Big Idea

The argument in one line.

A single creator compresses about 1,000 hours of local SEO trial-and-error into five reusable Claude prompt workflows — spanning backlinks, Google Business Profile audits, keyword and content strategy, and Claude's structured GOALS protocol — that, paired with the Arvow and Blotato APIs, become a semi-automated SEO and social content engine for local service businesses.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • You own or market a local, service-area business (plumber, chiropractor, HVAC company, etc.) and want a repeatable, Claude-driven SEO system instead of hiring an agency.
  • You're an SEO freelancer or agency operator who wants ready-made prompt templates to run as a client-audit checklist rather than building workflows from scratch.
  • You're comfortable pairing Claude with paid third-party tools (Arvow for SEO publishing, Blotato for social scheduling) to automate content production and distribution.
SKIP IF…
  • You want a pure, tool-free content-writing tutorial — most of the automation payoff here depends on the Arvow and Blotato platforms, both promoted with affiliate links.
  • You're doing enterprise, national, or e-commerce SEO — every prompt is scoped to local, service-area businesses.
  • You expect fully DIY execution — several workflows assume you'll pay for Arvow's API/publishing tier rather than hand-build the backend SEO structure yourself.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

The creator packages five Claude SEO workflows built from roughly 1,000 hours of practical work: a backlink-research skill plus an automated backlink exchange (Arvow); six local-SEO prompts covering Google Business Profile category audits, Search Console gap-mining, competitor review-sentiment copywriting, service-area landing pages, NAP citation audits, and keyword-cluster content planning; three revenue-focused prompts (an opportunity finder, a role-model 90-day playbook, and a budget-capped 30-day action plan); Claude's G.O.A.L.S. protocol, a five-part prompt structure (Goal, Output, Acceptance criteria, Limits, Stop-and-verify) that routes work through an independent evaluator agent before declaring it done; and a full content-automation chain that publishes SEO articles via Arvow's API and repurposes the RSS feed into scheduled social posts via Blotato. The through-line: generic one-line prompts produce generic output, while structured prompts with explicit acceptance criteria and clarifying-question interviews produce materially more specific, directly usable deliverables.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • A prompt that reverse-engineers competitors' Google Business Profile categories can tell you exactly which secondary categories to add, and in what order, without triggering Google's spam flags for too-fast changes.
  • Google ranks individual pages, not whole websites — a business with no dedicated page for a given service in a given city will not rank for that search no matter how strong the homepage is.
  • In the reviewed demo, the single biggest trust trigger separating 5-star from 3-star reviews was communication, not price or outcomes.
  • Reading 100+ competitor reviews and extracting the exact emotional language customers use — pre-purchase fears, outcome phrases, referral language — produces website copy that outperforms copy written about the business itself.
  • A brand-new blog post will not rank within 30 days through pure organic SEO; the fastest path to first revenue in that window is Google Business Profile and service-page work, not blog content.
  • For local service businesses, the Google Business Profile functions as the real homepage — the website is positioned as the backup.
  • Claude's G.O.A.L.S. protocol (Goal, Output, Acceptance criteria, Limits, Stop-and-verify) routes a worker agent's output through an independent evaluator agent with no memory of the work, auditing it against numeric acceptance criteria before marking it complete.
  • A goal prompt should pass three tests: a stranger could tell exactly what 'done' looks like, every acceptance criterion could sit in a spreadsheet column as yes/no, and your constraints would catch a worst-case misinterpretation within minutes.
  • Instructing a research prompt to ask clarifying questions until it reaches roughly 95% confidence — instead of running on a single-line prompt — is presented as the difference between a specific, usable output and a generic one.
  • A Google Search Console filter for position 8-20, non-branded, commercial/transactional-intent queries surfaces pages already close to ranking that just need a title-tag and meta-description rewrite to move up.
  • An SEO content platform's backlink exchange can auto-place a site's URL as a cited source inside other users' AI-generated articles (and vice versa), producing a small daily trickle of relevant backlinks without manual outreach.
  • Publishing SEO-optimized blog posts first and then repurposing the RSS feed into social captions means social posts inherit already-optimized language and can link back to the page that drove the original strategy.
  • A single saved Claude skill can chain competitive research, keyword clustering, article publishing via one API, and social scheduling via a second API into a workflow re-run on a weekly cadence with one command.
Takeaway

Structured prompts with explicit acceptance criteria beat generic one-liners every time.

WHAT TO LEARN

Across five stitched-together SEO workflows, the throughline is that specificity — clarifying-question interviews, numeric acceptance criteria, and an independent evaluator pass — is what turns a generic AI output into a usable deliverable.

02Building a Claude Backlink Research Skill
  • Save a repeatable Claude prompt as a native skill so a multi-step research workflow can be re-run for any business with one command instead of rebuilding the prompt each time.
  • A prompt can optionally call a paid API (like Ahrefs) for more accurate data, but should be explicitly instructed to fall back to its own analysis when API access isn't available.
  • Pairing a research skill with an email connector lets an AI draft outreach messages for every opportunity it finds, shrinking the manual step to review-and-send.
03Automating Backlinks With Arvow
  • An SEO content platform's backlink exchange can auto-place a site as a cited source inside other users' AI-generated articles, producing a small daily trickle of relevant backlinks with no manual outreach.
  • Running an automated backlink exchange alongside a manual research-and-outreach workflow compounds results — one produces steady low-effort volume, the other produces higher-intent hand-picked opportunities.
04Six Claude Prompts for Local SEO
  • A Google Business Profile category audit can reverse-engineer competitors' categories and sequence which secondary categories to add now versus later, so changes don't trigger a spam flag for moving too fast.
  • The primary category should stay untouched — audit prompts should only ever recommend adding secondary categories, since swapping the primary is the highest-risk change.
05Finding Easy Wins in Google Search Console
  • A Search Console filter for position 8-20, non-branded, commercial-intent queries surfaces pages already close to ranking that just need a title-tag and meta-description rewrite.
  • A forensic per-page audit (keyword in title/H1/first 100 words, word count vs. top 5 competitors, internal links, meta/schema) turns existing near-miss rankings into a prioritized fix list.
06Mining Competitor Reviews for Better Website Copy
  • Reading 100+ competitor reviews and extracting the exact emotional language customers use — fears, outcome phrases, referral language — produces website copy that outperforms copy written about the business itself.
  • The gap between 5-star and 3-star reviews often reveals the single biggest trust trigger for a niche (in this case, communication) — a signal worth emphasizing explicitly in copy.
07Building Service and City Landing Pages
  • Google ranks individual pages, not whole websites — a business with no dedicated page for a service in a specific city will not rank for that search regardless of homepage strength.
  • A location-page gap matrix (which service+city combinations are missing a dedicated page) turns a vague 'we should do more local pages' idea into a ranked, prioritized publishing list.
08Auditing Local Citations and NAP Consistency
  • A NAP (name/address/phone) consistency audit should separate existing-listing errors from missing high-value listings — the latter doubling as easy backlink and authority opportunities.
09Creating an Automated SEO Content Engine
  • Keyword clusters, not single keywords, are the right output for a content plan because they're built to interlink with service pages and compound topical authority.
10Three Claude Prompts to Grow Monthly Revenue
  • Instructing a research prompt to ask clarifying questions until it reaches high confidence — instead of running on a single-line prompt — is the difference between a specific, usable output and a generic one.
11Reverse-Engineering a Successful SEO Playbook
  • For local service businesses, treat the Google Business Profile as the real homepage and the website as the supporting asset, not the reverse.
12Building a 30-Day Local SEO Action Plan
  • A brand-new blog post will not rank within 30 days through organic SEO alone; the fastest path to first revenue in that window is Google Business Profile and service-page work.
  • A 'commitment gate' of simple yes/no questions (can you commit an hour a day, will you publish something imperfect, will you do the outreach) can be used to strip a plan down to only the tasks tied directly to revenue.
13Using Claude's GOALS Protocol for Better SEO Outputs
  • A structured prompt (goal, output spec, numeric acceptance criteria, constraints, stop-and-verify) should be graded before running it: could a stranger tell what 'done' looks like, could every criterion be a yes/no spreadsheet column, and would the constraints catch a worst-case misinterpretation quickly.
  • Routing a deliverable through an independent 'evaluator' pass with no memory of how it was produced — auditing strictly against stated acceptance criteria — produces a more reliable result than trusting a single generation.
14Automating SEO Content and Social Media
  • Sequencing content production so blog posts are optimized and published first, then repurposed into social captions from the RSS feed, means social content inherits already-optimized language and links back to the originating page.
  • A full research-to-publish-to-social chain can be saved as a single reusable skill and run on a fixed cadence (e.g., weekly) rather than executed as one-off manual steps.

metaphor
00:00Alright. This is gonna be next level for you. Today, put together a workshop of my top five favorite SEO workflows using Claude.
00:09I condensed about six hours worth of training down into one hour and five of the top workflows that are bringing me the most traffic and helping me rank websites. A lot easier than before using Collatoma share. All the prompts, all the workflows, all the technical aspects.
00:27So literally, can take this training and start applying it today for your websites, for your businesses, for your clients, unreal stuff.
00:36Let's go. Alright. Unlimited backlinks with one button.
00:44Let's go. You can get backlinks like this website is doing. I'm gonna show you this exact strategy.
00:50Almost 18,000 in backlinks. This one's 48,000.
00:55This one's 12,000. Not to mention the traffic that these websites are getting.
01:00So this is gonna be twofold. How to get a lot of backlinks and then in return, it's gonna help you get a lot of traffic. I'm gonna show you two ways.
01:06First way, I build a Claude prompt that's awesome. That's gonna help you get backlinks. The second way is using a platform that I use and it's literally one button that's automating that automating your backlink.
01:18So both ways are really effective. Uh, I'm gonna show you both. So the first one is the Claude prompt.
01:24So we're gonna dive in and do this in Claude real time so that you can see how this works. So if you type prompt below, I will share this file with you to build out this backlinks workflow in Claude.
01:36But once you have it once you have it built out, you just do the front slash and save this as a skill. And this skill is pretty legit, so it's gonna do a couple of things. It's this is twofold.
01:48This skill is really awesome. So the first workflow is it's going to find guest post opportunities, like where should you be getting backlinks? Where should you be posting to get backlinks?
01:57So it's gonna give go through this whole workflow and find the best backlink guest post opportunities for your niche, and then all you have to do is reach out. You can connect you can use a connector, uh, and connect your Gmail and also have this write the draft emails for you.
02:14So it's going to find where you should guest post, write find the email addresses, have it write the draft for you, so then you just go in Gmail and have it and send it. Uh, it can't send out emails yet, which is probably a good thing.
02:26So that's pretty next level. The second part of this step two of this process is it's going to find all of your competition backlinks.
02:35So it's going to go out and look at all of your competitors, where are they getting their backlinks, and then give you a list of those backlink opportunities for your niche so you can get those backlinks too.
02:46Because chances are, if your competition can get them, you can get them as well. And then it's gonna rank each of these opportunities and it's gonna give you a score.
02:54Now the way that this initial workflow is set up is it has it connects with Ahrefs API, um, but you don't have to connect it with Ahrefs API.
03:05It's gonna pull that data. It's gonna be a little bit more accurate, but Clock can do an analysis by itself and find you those opportunities.
03:11So when you run this and you run this prompt that I'm gonna give you, just tell it to take out the hrefs API connection and do its own analysis and score it out natively, which it can definitely do that, which is really, really awesome.
03:25So we're gonna run this. I'm gonna run it for some random landscaping company here.
03:31So let me just copy this so you guys can kinda see how this works because it is pretty awesome stuff. So let's just type in fact like research.
03:39So then you just give it a URL, hit enter, boom, it's gonna do its thing, and then we're gonna go go through all of the data. Alright. Here we go.
03:47The workflow is completed. Workflow a, this is the guest post finder. So this is where it finds candidates that you can guest post for, that you can get backlinks for, and it's giving you the highest quality ones.
04:00It's gonna give you a score here. Again, this isn't connected to hrefs, but it's still giving you a score based on their site structure, based on social media presence, based on blog presence, a lot of different factors here.
04:11So Claude does a pretty good job of giving you a a good score and finding the best ones for you. And then it has the link to the guest post page. So literally, go in here and link to it.
04:20Again, you can connect Gmail and have it do a draft for every single one of these, draft an email, and then you just go in and send it, which is awesome. So literally, I could send out 20 guest posts, uh, opportunities in in literally, probably a minute, um, which is cool.
04:35So this is really cool. And then the second part of it is workflow b.
04:40This is competition backlinks. So depending on your website, uh, your niche, it's going to find, again, the top backlinks, the highest ranked backlinks for your competition.
04:51So you can kinda look into these pages and these websites and see, okay, can I also get a backlink through them? So really, really valuable. It's still giving you a score of the top ones, and it's keeping out the non top ones.
05:05And then there's putting this into a document so you can download these CSV files as well for future reference. And then I would run this, you know, run this every couple of weeks because these are all gonna change. These are all gonna be different and, know, backlinks are are constantly changing.
05:20So I would definitely do that. So this is way number one. The second way is even easier using Arvo.
05:26So this is the SEO machine, SEO tool that I use that these websites are also using that I showed you earlier to get a lot of backlinks and traffic.
05:36Um, and this is kind of still a sleeper, which I don't understand. But basically, you can create SEO blog content on this website, which is high which ranks because it's hitting all the AI bells and whistles, all the algorithm bells and whistles as far as the structure of the blog articles.
05:52You can integrate this to your website. It'll integrate with your brand assets. Um, so you can basically include your site map, your brand pictures, all the stuff.
06:02And then it creates these amazing articles that are, uh, have the proper structure to get ranked, to get a lot of traffic, and also to get linked back to, to get additional backlinks. But that's not where I'm going with this.
06:15Where I'm going with this is they have a backlink exchange. They just rolled out now. This is next level.
06:20The easiest way hands down to get backlinks. You literally go in here, you add your website URL, and then you save the changes.
06:26And that's it. You sit back and watch the backlinks come in. All the thousands and thousands of users on Arvo that do this exchange are going to get entered in this database.
06:38Arvo is then going to analyze all of the potential backlinks. So when you produce content, Arvo is looking at all the backlink opportunities and putting those external links here in your content.
06:51When other people produce content, it's looking at the backlink opportunities and your potential website is in there, and then it could potentially pull from your website and then put that in a backlink opportunity.
07:03It's only doing higher Doctor backlinks. It's only doing relevant backlinks that apply to your business. So it's not always like a one for one, but it does usually, if you do this, your you can get backlinks every single day.
07:15They'll just auto populate and you continue to check this. And here's an example of a website in the exchange getting a lot of backlinks. Uh, you can see May, uh, twenty first, they got two backlinks here.
07:27Here, nineteenth, they got two backlinks. The eighteenth, one.
07:31Seventeenth, they got two. Sixteenth, two. Fifteenth, one.
07:36Fourteenth, two. Every day, they're getting backlinks.
07:39And literally, you just click the button. You just submitted your information. So this is the easiest way.
07:43You can pair this with the other backlink strategy, and you're gonna get tons of backlinks. Both work really well together. Um, it's a next level way to really improve your backlinks, really improve your authority, and improve your traffic altogether.
07:58So hopefully, it helps you guys out. Again, write prompt if you want the prompt below, uh, for the Claude workflow, which is awesome. Alright.
08:06Today, I'm going to give you six amazing Claude prompts that will rank any local business. All you have to do is run these prompts.
08:15These are next level, and you will immediately get ahead of 99% of your competition.
08:21These are so good. So let's just dive in and start talking through these six prompts today so you can start, uh, using them for your business. Alright.
08:32So the first one the first one is probably one of the better ones and it is centered around your Google business page. So it's a Google business page page category audit and this is the fastest possible local SEO win.
08:50So you can, uh, it analyze your Google business page and then talks about your categories, what the primary category is, and then your secondary categories. You know, most people pick their primary category when they create their their listing years ago, but they have no other secondary categories.
09:09And this is killing your Google business page. When people are searching for you, you want your Google business page to pop up in the rankings first. That is what people see usually first.
09:19Even if you're searching people are searching on child gbt or perplexity or wherever, it's pulling your Google business page information. So what this does is it reverses engineers every category your competitors are using and tells you exactly which ones to add in what order so Google doesn't flag the changes.
09:37Alright. So here we go. Let's just try this out.
09:39We're gonna paste it in here. Now I'm gonna give it, uh, so if you do a search, this is what I'm talking about. These are what shows up first in Google a lot of the times.
09:49Um, so I'm just gonna pick a random chiropractor here, and we're gonna just give it this URL to run with this prompt.
10:01Here is the business. Alright. Boom.
10:04Boom. Alright. So what it's telling you to do is add these three categories today, highest correlation, lowest risk sports medicine clinic, pain control clinic, physical therapy clinic.
10:15Add these next week, wellness center, massage therapist. So it's telling you to do so you don't get flagged by Google by making too many changes too fast. Uh, and then primary category decision, keep chiropractor as the primary.
10:25Obviously, don't swap that out. And then here's a trade off and why I'm certain. Here's the kind of the data behind it, but it's pretty obvious.
10:33And it gives you up here keyword competitor spreadsheet. It gives you a template for category gap analysis of your keywords, um, and why you should have it.
10:46And then, basically, it gives you categories I refuse to recommend without you verifying them live, uh, and then strategic reasoning why this stack wins for this for this company, uh, and then the next step.
10:59So here's the the next kinda thing that you should do, uh, in as far as the strategy. So pretty pretty simple stuff to implement, but it's also really important because a lot of people are just they're really slacking on their Google business page, and it brings in a ton of traffic.
11:15So there here's an easy audit for you guys to run, uh, and be able to fix that pretty quickly. Alright. The next prompt is pretty next level.
11:24So this is a Google search Google Search Console Goldmine. So basically, this will take your page to keywords that are already ranking, uh, and give them a nudge.
11:36It'll help you jump from, uh, lower positions to higher positions. Most businesses are sitting on dozens of dozens of these and have no idea.
11:43This prompt pulls them out of Google Search Console, filters out the noise, branded queries, low intent searches, and hands you the exact title tag and meta descriptions that you should rewrite these pages for.
11:55Now the key with this one is you have to run this one, but it's going to pull your Google Search Console. So you actually have to log into your Google Search Console in Chrome, and then it'll work from that tab because it's going to use the Claude Chrome extension.
12:12So if you don't have the Claude Chrome extension, you need to make sure to get it. So you need to go and just search for, uh, Claude Chrome extension.
12:21Here we go. Download this, and then log in to your Google search console.
12:27And basically, Claude will be able to scrape your Google search console for you with you being logged in to do this workflow. So I'm not actually gonna run this. This does take a little bit of time, but basically, it's going to pull the data.
12:40It's gonna open Chrome, log in to well, you're gonna be logged in, but it's gonna pull this, uh, data. It's gonna filter page to gold mine list with these filters, average position between eight and twenty Impressions, not branded, Corey has commercial or transactional intent.
12:57It's gonna sort sort by impressions and take the top 20, uh, and that's gonna give you a forensic audit per keyword. So for each of the top 20 keywords, it's gonna open the URL currently ranking for it and audit. Is the keyword in the title tag?
13:11Is it in the h one? Is it in the first 100 words? Current word count versus average top five pages of that query, internal links pointing to this page, current meta schema present on that page.
13:23And then four, it's gonna rewrite these for you. So, literally, it's doing all of the work for you. You just have to go in and copy and paste the new output.
13:32This one is really, really cool. This is next level because it's using actual data from your Google search console, and it's not that hard to do.
13:41It's also gonna give you yeah. Here's the data. It's gonna give you a new title, new meta description, and then phase five, it's gonna give you a thirty day sprint.
13:48So what to actually do. So week one, these changes, week two, week three, week four, and then for each fix, give current state, new state estimated, and then here are some rules.
13:59So here's your whole plan, what to do for the next thirty days, and this is gonna drastically improve how you're showing up and how you're you're ranking. And it's it's all done for you.
14:09It's pretty crazy. Prompt number three is the competitor review sentiment mining. So reverse engineer the exact language your competition customers use, then pull in then put it in your copy.
14:20So you're using their own customer language and putting it back in. Um, so most businesses write their website copy about themselves. The business that dominate write their copy in a language their customers actually use.
14:33So this prompt reads a 100 reviews per competitor, extracts the emotional vocabulary, uh, the before state fears, the outcome phrases, and the recommendation language, then rewrites your, uh, Google business page description, home page, headline FAQ, and review request script that uses the exact language.
14:51These deliverables from three deliverables from one prompt. Almost nobody in market is doing this.
14:57So this is super smart, super clever. So let's copy this prompt, um, and this one we can we can try and run so you can kinda see how it does.
15:08Alright. So we're gonna paste it in here. And again, we're just gonna use that same the same chiropractor business and see what it comes up with here.
15:18So we're gonna paste that in here and boom. Alright. This one I still can't get over how good this is.
15:27So we did the full analysis. So I pulled in the business intel for that business that I pasted in there. Phase one, competitor sentiment pool.
15:35So across analyzed 200 plus reviews across three competitors. And here's the emotional vocabulary, five star emotional language.
15:45Uh, it gives you the list of these before state fear. So top 10, what patients feared before booking. This is so valuable if you're using this language because it's the reason why people are not are are fearful and why they're not booking.
15:59Right? You want to overcome those fears as much possible with your content and how you're structuring your your website, your Google business page. So I've been to chiropractors before and they just kept making me come back for whatever for forever without actually fixing anything.
16:14I worried about cost. So all these fears, Outcome phrases, top 15 specific outcomes customers mentioned.
16:21Felt better after the first visit, plan pain free after x sessions. So these are really important. Uh, recommended language, exact phrases customers use when referring.
16:32I've already sent my whole family to him. I would recommend him to anyone who is in pain and thinks they've tried everything. Uh, and then five star verse three star language gap, the trust triggers.
16:45So five star explained everything, didn't feel rushed, give me realistic expectations. The three star felt rushed, kept pushing a package deal, didn't explain what they were doing. So this is really important.
16:56So the single biggest trust trigger in five star chiropractic reviews is communication. So this is something that we wanna emphasize in our copy. Phase two, Miami audit gap analysis.
17:09So what's strong and what's missing? What competitors' reviews say that yours don't? Phase three, rewrites.
17:16So here is the Google business page descriptions, three versions. Version a, version b, version c.
17:25And then homepage headline for and sub headline and then variations. Right? Using this information.
17:30Social proof statements. And then here at FAQ entries, you know, these are important to answer questions in this in using this information. Priority action list.
17:39Get Google reviews. Uh, swap the homepage headline. Update your Google business page.
17:44Uh, so here's the full intelligence report. Just kind of an overview. But this I mean, this is kinda next level.
17:50Right? This is people just are not doing this, and this in-depth analysis is so valuable, so important, uh, as you can see.
17:59I mean, this this blows me away every time I do it because of the actual information, uh, that you get from it. Alright.
18:05Here's number four, service plus city landing page builder. So Google ranks pages not websites. If you don't have a page specifically about your service in your city, you will not rank for that search no matter how good your homepage is.
18:20So this prompt builds your entire location page stack in one session. So it gives you a gap matrix and fully rewrites pages with FAQ schema, internal linking plans, and image alt text.
18:32So this is really important. So every service so if you're in multiple cities or you have multiple surrounding cities, you should build a service page for each of those cities. And this is going to do all of that for you.
18:44It's gonna give you all of that structure to be able to build out all of those pages. So basically, we're gonna run this.
18:52So we're gonna copy this and then we are going to, you know the drill, paste it into Claude.
19:01And we're gonna use the same website that we've been using on this chiropractor website that is in Miami.
19:10And if they're watching, which I have no idea, they're gonna get a lot of help because we're doing this this whole analysis for them. Alright.
19:17Here we go. Here is the local SEO local page builder for this company.
19:22So it has, uh, phase one site audit and gap map here, uh, basically mapping out all of the services currently on the website and the URLs, dedicated page, then the gap met met matrix, if I can talk, uh, where it has basically all Coral Gables missing, Coconut Grove.
19:42All of the the areas local, like, close, they're missing pages for. So 15 missing pages, 15 ranking opportunities, uh, and then, basically, it's going through the publishing order of what they should do first, what page, and why.
19:57So there's the whole list, uh, and then it basically has the page copy. So here's page one, all the copy.
20:04This is all written out for you. Literally, you just have to copy and paste this into a new page. Uh, here's the FAQ schema.
20:11Page two, you know, page three, you know, all it's gave all the pages.
20:18So this is crazy. Um, so we're gonna scroll down. Here is more pages, more page.
20:24So this the whole plan's written out for you. Um, and then at the end, confirm each page's local angle.
20:33Here is the supplemental notes. Okay.
20:35So it's just it's just notes at the end. So, yeah, you can just download this and implement it. Pretty pretty easy, but it did all the heavy lifting for you in a couple of minutes.
20:44Pretty pretty awesome stuff. The fifth prompt is a local citation audit.
20:50So, basically, what this is gonna go through I'm not gonna run this because it's pretty self explanatory, but, basically, this is going through and finding all of the websites that are linking or or using your, uh, your name, your website, your address, and making sure that that is aligned across the board.
21:11Because a lot of people are having conflict between their names.
21:16So their name has a little bit of difference. Their street address is abbreviated. It says suite and then it's abbreviated.
21:24So you wanna make sure that your name, your web site, your address is the same across wherever it's listed in all the directories. So this is gonna do that search for you, um, and then basically find out where the there is differences as far as looking at thumb tag, Angela's, HomeAdvisor.
21:40So depending on your industry, you're gonna be listed in different directories and places. So then it's gonna see where you're listed and if there's any discrepancies.
21:48So literally, all you have to go in is fix the discrepancies, like where it's gonna give you high priority fixes, what you should clean up, exact fix instructions, missing high value listings.
22:01So where you have no listings at all. So this is kinda taking it to the next step, like making sure that there's consistency, and then where are you missing that you should be listed in, which directories for your industry.
22:14Those are easy backlink opportunities. That's a easy authority builder. So it's gonna give you all of that information.
22:20So this prompt is really, really powerful to run because it's basically just a quick audit with some extra oomph to get listed in other places. Now the final one, this is one of my favorite ones.
22:31So this one is pretty next level and this one takes a little bit of time to run. But basically, it's gonna get your business context.
22:40Right? It's gonna do a competitive analysis and opportunity analysis on all your competition, and then it's gonna come up with a blog title and keyword list where you should be building out your blog articles.
22:54And this is going to match and do a good job of matching a search intent, but also interlinking with your service pages and your content clusters. So it's gonna build out all of that information for you, and then you just have to create the content around these clusters, and that it's gonna give you all of where you should be, which keywords you should be focusing on, how your keywords should be structured, how your blogs should be structured, and then you can just go in and build them out and get those ranking opportunities and those traffic opportunities.
23:26Now, as a bonus, if you want to, you can take that information and build out those blogs or you can link with a website to build them out for you. So I use Arvo to build this stuff out.
23:38You could use Claw to build out your websites, but it's not gonna have the SEO bells and whistles. It's not gonna have the SEO structure. You're gonna have to build that out manually.
23:45Whereas if you're using a website like Claude, it'll do that for you. So you can go in here and manually put the keyword and the title, add your brand assets, and it'll create the articles for you.
23:57Because you can add the nice thing about this is you can interweave all your brand assets, your your website, your knowledge base, you know, all that stuff. So when you're creating an article, you can go in here and add in your knowledge base.
24:10So you can add in your website. You can add in your call to action, your internal link with your sitemap. So when it creates articles, it's gonna have your assets already in there.
24:18It's gonna link to your money page. It's gonna link to all all of your other pages to get that the the most bang for your buck.
24:26So it creates these articles, and again, you can open these up and kinda see all the bells and whistles here, meta description, h twos, h threes, internal links using your site map.
24:36So all the important stuff that Google uses and AIs use to rank and show an AI citations. Now, if you wanna take this to the next level, this prompt has the ability for you to integrate with Arvo using the API.
24:49So you get the API here, and then basically, you can integrate with Arvo. So what this will do is you can publish the articles.
24:59It'll do this analysis, and then you can tell it to link to Arvo's API, and it'll publish articles for you through Arvo, and then you can link Arvo to your website.
25:09So, basically, it's a full it's fully automated. So you can make it fully automated if you wanna use their API where it'll create the articles in here, and then you connect this to your website and automatically create the articles and then publish your website, which is awesome.
25:24It's all, you know, it's all using Claude's brain next level stuff. Now, as a final bonus, this prompt also includes the ability to post social media content using your RSS feed.
25:38So what this will do is it'll pull out your RSS feed where your where your articles are being created, uh, and then it'll create social media posts and then publish them using Blotato's API.
25:51So two tools, again, you're alright. If you're using this to publish articles, your RSS feeds are gonna have those high quality SEO articles there, And then we're taking those articles, creating social media posts, getting more bang for our buck, and then we're publishing via Blotato's API.
26:09So Blotato is a really cool website that I use. This is all scheduled through this Claude workflow from pulling this information from my RSS feed.
26:19So it's easy. Again, Claude's gonna ask you for this stuff. You just go in, give it your Claude, uh, your API key here, and then it'll pull that information and create the social media content.
26:31It'll also pull the images from your from your articles to use in the social media content or you can have it create new images, whatever you wanna do. Uh, so it's a fully automated content engine, this whole prompt. Again, you can piece it out and use what you want.
26:43If you just wanted to create the keyword lists and blog titles, you can do that. If you want it to be fully automated via Blota or via Arvo's API, you can do that.
26:53If you wanna also include the social media part, um, you can you can do that as well. This one's probably my favorite one just because it saves me hours and hours of time to create social media content that does really well and then to create blog posts that rank my websites better and then gets me a lot more traffic.
27:13So that is it. Hopefully, that helps you guys out. The the links to if you want the prompt, type prompt below.
27:20I will send you the list. Arvo information is below. Blittado information is below.
27:25These three tools are really all you need to substantially grow your business. I use them every single day, but these prompts are next level. Alright.
27:36This is a fun one. I'm gonna give you three prompts I gave Claude to add an extra $10,000 in monthly reoccurring revenue to my business in thirty days using nothing but SEO and free organic traffic.
27:51These are the same prompts I now use and run for SEO every in every single one of my businesses to grow and improve traffic, improve ranking, you know, all of the things that we wanna get at the end of the day.
28:06These prompts force you to pick keyword clusters. They force you to do the things that will cause your your traffic to grow and your business to grow.
28:18And make sure you stay to the end. I'm gonna give you a bonus prompt that really helps you cut your content plan in half and keeps only what you actually need, what own what actually ranks and what actually converts. Let's go.
28:31Alright. The first prompt is the opportunity finder.
28:35So this looks to find you SEO content angles that could generate your first thousand dollars in monthly reoccurring revenue within ninety days. Both angles must target keywords you can realistically rank for without high domain authority, be tied to a product service or affiliate offer you can monetize, have proven search intent, and be publishable within seven days.
28:58And then the key to all this is asking it for clarifying questions until you're 95% or more confident. That's the next level nugget of really any prompt to get the most out of it.
29:10A lot of people do prompts very generically and they get generic results.
29:15So this is how you get the most out of it. So let's start with this one. Uh, we're gonna pop this into Claude and go from there.
29:20Alright. Let's hit enter and run this prompt. Alright.
29:23So now it's going to start asking me the questions to get this running. Um, so what's your existing platform, existing site?
29:32And let's just do existing site. We're gonna do let's just well, I'm gonna do I already have this business that I'm gonna do it on, which is going to be this plumbing business, just as an example, because a lot of you guys have, like, local businesses.
29:44This works for for local, whether you're doing local or online only, SaaS, whatever the question whatever the case may be.
29:52Trades, let's just do this. Next, what's your preferred monetization path?
30:00Services. Let's just do services. Alright.
30:04Specific trade, we're gonna do plumbing. What's the graphical scope of your service?
30:09Local market. You know, we'll do local. What's your typical client worth to you per month?
30:14Let's just say 2 to 500.
30:19Existing site, do you already have an existing site? Yeah.
30:23Existing site in the same niche. Alright.
30:26What's the specific tray? Let's just do plumbing. Let's just do residential homeowners.
30:32What service generates two to five reoccurring maintenance contracts? Emergency installation.
30:37Let's do installation. Some of these I'm guessing on. Obviously, you're gonna know better for your for your specific niche.
30:43Alright. Which installation service has been most profitable? Water heaters, water filtration, softeners.
30:51Let's just do water filtration. Roughly how big is your metro? It is very large because this plumber is in Miami.
31:03So let's just do let's just do Miami.
31:10I don't know if it's it's large or super large. Alright. Here we go.
31:14Here are the the angles that I want me to go with for the for the questions that I answered. So the first is hard water.
31:22It has the targeted keyword, low diff difficulty, real local intent. It was Miami water hard, Miami water hardness. I know, uh, just being in Florida, that hard water is a thing.
31:35So this is a a pretty big business cornerstone article, publishes in seven days. Uh, here, it kinda gives you the the outline of this, why this converts, math to one k, angle two, and buyer's guide comparison.
31:49So people who are almost ready to buy type comparisons in the Google, Culligan verse, Connecticut, Miami, so, like, versus. These articles usually do really well because they're super informative, and people always wanna compare stuff together. And here's the targeted keywords that you can use to generate this stuff, cornerstone article information, and then why these two work together.
32:11And then two things I'm assuming, you can actually install water softeners. Your existing site has at least basic local SEO setup.
32:20And you can the nice thing about this process is you can push back. Like, I don't like this idea. Give me some other ideas.
32:26Or if you need these two things, can dive into these two things. But, oh, my night my my site is not set up. Here's my site.
32:34Can you help me set it up? So it'll help you kinda get things prepared and take it to the next level. So all you have to do is take these and create content.
32:43Now, Clawd can create these articles for you. I don't create articles in Clawd just because I would have to go in, copy that article, publish it in my website, do all the back end structure, do the internal linking, external linking, h ones, h twos, h threes, meta description, alt text.
33:01I don't have to do all that SEO structure manually, so I don't like to do that. So I use a program for that before we dive into the next prompt. The next one's really good.
33:10I use Arvo to do that. So literally, you could just take those keywords and generate an article, do the SEO keyword and the title it's giving you, and basically generate an article.
33:21So when you generate the article, you can go in here and configure the article however you want.
33:29So you can go in and basically give it your own knowledge base so you can connect it to your website. So choosing that information along with the other information that you're giving it to create the articles, uh, you can also give it a call to action, book here, buy here, and you can internal link.
33:45This is next level, so internal links with your sitemap. So it'll link to the article to your other pages, your money pages, your buy pages. Uh, it'll externally link to trusted sources.
33:54You can use your own images or it'll generate them for you. You can use your own YouTube or it'll add in a YouTube video if you want that. So out of the box, it creates articles with all the SEO bells and whistles, um, which is really nice.
34:09So here's one for, like, lawn service in Miami. You can open this up and kinda see. And this integrates with your website, you can have this auto post to your website.
34:16So meta description, h twos, h threes, alt text. It builds this for SEO with all the structure that AI and Google are looking for, but it's automatic, and you can set it up to automatically post to your website.
34:30Uh, so that's what I use, and that's how I would use the outputs for this to make it a lot easier. The other, uh, the next one is the role model. So who is a single this one's really, really powerful.
34:40Who is a single most successful SEO operator or content site owner I should study to make this happen? Limit it to one person or site, show me exactly what they did in their first ninety days, and, uh, that I should replicate.
34:54So this gives us some additional information of things that we could try with our niche.
35:02So here we go. We're gonna paste this in here, and we're gonna hit enter.
35:06Alright. So here we go. This is the output it gives me.
35:10For your exact situation, local trade service, monetization, plumbing, water solvent installs, local search, single person you should study as Nick Huber at sweaty startup, but not for the reason most people cite him for the storage business and Twitter persona.
35:25Study him specifically for what he did with this company, Bold SEO and the playbook he dominated for ranking local service businesses. Right?
35:33This is pretty cool. So why him over obvious alternatives? So basically, it gives the reasons why.
35:40And then here's where this gets to next level. What Huber did in the first ninety days and what you should replicate. So days one through 14, foundation.
35:49Um, so replicate Google Business Profile setup, NAP citation cleanup, uh, 10 Google reviews, days 15 to 45, money one ultra strong service page, and then three to five neighboring landing pages, uh, and then one trust page.
36:06So this is fantastic. This is next level SEO. So if you really wanna get a lot more traffic, having service pages for every local area around you is is really key.
36:18And then replicate two cornerstone blog posts, which we've already talked about in the first step. Local link building. Here's what you should do as far as local link link building.
36:27Review velocity, that's always important. G g p g p g b p.
36:33Holy smokes. I can't say that. Post weekly.
36:36So Google Business Page post weekly. And then what Huber explicitly does not do, and you shouldn't either. He doesn't chase national keywords, stay local.
36:44He doesn't buy backlinks. He doesn't pump out 50 blog posts. Quality is important.
36:50He doesn't obsess over keyword tools. And then the single most important lesson from him, so in local services, your Google business profile is your homepage. Your website is the backup.
37:00And then here is a caveat. So really good. This gives you a ninety day action plan of pretty easy things that you can go in and start chipping away at.
37:09Alright. So that's really helpful information. Now the last one is going to be this one, thirty day money plan.
37:15So pretend you're that person. Create a thirty day SEO content plan that needs less than $5 are upfront and gets me into my first ranking article or first dollar of organic revenue as fast as possible, publishing must start on day one.
37:28No research phase longer than forty hours forty eight hours. So this is really good. We're taking that ninety day plan and then asking them to break down into a thirty day plan, uh, and a thirty day content plan.
37:39So let's pop this in there and see what it comes up with now. Alright. So here we go.
37:42So now it's tell it's asking, like, uh, Nick Huber cutting the fluff. Remind me plumber to install water softeners. You want first ranking in first dollar in thirty days under $500.
37:53So here we go. Here is the real truth.
37:56You will not rank a brand new blog post in thirty days through pure SEO. Anyone telling you that otherwise is selling something. What what you can do is in thirty days is rank your Google Business profile and your service pages locally get found, close one job, that's your first dollar.
38:11The blog content is your sixty to one hundred and eighty day plan. We do both, but Google Business page work is what pays in thirty days. And then it does a bud budget allocation here, bright local citation, stock of branded yard signs, Loom for videos, domain, Canva Pro.
38:30So some of these you may or may not need. This is just a this is just kind of an overview of things you might need.
38:36And then this breaks this down into a thirty day plan. One to two is foundation. Day one, Google Business Profile, write your service description.
38:44So it break and then it breaks it down into morning and afternoon, which is crazy. All the things you should specifically do.
38:51I mean, it's laid out. You're not having to guess on any of this. It's laid out one, two, three, four.
38:56Day two morning, day two afternoon, days three seven neighborhood pages.
39:02So here's the breakdown of your site. So, basically, you're doing around Miami.
39:07There's Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Kendall, Doral, Brickell. Um, pick the five where you want jobs. Obviously, in most local businesses, they're not just focused in one area.
39:18They're surrounding areas. So it's you need to focus on all those. Publish first cornerstone blog posts, um, eight through 14 reviews, local links push.
39:27So local link plays, email five local Miami real estate agents, local little league team, Miami Dade Chamber of Commerce. So it's specific to the local area, which is really cool.
39:3715 through 21, first lead, second cornerstone. So talking about blog posts again, uh, and some other things that you guys should do.
39:47Uh, and then Google business posting habit 22 through 30 compound measure. So outreach number two, measurement and triage, um, measuring, you know, what queries are showing up for, um, in your Google search console, and then what I'd bet you're hitting in thirty days.
40:0315 to 25 Google reviews, money page index and ranking, Google business page showing in local three pack, 15 inbound leads, one to three closed jobs. Um, so what I do not want to see you doing, buying backlinks, uh, writing, uh, a lot of blog posts, hiring content writer, obviously, that's unnecessary now, accessing over keyword search.
40:27So, yeah, great plan. Everything's broken out very specifically, uh, in thirty days, which is crazy.
40:34Now the bonus prompt, uh, this one's killer. Uh, ask me three yes, no questions to identify. What will stop me from publishing this month, then cut the plan in half and keep only directly at least to rankings and revenue.
40:47So this is like kinda cutting it some more. Right?
40:51Cutting through the fluff even more to kinda see what it does. So a lot of what AI does is it gives you the rosy, fluffy version of stuff. Like, oh, yeah, you can do this so super easy, but it's not giving you a lot of the pain points and a lot of the the stuff to that you're gonna push back on.
41:06Like, hey, this isn't as easy as you're making it sound. What are some issues with this? So, this is kinda cutting through the fluff even more just to kinda see what we need to adjust in our plan before we start just diving in and spending a ton of time on things that we may not necessarily be, uh, needing to spend time on.
41:27Alright. So the cut plan, thirty days, revenue only. Uh, some of this is probably gonna be the same.
41:32Some of this may be cut down a little bit. Um, one to two, so fix Google business page, write and publish money page, uh, text 50 best customers for reviews, days three through 10 reviews, so get 15 reviews, write one neighborhood page, post on Google business page, so days 11 to 20, write blog posts, three local backlinks, 21, close the loop.
41:57So, basically, this streamlines it. Can alright. It says, can you realistically commit one hour per day every day for the next thirty days to this?
42:04Sure. Will you publish a 15 word, uh, page you wrote yourself in one sitting knowing it's imperfect without editing for a week?
42:13Um, I don't know. Maybe. Are you willing to text 50?
42:16Yes. Alright. So here we go.
42:18It just asks us those follow-up questions. I'm not sure why, but hey. Three for three.
42:23No blockers. Oh, so it's it's basically just asking me the yes, no questions. I I get it of, like, hey.
42:29Can I commit to this? So tonight, one hour, tomorrow. So then it's breaking it out hourly as far as, hey, here's your push to do these things.
42:38So streamline the plan and revise the budget a little bit. So, basically, just cut and streamline what what the thirty day plan that I already had. So we can really make sure that these are the things that we should be focused on for the next thirty days to get the most bang for our buck out of our business.
42:55So those are the prompts. Those are the flows that you should go through for your local business. Hopefully, it helps you guys out.
43:00Again, there's a link below to Arvo. I use that for all my content.
43:04There's a lot of other SEO tools inside there as well. LLM brand monitor.
43:09You can monitor your performance across LLMs. There's a backlink exchange in there. Not to mention, there's other features in there.
43:18You can integrate with your website to publish content. You can set this up completely a 100% automated for content to to grow, but this is the cornerstone of most local businesses.
43:30So I thought this is really helpful and really intriguing and a great exercise to go through with all of your businesses to kinda make sure you're on the right track and you're using your time the most effectively.
43:42So hopefully, it helps you guys out. Alright. The new goals feature inside of Claude is absolutely next level.
43:50It's amazing, and it takes Claude to another universe. Basically, unlocks lot of different things that I'm gonna talk about in this training.
44:00You can use it for anything. Makes it five, ten, 20 x better. So I'm gonna talk about what it is, how to use it.
44:10I'm gonna give you the prompt protocol to use it, and I'm gonna specifically give you an example, uh, related to SEO and how you can use it to grow your business, which is really, really good. Um, but you can use it for for any part of your business.
44:22It's very actionable. So let's dive in. Alright.
44:25So what is the goals protocol? What does this mean? You know, it's we think of a goal.
44:30It's like, okay. I wanna lose 10 pounds of weight, uh, in a month.
44:35You know, that's that's a goal. Well, it kinda works the same way, but there's for each letter in in the goal protocol that we are going to talk about to set this up so it works for you for your business.
44:51So first and foremost, and this is like taking it from just a prompt to a whole another level. And this is why this is so valuable because a lot of people are just now learning how to prompt. This is taking it to the the the next stage well beyond that.
45:06And if you know how to use this, you're going to be able to beat anyone else that's just doing normal prompting. So first, you gotta have and this is the five components of of the goal protocol. First is the goal statement.
45:18So one sentence, action verb to first, names of deliverable deliverable fits on one line.
45:27The o is the output spec, exact file name, format, schema. The evaluator can only audit what you specify.
45:37A is the acceptance criteria number checklist. Every item must be answered. Answerable with a yes, no, or a number.
45:45The l is limits and constraints. What not to do, forbidden actions, scope walls, resource caps, and then s, stop and verify. So force the agent to list evidence for each criterion before declaring done.
45:59So this is the goal protocol. So why is this what does this all mean?
46:04Why is this different than just a normal prompt? Well, the main difference of a goal protocol is that you're going to have a worker agent here that's working on the actual output, working on the goal.
46:18And then once the worker agent reads, writes code, runs commands, edits the deliverable, it iterates turn by turn until it believes the goal is met. Then where this is like a normal prompt.
46:30You put in a prompt and you get an output. Right? Well, this worker agent, if you have the goes goals protocol, is going to send it over to the evaluator agent.
46:39The evaluator agent is then going to it's gonna call it's gonna start a new session with the evaluator agent, uh, inside of the chat. You're not gonna see this.
46:48And then it's gonna be independent, no memory of the work, and then it's gonna audit the deliverable against the acceptance criteria one by one. So whatever goal criteria you put in, it's going to audit, uh, and then it's going to decide is the goal complete or send it back.
47:03So if it's not meeting the criteria, it's gonna send it back over here to the worker agent. Uh, and then the worker agent is probably, if it's not complete, gonna have to involve you. It's gonna ask you more questions, more criteria, whatever the case might be, then it's gonna send it back to the evaluator evaluator agent.
47:19Is it complete? Is it not complete? And then if it has to send it back again, it will.
47:23Chances are it probably won't send it back again, but it may. And then it's gonna mark the goal as complete. So this works so much better than just a normal prompt because it's bouncing it off the evaluator agent.
47:35So the output is going to be 10 times more better. 10 times better, not more better.
47:4010 times better, 20 times better. It's just gonna the output's gonna be so so much better than before. So here's like if you if you do fail, here are the common reasons that it fails, just to kinda give you an idea.
47:54So multiple goals jammed into to one. So you gotta split this up in different sequences. You can't have multiple goals in one.
48:02It's gonna it's gonna mess it up. It may have it may be too vague. There's no end state.
48:09Don't make it too long. Missing step, there's no acceptance criteria. Agent agent runs out of tokens.
48:16It doesn't can't complete it. Overpacked 47 criteria. So we gotta keep it simplistic.
48:22So this is why you want to make sure to meet these five components. Here are three tests that every prompt must pass. So we're gonna I'm gonna give you a prompt to actually a prompt outline so you can do this.
48:34But here are the tests to kinda know, like, is my prompt good? Is it gonna be a good goal prompt? So a stranger test, could the stranger read this prompt and know exactly what done looks like?
48:44If they ask follow ups, your criteria is weak. So if they don't understand it, spreadsheet test, could you put every acceptance criteria in a spreadsheet column with a yes, no answers?
48:55Fuzzy words, fail the test. Runway test, if the agent misrep misinterprets in the worst way, would your constraints catch it within a few minutes?
49:07If not, you gotta add more guardrails. So it's all part of building out the proctor prompt, uh, the proper prompt. Alright.
49:14So here is a good versus bad prompt. So you would start in Colab by doing the front slash goal. This is how it knows that you're doing the go goal protocol.
49:23And then you say, find me some keywords for my dog grooming business and make sure they're good for SEO. Problems, vague verb, no output spec, no acceptance criteria, no constraints, no stop condition. Agent will guess wildly.
49:37So this is a lot of times how people are prompting, which is a problem in itself. But if you're using the goal criteria, it's a huge problem because it's not gonna give you a very good output.
49:47So a better goal prompt, uh, would be this one.
49:52So goal, build a local SEO keyword list for blank business name in blank location. The output file keywords CSV columns intent format.
50:05Right? And then the acceptance criteria, at least 25 keywords in the file, at least 15 keywords, have no k d greater than 30.
50:15All keywords contain a local modifier. No keywords. So you're given it the acceptance criteria, very specific constraints.
50:22Do not include out of the area keywords. Do not suggest titles over 60 characters. Maximum 50 keywords total.
50:28Stop and verify before declaring complete list of each acceptance criteria with evidence, then hand to the evaluator. So this is very, very specific.
50:36You can see lots of has the output, acceptance, constraints, stop and verify. This doesn't have any of that.
50:43So very, very weak. So you can see why this one fails. This one does a good job.
50:48Here is a template that you can use to write out these, and then we're gonna run this so you guys can see kinda how this works. But goal and this meets meets the whole criteria.
50:58So if you follow this, you're gonna be good to go. Goal, output, acceptance criteria, constraints, stop and verify.
51:05And the nice thing about Claude is that you can put this criteria in there and be like, hey. I'm trying to run a goals.
51:12Um, I'm trying to run the goals protocol. Here's the template that I want for my prompt. Here's what I'm trying to do.
51:19Can you write the prompt? And it'll fill this prompt in correctly, and then you run it.
51:24Uh, so that'll help you speed this up as well because you gotta use, uh, Claude in the right way. So here's what we're gonna do. So we're gonna use this, uh, we're gonna use this prompt here, and we're gonna run this for SEL.
51:35And then I'm gonna show you a bonus tip on how to use this information. Alright. So we're gonna go to Claude.
51:41We're gonna paste this template in there because I'm I'm just using this for SEO, so I'm not gonna change any of this stuff. And then we're gonna grab let's just grab a business here.
51:51This is like an HVAC business. And then business name and location. So we're just gonna do business.
52:00So I'm just gonna paste this URL here and then location.
52:06I think this is in Miami. And then here we go. So we're gonna run this goal protocol.
52:12And, again, you wanna start at front slash goal so it knows that you're running this protocol. Alright.
52:18Here we go. Here is the it ran through all that workflow and build out the structure, and then all the checks passed program programmatically because we set it up the right way.
52:31Right? It didn't get kicked back. So here's the stop and verify.
52:35So here's the checks behind the scenes that this goes through. Stop and verify the criteria, the status, the evidence, and they all passed.
52:45Right? So then once it passes, then it's gonna send it through back to the worker to create the actual file, to create the output that you wanted.
52:56And then here are the keywords that I asked for, By monthly estimated volume. This isn't connecting to hrefs, so this is kinda estimated based on the area, based on the website, based on its own analysis, but it's usually pretty close.
53:09It does a really good job with this. So here's the keywords, monthly volume, k d score, intent, and then suggested title.
53:17So this is really good if you're doing SEO. I've already ran this with several businesses to get these keywords, which is really, really good. And it has this whole list that it ran through.
53:28So this is a lot better. So if I just ran the prompt like find me keywords, it's very basic.
53:34It's not gonna be as in-depth as it as this. So this is why this is so powerful. So then as a bonus tip, if you're if you're have a business, local business or you do SEO, even if it's not local, you can take these and then create content around them because it has a high monthly volume, a high KD score, and it's transactional.
53:52So this is really, really this transactional one's especially a really powerful for converting leads, for getting bookings, for getting, uh, clients. So you can take this keyword, suggest a title, and create content.
54:06I can ask Claude to create, a blog article, an SEO optimized blog article, but it's not gonna have, like, the internal bells and whistles the SEO structure that AIs or Google is looking for.
54:17So I use a tool Arvo to create my blog articles, which I've talked about a lot. I usually reference most videos to this because it's so good. It's so powerful.
54:27But you can basically take that, go in here, put the keyword here, put the title in here, and create a bottom of the funnel high search intent article like one of these to be able to post directly on your website.
54:42So if I go in here and so here's one's like housing market statistics for, like, realtors. You can open this up, see kinda the meta description, h twos, h threes, alt text, internal linking.
54:53So you can link all of your assets, your site map, call your call to action. You can link your knowledge base, your site. So it's using AI, but it's using your own site website information to create these articles and then link everything together, which is really powerful for SEO.
55:09So you can go in here and you can configure this to your website, and then it'll automatically post to your website. So this the link to this is below if you wanna try that out, but that is the goal feature in a nutshell.
55:21Hopefully, that helps you guys out as far as this protocol.
55:25If you can copy and paste this prompt, take a screenshot, or if you write prompt below, I will I will share it with you to give you this, uh, prompt example that you can use in your own goal protocol.
55:37Uh, and then you can use this for whatever, whether it's SEO, uh, business structure specifically, uh, you know, lead generation, whatever the case may be.
55:45There's a lot of use cases.
55:48Alright, guys. This is a good one. Today, I am going to give you the fastest and easiest way that I've found to fully automate a 100% all of your social media.
55:59As a bonus, I'm gonna give you a full content strategy workflow and plan so you can not only automate your social media, you can drive a ton of traffic back to your website and repurpose your social media off of your SEO.
56:16So this is a fantastic strategy. I'm gonna give you the prompt, the workflow, all the things that you guys need to knee need to know.
56:22So here's a website, uh, that we have on this strategy, and you can see this is before we started the strategy, not very much traffic at all. No AI citations.
56:33Then we started it on this strategy and look at how the growth has happened here. So almost 16,000 organics, inorganic growth, lots more AI citations.
56:44So they're getting a lot more traffic, and this is the plan to do just that. So the programs that we're gonna use are gonna be Cloud, of course, with a prompt, and then we're gonna connect via APIs to Blotato and Arvo.
56:58So I'm gonna go through all of this stuff. So the first thing that you need to do is you need to set up Claude with the prompt. So here is the prompt.
57:06If you want this, type prompt below, and it'll give you access to all these prompts from Arbo, which there's a lot of them. All these are are amazing prompts for SEO and automation.
57:18The one we're doing is this one right here. So, basically, what it's gonna do is ask you for your business context. So literally just copy and paste this prompt in the cloud and then go through the steps.
57:27So it's it's very, very easy because everything's set up. So it's gonna ask you for all of your website URL, industry niche, all that stuff. It's gonna do a competitive opportunity research.
57:36So it's gonna research your competition, find gaps, find weak competitor gaps, keyword clusters, ranking opportunities. So this does all the heavy lifting from an SEO standpoint for you, then it's going to generate your blog content.
57:50So this is gonna make sense from a social media standpoint in just a second. So it's gonna generate all your blog content, primary keywords, supporting keywords, then it's going to give you your content pipeline.
58:02So we are using Arvo via the API to create this content. So it's gonna auto publish through Arvo.
58:09So Claude's we're using Claude's brain mixed with Arvo's brain and all of your brand assets to create the content. And then, basically, once you have the content created, this is the first part of this. This is why this works so good.
58:22So this is creating your content, your blog articles, and your RSS feed. Even if you already have an RSS feed, that's where all your blog stuff goes. Then it's pulling your RSS feed to create your social media content.
58:33So you're optimizing it first with Arvo and Claude. So you're having high SEO rich content first, and then you're repurposing it into social media content.
58:46So it's double you know, it's a double whammy. So then it's gonna create your social media content from your RSS feed. So it's gonna be relevant.
58:55It's going to connect. And then, basically, it can create the visual elements for your social media, or you can have it pull the visual elements from your blogs, and then it's going to publish it via Blotato.
59:07So that's where Blotato comes into play. You can also have Blotato create the graphics for you.
59:13So the workflow is seamless like this. So, basically, it's creating you're using Claude to create your blog RSS feed.
59:23So it's gonna be very SEO rich. Then, basically, you're pulling, extracting that information from with Claude to create your social media posts.
59:34And your social media posts are gonna connect back to your blog, black back to your money pages on your website.
59:42And you don't have to. I mean, if you don't wanna do the blog part, you don't have to. You can run this workflow as it is just on the social media.
59:49Like, if you just wanna do the social media stuff, you can do this right here and set that up and basically give it Blotato's API key. But let's just go through what this looks like once it's run.
1:00:00So once you run this and once you set this up as a skill so a skill is something that you can just run over and over and over again.
1:00:08So once you have this set up, all you do is you just type in SEO content, whatever you name it. So I named it SEO content autopilot.
1:00:17So this is the full skill here, which it's going to just run this full prompt, all this stuff.
1:00:24So you can save this as a skill and then just run it every time. Again, all I did to start it was copy and paste and tell it to create the skill, then it's gonna ask you for your API keys, and then the rest is going to be done on autopilot. So very easy to do.
1:00:39And then once it creates so with with Arvo, what you have to do there's a link below to Arvo and Blotado. What you have to do is create integration, and then you just do this API and give it the API key right here.
1:00:52So that's gonna send it automatically. There is more of an expense to use Arvo's API. If you wanna do it manually, you can do it manually.
1:00:59If you wanna get a lower plan, it's gonna still generate those keyword opportunities, those keyword clusters. So you can go in here and basically just manually do it.
1:01:09You can do enter your SEO keyword and your title, hit add keywords, and then it'll go over here as an input. And then you can just generate the article, and then it'll generate it for you. Here's an example of some articles that it generated.
1:01:23So here's one for, like, Florida market housing statistics. You can see it adds the images. This is all designed for AI overviews, traffic, all the things.
1:01:32So you can open this up and kinda see the inner workings of it, all the SEO bells and whistles. So so this is why this is beneficial using Arvo because it's gonna integrate all the SEO that you're not gonna have to do. Sure.
1:01:43You can have Claude create blog articles, but it's not gonna have all the behind the scenes SEO. You're gonna have to do it manually. So alt text, h twos, h threes, it's going to link to external sources.
1:01:53It's gonna link to your site map because the other nice thing about this, like I was saying, is you can go in here and you can customize this to your brand.
1:02:05So you can give it your knowledge base, your website, any training materials. You can format it.
1:02:11You can structure it. Give it a call to action. You can do internal linking.
1:02:14So give it your site map. So it's gonna link to all your pages, all your everything's gonna link together. So it's using your own assets to create the the blog article.
1:02:22So you're it's taken all the manual work out of it. It'll create images for you. You can use your own.
1:02:27It'll do a YouTube video, relevant YouTube video, or you can do your own. So whatever you wanna do there.
1:02:32And then you can have it configured, but you can publish this automatically. So if you wanna use Arvo's API, it'll send it here, create the article, and then auto publish it to your website.
1:02:43If you wanna do it manually, you create it here, and then you can have it auto publish to your website. Whatever however you wanna do it, whatever works for you and your budget, but there's two ways to do it. And, you know, Arvo has a bunch of other resources in here.
1:02:56Um, they have a a way for you to get backlinks automatically. There's a backlink exchange, brand monitors, SEO reports, brand monitors, monitor LLM performance so you can monitor your prompts, search terms that people are searching for, monitor how you're showing up.
1:03:11So there's a lot of really cool resources here. Now the next part of this is basically once you're using this create your RSS feed that's very SEO friendly, that's on brand, you're using Claude to create your social media posts from your RSS feed, and then it's going to send it to Blotato.
1:03:29So here is a whole month. This is all created with Claude. That prompt that I just showed you, all this was created with that, and it's auto publishing it.
1:03:37So you can set up time slots here. You can set up your weekly schedule, or you can just have it published whenever. That's totally up to you.
1:03:44And the nice thing is you can have Blotato create the infographics. So there's a bunch of templates that you can use and just tell it because it's gonna read the API documentation that you're gonna give it via that prompt.
1:03:58And then you just tell it, I want you to create, uh, whiteboard infographics or I want you to create whatever are these infographics. Just they all have a name, so it'll know.
1:04:07You just tell it, like, okay. Two of the two of the weekly posts, I want whiteboard infographics. Three of the weekly posts, I want top secret infographics.
1:04:17The other two posts, I want classroom truck reading infographics. So it'll send it over here. It'll analyze the concepts in your blog and then create the infographics.
1:04:25It's really, really crazy. It works amazingly well. So here's an example of some infographics that were created.
1:04:32This is for for one of my clients. It's basically taking the concepts and just creating infographics. So this is a this is a quote from from the articles, more infographics.
1:04:41So this is all done automatically via that prompt, which is really, really nuts. And then you just run it whenever you wanna run it and then schedule it whenever you wanna schedule it. So to get Lotato's API, you just go over here, API, and you just copy the API key, and then you pop that into into Claude.
1:04:58So those are the components to connect everything together and completely automate your social media with Blootato, Claude, and Arvo.
1:05:07This is the full package. This is only three that you need to substantially improve your traffic that you're getting, substantially improve your social media engagement, and just automate everything.
1:05:17Everything is gonna connect together. If you have a website and you do social media, it makes sense to connect all three of these together. And then when you wanna run it, again, you just go into Claude and you run it.
1:05:25And then, basically, the way that I do this is do this weekly. So every Monday, I'll run this workflow, schedule everything out, automate automatically, all my blog posts, all my social media posts for the week, and then I just run it the next week. You could do it for a month if you wanna do it that way.
1:05:40It'll do it for you as many times as you want. So it's really, really cool. So you can set this up for yourself, for your clients, whatever workflow that you want.
1:05:46So if you want these prompts, type prompt below and you'll get access to all these prompts. Again, there's links to both Arvo and Lotato. This is the trifecta.
1:05:54This workflow is works amazingly well. I've been doing this for the last couple of, uh, months, actually, and it works amazingly well, and people are still sleeping on this. So, hopefully, it helps you guys out.
1:06:03I'll be back soon with some more good stuff for you. Check out this other video on SEOs, uh, SEO on Claude. It'll help you out as
The Hook

The bait, then the rug-pull.

The title does the framing for you: a thousand hours of trial-and-error, condensed into an hour of screen-share demos. What follows is less a single video than five stitched-together workshops — backlinks, local audits, revenue-focused prompts, a structured GOALS protocol, and a full content-automation chain — each run live against a real local business site.

G.O.A.L.S. Protocol

  1. Goal statement
  2. Output spec
  3. Acceptance criteria
  4. Limits and constraints
  5. Stop and verify

A five-part prompt structure invoked with a /goal prefix. A worker agent iterates on the deliverable, then an independent evaluator agent (a new session with no memory of the work) audits it against the acceptance criteria item by item before marking it complete or sending it back for another pass.

Steal forAny complex Claude Code task, not just SEO — write the goal file with explicit numeric acceptance criteria before running a long agent session, and force the evaluator handoff instead of trusting a single pass.

The Stranger / Spreadsheet / Runway Test

  1. Stranger test: could someone unfamiliar with the task tell exactly what 'done' looks like from your criteria alone?
  2. Spreadsheet test: could every acceptance criterion sit in a spreadsheet column answerable yes/no or with a number?
  3. Runway test: if the agent misinterprets in the worst way, would your constraints catch it within a few minutes?

A three-question self-check for grading whether a goal prompt's acceptance criteria are specific enough before running it.

Steal forAny structured prompt, agent task, or delegated brief — not SEO-specific.

Competitor Review Sentiment Mining (3-phase)

  1. Phase 1: competitor sentiment pool — extract emotional vocabulary, fears, outcome phrases, and referral language from 100+ reviews per competitor
  2. Phase 2: gap analysis — what's strong in your existing copy vs. what's missing
  3. Phase 3: rewrites — GBP description, homepage headline/sub-headline, social proof statements, FAQ entries, review-request script

Turns raw competitor review text into rewritten on-site copy using customers' own language rather than the business's internal language.

Steal forAny local or service business landing page rewrite — the review-mining step alone is reusable outside SEO.

  2. Per-URL forensic audit: keyword in title/H1/first 100 words, word count vs. top 5 competing pages, internal links, meta/schema present
  3. Rewrite title tag + meta description per page
  4. 30-day sprint plan broken into weekly batches with current-state/new-state/impact estimates

A four-phase workflow that turns an existing Search Console export into a prioritized, page-by-page ranking-improvement sprint.

Steal forAny site with existing rankings sitting on page 2 — the filter criteria alone (position 8-20, non-branded, commercial intent) is a reusable heuristic.
