Big Idea

The argument in one line.

A 30-second Reel can only earn a click, so Instagram's job is to find strangers and hand them to YouTube, where 15 to 20 minutes of video does the convincing that a $10,000 offer requires.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • A coach, consultant, or agency owner with a working high-ticket offer who wants Instagram to feed qualified sales calls instead of vanity views.
  • A creator who already posts Reels but cannot tell which ones make money, which book calls, and which only get views.
  • Someone building a content research process and willing to keep spreadsheets of outliers, hooks, and account averages.
  • An operator deciding whether short-form clips of long-form videos are enough, or whether Instagram needs its own native content.
SKIP IF…
  • You do not have an offer yet. The video says plainly that no Instagram funnel converts without one, and points you to a different video for that.
  • You are in pets, gaming, cooking, or any niche where the viewer is not a potential buyer of a business offer. The format map here assumes a buyer is watching.
  • You want a quick posting hack. This is a tedious, numbers-heavy research system and the host says so repeatedly.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

Instagram finds strangers, YouTube convinces them, and the whole system exists to move money from a buyer's account to yours. Reels and trial reels are top of funnel, carousels and stories nurture followers, DMs and link stickers push people to a 20-minute YouTube video that installs one belief and handles one objection. Content ideas come from twelve inputs: the offer, your backstory, six buyer beliefs, a demand map built from 20 to 40 search phrases, outlier Reels in your niche and adjacent niches, your own winners ranked by money rather than views, failures, proof, funnel numbers, and a content library. The output is seven topics a week, filmed as one Reel a day plus stories, tested as spaced trial reels, measured by qualified calls and revenue.

Chapters

Where the time goes.

00:00 – 01:08

01 · Open: all Instagram traffic goes to YouTube

The premise in one breath. Strangers find you on Instagram, get convinced on YouTube, and a 30-second Reel is not enough to earn a $10,000 to $20,000 purchase.

01:08 – 04:38

02 · Credentials: Tate, Capital Club, Iman, Scaling Secrets

Director of sales and marketing at Cobra Tate 2021 to 2023, claimed $129M ARR on The Real World, 2,500 War Room seats, then team work on Capital Club and Iman's launch pad, an eight-figure consulting offer, and $2M profit from paid traffic. Several numbers are flagged as unconfirmed.

04:38 – 06:06

03 · The funnel: traffic, nurture, conversion

Reels and trial reels generate traffic. An optimized profile, stories, carousels and DMs nurture. Comment-the-word automations, link stickers and bio links push people to YouTube, where five to eight videos act as five to eight sales videos before the landing page or call.

06:06 – 07:19

04 · Why everyone gets sent to YouTube

The hierarchy of influence: in person, live call, live stream, then YouTube. The first three do not scale. A 20-minute video runs 24/7, installs a belief, handles an objection, and builds trust.

07:19 – 09:27

05 · Offer first, then what each post is for

No Instagram funnel converts without an offer. Then top, middle, bottom: Reels reach strangers, carousels and teaching reels install the six beliefs in followers, stories and DMs move people who already trust you.

09:27 – 10:47

06 · Profile layout and the what's-broken matrix

Bio formula, three pinned posts, four highlights. Then a diagnostic: no reach means push top of funnel, views but no conversion means more middle, trust but no sales means the DMs, offer, or CTA.

10:47 – 12:24

07 · How people find you: the hook or nothing

Nobody searches for you. Instagram shows your Reel to strangers in the feed, so the first seconds decide whether it gets a new batch of strangers or dies. Search is a research tool for you, not a discovery channel.

12:24 – 15:56

08 · Formats winning now: Reels, carousels, stories

S-tier rankings, listicles, common-trap breakdowns, Q&A, scenarios, case studies, phone yaps, screen shares, walk-and-talks. Two carousel formats and four story sequences, all ending with the CTA last.

15:56 – 17:27

09 · The twelve inputs and six beliefs

Six inputs are the same everywhere: offer and buyer, backstory, six beliefs, feedback, proof, and context. Six are Instagram-specific: demand map, niche winners, adjacent niches, own winners and losers, funnel numbers, content library.

17:27 – 20:27

10 · The demand map and the awareness map

Harvest 20 to 40 phrases from comments, Reddit, sales calls, DMs and buyers. Search each on Instagram, sort into direct demand, bridge, or off the map. Then match the message to the reader's awareness stage.

20:27 – 24:25

11 · Outlier hunting: what is winning in your niche

Read results newest first, list recurring accounts, flag any Reel at three times its account median, open similar accounts. Four checks to trust an outlier, a reading card per winner, hook scoring as an average of averages. Ends with a pitch for the SIGNALS engine.

24:25 – 27:00

12 · Steal formats from adjacent niches

Tier adjacent niches by two questions: would this viewer buy from me tomorrow, and do they watch for the same reason. Index them the same way, keep what wins more than once, translate the format into your subject.

27:00 – 29:13

13 · Your own winners and losers

Rank winners by money, then qualified calls, then views versus average. Losers get their own sheet with a theory: not on the map, bad packaging, or a CTA the Reel did not prepare them for.

29:13 – 31:30

14 · Funnel numbers and the content library

Track non-follower views, profile visits, follows, comment-the-word DMs, calls and customers. Where the drop happens tells you what to fix. The library tracks what was published, what can be repurposed, and what evergreen pieces are missing.

31:30 – 33:18

15 · Pampa AI and the 80/20 rule

All twelve inputs feed an AI that outputs seven belief-tagged topics. Weights shift as your own winners pile up. Two rules: 80 percent agreeable, 20 percent controversial, and never install a belief too far from where the audience already is.

33:18 – 36:40

16 · The weekly loop and repurposing

Seven topics, three hooks per format, trial reels, numbers back, repeat weekly. One Reel a day, two or three carousels, stories daily toward the CTA. Winners get remade as talking head, B-roll, green screen, carousel, story, new hook, or reposted after 14 to 30 days.

36:40 – 38:34

17 · Trial reel rules and the posting week

Trial reels reach only non-followers. Blind testing, nine posts in two hours, and the same reel twice in a week all hurt. Post spaced variations and let strangers pick the winner. Instagram punishes low quality, not volume.

38:34 – 40:14

18 · The loop, what AI does, and the close

Comment-the-word automations, link stickers, bio links and setters all route to YouTube. Ideation, scripting, filming, production, distribution, analytics. Filming is the only step never outsourced. Closes with a Touchless Scaling application pitch.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • A 30-second Reel earns a click, not a sale. Nobody hands over $10,000 after a carousel, so Instagram traffic should be routed to YouTube.
  • The hierarchy of influence runs in person, live call, live stream, then YouTube. YouTube is the highest rung that scales while you sleep.
  • Five to eight YouTube videos watched in a binge are five to eight sales videos your prospect consumed without a pitch.
  • Nobody finds you on Instagram by searching. The algorithm shows your Reel to strangers, so the first few seconds decide everything and no caption saves a weak opening.
  • Instagram search is a research tool for you, not a discovery channel for them.
  • A Reel is only an outlier if it beats its own account's median by three times or more. Raw view counts across accounts mean nothing.
  • Check comments per thousand views against the account's own rate. Far fewer comments than views suggests the views were bought.
  • Keep three numbers separate for every Reel: views versus your average, calls booked, and money made. Make more of the third kind.
  • A Reel at 1.4 times average views that booked six calls and $18,000 beats a Reel at 7 times average that booked zero.
  • Everyone in a niche watches the same 20 accounts, so everyone makes the same Reel. New formats usually come from an adjacent niche.
  • Steal the format, structure, and packaging from another niche. Never the words. 'Every cold email mistake in 12 minutes' becomes 'every pre-call page mistake in 12 minutes.'
  • Score hooks as an average of averages: if 'the X nobody tells you about' won nine times at 4 to 6 times account average, that hook type scores 4.8.
  • Keep content 80 percent agreeable and 20 percent controversial. The controversial 20 percent reaches people who would never have watched, but it cannot install a belief.
  • You cannot install a belief that is too far from what the audience already holds. Move them one step at a time.
  • A trial reel shows only to non-followers, which makes it the best testing tool on the platform. Posting the same reel twice in a week gets it flagged as a copy.
  • Instagram punishes low quality, not volume. One quality Reel and daily stories is the floor. Above that, post as much as quality allows.
  • Only plan seven topics at a time. Planning further ahead is wasted because the market shifts.
  • If calls are being booked but nobody closes, that is an offer problem, not an Instagram problem.
  • Filming is the one step that never gets outsourced. Ideation, scripting, production, distribution, and analytics all can be.
Takeaway

Reels rent attention. YouTube closes the sale.

WHAT TO LEARN

Treat Instagram as a stranger-finding machine with one job per post, measure every Reel by money and calls rather than views, and route everyone to a long video that does the convincing.

01Open: all Instagram traffic goes to YouTube
  • A short post can earn a click but cannot earn a high-ticket purchase. Decide up front where the convincing happens and point every Instagram action there.
03The funnel: traffic, nurture, conversion
  • Five to eight long videos watched in a row function as five to eight sales presentations. Build the library so a binge is possible.
04Why everyone gets sent to YouTube
  • Persuasion scales inversely with intimacy. In-person, live calls and streams convert best but cannot run while you sleep. A 20-minute video is the highest rung that does.
05Offer first, then what each post is for
  • Fix the offer before the funnel. Traffic multiplied by a bad offer is still zero.
  • Give every post exactly one job: reach strangers, install a belief in followers, or move people who already trust you. Never post without knowing which.
06Profile layout and the what's-broken matrix
  • Keep the bio, pinned posts and highlights boring and complete: who you help, one line of proof, your link, your story, your best proof, your best Reel.
  • Diagnose by stage. No reach means more top-of-funnel. Views without conversion means better stories. Trust without sales means the DMs, the CTA or the offer.
07How people find you: the hook or nothing
  • Nobody searches for you. The algorithm hands your Reel to strangers, so the first seconds decide whether it gets a second batch or dies. No caption or hashtag rescues it.
  • Use Instagram search as a research tool on competitors, not as a channel you expect people to find you through.
08Formats winning now: Reels, carousels, stories
  • Rankings, listicles, common-trap breakdowns and Q&A are the formats winning now. The right one depends on the niche, and every format should be scored against the account's own average.
  • Story sequences run four to five frames: point, expand, proof, CTA. The CTA is always the last frame.
09The twelve inputs and six beliefs
  • Content ideas come from twelve inputs. Six never change: the offer, your backstory, six buyer beliefs, feedback, proof and context. Six are platform-specific research.
  • Every piece of content should install one of six beliefs: trust, liking, they cannot do it alone, you can, you do it better, and act now.
10The demand map and the awareness map
  • Build a demand map from 20 to 40 phrases real buyers use, then search each one and sort it into direct demand, bridge, or discard.
  • Match the message to awareness. The unaware need the problem told as a story. The solution-aware need your mechanism compared. The most-aware need identity and a deadline.
11Outlier hunting: what is winning in your niche
  • An outlier is a Reel at three times or more its own account's median. Raw view counts across accounts prove nothing.
  • Before trusting an outlier, check comments per thousand views, likes and saves, and growth shape against that account's norms. Bought views leave fingerprints.
  • Record a reading card for every trusted winner: spoken hook, format, CTA, hook type, delivery style, awareness stage. Then score hook types as an average of averages.
12Steal formats from adjacent niches
  • Everyone in a niche copies the same 20 accounts. New formats come from adjacent niches where the same person watches for the same reason.
  • Steal the format, structure and packaging from another niche and translate the subject. Never lift the words.
13Your own winners and losers
  • Track three numbers per Reel and keep them separate: views versus your average, calls booked, and revenue. Make more of what made money.
  • A 1.4x Reel that booked six calls beats a 7x Reel that booked none. Losers get a written theory: wrong topic, wrong packaging, or a CTA the Reel did not set up.
14Funnel numbers and the content library
  • Where the funnel drops tells you what to fix. Calls that do not close are an offer problem, not an Instagram problem.
  • Keep a library of what was published, what can be repurposed, and what evergreen belief-installing pieces are still missing.
15Pampa AI and the 80/20 rule
  • Run roughly 80 percent agreeable content to install beliefs and 20 percent controversial content to reach people who would never have watched. The controversial slice installs nothing.
  • Never push a belief too far from where the audience already stands. Move them one step at a time.
16The weekly loop and repurposing
  • Plan seven topics at a time, no more. Film one Reel a day, two or three carousels a week, stories daily, all pointing at the CTA.
  • Before repurposing a winner, name why it won. Then remake it as talking head, B-roll, green screen, carousel, story, or a new hook on the same body.
17Trial reel rules and the posting week
  • Trial reels reach only non-followers, which makes them the cleanest test on the platform. Post spaced variations of one idea, never the same reel twice in a week.
  • Instagram punishes low quality, not volume. One quality Reel plus daily stories is the floor. Above that, post as much as quality allows.
18The loop, what AI does, and the close
  • Every CTA path, from comment-the-word automations to link stickers, should land on the same long video so the funnel has one destination.
  • Filming is the one step that stays yours. Ideation, scripting, production, distribution and analytics can all be handed to a team or to AI.
Glossary

Terms worth knowing.

Trial reel
An Instagram Reel shown only to people who do not follow you. Because followers never see it, it works as a clean test of how a hook or format performs on strangers.
Account average
The typical view count a specific account gets per Reel. Outliers are judged against this number for that account, never against view counts from other accounts.
Outlier
A Reel that beats its own account's median views by roughly three times or more, used as a signal that its topic, hook, or format is working in the market.
TOFU, MOFU, BOFU
Top, middle, and bottom of funnel. Top reaches strangers, middle nurtures followers, bottom converts people who already trust you.
Demand map
A list of 20 to 40 phrases a market actually types and says, sorted into direct demand, bridge terms loosely tied to the offer, and phrases nobody wants.
Awareness stages
A classic copywriting ladder: unaware, problem aware, solution aware, product aware, most aware. Each stage needs a different message.
VSL
Video sales letter. A recorded pitch video that does the selling before a prospect books a call or buys.
Setter
A salesperson who handles DMs and qualifies leads before booking them onto a closer's call.
Comment the word
A call to action asking viewers to type a keyword in the comments, which triggers a DM automation that sends them a link or video.
Bridge term
A search phrase only loosely connected to the offer. Worth content, but it requires explaining the link between the phrase and what you sell.

Welcome to the ultimate Instagram to YouTube guide. The reason we say Instagram to YouTube is because all of your traffic from Instagram should go towards your YouTube channel. That's the most effective use of that traffic.
Now, this is another one of those boring videos where you learn how to make a fuck ton of money with the Instagram funnel side of your business. If that's not interesting to you, kindly click off of this video. However, if you have an attention span in the big 2026, rare, then keep watching and you're going to learn a thing or two about how to make money with Instagram.
Now let's get started. So another Miro board, surprise, surprise. This is the ultimate Instagram to YouTube guide.
This is where strangers find you on Instagram. Then they get convinced on YouTube. That's why you follow them over to YouTube.
You warm them up on Instagram, right? There's going to be top of the funnel, middle of the funnel and then bottom of the funnel, right? There's still work to be done on the Instagram itself.
However, we want to follow them to YouTube where they're going to actually be more convinced because you've got to think about it. People watch. a 30 second reel they watch some stories they watch whatever maybe they they look at a carousel a post that's not enough to convince someone need to watch a video such as this one for 15 minutes 20 minutes multiple of them in order to become convinced in order to give up give out $10 ,000, $15 ,000, $20 ,000, or even more dollars to your bank accounts, because ultimately that's what we're trying to do, trying to move the money from their accounts to your accounts.
So that's what you have to do by funneling them to YouTube. But it starts with Instagram. Instagram is a great place to generate traffic.
Now, first of all, who are we? What's our credibility? My name is Eli Pampa.
I was the director of sales and marketing from 2021, 2023 at Cobra Tate, Andrew Tate's operation. We ran the real world and the war room. You see here, me and Tate.
There's more proof on the website at cloudprofit .com, where we implement everything I'm about to teach you in this guide for you with our offer, Touchless Scaling. Go check it out if you're interested.
We ran the real world, right? As you can see, we had all the largest accounts for affiliates, right? We generated 99 % of the traffic.
There was about 241 ,000, 250 ,000 members, give or take, for an annual recurring revenue of, this is wrong, it's $129 million per year. The War Room as well sold about 2 ,500 seats, a high ticket at about $7 ,000, $8 ,000 price point. That's around 19, 18, 20 million US dollars, right?
We did that with Covertate. Then later on, we worked with Luke Ballmer. I never personally worked with Luke Ballmer.
Only my team did. And they generated most of the organic traffic. As you can see, they had all of the largest accounts.
Once again, and they were top of the leaderboards. All these guys highlighted in red were top of the leaderboards. Now, allegedly, they launched...
Capital Club at a $369 price point, and they sold 19 ,000 seats, allegedly, again, not confirming these numbers, and that's more or less $8 million, $9 million US dollars. Again, speculative numbers based on reports that were given to me. Are they true or are they not?
Go ask Luke himself. So that was with Luke Ballmer. Then my team members went to work with Iman, and they also had some of the largest accounts on...
digital launch pad, which was his old offer that he would push with short -form content. Once again, it was a handful of people generating 99 % of all the traffic for these accounts and these creators. Same with Belmar, same with Iman, same with Tate, same with all these guys, right?
And there's more as well that I'm not listing out here, which are smaller, but you can see the results. Later on, I took the best team members, 17 of the 25 marketers who generated 99 % of the traffic and affiliate conversions for all these guys. And we worked together to launch cloud profit scaling secrets which was our consulting offer where we taught people all of these methods the instagram youtube funnel building via sales organic content everything required to make a successful online business and we taught it to people right on a done with you basis and we generated eight figures over eight figures for ourselves selling that offer at a twelve thousand dollar price point and also for our clients as well as you can see scroll down over here there are some more results over eight figures and results for our clients starting a different at different places they all started at zero or halfway in between making six figures a month already moving on to seven so it worked for everybody now we also took a break from cloud profit scaling secrets in about march because we wanted to get into paid traffic we had never done paid traffic before and from complete zero with no mentorship no guidance we launched a bunch of biz op launched some spirituality offers some affiliate offers and we made around two million dollars in profit
complete from zero. Now this isn't a paid traffic offer, but this is just goes to show that anything we touch in marketing, literally we have the Midas touch. It turns to gold and Instagram is a large component of this, which we're going to learn today, right?
So this is our offer, cloudprofit .com. You can go take a look at that for yourself. Take a look at the video.
If that interests you, then go ahead and apply. Moving on now, let's get into the actual funnel, right? How do you turn a stranger into cash?
from instagram now there are three stages which is the traffic it's the nurture and it's the conversion aspect and then obviously the money in your pocket now the traffic is generated on instagram by reels trial reels and in a lesser way through carousels right if a carousel takes off it can also reach new audiences but mainly people are going to find you through reels then people go to your instagram profile if you have an optimized instagram profile they'll go and click on it and then on your instagram profile if they follow you then they're going to consume your stories they're going to consume the carousels that you post they're going to dm you as well and from the dm from all these things you follow them to youtube right also from the instagram profile as well from the reels sometimes you can make them comment the word so they get a dm automation again it goes to dms or they go to a link in the bio which they need to click usually it's your youtube channel they can go to a story link sticker or they can also get that video dm'd to them right now when you dm you can also close them in the dms it's very valid it's booking a call and then going directly by sometimes you can skip this whole process right sometimes you send them to the landing page first right
They watch YouTube, they watch another YouTube video. And remember, as I said, YouTube is like the conversion element. If you watch five to eight YouTube videos done properly, that's five to eight VSLs that your audience has just consumed.
That's a lot of influence. I'm going to get into why that's so important in a second. But then they get sent to the VSL, the landing page, book a call or they buy direct and then boom, they pay and they give you money.
That's the whole funnel right there, the three stages. Now, why everyone gets sent to YouTube? It's very simple.
You gotta think about the hierarchy of influence. What's the most powerful way to influence someone? Obviously, it's gonna be in person.
If I sat in front of you right now, I shook your hand, I looked you in the eye, you'd have the visual, you'd have the auditory, you'd have the in -person aura aspect. You'd trust me a lot more. You'd feel me, right?
But that's obviously not scalable. I can't talk to every single one of you. So the next best thing is a live video call.
one -on -one after that it's gonna be a live stream now the problem with all three of these is that they're not scalable you cannot do that with everybody you cannot stream 24 7. so what's the next best thing a youtube video where that's running 24 7 works for you all the time people can watch it they can binge it and they can become convinced through that this is why we send people to youtube it's the most scalable one so this is the flow you get a reel 30 seconds of a stranger's attention it's enough to get them to click And then they watch maybe more reels, then they go to your page and the funnel guides them towards a 20 minute video that's relevant to them, that helps them to get started on that journey of binge watching your stuff.
It installs a belief, it handles an objection, it builds trust, it's a real big conversion element. So... Let's take a look at then how the offer and the sales assets all play together.
The offer that you have right now is the most important thing before we take a look at all of this, right? Because if you don't have a good offer, it doesn't matter how good your Instagram funnel actually is, you're not gonna convert anything, right? You wanna make money ultimately.
You have the offer, ultimately then it leads to the sales video, ultimately that's to the landing page and leads to the actual branding, right? The offer has to be built first, then the branding. We have to get the planning correct first.
Now, I do have another video that you can watch. in a similar style to this where you can cover where it covers essentially like how to create your entire organic content strategy from head to toe how to think about the positioning how to define your offer how to structure everything it goes more into depth and that video so you can go and watch it on this channel as well but this is the most important step at the start before we get deeper into building the instagram funnel now what do you post and then how do people find it so we got to think about the different stages of the funnel here so Top of the funnel is going to be complete strangers.
Middle of the funnel is going to be followers. And bottom of the funnel is going to be people who trust you already. So top of the funnel, it's generated by reels and trial reels, right?
Getting the follow, you got to have a good hook, get the best format for doing it, the CTA. It's a discovery process. Carousels and then teaching reels, the ones that don't really reach a big audience, but they reach your audience, right?
They don't reach new audiences, but the people who already follow you. These build trust. One belief, you got to think about the six beliefs required in order to get people to buy from you, right?
I'll explain them later, but there's six beliefs required. And if you actually hit every single belief, people are guaranteed to follow you and to buy from you. So we use these reels to install those beliefs inside of people's heads, right?
The stories and the DMs and the call to actions, these are for people who already trust you. They want to consume you and they're ripe and ready for action. You did all the hard work here with the top of the funnel, the middle of the funnel, now the bottom of the funnel.
they're ready to do something that you tell them to do, right? Now, what each format does, the job it does, Instagram shows Reels to people who don't follow you. So Reels are top of funnel by design.
Carousel goes through followers first, and then middle of the funnel nurtures people. Then the bottom of funnel is the DMs and the more private stories that people consume, right? So we are able to go through this.
Now. Where people land is going to be your profile. So you want to optimize your profile as good as possible.
So there's a bunch of different formats that can work. Obviously, you don't have to completely follow this, but this is a good framework if you don't know what you're doing. So I help who get resolved, then one line of proof, and then your link, your name, dash, vertical dash, what you do, right?
You have on your profile, the pin post, it's going to be about me, it's going to be your strongest proof, and then it's going to be your best reel. So this could be, I don't know if you have some award, This one could be about me, like what's my story?
Who am I? And then it's going to be best real as well. These are the top ones you want to put.
And then your highlights, you want to have who you are, right? So people can get to know you, your proof, all your testimonials, your case studies, your results, how people can work with you. And then also you can include AQ and A as well.
Very simple, hard to mess it up. Just do it simply and you'll get results. Now, when you don't know what's broken, right?
In your actual profile and your funnel, you got to take a look at it through this matrix, right? So there's only a few problems that people really have. It's, is there not enough reach?
Well then, you gotta push top of the funnel. Are the views coming in but there's nobody actually converting? Well then, push more middle of the funnel content, right?
Post stories, make better stories, make better character sales. People trust you and still nobody's buying? Well that's bottling funneling DMs.
Maybe your setters are messing up or the sales calls are not happening properly. It's usually the offer and the CTA. Or starting from zero, then only push top of the funnel for a while, right?
Because you have nobody in your audience that you got to get new people coming in. So now how do people find you on Instagram, right? What's like the actual mechanism behind this?
No one actually finds you by searching you. That doesn't happen. Instagram shows your reel to them, right?
In the reels tab or in their feed. So that means that the person watching actually never went looking for you. So you have to capture the retention, right?
The first few seconds mean. everything there's no hashtag or caption that's gonna it's gonna save you it's all about the hook it's all about the first few seconds right so here we can see real tab real from someone they never heard of you're scrolling on your phone and you see a real oh who is this right you're intrigued and if they're actually interested in you then first of all they follow you and then more strangers come and they watch you right it's always new people your followers always your followers who watch you first and then more strangers come in right if the if the algorithm likes your video now here's the matrix here to think about.
Do the first seconds hold them? Yes. Then Instagram shows it to a new batch of strangers.
And if no, then it dies. Doesn't matter how good the rest is, it dies. So the hook is the most important thing.
right and search is a research tool it's it's not it's only for you it's for you to go and search up competition and go for you to go in and and look at other people's stuff it's not for people to find you searches no one really finds you from search it's very very small that someone directly recommends you right so this is actually easier to explain it's hard to do but we'll get into some formats that are very easy for you to follow so that you can get more more views and how to think about how to how to master this hook right so some of the formats that are working best right now with examples are the following right you have the s tier ranking as you can see here this kind of real This is working very good where people like they rank different things within their niche.
Very popular format here. The listicle, here's my top five, here's my top three, here's my top 20, always popular. Here's a common trap breakdown where, you know, it's a counterintuitive thing that people need to think about.
So that's a good content to make. And then also Q and A's are doing really good right now as well. So these are real formats that are working best.
This is subject to change, but this is right now what's working best. Now there are more formats that are also winning and each one of these. be its own account average.
And we'll talk about account average and why that's important in a second. But as you can see here, There's breakdown videos.
You take a pen and paper. You take a whiteboard. You can break the concepts down in front of people.
There's a problem and a solution. Very simple concept. There's a scenario where you're explaining, hey, I'm in this scenario.
I'm a person. I'm working five hours a week. And this is my day.
And this is the problems I'm having. Boom, scenario. A and B, testing back and forth.
Hey, I posted this one. I posted that one. These were my results.
A case study, self -explanatory. A tutorial video, also self -explanatory. You have personal learning.
These are the lessons that I learned from my life experience, et cetera. You have the phone yap, very low effort, easy, personal. Put your hand up and literally film a reel.
Screen share, these are doing very well, especially for education, right? The person's at the bottom and then you're pointing up towards the actual screen share the whiteboard ones We mentioned also very similar and then the walk and talk, right? So these are all formats that are winning.
These are the top formats that are winning right now But these are also formats that are also winning too right you have to pick the format that is winning in your niche because it's not all going to be the same it depends on your niche now in terms of carousels and stories the only two carousel formats that are worth mentioning right now are the following which are sort of like a twittered post style format and i'll get into how we structure these in a second here or also part of like a preview of like a youtube video as you can see here right it goes through the text changes and then boom so how these are structured then It starts with a hook, then goes into the proof, goes into the steps, very specific steps, and then there's a CTA.
That's the general rough outline. Now let's talk about stories. So a story is told in about four to five frames.
These are typically like a story format right now that's winning. So a normal sequence opens with a point or a topic, then it expands on it, then it presents the proof, then the CTA. So you can take a look here.
Very simple. Concept, expands, proof. cta the next format is a poll and this one is the same thing except it just starts with a poll so for example what size is your brand or business team gets you engaged, it expands on the concept, touches on proof, and then again, CTA to a YouTube video, or usually it's a YouTube video, right?
Because we're funneling towards that. Q &A sequence opens with the Q &A, Q &A answer, Q &A answer, then the CTA, right? Q &A, Q &A, Q2A, Q &A, and then with the right Q &A, segues into the next CTA, which makes sense with the Q &A before it.
Then you have the objection sequence, and that's just simply, you know, what problems are you facing? Objections that people have. Concerns that you can address in your market and then you address those Give people the reality of things give people proof and then be like, okay Here's a CTA and you can take a look at it yourself So these are story sequences that are working best right now and the CTA always goes last in every sequence never in the middle Always at the end of everything right now This is all of the all of the formats and stuff that are winning It's actually very simple as you can see here and you can literally take them This is a hard part right coming up and learning all these things but that's only one of the hard parts.
The other hard part is actually what you post it. You have the formats, what you post about, right? Because it's just, it's just a template.
You have to fill in the meat. So the ideation process has 12 inputs. I've also talked about this in another video, but I'll go through them quickly.
I'm not going to go too deep into them in this video. You have the offer and the buyer as an input. You have the branding and the backstory.
You have the six belief systems. I'll quickly go through them. It's people need to believe that they trust you.
People need to believe that they like you. People need to believe that. They can't solve the problem in the first place.
People need to believe that you can solve the problem. People need to believe that you can solve the problem better than the competition. People need to believe also that they need to act now and not later.
So if all six of these beliefs are installed, then people will guarantee to buy from you and follow you, along with all these other things in order to make a good topic. The market research and the demand map, what is winning in your niche? What is winning in adjacent niches?
Your own winners and losers, failures and feedback, proven testimonials, business context and what to promote. audience account state and the funnel numbers and the content library now you can go ahead and take a screenshot of this here for yourself for your learning so you can see all the explanations but i'm not going to go and waste time going through all these already And as you can see here, there's also the six beliefs here.
Boom, screenshot that yourself. Next, moving on. The six inputs that are the same everywhere are gonna be the offer and the buyer because that doesn't change, right?
The branding and the backstory, that's you and who you are. The six belief systems, that's immutable. Failures in feedback, what the comments and DMs keep telling you, that's across all platforms.
Proof and testimonials, those are the things you always have. And context and what to promote. That's the custom instructions that you give it that cannot be systemized.
The things that are unique to Instagram are demand map, what's winning in your niche, the adjacent niches, the winners and losers, the funnel numbers, and then the content library itself. So we're going to go through them now and we're going to see how to set these up. Now, this is input number four, which is the market research and the demand map.
So you have to find out what the market wants, who they are, what they already know, what they've heard, what... What they object to what struggles they have and we map this out in the demand map So how we do this is we go in the comment sections under the winners We go in reddit in the forums. We go to sales calls and the DMS This is very good data, but probably the best data is from buyers We go on the search suggestions and then we again you go through our own buyers again, right?
We get all of the words that these people are saying all the terms right 20 to 40 phrases per niche Get clients, close more, hire, systems, pricing, all these things are relevant. And then we search each phrase on Instagram and read the top post, right?
Is it a real that you average or you open real and see what Instagram shows you next? That tells you where to group it with this topic, right? So what we can find from this is we can find direct demand, phrases that people directly want to get something from it, some results, some action.
A bridge. term which is a phrase that is like sort of like loosely connected to what you're actually selling right what you're actually offering and then something that's just simply not on the map which a phrase that nobody wants doesn't make any sense and and you can just basically discard it right so what this actually looks like in practice is for example the angle the word get clients people type clients in the comments and we take a look and we see that there's four reels that are above the average on any specific page right you know best one has five times the actual specific the actual numbers on any specific page and how we do that is we take the search term we go look at the reels that pop up and then we go compare those to the actual account average so this might be a difficult process we have to manually go through thankfully we have ai and thankfully we have our ai systems which literally take an account and calculate the average views and if relative to that
that account the average views the views on this video are greater than the average views of the account then that's how we get this number four times five times right so this one is a direct it's a direct hit with what people actually want so it's problem aware right close more etc we go through the system as you can see here you can screenshot this yourself but but you can understand how we come up with these phrases and we match them to what the market actually wants so we have to also be aware of the awareness map which is people who are unaware how do you market to them well you have to tell the story of the problem right they don't know what it is yet so you got to start talking about the problem like get them to think about the problem if they're problem aware now they know they have a problem well great now name it show that it can be solved if they're solution aware well then show them that your mechanism beats the other mechanisms because they're already looking for a solution right why yours and why not the other ones if they're product aware well then you just have to give them better proof and do a better cta or give some discount now if they're most aware then you have to
Talk about the identity, the offer itself. Talk about there's a deadline for taking action and other aspects that will sell them better if they're already most aware of everything, right? Now, the next input is finding what is winning in your niche.
So again, we take the search terms from the demand map that we already made. We read the results, most recent first, right? The reels tab, this month, right?
Keep note of the accounts that keep appearing, right? This is important and list them out. Next step is that every reel that beats its account average is an outlier.
Three times the account median or more. You gotta record this, right? The account goes on the to -do list.
Then you open each account on the list. You scroll the recent reels. Again, score them all against the median, right?
It's all relative to the average account, right? And then you record outliers. Then you open similar accounts because Instagram is recommending them for a reason.
They're adjacent to this. So you open the similar accounts and you also do the same thing there. market is visited, then you search the next term on your demand map.
And this is how you find all of what is winning in your niche right now, right? Run the checks, make sure everything is correct, and then write it down. Now, as we can see here, the four checks that we have to do before an outlier is trusted is, is it at least three times its average for the account?
If it's not, then don't take it as a signal, right? If it is, then it's a good signal, that's a good video. How many comments per 1 ,000 views?
This is against the account's own rate. If the account average comments per 1 ,000 views is, I don't know, two comments and this one has 20 comments, that's good. If the account average is 20 comments and this one has 21 comments, well then it's not that great relative to that, right?
And remember, if there are far less comments than there are views, then they may have also bought you. So that's also something to consider in mind. Likes and saves, again, if it's more or less relative to the amount of views and the amount of comments, then it's legit.
Otherwise, it also could be bought, right? And then again, the age and shape of the client. When you look at a reel, you can see the growth of the reel in the statistics.
And if it's really suspect, if it's really fishy, then yeah, again, it could also have been boughted. And it's not actually accurate data that you should take as market research. So moving on.
Moving on, here we can take a look at the actual reading card. What's get written down for every trusted outlier? It's the spoken hook, right?
You want to write that one down. Write down the content format. Is it ranking?
Is it a listicle? Is it a comment trap? Is it a Q &A?
Is it a breakdown? Whatever it is, write that down. And also the CTA, because that's also very effective, right?
And from there, you can take the hook type. You can take the delivery style. Is it talking head, screen share, B -roll, whatever it is.
Then also you can map the awareness stage too. So this is very meticulous and scientific work. Might be a bit complicated for some of you guys who are so deep into marketing, but this is necessary.
We're very thorough and scientific about our process. There is no guesswork here. So we score then the different hooks.
right the x nobody tells you about i did it for 30 days stop doing x and y so for this type of hook there was nine winners and on average it was a 4 .8 so you take the average of the average you take the so for example that reel that was winning on this account right it was like four or five four times the average this this reel that's winning on this other account was six times the average and this reel was on this other account was like five times the average you take this four five and six times and you take the average of that right and you can get that 4 .8 you can have four times three four four times so it's the average of the average that we're actually taking here and you can also note down the ones that flop so and then you see what the flops have in common flops are the talking head wins bureaus loses it you can compare your results as well now the entire process that i just explained to you is done by our signals engine inside our touch to scaling platform which all of our touch to scaling clients get access to
literally everything i just explained if it sounds even one percent complicated to you there's a high chance you can't pull it off yourself i've shown you how to do it but there's a lot of automation and there's a lot of mathematics involved in actually making this a success right and it's quite a tedious process to do yourself to write everything down take a full read of the market in general but you now know the logic so you can do it yourself or you can get us to do it for you inside of touchless scaling cloudprofit .com link in the description, if you're interested moving on.
So now we have to take what is winning in adjacent niches. These are ideas that nobody in your niche has done yet, but they're working in adjacent niches, right? With the same type of viewer watching the same for the same reason.
And you can index these niches the exact same way that you index your own. You steal the format, the structure, and the packaging, but the subject is obviously going to be yours. So if we map this out, you have your niche, for example, content agency owners.
You have right around you, you have the hiring, the operator, sales and call outreach, personal brand, coaching courses, and stuff that's very... very closely right first here the same kind of buyer they could buy your offer tomorrow you should index these first and make them deepest the second here is just the same reason for watching right productivity and systems financing for operators make money online e -commerce ai tools and automation they also want to build something they also want to make money from it but you index them second and only take the formats from that not the subjects right but you should still always stay inside business entrepreneurship and personal brand at least in this case there's no pets there's no gaming there's no cooking a format that wins with a complete completely different viewer proves nothing to you.
So if you are doing stuff with pets or doing stuff with cooking or whatever, then you need a completely different map of formats and the man map that you have to do, right? But it works for everything, obviously. So how do you pick an adjacent niche and then what to steal from it?
So name five adjacent niches. So questions you have to ask yourself for this are, would this viewer buy from me tomorrow? And is this viewer watching for the reason mine watches?
If it's two, it's two yeses, then it's the first tier. And if it's just one, is just the second tier index them the same way again same search terms we already did that and then keep only what one more than once then translate them into your subject just take the formats right for example every cold email mistake in 12 minutes becomes every pre -call page mistake in 12 minutes right the same structure of the hook but it just translated into your niche into your offer and then you could test these take some of these every two weeks every week and then just put them against your averages, put them against your proven ones and see if it beats your average, right?
And it goes into your library as well, your content library, right? So again, the rule is steal the format, the structure and the packaging. Don't take the actual words.
And then why this is the input people skip? Well, everyone in the niche watches the same 20 accounts, so everyone makes the same reel. This is why there's no innovation.
Everybody seems like everybody's copying everyone. The people who actually know how to innovate and... make something new inside of their niche, people are like, wow, this is a new format.
Likely they stole it from another niche, right? There are not too many new things under the sun. So this is the process you have to do in order to actually get ahead inside your niche.
Now, moving on here, the next input is your own winners and losers. So your own results are the strongest evidence that you have. As long as you keep these three numbers separate, a reel that got the views is one thing, a reel that book calls is another thing, and then a reel that made you money is the one that you make more of.
right and the losers go on another sheet because who cares about them right but this is the hierarchy of your winners money qualified calls and leads and then views versus your average is only things that matter so for example you have here a real so the three questions i ask every client talk ahead real right views versus the average only 1 .4 but six calls and you made 18k right so this is legit you should keep making more of this or here's another one POV your agency at 6 a .m.
B -roll. 7x times the views, but zero calls, right? This is good for top of the funnel stuff, but if you want to make money, you should be posting more of the top, this kind of content instead, right?
And then here's another one that's kind of in between. 2 .2 times the average, three calls, only 9k you made off of that. Now, how can we track how much money is made off of each type of reel?
We have Trackio software, which you can go and you can sign up for and it tracks everything amazingly. It's very good. I recommend that.
Yusuf is a good friend of mine and I recommend his software. It's very good. So you also note down the losers as well, stuff you don't want to do, right?
The real they did 0 .3x, the real they did 0 .6x, and the real they clicked and they left. You also have to theorize why these losers happened. So for example, on this one, what was the problem with the real they did only 0 .3 times?
It's nobody asked for the topic, it's not on the map, so don't remake it with a new hook. For example, on the real they did 0 .6x with a great first minute, right? Good retention on the first minute.
It's the packaging, right? the hook and the cover didn't get people to ultimately click. So you have to repackage it and make it again.
And then ultimately the next one where the real, they clicked on the actual link or they actually went and they took an action and then they left. It was because the rule itself didn't prepare them to stay on that. on the on the cta direction where they went to so you have to repackage the whole thing and try to figure out what it was right so you always should theorize as well it's not you cannot like specific there's no like a black or white why this failed exactly you got to use a marketing brand as well or the shared context and the judgment decisions of our ai which can also do it for you now you have input 11.
Which is the audience the account state and the funnel number So this is like what's what the ground floor the battleground of your account is right now you have to take It's ever evolving as well. So Views from non -followers you have profile visits and follows you have the comment word and the dms And you have the qualified calls and the customers ultimately These are all the numbers that you can take from your instagram funnel and you can note them down and you can take keep track of them right now you have to look at the different problems in your funnel and you can score them differently depending on what they are.
So for example, if there's a drop off of non -followers that views that fell against your average, well, this means that there's a problems with the hook and the format. So you should make more direct demand topics, new hooks from the library, trial reels on strangers, focus on more top of the funnel stuff. Views are fine, but there's no profile visits.
Well, then the reel didn't make people go click on your profile. So there's a perspective missing. You got to change a bit of the angle as well to get people to come onto the page.
The page visits are fine, but there's no people commenting the word and there's no DMs. Well, then it's a CTA. There's a problem with that.
You should fix it. The DMs are fine, but there's few qualified calls. Then this is a problem with the buyer and the filter.
Like the wrong kind of viewer is coming to your funnel. So you have to go back into the hooks. You have to go back into the actual content and see what kind of people you're attracting.
There's calls coming in, but no. is closing well this is not really a content problem this is like an offer problem this is like a general sales calls problem this is not a problem with instagram there's good people coming into your phone calls are being booked you need to fix your offer which is a topic for another video but as you can see here there's different things that happen in different ways to correct it based on the amount of the number of of your statistics here on the different parts of your instagram funnel right next we have the actual content library itself and this is again ever evolving as you add to it so first of all the stuff that was published right every real was the numbers the winners feed input seven and then the losers feed input eight You have stuff that's repurposable, right?
A reel can become a carousel. For example, the story sequence can become a reel and the winner can again be run as a trial reel with a different format, bit of a different hook, different angle. If it's a winner, you obviously want to keep iterating on that as well.
Now the stuff that is missing stuff that are evergreen pieces for your niche that aren't really like trending or really new topics that we have to come up with stuff that installs certain beliefs, then you also need to create these as well. And they're out there, right? And they should be filled up.
So this is the content library. It's very simple, straightforward. Now what actually comes out of all these inputs.
So you have the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, all the way to 12. They all go into the Pampa AI. Pampa, myself, put my brain into the AI, my team's brain, all of our thousands of judgment calls, all for $200 million plus of marketing results all into this Pampa AI.
And what do you get? You get topics with the beliefs that they install for reels, for carousels, for stories. Everything it's just given to you right there Right now if your own history is thin then you got a lean on market evidence as your own winners pile up Then they're gonna get more say if nobody knows you yet Just do more top of the funnel stuff if people know you and they don't buy trust the mechanisms They're ready to see TSO like the weights of all of these are gonna change at the start You're not gonna have as much, you know winners because you're just starting obviously, but as things go on you're going to get more and more winners and you're going to be able to put them into the system and they're going to have more weight.
Now, two rules underneath the whole plan. It's very important is that you should have around 80 % agreeable content. And this is the important thing that people always ask me about.
How did you guys do it with Tate? Like what kind of content was rage baiting and what kind of content was like, yeah, this is stuff that I would listen to and I become convinced in order to get people money. Well, here's a ratio 80 % agreeable and 20 % controversial that reaches people who weren't going to watch your stuff in the first place.
Because you can't install, and also keep in mind as well, you cannot install a belief that's too far from what the audience already believes. You have to start from where they are and then slowly move them ahead one step at a time. So the controversial stuff isn't meant to install beliefs, it's just meant to rage with people and intrigue them enough that they're like, okay, let me watch the rest of the content.
Then they come in and watch more of the middle of the funnel stuff and the middle of the funnel stuff will convince them. It will install beliefs inside of their head and that's exactly what you want to do. Now, once again, you can put all of this context, all of these 12 inputs into the Pampa AI, and it will literally give you all the topics in the order that it needs to be posted, right?
Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. Very easily done. All right, so moving on now, we have the actual loop of like how we test these things.
So first of all, we have the topic, obviously. We have the outliers, right? We have the hooks, right?
We have the hooks in the format. So you should take three hooks. for every one format so you can test three different hooks you can test them into trial reels you post them and then you get numbers coming back to you right and you repeat that every single week it's very straightforward system here it's just iterate iterate iterate iterate and you see that you can see the loop here yourself now the system from topics to post every single week right this is how it actually works so you take this week's topics which is about seven each tag with this belief right from number eight as you can see here there was about seven that it gives you and you shouldn't do more than seven because you don't want to go too far in the future because the market can change so we want to do this in batches of seven then we have the reels made from this one per day We have the carousels made from this two or three per week.
And then we have the stories made from this also every single day moving towards the CTA. And how you actually pick the format for each topic is you take the format, right? One of the seven.
You look at the format that's winning in your niche. We already mapped these out. You take one of them.
You take the spoken hook that it gives, right? You format it to your niche as well. And then you film it.
and then you give a cta as well inside of that reel so it's very simple actually instagram is not rocket science it's literally just as we just map out the topics do your market research get the best formats get the best hooks take it from adjacent niches put it all together with the correct weights boom you have the topics You know what to make.
Very simple, actually. In theory, it's simple, right? Obviously.
Actually doing it is another thing. Repurposing and trial reels. So you have the content made.
You want to repurpose it. Some of the stuff did very well. Obviously, repurpose it and reuse it again.
You got to milk it for all that it's worth. So this is what we do. We take a reel or carousel that won.
So a winner on your account, a reel or carousel. Find the reason why it won before you touch it. Was it the topic?
Was it the format or the hook? And then you just make the same winner again, each one a trial. Same script as a talking head, same script as a bureau with a copy on the screen, same script with a green screen over the proof, as a carousel slide by slide, as a story sequence, a new hook with the same body, a repost after 14 to 30 days with the second angle, same topic in the next winning format, and you can repost it as a normal reel for your followers or a trial reel for strangers.
only we have here a winner on another platform for example an x post a linkedin post a youtube short tick tock an email with replies right it already won so it's already winning for your niche for your specific offer maybe not on instagram but for another platform but let's take it towards instagram let's use it here too right turn it into a reel and then you post it simple as that normal reel trial reel right now long form chopped up is still good right however an actual specific made for instagram is better because it's you get more customizability in terms of what you can create and the format as we explained here for instagram right you're going to be sometimes get a very good long -form clip caught up yes and it can be efficient as you're creating many long -form videos but you should still definitely focus on instagram specific content as well right now moving on here Trial Reels.
What are they and what are the rules? A trial reel is a reel Instagram shows only to people who don't follow you. Your followers never see it, which makes it the best testing tool on the platform and most people are using it wrong.
Blind testing hurts you. Nine posts in two hours also hurts you. The same reel twice in a week gets flagged as a copy and it dies.
What works is variations, different hooks, visuals, formats, and audio on the same idea. Post these as trials, spaced out, and then let the strangers decide what is the winner. Again, these reach strangers, we test them on the right people, scale a winner once you actually get one, repost after 14 to 30 days.
Once the winner has aged, you can come back and you can use it again. And you can take a lead capture on a trial reel as well. See which ones can directly convert with a CTA.
And then track which reel does what as well. All of these are very easily tracked too. Again, blind spam.
not good, but variation spaced out, scientifically executed. This is what's going to win on the trial reels. Now let's take a look at the week and let's take a look at this zoom out and take a look at how it looks.
So you have reels at least one per day, reaches strangers every single day. You have stories also every single day, bottom of the funnel, middle of the funnel, nurturing carousels two to three times a week. And then your YouTube videos again, also two to three times a week that you want to post right now, there's no magic number, but Instagram punishes low quality.
not volume minimum is one quality reel per day and stories per day above that you can post as much as you want to as long as you have full quality the moment quality drops your momentum is lost and instagram is going to punish you so don't sacrifice quality it's super important on this platform now where do we send people from from the actual reels and from all the stuff that we post here we make them comment the word and then there's a dm automation typically with many chats so they can talk to them to us on on the on the DMs, you can get a center to talk to us and then.
They get automatically the YouTube video sent to them or they get the link sent to them. Story link sticker as well. They can just click on the story.
They can click on the bio. And then obviously DMs. Will we have a setter or somebody reply to them?
And they all get sent to YouTube, which is where they should end up. Now, the loop, once again, is the ideation. Then it's the scripting.
Then it's the filming. Then it's the production. Then it's the distribution.
Then it's analytics. And you can take a look at it yourself. This is what you're going to have to do every single time.
Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. The ideation is done for you. Scripting also can be done for you.
The filming is yourself, that will never ever be outsourced, but the production as well can be done for you too, right? AI is amazing now. AI can one -shot videos, can one -shot scripts, can one -shot ideation processes once you have the inputs, the distribution too, the clipping, the repurposing, and then obviously the analytics and feeding that all back into the ideation to keep that loop going, right?
So this has been the Instagram to YouTube guide. It's... pretty boring it's very technical it's analytical if this seems like too much if you know perhaps you might not be able to pull this off yourself that's why we exist to do it for you right our ai systems do it for you we get our hands dirty as well we analyze your entire business from head to toe on the instagram side of things and we make sure we execute the most effective and profitable instagram strategy possible for your brand or business.

It's been Eli Pompa and until the next video.
The Hook

The bait, then the rug-pull.

The title promises a new Instagram strategy. The first sentence reframes it: this is a guide for getting people off Instagram and onto YouTube as fast as possible. The host then dares the viewer to click away if a boring money video is not for them, and spends the next three minutes stacking credibility from the Tate era before the board work begins.

Frameworks

Named ideas worth stealing.

04:38model

The three-stage Instagram funnel

  1. Traffic: Reels, trial reels, carousels
  2. Nurture: profile, stories, carousels, DMs
  3. Conversion: YouTube videos, then VSL, landing page, call or direct buy

Instagram generates and warms, YouTube convinces, the landing page or call collects.

Steal forany organic funnel that ends in a high-ticket call
06:06model

The hierarchy of influence

  1. In person
  2. Live video call
  3. Live stream
  4. YouTube video
  5. Reels, posts, stories

Each rung is less persuasive than the one above but more scalable. YouTube is the highest rung that runs 24/7.

TOFU, MOFU, BOFU post jobs

  1. Top: Reels and trial reels get the follow
  2. Middle: carousels and teaching reels install beliefs
  3. Bottom: stories, DMs and CTAs move people who already trust you

Every post has one job. Never post without knowing which of the three it is.

The profile formula

  3. Pinned: about me, strongest proof, best Reel
  4. Highlights: who you are, proof, how to work with you, Q&A

Simple, hard to mess up.

  3. Trust but no buyers: DMs, setters, offer and CTA
  4. Starting from zero: only top of funnel for a while

Only a few things ever break. Match the symptom to the stage.

Four pitches in 40 minutes. A three-minute credibility block at the top, a mid-video pitch after the hardest section where the host says if it sounds one percent complicated you probably cannot do it yourself, a Pampa AI mention, and a close that reframes the video's own tedium as the reason to hire them. The free value is real but the overwhelm is the sales mechanism.
