Big Idea

The argument in one line.

AI ad generation only produces ads that sell when a strategy and research document precedes it, so the real unlock is a two-prompt system that forces creative strategy before any visual gets made.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • You run or work at an agency generating Meta ad creative for multiple clients and want to multiply output without hiring more designers.
  • You're a business owner running your own ads and want a repeatable process instead of guessing at creative.
  • You've tried AI ad generators and gotten polished-looking output that never actually converts.
  • You want to see a real prompt-to-published-ad workflow rather than a highlight reel of AI video clips.
SKIP IF…
  • You're looking for a no-cost tool. This runs on paid GPT-6 Astra credits plus Higgsfield generation credits.
  • You want organic content ideas. This is entirely about paid Meta advertising creative.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

An agency owner who runs over a thousand ads a month walks through his GPT-6 Astra plus Higgsfield MCP workflow for Meta ad creative. Nine hook frameworks and a four-part straight-sell ad structure set up two prompts: prompt one has Astra browse the brand's site and the Meta Ads Library to build a research and strategy document, prompt two turns that brief into finished video and static ads through Higgsfield. He runs it live for an ecommerce brand (Loop Earplugs) and a lead-gen brand (Wren Kitchens), then generates a full 3D kitchen render in Blender from a single prompt. He closes by outlining a not-yet-shipped system where Astra reads Meta ad-performance signals, writes new briefs on winners and losers, and auto-generates the next batch, with a human approval step in between.

01 · The Perfect Ad Frameworks to Use

Cold open claiming most AI-ad tutorials never made money, then a walkthrough of nine hook frameworks (old way/new way, presenter story, client story, visualization, open loops, question, new perspective, call-outs, what-ifs) and the four-part straight-sell ad structure: hook, problem and agitation, solution and benefits, offer and CTA.

04:5007:15

02 · Setting Up GPT Astra + Higgsfield

Installs the Higgsfield plugin inside ChatGPT, selects the GPT-6 Astra model at 'high' reasoning, and confirms the MCP connection before starting a new chat for the actual ad run.

07:1516:50

03 · Prompt 1: The Creative Strategy

Runs the research prompt live for Loop Earplugs: Astra browses the brand site, opens multiple parallel agent windows to scan three competitors' Meta Ads Library entries, pulls proof points, reviews, Reddit customer language, and compiles a full creative-strategy document in about 15 minutes.

16:5019:46

04 · Prompt 2: Generating The Ads

Feeds the approved strategy document into the production prompt, which has Higgsfield generate a presenter sheet plus ten static ads and several video ads, using Nanobanana Pro for statics and Seedance for video, then QAs its own output.

19:4623:25

05 · Ecom Ads: Loop Earplugs

Reviews the finished Loop Earplugs batch in a shareable creative dashboard: multiple video ad hooks, ten static concepts, and a note to always generate three hook variants per ad body to triple usable variants for free.

23:2527:33

06 · Lead Gen Ads: Wren Kitchens

Runs the same two-prompt system for a lead-generation brand, Wren Kitchens, noting the strategy differences for lead gen (longer 30-second, 75-95 word scripts, more presenter-led ads), and reviews the resulting UGC-style video and static ads plus three hook variants.

27:3331:15

07 · 3D Ads With Blender

Installs the Higgsfield Blender bridge and runs a single 3D-render prompt that has Astra build the product, the set, a shot list, typography, and the animated render inside Blender, producing a full 3D kitchen scene ad and a reusable asset library.

31:1536:47

08 · Automating Media Buying

Outlines a not-yet-shipped automation loop: connect the Meta API so Astra pulls daily performance signals, flags winners (hit CPA after 2-3x spend) or fatigue (rising frequency, rising cost), writes a new creative brief off the winners and losers, generates the next batch through Higgsfield, and routes it through a human approve/reject step before auto-publishing via the Meta Marketing API. Closes with a link to the free prompt pack and a pitch to sign up for Higgsfield.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • Most AI ad-generation tutorials skip strategy entirely and go straight to visuals, which produces content that looks impressive but was never built to convert.
  • A four-part straight-sell ad structure covers hook, problem and agitation, solution and benefits, then offer and call to action.
  • The research prompt has the AI browse the brand's own website plus the Meta Ads Library for the three top competitors, pulling their five longest-running ads as a proxy for what's already proven to work.
  • Ads that have run the longest in the Meta Ads Library are the strongest signal of what's already converting, since businesses stop running losers and keep re-spending on winners.
  • Recommended ad length is 15 seconds for ecommerce and 30 seconds (75-95 words of script) for lead generation, because AI-generated ads degrade in quality past roughly 30-60 seconds.
  • Every ad body should get three separate hook variants generated against it, tripling usable ad variations from a single creative concept for free.
  • A full brand research and competitor strategy document that used to take a creative strategy team hours of manual work now compiles in about 15 minutes.
  • A proposed automated media-buying loop watches Meta ad signals for two triggers only: a winner hitting target cost-per-acquisition after 2-3x minimum spend, or fatigue showing up as rising frequency with rising cost.
  • The recommended split for ongoing ad testing is 80% iteration on what's already proven to work and 20% completely new angles.
  • A single Blender-bridge prompt through the Higgsfield MCP can generate an entire 3D kitchen scene, including the product, the set, the shot list, and the render, a job that previously required someone who knew 3D modeling software.
  • The stated minimum for a healthy Meta ad account launch is at least 10 new creatives per batch, because ad testing needs volume of variance, not one polished ad.
  • The plan for full automation still keeps a human approval gate before any AI-generated ad goes live, with the intent to reduce approvals over time as trust in the output increases.
Takeaway

Strategy has to happen before a single ad gets generated

WHAT TO LEARN

AI can produce polished ad creative in minutes, but the ads that convert come from a research and strategy step run first, not from a better-looking generator.

01The Perfect Ad Frameworks to Use
  • Most AI ad-generation content skips strategy entirely and goes straight to visuals, which is why it produces content that looks impressive but was never built to convert.
  • A four-part straight-sell ad structure (hook, problem and agitation, solution and benefits, offer and CTA) is the baseline to write against before adding anything more creative.
  • Nine reusable hook types (old way/new way, presenter story, client story, visualization, open loops, question, new perspective, call-outs, what-ifs) cover most proven ad openings.
03Prompt 1: The Creative Strategy
  • A brand's own competitors already reveal what's converting: the ads that have run longest in a public ad library are the ones being paid to keep running.
  • Separating research from generation into two distinct steps (a strategy document, then a production pass) keeps AI-assisted output tied to a brief instead of improvising.
05Ecom Ads: Loop Earplugs
  • Match ad length to the sale: about 15 seconds for ecommerce, about 30 seconds (75-95 words) for lead generation, since quality drops on longer AI-generated scripts.
  • Generating three hook variants against every ad body multiplies usable variants for free, and Meta ad testing rewards volume of real variance over one polished ad.
  • Treat AI ad output as a first draft, not a final one: expect and plan for a round of iteration (removing bad text, fixing proportions) even on strong generations.
073D Ads With Blender
  • 3D and generative tooling now let one person produce assets (like a full rendered kitchen scene) that used to require specialist software skills and cost thousands of dollars.
08Automating Media Buying
  • A closed loop of performance signal to new creative to human approval is the direction paid-ads automation is heading: winners and fatigue both trigger the next round automatically, but a human still checks the output before it goes live.

Terms worth knowing.

GPT-6 Astra
The ChatGPT model and agent mode used in this video, capable of computer use (browsing sites and tools itself) and of running multiple parallel research agents.
Higgsfield
An AI ad-creative platform aggregating multiple image, video, and motion-graphics models, connected into ChatGPT as an MCP plugin so Astra can generate ads directly inside a chat.
MCP
Model Context Protocol, the plugin standard that lets a chat model like GPT-6 Astra call out to an external tool, such as Higgsfield, directly from the conversation.
Meta Ads Library
Meta's public archive of every ad currently running on Facebook and Instagram, used here to research competitors' longest-running (and therefore likely highest-converting) ad creative.
UGC ad
User-generated-content style ad: footage shot to look like an ordinary customer's phone video rather than polished brand content, here generated with an AI avatar instead of a real person.
Ad set budget optimization (ABO)
A Meta campaign setting that lets one ad set's budget flow automatically across all the ads placed inside it, used when a team doesn't want to manage separate budgets per ad concept.
Hook variant
A version of an ad that keeps the same body and visuals but swaps only the opening line, used to test which opening claim earns the most attention.
Cost per acquisition (CPA)
How much it costs in ad spend to generate one conversion (sale or lead), the core metric used to judge whether an ad is a winner.

metaphorstory
Most people teaching how to make ads with AI have never made an ad that actually sold anything. It'll teach you how to make something pretty, but pretty doesn't pay. Now, my agency, Affluent .co, creates over a thousand ads a month, and now using GPT -Astra, we can multiply that output considerably.
The ads that we create have made the businesses we run them for more than $200 million. And today, I'm going to give you the secret sauce behind them. So this isn't a video about ads that look good.
It's about ad - that make money and by the end of it you'll have the exact system we use to produce hundreds of ads in a single day the frameworks we use to script them and the exact prompts that build entire ad batches in one go i'm even going to share how we are now planning to automate the media buying process in our business so this is for you whether you're an agency running ads on behalf of your clients or you're a business owner doing it for yourself whether you sell products online or sell services in the real world let's get into it so in order for us to create exceptional ads and actually convert we need to ensure we have the right strategy the right framework behind them so before i show you how to build them i'm going to run you through the actual frameworks behind now there are two core components to an ad the first and arguably most important is the hook itself and this is the first thing that we say we stop the scroll we grab attention on whatever it is we're trying to sell and i've got nine hook frameworks for you i'm not going to go through every single one in detail right now you can have a look
through these in your own time and maybe I can create an entire video based around hooks in the future. Let me know if you want it. But all of these frameworks are proven to work and have had hundreds of thousands in spend put behind them.
We start off with old way versus new way. So we contrast an outdated approach with a modern one. We then have presenter story.
And so the presenter, the person in front of the camera, frames the result that they are about to show. We have client story. So we open up on the hero's starting point and their transformation.
Visualization. So we paint the desired future state. Open loops.
So we promise a reveal and we hold it open until the end of the ad. a question, so a rhetorical question that names the pattern the prospect is curious about. New perspective, so we challenge common beliefs.
We have call -outs where we name the audience directly, and then we have what -ifs where we open with a hypothetical better world. And I've got examples for each of those underneath. But what I recommend you doing is I'm going to give you access to this entire resource that I'm going to be going through in this video.
I'll put a link in the description. You can use that as context to Astro itself, send those frameworks over, and ask about which of them would be relevant for your... specific product or service and what you're trying to achieve right now.
That would be the best thing. Now, I'm going to be giving you one of many ad frameworks that we use, but this is arguably the one that most people should start with. and it is the straight sell ad framework which is built with the sole purpose if you can guess to sell okay and so the framework is very simple there are four different parts to it the first part is the hook which we just went through which again is a bold claim or question we call out the audience and their pain and we promise a transformation the second part is now the problem and agitation okay we go deeper into the problem and we agitate it so it feels urgent okay we poke them where it hurts and then we really make it hurt okay and so we dig straight into the root cause of the issue the problem that your product or service solves now we give them the solution and the benefits so we prodded them and now we're like hey do you want a solution you want me to rid you of this pain we introduce that solution any specific benefits and we add social proof around that as well so if you've got case studies okay if you've got testimonials we want to back up that solution with proof
And then finally, we have the offer and the call to action. So we state the offer plainly. What is it that we actually want to give them?
What action do we want them to take? We add scarcity or urgency, but only if it's real. Nobody likes false scarcity.
People can sniff it out. And then we restate the main benefit and tell them exactly what they need to do. So we hook them in this, hey, do you want this thing because you've got this problem and it's causing these issues?
Or this is the solution I've created for it. And these are the benefits. the people that have already seen the benefits of this and look at their lives now and if you want that benefit too then i want to offer a free consultation for you all you need to do to get it is click the link below and receive it and so that is the straight sell ad framework it is dangerously simple but dangerously effective okay So go and use them in your own time.
They are going to be important for the prompts that we are going to use now as well, because great output with AI is all about great input. The quality of your output is dictated by what we put into the front end. And so I've actually got four, what is that, five prompts that we're going to be going through today.
I'm going to be using the example of e -commerce businesses, but also lead generation businesses. So e -com being companies that sell products online, lead gen being businesses that sell services. So we've got a...
a mix of different strategies there. But before we jump into the prompts, okay, what we're actually going to be using today is GPT -6 Astra. In order to get that, we need to download the ChatGPT app online.
You can also do this through Codex. And the model that we're going to be using or the plugin behind the scenes that's actually going to go ahead and create the ads for us is Higgsfield. Higgsfield is the number one AI ad creative tool.
It's the one that we've used for many, many months, if not years now inside of our agency. In order to plug it in into our ChatGPT, we click plugins and we can just go and search at the top and we go Higgsfield. Higgs field is like an aggregate of various different APIs, different large language models that are suitable for generating images and videos and also now motion graphics as well.
So I'm going to show you a whole bunch of kind of motion graphics we can use as well or build for our clients. or for ourself. And so we go on Higgs field and then you're just gonna click the install button, but I've already installed it.
This is an MCP and so we're able to use Higgs field inside of ChatGPT. It will prompt you to go ahead and create an account. I will put a link in the description where you can sign up to an account as well.
And you can make use of some free credits from Higgs field to try this out for yourself. Now, what we want to do once we've done that is we're going to go over to new chat. And to make sure that we're actually set up with Higgs field, we can say, can you check Higgs field is set up properly?
Use whatever word you want. We want to make sure we're on GPT -6 Astra. You can use high if you want to burn some cash, go on extra high.
And if you're really just feeling bougie, then you can go and use ultra. But high is absolutely fine for what we're looking to do today. And it's just going to check that we've got the plugin set up correctly.
I know mine already is because I've done it already. And we're just going to jump straight into creating some ads. Now, what many people skip, and I've watched many of these videos now where people generated ads online, and it's very clear to me that the people creating YouTube videos don't actually own agencies and don't actually run ads.
They just want to make sexy shit that sells AI content and that people can just watch and be like, oh, that's so amazing. Look at that crazy 3D render that it's never going to get any money spent on it on the ad account. This isn't stored and available.
The key to creating successful ads beyond just knowing what the right framework is, is actually building out. the right strategy. Strategy comes first and then we create visuals.
And so the first prompt I'm going to give you is a deep prompt that researches the business that we're actually going to be running ads for. So stage one is research. It's going to learn about the brand.
It's going to open up the website. It's going to learn what they sell, the hero product. It's going to learn their offer, who buys it.
and the reviews. It's going to look at proof points exactly as it states on the website. It's going to look at the do's and the don'ts.
It's going to look at competitors' ads as well. So it's actually going to go on the meta ads library. This is something that is new to Astra, by the way.
Astra can now have computer use. And so Astra will actually go ahead, look at the meta ads library, which is where we can see what businesses are running what ads. And it's going to look at the top three competitors.
It's going to pull the five longest running ad creatives in those markets of every catcher. It's going to screenshot. It's going to get a start date.
It's going to get the hook, the angle, the offer, the call to action. It's going to download the 10 strongest ads references. It's then going to get the categories for those ads.
It's going to get the language from those ads and from the website as well. And then it's going to, stage two, build out the strategy and the copy. Copy is the text.
This could be the script on static ads, so image -based ads, which we're going to generate, but also the script on the videos as well. And so it's going to research the audience, who they are, the problem in their words. They're aware.
levels on the buyer journey. It's going to build out angles to target these people with. It's going to build static concepts.
It's then going to write scripts for the meta feed, meta being Facebook and Instagram. And we've got a bunch of rules that we've found to be really important in doing this as well. But you can just use this prompt.
You don't have to worry about prompt engineering. This is something we use time and time again in our agency. And so if we go over to GPT.
Okay, let's actually just do a new chat. We can paste this right now. And we want to do this for a real active brand, for a real active business.
And so what I'm going to do is I'm going to pick a business right now. What should we do? Let's do Loop Earplugs.
Let's do Loop Earplugs. So Loop Earplugs, let's just, let me just get this website up right now. We want to pick, you can use this obviously your business.
So you can follow along with this if you like, but this is Loop Earplugs. And I don't know why that website is. so laggy right now that's horrendous okay so these are very jazzy earplugs these are simple earplugs that we put in you know maybe when we're on an airplane or um you know it could be that you when you're at a music concert whatever it doesn't really matter and we're going to go ahead and we're going to take luke earplugs and what i am going to say though is like we've got all this information to fill in so like the goal the markets the hero product the product photos and so on okay i'm actually going to add an additional prompt to this and i'm going to use super wisp before this Okay, I want you to look at the prompt that I am going to be sending you right now.
And I want you to fill in the blanks with regards to the brand I'm going to send you. I want us to actually do this for Loop Earplugs. I'll send you over the website.
The goal is we want to sell the products. We're going to do this for the UK market. And the Hero product can just be the main, whatever the Hero product is you find on the website.
Please extract some product photos from the website as well. And yeah, that's pretty much it. So it's basically fill in the blanks on this prompt for me.
Okay, you're gonna do exactly the same by the way. Like you're gonna follow the exact same process and you don't have to go in and actually type in all of that information. We want to be nice and prompt okay, and we're gonna go to send and we also want to do approve for me I always like to add do a do an approve for me So we don't have to ask for approval and keep saying yes.
Yes Yes, and this is the first time that you're actually setting up Astra as well And you will have to do some you will have to do some desk some setting permissions. So it allows to do computer use Okay, and so what's happening now is it's scanning the website and this will take a little minute okay so this doing this research document will probably take you know up to 15 minutes actually this will get quicker over time but it's quite a comprehensive document and this is the part that most people skip most people go straight through to creating the visual with no strategy behind it and creative strategy is the this is the the art form really of a of a marketing agency these are the highest paid people in our agency because their whole job is to think very deeply about what great creative is now this is of course like what's the business sophisticated prompt, what we do in our agency is we also add all of our context behind the scenes.
And so we have all of our creative strategy research. We've got all of our previous best clients. We've got all of our copywriting standards.
And so what we actually give on the back end is a bunch of documents alongside this prompt. So if you're an agency, you want to make sure that you build as much context as possible. And because the better your input, the better your output.
That is something you'll hear me speak about a thousand times. if you're new here by the way subscribe to this channel so yeah so you see new content that we put out in the future okay let's wait for this to do something interesting and then i'll we'll talk about it i'm also going to shut this this window behind me it's looking a little bit bright ah it is prompting me saying there's one input still missing the framework pdf or the prompt package, okay?
So actually what we want to do is upload the document, the framework that I'm giving you access to, the hooks and the straight cell ad framework. I'm going to upload that here. I am going to say, be sure just to use the hooks and the ad framework.
Please ignore the prompts. Okay, we don't want it to confuse everything. We could just copy and paste the hooks and the ad framework, but I'm being lazy right now.
So this is just relevant context to ensure that we're actually going to build out the right strategy. Okay, so now with computer use, it's actually started browsing competitors' websites or the ad library, and it is also on the website right now. So it's on the website, it's looking at products, it's looking at the product price, okay?
It's having a look at the reviews as well. It's also on the ad library. So it's opened up two different instances and it's starting to search for different competitors.
So here we've got Alpine Hearing Protection and it is researching right live as we speak. It's researching all of the ads that are being ran. Okay.
So multiple instances can be launched, multiple agents to do the research on the website. There we go. Look, multiple other instances just loaded up as we're speaking.
Okay. These are two other competitors, Happy Ears, and we also have Flare Audio. And it's going to start looking into these ads.
It's going to look at the copy. It's going to look at the hooks. It's going to look at the creative.
And it's going to compile this into one big creative strategy document, okay? Where it's going to show the findings. It's going to compare the business against the competitors.
And this is something that used to take hours, okay? A creative strategy team have to spend hours and hours collaborating with the team, looking at competitors, doing deep research, searching on Google. And now with Astra, it can do all of that for us through multiple agents.
And it can do it in... to 15 minutes, which is absolutely crazy. And we can run automation behind the scenes to automate this process.
We can do this continually without us sitting here doing this. I'm just documenting it for all of you guys to see what's actually happening, but we could leave this and go work on whatever else we want to inside of the business. Okay.
So I'm going to let this do its thing and I'm going to show you the finished result. Okay, so now we've got our loop paid social creative strategy pack. It's got creative direction in there.
It's also got our framework. Okay, so it's got our straight sell framework there as well. We've got our brand block to start off with.
So what they sell, it's got information. It's got the hero there. It's got the product lock, which is, what is that?
Okay, the products that it's actually taken. It's taken the purple and the black for contrast. Any promotions that are running on the website.
Okay, we just lost a camera angle right now because it overheated. It's very hot in the UK right now, but the show must go on. So I'm going to move over to you over here right now.
So we also have the palette in case we've got all of the color palette there as well. If we wanted to create this more visually appealing, if we wanted to come back to this and say, hey, I want you to go ahead and... Make this more visual than we absolutely could do we can display all of the colors for now and just kind of got this quite text heavy Context document and that's really all it needs to be is a context document Maybe we want this to be client facing or team facing them then it can be here We've got a whole bunch of ads from the research We've got Alpine there and we've got links to the ads as well the hooks and so on that they're actually running We've got flare audio the hooks that they're running and a breakdown of the ads itself the call to action that we've got going there as well Okay, and we've got the top 10 download resources.
We've got a whole bunch of images of the taken from the website customer language and so this is actually taken look at this from reddit okay different hooks basic hook ideas that have come from the customers directly on reddit different phrases, different audience angles, static concepts there as well.
And we also have kind of 15 seconds straight sell video ad scripts. I recommend 15 seconds if we're running e -commerce ads because we don't really want them to be too long. 30 seconds, maybe 60 seconds max, but 15 seconds is plenty adequate.
So now we've got this deep context document that we actually can use to go ahead and generate some ads. So let's go ahead and put in our prompt two right now. So if we go onto Notion and then we scroll down.
and we're going to go to prompt two, which is our production prompt, okay? And this here is now when we start using Higgs field. So use the Higgs field plugin to produce the approved pack below.
They're real assets. Videos means a moving footage, not storyboards or stills, okay? And so it's going to go ahead and fill in this information for us based on the business.
And then we've got the inputs, okay? So it's going to do the voice before anything else. It's going to generate a presenter, okay?
So it's going to generate a UGC creator. So like user generated content. So it's actually going to be an AI avatar.
The statics are going to have the headline and the body exactly as approved in the creative strategy. We then got the videos. And with the presenter, it's going to multiply inside each concept, okay?
So it's going to generate multiple different versions. And then it's going to QA before delivery. This is really important.
It needs to... AI can make mistakes, okay? AI isn't perfect, okay?
So when it does make mistakes, it needs to quality assure itself, check back on everything and actually create iterations until it just gives you the final great output. And so I'm going to go ahead and I'm going to copy this right now. And we're going to paste it into the chat.
Okay, so... It's already doing its thing. What it started off by doing is giving us an estimate of how many credits it's actually going to use.
So it's got the presenter sheet plus 10 statics. A presenter sheet is really simple. It's just going to be a document which really just outlines all of the creatives.
So it adds it all onto one page. It's really easy for us to read. It's choosing to use Nanobanana Pro for the statics, which is the right model.
For the videos, it's using Seedance 2 .5. These are all models, by the way. And then Hook Variance is using their internal ad multiplier.
What's great about using the Higgs field MCP rather than just using the interface is you used to have to use the... interface it's got so many different features and if you're new to the space you haven't really generated many ads before it can be very intimidating here we just trust that it's going to use the best models because it's meeting a mid -tier prompt on the Higgs field side and it's doing all of that for us and so it removes all of the noise okay everybody and their aunt is using chat GPT now this now makes it easy for everybody and their aunt to generate ad creatives because they don't have to go ahead and use user interface so now it's already taken all of this imagery okay so it's taken and a whole shit ton of imagery.
It's going to go ahead and generate creators for us. Let's let this run again so we just don't sit here analyzing everything that it's doing. And we will have a look at the output when it is finished.
Okay, so I'll just come back to this. And it took about an hour to get this done. The first ads that I got had a little bit of text at the bottom of the screen that I didn't like.
So I just sent back, remove the text section at the bottom. That feels low quality. Replace with hard captions of the script with no background.
Make sure it's in the loop font and is high quality. And then it generated me this. creative dashboard which first of all is just on brand and looks incredible and so this is something that you could send to your clients for approval if you wanted to but even just as an internal tool to be able to send it to the team we've got loop creative collection team review and we've got here we've got the videos the statics and the files we can download the complete pack there okay and we start off with our videos at the top of the screen bear in mind okay this is two prompts okay the first prompt the second prompt and one tiny little bit of iteration there okay and so we've got our videos that start off hopefully you can you'll be able to hear this Why do earplugs still look like that?
If you're going to wear them out, they should actually look good. Luke's the one people notice for the design, not the foam. Make the switch.
Shop Luke. Isn't it mad that that is AI? Like, sure, it's like, there's little telltale signs if you know what to look for.
But like, look at the quality of her face now. Like, the flow of this movement. Loop's the one people notice for the design, not the foam.
Make the switch. Shop loop. Oh, so good.
What a hook as well. Old earplugs and loop. Why do earplugs still look like this?
Why do earplugs still look like that? If you're going to wear them out, they should actually look good. Oh, good.
Good ad. What have we got? Zoom in on this.
Most earplugs look the same online. These don't. These are generated from static images from the website.
We didn't provide these videos. Ring shape. Soft tip.
Built to actually stay in. See it for yourself. Shop loop.
Great ad. Still packing foam plugs for every trip. You've got three.
So we'd make a little iteration. It's not perfect. We haven't got three years.
Still packing foam plugs for every trip. They're big as well.
another ad that's got a lot of potential and sure we might want to do a couple of rounds of iteration there but like the visuals are fantastic but we've got three loop earrings there or loop earplugs these are massive they definitely won't be that size how big are her eardrums but still great ads three different variants we could also now just say hey can you create three different hook variants for each of these ads now we've multiplied it to three six nine different variations i would always recommend doing that by the way for every ad body that you create create three hook variants so you're basically creating free ad variants from every single ad let's have a look at these statics okay so we should have 10 statics here i love this straight away i'm gravitating that need some peace and quiet television here kitchen there meet loop here plugs from the brand behind 14 million loopers that's cool really love that there's something so aesthetically pleasing about that ad need some peace and quiet nice hook home has its own soundtrack meet luke loop here plugs really these are great visuals frequent flies meet your packing reminder packed for the noise
Passport, earplugs, books. Ah, good. These are banging creatives, actually.
These are banging creatives. What if you liked your earplugs look? Don't hate that hook.
But did you see why it's so important to do the strategy beforehand? Because now we actually get good output. Like, do you know how much time it would take a designer to create all of this?
Like, this is being generated in under an hour. Okay, it would take a designer hours to generate this many creatives. Like, I cannot...
overstate or understate whatever how fast ai is moving when it comes to ad creation like this transforms agencies like mine that are generating thousands of ads on a monthly basis this is this is amazing like and just as like a dashboard that has been created as well like it is unfathomable like you take me one year ago being able to do this like i'll be like oh man probably maybe in a couple of years but now Astro is OP.
Sure, there are imperfections. Sure, there are things that we want to change. But generally speaking, just like amazing.
What I actually wanted to do whilst I was doing this, because whilst this was loading, is I actually wanted to get another example running behind the scenes so we didn't have to wait for it. And I actually got started with our second prompt, okay, or our second example. And that is for lead generation.
Because the strategy for Ecom ads is very different to lead gen ads. With Ecom, broadly speaking, you want like 15 second ads, a nice short two to... point creatives we've got the product there as well with lead generation okay we have and we want to use more characters so we want to use more presenters and we want more emphasis on the script itself and so i wanted to use an example of a business that is you know that lots of agencies would work with or and that there's home services and particularly in particular a company called rain kitchens in the uk that's the example i used there will be little differences between prompt one and prompt two the main ones is really you know the the outcome that we're generating generating leads broadly speaking as well but also we should have a little bit longer script okay so the video ad scripts And then it says, yeah, 30 second ad is 75 to 95 words.
So now we're doing 30 second rather than 15 seconds. You can do 60 seconds as well, but there are limitations of AI. Like it doesn't produce the best long form ads, but is much better in a shorter format.
And so we build out this strategy. Okay. And so let me show you that.
And so that initial strategy, actually this time when it generated is it was a lot more visually pleasing. It decided to do the visual elements, which is really cool. So Ren Kitchens, UK creative strategy pack.
It's got all the color. and it's just formatted differently. You know, still quite text heavy, but a great context document, okay?
And then what we did was we went ahead and generated the ads. And this is what we ended up with. So again, you see we've got that contrasting design.
This is now in the Wren Kitchen style, okay? We've got our videos and then we have our statics. I actually did something really...
playful whilst I was waiting for the Econ one to generate. I generated a 3D render as well, which is something that Astra can do now. So let's have a little look at these.
So now we're going to have this more kind of like presenter style. Can you picture your kitchen layout? At Wren, we discuss your ideas and explore a 3D design with you.
You can look at the proposed layout and ask questions. Your appointment includes a free 3D plan. and no obligation quote.
Book your free design appointment. So, like, she isn't perfect. but she's pretty damn good and for an over like for an older generation like icp ideal customer profile she's fallen people there's no doubt about it we've got this lovely visual here as well but it's really simple look at that visual so nice and such as this is a high quality this just looks like a high quality ad you know but we already seen we've got almost like a high quality avatar on the loop earplugs one so if we wanted to we could zoom her in a little bit make that pretty high quality um or just like a little bit less ai a bit ultra realism i would use inside the prompt but with the mouth is good.
You can look at the proposed layout and ask questions.
Your appointment includes a free 3D plan. The expressions are just impressive. And so now we actually did three hook variants of this.
So this is the exact same ad with three different hook variants. So we see, can I picture your kitchen layout? Can you picture your kitchen layout?
Is your kitchen silent until it's tiled? Do you want to bring your dream kitchen to life? I'm going to hold off on just this 3D one because this is awesome.
And then we've got our statics here as well, okay? So now they're a little bit more industrial, okay? More natural to the brand of Wren, okay?
And so we've got like, this is nice, home cooks, bring your cupboard questions, okay? Book your free design consultation. And we're mentioning reviews.
We've just got a huge amount of variants, okay? A huge amount of variants to test. The key with meta ad testing these days is you want as much variance as possible.
When you're launching new ads, really want to launch a minimum of 10 new creatives in the ad account. But these are just gorgeous renders. These have been generated based on inspiration from the website.
A design appointment isn't a kitchen order. We're lowering the friction on the purchase. Book your free design consultation.
Okay. We've got a whole bunch of different creatives. A customer's home measure visit in their words.
And so we've got a quote there as well. This is lovely. Really, really nice.
So that's all of our statics. Let's have a look at this bad boy. Fancy a new kitchen, but can't quite picture it?
That's what our free design appointments are for. A REM designer plans your actual room with you, then shows you the whole thing in 3D. Try different doors, swap the worktop, change the color, explore your options before you commit.
Ready to plan yours? Book your free design appointment today. Spend a little bit more time on that and that'll be immaculate.
That is a 3D design of a kitchen that we generated in, you know, this did take a little bit longer to generate.
Do you know how much money that would cost? Like, that's like a five -figure ad.
So clean. Yeah, I just want to show you actually what happened behind the scenes on this one because not only did I go ahead and I could generate, so it actually does, it has to continue doing this. It has to keep saying, hey, like I want to keep generating this ad because it does take a little bit longer to do this.
But in doing, I've actually created an immaculate 3D, an immaculate, I'm blowing my own trumpet here, but this is pretty damn good. I created a prompt for this. So prompt is a 3D prompt.
And so what we actually have to do in order to do this is we have to download Blender. is a 3D tool. And this is something I used as a kid.
It used to take me ages, like a whole day just to figure out how to design a pyramid or something on this software. It's not an easy thing to use, but Higgs field has a plugin. You can go ahead and you can use this and you just ask your chat GPT to set it up.
So you just download this here. So we click this link. It's gonna, you know, ask us, give us a download link.
We hit download and then we literally just say to GPT, hey, can you go ahead and install the blender bridge, okay? And so you also can just like click the sale of instructions and it will do it for you. It's very, very, very easy to do.
Once we have done that, then I've created a 3D blender prompt, okay? And so what it does is it will build the product out. We do this in GPT still.
It will then build the set out. It will create a shot list. It will do the typography and graphics and it will render the actual thing itself.
It will QA and it will export. And what that actually does, okay, are you ready for this? Is it generated on Blender, this is Blender right now, a full 3D kitchen, okay?
This is that entire setting that is used for that ad. And it did this with one prompt. I would recommend doing prompt one, prompt two first, they're foundational, but then it generated this, okay?
And then we can actually go here and we can see, look, this is, you can see the animation. from the ad itself, you know, boom, opens up, slick animation, and we can go ahead and we can speak to Higgs field here as well. So we can actually change the prompting here and we can actually change the graphic.
Okay, this is something that used to cost thousands for somebody to do. And now not only do we have, you know, one nice ad, but now we have this blender file that we can use and leverage in multiple different ads. And so now we have this library of assets that we're creating for our business or for our client's business that we can continue to reuse time and time again.
Again, imagine you could create an ad where it's like coming out of the window, there's some trees here and so on. And then it's looking out of the window and the hook is something like, are you envious of your neighbor's kitchen? You know, and it's like looking through and it's like, oh man, look at that.
Look at that lovely kitchen. And it does all of that for us. And now we can use that asset.
Like it is. Oh man, I hope some of you watching this right now understand how hard it is to actually generate this kind of thing. So now to be able to create as an advertiser, now to be able to create ads like this that are using 3D graphics within them is just...
Like the possibilities are endless now and the ad space is going to get pretty bonkers. And the fact that you can generate one of these not in two weeks, which is what it would probably take someone to do it previously, but we can generate multiples of these every single day. What a time to be alive.
What a time to be alive. Now, with that in mind, actually, I want to share something with you, some ways that I'm thinking about this and just where this technology is going to go over the next couple of months. And I'm always thinking like when these models develop, I'm thinking about like what this actually means for how we can, as advertisers, begin to automate the entire process.
Because where does it end? You know, if we can all of a sudden now generate tens, if not hundreds of creatives on a daily basis, okay? And sure, it's going to cost you some money, all right?
This isn't free. I want to make this really clear. It's not free to do this.
Of course it isn't. Large language models cost a lot of money. Big data centers, if you haven't already seen them, you've been living under a rock, okay?
And so it does cost money to do this, but it costs us a... fraction, like a tiny fraction of the amount of money it would have cost us and the amount of time it would have cost us to do this previously. Anyway.
How are we gonna, what does this go to? If we can generate creatives like this and we can do this inside of one day, where does this actually go? Well, it goes to automated media buying.
Media buying is the process of actually running ads. And so I wanna bring you in on something right now. And if you want me to talk about this in a lot more detail, drop a comment down below.
Let me know what you loved about this video. Let me know what you're building right now. And if enough of you do, I will record a dedicated video on this system and I will show you how I'm thinking about automating the entire process of actually running ads, okay?
And so this is how it actually goes at the moment. So currently, if we run ads, we launch all of these ads on Meta, okay? You could also create these ads for YouTube, but I focus on Meta, which is Facebook and Instagram.
I would recommend you launching those ads, one ad set per concept, okay? So with the body, launch an ad set per concept, okay? And have your hooks within that.
So if you've got one body, you've got three hooks, then that goes in one ad set. If you're balling on a budget, then you can chuck it all into one ad set and just do it as ad set budget optimization, okay? Then what we can do is we can actually set it up so Astra is looking for signals based on the meta API.
And so if we connect the meta API to Astra, then we can... have it automatically do a daily pull of that meta API where it sees all of the spend. It sees the cost per result.
It sees the click -through rate. It sees the frequency. And it runs on two triggers.
Number one, a winner ad after a minimum spend. And so ads are actually getting the right target cost per acquisition after it's spent a minimum amount, which is maybe like two to three times your target. Or fatigue as the frequency climbs and cost drips.
And so this is basically a signal of the ads not actually working. And then signals come in. So we've got a winner or we've got a loser.
Then Astra can analyze those winning ads automatically. By the way, none of this is hypothetical. All of this can be done right now.
And this is a system that we're proactively using and building. Astra will then read the winners and the losers. It will pull out the angle, the hook, and the format patterns, okay?
So it will actually look at what made them good or bad, and it will then write the next brief, just like that creative brief that I already showed you, and it can do that automatically. Then it will send that information to the Higgs field MCP. Although I hear behind the scenes that Higgs field are working on an API right now, which would be even better.
The next batch of ads will then get automatically created. So there'll be winning patterns that are pushed further. plus fresh angles.
I recommend 80 % of your time on iteration of what already works, 20 % on testing things completely new. It'll be the same presenter, because we want to iterate on what is already working, and it will be checked against that brief. So it gets checked, quality controlled against that brief to make sure the creative is actually good so we can trust that it can be published.
Now, as a first step, initially, a human would then go ahead and approve that. So imagine we have a dashboard just like those dashboard I showed you that give you... all of those ads.
But imagine if on these dashboards, okay. what we actually had was a little button here that said approve, approve, disapprove, give feedback, okay? And so if we approve it, it actually goes ahead and publishes that ad straight in the ad account automatically.
If we disapprove it and give it a reason, then it will go ahead and it will re -prompt that ad to be recreated and it will come back up on our approve list, okay, to then be published. So we approve, we reject, or we edit, and then it automatically gets uploaded again via the Meta Marketing API. The approved ads...
And in the right ad set, they go live named to the convention of the ad account. So they stay very neat. They're easy for us to understand.
And so what we're effectively looking at here is a process of once ads are running, using AI to find a signal that determines whether they're a winner or a loser. Astra will analyze why they're winners or losers. It will generate new fresh ads.
We will then have an approval step as humans, okay? And whether we want to approve it or edit it, and then we upload it straight through to the meta ad account. And over time, as this system gets better and better and better, we will need to have less human approvals until eventually we are confident that every single ad that gets generated is an absolute killer, okay?
And this is how we start to think about building an automated media buying system where we can just launch ads. once and then we just let it rip. based on signals and AI then going ahead and create a new creative.
Like comment on this video and let me know you want me to talk about this more in the future. I want to geek out on this stuff with you guys and run you through how we're building this system. I hope this has been valuable to you.
I'll put a link in the description so you can sign up and gain access to all of the resources that I've gone through today for free. And of course, make sure you sign up to the Higgs Field MCP. You'll be redirected to that page after you get the resources.
And then just go ahead and create something pretty because pretty does not pay. for more and I'll see you very soon. Cheers.
