  • You already produce weekly long-form YouTube videos or podcasts and need a systematized repurposing pipeline to distribute frameworks across X and LinkedIn.
  • You want to engineer lead magnets and auto-plugs that turn social platform attention into owned email subscribers and qualified sales pipeline.
SKIP IF…
  • You sell low-ticket consumer digital products where high-volume, broad-appeal viral reach is necessary.
  • You do not produce any long-form conversational content that can serve as the core input source for an agency or repurposing pipeline.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • Broad viral reach on high-ticket accounts attracts general population audiences who lack context, leading to comment fatigue, hate comments, and zero qualified buyers.
  • A monthly follower increase of 500 to 2,000 high-intent subscribers is significantly more profitable than tens of thousands of broad viral followers for a $10,000/month offer.
  • The egg profile picture theory observes that high-net-worth individuals, billionaires, and founders frequently browse X on anonymous lurker burner accounts rather than active personal brands.
  • According to demographic research on X, one in three users earns an average household income exceeding six figures, making it an ideal platform for high-ticket B2B prospecting.
  • The effective sweet spot for high-ticket content reach is between 10,000 and 500,000 impressions; exceeding millions of views often brings net-negative scrutiny and audience dilution.
  • A single 40-minute long-form video provides sufficient source material for 20+ weekly platform posts, including 3 to 5 multi-step threads, infographics, and short text posts.
  • A bookmark-to-like ratio approaching or exceeding 1:1 is the strongest leading indicator that content contains actionable enterprise-grade value rather than superficial engagement bait.
  • Dense, hard-to-consume graphics like Apple Notes lists drive disproportionately high bookmarks because busy high earners save them to review during future work sessions.
  • Stating your ICP directly in the first line of an X post simultaneously disqualifies poor prospects and activates voyeuristic curiosity among high-income readers.
  • Organic customer conversion journeys for five-figure products are non-linear webs; measuring isolated post-by-post ROAS destroys the holistic flywheel required to build trust.
Takeaway

Targeted filtering beats mass reach when selling five-figure services

CONTENT ARCHITECTURE

Repurposing expert video into qualified written frameworks creates a self-reinforcing flywheel that captures high-net-worth buyers without chasing vanity metrics.

01Why We Don't Chase Followers
  • Focus on high-earner demographics rather than follower volume; X harbors high concentrations of affluent founders browsing anonymously on burner accounts.
02What Makes a Video Usable
  • Extract raw expert knowledge from unscripted monologues covering distinct opinions, frameworks, and stories rather than interview banter where guests dominate talk time.
03Turning One Video Into a Week of Posts
  • Cross-reference transcribed video moments against proven swipe files to generate 20+ multi-format posts and multiple weekly threads.
04Writing for People Who Can Afford the Offer
  • Call out enterprise qualifiers like seven-figure revenue or management hurdles in hooks to spark the nosy neighbor effect among high earners.
05Getting Readers Onto the List
  • Pair valuable SOP playbooks with automated comment-gated DM delivery to turn viral engagement spikes into email list growth.
06Sending Everything Back to YouTube
  • Funnel outbound social traffic into high-converting long-form YouTube videos using automated second-tweet plugs beneath top-performing posts.

Jeremy Haynes sells a $10 ,000 per month offer that's doing over $1 million per month. Because this offer costs so much, we can't just make content that attracts everyone. It needs to attract people who would realistically become customers, which is why we've had to be very deliberate about the content we create for his ex account.
We've added about 15 ,000 followers in the last year, but we've done that without broadening the content so much as to go super viral. We want to attract people who will actually read his stuff and become customers. And we know some of people are becoming customers because we've had people join the inner circle and tell us that they've read his content every single day before joining so i want to show you how we're doing it starting with where the content actually comes from so starting in the analytics jeremy gains anywhere from 500 to a thousand if not 2 000 followers per month on x and for a lot of accounts that doesn't sound like much he's doing you know half a million a million views each month on the platform but the point isn't how many people that are viewing the content how many people are following it's getting the right of people through the door because Jeremy isn't just selling some $50 product.
His inner circle offer is $10 ,000 per month and all of his offers are for rich people. So when we're writing for him, we're not asking how do I get as many people as possible to engage with this? We're asking who do I want this post to attract?
Because one thing we've noticed with Jeremy is when we write content that's too broad, it attracts a normal general population to his audience, which is the exact opposite of the audience we're looking for. We're not looking for everyday people who aren't going to understand the context of his advice or what he's saying we're looking for people who are affluent people who are wealthy people who are rich people who are ideally selling their offer already doing seven figures a year and beyond and are looking to scale to eight or multiple eight figures per year so what happens is if you broaden the hooks too much you bring in the wrong types of audience but if you go a little bit too deep you don't bring in enough people so finding that balancing act is exactly what this video is going to be about it's not just about going viral and getting a bunch of reach but it's also not just trying to attract a few people and not actually making any money off this so this is the true video about viral and profitable and the thing about jeremy is he doesn't need millions of people joining his audience to make a ton of money his inner circle is capped at 250 members he already has over 20 000 followers so we only need to convert a very small sub one percent amount of people to actually join his offers across all of the platforms not just x so it's all about quality of his audience there was a recent stat on x that one in three members
have an average household income of over six figures it's by far the best platform for targeting affluent wealthy demographics and i recently talked about this phenomenon called the egg profile picture theory i kind of just made it up but it's basically that x has the most billionaires and millionaires using burner accounts lurking on x than any other platform i actually heard a clip of sam ovens talking about how he uses x on a burner account with only five followers the point is that x is the best platform for targeting rich people business owners founders.
This is where people who are affluent actually use social media, hang out, stay up to date, connect with other founders and business owners rather than doom scrolling on TikTok or Instagram or other platforms. So the platform gives us access to the kind of people that we want. The writing is what's going to actually help us reach more of them.
But before we can write anything, we need Jeremy to give us stuff worth creating content about. So pretty much everything we post starts with Jeremy sitting down a few times per week and recording videos. And this is the key to everything because it's the stream of consciousness directly from Jeremy's brain.
that gives us up -to -date opinions takes tactics practical implementations you name it coming directly from his mouth it's like a direct tap into his brain of ideas so we never run dry but the key here is that you can't just take any recording and turn it into a good thread apart from posting the full -length native video which we do do a few times per month but it's a very small percentage of the strategy what we need is jeremy to talk about things he knows well telling stories giving opinions practical tips frameworks mental models you name it that people can't find anywhere else and different kinds of videos have different kinds of value when it comes to creating content for x so for example something like the new rules of meta ads in 2027 could be a really good trending long form piece of content that just updates for the new algorithm and it's something that people are going to be actively looking for something where he sits down and maybe interviews someone like eddie maloof might be a little bit less useful if eddie's doing most of the talking because it's less of jeremy giving his actual tips something like for example a brutally honest talk on why you need to get
and F load richer, that's going to have a lot of banger standalone tweets that are probably going to be the most broad kinds of content that we would create. But that stuff's going to, again, be more mindset related. That's going to be that higher TAM audience stuff or something like my entire organic content strategy breakdown.
That's going to be a perfect candidate for a very long form thread. It's going to have five, six, seven, 10 parts. It's going to be in a concise manner that we can break it down for people as a framework or a mental model they can take.
And that's Jeremy's entire input in our content system. He doesn't even see anymore which is pretty unique to him because he does have a banger ai clone called jeremy ai which i do highly recommend checking it out that's the plug i'll give him it's been amazing for us but once content finishes our internal content creation process is through our writer and our creative director and we have multiple sets of eyes on it jeremy ai actually does the final approval before it goes to schedule so jeremy human his only actual input is sitting down and creating his videos once per week and he knows that he has an engine going out for all of the other platforms baller so if you're already recording youtube videos or podcasts but most of that content just kind of goes unused once it's uploaded the first time this is the kind of thing me and my team do we take what you're already recording turn it into a strategy for x linkedin and even threads and facebook content strategy that goes out every week it turns your personal brand into an omnipresent machine it's really the driver of this entire engine you'll have five or more platforms ripping simultaneously that creates a massive flywheel without any additional inputs from you plus you'll get access to the top talent in the game
behind your brand without the headache of hiring and managing a full in -house team if that sounds interesting there is an application below check it out so the first thing we're going to do for a video like this depending on if it's a sit down or if it's a solo video we'll either just open the video and watch the video on like a 2x speed and pull out the different moments sometimes there's time stamps or we'll just actually pull the transcript from the new era tool like glass and I've been doing this for over four years for hundreds of clients so we've built a huge library of posts and formats that we've already seen work but more importantly we are rating the best performing frameworks across dozens of niches we have a full live human curated swipe file called the heaters this is all of the content that's going viral for our clients every single day multiple pieces of content on x going viral in dozens of different niches every day and what we do is we enter that into a database where we're keeping track of always what's trending what frameworks are working what kinds of tweets are doing well and we can cross -reference those across our clients personalize it for them switch it up for their niche and we just have just
thousands of data points for x of what's going viral at any given time so once we cross reference the stuff that he's doing on the youtube side with the viral frameworks of what's going viral on the x side we're able to create full content docs every single week 20 plus posts per week on x we're posting three times a day we're typically posting three four five threads in a week this is one of the things that jeremy told me of one of the main benefits of working with agencies is that you get access to thousands of data points from their other clients as opposed to when you hire in -house the only feedback loop is that one account.
So at this point, we can go through a video pretty quickly, spot the bits that are going to work for content, spot the parts that are going to be good little clips for tweets, spot the frameworks that are going to turn into viral threads or graphics, you name it. And we'll get into the examples in a second here, but it's a lot like clipping where you essentially need to have an eye for understanding the best moments with good hooks and value propositions.
But more often than not, it's really about just kind of having the muscle memory of knowing where there's a good hook, where there's a good piece of value and where there's a good close. And it's the same way as turning it into viral short form clips. So if you've seen like a big clipping strategy, you kind of understand how this works.
But the difference is that we're actually turning it into formats and packages that work on X multiple times per day and pushing out tons of volume. So like if we have a video that's 40 minutes long, we're breaking it down into small segments like this could be a good tweet and this part could be a good thread. This could be a good infographic that our graphic designer can make.
You name it, right? We turn it into all of these different frameworks and we do the same thing on LinkedIn. inside for him as well.
So a great example of this is in one of Jeremy's old get richer talks, he talks about how his wife was able to pay for a woman's dog surgery and just save them with money. And we turn that into just a four line tweet saying my girl saw a lady crying at the vet dog needed surgery, no money, my girl pay for it on the spot.
And that's what money actually buys the ability to say yes instantly. And it went semi viral 43 ,000 views 880 likes. Now the key thing here is that if this went more viral, let's say it got 4 million views, it probably would have attracted a ton of hate.
Just because when you go kind of general population viral, we tend to attract a lot of haters no matter what you say. So it's really good. We want to be in this little sweet spot between, I'd say, 10 ,000 and 500 ,000 views.
Once we start getting in the millions of views, we see a lot of issues. And a lot of those tweets honestly end up getting deleted because they just bring too much hate and they do more harm than good for what we're trying to actually accomplish. And this is another tweet that came from one of the Get Richer Talks.
But it says, when you're young and first getting money, you got to move through the checkboxes fast. Clothes, locations, cars, watches. Get those boxes checked.
so your brain can focus on the real moves. People who skip this step carry it with them forever. And imagine a lot of people would hate on this if it went a little bit too viral, but this is just another more top of funnel mindset related tweet that did really well.
26 ,000 views, 166 bookmarks, 685 likes. It's definitely the sweet spot for what we're looking for. And the key here is we're not asking Jeremy to sit down and come up with ideas that would be good for tweets or come up with stories.
He's just sitting down, like I said, stream of consciousness, spitballing whatever's current for him, whatever his audience wants at the time. time. He's getting a lot of his ideas from the inner circle chat, what people are asking at the time.
He has a backlog of Jeremy AI questions. So he sees thousands of inputs of what people want to know right now. And we are able to do the dirty work, get our hands dirty of finding those moments that will make good tweets, make good threads, make good long forms.
And just to drive this point home, there was a really good video that he did that was how to actually sell to rich people step by step. This one was over two years ago. And the idea is unique to him with his actual tips, but we knew how to turn this into multiple different forms.
that went viral on x including a thread as well as an apple notes graphic that was trending at the time so you'll see here we did a thread that says i've been selling to rich people for 10 plus years spent more than tens of millions of dollars targeting wealthy demographics here's exactly how to sell to rich people it got 200 000 views it's one of his best threads on the platform and a great leading indicator to tell as well if your audience really fs with your content is this 1000 bookmarks ratio he's got more almost double the amount of bookmarks as likes that's usually a good sign that the content is extremely valuable here's another version or another framework that we use this was an apple notes style graphic that was trending at the time how to sell to rich people after 10 plus years doing it you can see we created this graphic it's very similar information 187 000 views got 2 000 likes this time and about 2 000 bookmarks and this is just like a practical tip typically you'll get more bookmarks if it's harder to consume because people want to like come back to it later just a random psychological hack there so every week we go through our creative process we go through our creative director our copywriter then jeremy ai
iq sees it then we schedule it but finding the post is only half the job the way we write them decides who we actually bring into the audience and this is where we're probably doing something a little bit different with jeremy we're not trying to grow him slowly we're trying to grow him as fast as we can just without making the content broader just because we want to bring in people who are actually going to be useful to him so the interesting thing about this thread is he talks about how he sells to rich people right in the hook he's like i sell to rich people it says it right in the hook we're essentially pseudo disqualifying all of our non -target demographic by saying i sell to rich people what it really does is two things is like your actual demographic finds this very valuable but it kind of has like the nosy effect like the nosy neighbor where they're just trying to listen in like they feel like they're not supposed to see this that's why i got about 600 000 views almost above the threshold of what we're looking for but this is a really good thread for targeting the right people and the good thing about this this is like a cornerstone piece of content right we want this piece of content going out every single quarter in whatever framework we think
to work at the time because it's going to anchor his entire brand his entire brand is selling to rich people so we like to rerun this quarterly in different formats this is another example that we did as an article was how to sell to rich people after 10 plus years doing it and this one only got like 15 000 views but the point is this is really a cornerstone piece of content because it directly reverse engineers the demographic in the hook we recently saw this with another client of ours who targets executives for fitness we started just restating the demographic in the hook it was like if you're an executive who wants to lose 20 pounds x y and z that's a great way to target affluent demographics is just restating your icp directly in the hook and just going back to this checkboxes tweet the reason this one attracts the right demographic is again we're restating the demographic directly in the hook just in a different more subtle way so this first line here says when you're young and first getting money so it's targeting people who are just starting to make a good amount of money in our case we're trying to target people who are doing 100k 200k 300k a month minimum which is essentially the bare minimum
threshold to get into Jeremy's offers like the inner circle, this is restating our demographic right in the hook in another creative way. And you can do this in a million different ways depending on the situation of the story or the piece of content that you're creating. And that's basically what we're looking for when I'm going through Jeremy's content.
I don't want just a good post. I want a post that makes sense for the audience we're trying to build. We're trying to make posts that bring in the right audience.
Part of this is doing content that Jeremy himself doesn't even particularly enjoy like Twitter threads. Like for example, we did this thread earlier. this week that says i've spent millions testing every possible way to produce leads via sales webinars dm funnels the thing about threads is that they have the perfect format for presenting information that's in a concise framework especially frameworks that are numbered right like if it says rule number one rule number two rule number three and so on it's perfectly structured for individual tweets under the thread and the cool thing about threads is that each tweet that comes subsequent to the hook is quotable itself it is retweetable itself and what you'll notice when you scroll threads is that different tweets within the thread have different amounts of likes and each tweet is screenshotable right each tweet is bookmarkable and you'll notice that each of these tweets have their own individual performance metrics and that's the cool thing about threads is it's essentially chaining together 10 12 15 individual ideas into one concise post and jeremy hated them when we first started working together but now he tolerates them because he knows they actually perform and they're a great way to present the ideas that he's spitting on his youtube and they're also just
really readable for our target demographic like our target demographic is typically super short on time ideally high performers that are wealthy aren't spending tons of time on social media so one of our number one goals is to create concise pieces of content that drive a ton of value and that are super readable so threads are a great way to make readable frameworks so once we've got the right people reading the next job is making sure we don't have to rely on x to reach them again so i'm going to show two places that we are pushing our audience on x so obviously we are growing the following and that's kind of the main metric for X itself but that's not where we're shooting them after the piece of content I'll show something that we recently started doing with Jeremy but we've been doing this for half a decade with our other clients and that's lead magnets he's taken this seriously enough that he's hired someone full -time in -house to create just like the most insane lead magnets so now it's becoming a really successful part of our strategy but when someone sees a lead magnet that they want like in this example killing ads the moment they lose money is the fastest way to guarantee they never make you any and it's essentially a cold ads playbook that we
We say like this post and comment, just like you would see for ManyChat for Instagram or any other platform. And you can see tons and tons of people in the right demographic are commenting. The most important thing to understand for lead magnets are just a super easy way to get people off the platform onto your email list.
But they're also a great way to drive reach because you are typically going to get dozens, if not hundreds of comments, which is going to help the algorithm. And we automate this, obviously, just like ManyChat. They comment the keyword and they get the lead magnet into their DMs.
We built custom software on the XAPI that does this. now because there is no many chat for x but every single time we do one of these lead magnets we're typically driving anywhere from 50 to 100 people to the email list but this is particularly useful when you're selling really expensive stuff and it's been a core part of my personal brand strategy as well because you want them to consume tons and tons of your content before they ever buy and i should say there's rarely a buyer journey that's going to be as direct as coming in as a follower and then paying you that 10k a month if you're selling these extremely expensive products a lot of the time the organic customer journey is they see a youtube video they watch an ig reel they consume a couple of playbooks maybe they get a scaling plan maybe they try out one of your low ticket offers they read a thread they read an article they'd read a tweet they go back to youtube then they finally book that call the organic customer journey is just rarely ever linear unless they are on a really impulse buying moment so the point is that you want to keep them in your ecosystem as much as possible so lead magnets are a great way to get them onto your list where ideally you're sending emails multiple times per week if not per day and last but not least the most important thing here is that the
The end is exactly where we started, and that's pushing as many people back to YouTube as possible. The main strategy that we've been doing for the past year before we did the lead magnets was pushing people back to YouTube where they're going to have that highest conversion mechanism. If you already have YouTube that is converting at a really high clip rate, you know it's a proven conversion mechanism.
The goal of your other platform should be funneling back to the YouTube. So X was never really the final destination. For Jeremy, we're just pushing everybody back to YouTube by doing what's called an auto plug.
under all of his outperforming tweets like you can see here it plugs it says if you like this subscribe to my YouTube channel where I go even more in depth on how to scale a business to a million dollars per month and we could see here that over 56 000 people have went to his profile we typically see about a 10 conversion rate to link clicks that's over 5 000 people that have just clicked to the link in his bio which doesn't include the tens of thousands of people that have clicked the plugs under his tweets so whenever a tweet goes viral it outperforms typically the top 20 so for him typically over a hundred likes we plug under it the youtube channel and people are able to click into that so the content starts feeding itself the content we're making from youtube sends people back to youtube and whatever jeremy records there gives us more to work with the following week and so on and so forth it's just a flywheel it's an engine that goes every single week he puts in his one input and he knows he's getting hundreds of outputs but i also don't want to pretend that we track every dollar this makes jeremy like he doesn't attribute his revenue back to individual platforms so i can't show you an exact number for ex
exactly how much money his Twitter has generated. What we do have is people telling us that they found him, that they read his tweets before joining the inner circle. I did a little bit of market research.
I'll pop up some screenshots on the screen, but we've literally asked people if they read his tweets before they joined the inner circle and paid 10K a month. And they tell us that they read it every single day. And I tell this to a lot of prospects.
You can attribute revenue directly to each platform if you want. And I tell people all the time, you can set up tracking where you set up each individual organic platform to go directly to a CTA. And then you can track the end.
individual ROI of each social media platform. But I just find that you don't get the exponential results or the amplifier effect of creating a flywheel where they all just point back to one conversion mechanism. So if you are someone that has a really dialed in YouTube, it just makes sense to push to that.
Or if you have a dialed in newsletter, you can again push each platform direct to a CTA and track the individual ROAS. But this video is about building the actual content engine and the flywheel that gets the exponential results because it understands the organic content journey is not as linear as just platform to CTA.
So we know the right people are reading the content. We know some of them are eventually buying, but I'm not going to pretend I know which individual tweet gets credit for the sale. It's an entire system that fits together really nicely.
The interesting thing is this is only one way I think about content because once you start creating content based on who you want to see it, not just how many people you want to see it, you start to think about it a little bit different. So if you want to see another video on how I think about content, check out the video on the screen and I'll see you over there.
Cheers.
