Big Idea
The argument in one line.
One Claude Code skill chains five automated systems, research, scripting, editing, thumbnails, and posting, so a creator's only manual task is 20 minutes of talking into a camera.
Who This Is For
Read if. Skip if.
READ IF YOU ARE…
A solo creator or business owner who knows they should post daily short-form content but can't sustain the editing and posting workload alone.
Someone already using Claude Code who wants to chain AI tools into a repeatable production system instead of hand-building each piece.
A coach, local-business owner, or service provider (the video's own example is a dentist) who wants a content engine built around their specific niche.
SKIP IF…
You want a no-code, zero-setup tool. This requires installing a Claude Code skill and connecting outside accounts (Blotato, Higgsfield).
You're looking for a free content strategy with no ongoing tool costs. Higgsfield image credits and Blotato posting are paid services.
TL;DR
The full version, fast.
Jad built five chained Claude Code systems that replace nearly every manual step in short-form content production: a scraper that pulls niche-specific topic ideas from GitHub, Reddit, and AI blogs, a script writer trained on his own voice with a banned-word blacklist, a video editor that cuts mistakes and adds captions and sound effects, a thumbnail generator built on a fixed one-world, one-scale-trick recipe, and a Blotato-powered poster that schedules everything to Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook after his approval. The only manual step left is 20 minutes of talking to a camera. He turned the whole chain into one free Claude Code skill, posted 197 videos with it, and recommends starting at one video a day before scaling up.

02 · Why I built it
Posting daily is hard because of everything before the post itself; a human editor's turnaround time, not cost, was the real problem that pushed automation.
02:17 – 03:01
03 · System 1: the news
A scraper pulls niche-specific topic ideas from GitHub, Reddit, X, YouTube, and blogs, adapting to any niche via a short intake questionnaire.
03:01 – 04:42
04 · System 2: the script
A fixed hook-value-CTA script pattern, trained on the creator's own voice recordings and refined against a personal word blacklist.
04:42 – 05:43
05 · System 3: the AI editor
A short-form editor cuts mistakes and pauses, adds captions, color grading, and sound effects under a 21-rule blacklist, and can process multiple videos at once.
05:43 – 06:42
06 · System 4: the thumbnail
A fixed cover recipe (one world, one scale trick, same text style) paired with an AI-generated character likeness replaces manual thumbnail design and photo shoots.
06:42 – 07:26
07 · System 5: posting with Blotato
Claude writes captions and hashtags, Blotato schedules posts to Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and nothing goes out without manual approval.
07:26 – 08:22
08 · My day
A recap of the full daily loop from scraped idea to scheduled post, and the real-world results (feedback, clients, connections).
08:22 – 09:01
09 · Who it's for
Framed as a consistency system for businesses and personal brands; short-form is about consistency, long-form stays more personalized and value-dense.
09:01 – 10:01
10 · How to install it
Step-by-step setup: download the zip from Skool via Google Drive, open it in Claude Code, run the install prompt, connect Blotato and Higgsfield, and use Opus 5.5.

Start at one video a day, record everything in one sitting, let the editor fix mistakes, give feedback to improve the skill, and skip the teleprompter.
Atomic Insights
Lines worth screenshotting.
A five-system Claude Code pipeline, research, scripting, editing, thumbnails, and posting, cut one creator's content workflow down to 20 minutes of talking per day.
The hardest part of posting daily content isn't editing, it's knowing what to talk about, so an automated topic scraper removes the real bottleneck.
A good short-form script never front-loads all its value in the first seconds; spreading it across the whole video is what keeps people watching instead of swiping away.
Training an AI script writer on your own calls and recordings, then correcting every line that doesn't sound like you, is how you avoid a script that reads as AI-written.
A personal word blacklist, phrases you'd never actually say, keeps AI-written scripts from sounding robotic.
One short-form video editor ran a 21-rule blacklist (no emojis, never two highlights at once) and could edit two to three videos simultaneously in 30 to 40 minutes each.
A single thumbnail recipe, one changing backdrop, one scale-contrast trick, and one fixed text style, kept daily covers both varied and instantly recognizable.
An AI-generated character likeness let the creator produce consistent thumbnail covers without doing repeated photo shoots.
Automated posting with a human-approval gate, nothing goes live until the creator says yes, keeps a fully automated pipeline from running unsupervised.
Between August 16 and September 28, the script system alone produced 213 scripts for one creator.
197 videos posted, 3 to 7 times a day, came from just 20 minutes of daily recording once the surrounding systems were automated.
The recommended on-ramp for a new automated content system is one video a day, not seven, before scaling up to avoid burnout or quality collapse.
Recording every video in one sitting, rather than spreading recordings across a day, avoids the fatigue and friction of resetting focus repeatedly.
Reading a script instead of relying on a teleprompter forces a creator to understand their own material well enough to land the right emphasis.
Takeaway
One AI pipeline replaces a content team
THE 20-MINUTE PIPELINE
Five chained Claude Code systems handle research, scripting, editing, thumbnails, and scheduled posting, so the only manual step left in daily short-form content is twenty minutes of talking.
02Why I built it
Posting daily is hard mainly because of everything before the post itself: finding a topic, writing the script, recording, and editing, not the act of publishing.
In a fast-moving niche, a video that comes out even three days after the news breaks is already stale, because everyone has already covered it.
Outsourcing editing to a human still cost time through the wait for the edit to come back, not just money, which is what pushed the automation decision.
03System 1: the news
A content scraper pulls fresh topic ideas from GitHub, Reddit, X, YouTube, and the niche's own blogs, filtered to what the creator's audience actually cares about.
Before scraping, the system asks who you are, what you do, and who you're talking to, so the same scraper adapts to any niche, not just AI.
The real bottleneck in daily posting is knowing what to talk about, not the editing, so automating topic discovery removes the hardest step first.
04System 2: the script
Every script follows one pattern: a catchy hook in the first seconds, value spread across the whole video instead of front-loaded, and a single CTA at the end.
Spreading value throughout the video instead of giving it all away in the first seconds is what keeps viewers watching instead of swiping off after the payoff.
The script system learns a creator's voice from their own calls and recordings, and gets corrected every time a line doesn't sound right until it matches.
A personal blacklist of words the creator would never say keeps AI-written scripts from reading as AI-written.
05System 3: the AI editor
A dedicated short-form editor cuts mistakes, restarts, and long pauses automatically, which removes the need to re-record a clean take.
The editor runs a 21-rule blacklist, no emojis, never two highlights on screen at once, that gets permanently updated whenever the creator flags a bad cut.
One short can be edited in 30 to 40 minutes, and the system can process two to three videos in parallel, which is what makes multiple daily posts realistic.
06System 4: the thumbnail
A fixed cover recipe, one changing backdrop, one scale-contrast trick, and one consistent text style, keeps daily thumbnails varied without losing brand recognition.
Thumbnail text is pulled straight from the video's own script instead of being manually written for each cover.
An AI-generated character likeness replaces repeated photo shoots, producing several cover options per video that the creator picks from.
07System 5: posting with Blotato
A posting tool connected inside Claude writes the caption and hashtags, then schedules the video to Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook at preset times.
Nothing publishes without a manual approval step, the creator reviews every post Claude prepares before it goes out, which keeps full automation from running unsupervised.
Automated scheduling removes the need to manually reopen multiple apps or re-copy captions for each platform.
09Who it's for
The system fits anyone who knows they should be posting daily but doesn't want posting itself to become their main job, business owners especially.
Short-form content here is framed as a consistency play, not a polish play, long-form is where deeper value and personalization still matter more.
10How to install it
Installing the skill means downloading a zip from a Google Drive link, opening it in Claude Code, and pasting a provided install prompt to set everything up.
Posting and thumbnail generation require connecting outside accounts (a posting tool and an AI image tool) inside Claude's settings before the system can run end to end.
The creator recommends using Claude's most capable model tier for setup, since chaining five systems together is a large enough task that a cheaper model underperforms.
115 tips
Start an automated posting system at one video a day, not the full daily volume, then ramp up once the workflow is proven.
Record every video in one sitting instead of spreading recordings across the day, since restarting focus repeatedly is what makes recording feel exhausting.
Mistakes while recording don't need a restart, cutting bad lines is the editor's job, not the talent's.
Reading a script instead of using a teleprompter forces real understanding of the material, which is what produces natural emphasis on camera.
Glossary

metaphorstory
197 that's how many reels and tiktoks i have posted three times a day in each platform Some days I was posting seven times a day and it takes me 20 minutes to record. That's it.
20 minutes. And my whole day of content is done. I don't sit there editing it all night.
I don't pay an editor. I don't write the scripts myself. Why?
Because I have made five systems that help me make content. System one finds me the news. Everything that just happened with AI.
System two writes me scripts word for word, ready to read. System three edits my entire video. System four makes me my thumbnail.
And System 5 posts it with blowtail. So basically, the only thing I actually do is sit down and talk. Everything else is done with my AI team.
And as you know me, I'm not gatekeeping any of this. I turn all five into one system, into one skill. It's free in my school community.
Link is in the description. You can grab it right now. But I would love for you to stay all the way to the end of this video.
if you don't understand how each part works you won't get good videos out of it and if you're new here i'm jad every week i give away skills for free like this one my motion graphics my carousel my faceless videos my ai editor all of them are actually free in my school community and every week we have weekly calls where i help you install them with my business partner So if you get stuck on any of these videos, just join the call and we would love to help.
All right, let's get started. So first, why did I even need to build this? Because posting every day is really hard.
not the posting part, everything before it. So you have to find something to talk about, you have to write the script, you have to record it, you have to edit it. And one short can actually take you hours, then the thumbnail, then the captions, the hashtags, and then you have to post it every day in your platforms on each platform, try to do that for three weeks.
And you'll see it's very time consuming. and in ai it's even worse because the news move really fast if something drops this morning and your video comes out three days later it's over everybody talked about it already and i'm not going to lie i used to have somebody who was editing my videos and it's not even about the money aspect it's the waiting by the time the edit came back the topic was long overdue so i asked myself one question what if the only thing i had to do was talk and that's exactly what i built so let me show you the system by system so the first system is the news which i like to call it my scraper for me it goes through github reddit x youtube and the blogs of the ai companies and finds the new tools that just came out because that's my niche ai well you don't have to be in ai for this when you install the skill it asks you a few questions first who are you what do you do who are you talking to so let's try and say you're a dentist it goes and scrapes your niche the taboo things that dentists talk about
the most common surgeries the most common teeth problems and then it gives you a list of content ideas you pick the ones you like and it turns them into scripts why does this really matter because the hardest part of posting every day isn't the editing it's knowing what to talk about and with this system you never think about it ever the second system the script this one takes the ideas you picked and writes them into script word for word So you can just go and read them through.
And every skill is built the same way. It has to follow a pattern. So the first one is the hook.
The first few seconds have to be catchy. That's what stops the scroll. Then the value.
It's super important. But here's the part people get kind of wrong. You don't give everything away in the first few seconds.
You spread it throughout the entire video. Because if you give all of it at the start, people get what they came for. And they just simply swipe.
And at the end, there is always a call to action. CTA. Like comments, this word, and I'll send you a file.
Because if you just give everything away completely free, there's nothing in it for the viewer to stay. They watch maybe, they like it, and they're gone. They don't follow, they don't subscribe.
Now, the big question, how does the script sound like you and not like AI? You give it your recordings of how you talk. For example, your calls, your videos, anything where you just are yourself.
It learns how you say things. And every time a line doesn't sound like you, you basically tell it and it refines it. So it gets closer to you.
The more you can make content, the better it becomes. And what I like to do, I have a blacklist. Words I personally never say and that don't sound like me.
And then my AI never writes those words ever again. So from August 16 to September 28, it wrote me 213 scripts. So now I have my scripts and this is where my 20 minutes come in.
I read it through, I understand what it talks about, and then I just... put my camera and I start recording. And if I make a mistake while talking, I don't stop.
That's not my job. That's the editor's job. It's completely fine to make mistakes.
Now my part is done. I read my scripts. I've done my five videos.
And that's where the system three comes in the editor. If you watch my AI editor video, you already know this. I have two editors, one for long format, one for short format.
And the one for short format is the one that I spent a lot of time working on. I dropped my recording in. It does everything.
It cuts my mistakes, my restarts, my long pauses. It cuts me out of the background. So I pop out.
on top of a graphics. It finds real posts for me, real pages that I'm talking about people that I talk about. It does word by word captions.
It does the color grading. It has 25 to 40 sound effects. And in this one that I worked in, it has actually five styles and he has a blacklist of 21 rules already.
So for example, I hate emojis. So I have blacklisted emojis. Because it makes it really vibe coded effects and never tool highlights at the same time.
So every time I give it a notes, it sees it and it never makes that same mistake ever again. One shorts to edit for me, it takes between 30 to 40 minutes, but it can edit two to three videos at the same time. I have kept the pace of like three weeks posting five posts a day.
And that was super easy for me. That's the fourth system. And on reels, the thumbnails, it's what people see on your profile.
So it really matters. So what I did, I studied what makes a cover stop at the school and I turn it into a receipt. Every cover is three things, one word, one scale, one trick, and the same text style every single time.
The world changes every post. I'm standing next to a giant city. I'm inside a museum.
I'm in the supermarket and everything around me is going crazy. A word, a flood of people jumping, but I'm calm. And I'm just standing there and looking at the camera.
And the text never changes. Same layout, same colors. And the words come straight from the script.
So I don't have to go manually and say, hey, make me a thumbnail X, Y, and Z. It just looks at my script, looks at my video, and it understands what it would go with. So how do I make my thumbnails consistent with my face?
It's my AI character that I made on Hitsfield, the same one I use for my carousels. So I don't have to do photo shoots. I make three to four versions.
I pick the one I like, and that's my cover. I do use credits to be able to generate these images. System five, posting.
This is the last puzzle. And honestly, it's the one that saves the most out of times and most headache behind the editor. Bloatero is connected right inside Claude.
So when my videos are ready, I just tell Claude to post them. He writes the caption, the hashtags, and Bloatero just posts them on Instagram. and tiktok and also facebook and at the times i pick so i don't have to be on my phone at nine in the morning then at one or at six and one rule nothing goes out without my okay claude shows me everything first i say yes and it's scheduled i'm not opening three apps i'm not copying the captions three times it's just done so if you have a business again if you're a dentist you can set up a time a day where you record your entire week and claude will just post them weekly so let me pull it all together and here's what my day actually looks like the scraper finds the idea i pick the ones i like the script system turns them into scripts i sit down and i record it for 20 minutes five videos the editor edits every shorts the cover system makes the covers and blue title post them three times a day some days even seven and that's how i made 197 posts so it's not perfect but it definitely got me a lot of feedback it got me clients it got me also a lot of connections
Sometimes the editor makes a cut I don't like so I give it a note and it saves it. Sometimes the cover doesn't hit so I make another one. But this one that I'm giving the skill is I really worked on it for so long.
It took literally 197 videos. So I really emphasize in this one and I'm fully giving it for free. And I'm not saying every single video is a masterpiece, but the point is to show up every day because the more you post, the more chances you get.
You don't need every video to be perfect. You just need it to be done. So who's this really for?
If you have a business and you know you should be posting every day, this is genuinely for you. The only thing you really need to is just record the video and that. it forget about it and get to your life i say 20 minutes but it could fairly take you five minutes if you're building a personal brand like me consistency is everything and this is what keeps me consistent i don't have the same system as the long format long format is way more personalized but short format is really just about consistency long format it's more about bringing value that's why i'm making this video it's just full value in here or if you have also clients you manage clients you want to help them be present in social media You could sell this easily.
All right. So now how do you install it? The first step is you have to go to my school community.
You'll see a post that I made with this one, and you'll see a link that takes you to the page where there's the zip. You click on the link. It takes you to Google drive.
You install these steps to open cloud code in that folder. Step three, open the install prompts, copy everything, paste it into a cloud code and hit enter. It sets up everything for you.
And step four, connect your accounts in cloud, go to settings, connectors, and. load table for posting and Hicks field. If you want your own character on the covers, I really think it's important to have a cover, but if you're a time budget, I completely understand Hicks field does have API calls also has a system you go pay per use.
And I have a link in the description that could help you step five, starting new sessions. So the skill loads the first time you ask those questions, you reply to those questions, who you are, what you do, who you're talking to and answer them. Then you just say scrape for me and use Opus 5 .5.
It's super important. That's what I use. This is.
big job so you don't go cheap on the model now here are my tips because i've made 197 videos the first step with what starts with really one video a day not seven not 16 then you slowly ramp up the second tip record everything in one go don't record a video now and then later on the day you sit down again and you record again you will genuinely feel it's very time consuming Tip three, if you mess up, that's completely fine.
It's the job of the editor to fix it. And it will do a good job. You just restart where you just sent.
You don't have to refill. Tip four, every time you don't like something, just tell it to Claude. It will optimize for you to skill more.
And tip five, try not to use a teleprompter. Try to actually read the script yourself, understand what you're talking about, understand where you need to put your emphasis. And that's it.
So again, the whole system is free in my school community. Link is in description. I would genuinely love to see one of your videos in school if you can post it.
Again, we do weekly calls. Thank you so much for staying all the way to the end. Seriously, it helps me a lot.
Tell me in the comments which system you would like to see in the future. Subscribe if you want more skills like these. And I'll see you in the next one.
