Big Idea
The argument in one line.
Running on decision rules instead of willpower, treating reversible choices as free and irreversible ones as worth slowing down for, turns daily discipline, AI-assisted execution, and a down sales month into one coherent operating system.
Who This Is For
Read if. Skip if.
READ IF YOU ARE…
You run a coaching, agency, or course business with a small team and want real numbers behind a slow month, not just the highlight reel.
You're using, or considering, Claude Code to build marketing systems and want a concrete example of what one overnight build session can produce.
You're trying to build personal systems around food, energy, and delegation that hold up under a heavy work schedule, not a one-off productivity hack.
You're deciding whether to run a looser, less corporate team structure and want to hear the tradeoffs from someone who tried both.
SKIP IF…
You want a step-by-step tutorial. This is a narrated daily vlog that jumps between personal and business topics without much transition.
Frank talk about dating, loneliness, spending, and explicit language bothers you. The video doesn't filter for a general audience.
You're looking for repeatable channel-growth tactics. The algorithm insight here is one observation, not a tested framework.
TL;DR
The full version, fast.
A solo founder narrates one day of running a multi-million dollar coaching and ad business, treating personal discipline and company operations as one system. Food becomes pre-set fuel rules, tasks get filtered through eliminate-automate-delegate before AI absorbs most of the automate step, and a same-day meeting transcript turns into an overnight Claude Code build that's booking calls by morning. The back half covers a sales month gone sideways: a data check before blaming the team, a time-boxed high-ticket offer that recovered $150,000 in a day, and the hiring and cash-buffer tradeoffs that follow a hot streak. It closes on one algorithm observation: a narrower, newer channel matching one with 136 times the subscribers.

Atomic Insights
Lines worth screenshotting.
Treating 80-90% of meals as pure fuel and saving real indulgence for one meal a week removes the daily decision fatigue around food.
The eliminate-automate-delegate order from The 4-Hour Workweek still works, except AI now makes the automate step dramatically cheaper and faster.
A single Claude Code session handed a sales system brief before bed produced 20 creatives, five UGC videos, a funnel, and live ads by morning.
Building things that don't increase revenue or decrease costs is mental masturbation, no matter how sophisticated the system looks.
Frontend cash and deal volume are a leading indicator: a slow month there shows up in backend revenue two to four months later.
A time-boxed, high-ticket cash play recovered a down month, generating $150,000 in 24 hours from an offer outside the normal funnel.
Hiring four or five people during three record months back to back added $30,000 a month in payroll right before a down month hit.
A hard cash floor that's never touched means a slow month costs take-home pay, not people.
Reversible, low-consequence decisions get made immediately; irreversible, high-consequence ones get slowed down for research.
A looser, friend-like team culture with fewer meetings and less EOS-style structure increased retention compared to a fully structured operating system.
Running a big discretionary purchase through a compound interest calculator, not a gut feeling, is how it gets justified or killed.
A channel with 804 subscribers and zero bought views matched or beat a 109,000-subscriber channel's view counts, because current algorithms reward topic focus over subscriber count.
Dream-day design starts with rating every day 1-10 in a journal, then isolating and stacking whichever variables produced the 8s and 9s.
A fixed visualization routine, dissolving the previous day's bad habits then rehearsing the ideal day in detail, is run as a trainable skill, not a mood.
Comparing every ad event by quantity and quality, not just cost-per-lead, surfaced the one metric worth optimizing toward and fixed a broken pixel feedback loop.
Takeaway
The real system behind a $35M year.
EXECUTION SYSTEMS
Food rules, a reversible-decision filter, and an AI build run overnight turn into a repeatable playbook for recovering a bad sales month and keeping a team through it.
02My Rules for Food and Energy
Treat 80-90% of meals as pure energy, not entertainment, and save real indulgence for one meal a week so food stops being a daily decision.
Set hard pre-commitment rules before willpower is tested, like no stopping at gas stations and no snacks before the planned meals, so the decision gets made once, in advance.
The quality of your life traces back to the quality of your decisions, which traces back to your energy, which traces back to food, sleep, and movement.
03Never Do What You Can Delegate
Eliminate first, automate second, delegate third still holds, except AI now makes the automate step cheap enough to skip straight past manual delegation.
Review delegated tasks on a recurring schedule and actively kill the ones that no longer matter; a to-do board only works if someone is also crossing things off it entirely.
Building something impressive that doesn't increase revenue or decrease cost is mental masturbation, no matter how technically sophisticated it looks.
04The 12-Hour AI Launch
A same-day meeting transcript can become a brief: hand an AI tool the full build overnight, with an explicit ask for a status report by morning.
A complete marketing system, creatives, video, funnel, and live ads, can go from brief to booking appointments in under 12 hours when the underlying templates already exist.
The AI speeds up assembly, not the underlying strategy. Having the templates and systems already figured out is still what makes the overnight build possible.
07Designing My Dream Life
A dream day gets engineered like a product: rate every day 1-10 in a journal, isolate which specific variables produced the 8s and 9s, then deliberately stack those variables back to back.
Rooms, equipment, or routines that don't get used in a year get removed; unused space is a cost, not a sunk asset worth protecting.
11Cars, Cash, and Opportunity Cost
Before a big discretionary purchase, run the actual number through a compound interest calculator instead of a gut feeling; comparing the cash now against its five-year growth turns a vague guilt trip into a real tradeoff.
A purchase only gets greenlit once it's tied to a specific, previously identified want tracked over time, not to what a stranger online is flexing.
12My Meditation Routine
A repeatable three-step visualization, dissolve the previous day's bad habit, run a short affirmation pass, then rehearse the next ideal day in sensory detail, works as a trainable daily skill, not an occasional mood.
Removing small interruptions, red light, blackout glasses, a fixed audio track, is what makes a visualization practice sustainable day after day.
14The Hair Protocol Experiment
From Ray Dalio's Principles: if a decision is low-consequence and reversible, make it immediately and move on; if it's high-consequence and irreversible, slow down and research it first.
Running two interventions at once instead of switching cold is a hedge against an outcome that feels irreversible actually being reversible if caught early.
15Fixing a Bad Sales Month
When a team blames a down month on lead quality, check it three ways, deal size, lead source, and call transcripts, before accepting the explanation; an unconfirmed cause tends to repeat.
Frontend cash and deal volume are a leading indicator: a slow month there shows up in backend revenue two to four months later, because backend is where most of the profit sits.
A time-boxed, high-ticket offer sold directly can recover a bad month fast; selling your own time personally should stay a last resort, not a default move.
16The Risk of Hiring
Hiring during a hot streak adds fixed cost right before the inevitable slow month; three record months back to back is not proof the next one will be too.
A hard cash floor that's never touched is the actual hedge against layoffs; it means a slow month costs take-home pay, not people.
Capital parked in a team that isn't fully utilized yet can still beat the same capital sitting in the market for a few months, because the team is ready the moment volume returns.
17Making Work Less Corporate
A fully structured operating system run to the letter can produce compliance, not energy; staff who've worked under both versions consistently prefer the looser one.
Looser doesn't mean lower accountability. It means fewer meetings and less process theater while KPIs, comp plans, and goals stay in place.
19Repairing My Ad Attribution
Broken attribution hides in the gap between platforms: pixel events can silently stop firing back to an ad platform while the dashboard still looks normal.
Compare ad events by both quantity and quality, not just cost-per-lead; an 80% difference in outcome can hide behind two campaigns with an identical cost-per-call.
20I'm Done Chasing Validation
Repeatedly asking an audience to comment and engage is a needy signal; the useful line to draw is whether content is being made for yourself or for approval.
Keep feedback (what to change) separate from validation (whether to keep going); conflating the two turns every comment section into a referendum on self-worth.
21Why the New Channel Is Winning
A smaller, newer channel can match or beat a much larger channel's view counts, because current recommendation algorithms weight topic focus over existing subscriber count.
A single-topic channel is easier for a platform to match to interested viewers than one mixing shorts, long-form, tutorials, and podcasts; format-mixing makes the algorithm's job harder, not the content's quality.
Glossary
Terms worth knowing.
Eliminate-automate-delegate
A priority order for removing work from your plate: try to eliminate a task entirely first, then automate it, and only delegate what's left over.
Leading indicator
An early metric that predicts a later result. Here, frontend sales volume predicts backend revenue two to four months ahead.
EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
A structured system for running a company, from the book Traction, built around scheduled meetings, scorecards, and defined roles.
Hyros
Ad attribution software that tracks which marketing touchpoints led to a sale and feeds that data back to ad platforms like Meta.
Cash play
A short, time-boxed offer or promotion a business runs specifically to generate fast revenue during a slow period.
Fathom
A meeting-recording tool that generates searchable transcripts, used here as the raw material for an AI-built sales system.

I made over $35 million in the last couple of years, and here's everything I'm doing to grow in my personal and business life. Before we get into the video, as usual, look at this. Look, look at this right here.
Is this not one of the cutest things you've ever freaking seen? If you are a guy and you are solo dolo, although there is quite a bit of responsibility, and I do highly suggest getting a personal assistant, I can't tell you where I'd be without my dog, honestly. She is unbelievable, and having somebody who loves you truly unconditionally that people say, Oh, I love you unconditionally, but truly.
Okay.
No, I'm in the video. I'm sorry. I'm talking about you.
Okay. I will have to say it's, and I'll talk about kind of loneliness here in a little bit, but she has been unbelievable. Oh my God.
I don't know what I'd be without her. And also a great chick magnet, to be honest with you. It's actually hilarious when I go out with her because she's just a fricking.
It's just like people come stop and they're talking about the dog and you get a conversation with them. And next thing you know, you're marrying those people. So, okay, let's dive into it.
So number one, macros on fleek. Now, I know some of you guys might be unks like me. So fleek means like it's going well, essentially.
Okay. And don't worry, I'll keep you up to speed with this stuff. You know what I mean?
I learn it. I write it down. I AIX and then I regurgitate it for you guys.
So fleek is like. Good things. It's like cooking.
Now, cooking, you can cook, as in things are going well, or you can be cooked, as in that's not so well. So some of them, they're hamana manabhiyas. I just combined two words together.
Anyway, macros on fleek. I have been doing so well the last couple of days. So since I came back from Europe, my meals have been good, but not fantastic.
I increased my protein intake. And I feel good. I look good.
But for some reason, I was just like in between meals. I was snacking. I was getting a thing here or there.
If you watch my couple last videos, some of the things I do is I made some rules for myself. So number one, no stopping at convenience stores or gas stations. And number two, I can't have any snacks until I eat my three primary meals a day, which are in my protocol, which I share with you guys.
And even today, I had a very long day of work. And I just went to a pickleball lesson. It came first of all, it's right next to a gas station.
I really wanted to stop and get something on the way home. I didn't. And then I came home and I still wanted to order a pizza.
I wanted to get Thai food. And you know, it's so funny. I've only done three days of having my macros dialed and I already feel like I deserve to go out and do whatever I want.
And this is Thursday night. which means that I would almost ruin my chance Friday or Saturday night for having something and going out. And so I followed my rule, my system.
Okay, Ravi, you can still get something if you want to, but first you have to have your meal at home. So of course I begrudgingly make my meal at home, eat that, and I don't want food anymore. You know what I mean?
It's so funny how that works. And a lot of the times it's just habits. A lot of times even whatever you get is not actually satisfying.
So if you can eat a nice clean meal, And by the way, I mean, I wish I could show you guys some photos of the meals I eat. They are not fancy.
They're not special. I'll see on Instagram these people that have like, you know, they're using the Nutri Creamy and they have like, you know, all these beautiful colors and things and all this stuff. And mine is just as boring and bland as it gets.
But that's because I see food 95 % of the time as energy. It is literally just purely energy for me. A big mistake I see a lot of people making, in my opinion.
is they see food as this like big parade every single time they have to have a meal and they call themselves foodies, right? Where I think that if you did anything like that, right? Even if you thought that you were a, you know, you liked cinema and you liked movies all the time, would you legit watch three movies every single day?
Probably not, right? Would you maybe wait for one time a week and then go watch a really great movie and spend your time on that? Probably.
And it's the same thing when it comes with your food. And yet some people are shocked, surprised even. Oh my God, I got to figure out what I'm having for lunch today.
I mean, it is like, it is legit hilarious to me when I hear people or I'm with people or people like, I don't know what we're going to do for lunch today. What should we do for lunch? I'm like, dude, this happens every day for the next fucking 60 years.
Maybe figure it out. And then you can do a little variance on it. And I've also found that even when I like, just so I'm not a total robot psychopath, when I get invited, so sometimes I'll get invited to like a lunch meeting or something like that.
Or I've talked about this on my channel. I'll get invited to go to dinner with friends, a group of people. 80 to 90 % of the time I will eat my own macros at my house.
Now that's not because I think I'm better than them or because I'm like this insane person. It's mostly because I know that at that restaurant, I likely can't hit my macros and I'd rather just eat it and be 100 % good to go. Because then when I do want to go all out.
Like when I was with my mom the other night and I took her to an Italian restaurant on Monday, I got focaccia bread. I got a pasta. I got a steak.
You know, I usually get like when I go out and I'm actually doing that one meal, I'll get like four or five things in the menu. I just order a bunch of apps. I did the same thing at the local Japanese restaurant last week.
So I kind of go all out that one meal. And then I try to stay super dialed to the other. You know, for me, I eat 21 meals a week.
19 to 20 meals, I try to have just the bland, basic, boring stuff. And then those one or two all really pop up. And as a side note to that, you know, this doesn't apply to me because your boy's fucking loaded.
But for all of you poor people out there, this is beneficial because this allows you to not spend so much money on food every single day. You know, you could literally, I don't know how much my meals would cost because obviously I also have somebody cook it for me and I don't really look at the receipts, but whatever. I can't even tell you what the amount is, but I would imagine it's less than $10 a meal, maybe $10 to $12 a meal, which there's no way in 2026 in any major city you're getting away for less than $10 to $12 a meal, right?
And then, of course, there's the time that you got to put on to it. You got to drive somewhere, you got to drive back, blah, blah, blah. So, you know, I have it.
I love what I have right now, which is literally I sit right here. My assistant brings it down, feeds it in front of me. I eat it and she goes upstairs.
And I know, I know, Robbie, you're so out of touch. We're not all like you. I get it.
Just try to be like me. Okay. Be better.
I don't know what you want me to do. Okay. I wasn't always like this.
All right. I did it all by myself. I'm just kidding.
Had a ton of help. Was super lucky. I was born a white male in the United States.
You know, I'm not going to say I wasn't given some good cards here, but also a lot of other people are, and they're watching this video going, I can't eat food like that. So anyway, I know that's not you. So I'm sorry that I'm doing that for you.
I just realized I might've also spelled fleek wrong. Is it F -L -E -A -K? Flack?
Or this is F -L -E -E -K. The world may never know. So that was my little rant about it.
I highly suggest if you don't have, at the very least, do meal prep. I don't love meal prep because I've never really had a good meal prep company. And they never can confirm whether they're using seed oils or anything else.
I would even suggest, I actually considered this for a little bit of time. Ask your mom. If you still live in a hometown, ask your mom.
Get your abuela. You know what I mean? If you give them $15, $20 a meal, a lot of them would be happy.
They're sitting around not doing much anyway. And they'd be happy to make you and be of service to you. And you get the best of both worlds.
It is kind of funny because I don't know what I will do when I get a significant other in my life because I'm like, so like, I don't know. I'm like, there's definitely like a few things missing in my life right now that. Like somebody that's working for me can't give me.
But it is kind of funny how, you know, I, my laundry taken care of the house is cleaned every single week. I have my, my, my cooking taken care of. It's like, you know, anyway, point being I, I would say, I I've said this a hundred times on this channel, but the quality of your life is determined by the quality of your decisions.
The quality of decisions is determined by your energy. Your energy is determined by what you eat, how you sleep and how you move your body. And what you should spend your time on.
You know what I mean? Like what gives you energy, what takes energy away. So one big pillar of that is your food.
So stop taking it so, you know, loosey -goosey and don't just script past this video and don't take some action. Take micro steps. You know, when I first heard about macros, I did just focus on macros for years.
Then I learned about micros, right? So micronutrients inside of the macros. And that's when I started going deeper inside of that.
I learned about prebiotics, probiotics. And over time, you stack all of this on each other to the point. that you get a really amazing routine.
But don't feel like you have to go from zero to the amazing routine. Just start somewhere. And I mean, even if you had, what I'll do sometimes is I will have like an Uber Eats meal that I literally, when I stay and I'm traveling, I will literally just reorder that or I'll have my assistant reorder it for me for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every single day.
Or I'll just have, when I go to the hotel, like let's say I check in at a hotel, I will literally say, hey, just so you know, I'm going to order the same thing when I order room service the first time. I said, I'm gonna order the same thing two to three times a day. So I'm just gonna say the rubby special and you're gonna know what it is.
And they always laugh and then they're always surprised, but I literally do it two to three times a day. Now, obviously on vacations, I will eat out more, but if I only eat one meal and go all out instead of three, then I don't come back looking like a big fat piece of shit. Okay, number two, never do anything that can be delegated.
That's one of my core principles in life. Transparently, you know, principles are things that you strive for. It doesn't mean that you hit it every single day.
I'm obviously still doing things that can be delegated. That being said, today, I was on a meeting outside with my team. My computer was dying.
My assistant was there. She saw my computer was dying. So she went inside, grabbed an extension cord and my charger, plugged my computer in so I didn't have to move anywhere.
um my personal stretcher so i have a fascial stretcher and i don't know if you've seen that like freaking this is this is where i felt like i was um i was literally on the show billions was one of my favorite uh shows but i got a yeah here we go let me share this tab um I literally got a couple weeks ago, I got a fascial stretcher.
It's like a fascial massage stretcher. And so if you've ever seen billions before, you see this like girl comes in and she like stretches these billionaires out. And I was like, I was like, that's actually pretty cool, because I literally never stretch myself.
So I can delegate my stretching to somebody else. So I've been doing that last couple weeks. I definitely noticed a big difference in it.
And I'm super tight. I also dislocated my shoulder a couple of years ago, tore my labor from 12 to six. So it's crazy.
I thought I was all good to go. And then he like starts hitting certain areas and I'm like, like, like it hurts, you know? So, but anyway, I had my assistant there.
I had my stretcher stretching me. I had my maids cleaning my house. And then my assistant was making my meal.
As soon as I got done with stretching, I get off the table. I go to my. My outdoor table, which is right next to it.
I start my next meeting and my assistant brings me my meal. And it was it was just this moment that I was like, damn, your boy's fucking dialed. OK, I am dialed right now.
Now, I also am thinking in my head, like, what are these other people thinking in this house? Like, they must think that I'm a billionaire, which I'm not. I'm not even like unbelievably wealthy.
But it is crazy how. I don't know how I just built the systems around it. Like none of this stuff, I feel like you have to have a liquid eight figure net worth to get done.
Like you can do this stuff if you make, I don't know, 200 grand a year, I feel like, you know, and you can still get a lot of this stuff done. But most people choose not to do it. It's very, very simple.
So I strive in all ways to never do anything that can be delegated. And by the way, if you have never seen or read. The 4 -Hour Workweek by Tim Ferriss.
He talks about you should always eliminate first, automate second, delegate third. And he wrote this, I don't know, 2014, 15, 16, 17, I don't know what year. And obviously that was way before AI.
I mean, Zapier and If This Then That software just started coming out. But now it's insane what you can do with AI. Absolutely crazy.
I mean, we can maybe talk about some of it later on today. We're no longer using editors to edit our clients' ads. We now have...
An AI editor that does all the jump cuts overlays. It looks like legit. And now we don't have these editors for more.
So not only is it more accurate, faster, it's also cheaper. Right. So always automate first, always eliminate first, then automate, then delegate.
I'll give another lesson on on that thing. So every week, my executive assistant, she has a. board called the Executive Assistant To -Do Board in Asana.
And every time I give her a project, I think I've talked about this before, but I have a little AI tool I created where I just talk to it and it finds the tasks that have to do with what I'm talking about and updates them. Or if it doesn't find any tasks, it then creates them. So whenever I have an idea, I can just be like, hey, I think we should extend the length of the driveway, go figure out a quote to do that.
And then it'll create the task for us at the due date. Well, whenever I meet with her every week, what I'll do is like I'll look at the board and then there's at least two or three tasks every single week. And I'm just like, yeah, we don't need to do this anymore.
And it's funny because she would have spent and even though she's salary. So it's not like I'm paying more money for her to do it, but it's it's preventing us getting done the other things that really, really matter. So I'm really ruthless with elimination.
Another great example of how I'm ruthless with elimination, which, you know, ironically enough, my ex and her family used to make fun of me all the time is. is like things in the house. If I think that we're not going to use something again, I will just, I'll get rid of it.
Or if I think it's going to be a year, like Halloween decorations, Christmas decorations, I'll just get rid of it. There's this famous story with my ex's family where my ex's mom came down to stay with us in Miami at my condo. And she was there for like a week and she left a water bottle at my house.
And when she left, the water bottle was there. And I was like, oh, your mom. forgot a water bottle and she's like my ex like oh i'll set it up to her which you know whatever people have tendencies i knew my ex likely wasn't ever going to do it and she was like oh i'll come and get it what the mom was like i'll come and get it next time i'm down like when are you going to come back down here again it's a water bottle so i threw it away that family never ever let me live that down i'm like this is a toy i will buy you another 20 water bottle you know i but that's that's how i am and and they and so then there's this joke now from now on or i guess up until she became my ex that, uh, like they would like leave something overnight and they'd be like, don't throw it away.
But that's how I am. It's like, you know, I eliminate everything in life because I feel like on a day to day basis, let alone a week to week and a month to month and a year to year basis, you accumulate so much shits both mentally and physically that you have to be in a constant state of getting rid of, getting rid of, getting rid of.
I also came from a household where like my mother was a hoarder. Not like the hoarder you watch on the TV shows, but somewhat close to that as far as our storage units were concerned. So I am constantly just like, let's get rid of this.
Let's get rid of this. And like anything else, that's why I always cover personal stuff and business stuff on this channel, because they're interconnected. It's not like you can be this piece of shit personal person that's out of shape, fat, blah, blah, blah, and have a super successful business for a long period of time.
Eventually, one's going to reconcile with the other, right? Same as vice versa.
Anyway, I wrote that because I remember when it was happening, I was like, I need to talk about this on my daily video today. But I had everything working for me, and I was just sitting there looking at the ceiling being like, wow, this is insane. This is what it feels like to have everything delegated.
Three is speed of implementation. This is just a quick reminder, but it is – last Thursday, my team on my meeting with them, they were like, hey, what if we tested this industry? We have a lot of successful clients in it.
We wanted to find something to combat AI in our industry. et cetera, et cetera. So I was like, what if we test this industry?
I literally took that fathom transcripts and I had Thursdays are my meeting day. So I'm on meetings from pretty much 10 AM until 5 PM, took that transcript. And then in between the five to 10 minutes of my meeting worked with cloud code to start building out this entire sales system.
Now for me, it's easy because we build literally dozens of full marketing and sales systems every single month. So I have a lot of stuff already saved. But I was pretty much like, hey, here's this.
Here's what I'd like to do. And then before I went to bed that night, I told Cloud Code, I said, look, I'm going to bed. When I wake up, I want 20 creatives, image and B -roll.
I want five videos from our ad creators, UGC creators. I want a funnel. I want the application.
I want the ads live. And I want everything set up. And don't give me any excuses.
When I wake up, give me a third grade report of where we're at. Went to sleep, got in the morning, we're getting booked appointments the next morning. It was insane.
And it reminds me because sometimes I'll do some stuff, like I'll have to log into fucking ClickFunnels, which I haven't done that in forever. I'll log in there and I'll be like, wow, it is so funny. When we used to build these funnels, we were manually dragging and dropping stuff here.
It would take so long and now we can move so quickly. Now, there's obviously a double -edged sword here because I see a lot of people doing what I like to call mental masturbation. where they just build a bunch of shit and it doesn't actually lead to increasing the business's revenue or decreasing costs.
So everything you're doing should be doing one of those two things, increasing revenue, decreasing costs. Even for me, I've gotten rid of a bunch of softwares that we use because I just recreated them myself and they were in the perfect use cases for us versus us hodgepodging things together. But if you're not, it still blows my mind sometimes.
I was hanging out with... a e -commerce guy the other day you know doing a couple million dollars a year in sales and he's like yeah like i've been thinking about getting on that cloud code thing but i don't know i'm like thinking about getting on it i'm like dude you are about to be fucking dusted okay by the way for my you know unks out there dust it's kind of just like left in the dust you know what i mean so it's like you're you know like if you're oh like another one bites the dust that might be a little bit more relevant to my grants but you guys see what i'm saying here number four cold plunge this is just a funny story I have a cold plunge at my house.
I do it every single morning. There's plenty of studies that show, just so you know, I'm not a pussy. There's plenty of studies that show that the max benefits of a cold plunge happen between 40 and 50 degrees.
Anybody that's at like 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, they're just stupid. Not stupid, but it's just a little insane. And just so you know, for four years, I did one at a gym in Miami that was at 35 degrees.
So I can do a very cold one, but it was like legit. dangerously cold in my opinion eventually they increase the uh the temperature of it but the my cold plunge here i usually have it about like 43 44 and and the main benefits happen between those those 10 degrees and the only other benefit that could vary for you is in order to get the um the hormone release that a lot of people look for kind of that like natural high that you can get without doing heroin um but heroin is a little bit better is your body has to physically be wanting to get out of that plunge.
And your mind has to be forcing you to stay in there. And that kind of like fighting, that resistance is what will trigger that hormone release. And so for me, that was fine at 43, 44 degrees.
And then the last couple of days, I'm like, wow, dude, I'm really dialed right now. Like, I feel like this is really good. I'm like staying in here.
But I felt like... I could stay in here for five minutes or eight minutes or 10 minutes. And I looked at the temp and it was like 44, 45 degrees.
And I'm like, oh, that's weird. I haven't set a 43. Why is it like that?
Well, finally, yesterday, I bent down to look at the actual chiller unit and it was turned off. So the past, like, whatever, I don't know how many days. I had felt like this for like four or five days.
And I legit just thought that I was such a savage that I was just used to it now. And it wasn't a big deal anymore. Well, then I turned it on yesterday.
I went in it today. Which, by the way, I had turned it down to 40 because I was like, maybe it's broken. It needs to be cooler.
So I turned it down to 40. So I went there this morning at 40 degrees. Oh, my God.
Because I think it's also a difference. Even though the temperature was correct because it was super insulated, it did stay at like 44, 45. It wasn't nearly as cold because there wasn't like cool water pushing into the cold plunge.
So it wasn't like moving water. So that, as you know, if you've done a cold plunge before, it's not as bad. But if you have moving water and it's set at 40, I was like looking at the clock every 10 seconds.
I was like, how much longer do I have to get out of here? So I thought it was kind of a funny story. No alcohol equals less social scenes.
So first of all, I'll just say it because this is a channel I'm super honest on. You know, I'm kind of like a little, I don't want to use the word lonely, but it kind of is like that. I'm just kind of a little lonely right now, you know?
i went from uh having a relationship for six years where i was with the other person literally 23 hours of the day to being by myself you know and yes i have maids and my assistant coming through the house but you know what i mean and like even today it's just like it's a thursday i got done with my pickleball lesson i went to the local pickleball courts to see if anybody was there nobody was there and i just drove home and then i just sat down and like worked for a little bit and now i'm shooting this video and i'm probably just gonna work a little bit longer and then go to bed and i don't think there's anything inherently wrong with that i do value time with others and i'm trying to really stay strong with like the not get distracted by like trying to hit up a bunch of women and like have short -term gratification with that which is hard because you know before i left for europe i was like going on dates and i did actually enjoy that a lot and i try not to be so like black and white like oh you do you do or you don't
But there is a truth about that kind of being a little bit of a distraction. And I also see it as another kind of unfair dopamine hit. If you watch my video about dopamine the other day, it's just like, it's an unhealthy dopamine hit.
And I don't necessarily want to, I don't know. I don't know. But I'm definitely lonely.
I definitely feel it. And then like, you know, now I'm hitting up my friends to go hang out, but they're all in relationships. And so, yeah, it's kind of hard.
Now I will say. And then the last video when I said I was going to go to Mexico City, I got a bunch of texts from people that were like, yo, let's hook up in Mexico City. Well, not like hook up in Mexico City, but I think you know what I mean.
And I was super grateful for that. Thank you guys all for messaging me. If I go there, I'll definitely hit you guys up.
But there's no doubt that like in my day to day, it's kind of it's just like me and my dog. That's that's the extent of it. And it takes a lot of energy to just be like, that's OK.
You know, it is OK. I'm by myself and I need to learn to be OK being alone. And it's weird to say that because my whole life, I actually was like pretty okay being alone.
Before my relationship, I was fine with it. I preferred it. But then you kind of get into something really great and you're kind of like, this is a lot of ways better than being alone.
But then you're kind of forced back to being alone again. So I don't ever really think there's right or wrong in life at all. I just think it's how we perceive things.
So I'm not saying that being lonely is wrong in this part of this video here, okay? I'm just being an objective observer that I am lonely. I am a lone.
all the time and these videos are nice for sure because i get to talk to you guys um you know through a black camera lens and i see you guys appreciating it but at the same time there's a part of me that's like man it would be fun to like be with the boys more or to have a date or like you know i i wrote i'll keep on being transparent with you guys One of my principles is I don't search for anybody.
I don't search for completion, essentially. I am complete on my own and I build a life that other people are drawn to. But it's funny, I find myself when I'm going to talk about my dream life set up here in a moment, but I find myself like when I close my eyes or when I meditate and visualize in the morning, I see me with somebody else.
And it's hard in my AI journal system, which I talk about in some of my other videos, they kind of pick that up. It's like, You literally have a principle that you don't search for your life is complete on its own.
And yet here you are trying to find somebody because you think that's going to make yourself happier. So I don't know. I don't think there's any right answers with it.
But there's no doubt that when I look at everything, I think it's very true. Making a bunch of money but then not having anybody to share it with, it's tough. It's not very rewarding in my opinion.
And that's why I was so happy in my last relationship because it was like, cool, I get to share this with somebody. And it's important that you share it with somebody who appreciates it. You know, like if you get somebody and they're just being flown around all the time and like you're just like one of 10 suitors, then that is not the ideal scenario.
I also don't know the next person. Well, I shouldn't say that, but like I've talked to a couple of girls that are on social media and like then they talk about our. like dates on their social media and i'm like i don't know this is not really that's kind of what my ex did a little bit and i kind of don't want to do that again so but find somebody today who's not on social media but is also super smart and gorgeous you know it's hard and then also the downside of social media she's being courted by an infinite number of guys that you can't see um behind the scenes and i'm sure i know what you're thinking right now but rubby you're unbelievably talented funny smart handsome sexy wealthy like you have every freedom you can imagine There can't be anybody better than you, but the truth is there is, there's always somebody that's at a different level.
And yeah, I guess, I don't know what my point with the whole thing was, but just that I'm kind of lonely right now. Now I think adding to this loneliness is the fact that like back when I think about me going on those dates all the time, what I was doing was I was drinking. So I was dialed, you know, but I wasn't in the true sense of dial because I would have a glass of wine or a couple of glasses of wine.
But I saw like, To me, I saw dating as like this game almost. So it was kind of fun to like invite a girl over, cook a steak, open a bottle of wine.
Like it was like an amazing experience to go to the beach. Like it was an amazing experience. And like now that you don't do that, it's even harder, you know, and it's harder to like hang out in social scenes.
Now, I personally do like being in an environment where I'm not drinking and other people are drinking because I feel better than everybody else. Look, I said it. OK, I say you're all thinking it if you're not drinking.
OK, the only downside is I don't like to be alone in those environments. Now I start to look like a little bit of a creepy guy. I mean, I look like a little bit of a weirdo that I'm just hanging out this bar, not drinking.
So maybe I'll have a mocktail when I go out. Now, the nice thing about being in a small town is like, you know, you always have friends when you go out places, but they're not like real deep, deep friends. So anyway, rant over.
I don't know. There's no real point of that. Just that I'm.
acknowledging it with you guys here. I'm also acknowledging if you guys are going through it, it's totally fine. I think life has seasons and I'm figuring it out just along you guys.
All right. I got a comment the other day that said, brother, we love your new style of videos. Just share this tab.
Brother, we love your new style of videos. Just a request. You buy a lot of toys and live a nice place.
I'm sure we'd be grateful to see those toys and your place on a regular basis in your videos. This helps with the motivation. And when is the boat being purchased?
So First of all, I would love to show you guys some cool, like all of my toys and stuff like that and where I live, but I'm just too lazy. I don't want to have to edit videos and clips in here.
If you go to my Instagram, I do show some of the stuff, but as of right now, I'm too lazy to add it into this stuff. So just close your eyes and just picture it in your mind. But I will talk about some of the changes that I am making in my dream life setup here.
And these are as recent as like yesterday. So first of all, my literal favorite thing in the world is efficiency. I love efficiency.
If I can spell it right, hopefully you guys can see that. I love efficiency. At my old house in Miami, I had a beautiful home on an island in the water.
It was 4 ,000 square feet. It was four stories and it was just me and my ex. Now, that was not efficient.
We had literal rooms that we never went in for the entire year that we were there, like multiple rooms that we never saw the inside of. And so I never really liked that. I kind of feel like rooms that you don't use are also bad juju, a little bit in a house, and it doesn't jive with my efficiencies.
So if you haven't been watching my recent videos. I bought this new house on a lake in the panhandle of Florida, and I've been putting a bunch of money, time, energy effort, turning it into really my dream life setup. So for me, my dream life is just where my dream days are stacked on each other back to back to back.
That's really, if you think about what a dream life is, it's just, what are my favorite days ever that I'm like, damn, I would live this day for the rest of my life. How do you isolate the variables inside of that? And then how do you replicate those variables every single day, right?
It's just like a business. So luckily, because of my AI system, I can pull what those variables are. Great workouts, but typically workouts with friends and workouts outside and workouts with my shirt off.
I love working out with my shirt off. The other thing is I love to work. I love to have a great office environment that I can work in and it feels nice and fun.
And like, I'm not like stressing or I don't feel anxious in my work environment. Another thing is I love hosting people. I absolutely love like in every journal entry for the past couple of years.
When I rate my life on a scale of one to 10 for the previous day, it's always an eight or above when I spend that time hosting friends or family. It's always, it's like literally my freaking sweet spot. So I was trying to figure out, okay, how do I stack some of these together?
And so this, I did a bunch of work at my house already outside. And I'll talk to them about a little bit, but I was also, I'm now doing some interior design and changing some structural things on the inside. So first and foremost, and this is the biggest thing.
The way my house is set up right now is three bedrooms. I have my master upstairs and then I have two bedrooms downstairs. Well, in the year and three, four months that I've lived here, there's only been like five days where I've had enough guests that I had to use both guest rooms.
Also, the friends that I have, whenever they come and visit, they typically just get their own house, which I respect them. When I go visit them, I also get my own place as well. Like I very rarely, even when I go see family, I typically stay at my own place.
And so I never knock anybody for that. I totally get that. So because of that, I always have at least one guest bedroom that's literally used for nothing.
In addition to that, unfortunately, in my area, there's not really any super sick gyms. There's not really like a really beautiful gym that's really well made. And they are building one that should be up in a couple of months.
But still, it's like 15, 20 minutes away from me.
So this office that I have here right now, which is really just a corner in my media room, I don't mind it. I honestly am fine with it. It was really my sister that was kind of challenging me a little bit.
But she's like, look, it's just not fit for a man of your caliber. Her words, not mine. And she's like, you also want a cooler background for your daily videos and all this stuff.
She's like, I think we need to build you a true office. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to take all this stuff in my guest room, my second guest room out, and I'm going to turn it into a legit office with a beautiful desk, a great background, paint it. So that way I'm going to have a sick content set up there for ads, for video sales letters, for these daily videos, for my constraint calls, for everything.
So that's number one. I'm very actually now that we're doing it, I'm actually really excited about it. Number two is this room right here.
Like the way that my house is set up is that. No one really hangs out downstairs. I have a beautiful upstairs living room kitchen and it overlooks this lake and this state park.
It's gorgeous. And so everyone just hangs out upstairs. So what I'm going to do is I am going to I have a living room upstairs, but I just never use it because the only time I'm really ever lounging around is when I'm watching a show or like I'm with friends or watching football or I'm on a date or watching a movie.
But I'm doing this downstairs. But like I said, no one really wants to spend time downstairs. And my sister's told me like when when she's in town, she never wants to come in this room because I'm working this corner and she feels like bad about it.
So I'm going to move my office over there. We're going to move the entire living room set up upstairs. I'm going to get a super bright TV because I have Florida ceiling windows up there that overlook the lake.
So I'm going to super bright TV over my fireplace, have a bunch of seating, comfortable seating up there. And that's going to be the new. lounging area, media room area, living room area, et cetera, et cetera.
So I'm excited about that. Now, this room is whole now totally empty. I don't have my office in here.
I don't have the media room. So what are you going to put in it? You freaking guessed it.
I'm going to put a sick gym in here. I have always wanted a gym in my home and I love working out with my friends and there's no good gym in this area. So I am going to build a sick gym here.
I'm probably not going to spend an insane amount. Like my sister was sending me these fucking. dumbbell racks that were $25 ,000 for these like ultra luxury things.
And they were from five to 45 pounds. I'm like, do you think I'm doing 45 pounds right here? Maybe for a fucking warmup.
So I really am going to put some money into it, but I'm not going to put Jeff Bezos money into it. And I already ran through my ass and somebody said, look, I want to be able to work out from home. I want to be able to have this gym be able to either keep me in the same shape or have me increase, get in better shape over the next three to four years.
What's the bare minimum equipment I need to get? Ding, ding, ding constraints. If you haven't heard me talk about that before, constraints are what make life fun.
So sure, I can get 50 pieces of equipment in here. But really, what are the bare minimum things that I need? And then I can spend more on those things.
So they gave me a few things like. And cable towers and a bench and dumbbells that go up to 100, which I might try to get up to 120 because I'm fucking jacked. And a couple of other things as well.
And then I think we're going to have one side be almost like if you ever go to a nice gym and they have like a lounge area there, I'm going to have like some lounging area there. And then I'm going to have mirrors set up. And that way, whenever I want to, I can just have friends come over.
Like a bunch of my friends already come over Saturday. We do cold plunge sauna, take my boat out to the beach. Well, now we can get a lift in beforehand.
And actually the past couple of Saturdays, I've gotten a lift outside with just my portable dumbbells and my bench, but I can't do back. I can't do legs. Oh, I'm getting a leg press machine too, which I'm excited about.
So this way I can have a full workout. And I even told her, I said, okay, you know, I'm not planning on being in a relationship anytime soon, but also if I'm going to go do this, is this going to be enough for a female lady? Is she going to have enough there too?
So we added a couple of additional things so that I could have like my future. you know, person also be able to work out here as well. And now my gym is going to, or my house is going to be a freaking hub for the people that I want to spend the most time with, which are people that love the outdoors, that love health, sauna, cold plunge, gym, and that are going to be maybe visiting.
Like I have a client that's in town this weekend. And I'm going to see them. But I would have loved to be like, hey, why don't you come to my house Saturday morning?
Let's get a pump in. You know what I mean? And I'm going to try to set up a camera either on a tripod or with an arm.
And I'm going to maybe even film some of these daily videos while I'm walking on a treadmill or like just film content while I'm in there, you know, and just try to make this like merge my business and and personal life together in one. So I'm so excited about like once we said that. I was like, this is a freaking great idea.
And there's opportunity costs. I've probably spent already like 20 grand in this room with everything in here, probably more than that. And if you've ever resold anything, I'm not going to get any of that back, maybe five grand back of that.
But the ultimate goal of having this sick setup is going to be worth it for me. So gym, in -house gym, full office room, already have a sauna and cold plunge. I'm getting a wakeboarding boat now, just to be clear.
Whenever I say wakeboarding boat, this is not a wakeboarding boat. And I know you guys are thinking like, Revy, this boat does not look that nice. Well, here's the truth, okay?
I've said this in some of my other videos, but I live in a unique area. I live, there's only a handful of these lakes in the world where the lake is connected to the Gulf of Mexico or the Gulf of America. And so you can take your boat from the lake to the beach.
And it's some of the whitest. Let me just show you guys what 38 Beach is.
Literally some of the most, I mean, it looks like the Caribbean. This is where I live. Oh my gosh.
So this is where I live. These are some of the most beautiful beaches in the entire world. And so this is called Grayton Beach.
So this is a little outflow that this is the lake connecting to the Gulf of Mexico or the Gulf of America. And so I can take my boat. I live on this lake.
But the truth is, because it outflows like this, literally the tide, the water, which you don't hear tides a lot in lakes. But the water level can go up and down like five to six feet multiple times a year. And it's also a federally protected land.
So Grayton Beach State Park. It's also federally protected because it is such a rare body of water. So it's also next to a state park as well.
That's why I said I always in these videos, I say I live in a state park because I'm literally right next to a state park. And so I can't just be getting like. wakeboarding boats that push off all these huge waves that put uh that would ruin the environment etc etc so i pretty much put my my close friend uh like he's a older guy that lives on this lake he wake he serves uh skis and wakeboards every weekend and i said okay give me the requirements give me the measurements like what's the horsepower engine what's the depth i need or the draft is like how deep in the water it goes uh and and I pretty much also took the title charge for the last couple of years.
I put all of it in a cloud. I said, I want to put like six to eight people on the boat. I want to be able to ski wakeboard host people.
And it came out with pretty much this boat here. Now I'm going to customize the hot of it to make it look really sick, but it's a, they're called like death boats. You know how they're just like wide like that.
So, Oh, like that. Sorry. I'm sorry guys.
So they're kind of like wide like this. So they're not like the sexiest thing. Like if you see my boat that I have, this is my boat that I have right now.
So if you like, look at this, it's like, It's actually funny how absolutely gorgeous this boat is. So this is my boat right now.
And this is the boat that I'm going to get. So obviously a huge difference. But the truth is, like, I couldn't have this boat on this lake here.
First of all, it's too big and it's too deep. And second of all, the lake's not that big. So I would like just put it in the middle and just sit there.
Where this, I can legit go around and take people skiing and wakeboarding and tubing. And that's also part of my goal. I want to be like, yo, come over Saturday morning.
Let's hit a workout. We'll hit the sauna. Then we'll go wakeboarding all day, hit the cold plunge afterwards, and then maybe have a bonfire outside.
I have also a little setup for a bonfire too. So this is the level of depth that I'm doing to create my dream life here. So that's when I say wakeboarding boat, that's kind of what I mean.
uh porsche 911 gts i already have that i'm always going to own one i might eventually get the turbo s when i just have too much money it's burning a hole in my pocket but the 911 gts mine's freaking sick yesterday i was at a pickleball game and i'm not going to brag but some like 19 year 20 year old kid was like bro that is clean when i pulled up once again unks you don't want to clean means it's what it implies it's like nice you know um you don't say like when you don't look at this house and be like that's clean meaning it's bad it means like oh it's clean it's like you know you clean it up well same thing with this porsche the guy was like dude that is clean i was like thanks but it's like what do you do for a living which is always the question that people ask me after they said or after after they comment about my car and i'm like i'm an only fans guy so porsche 911 gts absolutely love this car will always own some version of this land rover defender 110 i will probably get this when i come back from marbella next year but i've been i think that this shit is just freaking dirty it's either going to be a land rover 110 something looking this or i mean that looks clean as charlie dean i mean that also looks mean as hell too so i can't really decide which one i want i think i want this one more because
You know, I already have the 911 GTS, which is a super nice car. So I don't necessarily want like another car that's like so nice. I'm afraid to put my dog in it and go to the beach.
So I want something in between. You know, I want some kind of stealthy luxury like. So I like this one.
If you guys have driven Range Rovers or Land Rovers, feel free to give me feedback down below. Also, my dream life includes trips. So when it gets like kind of cold and cloudy, I'm going to go to Marbella, I think, for a couple months next year.
And the good news is I ran all this through my finances. So I pretty much said, look, here's what I want with my dream life. What do I need to, what do I need to, or can I afford this?
Because if you haven't watched my videos before, I also am trying to get to a $50 million net worth. And I was, I was saying like, okay, if I spend this money now, which I think all in for some of these changes, like $450 ,000, which by the way. You know, I already have like this year, a couple of things happen.
Number one, I got a like fucking $400 ,000 additional tax bill from 2023 that I just got hit with randomly because my CPA has filed my stuff wrong. I also. Through a, I lost essentially between the engagement party, the wedding ring and the wedding deposits and everything.
I lost roughly $200 ,000 in straight cash that I was going to do for my wedding that didn't happen. And so, and then my business, this is, this is going to be, you know, we'll probably end this year, the lowest year that I've done in the last three to four years. Now we are definitely turning around other than last month being September last month.
The previous three months were all record -breaking months for that year. So it's definitely turning around profit -wise. But I'm already done halfway through the year.
So even if there's just no way I'd catch up because of what I lost at the beginning of the year. But all of that being said, I was like, because I've lost all this money or spent all this money, should I maybe wait? Should I do it slowly, dole it out?
Because I want to make sure I'm investing enough every single month. And by the way, my scenario is not your scenario. So talk to a financial advisor.
But it was like, look. If you invest this $400 ,000, it's going to be worth whatever. Something not crazy in the next five years.
It's going to be worth maybe $600 ,000. I forgot what it was. But it pretty much was like, okay, you can either get...
I mean, fuck it. Let's just do the compound calculator. Let's say compound interest calculator.
Let's say the initial investment is $400 ,000. Monthly contribution is we're going to put zero more into it. Let's say we're doing this over the next five years.
Estimated interest rate, let's say we're going to say 8%. And it's going to be compounded annually. So in five years, it's going to be worth $587 ,000.
So I'm going to be made whatever that is, $187 ,000. Now, truly, if you want to remove interest rates from it, let's put it at 6 % so we can maybe calculate inflation rates. So if I 400 ,000 might be worth, let's say 535 ,000 in today's dollars.
So then I had to ask myself, what is going to be more valuable to me? Building this entire dream setup where I think like I couldn't think of anything else that I would want and having that in the next three to six months or in five years having an extra $180 ,000. Well, for me, there is no material.
$180 ,000 is not going to material impact my life in any way. Okay. We're having all this stuff is going to absolutely.
affects my life in a fantastic way not because other people and i'm memetic and i just want to be like these fucking guys you see on instagram but because i've identified that these are all the things that i love and by the way i didn't really justify it but the land the 911 is because i love to go fast i every time i walk to that car i've cried that car for four years i smile every time i get in that car land rover defender is because i can't It's like when I take my dog to the beach, sometimes she's like coming out wet and sandy and she's getting my Porsche.
So I need something else other than that. And then Marbella is because it gets a little bit cloudy here in January and February and not a little bit cloudy. It's kind of a lot of like days, weeks of clouds and overcast.
And I said in my journal last year, I said, I don't I'm very affected by the environment. I don't want to be in a place. That's not sunny year round.
So these are not because I'm thinking of like, oh, let me just like I saw this guy, this crazy, super sexy dude on YouTube with a shirt off said that I should go to Marbella. So I should go there. It's because I actually identified that myself.
Okay. All right. That's dream life efficiency.
Another question that I got the other day, meditation routine. So I am Gage Andrews said, bro, please talk about your meditation routine. Love the videos.
Thank you, Gage. Oh, let me just show this tab right here. Okay, meditation routine, very simple.
I don't claim to be a guru or a meditation master. If anything, I'm a novice, but what do I do? So first and foremost, if you have not read Dr.
Joe Dispenza or heard about him, I would highly, highly suggest checking him out. He's a legend. I am not being paid for this.
One of the best books I've read in my entire life is You Are the Placebo. So I'd highly suggest you check that out. Watch some of his YouTube videos.
He even has meditation retreats that you can also go check out. I have not been to one yet, but it's definitely a goal of mine to go. And he can definitely really help you with like if you're just getting into meditation.
Now, the reason I brought up Dr. Joe Dispenza and also another like few good ones. Let me actually, this might be helpful to you.
If this will load.
Here we go. I have these books written down. Yeah, so another one is, oh, Friggity Frack, Don't Go Back.
What is it called? Asking It Is Given is another really great book. And then another one that I'm reading right now, which this one is crazy dense.
Don't read this unless you're on NAD+. But this one is The Power of Awareness. Yeah, that's another good one.
The power of awareness. Okay. So I'll show you these real quick.
This is asking is given. Okay. And then this is the power of awareness.
So we are getting a little bit woo -woo spiritual. So feel free to fast forward if you don't like this stuff. But I highly suggest checking some of these books out here and Dr.
Joe Dispenza because you will start to understand the form of meditation that I like to do is not necessarily just like sit down and let your mind be still. Mine is really more of like a rewiring and visualization of my mind because I know how powerful that is. So how does my meditation work?
Well, I do a few things. So first and foremost, I believe in like habit stacking. So I use a red light.
I like red light a lot. There's a bunch of like benefits to red light. That's also a huge reason why my skin looks like that of a baby's bottom.
So I use red light therapy, red light panels in the morning. I use this one. right here, this 2 .0 red light for $250.
That being said, if I had to redo it, I would just get this one here because this actually has a platform. So I literally have to put this on my couch cushion every single day, but I would just get this one for $369 because it looks like it has a stand on it, which can actually reach my face. So I sit down, turn that on for 20 minutes to my face.
I also got a pair of blackout glasses so that I don't go blind. And then I put my headphones on and I play this. literally this exact YouTube video right here, 432 Hertz, 963 Hertz, blah, blah, blah, the deepest healing whole body.
So it's essentially alpha waves. And I like this a lot because I actually got this from Dr. Jonas Benza.
But when I'm just sitting there in my own thoughts, I can find myself like a bird chirps, a dog parks, like, you know, my dog moves. I said a dog parks, a car parks, my dog moves. And like, it's easy to get out of it.
But when I have something like this going on, it allows me to get really, really deep into my subconscious mind. So I play that. I have the red light therapy.
I close my eyes. And then it's very simple. I follow a very simple routine.
The first thing is I pretty much deprogram things that I don't like about myself. So this is going to sound – and I don't even know if this is right. I've compiled this together from reading these books.
But the first thing I do is I actually see. I look as a third person of the rubby that was doing the thing yesterday that I didn't enjoy. So staying up late, watching shows, eating Doritos, drinking alcohol, whatever else it is.
So I see that as a third person. And then I just see that person disappear. They just literally, I watched them dissolve away.
Okay. So that person, that, that universe, that person no longer exists. So I do that on every instance that I did something the day before that I didn't like.
Right. So I literally watched myself dissolve away that universe, that version of me dissolves away. Then once that's done, I then actually almost do this like affirmation meditation thing where now I'm reprogramming my rant.
So I'm kind of deprogramming it originally and I'm reprogramming it by saying, you know, I am smart. I am humble. You know, I am aware.
I am kind. I'm empathetic. I'm understanding.
I am resilient. So I like say these things to just like almost affirm in my brain, you know, and by the way, there's definitely like. uh, breath work and stillness in between.
I'm not just going like thing to thing to thing here. I'm just trying to keep this from being a 40 minute thing about meditation. So then I kind of like, I'm making this affirmation where I'm almost like amping myself up for the day a little bit.
And I'm saying all these great things about me and some might see it as being egotistical, but I'm just like, I need, I know as soon as I. Take these glasses off and open my phone or my computer. I'm going to get fucking bombarded with family asking for money, clients with issues, team members with problems, my own shit going on.
So it's like, let me take a second and just fucking build my armor up for this. And then I will end it with a visualization. So then that thing I told you earlier where I saw like somebody with me, it was me.
Like I pull into my house and my Land Rover Defender. uh i with this other person i get out all of our friends are at our house already they're in the sauna working out of the gym i i take the boat down on the lift we all get in the boat we start going wakeboarding all day like i see this whole thing then we come back over i have a chef here that's planned meals for us i see this entire thing i go through the entire i i smell the food i hear the laughter while we're on the wakeboarding boat like i literally see it like it's a real thing and then by that time pretty much 15 or 20 minutes is up And then my light will go off from the red light because it's 20 minutes long.
And then I'll essentially do the rest of my morning routine. So that's my meditation routine. Hope that was helpful.
Another thing I just started today was pickleball lessons. I know, I know you're looking at me. You're like, brother, you're not 98 years old.
Why are you playing pickleball? Well, I used to play paddle, but I live in an area that doesn't have any paddle. And pickleball is really big.
Eventually paddle will be coming here because your boy. We'll be building courts here for it. And there's a bunch of really cool stuff.
Sometimes I feel like I dog on my area a little bit. This area is, I wouldn't live here. I could live anywhere in the world.
This area is unbelievable. So gorgeous, beautiful, such a great outdoor adventure life, salt of the earth people. I'm so happy here.
But there's just things that I got used to in major cities that I don't have here. One of them being paddle. And I want to bring it to this area.
But until then, I play pickleball like two, three times a week. And I'm pretty nasty. But I want to be, like, the best on the court.
I want people to, like, see me coming and they're like, oh, my God, that's Robbie. Like, let's go play somewhere else. So I started Pickleball Lessons today.
I'm going to do two to three two -hour lessons a week so I can get wicked nasty. So if you're going to pick a ball, you know, just watch out. Travel office yesterday was pretty cool.
Oh, by the way, if you're a longtime viewer, right above me, do you know what this is, you guys? You know this right here? Look, I'm an influencer.
Oh, my God. Do you hear that? Wow.
I love, and I just, oh my God, I love this. Okay. Anyway, so I got my mini split installed in my office.
It was $5 ,500 for this fucking thing, but it is now cool. I usually would be sweating right now, but I am cool as a cucumber. And, uh, actually I'm, I was, I'm actually kind of cold.
My toesies are cold over here. I need to get socks on. So I installed this, which also ended up being kind of funny because I did it just so I could have my office.
But now that I'm going to put the gym here, it's going to be even better. So now I have something in my at -home gym. Anyway, while they were installing this mini split yesterday, I was like, okay, I don't want to be at my house because everybody's here and they're making all this noise and I want to be able to lock in.
So I got to, if you watched my video a little while ago where I walked through my travel office setup, I got to use a piece of it. So I had my external monitor and my laptop and my new AirPods that I got. Literally just...
grabbed a bag had everything in it already walked out the door went to a local coffee shop the external monitor i have it just is a one cord plug -in to my laptop and it also is power and it goes to it and i got some epic work done while i was there i was locked in i had my new airpods in and i was like this is awesome so i'm excited to test out this travel office more as i travel and then hair i don't know if you can see it but um you know i've been on uh, minoxidil for probably a year and a half now before I even started a small dosage of TRT.
And I just, I kind of, my, my, my dad went bald and then my brother's kind of balding. And so I didn't want to, I love my hair. So I've been doing minoxidil for like a year and a half.
And then also for my beard. Well, about 10 days ago, I also started. finasteride which lowers your dht levels which dat is essentially the stuff that makes you lose your hair so it lowers up to 80 and i started oral minoxidil so i'm doing because i don't want to stop topical while the oral is kicking in because it usually takes two to four weeks for oral to kick in i'm actually doing both at the same time right now oral and topical and my shit is luscious as fuck right now okay it is it is good i need to figure out if all this cussing on here prevents me from being like this video from reaching more people i don't know but i i so if you're not on i have it on my protocol but if you're not on like a version of this and you're a guy you're missing out because like women love hair and i saw something the other day but they said like um you know you have to pass the hat test where it's like you know if you're a guy and you're out in public and you see girls like they're thinking because i have seen guys where like they look like good with the hat on they take the hat off and there's like nothing
on the top of their head. So I'm not going to be that guy. Um, and the, the, the only downside of the oral is, you know, I have read that it could bring hair and other parts of the body and I am not hairy and other parts of my body.
So I am going to test it out. But the good news is, is that monoxidil is what the good and the bad news is. If you stop using it or taking it, the hair falls away.
Actually, my team member was talking about this other day. He stopped using it on his beard after it grew and his beard just fell away. So I talk about Ray Dalio's principle book a lot, but he talks inside of there.
He says, if a decision has low consequences and they're reversible, then make a decision immediately and move on. If it has heavy consequences and they're not reversible, then take your time. So that's one of my frameworks I see my life through.
So I said, okay, I'll just start the oral. And then I'll stop the topical. And if I grow hair where I don't like it, I'll just stop the oral and go back to the topical.
But in the best case scenario, I don't have to put topical on every single day. I can just do it as one of the fucking 40 pills I take every single day. And it's no issue with it whatsoever.
And they even showed that the oral was actually more effective than the topical. So excited for that. Let's jump through business real quick.
So last month, I had mentioned a couple times, I'm just trying to be as transparent as I can with you guys, because I feel like nobody on the internet does this. So July or June, July, August were record months back to back. Like if I showed you the chart, it's just like, it's really fantastic.
This year record months, not ever, all time. And I was feeling good. I was feeling good.
September came and we shit the bed. Now I am still trying to identify what went wrong because my sales team told me some stuff and I looked through and I didn't see it there. So I'm not saying my sales team is wrong.
I'm saying that I don't just take people saying, oh, this is an issue, unless they can back it up with data. For example, oh, the leads were lower quality. Well, actually, both by quantitative numbers, so how much money they're doing, when they want to get started, and by sources, so like, oh, they're warmer because they came from YouTube or ads, and by qualitative data, so what they're actually saying on the calls, it was either the same or...
I just heard a noise in my house. if i get murdered i guess this video won't even make it up it was either the same or better so i'm like that's not an excuse i need to i need you to figure out why this is wrong because i'm not going to have this happen again now it was going to be like minus 50 cash and minus like 30 40 revenue but at the end of the month i was like okay fucking that's also why i didn't do the daily video yesterday i was like okay break glass Robbie's got to come in here and and try to save some of this so I launched my work with Robbie offer where you're working with me one -on -one inside slack what I want calls with me and I had a bunch of people take it up and we did over $150 ,000 in revenue in literally 24 hours so that saved us from being way more way lower And by the way, this is just for our core offer.
This isn't for our backend and stuff or anything like that. I'm just talking about frontend cash. I guess I should say frontend cash here.
I'm sorry. Frontend cash. But the point being that frontend cash is the thing that fuels the whole business.
It's not like we have some massive recurring thing. Now, backend sales is typically 40 % of our cash every single month, somewhere between 40 % and 50%, depending on how frontend does, which has been great. But I've been developing that over years, and we have a star -studded account management team.
But if front end is low, that means that back end in the next couple of months will eventually also be low because they have less units to work with from the front end. So it's actually this is a leading indicator. Front end cash and units is a leading indicator of the lag of what will happen with back end cash in two to four months.
So that's why I try to never have. Down months like this, I mean, obviously nobody wants down months, but I know how much this will affect us in the future. And back end is also where we make all of our profit.
It's like pure profit at that point because our cost per acquisition is already taken care of. So in order to try to save it, I came in and I just, I sold my time again, which I really try not to do. I really almost never sell my time.
I don't even sell hourly. I barely do any one -on -one work with clients because it's just not worth it for me. I don't want to, even if it's for $5 ,000, I can do something in an hour that makes me way more than $5 ,000.
So that being said, just being honest with you guys, I had to, you know, sometimes they call, they call them cash campaigns or like cash plays sometimes in business. Like it's not always up to the right. You got to get fucking, you got to get resourceful.
So that's what I did because I could have, I could have stayed on a high ground and be like, no, I'm not going to, I'm not going to sell my time and it's not worth it and blah, blah, blah. But this fucking boat's not going to buy itself. Okay.
All right, number three, risk of hiring. This is kind of part of this. So because we had three record months back to back and showed no signs of slowing down, I immediately went out and made four or five hires.
So I added like 28 or 32 grand in payroll a month, just like right there. And then we have a fucking down month. So now not only are we making less money revenue -wise and cash -wise, but now I'm taking home less.
Because my expenses increased substantially, you know? Now, I am hoping that, which is also why, you know, I've been working like crazy lately. I'm hoping that October is not going to be like that.
So I'm trying to turn this around and figure out, identify with my sales team what the fuck is going on so that I don't have this issue so that we don't have to make fires. Now, I'm not going to make any fires because I like our team a lot and I would rather take home a little bit less money and have this great team and be prepared to scale than let somebody go to save.
you know, 28 grand a month for two months. And then I need everybody back in two months, but that's just because I have a war chest. Like, I don't know how much finances I should share in these videos.
I don't know. Sometimes get a little sketched out on the internet, but I keep like, I have a hard floor of cash in my account so that I never go below that amount. So I'm never at risk of having to like, like I've never missed a payroll ever.
I've never missed an invoice or a bill ever in my entire life. I guess in my entire business life, I should say. And So that I literally have that buffer for that exact reason.
Like I know people that will empty out their whole checking account because they want to either they buy stupid stuff like toys, but even if they buy investments, like, Oh, let me put it into investments. I'm like, dude, you just put, let's say, let's say 50 grand into investments. Okay.
So let's say $50 ,000. And let's say the S and B 500 is we said 6 % after inflation. So we'll say 6 % divided by 12 is what?
6 % divided by 12. Okay, it's 0 .05. Is that right?
No. Yeah. Yeah, that is right.
So 0 .05%. Yeah, 0 .05%. Wow, that's actually, so fuck.
God damn it, you guys. Let me try to fix this here so that you guys can see it. It'll also be easier.
Can I do this monthly? Okay. So let's say the initial investment is $50 ,000.
And the monthly contribution is zero. And the length of time is years, let's say 0 .5. Can I do that?
It must be one year above. Okay. All right.
I don't want to do it and fuck up this whole video because this video is super valuable. The point being that... This $50 ,000, let's just say that we'll make it easy.
We'll say that instead of hiring the people that you needed, you put the $50 ,000 into the stocks and you had it wait for six months. So $50 ,000. So if it accrues at 6 % a year, it should be 3 % in roughly half a year, right?
$1 ,500. That's how much you made for your $50 ,000 investment. So by investing the S &P 500 in six months, you made $1 ,500.
That doesn't mean jack shit. So what if instead of that $50 ,000, you had to put into ads or instead of that half a year, you put it into your team instead. So a lot of people don't think of it like that.
Now, obviously, yes, take money off the table. I'm the only reason. I'm able to do all this stuff I'm able to do today is because I invested like crazy early on.
And now I have my interest, my, uh, my interests, my investments spin off more cash than my personal burn every single month. That's also why I buy everything in cash now, because I don't want to ever have it. So that's, uh, so that I get too much of, uh, I don't have, I don't want, I don't ever touch my principal and I don't ever want my, uh, investments to be less than my personal burn.
But for most of you guys watching this video, don't like look at, oh, it sucks that he hired those people. It's like, no, no, no.
I'd rather just like outlay that 28 grand for two or three months. And then when I need them, those people are dialed and ready to go versus what I invested in and made like $800 in three months. Like, come on, get real.
Then when these people spend off so much cash, I can't even invest it again. That's when you start putting it into the S &P 500. This is not a tax or financial advice.
Please talk to a professional. Structured verse now, I'm kind of losing my voice a little, so I'm going to rip through the rest of these. Structured verse now, this is just always funny to me because I, so if you don't know what an operating system is, it's like how you run a company.
The most well -known operating system is called EOS, Entrepreneur's Operating System. It's a great book in traction. And I always recommend people starting there.
The problem is when I first read that book, I implemented everything to a T and that was like, that's like freaking commercial corporate America. structuredness. And it was not even a company that I enjoyed.
I hated all the meetings we had. I hated how we had to start every meeting with like, why don't we share three things that's going on? I hated all of it, but I just did it because that's what I thought you'd do.
Where now I'm just like, okay, how do we make the most amount of money? And how do we have the least amount of meetings? And how do we keep things like just a bunch of friends hanging out?
Now, I don't say it in the sense of a bunch of friends saying, as in my team doesn't have performance improvement plans and goals and KPIs, compensation plans. I saw I'm not going to fire anybody. I mean it more like I just feel like the future of business is changing so much.
I feel like there's so many people that are like their own little mini entrepreneurs that if you treat them like cogs in a wheel, they're not going to like it. They're going to want to leave. I think that's why a lot of people like so for the few people that have been.
at my organization long enough to see us go from the structured version to what we have now, every one of them's like, dude, I love this version way more. Like this feels so much more light, so much more fun. And if you can make work fun, then people are going to do it on Saturdays and Sundays, you know?
So not too much about that, but just to be like, Hey, by the way, I'm not, I'm not the richest person in the room and I don't have the most successful business in the world. So, you know, I know people when I have these conversations, like, no, no, no, no. EOS, I have to have this.
And I'm like, look, whatever. Everybody does whatever the hell they want to do. I'm just giving you guys the feedback for me that I thought that was the only way to do it.
And I like my way right now way better. TalkNow system, we now install this. It's now live on all of our offers where when somebody books a call, it will, on the thank you page, if there is a rep available and they have an hour available on their calendar, it will actually give the person an opportunity to get on the Zoom room with them right then and there.
So that has gone live. I will let you guys know how that goes in the next couple of days. My hypothesis is it will increase show rate because people are taking that call right then and there and it will shorten sales cycle.
However, there is a chance it will decrease show rate because maybe they try to connect the salesperson that's getting on board and they think their call is canceled and thus hurt our sales cycle and hurt our numbers. But this is another example of... This is an easily reversible thing.
I can just change it in two seconds. And for all of my clients, I usually like to be on the leading edge of testing new shit out because then if it works, we just with one click of a button, we install it across dozens of marketing systems. So I'll keep you guys updated on that.
Also spent quite a bit of time when I said I was locked in at the coffee shop yesterday. All I was doing was trying to fix my attribution system. So I use Hyros.
And it not only helps us with attribution, but also fires stuff back to meta. Don't message me about using your fucking attribution software. I don't really care, okay?
Hyros is fine. It's not the best thing in the entire world, but it gets the job done. And I know I can build my own, but it's just not a constraint for us right now.
So anyway, I fixed it. And so I spent so much time because I was testing, optimizing for Hyros lead, lead, schedule, Hyros call, blah, blah, blah. And then also I noticed that...
through the Meta API that some of the stuff wasn't connecting. So I spent a couple of hours really cleaning all this up. And number one, I found conclusively which event to optimize for because it was like out of 10 calls in one of them, they were the same cost per call, but in one of them, it was like 80 % were between 10 and 50 K.
And then the other one, 80 % were between zero and 10 K. It was crazy.
I figured out what the event to optimize for, and I fixed the feedback to the pixel. And now I actually have an alert when it's not setting stuff back and forth so I can keep it clean from there. So I think that between our ad testing system and this attribution system, I'm excited to see what happens with ads.
Also, I wanted to address this here because I try to be a pretty self -aware person.
I realized in one of my other videos, I'm like, comment down below, comment down below. And you guys are commenting and saying all these nice things. And I feel like I'm being kind of needy a little bit.
You know what I mean? I feel like I'm trying to get validation from you guys, which I don't really like that. I love when you guys comment and like and subscribe.
That means a lot to me. But I don't know. I felt like it was not good energy to be like, oh, you guys aren't commenting.
I watched my videos the other day. I was like, why aren't you guys commenting down below? It's like, dude, I'm not necessarily making these videos for you guys.
I'm making these for me. And I don't want this to be a thing where I'm like, I need your guys validation to keep on going. Because the other thing is, a lot of you guys are not afraid to give me feedback.
You know, it's like somebody who has said, hey, I think you should change your thumbnails. Another person said something else later on. Like, it's like, look, guys, I appreciate what you're trying to go with this for sure.
And I'm not opposed to feedback. I love feedback. But the point being that this is not a channel I'm planning on like.
getting hundreds of thousands of subscribers. And like, I become this whole face and brand thing. And I just want to admit, maybe you guys were thinking of your head too, but I feel like I'm being a little bit too needy.
Maybe it goes back to that loneliness thing. I don't know. We'll see.
Uh, one of 10 also YouTube is fucking wild because this video I posted two days ago, right here after make 35 million, uh, I realized something here, whatever it is. Um, I realized dopamine was ruining my life. This video started out as a 9 of 10 for the first 24 hours, and then it became a 1 of 10.
And now in the first 24 hours or 48 hours, or no, really 24 hours, it's got 2 ,700 views on it, which is ripping for this channel. And it's just so funny because I think it's especially since YouTube did this update, it's that 1 of 10 just means jack shit now. It's like it could not be doing good, and then boom, it explodes.
The final thing I'll tell you, and this is something that's worth the weight of gold here. If you've been following me for a while, you know I actually have two channels. So I have this Ravi Vavala channel here that I've had for four years, and I have so many different types of content on here.
I have shorts. I have long form. I have tutorials.
I have strategy videos. I have podcasts. I have constraint calls, right?
And then I have this daily channel here. And there is absolutely no doubt that by starting a new channel and keeping every single piece of content the exact same, That the algorithm is favoring me now.
There is no doubt about it. I, I didn't, I didn't, Oh God, you guys hate me. I know.
Uh, there's no doubt about it because we're getting so much more browse views here and we're getting, we're ripping so many more. It's just like crazy. It's like, like, look at this, this, this channel, by the way, I've never bought any views or subscribers for either of my channels.
Okay. So this channel, So let's look at the average couple videos here.
Last couple, 2 ,600, 1 ,300, 2 ,300, 1 ,700, 2 ,300, 5 ,200, 5 ,600, 1 ,600, okay? And that is with 804 subscribers. Now, let's go over to my other channel I have here.
109 ,000 subscribers, okay? So this is the big boy league here. But look at this.
2 ,700, 2 ,300, 3 ,500, 1 ,400, 10 ,500, 2 ,700, 2 ,700. So either the same or a little bit better than the channel that has literally, what is that? Yeah, 0 .8 % the amounts of subscribers.
So I think just like the reason why TikTok did so well was because TikTok was the first social media platform that was like, hey, we don't actually care. how many followers that you have we're just gonna if this content is good content we're gonna push this out to as many people as possible and i think that they did that so well and that's why they became so they grew so fast and i think that is what these other platforms are realizing i think instagram is realizing it and youtube's realizing it and the other part of it is my other channel has so many different types of content that it really didn't know who to show these videos to where this channel it figured out okay the only people that watch these videos are unbelievably smart, sexy, funny, talented, good looking people like you and like me.
And so it said, well, let's just put all the videos in front of them. So anyway, hope that was helpful. If you want to work with me one -on -one, click the link in the description down below.
Other than that, you guys have an amazing day. See you in the next one. Peace.
