this task right here. So now it's planning the next four weeks of videos and it's using what it found in the other chat thread as context.
And so notice how it said, read the business overview and channel docs, Hey, before every thread starts, I want you to read my business overview. So it has context on what my business actually does.
And as you can see, it's still waiting for the channel findings from the other thread. It just received a message from the coordinator about where it can find the analytics and everything from that other thread. And this is all happening kind of in the background.
I'm just watching it happen. I'm not like telling it where to go. It's all handled by the coordinator agent now.
So I can go back to this thread. and see it from an overhead view and i really like how it gives you tasks that you can see how close it is to being done looks like it just created a document for me for the four week video plan it also created two artifacts over here for me channel findings and then videos in window metrics so what i'm going to do is click into this four week video plan and then what that does is it pulls up another panel which i think is really cool It uses Claude's new document feature.
So it's like Google Docs in Claude, which I really like because I'm a big fan of Google Docs. They have their own date picker and everything. And then it gives me the plan at a glance, created this entire document for me for what to create in the next four weeks.
And notice how it's pulling things from my video ideas as well. And then it gives me a nice interactive checklist down here. And we have the thread that created it over here on the right.
So there's kind of a lot going on here. Definitely takes a little bit of getting used to, but. I think once you get in here and you start using projects, you'll feel that it feels pretty intuitive.
It doesn't feel like I'm searching for anything. Everything feels like nice because what I want to work on is right over here. This is the plan.
And then this is the thread that created the plan. And I can even steer the thread or ask follow -ups in this thread, which is nice. So this new way of working is pretty sweet and I love it.
I'm going to hit this X button in the upper right -hand corner. And it looks like... we have something waiting for me.
So if I go back to my threads in the middle of my screen, this little breadcrumb right here, if I click that, as you can see, it's moved something to waiting on you, which... It's asking me a question before it continues working. And so if you had like a bunch of tasks running in here and anytime Claude needed you, it just popped up with this, that would be pretty amazing.
And you can even set up your notifications to your phone. If you have Claude on your phone, I believe it will notify you. So that's very nice.
But now I can just click into this thread and see what needs my help. It says, one thing to confirm, three a week is about triple last year's pace, which is what we need. And the course remodel is still running.
If three won't fit, should I cut the build slot? and plan for two a week it says the doc also lists a few smaller open questions you can edit directly or comment on it and so then i can just go through here and i can answer all the questions that the doc left open questions for you boom right here i can just answer all of those right here so i went through here and i answered all of those questions then i can just send it off and now i'm having a conversation with a thread so i'm not even talking to the coordinator agent here the thread agent will notify the coordinator if it needs to if it needs to create another task or something.
But what we've done so far is kept the context about the video plan in this little thread. And now it's editing this document live. And so this new docs feature is also beautiful.
And it looks like it's working very well with the new projects. It says this thread is resolved. Reopen it to send more messages.
So I can close out of here. i can x out of this honestly and now we can see that we have two threads completely resolved we have my next four weeks of videos and what's working on the channel and nothing came back in my big coordinator chat if i want to see the findings i go into those actual threads now the next thing i want to do is create a routine that runs out of this project and a routine is a scheduled task that runs whether you're at your computer or not and so what i want to do is set up a routine that tracks my analytics and puts them in a nice dashboard that shows me the things I need to understand about what's working and what's not working.
So let me show you how to do that now. So I'm just here in my coordinator agent. I'm not going to overcomplicate this.
I'm just going to tell it. Hey there, Claude. What I want to do is I want to set up a routine in this project that reminds me to upload my YouTube analytics once per month.
And I want to create a beautiful dashboard around this that's interactive, that shows me the things that I really need to understand. And the things I really need to understand are like, hey, are my videos getting good views? Are they getting a good click -through rate?
Are the topics going as planned? And so basically I want this dashboard to look nice. I want it to be in my branded colors.
I've uploaded a branding document that shows you what my brand colors are. I want it to be in a soft brutalism, soft neo -brutalism style using the neon blue and neon pink from my brand guide. And I just want this dashboard to be interactive.
and i want to be able to ask questions about my data and i want this routine to be running once a month so i'm reminded to upload my analytics at a certain time and right when i upload them i want it to create the dashboard in that specific format can we set this up so notice how i just rambled on i was like hey this is what i want i want it looking nice and now i've got to upload my brand guide from ai foundations so i'm going to upload my entire ai foundations brand guide i'll hit open on that So now it has all of my colors and it can reference those whenever it wants.
And I'm just asking, Hey, can we set this up? And so I'm going to send this off so you can see how to create a routine. There's kind of a lot here, but the goal is I want to upload my analytics and be reminded to once a month and then have it create a nice dashboard, the exact same style every single time.
So I'm going to send that off. And now I wanna open up my threads so we can see that amazing view. It says, yes, we can set this up.
I am starting on it now. And so it created one thread for a monthly analytics dashboard. And let's see if it creates any more.
This might be the only thread it works out of right now. I'm interested to see how this coordinator starts tackling this project. It looks like it created one thread here and gave it four tasks in the thread.
So if I open this up, it says reading the brand guide, building the brand guide, interactive dashboard, set up the monthly upload reminder and share the dashboard and how the routine works. So this is a pretty clear idea that can be handled step -by -step without things working in parallel. And it just decided that one thread would do the job on this.
So that's pretty cool. All right. And it built everything in this one thread.
And so as you can see, we have something that needs my attention over here on the left, but It built all of this. We can check out the dashboard that will be created every time I upload my YouTube analytics and it will be specific for that set of analytics.
And I can click into here, view the template that it created. Okay, this is kind of cool. I did say that neo -brutalism look.
That's why everything has these hard shadows and it's using my brand colors and stuff. So pretty cool. Three questions answered from your YouTube studio.
Are the videos getting good views? Are they getting clicked? And are the topics going to plan?
So I can upload my export right here. Are videos getting good views? It gives me my views over the last 30 days, what it is versus the prior 30.
Are they getting clicked? Shows my click -through rate. And are topics going to plan?
Zero of 11 published. That would not be going to plan. Creates these interactive graphs for me in this new dashboards feature.
This new dashboards feature is absolutely insane. So these are interactive graphs with my actual channel stats. And it has like...
when I uploaded certain videos. So this is very neat, looks very cool. And then it shows how my channel was revived from full claw tutorial.
Gives every video published in a certain window with a nice analytics chart right here. I can filter it out. So this dashboard that it built for me is amazing.
And the goal is to just come in here once a month, upload my YouTube analytics, and then have a custom dashboard. in this exact style with these exact charts shown except for that month's content not my entire channel so we have topics versus plan all the topics right here i can ask my data questions it looks like it says this artifact uses connectors use claude for that i'll just hit continue so i have like a little chat thread in my dashboard that it created that i can ask custom questions to very cool for a one -shot prompt let's see what it wanted to ask me though i'm going to go back to my threads and it says blocked monthly analytics dashboard.
So let me click into there and see what it's blocked about. It says, what time zone are you in? I've set the reminder for 8 .50 Eastern from now on.
So I think that's the question it wants me to... answer and then it says how the monthly routine works which i'm going to get in to show you how it set up that monthly routine and what that looks like but i'm just going to say yes i am in eastern standard time and then i will hit enter and i think that should answer the question that it had that it was waiting on me for and now it's back in the working section it looks like that got resolved fine that's great but let me show you what the routine looks like so if i hover over this little routines button in the upper center of my screen and i click it now you can see we have a routine built monthly youtube analytics upload reminder and so i will click into this and you can see that this is active what is the trigger well 8 50 a .m between day one and three of the month times in america new york run this thing okay so that's the trigger if it's in between day one and three at 8 50 it's going to run this and here are the instructions that it created
and so it created its own instructions for what to do and what it's doing is it created this dashboard artifact that it's going to use every single time and as you can see it says include the dashboard link and then it links it right here and so it created a template that every future routine will use whenever i upload my analytics so that's beautiful we have a task scheduled for us and if we go to my library you can see all the stuff that it's already added in this short session that we've had here today so it added a notes panel it added an analysis panel it added a dashboard panel right here a nice little folder where it has the template for creating that dashboard that you saw And everything is in one workspace.
So this has been the updated projects guide on Claude's rebuild. I hope you enjoyed. Projects and AI are getting insane.
It's like every new week we have some new feature that revolutionizes the way that we work. And it shouldn't really be like that. So if you don't want to have to chase all of these updates and you want one way.
to create all of your business context and organize your business. So you don't constantly feel like you're on the AI hamster wheel. Check out the first link in the description because that's where we build out the automated C -suite.
It keeps you on track so you don't have to chase an update, but rather you can build a system that every update slots into. So the AI is working for you and you're not working for it. But I hope you enjoyed this video.
If you did, please drop a like and subscribe. I would highly, highly appreciate it. And with that being said, I'll see you in the next.
The Hook

The bait, then the rug-pull.

Anthropic didn't just add a feature to Claude Projects, it replaced the whole model: a project used to be a folder of chats you babysat yourself, now a coordinator agent takes one stated goal, reads a library of your own context, and decides on its own how to split the work into threads.
