Big Idea
The argument in one line.
Scaling a Meta ad account 38x had almost nothing to do with campaign structure or bidding strategy — it came from relentlessly re-cutting winning ads into new formats, hooks, and authority levels, plus leaning on AI-animated ad styles to multiply creative output.
Who This Is For
Read if. Skip if.
READ IF YOU ARE…
You're running Meta ads for an ecommerce brand spending at least a few thousand dollars a day and have already found one ad that's clearly working.
You keep testing brand-new hooks and creative concepts instead of squeezing more out of an ad you already know converts.
You're curious what AI-animated ad formats (claymation, Pixar-style, animated ingredients, AI song ads) actually look like inside a real winning ad account.
You want a real account example with real numbers on screen instead of media-buying theory.
SKIP IF…
You're pre-revenue or not yet running paid ads — this assumes you already have a winning ad and daily spend to iterate against.
You're looking for a step-by-step AI-ad production tutorial — this video shows finished examples, not the how-to (the creator says a dedicated how-to video is separate).
TL;DR
The full version, fast.
One ecommerce ad account went from $30,000 to $1.1 million a month in Meta ad spend, verified on screen with real Ads Manager numbers, while its cost per result dropped from $598 to $252. The growth came from three things: constantly re-cutting the same winning ad into new formats, hooks, and authority levels instead of chasing brand-new creative; leaning on AI-animated ad styles (claymation, Pixar-style characters, talking ingredients, AI song ads) to multiply creative output without a large content library; and running an almost boring account structure — a handful of simple campaigns with an unchanged budget for months. The creative, offer, and funnel did the work, not the media buying.

02 · Lesson 1 stated: iterate more on your winning ads
States the video's first lesson — brands that find a winning ad need to dissect why it works and iterate on it, referencing an unreleased 'Iteration Playbook' doc and the case study brand Pet Lab Co.
03:30 – 09:58
03 · Four ways to re-cut the same winning ad
Walks through four real iterations of the same 'if your dog eats grass, do this every day' ad — swapped to AI claymation, Pixar-style animation, a podcast clip, and a vet-authority version — showing how format, hook/bridge, and authority can each be changed independently.
Tours a swipe file of AI-animated ad formats (talking body parts, animated ingredients, claymation animals, AI song ads, animated founder story) and credits them as some of the account's first winners.

05 · Lesson 3: media buying barely mattered
Shows the actual ad account structure — three simple active campaigns, one of which kept the same $55,000 daily budget from February through June — arguing that ABO/CBO/bidding tactics were not the growth driver.

Atomic Insights
Lines worth screenshotting.
One ecommerce ad account grew from $30,000 to $1.1 million a month in Meta spend while its cost per result dropped from $598 to $252.
The account's main campaign kept the exact same $55,000 daily budget from February to June — the scaling came from creative, not from raising the campaign budget.
The same winning ad script became four separate winning ads just by changing format — AI claymation, Pixar-style animation, a podcast clip, and a testimonial — with zero changes to the words.
Iterations work best when they change one of three levers on a proven winner: format, hook-and-bridge, or authority — not by spamming random new hooks.
Swapping a random spokesperson for a vet or a podcast guest is an authority upgrade that can turn a good ad into a bigger winner without touching the underlying angle.
AI-animated ads — claymation, Pixar-style characters, talking body parts, AI-generated songs — let a brand multiply creative formats without a large library of real footage.
AI-animated ads were some of this account's first winners, helping it scale from roughly $2,000 to $10-15,000 a day in spend before the brand had built up real-footage content.
The scaled account ran on three active campaigns, with the main campaign alone spending $916,000 of the account's $1.1 million monthly total.
A brand spending over $60,000 a day still gets a meaningful absolute dollar lift from a 10% budget increase — about $6,000 a day — even though overall structure isn't the growth driver.
The creator argues that explicit media-buying tactics (ABO vs. CBO, cost-cap bidding) mattered far less to the 38x growth than the ads, funnel, and offer themselves.
Takeaway
Iterate the winner before you chase a new concept
WHAT TO LEARN
An account can 38x its spend without touching campaign structure or bidding strategy — the real lever is relentlessly re-cutting an already-proven ad into new formats, hooks, and authority levels.
02Lesson 1 stated: iterate more on your winning ads
Once you find an ad that's clearly working, stop moving on to a new concept and instead dissect why that specific ad works before touching anything else.
Iterating on a winner compounds faster than constantly hunting for new creative concepts, because you're building on an angle that's already proven to convert.
03Four ways to re-cut the same winning ad
The same script and angle can become several separate winning ads just by changing the format — live-action to AI claymation, to Pixar-style animation, to a podcast clip.
A different hook and bridge (the opening line and setup) can reach a less-aware audience with the exact same underlying offer, without changing anything else about the message.
Swapping a random spokesperson for a higher-authority figure — a vet, a trainer, a podcast guest — makes the same claim more credible without altering the angle.
Test format, hook, and authority with intent — target a specific awareness level or audience, rather than blindly spamming new hook variations.
04Lesson 2: AI-animated ads scale creative output
AI-animated formats (talking body parts, animated ingredients, claymation animals, AI-generated songs) let a brand test many visual styles without shooting new real-world footage.
AI content isn't inherently a trust problem for viewers — the objection shows up when AI is used to deceive, not when it's an obviously stylized way of telling a story.
For a brand without a large existing content library, AI-animated ads can be some of the first winners that get an account off the ground before real-footage content is built up.
05Lesson 3: media buying barely mattered
A campaign's budget and structure can stay unchanged for months while spend and results scale dramatically — the growth lever is the ads, not the account setup.
Debating ABO vs. CBO or chasing exotic bidding strategies is a smaller lever than most people think once an account already has proven creative and offer.
At high daily spend, a modest budget percentage increase is still a large absolute dollar amount — worth managing carefully even though structure itself isn't the growth driver.
Glossary
Terms worth knowing.
CPA
Cost per acquisition — how much ad spend it takes to generate one result (a sale, a lead), calculated by dividing total spend by number of results.
ABO
Ad Set Budget Optimization — a Meta campaign setup where the budget is set and controlled at the ad set level rather than shared across the whole campaign.
CBO
Campaign Budget Optimization — a Meta campaign setup where Meta automatically distributes one shared budget across all ad sets in a campaign.
Cost cap bidding
A Meta bid strategy that tells the algorithm to hold cost per result near a target ceiling, instead of simply chasing the lowest possible cost.
Ad iteration
Re-cutting an already-proven winning ad into a new version — changing its format, hook, or authority — instead of creating an entirely new concept from scratch.
Bounty campaign
A high-volume Meta campaign used to test a large batch of ads sourced from a paid creator or UGC bounty program.
AI UCC
AI-generated user/creator-generated content — ad footage styled to look like organic, real-person content rather than polished brand advertising, but produced with AI tools.

metaphor
As you see on screen, this ad account spent around $30,000 during the month of February with a $598 CPA.
And on February 28 alone spent $1,700 with a $1,700 CPA.
Yet, if we fast forward to the month of June and we go from the first to the twenty eighth, you can see this exact same account has now spent $1,100,000 with a $252 CPA.
And just yesterday alone, we spent $65,000 at a 241 CPA.
What you are witnessing is not fake. Like, this is 100% real. I don't know how else to show you that this is real.
I'll go ahead and refresh the ads manager and yap for a couple seconds here while it loads to show you that this is 100% real. And this is not something know some people are like, oh, there's no way that's real.
It is real, guys. And this is something that I honestly even when I look at what my team has accomplished over the last four months is absolutely absurd. And the goal of today's video is to literally break down the three biggest things that I learned in taking an account from, again, spending $1,700 a day to literally basically, $100 an hour.
And the first thing that I learned is that you are not doing enough iterations on your winning ads. If you are a brand that is spending a couple thousand dollars a day, and you've found a winning ad that's helping you spend that, you need to lock in, and you need to really dissect your ad, and you need to figure out exactly why that ad is working.
If you haven't seen my eight components video, and you're new to the channel, and you clicked on this video, like, you need to go and watch that video, so you understand how to analyze and how to break down your ad. So that way, you can actually start doing iterations. And to show you an example of this, I'm actually doing a bit of a sneak peek here into the new iteration playbook that has not even been released in Evolve yet, but I wanna show you exactly what I mean.
Because this brand, Pet Lab Co, for those of that don't know, sold for a few 100,000,000 and is honestly just such a phenomenal example of what a strong iteration process looks like when it comes to testing different ad styles and being able to dissect what is working in your ad and being able to create different variations of it so that way different people can consume it.
And so to show you a few examples of how you can do more iterations, I'm gonna go ahead and walk you through these videos. So the first one we have here is if your dog eats grass, do this every day. And I'll go ahead and play it.
If your dog eats grass, do this every day. Most owners don't know this, but grass eating is a common behavior across dogs with fluctuations in their gut health. Perfect.
So now we have an understanding. They're talking about gut health. They're talking about eating grass, all that kind of stuff.
Right? Now look at this iteration that they did, which has likely led to them expanding, having another winning ad, and being able to potentially relate to more people.
So let's go ahead and play this ad. If your dog eats grass, do this every day. Now most owners don't know this, but eating grass is a common behavior across dogs with fluctuations in their gut health.
See, what's really crazy about this is this is the exact same script, guys. There's nothing that they even changed. All they did was they changed format.
And if you have a breakthrough ad that is crushing, that's literally something that you guys can do. Just test a completely different format so more people can consume it. And that is something that even we didn't realize is is, you know, because we sometimes overthink it.
And we're like, we need to go super deep. We need break this all down. Literally just shifting formats and not changing anything else can seriously create new winning ads for you that generate new reach and allow you to scale the account further.
So that's why I wanted to show this one first because it's literally the exact same script. If you watch these two videos, they're both winning videos. It's just the format and the way that they appear is different.
Another example down here is one that's not so obvious, but again, this is the exact same video, but let's go ahead and watch this iteration of the exact same angle. Our dogs can't talk to us when they feel off on the inside. Instead,
they show us through weird behaviors that we usually just laugh off. Now most owners don't know this, but eating grass is a common behavior across dogs with fluctuations
in their gut health. If Perfect. So now you're starting to see, okay, well, this is a different hook and a different bridge.
So rather than saying like, hey, if your dog is eating grass, do this. A lot of people might just skip by like, yeah, know my dog eats grass, whatever. But here, this is a different hook.
This is a different bridge and obviously a different format that might relate with more people. So in this video specifically, they're saying our dogs can't talk to us when they feel off inside and it kind of shows this dog in pain. And then they say instead, they show us these weird behaviors.
And then what happens? Well, they go into the exact same script and the exact same hole that is working. Again, this is an example of a hook and a visual hook iteration where, again, they understand that this hook is grabbing a specific amount of people, and this overall angle is working really well.
All they're doing is they're changing the delivery, and they're changing the entry point to it. And I don't think enough brands, or at least the brands that are struggling to scale once they've found a winning ad, they don't understand this, and they don't really know how to do this. And so they did their research, and they likely saw that, hey, this hook is obviously getting a lot of different people.
You know, we're obviously trying some different format styles as well, but let's maybe try to find a different hook and a different bridge to get maybe a more unaware audience that's not aware of the dog eating grass, but just, you know, trying to get someone's attention just by saying like, hey, our dogs can't talk to us when they feel off.
But they do it by showing us weird behaviors. Now I'm like, well, what's the weird behavior? It's like, oh, eating grass.
Okay. Got it. And you'll notice again, the angle is the same.
It's eating grass. It's just they've done a better iteration of it. Again, going down to another example.
It's the exact same angle. But what have they done here? They've cranked up the authority.
This is just some random guy. Why should I trust this guy? Obviously, this guy is working, so he's doing a good job of building trust through relatability and through what he's saying and stating facts and all that kind of stuff.
But here, we crank it up with not only a new authority with Yvette, but then they also put them in a podcast room, which that in itself, that format usually comes with some kind of authority because usually it's authorities that are on these podcasts. So let's go ahead and play this video to see another iteration of the same angle.
My dog eats grass all the time. Every day? Yeah.
And you still think that's normal? It's just grass, isn't it? So what's the big deal?
Well, grass eating is actually a dog's instinctive behavior to try to balance the bite So there you go. Right? Now you can see, again, same angle, guys.
Completely different type of execution, completely different visual format, and on top of that, we've amplified the authority. Now we're bringing a vet in, and now obviously, I'm way more likely to trust a vet than potentially some random guy. And again, this is why iterations are crucial.
Because the differences between all of these ads here so this original ad, obviously, with the dog eating grass. Then we have this Pixar style ad. Then we have this, you know, crochet AI style ad.
Then we have this podcast ad. They're completely different. And again, this gets delivered differently on Meta, and some people are just going to watch different types of content.
And so that's why by you testing different formats, but again, testing different formats with intent. You're not just blindly, you know, testing different hooks and you're not just blindly spamming different, you know, videos.
You're actually moving with intent with formats that you test. And again, I literally have a fourth example of this as well to show you. The biggest brands, they do this.
They understand when certain angles are working, and they double down on them with different types of execution. So here's another example of another winning iteration. I'm a dog trainer, and this is why your dog's grass eating habit isn't normal.
Most owners don't know this, but grass eating is one of the most overlooked behavior. Perfect. So this bridge is a little bit different, but it still is relatively the same.
Most owners don't know this. This is a very overlooked behavior. But look at the hook.
This is another kind of like b roll style hook. It's these teeth eating this grass, but what have we done? Now we have another type of authority.
We have dog trainer says why your dog's grass eating isn't normal. Now again, we could go much much deeper, and if you guys want to watch me go much deeper, I do have a lot of videos where I break ads down into different components, into, you know, the awareness levels, and into the angle, and the authority, and positioning, and valence and intensity, all those different types of things.
And that's what I'm gonna be covering in this iteration playbook that I'm working on for those of you in Evolve. But at end of the day, all of these examples here are just perfect perfect examples of what you need to be doing if you have a breakthrough ad. You need to dissect the ad.
You need to break it down into its components. And then even if it's just as simple as changing different formats with the same script, you can. But when you actually understand what is making your winning ad work at a deep level, then you can start to introduce different hooks and different bridges and different formats and different authorities to be able to create more winners.
Because once you found an angle that's working, it's just a matter of getting it communicated to as many people as possible. Now I know that was maybe a lot to take in, but I'm telling you guys, as a result of scaling this brand from, like I said, spending $1,700 a day to $1,700 plus an hour, we seriously realized how much we were lacking on iterations.
And as a result, we took it way more seriously, and what do you know? The account completely blew up. And one thing that I really wanna call out as well is that if you are doing iterations, please make sure you label them, and please keep track of how many iterations that you've done.
Because it's gonna get to a point where some of you guys, maybe you've done actually too many iterations. Now, I would argue that most of you guys are kind of doing like what I would call brainless iterations, where you're not actually dissecting your ad deep enough. You don't actually understand what makes the ad work.
You're just saying, hey, let me throw three different hooks on this because everybody recommends to test different hooks. But you need to test hooks with intent. For example, if you've identified that maybe your breakthrough ad is more problem aware, more solution aware, and it's working well.
Rather than just being like, I'm gonna go spam test three more hooks. How can I maybe move this up an awareness level? And then how can I maybe add another authority in there?
Where again, we are able to create ads like I just showed you with the podcast and the vet, and now we kinda have more of an unaware ad where rather than calling out like, hey, you know, this is a problem with your dog eating grass, we're able to say like, hey, why do dogs eat grass? And now people who aren't thinking that it's a problem and are potentially more unaware, or you know, maybe even a better example of this is the, you know, AI animated one.
So this one here, where it says our dogs can't talk to us when they feel off on the inside. Like, that is completely unaware. Like, we're not even talking about grass, but it leads to the grass angle.
And so, they're testing with intent, is exactly what I'm telling you guys to do as well. Now, the second thing that we learned from scaling this brand to $65,000 plus a day in spend is going to be the power of AI animated ads.
Now, this is honestly something that I do wanna admit a fault to because I don't have videos on my channel which is like, here's exactly how to do AI animated ads. But what I'm actually working on is bringing on one of our senior editors to actually come to a video on how to create an AI animated ad, which I'm very excited for.
So depending on when you're watching this, that video could already be out or it's coming soon. What I want to talk about here is just showing you guys all of the different types of formats that you can do with AI. It's genuinely incredible.
And just so you guys are know what you're looking at, this is our Evolve winning ads doc, which is always usually a lot of people on it, and we're now, you know, over a 130 ads inside of yours. So this is one of the most valuable things I think people get when they join Evolve, is just this massive swipe file of winning ads.
Obviously, pull it up a lot on the channel because it makes it easy for me to show you guys this stuff. But for example, this is what I call, you know, the AI body part, where it's like, you can animate specific body parts. Like, obviously, your stomach shouldn't be talking.
But with AI, you can make it talk, and it can communicate communicate and deliver a message in a very, very different way. Here's another one that I love as well, where it's like if you have ingredients in your product, you can have the ingredients talk.
So this guy's some kind of, you know, ingredient and that's common. And it's like, hey. Don't give this to your dog because I'm terrible.
And then it goes into this different ingredients. Like, hey. I'm this glucosamine or whatever the hell it is.
Where again, it's like, hey. I'm good for you. I don't really do any damage.
This is clearly an AI animated ad, but it is allowing you to basically communicate and deliver a message in a completely different way where it's like it takes this, you know, ingredient talk that is kinda boring and kinda makes it more interesting. Here's another video of, you know, hi. I'm fiber, and this is what I do.
You know, I just pile more on top of your, you know, colon that is having issues. Kind of a gross video. But again, this is talking about different solutions.
Then we have this one here, which is like this completely, you know, AI animated bowl, which is, again, you're gonna look at this and obviously it's AI. But this is somewhat interesting and it's kinda funny for people to see this story told from, you know, the founding udders rather than just a regular person. And again, a lot of this content is AI, but it's obvious that it's AI, and they have this AI character in it.
And again, people don't really have a problem with this stuff. Not everybody is gonna watch this, but at the end of the day, what people usually have a problem with when it comes to AI content is when it's deceiving. This is not really that deceiving.
It's just telling a story in a unique way. This is another one where like these AI song ads where it's like, you know, you basically take your script, you give it Claude, and you have it turned into a song, and then it has this, like, really catchy beat on it. Eleven years of tennis balls.
I think this is like a country song. There's another one here as well done by Rise where it's like this kind of pop song. And again, these AI song ads are doing really well.
There's another one over here, and this is like a really cool founder story where it's like, hi. I'm Sana. I'm the founder of this brand.
You know, I noticed that The UK market was full of, you know, a lot of these whatever scents. You guys get the point. But again, for a lot of you that are not really excited to get on front of a camera, well, guess what?
You could use these AI tools to tell your story differently. And again, it's just visual. It's cool to watch.
Like, people enjoy watching this because it's just easier to follow along. Again, here's like a two d style one. That's a different style of AI.
And, know, big shout out to Camilo as well, who actually came into our community and talked about how he does AI ads. He actually has a community as well. I'll actually link it below for you guys.
I just wanna give credit where credit's due because he's one of the guys right now that is, you know, really involved in this AI animated space, and he's just a solid dude. And he provided a lot of value to our communities. Even in Origins is actually where he did the original call, is our lower ticket community.
But now he's gonna be working with us to make some more modules inside of Evolve two. So again, this is not a shill by any means. You guys don't need to go check out his community or anything like that.
But if you're wanting to learn how to do this, I mean, he's a guy that is teaching it at a level that, you know, I don't have the time to get into AI ads. So although I do have a YouTube video coming, Camilo is a fantastic dude as well who is very, very educated on all this AI stuff. And again, here's another example as well of like getting symptoms where it's like, hey, I'm edema.
I'm building up in your legs. It's like, I'm joint pain. Let me show you what's actually happening.
It's just a very visual way to communicate your message. And I'm telling you guys, like, these AI animated ads really helped us get off the ground and some of our first winners were AI animated ads. The the ads that took us from like 2 k a day in spend to I think $10.15 k a day in spend were these AI animated ads.
And we were able to identify what was working, what was not working, and it was really great because this brand didn't have a ton of content. And so as they were building up their content, you know, their real content from real people and things that they were shooting, we were able to develop a lot of these ads, you know, using this animated style, which again, I just showed you a bunch of different variations to actually create winners and again, communicate our value prop and our messaging.
So again, you're someone that's little bit strapped on content, again, AI animated ads are crushing. And you probably know it by now, especially if you're watching YouTube videos. But if you don't, I would definitely recommend checking them out.
And like I said, I have some more content coming on them. And again, I highly recommend Camilo. Fantastic dude, super humble guy, very down to earth, and he's got a great community on that too.
Now the third and final thing that I learned from taking this brand from 0 to 65 k a day and spend, you know, and obviously now spending over $1,000,000 a month on track to spend close to $2,000,000 a month is that Mediapine just didn't really have anything to do with it. And just to show you guys this, I'm actually gonna go ahead and jump into my ad account.
Now I know a lot of you that make it to the end usually aren't at as much scale, and what I wanna communicate to you is that if you guys look at this ad account, it is so simple. We literally have three active campaigns. And although, again, I'm gonna unblur some stuff here, we have what's called our cost cap scaling campaign, which is literally just an ABO where we're running cost caps now rather than lowest cost.
And I'm not even gonna get into that because it really doesn't matter. And then same thing down here with the bounty campaign. And what this bounty campaign is is just basically our high volume ad campaign where we're just throwing all of our ads that we get from our bounty program, which if you know, you know I'm not gonna talk about that either.
But again, if you just take a look at the main campaign here that spent 916,000 out of the $1,100,000, this is the exact same campaign that we were running if we go all the way back to this month in February.
You will see this budget of 55,000 stay the same because, guys, this is the exact same campaign. Like, we didn't really do anything from a media buying standpoint to get to this level of scale.
And the reason why I wanted to have this message at the end is because this just reinforced even to me because I found myself recently, like, getting a little bit more caught up, which, again, you can tell that we're running a little bit different things now, we're always testing things with our clients. We're always trying to figure out, like, hey.
What's the best way to get the most out of it? Because now, obviously, as a brand spending over $60,000 a day on ads, getting an extra 10% in budget, that is a lot. That's an extra $6,000 a day.
That's a significant amount of money. An extra $3,600 is nothing to scoff at.
You know, here, I think this campaign is spending, you know, an extra 5 to $10,000 a day as well. Like, the it's not a small amount. But what you'll notice is that the main campaign is still what is driving all of the performance, which is just more emphasis that those of you that are spending your time trying to figure out if ABO's better or CBO's better, we literally scaled this brand purely through our one campaign and just focusing on creatives.
And this is the part that, you know, just makes me the most fired up because it's just constant reinforcement. And trust me guys, I'm gonna go full screen for this. I am constantly trying to figure out if what we teach is actually still working.
And that's the biggest thing because there's a lot of people who tell you strategies that used to work. They say, oh, I scaled this brand to this point, but they're not actively scaling it. Like, guys, we are actively scaling brands, which is what makes what we teach actually applicable.
And this is not me saying that you need to go and learn more about what we teach, but at least when you're watching this video, hopefully you can believe me more because of the fact that like, this is what's working right now. And I said this, you know, or I've been saying this for the last two years on my YouTube channel where it's like, guys, media buying doesn't matter.
Maybe some of you guys have watched my Andromeda video where you're on YouTube looking for the best media buying strategy. It doesn't matter. Like, it literally does not matter.
If you wanna go from $2,000 a day in spend to $2,000 an hour in spend, it is crazy to even think about it that way, but you're just not gonna get there with Mediabine. Like, you don't see all these different crazy cost cap strategies, ABO this or CBO that, or if we're focusing on this thing or that thing.
Like, guys, it's just the exact same thing that I've been saying for the last few years. There's six campaigns total and this account spent over $1,000,000. How is that possible?
Well, because we're focused on the things that actually matter. We're focused on the ads. We're focused on the funnel.
We're focused on the creatives. And obviously, you guys know by now, a lot of this stuff does fire me up because I get very passionate about it, and I believe it so much, and it's just led to so many breakthroughs for not only me in my career, but also so many other people involved that if you guys just stop thinking about like, how can I media buy my way to success in drop shipping?
How can I click buttons? Then you just realize that you've just gotta do a lot of hard shit, and you've just gotta focus on doing the things that actually drive performance. Because trust me, creating winning ads is not easy.
I've been doing this for basically coming up on six years, guys. And I'm still learning so much every single day. And I'm still trying to get better every single day.
But like, you just have to commit to actually doing this stuff and doing all of the hard shit that nobody else wants to do. And if you actually do that, it's kinda crazy what happens. You actually scale and you actually get the results.
And then guess what? You usually feel pretty good about I, you know, could rant, rant, rant, and I and I won't for the sake of, you know, just wrapping up this video, but this is proof that, again, it's another example of how we scaled the hell out of a brand just by focusing on creatives, offers, and funnels. Like, that's it.
And two of the big three things that I talked about in this video were, hey, doing more iterations and being able to actually do learnings and break down your ads, and then from there, introducing different ad types with AI animated ads, which is what a lot of our focus is on right now. And it's so cool because we're able to test so many different types of ad styles and so many types of formats that we've never been able to test, and we're able to communicate our message in so many different ways as a result of AI.
And the people who actually understand why their ads work, the people who understand how to actually create those different types of ad styles and ad formats are absolutely crushing. And it's what makes something like going from $30,000 a month in spend to $1,100,000 a month in spend now on track to spend over $2,000,000.
So with all that said, I hope you enjoyed this video. I hope you learned something. Again, if you're interested in everything else that we talk about, if you wanna get better copywriting, get better at research, get better at breaking down your ads, I've got a lot of videos on my channel.
But with that said, we do have the origins community for those of you who are below 100 k per month. And if you are above 100 k per month, Evolve should hopefully be a no brainer for you because at the end of the day, if you're in a position where you're doing 200 k a month, 300 k month, you should be making good enough money where, hey, just come and check out our strategies for a little bit of your profits every single month, and hopefully, you can get some kind of value from us in there to be able to scale your brand further and, you know, get to new heights.
And that's also something we hear a lot of time for people who join Evolve, are doing, you a 100 k, 250 k, 300 k a month. They end up going in there and realizing, holy cow, there's people doing that every single day. Like, how could I get to that level of scale?
Because I'm telling you guys, your life definitely changes, and I've seen a lot of these guys go from not even able to leave their country to taking private jets to, you know, go on yachts in Saint Tropez. So it's definitely real. Ecom is probably at a time where it's never been so scalable.
And especially with AI and everything that's possible, the people that actually crack this stuff and they actually become good marketers and they develop the skill sets are able to do things that are just unfathomable. With that said, I'll leave it there. Thank you so much for taking time to watch this video, and I'll see you in the
The Hook
The bait, then the rug-pull.
The video opens on a real Ads Manager screenshot: one account spending $30,000 a month in February at a $598 cost per result, then the same account four months later spending $1.1 million a month at a $252 cost per result. Before naming a single tactic, the creator refreshes the dashboard live on camera to prove the numbers aren't staged.

To re-cut an already-winning ad into a new winner, change one or more of three things while keeping the underlying angle and script the same: the format (e.g. live-action to AI claymation), the hook and bridge (a different opening line and setup), or the authority behind the message (a random person vs. a vet, a podcast guest, or a trainer).
