Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • A personal brand functions as unreplicable digital real estate because automated systems lack personal history, taste, and relational trust.
  • Attention compounds past entry-level courses into brand sponsorships, backend software affiliate deals, and equity stakes negotiated without upfront capital.
  • Audience size does not dictate profit: an engaged audience of 2,000 targeted followers can generate $24,000 a month with a high-intent offer.
  • Only 2% of the world's 207 million creators are properly monetized, leaving a massive opening for backend growth operators.
  • Creators naturally lean toward creative ideation, while operators build the repeatable delivery architecture that prevents launch ideas from stalling in drafts.
  • The primary objective of a first offer is data collection on audience demand, not long-term enterprise value.
  • Testing creator viability versus operator viability requires only seven days of publishing targeted educational posts or mapping operational breakdowns in an existing business.
  • AI agents provide maximum utility when assigned narrow, repeatable admin jobs such as morning email briefings and goal-aligned calendar management.
Takeaway

Revenue follows simple offers executed within clear operational boundaries

EXECUTION PLAYBOOK

Sustainable digital revenue does not require complex machinery; it requires selecting a clear lane, validating an offer through direct audience interaction, and using automation to handle administrative overhead.

02The Decisional Operating Mindset
  • Commitment must precede evidence, requiring immediate implementation of ideas rather than passive consumption.
03Why Personal Brands Outperform Traditional Assets
  • Attention functions as currency that can be traded for affiliate deals, sponsorships, and company equity without personal capital.
04Finding a Monetizable Signal
  • Formulate initial products by cataloging questions your audience already asks you rather than inventing hypothetical solutions.
05The Two Paths: Creator vs. Operator
  • Identify whether your natural strength lies in front-facing audience building or backend execution systems.
06Deploying AI to Protect Creative Capacity
  • Assign routine administrative processes to AI agents to preserve mental energy for high-leverage creative output.
07The Seven-Day Restart Protocol
  • Validate demand through a single social story poll before building full landing pages or detailed curriculum.

metaphor
Six years ago, I was a college dropout driving Uber for about $30 ,000 a year. I knew I wanted a different life. I wanted to be the girl who went wherever she wanted, traveled all the time, made money from her phone, lived a life beyond her wildest dreams.
What I did not have at the time though was a plan, a skill anybody was paying for, or a single piece of evidence that it was going to work out. Today, I've built three multi -seven figure businesses on social media using digital products and one delicious little asset I call my personal brand. Maybe you've heard of it.
But I need you to hear how that actually happened because the path was not linear. It was actually chutes and ladders. I changed direction constantly.
I failed in public. I switched niches about five times. I posted for months while nobody watched.
And eventually, keyword eventually, I found the kind of business I could actually stay committed to, which as an ADHD girly, turned out to be content and very light business models. So give me the next. couple of minutes probably gonna be more and i'll give you the five things i would tell my uber driving self if i could get in that car with her the mindset you need before anything else works why social media is the single best place on earth to build wealth right now whether you already own a business or you're starting from absolutely nothing how to find the one thing you can actually sell how to compound it the two paths in front of you only one of which requires you to be on camera and how to use ai so you create a business that runs without eating your entire life because we are here to live not just work.
Now, the first thing you need to conquer is yourself and your own mind. I call this decide first and get the proof later. As someone who has trained over 10 ,000 women across all my programs, responsible for over $5 million in earned revenue, I'll be honest, a lot of girls failed, but a lot of girls won.
And what's the difference between the winners and the losers if they had the same information? And hey, maybe not the same circumstances, but the same information. Well, it's one mindset and it's called the 1 % mindset.
Something I have, it's something all my multimillionaire friends have, and it's something every single one of my students, whether they've been in my free programs or my paid, have embodied that allowed them to get results. And it's called decision. They decided success was for them, and they use it in a very simple framework that goes like this.
I can, I will, I do, no matter what, no matter when, no matter how. And this is so important, so let me break this down. Number one, I can.
This is pure self -belief. 99 % of people argue for their limitations. Straight up, the first path to success is deciding that you can, despite whatever your circumstances, despite your childhood, despite your skin color, despite your economic standing, despite the time in your day.
And I know we all have shit that's against us, ladies. I know. But there are people with no legs running in the Olympics.
No legs running in the Olympics winning gold medals. If you say you can, you can. Don't be the person who makes excuses.
Be the person who says, I can despite my limitations. Number two. I do.
Now it's not simply enough to just say affirmations and feel nice. You need to actually do something about it. So once you believe in yourself, you actually have to take action on the information out there in the world, okay?
If there's a free course like mine, you take it and run with it. If you watch a video and you think it's interesting, you don't save it, you implement it immediately after. You don't keep scrolling for dopamine hits.
This is what majority of people are stuck in now, especially by the way. You take action. You say, I can, now I'm gonna do something about it.
what would the wealthiest version of myself do today? What would the most abundant version of myself today? If I already had the dream body, what types of habits and actions would I be taking today?
And then comes I will, okay? And this is the part where people really break apart. So listen, it goes, I will.
no matter what, no matter when, no matter how, all right? And let me break this down. I will, no matter what, I will not give up.
Everyone you see that is successful is someone who just decided to fail more than you, but not give up. You're just one failure behind that person until the thing actually works. No matter what, when you choose that you can do something and you start doing it, you say, no matter what, I'm not quitting.
No matter when, no matter how long it takes, because I'll be honest with you, it took me four years to get overnight success, going from maybe like 8 to 10K a month to 100K, 200K, 300K. k month like that but i had about four years of trying other things of doing a bunch of things so knowing that No matter what, and no matter when, I'm not fucking quitting.
I'm gonna figure it out. And no matter how, and this is a very important part, this is where God comes in, ladies. Yes, we're bringing God into the conversation.
No matter how, I know it's already done because I decided, because I told God my vision, because I said, I want this, and it's done. And whether this next YouTube video flops, that doesn't matter. That's not a proof that my vision is not coming to fruition.
That's just... oh cool that one flopped it's gonna happen it's not that one cool closer to the next one you decide that no matter how It's done.
You give it to God and you do the actions to get there and you don't give up and you believe in yourself against all odds. That is it, ladies. All right, so once you embody this mindset, and I highly recommend the more you can also lean into God, into faith, into trusting the universe, the more strong you will become, the more unlimited and limitless you will become.
Finding God and putting him at the center of my life personally has been the greatest transformation of anything. So far beyond your mindset, put something at the center of your life that holds you when your doubt and fear steps in and keep. Alright?
Now I told you I was going to make you disgustingly successful online. So before anything else in this video makes sense, you need to understand one thing. Social media and personal brands are the biggest goldmine in human history and everybody thinks we're at the peak of it.
We're not at the peak of it. This is going to get bigger. It does not matter if you're a regular person or you already own a business.
Building a following and a personal brand is the most leverage and the most opportunity available to a human being right now. And I want to show you exactly how many doors it opens because it is more than you might even think. And the industry is changing as we speak.
So let me explain. All right, now, number one, let me just use myself as an example, right? I literally made $4 million yapping at my phone about something I was good at.
And I reached... millions of people, I now have 2 million followers across social media in the past two years, made over $4 million from it. And I know this might sound like crazy numbers, you see me, you see this production studio, and I'll be honest with you, I have a team, I have editors, I have a lot of employees now.
But when I started this, I made my first $300 ,000 with a $97 product yapping at my phone and telling a few people about what I'm good at. And it made me $300 ,000, little old me at 25. And the point is you can now reach millions of people who genuinely want to buy from from you just by sharing what you know and what you think on the internet.
You can reach millions of people who have the same opinions as you, same values as you, and truly build an online community that would follow you to the ends of the earth even if you switch niches three times like me. I've gone all places and my following still follows with me just because I started yapping at the phone.
Think about that. And here's the thing. Once you have attention, the way that attention can compound monetarily can go far beyond courses, programs, digital products, whatever.
And a lot of people start there. There's no harm in that, baby girl. But attention is the highest currency in our economy now.
Everyone's on this damn phone, which means you can start getting brand deals. You can start getting affiliate deals. For instance, I closed my program and mentorship down and got an affiliate deal with an AI company that allows me to give all my courses and mentorships for free.
Courses and mentorships I used to charge thousands. Thousands of dollars for and I still get paid for it because of my brand I don't just sell coaching and courses now, right? I actually get to give away all of my education for free and get paid on the back end because of my brand Also, i'm able to negotiate equity in companies with my name and face not with money And if you don't know what this means ladies, let me break it down when you have a lot of money and you want to make more money, back in the day, you would say, I'm going to take my money and I'm going to put it in a company and you guys are going to grow the company and my money is going to grow with that company.
Say the company is worth a million dollars at valuation. You say, here's 10 ,000 of my dollars. Now, as the company grows to 80 million, you're $10 ,000 ADXs.
Now, guess what? Following is capital and creators are able to negotiate, including me, equity in brands without putting a dime of their own money up front or way less of it because their name and face is the investment. That is how cool it is.
And literally, it gets even crazier, guys, because have you noticed how there's a bunch of Netflix shows? If you've been on Netflix lately, you see Alex Earle, Harry Jowsey Show, Jake Shane Show. Essentially, all these people, if you don't know who they are, were regular people who started on TikTok and Instagram.
People are buying regular influencers' podcasts for $50 million for streaming rights exclusively to Netflix. What this means economically, ladies, is that the way the economy going is the celebrity is dead. is the relatable influencer that everyone is looking at and scrolling on their phone.
So if you become entertainment or education on the phone, you are still in probably one of the greatest times in history to be known online. There's no better business model than fame and the time is now. And like I said, I literally have a free course and program on it and a bunch of YouTube videos.
So don't be the loser. who says oh i can and doesn't do do use use things and here's the thing if you don't want to be an influencer and you already own a business having a personal brand versus not having one is the difference between becoming a leader in your industry and just being another really talented nobody that no one knows you could be better at what you do than everyone else and it doesn't matter because you're not seen so when you put yourself in front of the camera and build reputation build brand you are building digital real estate you are building an asset that can't be replaced by ai And guess what?
Speaking about AI, here's an even bigger kicker. Here's a little screenshot of this so you can actually see the article. Forbes said the least likely thing to be replaced by AI is a personal brand.
And in fact, technological innovation can actually aid personal brands in becoming bigger. And think about it, right? AI can make content, right?
But it cannot be a person. It doesn't have your life, your taste, your face, your story, or your network. So the least replaceable asset right now is a brand and is your reputation.
And what is a reputation? It is a brand. So if you are not seen right now, You're missing out, but.
If you don't want to be seen, the biggest opportunity that no one knows about is actually getting behind the people who have the attention and helping them build something so they can continue just being the face. But we'll get to that part next. AI doesn't hurt your brand.
It makes it bigger. It deletes all the work sitting between you and the output. I'll actually teach you how to make AI agents.
That's the end of this. And in fact, I'll even tell you how you can make AI your absolute sidekick so that all of the annoying things you don't like to do, like answering emails, creating calendars, can be done. by AI and essentially allows you to run your business and run your brand with more creative thought so that you can run the engine and not have to deal with all the oily annoying parts that we all hate to deal with and I also have a live workshop weekly on this so if you want to learn more click below, but no baby, AI is not coming for your personal brand.
It's the thing that's about to make it enormous. Now that you're like, all right, Blair, I'm ready to build a personal brand. Let's find the thing you can actually sell if you wanna monetize it and you do wanna be the one showing your face.
And if you're like, oh my gosh, Blair, how do I even figure it out? You probably already know what it is, but let me tell you how I found mine because like I said, the path isn't linear and what you sell will usually find you. So let's rewind.
When I dropped out of college, I started making YouTube videos, all right? They flopped. spectacularly.
And I was so broke driving Uber that I prayed to the universe for an opportunity. I essentially said verbatim, please universe, bring me anything. I cannot live paycheck to paycheck.
And you'll find out to be very careful for what you wish for because you just might get it. So the next day I met a woman in a coffee shop and her cashflow was going ding, ding, ding, ding. Me little broke ass Uber girl was like, okay, by the 15th, I'm like, girl, you got to tell me who's sending you money five times in a row.
Like what's going on? She said, babe, let me show you something. She showed me.
what would be my first brand I ever built, all right? And stay with me here. It was a brand is a bratty Regina George on Twitter where she posted pictures of her feet, said, F you pay me and sold them.
And I know it might sound really strange, but listen, okay? It was working for her. She was making 10K a year.
So I said, F it, I'll do this on the side while I figure out what I'm actually doing because I decided I was gonna be a millionaire, right? Like you are right now. And I was just gonna keep going and see the little breadcrumbs that got me there.
Now here's the gigger. Over the next few years, I tried multiple things. still doing this on the side.
I did real estate. I did TikTok astrology coaching. I did one -to -one coaching.
I made music. I made an album, right? And most of it involves social media.
Actually, real estate was my first understanding of TikTok's power because I became the number one agent in my firm by simply posting a talking head reel that said this. As simple as this, ladies. What's up?
My name's Blair. If you want a place in Chicago for free, I'm a leasing agent. I can help you find the apartment, do this, do that, do the other.
And you know, I'm really fun to hang out with. So if that sounds fun to you, comment free.
It was one post and I was like, we'll just see what happens because I've been thinking about it and thinking about it and thinking about posting online. And finally, I was like, you know what? I'm just going to do it.
Just going to do it. I'm not going to try and make the perfect thing. I'm going to take the one step, the first step.
It was 12 a .m. in the office. All right.
That video went viral. I got 600 leads. And from there, I realized, oh, my gosh, as long as I can get social media attention, I can do anything.
So I did astrology. I tried one to one coaching, but I didn't know how to charge for my service. I undercharged and I felt like I was draining myself for the work I was doing.
So I kept doing real estate, even though I didn't like it, even though I knew it tied me to location and that's not what I wanted until one day I went broke. Again, because every year I actually went broke because I didn't understand how to use and save for taxes. And I finally was like, F this, you know, everything that's making me the most money is the stupid feed pics page.
So I'm going to go all in. I'm going to treat this like a business. And this was the first time I treated any social media following I ever had like a business.
I showed up every day. I thought about every post strategically. I showed up Monday through Saturday, even if I didn't feel like it.
And did I get rewarded for it, my ladies? I ran it up to 30K a month. All right.
And then what ended up? happening there was I started expanding my money mindset. And what this means is instead of sitting down and asking myself, how can I save more money?
I said, how can I put myself in situations that would make my brain ask the questions for more? I did that. I went to LA.
I lived a month in my dream life, spent 30K and realized at the time my goal was 30K a month. That was my biggest goal. I said, oh yeah, we're going to have to make more money than that.
So I said, how can I make more money? How can I make more money? How could I make more money back in my cold Chicago apartment?
And I said, okay, I know what I want. i'm clear i want to make as much money as humanly possible from my phone anywhere in the world making content doing what i love as easily as possible and as quickly as possible and then all of a sudden i started getting reels about digital products on my page and i'm telling you this because it's very important this next part and i saw these girls making money online being like oh well i wish i had a course to sell i i wish i had something to teach and then i started using the power of my questions again and i said okay what could I teach?
What am I good at? What have people asked me advice for? What are my natural talents?
What can I sell? And it occurred to me, you know, people have asked me how I do the feet pics thing. People have asked me how I do the fin dom thing.
I wonder if I can make a course on it. So in the same fashion, I got an idea at 3am and I essentially said, F it. I'm just going to post one video.
It happened again. That one video went viral and within one month, I made 30K off my first course that I made in four days by asking the right questions.
And then the second month after that, I made $100 ,000 in a single month. All because I started actually asking myself the right questions and saying, what am I good at? What do people ask me for advice on?
And I took all the data of what people ask me for and all my weird little life stories, right? The path to success is not linear. And I put it in something sellable.
And then I grew that to 4 million. So I turned social media itself. And then obviously I realized I'm quite good at a repeatable system.
for going viral online and making sales. I've done it in multiple different niches and then I did really big once I learned how to make passive business models such as digital products. And so I package that skillset.
into a program and made even more money and that is the whole point ladies is that you will learn more and more by what people have already told you they like about you and what you're good at and even if you just start posting on social media people will start telling you oh can you can you tell us more about this oh i'd love to hear more about this story oh my gosh what makeup are you wearing what is your makeup routine how did you edit your video your audience will tell you once you start posting so just start posting and you'll find what you want to sell so find the signal then build a around it now you have to decide what role you want to play which is where most people get it wrong a lot of people think you have to be the face to make money with digital products and social media no you don't and i'm about to tell you about an industry that has been highly male dominated and no one is talking about and in the next five years everyone is going to be doing so let's talk about the two paths you can choose and the one that no one is talking about now once you say okay i want to make money in the online space you're going to pick your lane the face or the operator and there are two paths i'd seriously look at right now and i want to be clear that the second one is not the
consolation prize path one is building the personal brand this is for the girly who wants to talk who wants to be the star who always kind of felt like she was supposed to have a lot of social media attention right who was maybe the kid who ran around with their camera when they were five saying look guys this is what we're doing today all right this is also for the person who has lived something or learned something and wants to be known for it already knows a transformation they've been through wants to monetize or just someone who has a really big personality is an entertainer has a creative spirit honestly personal brands are for you too especially if you're an adhd girly and you need what I'm about to tell you next to help you stay in line.
But since you have a brand, you can monetize that through digital products, mentorship, group programs, apps, software. Anyone can build these now with AI. Services, brand deals.
The offers will change over the years. Mine has changed many times, but the asset underneath it never changes. And that asset is trust.
And listen, you do not need a huge audience for this. I need you to really hear that. A few thousand people who understand exactly what you help with, trust your judgment, and can see the next step will out earn 50 ,000 people who fall.
followed you for one funny video and have no idea what you sell. One of my previous clients, Isabelle, literally made 24k in a month with under 2 ,000 followers. All right?
Insane. And the fact that you have to give up all your privacy or be this massive creator to make a ton of money online is just not true. All right?
I always wanted to go for volume because I have different goals. To be honest with you, I'd love to be on TV. And I know that that may sound silly coming from someone who does have a lot of followers, but I always went for volume because I have different goals.
Maybe I do want to be on a TV show. Maybe you'll see me on one soon. Now, path two is being the operator.
behind the brand and babe, no one is doing this and not enough women are doing this, alright? Maybe you have no desire to be on camera. Maybe the thought of filming yourself makes you want to lie down and Alright?
That is completely fine and honestly you might make more money not showing your face because the truth is creators are not always really good at the back end systems that makes a business a lot of money. Because the truth is there are 207 million creators and only 2 % of them are properly monetized. Alright?
Which means there's a lot of people who are really great at making content and really bad at sales, marketing, managing, operating, all of the things that take someone's face and make it hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars right there's whole systems on the back end that most people don't see and a lot of girls actually need this help and they trust women more than men there's a lot of larper men going around trying to do this service and it's created a lot of trust in the space but the point is the creator cannot do all of it she can't she's making the content running the launches answering her audience and quietly drowning in the parts of the business nobody sees if she wants to make the most money she gets an operator and that's what i have all right the operator builds the system she fixes the path from content to offer.
She runs the email, the launches, the content operations, the workshops, the webinars. She's the reason the good ideas stop dying in a Google Doc and actually get put out. And I care a lot about teaching this path to women specifically because the growth operator world has been overwhelmingly male.
And something you don't know about the creator space is almost every single large creator you know as they started getting big got taken advantage of at least once and it was usually by a man who offered to blow her brand up, make her more money, xyz, and I was one of them. Until I found the perfect operator and was able to grow with them and i even was an operator in my own business so i've seen what it takes i've also known how to negotiate deals with creators that are fair being one myself and i've wanted to start teaching this to women because all of my female creator friends also say i just wish we had female growth operators well there's about to be some because i'm telling you about it a lot of female creators would genuinely rather work with a woman who gets their audience their brand in the way that they want to sell as women so point is both markets are in demand the second one even more so i would say And so I want you to ask yourself one very direct question.
Do I want to be known for my ideas or do I want to be behind the scenes building the machine that makes somebody else's ideas work? Both are real businesses, but the work is completely different. And I really see the creator as more of an artist, visionary, the person who's a little bit more type B.
And I see the operator as the type A person who likes spreadsheets and systems and numbers and math. And this person is just like, vision. And putting these two people together really helps a business.
flow incredibly well. So creator path you need a point of view and the nerve to be perceived. Operator path you need the discipline to turn somebody's creative chaos into a repeatable process.
If you genuinely don't know test both for a week not a year just a week and publish three useful things about a problem you actually understand. Notice whether explaining it gives you energy or drains you and whether you can keep going when the response is crickets because it will be crickets at first. Then take one creator or small business you understand my operator found me when I only had like 500 ,000 followers on TikTok and he came to my Instagram and found me with around a thousand followers.
And so he found me when I was little and now I'm massive. He's making 50k or more a month off of me. And his first week finding me, whether or not it was his first time learning about Growth Operator or not, he made 8k.
Sign me right there. And built a lifelong friendship that is genuinely one of my longest, greatest connections. I would never want to do this business alone.
So take one creator or small business you understand and map their path from content to offer. Find where the leads are getting lost. Find where the follow -ups stop.
Find the good idea that never made it to the calendar and notice whether fixing that behind the scenes makes you feel alive or bored. And some of these things you won't understand. Like I said, I have a free workshop that teaches this and an entire free program.
So you can learn this from the best of the best and just know you're not choosing your identity forever. You're finding out which of the work you can't repeat long enough to get good at it. And I have a feeling that most of you will know which role is yours.
And whichever one you choose, keep the first money simple. One offer, one problem, one type of person. Not six income streams in month one.
Creators, that's one focused product or service. Operators, that's solving one valuable piece of the system for one kind of client before you promise to run somebody's whole company. The first offer's real job is information.
And if you wanna learn more about how to get better at either of these two paths, whichever you choose, I run a free live masterclass on how to build and monetize a personal brand using AI, whether you're the face or the operator. It's the whole system and it's not a teaser.
So link is below and in the description. Go sign up and come back and finish the video because this last piece is what makes all of this survivable and understandable. Because some of you might be thinking, uh, how do I be an operator?
I don't even know how to run a website. I don't even know how to shut up. So I'm about to tell you.
So now brings us to point five, let AI run the machine. All right. Most people open AI and ask it to write a caption.
Fine. That's a start, but it's the smallest possible use of the most powerful tool any of us have ever been handed. And it's getting better and better as we speak.
All right. Used to be hype. It's not hype now.
It's real. The real opportunity is not having AI create captions for you. It's using AI to actually create products, create websites, create systems, create dashboards, create agents that literally go and do things for you while you live your life and make content and make more money.
And this is especially true for the mental admin you have to go through as a creator, because the thing that kills online businesses is not a lack of ideas. It's that by the time you've checked five apps, answered the emails, figured out what's on your calendar and remembered what you were supposed to be doing, you have brain left for the work that actually makes you money.
I use an AI agent to read my emails coordinate my calendar based on my goals, give me a rundown every morning and tell me what deserves my attention first. I brain dump everything into it and it even organizes my life around actually getting to know me.
I use it in brand deal conversations. I use it on products, landing pages, and websites. You don't need to be techie to build an app now.
You don't need to be techie to build a website. Anyone can do these things if you learn how to use AI. And the thing is you're not supposed to take AI to remove your creative decision.
It's clearing the table for things so you can make more creative decisions and do less of the grunt work and if you want to learn more about ai i would just start with building one agent with one job your morning brief right or my favorite thing is getting them to schedule out your calendar in alignment with your goals and your phases as a woman on her period so that the more difficult things are scheduled in the beginning of your cycle and the less difficult ones at the end plus let's say you're a business owner who wants to get back into comedy back into writing back into artistry you can tell ai all of your goals for the next three months and say please take over my calendar.
I want to have a morning walk every morning and an evening walk every evening. An agent, guys, will go and schedule in your calendar your entire week. And I've been loving my routine ever since I've been doing this.
Plus, I don't like answering emails, so it always just gives me a brief in the morning about my emails. And it texts me my calendar so I don't have to even go and look at my screen time more. The coolest thing about AI is it can bring us back into the real life.
And a great way to make AI agents can be on plod code. But if you're like, oh my gosh, Blair, where do I even start? In that same free masterclass, we actually teach you a workshop on how you can implement AI in your life and your brand and your business.
And we do a whole workshop where we actually build AI agents together. We don't just teach you about growth ops and creators. We actually build AI agents because it's one of my biggest hyper fixations and true passions that is surprising to me, but I love AI.
AI creates capacity and capacity is only worth something if you spend it on the thing you already know your business needs. And I do want to say this as well, because the agent thing is not even the biggest part, right? can code now like actually code so sit with what that means for a second an app that two years ago would have cost you a hundred thousand dollars and a team of developers you can build it with your own thoughts and ideas and AI can even tell you what you need to tell it to build more of it you don't need to raise money you don't need a massive team you just chat and build it with AI.
If you want to start a business, you can have a website live in minutes, not three weeks of back and forth designer who ghosts you minutes. All right. And on top of that, guys, AI is even going to start getting really good at video editing.
Okay. So what I'm trying to explain to you is that every barrier that used to stop the woman I talked to from starting, I can't code. I can't afford a developer.
I'm not techie. I don't want to be the face. I don't like editing my videos.
I don't have enough time. All of it's gone. It's evaporated.
And most people have not updated their beliefs yet. They just think AI is bad for the environment. And the truth is, yeah it probably is babe but social media is terrible for our mental health it still makes millionaires every day it really depends there's good and bad in every coin and this is where the world is going so you either hop on or you get left behind this is the whole reason i'm not scared of any of this the tool that everyone thinks is coming for us is the same tool that just handed us a hundred thousand dollars of engineering for free and completely lowered the floor and raised the ceiling on what is possible for any regular person today to do with its health generational wealth was incredible and already an incredible opportunity with social media you add ai into that, babe.
It's gonna be insane. So if I had to start over tomorrow, here's my week. Day one.
I pick a lane, creator or operator, just for 30 days. Day two, I write down one problem I can genuinely help somebody solve and the actual evidence that makes me useful there. Day three, I talk to a real person who has that problem instead of guessing what she needs from inside my apartment.
This is called market research. This is how you make something that actually sells. Then I make one useful piece of content or fix one real thing in a real business.
I put a clear next step behind it and I let the response tell me what to do next. End of week, I spend it figuring out how I - can use AI to either implement in my life, in my brand, or my business to help myself as a creator or another person as a creator.
Okay, that's the whole thing. AI doesn't build your entire business. It just gives you back the time too.
It's your sidekick. And if you're going the creator path and you already have an audience, even a thousand followers, your first move is so much smaller than you think it is. You don't need a funnel.
You don't need a brand kit. You need to open your phone today and do three things. One, share something you're actually good at.
Not a polished lesson, just the thing you know and share it with conviction. All right? Like you are meant to be a star.
Like you're meant to be seen. Two, put up a poll. Would anyone want to learn more about this?
Would anyone be interested in coaching on this? That's it. Real market research and it costs you one story to your audience that you even know.
from high school try it even one person in your audience saying oh that's really interesting i'd love to learn more can completely change the trajectory of your life three ask your friends what they think you'd be good at the people who know you can see your obvious thing way faster than you can because to you it's just tuesday we can't always see our natural gifts and the other half of this which i'm not going to pretend isn't part of how i got here is journaling and manifesting write down who you're becoming before there's any proof of it which is the entire i can thing we started this video with i have a whole video on exactly how to do this over on my instagram so come follow me there and i will show you and listen If I had waited until I could see the whole route, I'd still be driving Uber.
I couldn't see it when I dropped out. Trying a bunch of things badly is genuinely how I learned what fit. So if the lane feels wrong in 30 days, change it with better information than you have right now.
If people want the result, but your offer is weak, fix the offer. The work is good, but the admin is drowning you, that's when you hand a narrow job to an agent. If your content sucks, okay, take the data and get better.
You're allowed to commit to something without pretending it's forever. The next move only has to teach you enough to make the one after it. One step, baby.
one step. What can you do that's one step today? Maybe it's coming to my free class.
Either way, you can, you do, you will. Now go throw something at the board.
